I show up and the nurse practitioner left for the day. There is no Doc on site only nurse. So I was turned away. Why they don’t have a back up is wild. Your whole thing is being there and serving the community in time of need. The American health care system strikes again!
Very very rude receptionist.. I don’t wanna she her face again. They always have an attitude. They seemed to not like their job and take a very long. It is simply ridiculous!!!! Service was okay can deserve 3*.
I wish you could give 0 stars. The worst experience I have ever had. MALPRACTICE IS HAPPENING HERE. I went in after taking multiple Covid at home tests to get a positive result. I was told I did not have Covid and had strep throat and was prescribed extremely strong antibiotics.I knew this was a false diagnosis so I went to a different clinic and in minutes proved that I did in fact have Covid and not strep throat. There was never any sign of strep throat. This doctor also provided me with UTI medication knowing that having a female biology, antibiotics really mess with the a healthy function. This was so wrong and I had the worst experience going here. This place should be shut down and closed for Malpractice.
WARNING!!!MALPRACTICEBeen coming here for a few years. Terrible place for serious care. I came in with kidney stones and they misdiagnosed me and treated me for a Std.Then they sliced me open for a ingrown hair and that made it way worseMost recently I went in for a sinus infection. They declined me antibiotics telling me I have not been sick long enough. They dont care here.Ill never come back
The receptionist is a nice person, the bilingual nurse is a very attentive and professional . Doctor green took care of me and it was like talking to a friend, he listened to all my symptoms and prescribed me a medicine for everything, he really cares about your health. He also made me suggestions and recommendations on how to take care of my asthma. Overall a very good experience, highly recommended.
This place is filthy, looks like it has never been deep cleaned. The receptionists are all rude, and do not wear their masks. If you need treatment do not come here, there’s a reason why it’s empty. They cannot treat you for anything, and do not do any form of blood work or testing here. The doctors are untrained to treat patients and refuse patients if they can’t treat them.
Cant take u if they cant verify insurance first, that very urgent care right there
Took my daughter here because it was close by and she had a fever of 103 accompanied by a sore throat. I told the doctor I thought she had strep, her throat was swollen and she had some white areas in the back of her mouth. The doctor proceeded to tell me that she was too young to get strep(my daughter is 4) and that it was just a cold her body needed to fight off. The visit from start to finish lasted no more then 10 minutes including filing out my child’s paperwork. Went to Nair urgent care the following day in which they confirmed she had strep and put her on antibiotics. Don’t waste your time. It’s extremely small and looks dirty. They will not do their jobs there and will treat you as an inconvenience. Would give zero stars if I could.
Magda and Brenda were incredibly helpful and kind to my mother. They were both very patient and considerate of her. 10/10 experience with them and she is very thankful for them. She highly recommends this urgent care.
I had been feeling sick so I went to reddy urgent care as a walk-in. The receptionist is very nice and the nurses were very helpful because I was in pretty bad shape but they were non judge mental and didn’t make me feel embarrassed. The medicines they either gave in the office or prescribed electronically to my pharmacy. Very clean office organized and compassionate medical team. Just make sure to not get a ticket because as soon as I got back to my car a parking enforcement from lbpd drove up in a Jeep and was marking my tire with chalk but it really didn’t even leave a mark so they could come back and give a ticket keep an eye out for the signs or anything over thirty minutes. My visit was very quick and I didn’t experience waiting in line at this urgent care.
This was my second time returning to this urgent care and both times I had such a great experience! The staff is so helpful and nice and the facility is really clean and comfortable . I went in for an urgent situation yesterday evening and one of the assistants/ nurses Sandy was so attentive caring and helpful! The Nurse practitioner was also extremely sweet attentive and beyond helpful. Ive been to several clinics, urgent cares and have never seen such great customer service and such nice people who actually care and want to help you. Id absolutely refer anyone to this urgent care! Thank you a million times to the staff, the nurse practitioner and doctor.. you guys are amazing!!!! Really appreciate all of your help!
