This office is desperately needed in Hell’s Kitchen but they need to get their act together. Slow slow slow. Empty office and took 45 minutes to be seen from check-in. Brand new clean. office but will not be successful with poor wait times. Medical. Staff has no coordination with one another. Front desk is very kind. Also, not PHI friendly. Walk into exam room and PHI is all over computer screen
