We’ve used this Urgent Care multiple times during the pandemic for Covid testing. Friendly staff at reception - and the nurses, too. Easy booking via the online system.
Needs improvement, but assistant was on the right track with what the problem was. I would not call this excellent care.Hispanic guy working at the front desk could not allow me to be registered (for a repeat visit) even though I made it on time before closing. here for too many hours, i want to leave. The problem that was presenting itself was quite severe but these people could not understand that point.Any medical professionals should warn a patient of the dangers with a drug resistant bacteria which can avoid antibiotics. But these are not experts. When I tried again for a needed visit I was not able to get the benefit of the advice of Mark the PA, even though I was there in time and the payment would be made. Places like this can be very helpful if you need any testing done.
I hope this guy isn’t in practice anymore. He is very arrogant and rude, terrible experience with this guy during an urgent care visit.
I went here to get a COVID test. It is by appointment only, but I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours of scheduling which was great. Despite having a very busy day, the Northwell Health staff were kind and considerate. They told me my results could take up to a week, but I received mine the very next day. All in all, a very quick 3 day turnaround from scheduling a test to getting a result. They also accept most insurance plans. Thanks, team!
AVOID THIS URGENT CAREwent there to have a rapid covid test, only stayed for 5 minutes or less, didnt see any doctor/provider.a month later got a bill from them charging me $50.00 copay. called their billing department, and one person said yes, even i didnt see a doctor, it was still an office visit, and $50.00 copay for that visit. then called the insurance company and i was told that this provider billed the service as a regular urgent care visit not a covid test service, they used a wrong billing code. so i called urgent cares billing department again, and told them to use the correct code to bill for the covid test but they gave me a run around and nothing was fixed, so at the end, i got charged $50.00 on my credit card. i will definitely not going to use any Northwell Health urgent care service anymore.
Great experience! The lady at the front desk with the beautiful & welcoming smile was very professional (i apologize for not remembering your name.) And Dr. Nivens thank you 😊 very much for your knowledge about my condition, for being personable, caring and listening and the suggestions you made. I am healing up nicely. the level of care you both provided exceeded my expectations and make me feel that this is what a visit to the doctor should be. Have a great summer.
The whole staff is professional yet pleasant and compassionate. They all made my visit a good one, which is important when youre not feeling well. I appreciated not having a long wait and that was the main reason I chose Northwell over other similar centers. Dr. Nivens is very attentive and responsive. Nobody hopes to be sick, but if I ever need to go to an urgent care center, I will come back here.
First impression: I was really taken back by how clean, uncrowded and structured this place was! I came here for testing and it was my first visit. I filled out my information and it took only half an hour before I met with the nurse and doctor. They went very quickly, which may be the only negative mark, but the doctor was pretty friendly. I only paid $40 with my co-pay. I would definitely come back for other services!
I rarely like to use urgent care but for Covid test , this place became my testing site. For the test doctor doesn’t need to see you or take your personal information, they charge from your insurance company. Tests are free but urgent care is not and if you have been checked by the doctor, depending on your copay, you’ll get the bill.On my last Covid test, I did not even get the chance to let them know that that I don’t need to be seen by the doctor, she just came and I received the bill. When I called the insurance, they explained that from January even the Covid test falls in urgent care category which Northwell urgent care desk person doesn’t tell you.Right outside their facility there is another testing site, so if you have heavy copayment, I would recommend to use another Covid test site.
We needed to confirm that the patient (diabetic) had pneumonia. The doctor made a misdiagnosis or an incomplete diagnosis. For exemple, there were no x-rays to confirm it. He did not test for sugar levels neither, knowing that the patient was asked for insulin, since the medication container was broken and needed some. Dr commented about patients migratory statuts, why?I cant haveZero doctor professionalism. Clinique to avoid if possible. Happens on Sunday November 13 at PM. Then, on Monday November 14, patient came back and the clinic (Mme Eva at the front desk, denied the consultation. Argument was, dont pay again 120 USD, then Eva talked to the Dr and (she) the Dr asked go to emergency. If I could give a minus 5 stars in this review, Id do it .