The building is a little bit old and simple, its not fancy. Its not the most amazing customer service or the fastest wait times. But they came through for me on a Saturday when I made a pretty sizable cut in my finger while chopping vegetables and needed stitches. The receptionist was polite and helpful and told me what needed to be done and what paperwork to fill out (and she answered the phone quickly).I was in a room in about 30 minutes. The first person taking vitals and weight was straightforward and efficient. The NP was nice and professional and the doctor and I had a pleasant conversation about home cooking to distract me from the less pleasant things happening to my hand while he patched it up.You dont go to urgent care for the decor or the customer service. You go cause you need medical help and in this case they accomplished my need and for me thats a win.
Office is unorganized. I called and asked in advanced when lunch hours were so I could avoid going during that time and was told that everyone is back from lunch by 130. I arrived at 215 and was told the doctor wouldnt be back until after 245 from lunch and there is a long wait before me. She asked if that was okay and I said no, thats why I had called.
Don’t waste your time here. They’re rude and unprofessional and clearly do not like their job at the front desk. Jackie at the front desk can’t be bothered, an ex ray tech took his time to send a pdf note that had been offered at my original visit after 30 minutes and three phone conversations later. Collecting payment, ironically went smoothly enough. Just make an appointment elsewhere. Also you’ll wait on the sidewalk, even after paying $50 for a Covid test.
I came in for a cold/flu symptoms. And after filling out all the paper work they told be I had to wait outside in the freezing cold like a dog, even though the place was completely empty!! Literally nobody was in there or in the waiting room. So you can imagine my symptoms got a lot worse after spending 45 min outside in the freezing cold. I am thinking about suing them for bad business practices and they should be held accountable and liable for doing this. Speaking to a lawyer. I recommend they change this rule asap because they will get sued and they will lose in court
Im learning about super infections in Microbiology and I just wanted to congratulate my doctor I saw at Reddy Care because she did not prescribe an antibiotic for me when I was sick. She let my natural immune system fight off the virus, that I had. Her care plan fit right into what Im learning at LBCC so I just wanted to let her know how much I appreciated her. Im happy and healthy now!
I saw both doctors during my treatments for workers comp. Both doctor are very nice and though they seem over worked they remember you and never rush you through. All in all the facility is a bit old but still functions. Why fix something that isnt broke, right? And I would always prefer good, kind doctors over a new facility any day. They get a lot of foot traffic but the wait isnt as back as some of the other urgent cares I have been to.All in all I had a very pleasant experience.
Mr. Green provided the most compassionate and kind care a patient could have asked for. I highly recommend asking for him if you happen to visit this location.
I would give 5 and a 1/2 stars. Everyone showed true concern and treated me like the only patient they had. They took excellent care of me. Missy was amazing and made sure I was comfortable and everything was taken care of. Gellie was sweet and on top of her game. For the first time I had a sonogram were the technician moved the bed and equipment rather than me having to walk and move while in pain. Dr Reddy was always in contact with me and made special trips just to check on me. I appreciate her and everyone of her staff for exceptional care. I highly recommend all the facilities cause with my problems I did end up visiting each one and got the same exceptional care at each facility.
I’ve been to this urgent care many times and received good care from the medical assistants and physicians which is why I’ve recommended it to others. However, I will not be going there again nor will I recommend it to others. An incident occurred recently where a staff member revealed private health information of a patient (my family member) to another patient waiting to be seen right in front of said patient. When I called to inform the facility of this I was not able to speak to a supervisor since one was not on site. Although the staff person I spoke with agreed that the manner in which the private health information (PHI) was revealed was not right she said that under HIPAA this information can be revealed to other patients if it has to do with COVID-19 since it is a public health issue. While that may be the case, the way this information about the aforementioned patient was revealed was very unprofessional! Not to mention it could’ve resulted in a dangerous situation for that patient. We live in unpredictable times and you never know what another person will do if they find out about a person’s Covid status. There’s a way to disclose information like this if need be, but I am very disappointed with how it was done. Keep in mind that if this facility makes it a habit to do this then patients may avoid seeking medical help, or may under report symptoms because they fear their personal information will be disclosed by medical staff without consent. This review isn’t meant to get that staff member in trouble, but the facility should really look into training their staff on how to professionally disclose PHI under the right circumstances.
