Easy book-ahead times lots, so I was able to skip a wait in line. I’ve never had such a seamless experience in urgent care. I was able to see my doctor in less than 10 minutes. They are also conveniently by several pharmacies for prescription pickups.Dr.Cassandra was great and very personable. It was refreshing to have an appointment with a doctor who didn’t seem like they were just trying to get to the next patient!Luckily I am in the area, but I’d recommend anybody looking for urgent care this is worth the travel.
I have been several times to this urgent care center for my toddler and my baby or for me and I have never been disappointed. Staff is extremely qualified and welcoming. We never had to wait and we always have been provided with the right diagnosis and being satisfied. Thank you to Dr Cassandra Vincent for her professionalism and great support!
What a great experience! From the front desk receptionist, medical assistant, and physician all was efficient, impeccable, and provided great customer service. The facility was very clean, orderly, and nothing out of place. I saw the doctor in less than 15min and was promptly taken care of. I would recommend this location 10 times over. 5-stars all around. Thank you for such a great experience!
Fast, efficient, timely, caring treatment of an extremely high level medically. Staff is kind and supportive and made me feel nurtured. I was in and out quickly but was certainly not rushed in any manner. The app is easy to use and you can schedule up to 48 hours in advance with ease. My presenting issue was resolved speedily and with great care. I really felt well-treated. Not to mention the fact that my presenting problem was quickly attended to and resolved. Don’t even have the words to express adequately how much above-and-beyond the call of duty the staff went. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
The atmosphere is welcoming and professional. The staff is committed to giving the patient their total attention- very caring and thorough. Dr. Vincent and her colleagues are kind and knowledgeable.I have had excellent experiences with the facility.
I appreciate very much to have access to your convenient and quality medical care in the neighborhood. Treating mild illness promptly not only prevents further medical complications but also improves the patients quality of life. This is very important in my community where many seniors choose to age in place.
Lucky they give appointments online and all docs were entered online. So wait time reduced drastically. Expert staff and medical fast and accurate. Gr8 thanx
Easy to get an appointment. Great welcoming staff and physician. I had multiple issues and they are were addressed. Dr. Vincent is great bedside and takes the time to understand what is ailing you.
Great experience! Professional staff. Physician on site.I had gone in to get covid tested + blood samples taken. I waited about 15 minutes before being seen (no appointment, just walk in). Nurse was very talented with swabbing my nose.Highly recommend this place!
Ive always gotten excellent care on my visits to Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care. On my most recent visit, I felt very well taken care of from the time I checked in through to my visit with the PA and the doctor. I wish more clinics operated with the efficiency, care and attention that Ive experienced at Northwell Health. Thank you!
The facility is beautiful. The checkin process is very easy and convenient. The staff is also very kind. Only complaint is that when I went in for an early appointment there was only one person who seemed to be handling two or three positions at once. She was very gracious and still very attentive. However, there should be more people working because she seemed spread too thin.
Truly a scam of a place. I went there because of an ingrown nail I was hoping they could at least clean up before seeing a Podiatrist. I was told the wait was about an hour, an hour passed and I had to wait over 45 minutes in the room alone, because they forgot I was there since they doctors went out for break. I still have a deductible on my insurance, so I am going to have to pay in full for something I wish they just told me outright when I checked in they couldnt treat.
The service was terrific and the PA I saw was amazing. She was friendly, thoughtful and solution focused. She listened to what I had to say and took the time to figure out how to best address the issue. I’ll be back, no question.
I was surprised that i was treated like an old school private practice/GP office. Cassandra Vincent was fantastic. My nurse Eliza (i think) was very great too. I hate our current medical paradigm, but they made me feel safe and that they cared about my illness.
My experience was awful. I needed an x-ray. They had to call a tech at another location and after waiting 45 minutes I had to leave. I got a call in an hour to schedule an appt the next day. I arrived at the time and was scolded for not signing in. I assumed the appt
I went for a Covid test and was very satisfied. No long wait, quick results. Since test was positive, doctor explained how long to isolate, checked my lungs, and called in prescription for Paxlovid.
Very nice, the staff as well as the doctor were all very nice, easy check in, no long wait time and I appreciate the medical record that I got Absolutely recommend
Very good service right away with a very good doctor who was able to treat my infection right away. She is first- class! Check in was smooth and altogether very seamless visit.
Dr. Sal, Connie and Maria are great and efficient. Theyre patient and have compassion and care for their patients. They made the entire experience very pleasant, I didnt experience any anxiety and felt safe. Thank you for the team at 103rd.
Receptionist and medical professional were both extremely attentive, professional and caring. Critical elements for a healthcare office. The space was spacious and clean. I will refer people to this clinic.
All staff members were extremely kind, personable, and highly professional. Furthermore, the office maintained a very high standard of cleanliness and organization.
The doctor and entire staff were extremely kind and professional. They handled my situation with sensitivity and speed.
It was fast and easy. Everyone was absolutely amazing. We would come back instead of going to the ER. Its close to my house live on 102nd Amsterdam ave.
I went to the 103rd & Bway site on Thurs, April 11th. I was coughing, spitting up phlegm since Tuesday after taking Mucinex DM, 2x/d. I have to take Claritin D on a regular basis & that was not working. I have bad allergies, sinus problems, post nasal drip & adult onset Asthma & at times can not differentiate between an upper respiratory infection or regular symptoms. I started to have symptoms on Saturday night & just thought it was my asthma cough when the air quality changes at night. By Monday night I realized I needed to start taking the Mucinex DM to stop my symptoms. That usually works & quiets the symptoms. By Wednesday night, I realized I had an upper respiratory infection & needed an antibiotic. I chose to go to urgent care Thurs morning b/c I knew I would have to wait for a virtual appt late in the afternoon with my internist of 25+ years. & I wanted to start the medication sooner than later. I met with Cassandra Vincent. She never identified herself as an NP or PA. She said my name is Cassandra . I told her exactly what I wrote here. She said it was sinusitis & I should continue using the Claritin D & go home even though I told her it was ineffective. I told her again the Mucinex DM was also ineffective & I needed an antibiotic. She was pleasant until I insisted I needed an antibiotic. She had an attitude & said she had been doing this for 20 years. I said this is not my first rodeo. I have a long history of these symptoms & know the difference when I need an antibiotic. I can experience these symptoms several times within a year & know when it is infected. If left untreated, meaning no antibiotic, it can then lead to bronchitis & Pnuemonia. I had Pnuemonia once & will not allow these to get out of control. She said she would give me an antibiotic, walked out of the exam room & did not say anything else. I was sitting on the exam table & yelled to her since she walked away. I asked her if I was done. She did not turn around & yelled back yes while waving her right had in the back of her body, dismissing me. I was shocked at her unprofessionalism. I would have rated this experience as a -0- if that was an option. The good news is, I am on the mend with the help of the antibiotic. I will not be going back to urgent care. What if I was not able to speak up for myself & insist I knew what I was talking about. I would be heading for a diagnosis of bronchitis & possibly pneumonia. I am concerned b/c I did not get the impression she collaborated with a physician or any other medical professional. I do not believe this site meets the guidelines of a functional urgent care facility. I would not recommend this urgent care facility.
Was so nice and quick and efficient. i had some issues and confusion and Cassandra helped me so well she was so sweet and kind
I went in to receive a strep test with my family on January 1, 2024. The clinic ordered additional tests without my authorization. I do not have insurance, so I would never have agreed to additional tests. I have been told for five months that the issue would be taken care of, but still receive bills for two tests which cost $295 each.
Great place! All the staff were incredibly kind on my visit, the rates are good and reasonable as someone who’s lived overseas it’s a completely reasonable care center as far as prices go. Testing was quick. Went here for a cold since i recently moved here to NYC, permanent relocation staying here long term but i was previously living in a hot, tropical climate and now in a colder climate and I’m pretty sensitive to weather changes. Cannot recommend this place more than enough. Very clean place too.
Way cleaner, less busy, and better in every way than city MD. Nurse/ PA was kind and great. However the front desk staff was pretty incompetent I waited for 20 minutes despite making an appointment and the office being completely empty besides me
I was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy my appointment went - no waiting time and no stress during check-in. The stuff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this office.
