I was recommended here by two different people who say they are the best in the country. One of which has a wonderful success story of her own. My fiance had childhood trauma that had him hospitalized and this was the only way to help him/us to have a kid. I had saved up for copay as they said insurance didnt cover it so I could pay out of pocket. Had an appointment set up for about a week in advance. I even received a coupon in my email that an employee said could be applied and that they would assist me with that. The day before, I get a message saying that MY appointment that was scheduled plenty ahead of time was already somehow taken (even though it was booked with ME)and that they cant help me and changed their policies. This sounds so sketchy and devastated me and my fiance after years of jumping through constant hoops. This is a horrible way to display your business and to lead someone to think you could help them. Guarantee service, then change your mind? Im going to the BBB
Kindbody helped me to become a mom. We started our journey in July of 2022. We went through 5 rounds of IVF and only had one embryo that was viable for transfer. My miracle was born in June of 2024. I am forever grateful to the staff that helped me through this. Their encouragement and support and hugs helped me to keep the faith and have hope that we would be successful. I forever grateful to them. (Especially Laura. Laura, I am so beyond grateful for all the time, care, hope, and encouragement you provided. ❤️)This was the hardest thing I have ever done in my 42 years of life but worth every tear, doubt, glimmer of hope, and dollar. When I hold my son in my arms I often reflect on the long hard road it was to get him here… I would do it all again a million times over. Thank you, Kindbody, for making me a mom.
Loved Dr. Hayes and the staff at the Milwaukee location! Always welcoming and positive atmosphere! Kelsey was my main nurse but I also had Lindsay and Megan….all of them were very patient and explained everything to me until I understood! Laura did all of my ultrasounds and explained everything as we went along. During my first successful transfer, I had a SCH and was bleeding a ton. The nursing staff and Laura were helpful in navigating me through that. I also had a ectopic pregnancy and Kelsey stayed late to comfort me through this difficult situation and took her time with me. They answered all of my questions through the IVF process both times I used them in 2021 and 2023. We were successful and have a beautiful 2-year old girl and a handsome 7 week old son. Love Vios/Kindbody and all they have done to expand our family.
I am a four time surrogate and breastmilk donor. I attended Kindbody in 2021 when it was Vios Fertility. I thought the visit went fine and was initially excited. However when I left I got a phone call from the facility. A woman, possibly the receptionist YELLED at me; accusing me of recording the phlebotomist and stated that I could have violated HIPPAA if I took any images of vials in the room. I had only recorded my arm while having blood drawn and wasn’t aware that I wasn’t able to as there were no signs and the staff member didn’t ask me to stop.Fast forward to May 2024, I had completed an intake for Kindbody and had 3 appointments scheduled. I wasn’t aware that Vios was now Kindbody. I liked the intake process and was looking forward to working with what I thought was a newer fertility clinic. All of the appointments were cancelled within less than 24 hours of the first appointment. Kindbody called the fertility clinic that I’m working with in New York and told them that I had been previously banned for inappropriate conduct. I left a voicemail to discuss with Kindbody that it was inappropriate to share any information; especially inaccurate information with a third party company and that it was inappropriate not to inform me directly of the cancellations. For comparison purposes, I have two friends, one that I attended school with from middle school through college and another friend that I’ve supplied breastmilk to document their IVF journeys with VIOS/Kindbody and they posted clips inside the facility and they weren’t banned. I don’t see any reason why I wouldn’t be able to share snippets of my IVF/surrogacy journey on social media for informational and documentation purposes.
Dr. Hayes was great to work with. Shes very skilled, confident, honest, and has great bedside manner. Shes compassionate and thorough and is the reason we have our precious little baby today. Her staff is amazing as well, but special thanks to Laura in sonography for her gentle care that went beyond just ultrasounds.
I have been going to Kindbody after getting several fertility tests at another facility and wasnt making any progress. I finally got my diagnosis of PCOS. I am trying my first round of letrozole, trigger shot and IUI this month. Sadly I ended up getting sick because that is my luck but Im really hoping this works.I am so pleased with the staff. They are so responsive and make me feel very comfortable.
Every staff member at the Milwaukee location has been wonderful. They are responsive, kind and always fit you into the schedule for urgent items. I’m not in a traditional situation of getting pregnant, not once have I felt judged, always embraced by my decision! So far they have helped me create many euploid embryos, which is beyond exciting!Last week I received some upsetting news and the staff was kind, gave great explanation and did not make me feel bad for having the feelings I did. Dr. Hayes wants the best outcome for her patients, even if that may mean taking a different longer route.I cannot recommend KindBody Milwaukee enough!!! Plus their new downtown location is gorgeous!!!
Upon consultation I find the clinic to be warm and welcoming with a swift gameplan. However Kindbody is quite costly compared to other fertility clinics.