Ive been here a couple of trips and usually am in and out with no issues... today was everyone at the urgent care for a cold day! I waited patiently because I had sliced my finger open with a chefs knife last night. They were closed yesterday or I would have gone then. I worked and then walked in. The Doctor? Nurse Practitioner? Physicians Assitant? had the bedside manner of a Cobra. She didnt introduce herself when she walked in the room. Suggested I leave my wound open to dry out some and come back in two days. Proceeded to put a Band Aid with some topical antibiotic salve and then NEVER CALLED IM MY SCRIPT and didnt even suggest antibiotics or a Tylenol for the pain! Im a hip replacement recipient.... antibiotics are a first! She also asked me why I have the insurance I have and why. I dont know you and youre not diagnosing me for one of my conditions that I receive my insurance for.... Id have gone to that practitioner. The not calling in, faxing or e-scripting my script was the most annoying, second only to her telling me, you can die from tetanus. I told her that I think if I start having tetanus symptoms, Im sure I would know! I refuse vaccinations for a reason. Not for you (front staff to back staff) to try and shove a service I said I refuse, and I know you get kick-backs from, down my throat! Tetanus is very rare, this day in age, but she didnt even ask about the situation nor what I was cutting and how it got so deep.... Im gonna go back in two days. If Im not treated better or respected as a patient, not a #, I will be reporting this place!
Ive been here twice. Talk about a night and day difference when you compare each visit. The first of which was incredible. I was in and out within 45 minutes. The staff was very friendly and informative. A++The second go around, not so much. I arrived to an empty lobby but an entirely different staff. The place was a ghost town, yet the entire visit took nearly 2 1/2 hours. Everybody seemed to be disconnected and had no clue what was going on. Ask three people the same question - get three different answers. They diagnosed me with a sinus infection but told me I would have to come back a week later for another visit before any treatment would start. Sounds like a money making scheme to me... Im sure Ill be hit with a surprise bill.
I twisted my ankle around 7 PM and could not put any weight on it. The doctor and nurses at Reddy Urgent Care were fantastic! They quickly checked me in, and I was in an exam room within 30 minutes. The doctor recommended X-rays, and they brought me across the hall to their digital X-ray machine. 30 minutes later, theyd splinted up my ankle, told me it wasnt broken, and recommended 2 orthopedic specialists in the area (it is a severe sprain).Overall, this was a fantastic first experience at urgent care. Everyone there was polite, despite it being past closing time on a Monday evening. I have not received the bill yet, but you cant put a price on great treatment.
Took my son in yesterday for diarrhea and fainting. nurse practitioner Christina basically called my son a liar! Did nothing for him. will never come back in here again!!! other staff was very friendly though.
The staff is nice enough. Waited two hours to be seen on a Saturday, and after I left I ran a bunch of errands that took me until just after 5 PM. I show up to collect my prescriptions at Walgreens, and the staff had neglected to call them in. I would highly recommend that you insist on watching someone call your important prescriptions in before you leave so you don’t have to suffer an extra day due to forgetfulness. Not ok.
Ive been here several times. The first time Dr Reddy was so warm and professional she did everything she could to find out what was causing my problem. Moreover, she followed up with me the next day. When I took my grandson all of the staff were excellent. Never have to wait for scripts they are electronically sent to the pharmacist. Extraordinary care from everyone.
