This company has changed my life, I almost gave up on having a child for multiple reasons. I found this company on google, i was hesitant at first because of my experience with similar companies. I got a representative(Ali) the sameday that I reached out. Ali set everything up for me and provided me with his direct number where I could call or text him.HIGHLY RECOMMEND
It was a great experience. The service was for my son. Our first contact was with Mr. Ali who took care of us answering all our questions, following up with the billing team and shipping the kits. We didnt have to call anybody else as Mr. Ali took care of all our needs. The response was always prompt. Overall, we are so happy with the service we got as it is so convenient. I sought out Legacy on really short notice, as I was just about to begin HRT, and I didnt want to take the chance on not being able to have kids in the future. Most other places would have required a doctors referral, and 3 weeks or more to set up a visit, but with Legacy, I was able to get my kit in just 2 days, which meant I could start HRT much sooner than if I went with anyone else, and still feel secure! I spoke frequently with Ali, and he answered my questions patiently and completely, guided me through the entire process, and even helped me with payment options. He was a really big help, and the service as a whole was invaluable to me in that moment. Speaking of value, the price is fairly good, and matches up with other sperm banks, so I didnt feel like I was making a tradeoff for speed at all! I probably wont need any more services from them in the future, but if something did come up, theyll be my go-to. Thank you so much . . . Truly, my greatest experience with legacy is their customer service. I ordered my kit with the help of one of their representatives Ali, who assisted me in deciding which package would better fit me. I got the package very quickly and I was able to get my results ready the same week that I submitted my sample. I was able to follow up with Ali again concerning my results. He was very kind and knowledgeable in explaining those result parameters
Zero issues with anything. Even with Hurricane Ian delaying a kit and rendering part of it unusable, the replacement was shipped to me at no cost. Jaclyn was easily the best customer support Ive ever interacted with, answering all of my (many) questions and alleviating so many worries I had. No regrets going with this company, amazing products and even better support for whenever you need it.

I contacted legacy with questions and got put into contact with Ali, I normally dont leave reviews but this needs to be said. Ali and Give Legacy has been absolutely wonderful to work with. They have flexible payment methods which made paying for I much easier, and a military discount im paying in installments per month with no interest. Ali first asked me what i was looking for and answered my questions and concerns extremely quickly and after the phone call i got a text message follow up and whenever I text with another question about my order, shipping, how to provide my sample or changing products (which ive done 3l2 times at this point) to a product and storage that fits my personal needs and time frame (military deployments get in the way) I get the same representative and my concerns are always handled within 10-15 minutes.Customer service is second to none and the actual sperm testing and storage is much easier than I expected. I got the forever bundle, combined with the suppliments, std tests, and DNA testing. The reports are easy to read and not confusing, so anyone can understand what youre looking at. And storage is qutomatic. I had two products so all I had to do was just text Ali and elect to store the sample. 10 minutes later i logged in and boom. It was done. I recommend for anyone interested. 10/10 would do it again.The only thing I dont like is my male fertility supplements smell absolutely horrible. Thats it. Everything else is amazing.Also if Give legacy reads these you guys need to give Ali a raise. I know im annoying and hes always friendly and punctual.
I used them for sperm sample storage before HRT. My service agent, Ali, was super helpful, he checked in with me when I needed assistance, and he was very professional about his job. I would definitely recommend his services, and for the price, you get much more value for storage than you do through some other cheaper on-the-face services.
Their customer service could not have been better and it made the ordering process so incredibly easy. Maria, the employee who worked with me through the entire process, answered all my questions about their services, about payment and special requests, and worked me through some technical difficulties I was having in the later stages. She made sure I was clear on what was happening, what I needed to do, and what to expect next. Having a customer experience like that made this big expense way less scary since I had help every step of the way.
I found the staff to be helpful responsive and clear. We are dealing with an extremely complex situation and they did everything they could it seemed like to support us.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. I placed several orders and Ali was very responsive on my second order when I had questions. On my third order, I ran into a special situation and Ali was once again accommodating and understanding. I believe I also spoke to either Maria or Jaclyn at some point due to time sensitivity of things and they were also helpful in getting back to me or accommodating a request when needed. I was able to freeze the best sample which ended up being the first one, and I am so glad I will be able to preserve my fertility for decades to come now. Thank you team from the bottom of my heart. This review is for the superior customer service. Prior to making a purchase I spoke with someone who answered every question thoroughly and easily. She helped build trust in the company, helped me make the right product choice for me, and made the purchase super smooth. Afterwards, my girlfriend told me that this company is the online leader in the space (she works in healthcare) and that the Founder is a nice, well meaning guy. It seems like I made the right choice.

