This place is terrible. Two people, including me, in the waiting room and the lovely employee behind the counter bypasses all pleasantries and asks D-ya have an appointment, sir?No further communication. I sign in on their little device since they cant be bothered to be of any assistance in any way, and I select the option for them to text me as I wait in my car.One hour later still no text. I re-enter the unit to again be met with the have an appointment sir?Yes I do. It was an hour ago. Mind you, I am a registered nurse and just came here from an overnight shift. I know how long it takes to draw labs and this is ridiculous.Incompetent, callous, rude people comprising the team of the only company in SWFL where you can get labwork done. They are the worst.Update:After 90 minutes I find the employee knows more than the single question previously noted. She says I dont have an appointment despite the printed proof in my hand as we have the discussion. She then proceeded to tell me that they dont take walk ins (which Im not) and that they didnt update her list on her end as though its my fault that her computer software isnt functioning properly. Now I get to maybe be squeezed in for my 1 vial of blood that I could do myself.Avoid this organization by any means necessary.
What a horrible experience. They didn’t have my orders, but luckily I had a copy on my phone. They wouldnt take pictures (“I HAVE TO HAVE PAPER!) , so I sent them via fax. I also tried to send via email, asking Yasmin to verify the email address - which she did, but it was wrong. I asked her if she could give me the post it she had written the email address on and was told, “You have to wait, I’m busy” as she sorted paper clips. Literally.I was told about a dozen times I needed to “go outside” because they have bad cell service and no guest WiFi.I then got a lecture about it being my responsibility to have my paperwork. That was really nice in front of a waiting room full of strangers.Basically, they did the least possible to help me. I’d say go to any other Quest location, but moving forward I’m going to go out of network for my labs.No one should suffer this type of treatment when seeking medical care.
This place needs help. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appt. to find the lobby almost full. After waiting a bit, I chatted the other patrons up. One had an appt. (1pm), and 4 or 5 others were walk-ins that have been waiting 2 hours ! The 1 pm was taken back at 1:50. I was taken back at 1:55 for my 1:30 appt. There were 2 gals working and that is it. One of them had a shouting match with 2 of the walk ins and was clearly distraut. In the past I too tried the walk in, only to give up at an hour and a half...If you cant handle walk ins.....DONT TAKE THEM !! Make it just appointments only and save both the patrons and employees the grief.
I do blood test every six months for my primary physician check up and I am always treated very kindly here. The phlebotomist are excellent. Never any pain or discomfort. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Make your appointment online and you’ll be fine.
Each time I had to come here for lab work during my pregnancy, the staff was so friendly, patient, and caring. Mary Ann M. made my glucose tolerance test a breeze. I was so nervous beforehand, as I am not good with blood and needles, but she was so funny and sweet and made it so easy and tolerable.
Why does Quest only hire rude people?I have been getting my blood drawn regularly for 14 years. Quest is the place my insurance picks for testing. In all these years I have only ever had 1 positive experience. Every time I go its like pulling teeth. The receptionist is always so hostile and angry at everyone in the waiting room, not to mention downright rude and confrontational; I have seen no less than 5 shouting matches between the receptionist and some frustrated patient. The waiting time, even with an appointment, is about 30 mins to an hour, all so a phlebotomist can take less than 5 mins to draw blood.Their business model sucks, their employees suck, everything about them sucks. If youre like me and need to go regularly, youve now been warned, act accordingly.
I had blood work done today & the staff was great! There were a lot of issues with my drs office prescription. It was not legible & when another came it didnt include their fax #. Mayelin & her fellow lab technician were so patient & helpful in helping to get the correct information. I very much appreciate their attentiveness.
After trying for two days using their phone number to get a simple appointment, I finally got one! Arrived five minutes early and checked in electronically. The receptionist said that they had no record of my appointment. Wanted confirmation code, didn’t remember to bring it. They said ok, I told them that they had orders from my physician in Illinois. They found the order, but couldn’t find the physicians out of state license number. Made two calls and finally got the number. This place wins first place for disorganization. Suggest, you find another place for any tests! I certainly would never recommend them.
The wait time is horrendous crazy its better go to your car make an appt. Then come in cause they only take preference with appts. Had I known that I would have done so while waiting over an hour as the woman in the parking told me she did in her car before she walked in....very very rude staff just rude man in the front desk. Get more help here is just ridiculous. Once we sign in there should be someone telling walk in patients the wait time so that we can decide if we wish to stick around for over an hour while fasting since 9 pm day before while it is almost 12 in the afternoon and I am hypoglycemic. The lab tech that took care of me was awesome, swift, friendly, accurate when I did get called in finally.