I have been coming to Reddy Urgent care for the past 7 years and I have always been satisfied with their services. Dr. Reddy herself is an amazing doctor. I appreciate the work that all doctors and nurses do for their patients. But today I have to say, I am very disappointed in the service provided by one of their newer nurse practitioners Christina Vladeneau, I have never seen her or been treated by her. I brought my son in because hes been having flu symptoms and I say flu, because we actually went and got tested for Covid19 and both our tests came back negative, thank God.This nurse lady didnt want to treat my son, she kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain my sons symptoms. She just assumed that he had Covid and that it was too early for us to be tested. According to the CDC symptoms show up way after you have been exposed to the virus.I asked them to test him for the flu in order to get proper treatment for my son. She came back after an hour with a big grim on her face just to tell me they dont have flu tests. She did absolutely nothing and didnt recommend anything, didnt check my sons mouth for throat infection. How can you be in the medical industry if you dont give a damn about your patients.
First time to this facility on a Saturday afternoon and only waited about 15 minutes in a clean but little outdated waiting room, and was welcomed with friendly service. Dr. Reddy was very sweet, thorough, and efficient. The x-ray room felt like a storage closet, but got the job done. Overall great urgent care and would definitely recommend and come here again.
Doctor was nice. But i have to give 1 star because my car got towed. They already knew that cant park on the side because the owner always complaining and calling towing company but the receptionist never told us not to park there. They should always tell their patients (specially first timer) that they cant park on the side or vehicle will get towed and they don’t have parking lot, only side streets. Its like they don’t care of their patients. Lack of communication. I Will never come back here.
Been here twice. First time I went, my visit went by fast and felt like I was given proper care. I went about 2 weeks later due to a lingering cough. The NP Amy Wood had the audacity to tell me it was a myth when I told her I noticed dark green plehgm. She ran no tests because she referenced the results from weeks prior. Lastly, the clinic had me running around for my meds because they never sent them to the pharmacy but claimed to send them to a different one. I would recommend if you go and she is the treating practitioner to ask for someone more educated and trustworthy.
I went there Friday June 26, 2020 around 4 PM feeling sick. I see one patient leave and it looked like I was the only patient there. They put me in the room after doing the initial check in and I was waiting for more than an hour just to see the PA. The technician comes in and tells me she’ll be right in because she’s on the phone with another patient. When she finally comes in she checks me really fast and just tells me she’s going to do a strep test. I looked it up online and it says it takes 15 min to get the results but she made me wait another hour. I heard the alarm go off but she was too busy on the phone instead and not helping the only patient, me, that was there. When she finally comes and sees me she tells me it’s negative and to just take Tylenol and it’ll go away. If it didn’t she suggested to just go to the ER. She was so quick to check and tell me without any care or concerns for my well being. I went to see another Dr. who saw it was strep and he got the right medications for it, something that she neglected to be able to do. On top of that, when I called back to get the PAs full name, Christina Vladeanu, the receptionist, Martha Vasquez on the phone lied and said she only knows her first name. I kept asking for it and she hung up on me. She was rude and unprofessional. I called twice and they ignored my call. My fiancé called and tried to ask for her name and the same receptionist hung up on him too. These are unacceptable behavior as an urgent “care” because they showed no care at all. They are just lazy, incompetent, and unconcerned for the well beings of their patients who walk in that door expecting professional health care responsibility from these places. If you want to get well and not get sicker I recommend to NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE!! I will make sure they get the proper investigation so this doesn’t happen to anyone one else. HORRIBLE CLINIC and HORRIBLE UNCARING MEDICAL PROFESSIONS! They are not the heros to be commended during these uncertain times!
I went here very sick with cold/flu symptoms. The front staff is not friendly, a bit rude actually. Would it kill you to smile? The waiting area is dark and damp with no air flow. It feels like a funeral home. The staff in the back, the actual nursing staff, is friendly, kind and wonderful to work with. They tested for all the usual suspects, strep, mono, and then did a throat culture to see if its bacterial. They wont give antibiotics until they know for sure its bacterial. (I have mixed feelings on that, good and bad) Its been 4 days.. I have called every day to get the test results and to tell them i have gotten worse, not better. Its in my lungs now, and eyes are nearly swollen shut. The front staff said they wont prescribe anything without me coming back again. Im back in my home town of Chicago now and cant come back. They keep saying they dont have the test results yet but 4 days is ridiclious. I feel like I paid them for absolutely nothing. I have a Dr. apt tomorrow morning and have to start all over and pay again. I dont recommend this place.