This urgent care is clean, efficient, and professional. The wait time was short. The online check in was easy. I highly recommend this practice.
Needed lab work done and they were able to accommodate me in short order. Very convenient. my thanks goes out to the staff🙂
My husband Joe Puglisi was treated on Monday for a cough. He was tested for Covid and the flu which were both negative. He was given a prescription for steroids which he is taking. So far so good.
People were nice kept my diagnosis brief and gave me medications to help me recover from a trip to New Mexico I was on. I’m recovering handily thanks to it.
Nothing worse than being treated rudely and dismissively when you are feeling genuinely very ill and need care. Facilities and front desk were very nice! Nurse was unbelievably rude - tried to argue that I didn’t have a fever when I have been 2-3 degrees above my personal normal temp for days and yelled at me for “coughing on her” when she shoved a swab down my throat making me gag. Doctor spent under 1 min with me and basically told me I just need to wait it out -didn’t even finish hearing my symptoms. I would have been better off staying home.
Most staff was hospitable. When it came to answering questions over the phone about my test results I never got a call back I think that’s disgusting, especially when someone is paying out of pocket and was extremely sick and had to walk across the street to get an answer or pay again to be seen. There has to a better and more respectful system in the way patients are treated and at Urgent Care. Please change your policies because people who don’t have insurance shouldn’t have to pay twice to be seen for their illness. They can’t afford to pay twice and is a smack in the face to the patient who comes to your facility to get help.😡😡😡😡
The facility is very clean, and appears to be well organized. The sign- in is simple and not overwhelming with questions. The payment was simple, wait time was reasonable. The receptionist was very attentive and not like other places were there is a tendency to be dismissive with sole focus to move to next patient.Once you are in the treatment room, the nurse was very efficient and focused on the pre- treatment work. The attending doctor reviewed the diagnosis and asked relevant questions. He clearly explained the medication prescribed and the next steps.Overall, very happy with this facility.
Excellent attention and care. I have felt well taken care of at the BDwy at 93rd St site. Dee L.
Great staff, easy to book appointments, clean and well equipped, the service can be little slow.📱WiFi: Cuc-guest / Password: cureguest🌟Ask for the free B12 shot!
I was very disappointed by my experience yesterday January 2nd at the Broadway Northwell Urgent Care. I walked in at about 2pm and asked for a Covid rapid test. I was told there were four persons ahead of me. The receptionist suggested an appointment at 3.30 so I wouldnt have to wait. I arrived at 3.25 and there was no one at the front desk. I saw my name as first on the electronic board. Eventually after about 10 minutes someone arrived to check me in. I asked when I could have the test and she said she had no idea since no room was available and they were short on staff. I asked what was the point of giving me an appointment and she said she was sorry but that was the reality. She was perfectly pleasant and apologized many times but there seemed to be no time frame for the test for me. I left quite upset at the inefficiency at the Northwell Urgent Care on Broadway between 102nd and 103rd streets.
We have used this urgent care location a few times over the years. The doctors are consistently good. The staff and nurses are very professional and helpful. I feel lucky to have such a convenient location near home.
What I liked best was the friendly compassionate help I got from the receptionist and the doctor. I got what needed. Thank you
They were prompt, courteous, and professionally A +. Gave me good advice and took the time to speak in detail with me.
Wait time was short, staff was very professional. I highly recommend this facility for acute medical problems.
Incredibly competent and humane staff and wonderful follow-up. I felt completely safe and the nurses and technicians who came to my hone were warm, reassuring and knowledgeable people. Even the online physicians’ visits” were excellent ans they knew my history annd were up to date with anll the other specialists who were treating me. All the equipment — air, monitors etc. were expertly installed. Lovely all around! It is a great advance in care and I highly recommend this service!
I went in because of an eye infection, and was treated with care. Meds were sent to my pharmacy and Im on the road to recovery.
Had to write a review because my aunt was seen at this urgent care and I absolutely loved how they treated her. The place was so clean and the staff was very welcoming and quick. Jessica really did go above and beyond for her, by helping with her paper work since she doesn’t speak English very well. The second we walked in she was already in a room waiting to be seen by a doctor. Highly recommend this urgent care. Amazing experience. Thank you so much to the whole staff for being caring during these uncertain times. Thank you Jessica.
Logged on and used their “hold a spot” feature via the website. Got there 10 minutes prior to my hold a spot time and wasn’t fully checked in until 10 minutes after my hold a spot time due to receptionist taking care of other patients. All my info was entered online along with payment already in the system. Patients without appointments/hold a spot times, who needed all their info inputted, & checked in literally right before me were taken in to be seen first. When I inquired with the receptionist checking ppl in, I received an attitude. Receptionist acted insulted that I even questioned how many ppl were ahead of me & what the point was of holding a spot. I waited at least 30 minutes past my time and still was not taken. As a healthcare provider myself I was surprised at the lack of professionalism shown.
Thank you very much for the attention and time you gave us. For our part, we will try to do everything possible to achieve a good result for my daughter Sabrina.
Thank you for the quick attention and helping me. The front desk clerk (nurse) was so nice and welcoming and the Doctor understood my issue and addressed it immediately and efficiently. Im grateful…. TRULY!! The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the facilities and how everyone was wearing a mask. The doctor washed her hands as soon as entering the room and then applied gloves( YES I PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS) they were very caring and made me feel comfortable even in the midst of pain. I was addressed by my name after being asked what my preference was to being called. I think the staff there is wonderful and I will be referring them to others.
Me and my husband visited The place a week ago and as soon as we walked in we were helped from the front desk. We didn’t wait a long time Monica was very helpful and took as to a room 10 min after our arrived. She informed us what we were going to do on our visit and stayed with us until the doctor came. Dr. Jarret and the nurse came five minutes later which I did appreciate that I didn’t have to wait long, do to the fact that I have a new born. he was very fast very helpful and very informative. Also the place is very very clean and every person we encounter was very nice.
I was terribly grateful for the treatment I received from the receptionist, Dr. Belitsky and Dr. Raj (sp?) assisting. It was a nasty tick still attached, head burrowed into my chest. Out it came and I was able to continue leaving town on time. I have received superb service at the Broadway /103 branch as well. Great welcome from the receptionist. Excellent screening by asst. Sensitive and expert treatment by Dr. Sal. Very grateful. Dan
My overall experience at Cure was excellent. The facility is attractive, welcoming, and immaculate. Doctors and staff are professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with their time. Most important was my experience as someone with severe hearing loss. Staff made every effort to communicate effectively with me, showed great interest in the voice to text app I used to access conversation and made note to use it with other patients. I felt very comfortable and engaged in all discussions. Best urgent care experience by far.
Honestly one of the best urgent cares I’ve ever been to. Kind people who really seem to care.
Went in yesterday for a covid test and the staff was amazing!!!. As a former employee and now a forever patient Im so proud to see Cure urgent care running the way it is. Amazing staff. The front desk was polite , fast and very efficient and the doctors and scribes were nice as well. Taking care of everything and everyone. Im so genuinely proud of how this place is running.
I came to this urgent care yesterday evening. The facility was empty and very clean. The receptionist was nice. My low rating is related to the actual procedure of the doctor. To avoid revealing my information I will just be general. I informed the doctor of my symptoms I was experiencing which could be 1 of 2 things possibly. Instead of the doctor performing the procedure needed to identify what is wrong with me, the doctor just prescribed me two separate medications. Each medication is a treatment for the1 of 2 things that could be possibly wrong. The issue here is, there is no proof I have either of the 2 possible issues but yet the doctor was quick to prescribe two medications without proper diagnosis. For clarity, since they did not do the test to determine what I have, I am not even awaiting results. The recommendation is just to take the medication and hope for the best - which is medically irresponsible. I am disappointed in the laziness of the doctors especially considering I was the only patient in the facility. With time and money wasted, I still need to go to a competing urgent care center to receive a diagnosis and treatment.
This was my first time visiting Cure Urgent Care, I had flu like symptoms and feeling under the weather. The staff was amazing! They quickly took care of me and I was in and out in no time. Facilities are clean and spacious and everyone is so delightful. Highly recommend!