EDIT: Raising my review from 1 star to 3 in recognition of the excellent customer service- Northwell Health was very responsive and called me the next day to talk through what happened. I appreciated being heard and felt confident that the issues with the website/timing of appointments was being dealt with.Original Review: I came in today as a walk-in, was told that was fine and to sign in through the online system. I did, and was given an appointment for 4.50 (over 5 hours later). I signed up for text updates and then left. I constantly refreshed the screen on the website that tells you your wait time throughout the day. At 4.40, even though the website told me I had 45 minutes remaining, i returned to the site by 4.50. Before I could even explain, I was told they were closed and were no longer sending labs. When I asked why the appointment screen had told me to wait 45 minutes, I was told “I don’t know why whatever told you whatever. We’re closed.” I am deeply frustrated because I have been waiting all day for this appointment. Changes need to made to the online system, or appointments should not be scheduled for 4.50 if there is no intention of keeping them.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTINGI’ve been to this urgent care several times as it’s across from my building. Until today I could say I’ve had rather good experiences.Today, I stood on line OUTSIDE IN 30° WEATHER along with approximately 40 other people ( most clearly sick and coughing) FOR 3 HOURS!!!!! Only to be told once I’m at the front desk it’ll be another hour (outside) after check in. Once seen, the physician assistant women last name Vincent, asked me “I’f you aren’t feeling well why would you come outside and risk everyone else’s health”? 🤯 (I thought it was the responsible thing to do to be tested), continues on to tell me “it’s stupid” that I took NyQuil instead of Tylenol the night prior. After explaining to her I’m a DOE employee and for the safety of my students I needed the results for contact tracing purposes she finally agreed to give me the test. She has been trying to convince me it’s probably a common cold and if I don’t feel well just call out of work. She was unbelievable rude, unprofessional and displayed poor patient care. She was not kind, understanding, gentle or patient with me at all,. I can’t imagine ever bringing any of my loved ones here to be treated this horrendously.
I have used the Mount Sinai Urgent Care Center on Columbus Avenue and the Cure Urgent Care Center at 103rd Street and Broadway, both of which were excellent. However, since I am 71 and need to push my husband in a wheelchair, I decided to try your center for my husband this time since it is the closest one to my home. The receptionist was a young man with limited understanding of customer service. My husband is an elderly man in a wheelchair with a diagnosis of dementia and atypical Parkinsons Disease. The receptionist didnt seem to understand that he had to work with me, not my husband and was not helpful in terms of where it was possible to park the wheelchair while I filled out the paperwork. It turned out that I didnt have my husbands Medicare card with me but had other ID for him and knew his Medicare number. However, the man at the front desk was unwilling to confirm the insurance online as I know can be done. It was finally possible to get all of that straightened out. I had to go into the bathroom with my husband for a urine sample because he self catheters and needs assistance, something that I had a lot of difficulty explaining to the receptionist. The doctor, once we got to see him, was competent. Next time I will walk the extra blocks to one of the other Urgent Care Centers where I have never encountered the kind of problems that I had at your center..
The level of professionalism practiced within this clinic should be the standard.I arrived fully expecting to wait a long time. Being located in a busy area, my past experience with medical offices and emergency services in the city taught me that there was never a shortage of sick people needing treatment. I couldnt have been more surprised when I walked into a very clean, spacious check-in area that even had refreshments available at no charge to patients.I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by a very friendly nurse who directed me to the painless check-in process. Patients are urged to check themselves in with the use of a tablet in order to save time. After filling out my information and verifying a few details with the nurse, I was seen by a very courteous and knowledgeable doctor who addressed all of my concerns and had me on my way in less than five minutes. If youre in need of prompt medical care and want to skip the hassle that is involved with emergency rooms and trying to make last-minute appointments then look no further. There isnt any other place in NYC where you can be seen, diagnosed, and be on your way in less than 20 minutes!
Service will depend on healthcare provider. I have a lymph node swelling in my neck and it was third time I have this symptom in my life. Whenever I have this symptom, I go to urgent care I got antibiotic and I felt better.Today I asked for antibiotic and the PA wanted to strepto test and Mano test. Two results turn out negative and the PA said based one the results, she cannot give me antibiotics.I told her that the tests are for limited virus and bacteria. But she keeps insisting that she cannot give antibiotics. And I told her that I want antibiotic because my PCP appointment is in one month and last two times antibiotic worked. And she said it maybe psychological. I was upset when she said it is psychological. Because it was not. After I took antibiotic, my temperature went back to normal and all other pain and headache symptoms were gone. Anyway it was horrible experience.
My boyfriend and I got tested for COVID-19 at Northwell Health and had a very positive experience. The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful and CLEAN. They explained each test and assured us we would get the results from the lab in a timely manner (which we did). I would definitely go back in the future for any medical needs.