I had recently moved to Long Beach and cancelled my Obama care health insurance because my new job offered health insurance, but not until end of month. And sure enough I get sick, with either a tooth abscess or sinus infection to boot, walked in on a Tuesday evening and I was in and out in 45 minutes. The staff and service was great! Nurse practitioner was very understanding and courteous and the had the antibiotics i needed on site. Word to the wise: never bite down on a Peanuttle, and if your roommate comes home from vacation sick, wear a surgical mask and gloves! Thank you Reddy Urgent Care!!
Ive been here on 3 separate occasions and every single time, I was treated promptly. The nurse practitioners and physician assistants are very kind and listen to your concerns rather than pretending to listen to you and pushing you out the door with prescriptions only. My ailments disappeared thanks to their good advice in conjuction with medications. Feeling so much better!
I’ve been sitting here with my toddler for about 2 and a half hours and I can hear the nurses watching tik-toks and YouTube videos...Hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced at an urgent care. The lobby was absolutely empty when I showed up and I was given a wait time of only an hour. I tried to come the night before at 7pm only to be dismissed saying they take the last patient at 7:30 and they close at 8. They’ll just stick you in a room and leave you. DONT COME HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!!
Reason for visit: Sinus InfectionI never post reviews but am doing this to negate another negative review by someone else who claimed to come here for the same reason.Only downside for me was the wait. Being my first time there, they had to get my info processed while others were being seen.Other than that, the place was clean, the people, were personable/friendly, and Ill put this out there, the doctor Jessica, while not only very attractive, was patient, listened to me, and gave me what I needed to get better - Days of rest and meds.
The service was ok but the facility itself needs a serious makeover. The paint on the walls is chipping and the whole office needs an update. All of the equipment looks like its from the 80s and there were cardboard boxes stored away in the X-ray room. The doctor wanted to examine me without gloves on. Dont think Ill going back there.
This was the easiest most pain free urgent care experienced my boyfriend has ever had. All of the staff were kind and sympathetic. Jennifer, Nurse Practitioner, was amazing and very thorough. We have had some bad experiences with urgent cares in the past, aka Willow Urgent Care (thank god they got shut down), and this was by far the best. THANK YOU!
From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Amalee, to my triage with Bianca, my Xray with Helen, to my fiasco with paper in the heart monitor machine and (Sofias patience with it) and finally the exceptional care I received from Dr. Diane, I was so pleased with each and every one of them! I would recommend this Urgent Care very highly!
My experience here was first-rate. The staff was friendly and professional. I only waited about 25 minutes to be seen. I really liked Dr. Reddy. She took care of my problem and I left feeling much better. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care center to anyone.
By far the best care I have received, at any venue. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and I was out in no time at all, especially compared to traditional emergency rooms. This was the best clinc experience I have had, and hospitals could benefit from only following their example. Top notch, extremely qualified staff is the best part.
Long story short do NOT come here. The consultation was 80$ for a nurse practitioner to say go to your doctor and get it checked out. Then proceeds to ask the dentist next door to check it out. The dentist said need it to be removed and go to the lab to see what it was.
Great medical staff. Attentive, knowledgeable team providing me with the right prescriptions (antibiotics) after being misdiagnosed at a different urgent care in another city. Parking it a bit difficult, but is to be expected with location in Downtown Long BeachGo to the Vons across the street and buy something.... They have a parking structure with 2 hour parking.