This evening 7/16/23 I have paid a visit to the urgent care on 103th st and Broadway since the other urgent care on 100st Has been closed down. Once I get in the urgent care,{ quickly I hear smart remarks they always wait to the last minute when we about to close To come in right mind you there were about 5 staff members there Wow} mind you there was another lady that walked in just behind me she was there for a UTI the doctor or Nurse tell her that we are currently closed and we’re not accepting any more customers she said the lady side it not even 5pm yet Can any please see me After 30 seconds of thinking it over she told her to register, a few minutes later she told her if it’s possible if you can come back tomorrow at 8 o’clock in the morning for a visit the lady said no I cannot why cause we are closing the lady side I guess I have to go across the street to city MD then. The reason for my visit I was having shortness of breath I’m asthmatic I’ve been taking my treatments at home and took my medication but I thought that it wasn’t working so I sent my self to go to urgent care this was my first time at this location going and the truth it might be my last time, one thing this place not welcome at all. And I understand that people have to go home after work when you guys are there for a job to take care of sick people and when someone comes in not feeling well and yes 30 minutes before you are about to close you still try to make the person feel comfortable and see them and I rush them off to another urgent care or tell me to come back the next day Or you seem OK just go home or the ER. It’s a shame know a days you would think doctors nurses would care more for patience but nowadays everything just the money they don’t care about the patient that they Care for only the paycheck they receive. You guys don’t realize the patients going to your place for Medical service and help you us if it’s wasn’t for us going there you wouldn’t a have a Job or a paycheck at all. You guys lost your compassion Tours your patient. The doctor that I was being seen just rushed I didn’t even check really anything she just told me that I’m not wheezing and so on.You guys need to re-coach your staff and there humanity and show them not to be selfish and careless. I guess you guys didn’t learn anything from Covid.
This place is great. Went for Covid and strep tests and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The staff members are diligent, kind, and super helpful (even despite being short-staffed that day). I came here mostly because the ability to save your spot in line/make an appointment is a game-changer. Woke up at 5 AM not feeling great and reserved my spot for 11:30 that morning. So much better than going to a crowded urgent care when you feel terrible, only to be told that the wait is going to be over half an hour.
Check-in was very timely. My appointment started on time! Very nice (courteous and welcoming) front desk staff and super nice radiology tech. Very professional, with a human touch.
Never use this urgent care. Go across the street at all costs. I went on Monday for ear pressure and fluid and on Friday for ear pain that kept me awake since Wednesday night. Physician assistant gaslighted me that there was nothing wrong with my ear and told me to take Tylenol. The next day I went to CityMD and was diagnosed with an infection by that time I was already having trouble breathing. Please, please, if you care about yourself or the person who is sick. Do NOT come here for medical care.
We are so thankful to have Cure Urgent Care 2 blocks away. The whole family has used this service for several years. No appointments and never a long or any wait, even on weekends. The staff is courteous and efficient and the doctors are first rate. I have been there for everything from a cold, ear infection and fractured finger. They have always helped and even followed up to make sure you were getting better. It is a great comfort to find such a fine service.
The first time I used Cure Urgent they were terrific--efficient, informed, offered a test I wanted. Today, not so good. Just as I arrived, 15 minutes before my scheduled time, they called and moved my appointment 35 minutes later. I had scheduled days ago; I was at the door talking to them on my cell; the woman was immovable. So, if timing matters to you, you cant be secure they will honor your appointment time.
My husband and I live two blocks from Cure and we have had excellent experiences there. We were always able to see a professional in a short time, and always felt very well taken care of. The facility is spotless, the waiting area is well spaced out and all the staff is trained to make your visit an easy one. For us, it’s a gift to have Cure in the neighborhood!
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff. They were very helpful and paper work was so easy to fill out( i did it before my appointment online). I was seen as soon as I finished with the front desk. The exam rooms are beautiful and clean. I was seen by there PA Karen S. I was very impressed with her medical knowledge(being in the field myself) and her bed side manner. I would highly recommend seeing her and will be going back for my medical needs.
Northwell Go Health at 102 & Bwdy, provided me with great assistance from the medical clerk whom I found to be very efficient. The physician was very articulate and provided an abundance of information.
We went there on June 24th with our baby daughter of 8 months and we had a terrible experience. In this center they dont know how to treat babies. The person who look at her didnt know how to do a proper physical diagnose and they told us that her vital signs were critical and that we needed to go to an ER. This information was absolutely wrong. 30 minutes later when we arrive to a pediatric center we were told that the information we received was completely inaccurate for a baby like us.Please dont take your babies to this Urgent Care, its terrible and you will waste your time and money.
Great service. I took my daughter for a physical since we in between doctors and they were fabulous. I was unorganized and even forgot one of the forms I needed filled out and they kindly looked it up online and printed it for me. I even managed to forget my daughters immunization record and they were patient and waited for me to find a file I had in my emails that I could send so they could print that as well. There wasn’t a long wait and the doctor and nurse seemed pretty thorough with the exam. Would definitely recommend. My son and husband have also been seen there in the past for emergency needs and we have always had a great experience.
Had a piece of glass in my foot. Everyone was helpful, professional and friendly. Thank you!
I never thought I’d say I had a great experience at an urgent care, but here we are. The clinic was clean and peaceful and the staff was warm, helpful and kind!!!
Well organized and good customer service. Patiently answered all my questions.
I go here for everything and have never been disappointed. I got the flu last year - a really bad case. I could barely make it the 3 blocks from my house to Cure. When I got there, the person, at the desk (a lovely man who I know is often there since between my active daughter and me and our close proximity, we are there often) took one look at me and said sit - Ill bring the paperwork to you. They got me in a room right away. The doctor was terrific. It ended up being a pretty bad case that required chest x-rays and follow up and they were there every step of the way, calling to check on me, knowing who I was and why I was there for follow ups- I felt like they were my personal physicians. Staff and doctors are all caring and efficient but not rushed. I am so glad I live nearby - I only go to my primary care for a physical now; otherwise I go here.
Absolutely horrible- I went to see this provider in a Saturday to refill medication I have been taking for years to function after an assault. I was the last appointment of the day and the provider and receptionist at the day of the appointment were amazing. They confirmed which pharmacy I needed the 3 prescriptions sent to and when I went to go to the pharmacy they sent only 2 prescriptions to a pharmacy that does NOT take my insurance. I tried calling to get the provider to resend the prescriptions and had no answer. On my next day available I went back and the treatment I received from the receptionist made me cry-she was so rude and cold and I tried to explain that I needed this medication to function. She was so cold and told me I was out of luck and to go to cityMD and try them unless I can wait until the doctor calls me the next day. This has been so upsetting Im seeking legal council to discuss what happened at this location and have the medical staff understand what happened which lead to me needing treatment from an emergency room.Absolutely appealing treatment from a medical care facility please do not go here I beg you.
Quick treatment, hardly any wait time, experienced and trustworthy doctor
My visit to Cure urgent care this morning was a pleasant efficient experience. From the first greeting with Natalie, the receptionist to the Doctors assistant Chellandra and Natalie Q everyone was helpful and most respectful. The Dr. Sam Patel was thorough, understanding and kind as he was assessing my situation. I highly recommend this office to my friends and family. It is an exceptional place to turn for health care.
I went to Cure Urgent Care for the first time a few days ago because I am not from the city and couldn’t see my primary care doctor anytime soon. It was the quickest appointment I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve spent more time in waiting rooms in the past than my entire visit time at Cure. I saw a PA named Sam and he made me feel like he wasn’t in a rush but also was very efficient with explaining things to me and answering all of my questions. I will definitely be returning with future medical needs.
First visit and I had a great welcoming experience by every staff member I interacted with. Not once did I get a frown or some odd look. The doctor himself had a smile that just lit up the room. I was in and out (went in early). The main thing is everyone in my presence was professional and made me feel very comfortable. It was super spotless in there as well!!!
Saw Kate the nurse practitioner after my 3 year old cut his chin at school. She was excellent and glued the area which looks great now. She was very good with kids and very professional and reassuring. The facility was sparkling clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.
Excellent. Quick, efficient and my cough is finally reduced.