Great doctor and staff. Doctor was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone i know and will also be coming back. I especially appreciated the courtesy call to find out how me and my son was feeling. The doctor shows great concern about her clients well being.
Poor, avoid this place. The desk told me to MINIMIZE their supply, they do not want to give rapid covid test. When I corrected and said you mean maximize your supply, he said no, minimize their supply. From there it went downhill. An unidentified staff was mad at me because I asked a question.Make an appointment, I was told this is urgent care so appointments are not typical. To make an appointment, call back in 48 hours. Will you see anyone, depends on how many appointments there are. This is Alice in Wonderland healthcare.
I loved this place. Nurse and doctor was so nice to me as I was scared to do blood test and COVID test. But everything went very well I got my results next day. They wished me luck and they were like my family members. So kind and caring ! Thanks!
Exceeded my expectations. The facility was clean and modern. The registration was easy and quick. I cant remember the name of the gentleman who helped me when I first got there but he was friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He even when out of the way to make my experience more wonderful. The PA who assisted and examined me (Scott) was also polite and informative. He was knowledgeable and made sure I was well informed throughout every step of the examination. He took the time ask questions and followed up with additional exams. After all was said and done he made sure to answer my questions. I left with a full understanding of the medication prescribed. He followed up a few days later by calling and giving me the lab results of a urine culture they took. I highly recommend GoHealth and the GoHealth experience 5 stars out of 5. I most definitely would not hesitate in visiting again if needed. Thank you guys! A.
As a REGISTERED NURSE I have to say I was given poor care here. I went in with cold symptoms and a sore throat. The doctor said I should just rest, did not look at my throat or do any type of examination. The staff was not friendly and very standoffish, except for the PA and one of the MA or nurses. I came back two days later with what seemed to be a strep throat that could have been checked earlier and would have avoided me pain. Check another urgent care if possible.
I am appalled! I just called ahead to ask what the wait time currently is. The phone receptionist was curt and said she couldnt tell me because 10 people could walk in the door in the next minute. I told her I would take that into consideration if she didnt mind letting me know the current wait time anyhow and she HUNG UP on me! What kind of customer service is that? I wasnt asking an outrageous question. I will definitely not be using this urgent care.
The MAs and main doctor were so nice and made you very comfortable. They each took the time out to make sure all my concerns were addressed. This is the best urgent care facility I have ever been to.
My Dr was Amy Lebrun. She was absolutely amazing. Ive been to hundreds of Drs in my life due to female complications which was why I was at this urgent care but Ive never been lucky enough to be helped by somebody as knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, and courteous as she. She truly cared about me and knews exactly how to pinpoint the issues within a few minutes. She listened to me. Made me comfortable and gave me tips to help in the future. The office and rooms were immaculately clean as well.I highly recommend this facility. I will be going again if needed and will be taking my children there if needed.Thank you Dr. Lebrun. You truly are special. If we had more like you there wouldnt be many sick people left =)
Yesterday after a long stressful day of work, I decided to go to Northwell Urgent care to have the pain checked in my wrist that has been bothering me for some time now. When I came in I was immediately greeted by the gentleman at the front, name Dari. He was great! He made the registration process seamless! He even went out his way to offer me water and made sure I felt comfortable and with a company that cares. It really made a difference being though I was a new patient. After he took my vitals, I was then seen by the doctor. I advised Dr Nivens of the pain that I have been experiencing, and she did an examination, a very quick examination. I’m not sure if it was because the fact the facility was closing shortly or not. After the quick examination, she suggested that it was carpal tunnel and did not wish to have an x-ray perform to rule out any other factors. I asked her for a brace for my hand, and she went to check and then advise me there were no more available. I then waited for my paperwork for my visit in the lobby, and the gentleman in the front asked me how everything went. I advise that Dr. Nivens stated it was Carpel tunnel. He asked me if I told the Dr. that I did not want a brace. I told him she stated they were all out. He went in the back and came out with a new brace within a matter of seconds! Thank God he did because this brace is helping me substantially. I’m not sure why she lied and did not want to provide what I needed to help me with the pain.Eventually Dr. Nivens came back and gave me my documents. She also decided to thoroughly explain the survey process I was going to receive in a few days and to make sure I leave a good review and even went the extra mile to tell me what to say about her. I just wish my examination was as thorough as her survey explanation. I am glad the gentleman in the front, Dari, was kind and showed a sincere care about my health. I just wish Dr. Nivens would have put as much effort into my visit as she did on me trying to help her image with her survey.