I will never come back to this place !!!!!! I went on Sunday to get a COVID-19 test. After my test I was told I should get my results on Tuesday no later then Wednesday. I didnt hear back from them on Tuesday so I call first thing on Wednesday when then opened. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes when the lady came back she was asking me questions about a baby. I told her i just wanted my covid-19 test results for myself. I was told they just received some test results and I would get a call back after they went through them. I hadnt heard anything in over 7 1/2 hours so I called again around 5:15 pm and was left on hold for so long that the voicemail picked up. I had to call back and the voicemail picked up again. I called one more time and this rude lady answered the phone asking if I received a call I stated no. She then said they dont look at the test results until 6pm. Only after 6pm is when they make theres calls. If Im not mistaken we are in a pandemic due to COVID-19 so you would think they would have a better since of urgency to get back to you with your result. I suggest you go somewhere else to get tested and preferably one with online results so you can just go online. Because I had a friend who test 2 days after me and she already got her results online.
I was so nervous about coming here but it was the best decision. Alvin (I think hes nurse practitioner) was the sweetest and really knew his stuff. He helped me feel better and gave such great health advice. So grateful for this place and all the kind people here.
I had an issue in the evening, so I called the urgent care. I wouldnt have been able to make it before their closing, but they told me that they would stay open. I got there a little after 9pm. They were able to help me out very quickly, and I came in the next day for a follow up. The staff was excellent and very kind. I am certainly going back for any other medical issues I have.
As I wander the state for one reason or another, I sometimes find myself in need of urgent care far from home. Luckily, Reddy Urgent Care provides top-notch service at reasonable prices; the staff includes some of the nicest folks ive ever met! A great boon to the community, and a home-away-from-home as far as healthcare is concerned.
This is one of the worst chains of urgent cares ever. Twice now for two different non emergency issues I was turned away at 115 and 130 respectively because they close for lunch at 2 pm. Don’t waste your time as they make their own hours and urgent care does not set a schedule.
My first visit went well but I also have private insurance. My daughter has medi-cal due to the fact that she is too old to be on my plan and too young to make enough money to cover herself privately. I took here after a fall where she twisted her ankle. They saw her and said they couldnt tell if it was sprained or broken. When I asked why they were not going to X-ray they told me bc her insurance doesnt cover it. We were in a rook m right next to their X-ray room.Sometimes its just right to help when you have it within your grasp to do so. Her tteatment has been prolonged, her ankle is even worse now. This urgent care will not get my business or my private insurance again.
Been setting here 30 minutes waiting for a doctor to come to see me. Ready to ask for my money back and go some place else. So I asked the nurse pratishner how longer I would be waiting, and she would not give me a time estimate. Then she looked me some time later and declared nothing to be wrong with me and refused to give me a script for tamiful. She totally missed the ear infection diagnosed earlier today by another doctor at the county heath department. Because the county doesnt carry Tamiflu he told me to try an urgent care for it. Stay away from this place! If they miss an ear infection.....just saying.
Reddys Urgent Care is one of my best finds recently. I had been to St.Marys ER ward a few years ago, and I should know. None of that dreadful ER scene about it. Its super clean. Easy check in and instant appointments.
The atmosphere was pleasant and the wait time was brief. However after bringing my girlfriend in for persistent vomiting (12 hours plus) the on-call nurse practitioner (Jason) didnt think an IV was necessary and recommended a shot for the pain and one for the nausea and some pills and to fast as well. When I inquired as to why an IV was not being utilized to replace all the fluids she lost? He looked me straight in the face and smugly said that her blood pressure doesnt necessitate it. Then went on to prescribe motion sickness (zofran- used for chemo/ post surgery patients to control vomiting) and nausea (meclizine-used for vertigo) pills. The theory behind the sickness was food poisoning from some salmon the night before. Now how does the meds this hack prescribed relate to the symptoms showed and the circumstances around them? And his immediate defensiveness to my request for the IV was a character reveal. Either this clinic is cheap, and thats why the most effective means of relief wasnt used or the Nurse Practitioner lacks the type of spirit needed in the field of medicine. A pallative (symptom-based treatment vs treating the cause of the sickness) specialist it seems cause thats all he did was, prescribed meds for nausea. Other than that it was an ok visit.