The whole experience has been awesome. My wife and I are later in age and finally want to try and have a child. The legacy team are true to their word. I found them by mistake after using another company where the experience was terrible!! Lucky I found Legacy! Got my kit followed the easy instructions, sent it off and like clock work got my results the next day. Quick, fast and easy! Only thing that took some time was the consultation, they seem pretty booked. Even the consultation was amazing. Im so confident moving forward that we will conceive, thanks to Legacy. I am happy for all of those that had good experiences with this company, ours was anything but. Our first kit we sent back-were told-arrived back at the lab “voided” and we were not given ANY reason as to why. They sent us a second kit…surprise surprise, that one arrived to the lab “voided” too. They threw both kits away without so much as asking us, or providing us proof of damages or even speaking with us about it first. With the tamper tap on horizontally, someone would have to cut through the entirety of it to make that package “voided.” Do we know if this happened? No. Do we know if the person receiving these kits is damaging them? No. Do we know if they were even damaged in the slightest? No.No one has answered ANY of our questions as to WHY this continued happening. We even used two different UPS locations to avoid suspicion, yet both arrived “voided.” No one we spoke with used ANY other language besides “voided,” and the email responses were two sentences max. The customer service we received was appalling considering that is what most companies take pride in. We did receive a refund in the end after being sent to a supervisor, but this individual didn’t offer any explanation either, just a, “we’ve issued a refund- best regards.” Ridiculous! My husband and I are still left with fertility problems, and no clue as to the health of his sample. The fact that these individuals will not answers our questions (to which we have THE RIGHT to know) is giving us major sketchy vibes. If you don’t have anything to hide, why can’t you tell us what went wrong? Why couldn’t you give us tips to prevent this from happening again? Our email responses all felt automated and impersonal.Our doctor recommended this service. Just an absolutely ridiculous waste of time and effort. I wish everyone the best. This put a major damper on our holidays.
Using Legacys services was much easier than I ever thought. WIthin a week of requesting services, we had stored everything we needed for the future. Really really easy. An extra shout out to the customer service team, in particular Ali, who guided me through every step, gave me pointers, and followed up with every single request. He was a wonderful guide to our process! If this fertility stuff is uncomfortable or new to you, I could not recommend a better, more professional, or classier company than Legacy. Highly recommend!
The whole experience has been awesome. The instructions are clear and the steps are easy to follow. The analysis results have detailed information needed. The collected samples were delayed twice by Fedex, making the sample expired. Legacy managed to send the collection kit three times. The customer service responded in time and the service is available on weekends.

Researched options for storage prior to my appointment with a urologist. I chose to go with Legacy and found the process to be very stream lined and affordable. I did have a couple questions during set up and they were quick to answer the phone or call me back. Staff were polite and answered all my questions. The process itself is easy and comes as a all in one kit with prepaid postage for return. Overall I have been satisfied and would recommend them to others.
I have used them 3x now for semen analysis and 1x for cryo freezing. Top notch customer service, an incredible user experience versus the competitors (which I have also tried). Overall, I love the easy to understand process, clear results, and options for additional followups with medical professionals. The Legacy experience is the best. I used them after receiving poor results from a private practice and wanting a second opinion. I had a wonderful Legacy nurse help me go through my results and talk to me about how I can improve them without costly surgery, like the private practice recommended. It felt like she actually cared, and not like she was trying to get more money out of me.