This month marks one year since starting with Vios Milwaukee location. This is our second fertility clinic and Im so happy we moved clinics. I feel so welcome every time I walk into the clinic. They are always so supportive and ready to answer any of my questions. The nursing team and front desk are with you every step of the way.Dr Hayes has a calming presence that always makes us feel comfortable. I feel she listens to what I have to say and takes that into consideration when writing our protocols. I did not get this attention from my first clinic. I truly feel Dr Hayes has my best interest at heart!
I absolutely love kindbody! the staff treats you like a person and not a number. They are there for you through the ups and downs through the whole process. I will be going back 100% when we are ready for our second child.
We couldnt be happier with our experience with the entire staff at Vios Fertility. Dr. Hayes was great to work with and the staff was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone! From the very beginning of our process we felt welcomed and comfortable. Infertility is a very tough and emotional thing, and everyone was very understanding and sensitive to our situation. They are a great team to work with and we were so happy to experience our journey with them. It was an amazing journey and we will cherish it forever!Thank you Dr. Hayes and team!
We had a positive experience at Vios with Dr. Hayes and the entire Milwaukee team. Nurses were fantastic, quick to respond to questions through the portal and turning around documents for work & travel. Everyone on staff was kind, supportive, and comforting especially since IVF can be a difficult process. Very much appreciative of their work. We will be back when we are ready for baby #2!
Kind body is a God sent! Im forever grateful!!! Best experience I have had during this wild infertility experience;) kind, caring, and consistent !!! Wonderful support and Milwaukee location is such a great cheerful environment!!
I can’t help but feel like this business uses an emotional time for couples to take advantage of making some money off of them. I was referred to them without having any prior fertility testing done. When I had my consult with them, they ran my insurance and told me that fertility testing would be covered, but treatment would not be. Specifically, I have a statement saying my saline ultrasound was 100% covered. We did all the testing, and not only did we get some surprise bills at that time, we also were told they did not think we would get pregnant naturally and were pushed toward immediately starting fertility treatments of IVF or IUI not covered by our insurance. When I questioned if there was anything else we could try first as we hadn’t tried any other treatments, I got incredibly condescending answers about all the things that were wrong with me that would prevent me from ever getting pregnant. Ultimately, my husband and I decided we were not ready for those types of treatments yet (we are 33, felt we still had time to decide) despite aggressive pressure from the clinic. Lo and behold, 2 months later I found myself staring at a positive pregnancy test, baby conceived completely naturally! So, we were obviously overjoyed and just ended communication with the clinic at that point, thinking we were done. Now, 6 months later I just received a bill for services they told me we’re covered (saline ultrasound being the most expensive) and to top it off, the bill was telling us we were severely overdue and they were going to send to collections. This was the first bill we had received. When I called I was told it was because of my deductible, but the most expensive charges for the ultrasound were listed on their consult as 100% covered without application to the deductible or any co pay. Perhaps they made a mistake on our consult, but that just goes to show that there are major issues with their billing system. We’ve already paid more bills than we expected to for these treatments earlier in the year, but now to get another surprise bill 6 months later was just icing on the cake. Very frustrated with this clinic and whole experience… do not believe their benefits overview consult, and go in being prepared to spend a good amount of money.
After 10 years of infertility struggles with no success getting pregnant, we decided to try one more time with IVF. We switched to Vios with Dr. Hayes and couldnt be happier with the service and care we received. The entire staff is caring and so considerate to our needs and feelings. Infertility is a subject that can be difficult to talk about and all our conversations with this office have been easy and always in our best interest. Dr Hayes asked questions and made suggestions that no one ever asked in all my years of trying. They approached treatment holelistically even using acupuncuture before and after my embryo transfer. I would highly recommend this clinic and the entire staff, especially Dr. Hayes!
I wasn’t sure where to start when reviewing Vios because so many emotions come up. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for five years and we were very naive about fertility treatments. When our ob/gyn suggested we seek a fertility specialist it was very overwhelming. We made an appointment with Vios and surprisingly we got in rather quickly. From the very first appointment to our last we were met with such compassion and understanding every step of the way. All of our questions seemed to be answered before we could even ask (or promptly with my 5000 emails-Thanks Kelsey!!), they were very thorough and great at explaining all of our options. We went straight to ivf and despite great numbers at our retrieval we had only one embryo that tested normal. We chose to transfer that one embryo and I’m currently holding my sweet baby girl as I type this. I can’t say enough how thankful we are for the entire staff at Vios for helping us get our baby girl. From Layne at the front (when a terrified woman in the middle ofCovid can be greeted with such warmth even with masks on it’s so comforting) to Kelsey, Dr Hayes, the ultrasound tech who made me laugh and feel relaxed every visit, the whole staff in Chicago for our retrieval and transfer. We are so thankful for each and every one of you!!
