Have been a patient here since 2012. If anything, the service has only become better. Extended hours, pharmacy onsite, seamless communication using My Chart app.I’m certain the staff is always on my side!

Ive been trying for over a week to schedule an appointment. They just ignored me. There were more than 12 calls, and always with the promise that they would get in touch. On Friday, in my last contact attempt, I was informed that they were not accepting new patients. a lack of ethics and responsibility and disrespect for such an important subject that is health.

The doctors are all great and helpful. The front desk on the other hand is extremely unfriendly both in person and over the phone. They prioritize non work related conversation before helping patients, and on the phone, Sharon especially, will make you feel like you’re a burden to her work day, even though all you’re asking to do is make an appointment. It’s very disappointing as someone who’s been coming to this clinic for years to have to prepare to deal with rude and unprofessional workers at the front desk - they handle appointments and insurance and they’re truly always making it harder on the patient to come back and check on their healthcare because of their poor attitudes. I’ve seen them treat other patients even worse than me while waiting in the office. Twice I have been there waiting for over 40 mins for an appointment I was on time for, just for my PCP to come into the waiting room looking for me, saying the front desk never told them I was even in the office, despite checking in with them upon both my arrivals. That is the scale of ineptitude behind that desk. Really sad to see an practice trying to to good for the LGBTQ+ community and the front desk workers are making folks not want to return. Hopefully they can find it in them in the new year to provide adequate service to patients. I’ll sure be looking for a new PCP due to them.

Been going since October of 2016. It can be hard to get in touch with the front desk and arrange appointments outside of the MyChart app that the clinic uses. Although, I have been able to walk in and get seen same day in emergency situations. Doctors are attentive and take personal questions seriously while respecting your privacy. The clinic offers a lot of different specialties and group counseling options to manage nutrition, stress, depression, and tough transitions. While I have not used the attached pharmacy yet, I will soon be switching over to take advantage of the proximity and ease of access. They do get busy, they can be hard to reach, but they are a kind, supportive, and hard-working staff that wants to help.

Used to go here before covid for annual check ups and I know they did walk-in then. They still advertise it on their website but now they don’t take “walk-ins”

Until recently this was decent health institution. Now, its horryfying and scarry how fast patients and doctors are leaving. Its a crisis for health system of the New York City and emergent need for advanced medicine care, as a nice euphemism for certain infectious diseases. Shameful.

Today, I came here for follow up and as a hard of hearing person, I really appreciated that they provided an actual sign language interpreter. This is what deaf and hard of hearing people need when they need to see a doctor. Most places do not provide them when theyre supposed to because its an ADA law.

Truly the epitome of everything that is wrong with medical conglomerates. Rude staff, asinine procedures, incredibly long wait times, lack of patient care and simply put, just truly a horrible place for medical care. Do yourself a favor and find a different place.

The front desk staff is very dismissive, impolite and downright nasty. What a horrible experience. This is probably the worst place to go for medical care. They are completely incompetent.