Horrible service. They were literally eating breakfast in the back making us all wait when they opened their doors. When I asked how much longer they would be to the receptionist went back there to ask the staff. They were laughing and looking back at us (patients) waiting giving us dirty looks. Receptionist came back and said “our system is down” almost smirking. I asked them to cancel my app there are other urgent care options close by.
Didn’t want to do this to clinics who is working hard during this trying time, but the experience was really terrible. After 4 days of high fever, I walked in 90 degree weather for 30 min to the clinic at appointed hour. Was refused to enter the front door by her because there was one person asking endless questions in the reception area. I was left under the merciless sun at the door, nearly fainted.
I’m surprised by the glowing reviews. I came in for a COVID swab and they made me wait 40 min after my apt time for a one minute visit. The front desk person who issued the swab was terse and rude in answering questions and also administered the swab in a very aggressive way compared to the 2 other tests I’ve had.
Went in and was met by a very aggressive woman who did not ask me any questions except what I was there for and if I had an appointment. Once I answered “COVID test” and that I wasn’t aware I needed an appointment but was willing to wait, she rudely said “so what are you gonna do about it, because we have no time for you here”. I was shocked and didn’t know what to say. There was a gentleman also at the front desk who was clicking away trying to see if he could get me in and when she saw him trying to squeeze me in, she then started with him saying “no, not today, hello, didn’t you just hear what I said”. I told her she was being rude and walked out. Terrible service for a place that is supposed to be taking care of people.
No one ever called with my tests results and their phone system’s voice mail system does not work. There is no way to get in contact an actual person- I called for 15 minutes back to back and hit all the options to try and get a hold of someone to get my tests results. The service of the doctors visit was adequate- but a doctors visit should also include the follow up.I have to stop in their office to get tests results which should have been phoned in to me?Terrible service
I only gave it 2-stars because I had a decent experience the last time I visited this location, but today was awful. I arrived as a walk-in to get Covid-19 testing, as I had done before with no issues. Today, it was 36 degrees outside and they made us stand outside. When I initially arrived, I went in to see if there was some type of sign in and no one was at the front desk for 10 minutes. So I went back outside to stand in line to make sure I didnt lose my place. After being outside for 42 minutes and only 2 people ahead of me (aside from the people who walked up with appointments), the front desk guy finally comes out to address us. He told the 2 of us who were walk-ins that we could not be seen because the tests were only for those who had appointments. Talk about beyond upset. No where on the general GoHealth sites or on the individual location sites does it mention that GoHealth was not taking walk-ins for Covid Testing. And the irony in that is, the front desk person had the nerve to tell us to refer to the website for information and appointments. I said whats the point of looking at the website if its not even updated. Then he claims he called the GoHealth at W 69th Street and they told him to tell us the same thing...to refer to the website. I dont think he called them at all because as he was talking to us, I asked where else could we go since they were turning us away. He mentioned the W. 69th location. I told him I tried to call them so that I dont waste my time going there like I did with his location and asked if he could call. He made a point to say, if I cant get through, then he probably couldnt get through get through either. I asked if they have internal lines or extensions to reach each other internally like most companies do and he said no. So he went instead to so-called call the other location then came out quickly and said the other location are also asking us to refer to the website. How is it, that I havent been able to get through to the other location but he magically got through to the other location, of which he claimed was no other number but the listed number to call and did so quickly. The answer probably is....he never even called or got through...just a way to try to appease those of us who were upset. Its deplorable that none of the locations are answering their phones. I tried several times before today, before my arrival today, while I was standing in line at the location and after I left. Not one facility of the 6 North Well Go-Health locations I called answered. So people are leaving their homes, paying to travel to you by subway or taxi and then having to stand outside in freezing weather only to find out they cant be seen. I totally understand that with the holidays coming there is a upsurge in people wanting to get tested, but at the very least, someone could have come outside to tell those of us standing in line that Covid-19 test walk-ins couldnt be seen instead of having standing in 36 degree weather for over 40 minutes. The last time I was at this location, as a walk-in for Covid testing, I was allowed to sit in the waiting area, as were others. There was social distance spacing for us to sit. Not sure if were not allowed today because of the concern with the rise of Covid cases, which is fine, but to have to stand out in the freezing cold while the front desk person is going back and forth and on his cell phone instead of taking all of 5 minutes to address us so that we didnt have to stand in the bitter cold for nothing is shameful.