Ive used Cure Urgent Care on a number of occasions when a trip to my personal Dr. wasnt really feasible.Ive had only excellent results from the care provided here at the Cure Urgent Care on the Upper West Side.Just this past Sunday I had to visit there due to a very sore throat that developed. Dr. Li checked me out very thoroughly and prescribed for me medicines that gave me some immediate relief. And Chellandra, Dr. Lis assistant, was so attentive and caring. They both made me feel better just by visiting with them.Overall from the time I walk in the front door of the clinic to the time I leave Ive always felt that in great hands. From reception to discharge everyone involved is totally supportive friendly, compassionate and professional.I just cant go wrong using the Care Urgent Care by me.Thanks to all of you there
Best Urgent Care Center in NYC!Front desk staff is Lovely, especially Matt who is there to answer any questions or concerns I have! The atmosphere is relaxing with a toy section for kids and comfy seats. The best part was actually seeing Dr. Jason Deutsch who provided me with the utmost care!I highly recommend them!
I’m not sure how this place could get a bad review. The women at check in were so nice and helpful and were very sweet about answering my insurance co pay questions. The doctor was quick to see me and actually let me talk to him about what was going on and offered some great advice in addition to antibiotics to help relieve symptoms. They also let me know about their infusion center (which will be cost efficient and closer for me)Oh and they have complimentary coffee and tea!I wish this could be my main doctors office to be honest.
Very clean office and efficient operations. I was seen quickly. Dr. Rejali was warm, caring and thorough. He took time to explain possible diagnosis and recommend methods to treat my symptoms at home. The front desk staff are rude, (one of them screamed at patients if she had to repeat herself) but the clinical care was excellent so I will return if I ever need urgent care again.
I was prescribed medication, but the medication never made it to the pharmacy. Hours later I ended up needing to go to a different urgent care facility where I was informed that the originally prescribed medication would react badly with medication I was already taking. So it was a good thing GoHealth dropped the ball on submitting the original medication.
Went to Cure Urgent care on 103rd at 9am on a Saturday morning. I normally never get sick, and in the past if was sick, I usually ride it out and wait. I just started a training program at which being absent is not an option so I broke down and went to Cure for help. Thank God I did. I was expecting the worst and got the best. Nathalie at the front desk was awesome, courteous and very warm. I was taken to the back almost immediately and shortly after the Doctor (s) came in. They took their time with me. I was in and out with a solution within 30-45min. Thanks to them I made it to my training bright and early on Monday and almost 100% better.
I would like to commend your front line staff (Elizabeth Graham) in particular; she was quite pleasant, helpful, and showed good customer service skills, as did the few staff members I encountered. The wait wasnt long to see the doctor. What could be improved on is the wait for your meds, which may not be totally on you but the pharmacy. My biggest concern was my diagnosis, I dont think the doctor had an open mind as to what may have been wrong but kept sort of a tunnel vision approach to what she saw. Im sure if she thinks outside of the box, especially dealing with medical diagnosis and the different physical and chemical make-up of her patients/clients that many things are possible. Thank you for your service.
Ive been 4 times over the last few years for a variety of issues. Ive been impressed every time. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The doctors and nurses are all top-notch, and take the time to listen. Front desk personnel are always friendly and welcoming. Would give six stars if they let me.
Had a great experience at Cure Urgent Care UWS the other day! Natalie V at the front desk was exceptional and the medical team was friendly and informative, addressed all my concerns. The facility is very clean and I was in and out in under 30 minutes! Highly recommended!
Great service. Terrific doctors and nurses. I had an x-ray of my right hand after being attacked in Riverside Park at 8 am by a mentally ill man. The doctor was sympathetic. I was fitted with a temporary cast and sling. Plus, the referral to Dr. Salil Gupta at NYU was the best! I now view Cure Urgent Care as my neighborhood doctors office and I am grateful that it is here.
Normally this place is good, but the new front desk staff is useless. I used their QR system to check in and for some reason it didnt work, even though Ive never had a problem before. The front desk never once looked over at us and mentioned that we werent checked in properly (place was not busy). I noticed that people who came in after us were getting called for rooms and went up to the front desk and she first shrugged her shoulders that we werent checked in (even though we had spoken to her and been sitting in front of her for 20 minutes), then she slowly checked us in but put us behind other people who were coming in. This has been my go-to urgent care place for years, but honestly, my interactions with her left a bad taste in my mouth. I cant imagine we are the first people shes left to cool their heels in the waiting room and Im not sure why she hasnt been trained to look up into the waiting room and look for patients who arent getting seen.
I dont really enjoy going to doctor offices but this one was fantastic. The entire facility was nice to all their patients and kept their work space clean and organized. One of the desk workers I had helping me was named natalie v, she was an absolute sweetheart. Offered me free coffee while I wait for my daughter to be seen and was absolutely helpful. I highly recommend urgent care to anyone looking for a nice clean friendly and helpful environment.
Who would believe that I have a favorite neighborhood COVID -19 testing location? The joys of 2020 ... but Cure Urgent Care is it. The reception staff is organized and kind. My waits have been brief. The medical staff is professional and efficient. And, the turnaround time is usually faster than represented. They run a good operation.
My husband and I are visiting NYC and we were afraid that his cough had morphed into pneumonipa. We went to Cure Urgent Care near us at Broadway and 103rd Street and had an excellent experience. The receptionist Nicole was friendly, helpful and efficient, and Dr. Mark Sinclair was knowledgeable, easy to understand and expeditious. He ordered an x-ray, quickly got the results and interpretation back from the radiologist, and clearly explained to us what it meant and our alternative courses of action. We were greatly impressed by him and the general atmosphere in the clinic, which was clean and well-lit. There was very little wait time. We highly recommend this clinic.
I just went today to urgent care because my 4 years old daughter bumped her head on the playground and she needs to get some stitches.Best place ever! Very well organized, we didn’t wait a second, they took care of her right away, stuff is amazing and very professional.I’m glad I live just few blocks away.Highly recommended.
Prompt care. Explaining each step taken. Good people.
Went for a covid test it was quick, and personnel was very courteous.
Very comfortable facility. Never a long wait to be seen. The doctors and the rest of the medical staff are very professional and polite. The front desk receptionist Elizabeth Graham made preparing for my visit very smooth and easy. 5 stars doesnt say enough.
This is no longer CURE, and they seem to have way less capacity than before. Wait times are much slower than when there was a CURE here. Additionally, even having an appointment has wait times longer than what they were for a CURE walk-in. It does appear like the employees are trying to make do with what they have, so Im not blaming them. But I just saw a patient come out of a room confused, because they switched rooms on her without fully informing her as to what was going on. So she had to come out to the front desk to get answers. So I am not confident that you are gonna get the level of care you would have gotten if it still were under the former CURE management. Can you tell I miss my former urgent care provider? Its not like I came often, but it was nice to have timely, high quality service when needed.
I had a wonderful experience yesterday. It was so much better than trying to get an appointment with my doctor whose office was closed on a holiday. They efficiently diagnosed me with the flu and started an anti-viral that must be taken within 48 hours of first symptoms--it would have been too late to wait. Staff was lovely and efficient and wait was minimal. I will definitely use them again.
I have used this branch of Cure urgent care several times over the past few years. I’ve always found the front of house staff knowledgeable and helpful. And I’ve always had excellent care from the nurses and the doctors. The follow up on tests was always prompt and thorough. This facility is a valuable asset to our neighborhood here on the UWS.Bill Hopkins
I received the best service at Cure Urgent Care and the assistant, Soobin Wang, was so helpful. Her politeness and kindness made me feel more at ease, as going to the doctor’s office often gives me anxiety. All around great experience and highly recommend this urgent care!
Great experience! Took my son in with the symptoms similar to strep - we were called in less than 10 minutes. Took 5 min to fill out the online form before arrival and was talking to the doctor within minutes. Very friendly stuff and clean, modern office.
Completely thankful for cure urgent care. I was in need of a medical clearance/work physical that was constantly getting turned down by other urgent cares (6 in total). 1 phone call , and 2 emails letter and I’m walking in 20 min later knowing that my physical was going to be done!Staff is great and willing to help. Comfortable and clean environment. Thank you Cure!
