The medical provider that took care of me, her name was Christina and she’s a PA, was absolutely amazing, compassionate and knowledgeable. She diagnosed me swiftly and educated me on the appropriate next steps to take. So happy with the care I received tonight. Very thankful to have had Christina as my medical provider! The receptionist Maria was super kind and caring. She went above and beyond to make sure that she could solve some issues I was having with checking in. Very happy with the experience I had here.
Make sure you request to see a doctor other wise they will give you a PA he doesn’t know anything. He has no diagnostic skills doesn’t know how to interpret an X-ray. And he didn’teven do a physical yet fake the note for the medical record. Be careful with the Physician Assistants playing doctors. They go to school for 2 years and think they know everything, Doctor have to study for 7! don’t put your health at risk request to see an MD or DO not a PA
This is a GREAT urgent care facility. Make an appointment on line, show up and youre wait time is minimal. Very professional, PAs are to diagnosticians. Only issue, is sign-in platform. Even if you sign in online, add all info before appointment, data doesnt always migrate to facility. So you have to see a receptionist to finish.
The nurse and doctor that I seen were very personable and pleasant. I was in and out of urgent care in less than 30 mins which I like.
The people there are quite lovely. I was in very quickly the medical staff is very efficient and quite enthusiastic and then I was out went to the pharmacy right away got my prescription filled then home in about an hour. Excellent service.

I’ve visited 2 times and had a very efficient and overall great experience both times. :) Not crowded, clean location, kind staff of mostly PAs; they run rapid tests for flu, COVID, strep, etc and get basic sick visits done well.Only star they lose is from when I had COVID… they were great with efficiently getting me seen and getting a paxlovid prescription, however… they made me come in in-person for that despite me already testing positive 3 times (2 rapid positives and even 1 at home PCR positive) at home. This was a totally unnessecary risk to the safety of the other patients there and their staff. It used to be the norm to prescribe paxlovid over telehealth for safety! As a patient who’s high-risk for COVID, I would’ve been incredibly unsafe if I were any of the other patients there given the total lack of precautions. Some providers were unmasked, some in just loose surgical masks. This new JN 1 variant is no joke and as a healthcare facility we need to do better! Please someone pass this feedback on to the manager and to Northwell because I’m not sure if this was an individual location decision or a corporate one… either way it very much needs to be remedied!Their medical records also aren’t very organized - the second time I was there, my info wasn’t stored from the first visit which wasted considerable time re-entering a long list of medication info and insurance info. That’s a wider Northwell problem and US healthcare system problem though, and hopefully once Northwell transitions to MyChart their urgent care system will join the same portal!
An unexpected turn - from heaven to hell. My son had strep throat and saw PA here earlier today. Friendly staff and quick service made us really happy. Told the pharmacy I would like to use and specified no CVS since we had terrible experience with CVS recently. Arrived requested pharmacy, I was told the Rx was not received. I called UC to resend the Rx and please inform me after its done. Waited for an hour, no calls back. Checked again, I was told the Rx was resent. However, the pharmacy told me the Rx had been taken by CVS and they were not able to fill it. We were running around chasing my sons Rx for almost 2 hours. We havent gotten the Rx yet. Why sending Rx to CVS just because CVS is in your system. I told not to do it. Why.... Please ask UC to print out your Rx before you leave the place. Once you left, you are on your own. Dont expect much they will do for you. God bless us.
The staff here are so professional, pleasant, and attentive. I visited this location last night with a minor injury, and everyone from the security guard at the door to the staff at the front desk to the physician I saw were so helpful and warm even though I arrived shortly before closing time at almost midnight. The exam room and lobby were clean and welcoming, I was treated quickly, and I felt taken care of throughout the process. Im grateful for such an easy urgent care experience!

The doctor, medical assistant and front desk person were all so very professional, pleasant and they really cared about my health and well being. I did not feel rushed and the doctor spoke to me very gently and made sure I understood what he was going to do as far as test, and care, as well as the Medical Assistant. The front desk person was so lovely she helped me with my insurance and helped me register eventhough she was very busy and they all did it with smiles on their faces. I really appreciate the service that I received.