The staff of this specific location are great. Very nice and helpful. This 2-star review pertains more to the fact that I’ve waited 2 weeks for my COVID-19 PCR and antibody results, and each time I’ve called, I’ve either been hung up on or no one has answered, or they have answered promising to contact the lab and get back to me and haven’t gotten back to me. I was exposed to COVID and now am unsure if I’ve spent the last two weeks with it or not, due to the inefficiency of receiving the results. During a pandemic, this is extremely unsettling and absurd and really upsetting.
Friendly but not competent. Saw our daughter for an eye infection on a holiday (much appreciated) but sent urgent prescription to a closed pharmacy. We couldnt get it filled until the next day and infection got worse. Nobody answered the phone by the time we got to the closed pharmacy. (Had they given us a paper prescription, we could have gone to a 24/7 pharmacy.)
I went on a Sunday morning and was seen right away. Was in and out very quickly and received the care I needed. The follow up communication post-appointment was great as well. Would definitely use their services again.
I want to Thank my doctor for helping me get seen by a specialist quicker than April by providing a high priority referral . I have Lyme and a lot of doctors are at a loss when it comes to that , but this Dr. O was knowledgeable about the condition and she took my symptoms seriously . It was a breath of fresh air and I am sincerely grateful .
Outstanding. I walked out of the office with a smile over my pain. I have never had a more comfortable, assured and informed urgent care visit. Doctor and staff were most professional and pleasant. Thank You!
Doctor did not know how to draw blood. I’ve never experienced such bad skills before. The doctor seemed overexcited to the point that made me feel it was insincere. I kept being told I was going to be fine but was not able to be told what was wrong with me. I was basically referred back to my pcp which I should have done to begin with. What a joke.
I was tested for COVID here just a few days ago. Nishele and Sierra are amazing. I applaud them for keeping up with all the calls and getting patients in and out safely, efficiently, and quickly while still being kind and genuine. I received my results same day and next day. Thanks to you two!
Website incorrect, all details wrong. They only take you by appts and no appts available online. If you stand in line to get tested or be seen they send you away and tell you to get a virtual call with a physician. How does a virtual call compare to getting covid testing or assist me in getting an appt if i am not experiencing symptoms? Front desk guy will give you blank stare and offer answers that sound like theyre read off a paper. Dont waste your time here
These doctors should not be allowed to practice. They assessed that my son had a fractured pelvis, called the police, and sent me in an ambulance to the ER. $3,000 and 7 hours later, I was told by the ER that there was no fracture visible in the X-Ray and they had absolutely no evidence of anything wrong with his hip. I was sent home and told he simply had a cramp. These doctors are not qualified, STAY AWAY.
I set up a virtual visit in order to acquire a covid test for my travels. When I arrived at the facility the front desk person was rude. I was told they didnt accept my insurance after I had already set up with the doctor over the phone and said that my insurance was approved. Very disappointed that I had to travel to this facility and they could not help me.
Went in for a sore throat. Left with a smile on my face. The Urgent Care industry has been disrupted. So awesome, friendly, trendy, clean, awesome docs. Great receptionist. A total win!
Dr. Nevins is awesome:) such a sweetheart and very caring. The staff is also amazing and professional. I will always come here for any urgent matters that does not require and emergency room visit.
Have gone twice and both times the doctor failed to give me a correct diagnosis. The last time I was there I ended up in the ER the following morning with a life threatening illness when this practice diagnosed me with an ear infection. Never again!! And when they say they will have a manager reach out to you take that to mean that youll never hear from anyone at Northwell Health again.
Although this office seems clean and efficient I would recommend you visit your primary care physician. I came in for a simple PPD TB test and also needed an iron level. They did alot of labwork that I did not need and I was billed over $500 after insurance payment. The manager was completely unhelpful.Urgent care storefronts are a scam!
Ive gone here a few times and In person they have been extremely professional. Now their front desk over the phone customer service is horrible, extremely rude, and absolutely seems to hate her job (all I know is she works Thursday mornings). Please make her life easier and fire her.I was not giving any type of attitude as I do appreciate the services given these times but wow, she REALLY made me want to go there in person and handle a few things.
Receptionist/ nurse wore no mask during intake or in exam room taking my antibody test. This during a pandemic. Wonderful. The doctor did though. Never going back.
Grateful to have discovered NH-GoHealth only blocks from my house. So much easier than trying to get an appt with my PCP. The facility was spotless and everyone very professional. Thanks for moving into the neighborhood!