The GO Health Urgent Care on 103/Broadway was a quiet oasis of healthcare efficiency. We are from Cincinnati, in town for a family event, and needed their services. They were great. Benjamin was so kind and helpful Thank you. Highly recommend them.
As a healthcare professional, I can’t say enough about Cure Urgent Care on the upper west side. Their portal was super simple, check-in process was a breeze and lost importantly, I felt safe in the facility. They strictly enforce social distancing guidelines and swiftly get each patient into a private room. While having to be seen during a pandemic is stressful, Cure Urgent Care made me feel totally safe!
I was seen here this past Saturday to treat my congestion and persistent ear aches. The wait was short and the staff was incredible! Yasmin, the MA who took my vitals, was great and very sweet. I was out of there within 20 minutes and am feeling much better! Thank you!
The service was great and prompt. The staff was very friendly.
First-rate medical care with relief for my anxiety about what the MD and I both realized was a new skin cancer lesion. She was calm and supportive. She was reassuring that I could wait 2.5 weeks to see my dermatologist for what we both suspected would be skin surgery to remove the lesion. A job well done by Dr. Diane Sixsmith. The staff was terrific - very professional, like Dr. Sixsmith. Well earned Gold Stars to Cure Urgent Care!
This place used to be great and attentive back when it was Cure Urgent Care. The staff that works for this Northwell Health Urgent Care lacks professionalism. Its evident that the staff could care less about the patients walking in.
I’ve been coming here since 2015 and I couldn’t say enough good things about Cure Urgent Care. They are clean, have complimentary coffee and water, kind, helpful, and just a great place to settle your fears when you’re feeling ill.More than willing to answer any questions you may have, they always try to accommodate you as best as they possibly can.I definitely recommend this medical healthcare facility to anyone.
Went to an urgent care place a block away and was told it would be a two hour wait, so I called Cure and was in and out in ten minutes. Clean, friendly staff and doctors, they were good with my toddler, no complaints.
Note to prospective patients: this is no longer Cure, and is not providing the same quality of service. I waited around 3 hours for a PCR test (staff skipped/ignored me several times). Staff stopped taking walk-ins at around 6:00 PM. Indoor mask wearing was not enforced, which was frustrating (and dangerous) in the midst of a waiting room of potentially exposed and coughing people.
This is the best Urgent Care I have been to! The clinical director and his staff are so nice and helpful. It’s super clean and it’s a warm place to go if you’re not feeling well. Super glad we found it!
Everyone was kind and the doctor’s advice helped me get better.
Avoid this place. They cut all sorts of corners. Staff needs to be RETRAINED they Dont know how to properly triage. Dont know how to properly place electrodes nor how to properly conduct a ECG. failed to properly do standard blood pressure test. This isnt the same place it was before. This isnt cure urgent care. Its northwell go health. The front desk is a joke as well. Dont waste your time getting misdiagnosed. Go elsewhere and get proper treatment by experienced professionals. Furthermore, Making complaints about this place is also a waste of time. They portray like theyre concerned but theres no concern at all. Again, dont waste your time. Find a better place to get care for you or your family members
Wonderful staff and experience here! Dr. Deutsch was very clear and helpful , answering my questions in a professional and kind manner. My nurse, though I dont remember her name, was so kind and friendly when taking my blood. Overall, the entire staff, including the secretary, was efficient, friendly, and accommodating. If I ever need urgent care in the future, I know where Ill be going. Thank you all!
I went on two different occasions and both times they were ill-equipped and could not help me. The first time I had a fractured finger but their X-ray tech was not in (it was 6:30pm on a Monday). The next time I had nerve damage in my hand from a previous IV and they had no ultrasound equipment to examine me or advice on what to do. The staff is not helpful.
The staff at cure urgent care are great! They are attentive, nice, and the doctors really care about their patients! I’ve always been seen very quickly and they always call about a day later to see if I am doing better. Overall, I recommend coming here!
I have been to this location several times and have always had a more than satisfactory experience. The atmosphere is always calm, and the doctors and nursing staff treat you with great care. Special shout out to Anita, who had the unpleasant task of ear irrigation!! It was oddly fun! Thanks to all.
The Doctor and Nurse Assistance are very respectful, patient, understanding and very concerning. I highly recommend coming here because the staff at + Cure urgent care knows exactly how to professionally get the job done! Continue to keep up the excellent job!!
I showed up at 7:30pm to a empty office and was pretty much brushed away by every staff member there. From the front desk receptionist to the scribe to the doctor. Was told I couldn’t get a covid test because it was late and they were about to close. When the front desk receptionist spoke to the scribe the scribe just threw her hands in the air walked away and said she was going to the bathroom. Then the front desk receptionist asked the doctor if they wanted to see me and the doctor said for me to come back tomorrow. This was was extremely unprofessional from the staff to just disregard a patient because they were closing in 30 minutes. It’s a lack of humanity and compassion that this office showed especially in times like this.
On the recommendation of a friend who knows I can be a nervous patient I scheduled an appointment at Cure Urgent Care for a Medical Consult The courteous and competent greeting from the Front Desk calmed me , and then sitting down to wait I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness that runs through the office .Finally the professionalism of Viv, Vlad and Sam really affirmed that Cure Urgent Care was a great choice , it is an excellent medical practice and will make you feel like you are the absolute top priority throughout your visit and afterwards . I would strongly recommend Cure Urgent Care and even though wait time is minimal , glance around at the Art Work , its exceptional !
Today, I decided that instead of only checking my blood pressure at home,, I would have a professional check to be sure my personal blood pressure monitor is accurate. This time Dr. Deutsch, who heads this Urgent Care, saw me. Despite my just wanting a simple blood pressure check, he took a little time to learn about my overall health. Eleven months ago, I stopped in to have my blood pressure checked. However, I was impressed with Dr. Hons warmth and thorough professionalism. She and the other staff members checked far more than my blood pressure and at no additional cost. Dr. Hon even called my home the next day to check on how I was doing.
As far as urgent care walk in clinics go, this is the best one in the neighborhood. The staff at this Facility professional and the quality of the doctors here are better than the other urgent cares I have went to. The receptionist Natalie V. Was really helpful and got me in to see the doctor really quickly. Dr sixsmith was pleasant and answered all my question. I am very pleased
Overall excellent experience. The 4 stars is because of the outside wait without any notification of what the process was like. I waited for about an hour. BUT The staff was very helpful once I was inside and Dr. Rimawi was very helpful and helped my immediate and long-term needs for my injury. I also heard someone tell me that the wait isnt normally like this so I would say most definitely give it a try.
Was asked if I had appointment got there at 6pm. Was advise by receptionist they are not taking walkins at this time. I can be set up with appt for tomorrow. Didnt know you need appointment for urgent care visit. i have been using this facility for urgent care matters instead of going to ER or when my pcp is not available for several years. I guess Ill go to city MD they are diagonally across the street.
Thank God they are in the neighborhood. They took perfect care of me.
I have made 2 visits to Cure, for different reasons. Both times, I found the staff friendly and professional, the wait short and the price reasonable (actually my insurance fully covered both visits). My regular doctor is in California but I am in Manhattan quite frequently. Its a relief to know I now have somewhere to go for assistance with minor medical issues.
I have been to Urgent Care on 102nd street and Broadway and always have good service with Dr.Tu and other Doctors. However the customer service is horrible people are so rude and don’t know what the proper charges are for a patient doing a follow-up. I called earlier this morning saying that I needed to come in for a follow-up and that I was there on Sunday. I wanted to double check to see if I was going get charged the receptionists response was no. Then after my visit tonight they wanted to charge me on top of the fee I just paid Sunday after saying there was no fee. This was the second time this has happened!!! I’m not happy about this. There has to be better training for front desk receptionist so they know what they are doing and know the proper pricing for self paying patients.
Excellent service and super friendly staff. A boutique urgent care that cares about their patients unlike the corporate ones. The doctor was able to pick up a life threatening condition that others missed. The BEST urgent care on the Upper West Side and all of NY.
From the moment I walked in, my experience was amazing. Clean. Professional. Friendly. And 100% hassle and pain free. From the front staff to the medical providers, I could not have been happier. Best care I’ve had in a long time.