Couldnt see my Dr. Today so came here for back pain that has been going on for 2 months Np brushed me off and said to go back to my Primary and just take 3 800mg ibuprofen and to stretch she barley checked my back said i didnt look like i was in pain. No help at all np is not compassionate at all will not be returning to this place.
This Urgent Care is open on Sunday which was a big plus in my book. My son wasnt feeling well and they checked him out and prescribed him some medication to help which I am so thankful for. No one likes to see their children in pain. Thank you to the Doctors and Staff here!
Hi All, I find REDDY URGENT CARE is really a caring clinic. Dr. USHA REDDY is very hands on experience doctor who is very caring, conversant and genuinely understands your problem and give you the timely treatment for your health issues. Having a caring Doctor is something that nearly everyone wants, but many people never get to experience. I found the caring Doctor in REDDY URGENT CARE. Recently I went for my throat infection and severe cough, Doctor is so friendly and homely that she listen each and every problem mine with lot of patience. I was given some medication and I am relieved of pain in a very short time. I have come here for couple of family emergencies and Dr.Usha Reddy has guided me with a clear healthy advises and medications. The staff here is also very friendly and caring. I highly recommend Reddy Urgent Care.
They want to charge $50 Urgent Care when you have Blue shield PPO when Memorial Care Charges $25 this place tries to rip you off.
Do not buy their in-house prescriptions or medications. They sell generic medicine high priced, I got bad allergic reactions from medications I’ve never had problems using before until now. I Called and told them , they said I have to come in And pay for another visit to get different prescription.
They didnt know anything and completely diassapointed me. The lady at the front desk couldnt even find my members ID number and had no knowledge of anything.
The front lady desk with the 3 dots on her wrist I don’t know if it was racial profiling but she is really unhelpful to any other resources . She can careless.
I was very impressed with my experience. The staffs expertise was only matched by their courtesy and concern for my situation. It was easily the best service Ive received from an urgent care facility.
DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!! took my son with a bad cold and Dr. prescribed him TAMIFLU...he got a really bad skin rash took him twice to the ER trying to figured out what was wrong with him...went to his regular Dr. and turned out the medication was not supposed to be given to a 7yr old.....if he would of not have the reaction it could of gone worst...Pay more attention!!!! ( I did not want to give no star, but need it to be post)
If you have an urgent need or an emergency they will not see you past 6:30 even though they close at 7. Unethical to turn away patients that are in need in my opinion
Doctor was nice, whoever sat me in the room and took vitals was not. Everyone but the doctor seemed to not care about their job, and should be treated as such.
Front office person asked for a copayment the last two times I was seen even though it stated on my insurance card that I was not to be charged. Nurse practitioner Maria needs to listen more, which means stop talking!
I’ve been waiting for results for a week now. Was giving a total of 8 antibiotics for a wrong diagnosis smh. Will not return. And did not take the pills. Been here twice and will not return
For the first time in my life, I had a serious injury. The staff here is amazing. They were very helpful and caring. I would give them 10 Stars if I could.
This place is worse than free clinics
Find experienced healthcare that will listen to you. The NPs here have little experience and give unnecessary tests if you have insurance. They do the least amount possible and will offer purposefully limited and sometimes completely irrelevant treatment to have you return repeatedly. If you are ill and this is your only option go to a hospital. This place is dangerous.
Horrible customer service! Went there this morning for multiple illness and injuries (2) and was told that I would have to choose just one problem to deal with today. So I came to an urgent care for multiple issues but you guys can only help with one today? So do I just hope I dont die from my other illness by tomorrow? This is ridiculous I dont understand how that works. I would much rather find somewhere else to do business with
Horrible and unprofessional. Dirty lobby and they don’t even have hand sanitizer. My daughter turned 18 two days ago and they refused to see her without ID because she’s an adult...even though I AM HER MOTHER AND THE PAYING RESPONSIBLE PARTY ON HER INSURANCE. This place is an absolute joke
This urgent care was the best I have ever been to. They treated my daughter like she was family. Very fast and caring staff!