I cant say enough good things about Dr. Hayes and her staff. Its because of Dr. Hayes I am a mom. Its because of her compassion and optimism that I had the courage to undergo IVF and FET transfers. Its because of Dr. Hayes, I had 3 successful transfers. I have 2 handsome sons, and a beautiful daughter all because of Dr. Hayes. I started out with Dr. Hayes when she was at Aurora, years ago. When I found out she had left Aurora, I was heartbroken. The new person at Aurora didnt have her bedside manner or ability to relate to her patients like Dr. Hayes does. When I found out Dr. Hayes was at Vios, I was overjoyed...thats how much she meant to me as a doctor. I believed she understood my diagnosis like no other, and could help me achieve my fertility goals. If you choose Vios and Dr. Hayes, you cant go wrong. I would recommend her without hesitation every single time.
Very relaxing friendly place doesn’t feel like a dr at all while waiting for your appointment
My husband and I have been working with Dr. Hayes for the last year and a half and we could not speak more highly of her and her team! They stuck with us through a partial round of IUI, 2 IVF egg retrievals, 4 IVF transfers, and several tests in between! They never gave up and have been so thorough! They have been able to answer any questions we have had in a timely manner, even if I ask several and probably too many :) and they never seemed to be annoyed by that. They are also timely when it comes to appointments, amazing at communicating anything we need to know and consistent! We have recommended several people to them and they are having the same experience as we have had!
I felt welcomed and everyone was very nice and welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Thank you for making this journey smooth for us.Joshua and Simisola Johnson
Dr Ehlers is wonderful - she is kind, listens, and gives it to you straight. She gives her recommendations based off your unique situation. I have full confidence in her as my doctor. All the staff Ive met are great. Lindsay and Molly, nurses at the Wauwatosa location, are always compassionate and prompt with following-up. Its obvious they are very experienced, which is comforting as a patient.I was only at the Chicago location twice for services, but I could tell the staff there is also exceptional. I appreciated everyones positive attitude!
Words cannot express the gratitude that I have for the people at kindbody/vios. The Milwaukee team was always so kind and made a scary time feel so much easier. They took the time to answer all one thousand of my questions. They made me feel comfortable in the most uncomfortable of times. They were thorough. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Dr Ellen Hayes and her team were
The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were able to go over my history and get a plan going. They kindly addressed my concerns and had some good suggestions. 👍
Super friendly and understanding. Patient portal is great for questions and easy to track what is coming up. The nurses or whatever team you ask answer quickly. Zoom meetings help with scheduling. One thing I would like more is the thought process for the supplements/Rxs prescribed so that I know why Im taking them instead of looking up what they are for.
We love VIOS and all that they stand for and promote. Everyone, patient coordinators, nurses and doctors know you by name and can understand and empathize with the struggles of fertility. They have made us feel very comfortable and very hopeful of being able to reach our goal of having a family.
Everyone at Vios was very helpful throughout the whole process! We are so happy we decided to do IVF with Vios and have the chance to have our own kids. Thank you for all everyone has done!
I’m not normally one to write reviews of places in general, but this was brutal. Schedule an appointment with them three weeks out. They send my wife and I a million emails with different things we have to sign prior to the appointment. We sign everything, my wife sends over the entirety of her medical records which they requested. They cancel the appointment because we didn’t fill out one new patient form contained in the mass amount of emails they sent. They never called to say it wasn’t complete, simply cancelled the appointment. For a clinic that touts themselves on being patient centric and not seeing us as a number we were given far less attention and worse treatment than I have ever experienced from another clinic. Awful experience that literally left my wife in tears, stay away.
The nurses, front desk, Dr. Hayes are all so great and really make me feel comfortable going through my IVF experience. So thankful for all of them!
Facility is very welcoming and has an inviting feel to it, unlike most medical clinics. Dr Kara Ehlers is very easy to talk with.
The staff has been excellent with helping me through this tough process. Made things a lot easier on me and my husband.
The staff is kind and helpful, but the billing is terrible. They continue to incorrectly process my claims after five months of trying to get this fixed. Going through this type of treatment is stressful enough, add billing nightmares on top of it. I cant suggest this mess to anyone else.
The staff at the MKE clinic are so friendly and helpful with every appointment! Im so happy I was referred to them!
I would recommend VIOS to everyone. They are the best. They were there for me day and night. If if wasnt for them i wouldnt be pregnant with my first child. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!
The staff was so helpful and encouraging during this difficult time. Currently awaiting our iui baby in just a few short weeks!!
Pretty good...we didnt appreciate your nurse telling us we wouldnt get pregnant however. This was stressful enough and that didnt help.
Everyone is always so wonderful and make the process easier to go through.
Excellent customer service in the first step to doing iui
I have a beautiful baby boy thanks to vios, so thank you.
Very quick & efficient, yet still thorough care.
Tried to book and appointment online and no call back, tried again and another week has gone by with no call back....
Terrible. One year later, they still cant figure out their billing.
It was extraordinary, the medical group and assistant are exemplary