I could not recommend Cure Urgent Care more highly. Dr Deutsch is a great doctor and found an immediate solution to the medical problems I have had several times since COVID-19 began. He is responsive, kind, funny and smart. Most importantly, he will help you. His office is run by Matt Savoia who is even more kind and funny and efficient. They run their office like a tight ship but its also has a heart. I love going there....its spotless, so organized and you would never wait or be treated like you would at another Urgent Care. Five stars.
The location is very clean and the hospitality is superb. I had a speedy visit. Sean the manager was very polite. The whole staff today was great. I want to give thanks to Aigna for taking my vitals very well. Dr. Sinclair treated me better than any doctor I’ve seen all my life and his secretary Alan was attentive to all the details. Thanks you all. I recommend anyone and everyone to this location.
I truly enjoyed my visit at Cure. Upon entry I was greeted by a lovely receptionist, Elizabeth, who made the check in process quick and efficient. Also, Dr. Sixsmith is absolutely amazing, she’s gentle, patient, and is very informative. This place is beyond clean, spotless actually, I would recommend everyone to visit Cure for your health needs!
My decision on choosing this Cure Urgent Care was due to the fact that I didnt want to spend my evening cooped up in an emergency room hours at a time in a room filled with other sick individuals whod have nothing better else to do but share their sob stories with each other.I walked into this facility very ill & weak. From the moment I stepped into this facility I noticed practically everything. From the cleanliness to the outstanding service and wait time to the professionalism and hospitality. They even called me a few days later to check in on me.I was simply pleased that I chose Cure Urgent Care to take care of me in a time of need. Did Cure Urgent Care cure my urgent care? Indeed, they have. And I thank you very much for your services.
This urgent care is truly in a class of its own. It was cleaner than any facility Ive visited in New York, the staff was very friendly and efficient, and Dr. Deutsch was thorough, knowledgeable and kind.I traveled 30 mins on the train after an unpleasant City MD experience and it was 100% worth it. The co-pay was similar in price to other urgent care facilities, but the service I received was unparalleled. Please open a downtown location!
Went in for a COVID rapid test. I was a new patient, so including filling out “paper work” (which was all electronic on my phone using a QR code given) it was very quick and easy. Was in and out in about 20 minutes or less. I was able to check my results on the patient portal you had to create — the results were available within an hour.
This is the best Urgent Care location. Never a long wait, everyone is super helpful, and the place is very clean. This is the best place to get Covid test. Results came back within 24 hours, even though they give you a 48-hour window to be on the safe side. (They now have rapid test too.) We have tried multiple urgent care places on UWS. This is the best. And, don’t bother to try the Northwell Urgent Care. It’s the worst!
This was my first experience at cure urgent care and it was a great one. Everyone was so nice and professional. They made me feel welcomed and cared for. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Rude front desk, disorganized and unprofessional. I saw my results online and didn’t get a call to go over protocol for a positive Covid result. At this point in the pandemic, there should be a better system to ensure all patients are seen quickly and that the staff isn’t overwhelmed so that their able to do their jobs efficiently. I will never go back to this location again
This was a terrific experience today. The staff was so nice and knowledgeable and informative. I felt very safe and the place is impeccably clean. Love this as my new urgent care. Thank you to everyone at Cure.
This place is great! Extremely clean, quick and professional service. The doctor was practically able to diagnose me from the waiting room, and explained everything to me carefully. They give you good tips for immediate care, and also follow up to make sure youre doing better!
Had a very strange and ultimately bad experience here. I had been here twice before when it was called Cure and had no problems. The last time (several weeks ago) I came for a covid test and a flu shot, the staff forgot I had asked for a flu shot (so I had to remind them), they didn’t tell me to stay on site for my rapid covid test results (I had never gotten one before so I didn’t know the protocol), and my test results were never posted on my patient portal. I even reached out via email to see if the results could be posted and have received no response. I don’t think I will be coming here anymore.
The owner is hot, check ups are done properly/ thoroughly and they always provide Great service. And SOMETIMES the staff is kind accept for one new black medical assistant and the front desk. They’re very rude and unprofessional. She has the nastiest attitude, even a bit rude with the doctor. I went in for a COVID text and s seperate issue, and she sent the wrong medicine Over TWICE. Then she sent it together so my insurance didn’t want to cover it. I had to go back yet again and ask if they could send the scripts separately. She was told to do this by the doctor but ofc was rushing and not paying attention. Just focused on going home. Also she rushed the COVID 19 test with my little brother who is autistic and didn’t get a good sample. She just swabbed the front of his nose. The test was negative but my mom saw the way she did it and felt it was best to go somewhere else for it. We got the RVC test done again some where else only three days later and that one was positive. He was over all + she just didn’t swab the poor boy right simply because he was disabled and she didn’t want to struggle I guess. Very disappointed, my review was 5 stars two years ago but I must change it be has of the awful experience I had with her snd a girl in the front desk. I think she was latina or white. This black medical assistant works with a male doctor. Please try to be seen by a different doctor and MA. The doctor is good but the MA doesn’t listen when he gives her orders on what to type down. Also once again, she is VERY rude and does her job half fast. The front desk is also rude especially if you come in between 6 - 7. Thanks too her incompetence I had to pay for the tube od medicine OUT OF POCKET.
I always use this Urgent Care center. I really like it. Matt at the front desk is really courteous and professional.Pam the physician assistant is a sweetheart She gave me an injection normally i feel pain. I didnt even feel it when she was already done.
Made an appointment online, showed up at that time, was seen fairly quickly. The doctor ran some tests, diagnosed my condition and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Great experience.
Best urgent care in NYC! Providers are extremely competent and the whole staff is wonderful and made me feel comfortable. I felt better in no time. Highly recommend this urgent care over any others!
I have been coming to Cure Urgent Care for over five years and I cannot recommend them enough. My ex husband is a Chief Attending Radiologist at UCLA & also was in private practice- so I have a great deal of experience with Doctor’s and what makes a great practice. Cure is an exemplary organization from the top down. I trust them with all areas of my health and they are also fantastic and very knowledgeable in Pediatrics. Frankly, I trust them more then my Internist & Pediatrician. Matt, the General Manager brings a level of expertise, calm and personalized attention that is second to none. Iraida is my daughter’s and my favorite nurse. Her bedside manner is so reassuring and she has managed over the years to help my daughter go from always hating the doctor to now considering the practice a place “full of friends who really care.”I think that Cure is a world class urgent care facility yet also, runs like one of the finest private practice’s in the country. Dr. Deutsch is the physician that I trust most with my families care and it is clear that every Doctor & PA that works there has been chosen because they meet his rigorous standards. I trust them with life threatening situations and overall wellness. We no longer live in the neighborhood but still travel to Cure UWS for all of our care.
I had by far the worst experience with a doctor here, at Care Urgent Care. The young man at the front desk was very polite and I got seen by the nurse (never got her name) pretty quickly. She was nice and understanding, and did her best to communicate for me to the doctor...as he never adequately communicated with me at all throughout my visit. When he entered the room, he never introduced himself (I found out his name was Dr. Richard DAmico after having to ask for discharge papers at the end of my visit), asked about my medical history, asked me any questions about my cyst that I went in for. He squeezed it twice (without any gloves on, or without washing his hands upon touching the door when he entered), looked closely at it once, and left the room without telling me the game plan. He ended up making a large incision and tried to squeeze, what he believed to be an abscess...although I had tried pointing out that I believed it was a cyst, because I have had both in the past and this one looked more like a cyst. He cut it open, and when squeezing didnt work, he decided to try ripping it out with tweezers, resulting to him scraping the top of the cyst. In the end, he gave up and decided to refer me to an actual surgeon in another hospital, and threw some gauze on top of the open incision he made, and taped around it. He did not give me any instructions on what to do once I left the clinic, and left without a word. His name is Doctor Richard DAmico and I politely expressed my concerns and disappointment with his professionalism, before leaving the clinic. I also thanked the nurse for being so kind throughout this stressful visit. I usually dont write reviews, or confront people like I did with him, but I felt something needed to be said, because I do not want anyone else to experience what I did today.