The box came well packages, the directions were easy to read and follow. I wish they had included instructions about dos and donts before doing the test, like no alcohol. I liked being able to do the test at home, felt more comfortable than in an office. The results were easy to read and follow.
Rude customer service. Had a scheduled call at 11am, they never called. I called, and after waiting on hold for a while had to hang up. Got a call back some time later from the person ( Jaclyn ) that had originally scheduled the call with. She had completely forgotten about the scheduled call. I tried asking a few questions, but she wasnt very helpful, she hung up mid call.
Legacy was great at providing a secure and comfortable at home solution. Their results document was easy to read and helped me understand where my sample fell within certain metrics. If you are interested in learning more about your fertility health I recommend using Legacy.
My results were sent back to me very fast. Ali was super helpful in going over them and filling me in on what each reading meant. Could not ask for better help then he gave me.
By far easier than I imagined. Figured out what I want, looked around, chatted with a representative. Only made what I thought I wanted even more certain. I ordered it, it arrived quickly. Privacy of my own home, I handle all of the technical details. I preferred to drive it over to Fedex, which was an option. It made its way over to Legacy, then in a quick turn around, got my analysis results. Second submission, fedex dropped the ball, but legacy confirmed the sample was good for storage, but sent me an extra kit just in case I wanted to send another sample, and freeze the best 2 out of 3. I must say I am pleased, and they did everything to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
Legacy was awesome. My boyfriend and I needed our kit in a rush because I had an appointment coming up with a fertility specialist. The whole thing was super fast (way faster than a traditional clinic would have been). We sent back our kit same day and got our results back within 1 day after that. My bf had some questions so we were able to make a telehealth appointment with their fertility doctor - yes an actual doctor - and it was a free add on. Overall an awesome experience. So fast and their customer service team was super helpful and friendly as well. No reason to go with anyone else on the market.

However, Legacy gave me the confidence & peace of mind that should I want children in the future, they would help to make that happen.Their sample collection kits were shipped next-day, and even their customer service specialist I worked with (Ali) was able to expedite one due to my upcoming surgery.Ali also answered all of my many questions, & kept me informed throughout the entire process.I also especially liked that they do a post-thaw motility test on every sample, which gives you a realistic idea of how many swimmers will still be swimming when you go to retrieve your sample. Additionally, they mitigate risk by storing your sample in separate geographic locations, should anything happen to the tank or facility. Excellent expensive. They had the kit ready to ship as soon as I ordered. Recieved it in just 2-3 days. Instructions were easy to follow. I was able to keep communication through their chat on their website. Recieved my results with details and recommendations within 48 hours.
Went with Legacy after Dadi was delayed for about 60 days before I could get a kit to my home. Experience was largely positive for the most part until the end. When I went to pick which samples to freeze for long-term storage, I got no-showed by the doctor on the Zoom call. Then the Legacy Team failed to respond and provide clarity to to my inquiries about confirmation about placement in storage, and what the next steps would be should I need to retrieve my samples for IVF in the future. All I got was send an email to us to retrieve.What did it for me was receiving an email from their team 4 months later asking me which samples I would like to have place in long-term storage (having already made that decision and having them confirm). After reminding them, they retracted and said it was an error and that everything was copasetic, but not what you want to hear when someone is handling your DNA (and you paid them a decent amount of money for these services).They are nice people, but it is clear they do not have sufficient policies, procedures, and protections in place as it stands. If they can bring some transparency to the customer, i.e. some confirmation via a dashboard that the sample was placed and when, that would help bring peace of mind.Started strong and then really disappointed. Frontend good. Backend? Not so much. Nice people though and wish them the best.

I started taking Legacys Male Fertility Supplement in Jan as a part of my new routine to improve my sperm health. Ive seen my parameters improve significantly with three months of use with my total motility going from 1 million to 5 million with the first jar. I purchase another three month supply and will re-test and report back on any improvements then. So far I like that I dont have to take several different supplements since this single dose each day contains so much of what I was sourcing individually.

We found legacy following our third miscarriage while awaiting our appointment with an RE. It had been suggested to us to look into FNA fragmentation but we didn’t want to have to wait for the RE appointment. A family member had suggested legacy to us and we found the process to be seamless. The results gave us direction as to our next steps on our fertility journey and our virtual consult provided by legacy helped us better understand our results. A modern day solution for a modern day problem. As an active duty firefighter I have concerns with our exposure to hazardous chemicals as well as extreme temperatures and lack of sleep on a daily basis.