It’s a nice place but very unprofessional all the staff including the manager are rude … especially when they see that you don’t understand nor you speak Spanish like them they speak Spanish ( as if they are talking about you ) they are disrespectful when it’s time for them to assist you I wouldn’t recommend getting a service there because of the manager and the staffs but good luck to you all who get service
I am so grateful for this establishment and that its in my neighborhood! The staff are as compassionate & kind as they are knowledgeable. Thanks to them I had a quick recovery. Thank you so much!
Everyone was king was patient except....The doctor told me that my condition was stress and charge me for it! I went to go see another doctor close by there and diagnosed me right away. Also, they make you wait outside there before come in.
Most of the women staff can be rude. Guy receptionist is nice.I was denied service today. Thats not good when one feels sick. Bad service today.
The people that work here are so are nice and the doctor I seen actually cares. He is the male doctor.
I Absolutely LOVE this place. The staff are very nice and understanding. They work very fast I’ve never had to wait they always see me right away and take care of whatever’s going on with me. I fed recommend this place to everyone.
Love. Love. Love Dr. Reddy. Shes amazingly gifted, talented, educated and super invested in the Long Beach community. Shes definitely an icon!!!
Front desk personnel extremely rude! Needing to go to an Urgent Care is bad enough...dont need the abhorrent attitude that is substituted for customer service.
They are very nice people working there, and they took great care of my husband when he needed his sutures removed.
They use to be very fast and good.... due to this covid stuff they have you sitting out side in the cold n then half as treat you!! This will be my last visit!!
Went in for tonsillitis type symptoms and got told they didnt know what it was and to just take antibiotics. Then proceeded to prescribe the wrong ones.
Theyve diagnosed me wrong every single time Ive gone in. Same with my with boyfriend. Awful place. Not worth the convenience of being down town. Avoid at all costs.
Everyone is really nice and its pretty well kept and cleanVery pleasant experience
Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. I’ve been here 3 times for different issues and have always been happy with the service. Thanks!
Best treatment I have ever received , always satisfied 😌 ❤️
Excellent staff. Friendly and attentive. Dr. Reddy is Wonderful. You are in great care.
Staff there are nice but when they tell u 1 hour wait and u been there for 3 its crazy and then people leave and they can just walk back in and not lose there spot that messed up
I took my covid test last year and I still haven’t got my results and on top of it they asked for insurance and leg.
Quick service, nice rooms, nurses who actually addressed my concerns and spent time listening to me, proactive, friendly, and helpful.
Move your Covid test sign up outside. I shouldn’t have to wait in a tiny little room with other people who might have Covid. And I shouldn’t have to explain this.
Staff was super friendly. The doctor was really caring. Also very clean
They said 1 hour, and I had to wait more than 3 hours, unfriendly behavior. They should learn time management
I like this place it’s always fast and they always take care of you
Quick service with care. MD takes the time to address your concerns and staff are friendly
They were thorough and swift in diagnosing that I had shingles
Bad service . They close at 7p.m Im barely getting there and its 6:22 p.m and didnt want to serve us because they closed.
Form begging to end, staff and NP Matt were excellant.....highly recomend
Very rude mean umprofecional. Theis lady called Sandy
You wouldn’t take a rolls Royce to a jiffy lube would you? Don’t take your body here..
Love this office they taking care of you
I was in and out quickly, and the staff was nice.
I have to wait for more then 2 hours to get help
Staff and doctors are caring and competent
I do not recommend coming here.
Quick visit, staff friendly.
Too slow and not too professional
Nice easy and fast.
100 dollars for a walk in?
LOVE LOVE LOVE
Very good service