Great care, wonderful staff. That doctor Salem is gorgeous as well.
Had several emergency visits over the last two years.Great experience every time! Pleasant, clean facility, fast service, well organized. Doctors on staff- attentive, very professional. Special thanks to Natalie- the front desk attendant and Kim- member of the medical staff. Higley recommend.
I walked in one morning when I already knew what I had. Filling out formalities was easy, although they had some questions because I have a high deductible. After a short wait, I saw a very pleasant Doctor with whom I discussed drug doses and he wrote prescription accordingly. Place very clean and friendly.
Highly recommend, 100%!!! Thank Matt most for his kind considerate and professional help! Every Time (especially this afternoon to help us with our vaccine and insurance problem)! And I also would like to thank Natalie who helped me a lot last time. My fiance and I are both international scholars who are not famaliar with the complicated insurance system. We choose Cure Urgent Care (Upper West Side) to take our HPV vaccines because all the staff here are professional and considerate (especially Matt). The clinic is clean and comfortable. The service is the best. Thank Katharine for giving us the injections, dont feel hurt at all! Thank Siman, Iraida and David for their assistance as well.
Have always been pleased with this Urgent Care office. They are competent, efficient, pleasant and polite. Have not ever had to wait more than about 10 min. Today it was less than 5. Highly recommend
I have had seven Covid 19 nasal swab tests in NYC during the pandemic and this was by far the best experience yet! The facilities were sparkling clean and the office employees and health care workers were extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
Everyone was so friendly I felt confident there 😊 my English is not good yet , but they tried to understand me . I really highly recommend this Urgent Care.Thank you so for everything ❤️
I was dealing with a somewhat severe issue and was relieved to find how helpful Cure was, especially brilliant Dr. Tu who was able to diagnose my problem quickly. I’m grateful for the experience and plan on going to this office for any future medical concerns. It was a quick and easy experience that helped relieve a lot of stress and pain. Thank you Cure!!!
Came to get a Covid-19 test. 9 months later received a bill for 550$ dollars for a urgent care visit I did not consent to or had agreed upon. The entire time I only was told I was getting a Covid test. Do not trust this location or the Company they are exactly what is wrong with this USA healthcare.
Dr. Deutsch and the entire staff at Cure Urgent Care go above and beyond! I had a medical scare recently and Dr. Deutsch personally assisted in finding the best specialists needed for my issues. In addition, Ive since referred my four year old grandson. He and his mother also had a caring and pleasant visit. The facilities are spotless. Every person there was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Deutsch personally called me to follow up and he is now my primary physician. The facility is not just an urgent care center - it should be your go to for medical care!
The first week in August, 2016, I called this company 6 times during business hours before their secretary would pick up the phone, and when she did, she was rude and would not answer more than one question. I would have gone somewhere else if I had the option, but was in an emergency situation. The doctor was friendly but inept. He asked me many questions and then basically stated that he didnt know what was going on, suggesting three different kinds of treatment. Then on December 8th, I receive a call from the clinic about my billing and I am told there was an issue and that I now had to resolve it quickly, by the end of the week. As of now, the billing process is not resolved. I have no idea why they waited four months to bill me, nor do I know why their staff is rude and inept, but I do know the next time I need emergency care, I will be going elsewhere.Update - no less than twenty minutes after the above review was posted, I received a call from the director of this clinic about this review. He left a message, requesting me to call him back. When I did not call back, he called me again the following evening from a different number. Not knowing it was him, I answered. He asked questions about my experience at the clinic and I explained that my review said all I had to say about the matter. He persisted with numerous questions, although I reiterated that I had nothing more to say about the matter. Finally, I told him that I needed to go and asked him to please not call me again. Hopefully, he does not call again and this matter can finally be over. And hopefully someone out there is helped by this review.
Wow! Hands down the best Urgent Care in the city! The Dr. and professional staff took great care of me and the atmosphere was clean and beautiful. Definitely only using Cure! Thank you for getting me back on track. -Ben
To begin, the person-Matt- at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, no matter what the question. The wait time is usually not long, maybe ten minutes at most.I go regularly for blood work and every single professional, whether it be a PA, someone in training to be an MD or the MD him or herself, everyone is interested in me. They ask questions, answer mine and arehelpful and caring. They spend as much, if not more time talking with me than any of my regular docs.
Urgent Care was the best.I came in they quickly saw me I was attended by Kim who was very sweet and made me feel comfy. The. Doctor Jarrett was awesome and funny he made me feel very comfortable and treated me for everything didn’t hesitate.
I had problems breathing due to my seasonal allergies, and I was between insurers. (At my young age and with good health, you sometimes decide not to pay for insurance in favor of paying for more pertinent needs, like student loans, rent, etc. Penalty be damned!) I needed to get help because my breathing became heavy and labored.I Googled healthcare clinics, and went to one near me. However, they only work on appointments, and predictably they werent making any on the day I needed help (Saturday). While sitting in the waiting room of the clinic that couldnt help me, I found this place through a Google search, and the difference between the first place I visited and Cure Urgent Care was stark.I called Cure, and they explained everything to me that I asked them about, ranging from cost of care to prescription policy. I came in at 10am and was done by 1030am. Their services are very affordable, their intake process was a breeze, and Dr. Deutsch was helpful.Frankly, I think Cure Urgent Care is what the standard of healthcare should be in the United States. Ive seen horror stories about huge bills, hidden fees, long wait times, inattentive doctors, and shoddy bedside manner associated with American healthcare providers, but I had none of that. The pricing was straightforward and reasonable, the wait time was short, and the staff was warm and friendly. I felt like I was in one of the northern European countries with really good health care while I was here! If all doctor visits went as smoothly as my visit at Cure, no one would dread going to the doctor. When youve been breathing with difficulty for a few days and you can get relief (speak to a doctor and get the appropriate prescription) in 30 minutes, youre extremely grateful. Id recommend this place to anyone who may be in the area and needs to be seen by a healthcare professional.
I dont know why there are so many good reviews of this place. I was prescribed the wrong medication, called three times to get the correct prescription, and was promised to have it resolved by the end of closing time. It closed, no one called me, and now I dont have the prescription to the meds that I urgently needed and will have to suffer without them all night. Ridiculous.**** REVIEW EDIT:about 40 minutes ago, I received a call from a Doctor from Cure Urgent Care. The Doctor went above and beyond to make sure I was helped and I soon realized that my pharmacy was mostly the issue. He even spent a large amount of time on the phone with the pharmacy just to make sure I would get my medication tonight! I am very grateful for the personal care this Doctor has given me and how he went above and beyond to serve my needs. I take back my previous review because I have never seen an Urgent care practice do so much for a simple patient and quite frankly, I was WRONG.
Honestly the people here are so kind and competent - I was running very late and they were extremely accommodating and helpful, Dr. Brody was quick but not dismissive in any way and the entire staff was friendly and efficient. Its really nice to know theres a place like this in the city because its probably the most stress-free doctors visit Ive ever had. Keep it up!
I go to Cure Urgent Care because it’s so much easier than seeing my Doctor and Dr Deutsch is a true professional. I have always been seen quickly and the environment is friendly, professional and welcoming. Thank you l, Cure! I’m thrilled you’re here in New York!!
I had a fast, easy checkin with very low wait time. An amazing Black woman doctor addressed my needs efficiently!
This urgent care really provides a great experience to the patient. It just feel very different from the typical providers. They really care to make the experience efficient, human, and great for the patient. Everyone on the staff really showed care!!!
I visited that clinic and so happy about it. That place is clean, people who work there are friendly and doctor was very professional. My reason was just consulting, but I felt myself like really important patient. Because there all patients are important. I have some experience with visiting clinics, and I can recommend you that place for sure. Thank you so much.
I appreciate the service at Cure, Matt S. and Elizabeth G. were patient with helping me get my prescription when it was sold out at the pharmacy that it was sent to. I love the way Elizabeth talks to patients, she doesnt show angerwhen dealing with patients that are specific and answer many question. I love Cure!
I have been here for every weird emergency, have brought friends, my sons, and just got my covid text with no waiting. The doctors are kind and thorough, they follow up and not for nothing but the doctors and the staff are all very easy on the eyes! Plus I just brought my friend in for a covid test and got a 5.00 Starbucks card as thanks! I have Cigna and have never paid a dime. Cure, you are everything!