Horrible service. Doctor barely listened to what I had to say dismissing it as a cold and not even looking in my ears and nose. Suffice it to say I did indeed have a sinus infection and was in horrible pain by the time it was taken care of since I wasn’t listened to.
Good morning my visit with urgent care was great. This one better the one next to Duane reade on 102 street. Also this one has a turnout and reputation. It’s my 2nd time and I recommend this to anyone that has an urgent matter.
Very clean and hospitable. My physicians name was Adam Box and he was great ! Answered any questions I had and was very patient. Would highly recommend.
Lied and said that my wifes insurance only covers her pregnancy delivery but we called our insurance multiple times and we was told other wise that her insurance covers her in everything so we was lied to they didnt want to attend her.
Everyone was very kind and extremely helpful! They were very thorough and I really felt like they cared. Dr. Nevens was great, as was the nurse.
Do Not go there. Another one a few blocks away 10 x better. Paid $75 out of pocket for a RT pcr test for results in 1 hour and didn’t get them after 4 hours….. they don’t answer the phone, long wait to hit their voicemail all the time.
This is the only urgent care that will take my insurance in this area. Not only was the staff completely amazing and friendly and helpful, the Doctor Who had seen me made me feel very comfortable, when normally seeing the doctor its an uncomfortable situation for me.
Great. I was attended too quickly , they were very attentive to my sons needs. They texted and called to check on my son a few days after. The whole experience was quick and easy .
Terrible front desk; claimed that the system does not take my insurance without any attempt to resolve their system issue. Ask me to get lost.
10, the nurse and doctor were amazing. Especially since my adult son has Autism and they put him at ease by explaining everything that needed to be done. Thank you so much.
It was good until now why did you guys close down with unotice
Dr Nivens and Victoria were friendly, patient and through. I felt like they really cared and the place is clean throughout. I had a great experience.
The Staff were really nice and helpful. My exam was quick but thorough. The wait was very short. The facility was really clean. Overall it was a really good experience.
The staff was awesome, I was there for 20 mins Max. And the prescriptions I was prescribed worked. I feel better already. Thank You all very much
Rudest recepcionist ever. So impolite. I had an issue with my insurance and she wasnt helpful at all. Ended up leaving.
I was happily surprised by the friendly staff and nurses. More places should be like this: friendly, courteous, and efficient.
Received poor/rude/incompetent treatment here multiple times with a few good/decent experiences over the years. Very uneven and I try to go elsewhere when I can.
I have visited this location twice. The staff were very courteous and professional. They made me feel very comfortable, and were happy to answer all of my questions. The wait-time was also extremely minimal.
Doc had an absolutely excellent bedside manner, and all staff were professional, friendly, and courteous. Facilities very clean and meticulously maintained.
Have been here 3 times and they saw my son right away, gave us good advice and many remedies for all his symptoms. Friendly and nice staff, location is very clean.
My medical condition was not an emergency but the doctors care and medical advice help me get well quickly. I learned more after the visit about my short term medical condition and how to treat it. Thank you much!!
States COVID Test center / no appointments required/walk in and appointments are required. Leave a clear message on your windows/ door and Google description?
What a fantastic place! I was seen right away and the staff were all so warm and professional. They even gave me a follow up call to see how I was doing!
Dr. Nivens was amazing ! Thanks for following up. Front desk transition and pharmacy pickup was smooth !
The facility staff was quick, kind, extremely competent and helpful about future steps. Couldn’t have had a better experience!
Fast, efficient and effective care with a good bedside manner. Im definitely going to use their service again.
I am an essential employee and came to this facility for my Covid-19 test....The staff was pleasant and efficient....I was in and out....Highly recommend this place
Tried charging me for a full doctors visit when I went for a Covid test. Stay away!
Thank u to the doctor that took very good care of me and to the nurse who made me feel so comfortable. Thank u 😘
I had zero wait time. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt listened to.
Terrible service. Got a high bill for a covid test even when confirming with them about the details. Really unprofessional.
Excellent service and Sierra Little was very helpful and fast result.Highly recommendedThank you.
Dr. and Dary Were exceptional showing professionalism, expertise and care and concern!
Calling at 8:15 a.m. cant even get anybody to pick up the phone how can I go over there if I dont know if anybodys even there?
Classic deceptive billing practices. Find a place with more integrity if possible
They were very helpful, they helped me with my back problem
Very modern, Friendly staff, quick streamlined service
No wait, professional, and efficient - exactly what I had hoped for.
Amy and the team provided Fantastic service!!
It was the worst experienc I ever had!
No wait, thorough exam.