While my personal experience there was not bad, I was there for a 2-hour glucose tolerance screening and what I witnessed was pretty awful. One lab assistant working the front desk CLEARLY did not want to be there and he was quite abrupt with many of the patients, particularly the ones who had a simple question. What bothered me the most was when he was downright rude to a WWII vet and his son, who had been waiting an inordinate amount of time for a simple blood test. I will be returning to the 11121 Health Park Rd location, which seems to be the much more professional choice.
This was my first time here. My experience was fine, it was busy but not a full house. The gentleman at the front desk was busy, but very pleasant, even though he was interrupted by rude clients. The Phlebotomist today was exceptional!!!! He was very nice, pretty much pain free, jovial, professional and a breath of fresh air! I have been to worse labs, this one by far exceeds! And as far as wait time you wait no matter where you go, accept it!
So I have an appointment. They can’t find the order although it was electronically sent! I called my Doctors office, they faxed the order TWICE. Nothing gets there??? I wait for 30 minutes, never heard the sound of the Fax machine…unusual in a lab setting!! I finally suggest they check the fax!! SURE ENOUGH it is JAMMED!!! All the orders were in there….PROBLEM SOLVING SOMEONE???
After reading some of the negative reviews I decided that location was more important. I made an appointment for lab tests and when I arrived I found the staff, especially Ladonna, very helpful and friendly. They were efficient and on time. Dont hesitate to go to this location.
Mercedes and Rachel were absolutely wonderful. Im typically squeamish and can get light headed when getting my blood drawn and both of them were very kind, patient, and understanding. Ive never felt so comfortable getting my blood drawn before.
Staff is extremely friendly. From my observations, they work as efficiently, yet as carefully as possible. Personally, I wouldnt want anyone to rush taking my blood, no matter where Im having it done. Im a bi-weekly patient, so Ive had the opportunity to observe over time. Also, I rarely write feedbacks, but Im delighted to leave this one.John P Fahey
Dreadful experience. Really a zero star experience. I will never use Quest again. People were unfriendly. The gauze was put on my arm in such a way that blood seeped out, ran down my arm and before I noticed the blood, it had made a large stain on my white shirt. I had a huge bruise and I have never had that reaction before. The results were to be sent to the ordering physician (specialist) with a copy to my internist. I provided the information for my internist. Quest used an incorrect fax number for my internist and the results were not received. I tried calling Quest to ask that they resend the results. There is no local number for the clinic I went to and using the general number it was not possible to reach a live person at the clinic. After 3 tries, I managed to reach someone in billing who sympathized but could not help me except to suggest that I call my specialist and have his office send a copy to my internist.
The best location I have found with Quest. The staff is helpful and efficient. One of the easiest blood draws I have ever had. The receptionist went out of her way to make sure she had received my Dr.’s fax. Very clean.
Kept my appointment within 7 min. I`m a very tough stick. Lisher was outstanding. She trained in N Y. She found a vein in my hand, gave me a heated pad, I didn`t feel a thing. What an outstanding experience. The staf was very pleasant.
The worst customer service ever. Lazy and they were not doing their job. Me and my daughter were late 10min due to miscommunication and they told me I have to wait 4 hours. Instead helping us and helping everybody else at the waiting room they were chitchatting. This place is so unprofessional.
I just read where someone else was asking why Quest only hires rude people... That was my experience... that and the whole location was stinky... I advised my Doctor that I would not go there any more. Its a shame when this is the quality of US health care sinks to this level.. This is something I would expect in an under developed country.
Great service!Gentle hands! Do recommend you make an appointment before coming in. My appointment was kept within 10 minutes but walk-in wait was long. They give priority to appointments, which is normal.
Terrible experience. Not organized, no sense of urgency and I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! I left after 75 minutes of waiting! Schedule yourself at a different lab. Labcorp, etc.
Valerie is exceptional!!Never looses her cool. Even when there is stressful situations.I go to this Quest because of her!!
This is the best location in Naples! They are friendly, quick, and do a great job! I tell everyone if they need lab work this is the quest to go to!
Stop, if you have an infant and need blood work go some where else. the service for babies is horrible and they do not know how to work with them, this was my second time and it was worse than the last for me and my son who is only 22 months old. GO SOME WHERE ELSE.
Need 2 get bloodwork done, scheduled appointment for 12:15. Been waiting over 45 minutes still have not been called back to get blood work done
The man at the check station is simply a horrible human being, nasty, mean. But you keep him there in spite of the bad reviews.
Excellent service today. Nice staff in and home quickly. Would recommend over the north Naples office
For a simple sample collection they took 2 hours. It is really frustrating.Try to avoid this location.
Staff was rude as possible. Offered no help to my questions. As of I was inconveniencing her