Very clean. Staff is courteous, but also extremly inefficient. Even though you are en existing patient, you still have to reregister every single time. I was the only patient in this morning when I walked in; it took me 25 minutes to go to an exam room and then another 20 minutes to be seen.
Outstanding service, after suffering from food poisoning for three days. I went to Cure to see if anyone could take me out of my misery. The entire team were just wonderful. The experience of an IV drip for me was never a pleasant one till today. Dr. Deutsch not only brought me back to civilization but I had never had an IV insertion that when you look at my arm, you would think it was a mosquito bite. Pain free, bruise free and nausea free. I’m posting the picture of my arm to encourage anyone that needs an IV ever to go to Cure. Thank you Cure Urgent Care!!!!!
The staff at Cure Urgent Care was pleasant, efficient, competent, professional. We were in and out relatively quickly and it was clean and the people were helpful.
I went for a covid test , and there was not much of a wait at all. But I did my appointment online just to be safe incase it would be busy. Staff was amazing and professional. Clean office and waiting room as well. I recommend it to anyone sick or for a test.
EVeryone is always professional, nice, courteous and straightforward. I always feel that my well being is the priority and that the providers are smart and know what they are doing! Thanks for being my go to urgent care!
Concerned about covid-like symptoms, I looked for a place nearby where I could get a COVID test. I was easily able to make an appointment on a Sunday morning. The staff were all friendly, professional and I was able to get the test done within 5 minutes of getting there. Highly recommend.
Welcoming and friendly staff. Made me feel very comfortable. Super easy to contact and talk with.
We waited in the line outside for an hour! People went out and still we needed to wait outside! Even though fist they said it will take 20-30 min! The manager was horrible and not helpful, he told me another price for the x rays! And then charged me 100 $ more!! He literally was not polite and very angry saying “you can just go if you don’t like something here” It’s an AWEFUL clinic and i will never recommended it to anyone! Just around the corner another clinic, with the same prices, BUT without any line and with normal staff.
Office is very clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and their professionalism is top notch. The doctors in this practice are extremely knowledgeable and their bedside manners are excellent. I highly recommend both locations Eastside and Westside Office they give quality service. Five years and Im satisfied with every visit.
Very attentive and professional staff. Highly recommend this!
The Doctor was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind. He provided long term solutions/exercises, instead of just writing a prescription and sending me off. The staff were also lovely and professional. I would absolutely recommend.
Dr. Deutsch was fantastic, very caring and helpful. The facility is very clean, quiet and well maintained. But the staff shine, especially Matt at the front desk who was very helpful with all my needs. Will definitely be back for my and my familys healthcare needs. Plus free coffee!
8 days and counting for PCR results in my patient portal. I have called for 3 days in a row and each time the answering service takes my information, tells me someone will call me back in a few hours but I never get a call back. Then I come to find out on my 4th call to the customer service number that there was a problem with my sample and that I need to go back and test AGAIN. 8 days later. And no one form Cure called to tell me this and there was no notation anywhere in my portal or in the message section of the portal that there was an issue with the sample. The portal support rep finally transfers me directly to the Cure location at 2689 Broadway where I am sent to messaging system and the voicemail is FULL and I am disconnected. Very, very frustrating and disappointing experience.
Today was my second time using their services, and again the swiftly came to my medical needs and resolved my pain. I am so grateful they are located in my neighborhood and fulfill and great need in the wacky world of this healthcare system. I highly recommend them and I will certainly utilize them if and when needed in the future.
I had a 6:16 appointment and I got here early at 5:40 and there are closed. Ridiculous. Not fair/ ok to do at all! Very disappointed!
It’s not often that I look forward to going to an urgent care but this location is so phenomenal that I do! The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. The doctors listen to what I say and believe what I am telling them. I’m so thankful to have found such a great place to help me with my medical needs. If you need to visit an urgent care on the UWS this is the place to go!
Very clean offices and waiting area. Very short wait time. The doctor listened to my concerns. Its very good to have a doctor listen and make sure your concerns are met before rushing off as soon as the diagnosis has been made.
Very quick and painless visit at this center. The receptionists were very friendly and inviting. The process was smooth and easy. I was in and out within 10 minutes of arriving for my COVID PCR test.
I had to take my mother to Cure Urgent Care due to an unknown health scare and the entire STAFF (Ally, Maria, Iradic) including the Doctor were extremely professional, accommodating and super helpful. One of the best experiences Ive had...Thank you.
I was going to give a 5 star review and many points deserve 5 stars such as the front desk, cleanliness and efficiency. My visit with the doctors I saw went well- I had been suffering for close to a month not knowing if it was a cold vs allergies. My sinuses have been blocked and havent been able to sleep thru the night and my quality of life has suffered leading me to call off work. Let me say I am a nurse so I have some medical knowledge. The MD diagnosed me with allergic rhinitis or hay fever. I was relieved and anxious to start my meds. After 48 hrs I am still miserable- cant enjoy food or sleep thru the night or breathe thru my nose! Heres why I rated 3- I called on Friday evening hoping to speak to someone to help me. The doctor who answered my call and I place in quotes since she never introduced herself or her title, was not friendly or comforting. I had to basically encourage HER to help me develop a plan of care! Please get a plan and the names. She never said she was sorry I was suffering or even ask what can I do to help! As a patient that is always what youre looking for. I am hoping to feel better. Since I am going to be billed I would hope the healthcare providers would be as caring as those at the desk who greet me. I am hoping by the weekend to feel better but at least I have a plan because I advocated for myself. She should have read my chart, known my situation, greeted me professionally and acknowledged my concerns. That would have been a 5 star service.
To be fair, there are tons of people trying to get tests right now before the holidays. The staff must be so over it at this point. However, when waiting for a test, there was a young girl coughing and sneezing without a mask and her mother and another person waiting had their masks pulled down. The mother later told the nurse that her daughter’s classmate has COVID and the daughter has a cough, congestion, and FEVER. NO MASK!The front desk people didn’t make eye contact with me, misgendered me and didn’t apologize, and didn’t tell me that they would only do either a rapid test or a PCR test. The person who did the first swab wrote my information on a post-it note and also didn’t tell me about needing to choose rapid or PCR. The NP came in with the rapid test results and I said I have to have a PCR to return to work. She explained they do one or the other. Finally someone else came in and did the PCR test and I was able to ask questions about exposure. Before Northwell recently took over this location I had only good things to say. The staff seem unhappy where as there was a sense of them at least liking each other before this shift.
While City MD have huge lines, Cure do not... they are very organized about Covid Rules, there is a person managing everybody on line, seats, masks, 6ft apart what is great... but the doctors spends just 3 minutes with you and give you very basic and not right diagnostic... my husband had a virus and they treat as a bacteria! Not very reliable... now I got why they do not have lines, people are going to City MD for better and more attentive doctors!
Covid swab and antibody test was quick and painless, all of the doctors are personable and pleasant.Ive also had Std panels and a vit b12 shot here. Never have had a bad experienceThanks Cure team!
I walked in at about 10am on a thursday morning and there were no other patients in sight so I was seen right away. Very nice, clean, and cheerful office. The staff were very friendly and professional.
Both my husband and I and two dear friends have had experiences at Cure on Broadway at 102nd St. All of the interactions have been kind, thorough, and sound. They are efficient, but don’t rush. I always feel better when I come here.
Such a great customer service experience. The receptionist went out of her way to help with difficult out of state insurance. The Physician and staff were fully invested, and made me feel seen, and taken care of.
Great staff, clean and light offices. Also very quick but efficient.
My son is Autistic and I was looking for a covid19 exam to be done. Right from the start the receptionist was nit picking. My son has a hard time putting his mask on. Once she saw my insurance wasnt accepted. Shes said we dont accept that kind of insurance anyway. Ok! I felt like I was discriminated against from the beginning. I also have another insurance you guys accept but I rather go else where. ...As an owner you know theyre autistic kids that has a hard time keeping their mask on. You definitely deserve this review because thats exactly how your clinic made me feel. Thanks