Pretty quick easy to make an appointment and check in. Dr was to the point and gave me the medicine I needed. Insurance covered my visit. The hours are great on weekends I was able to be seen at 8 pm on a Sunday. The waiting room was clean and staff was nice. Thanks
Showed up with classic symptoms of a travel stomach bug, but without running any tests, I was prescribed omeprazole (which is Zantac, I believe) and Pepcid and told it was just stomach acid because I had had one glass of lemonade…I expressed doubt but was ignored. Fast forward three days and the ace treatment plan isn’t working so I go in for a new prescription. I’m told by the front desk and doctor who attended me and remembered my case that I have to wait at least an hour before they can deign to see me and give me a pretty obvious prescription.Went to another doctor who gave me a prescription and also ordered tests, which should’ve been done in the first place.When I said I wasn’t going to wait, the receptionist, who’d had an attitude all along and who didn’t seem to understand patient confidentiality because he kept calling people to the front desk while I was speaking to him and the doctor about a prescription, laughed. Terrible service. Hope you’re laughing now, chuckles.Avoid this place: They just want to rush you out the door.
My time there today was super great. Ramon at the desk was super friendly and actually engaged in conversation with me. He made me feel really welcomed! Maria and Christina were supper helpful and friendly. Christina also game me really informative information and was super caring and compassionate. Would come back here again!
My physician assistant and medical assistant were not just good but the best they were so understanding and helpful and made me so comfortable

When necessary, I go to Northwell Urgent Care because its near my home. That being said, Im not completely happy with my experience. The staff is nice and the nurses and doctors do care, but the wait time is crazy. Several times, Ive made appointments in advance, filed all the necessary paperwork online, and walked in to a completely empty clinic. There were zero patients in front of me, zero patients in back. Doesnt matter. The wait time is always a minimum of 30 minutes. After hanging out in the waiting area, I go to one of the exam rooms and still wait (on top of the 30 minutes). They still ask for a bunch of paperwork that Ive already submitted online. I miss the old Care clinic that used to be here and ran more efficiently.
Doctor had a I dont care attitude and the lab return wrong results had to do my labs again and everything came back normal which means theres someone working in the laboratory that dont know what theyre doing
Overall the visit was fine except for the receptionist and older lady on when on Monday very rude very obnoxious and I did not enjoy her helping me well she didnt help me at all but the other reception is that was their Thursday I know Tuesday Lillian very nice lady willing to help very understanding overall okay
This has to be the most friendly, well-staffed urgent care I’ve been to. Receptionist Maria was very welcoming, PA Christina was so helpful and informative, Bliss was lovely, and X-ray tech Arnoldo was so patient.
Very short staffed. And I think there was a problem with their online system during my visit. I pre-registered but it didn’t show up on there end. They cancelled my appt without notice after 30 mins of me being in the waiting room. They rescheduled me shortly thereafter. I would’ve gone elsewhere had I known. Staff member was very pleasant though. And the doctor (Lincoln) was great: very knowledgeable and professional.

I had a miserable experience in the clinic. Your TV Ads are impressive but your service is unacceptable. Wait time 45 minutes. Assistant physician starts her primary check up and is being called and left with no explanation. Another wait time. Physician never checked me. Was inpatient and unprofessional. The prescription to the pharmacy took two phone calls to remind sending and took over an hour.Will never visit your clinic again

Terrible experience. Was not seen yesterday, told everyone 1 plus hour wait, I was #5, no way. Only 1 Doctor. Aside, I have to register myself on my cell, hard to see to do, have to take pics of your cards etc, what staff should do.... seeing several not doing much. I didnt feel good, went home. Last night completed registration, took an hour, uploaded all cards, ID, make appointment. Get there today 2 front desk people deserve firing for harassment behavior. One, just plain rude. One was annoyed, interrupted me several times. They couldnt find my registration despite me showing completed. Couldnt go through that again & not with the despicable arrogant staff. Im uncomfortable, but had to go home.As I leave a waive of nausea overcame me, WHY, front desk is eating McDonalds greasy food. About summarizes gross lack of regard for the sick public.The PA I saw bruefly was nice. Seems computer glitches are a known. Then WHY do you force patients to continue to do?As a Health Care Provider, I find this Urgent Care very, very concerning. After reading all these comments, I should have read 1st.I left, but really should have been seen.I would have zero trust to return here. Courtesy, politeness & professionalism are absolutely must have characteristics to greet the public.Instead arrogance, caustic, & harassment reign Supreme.Do NOT go here.
Used to come here for urgent care and was well taken care of. Today I came in for my fever & sore throat and the guy at the front desk couldn’t be anymore careless & was not helpful. Since CityMD was at the corner, I decided to leave and try them out. It turned out my decision was right. They were more friendly & helpful. It’s a shame because we live close by and all my family used to come here. :(
Going to the doctor always makes me anxious, but I had a very pleasant experience here. I was able to reserve a time online without speaking to anyone on the phone, and then when I arrived I had to wait less than 5 minutes before being shown to my room and treated. I hate when doctors leave you waiting around forever, but they were very timely and efficient. All the staff, both the front desk and nurses/doctors, were very kind and professional. One of the best doctors office experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you.
Never again. As a Healthcare professional myself, this office is extremely unprofessional, and mediocre, and lazy. The office was completely empty at my time of visit, and none of the employees seemed delighted or enthusiastic about attending to a new patient. Within minutes of my arrival two patients came in with complaints about their prescriptions not being sent to the pharmacy. I shouldve taken this as a sign. Ive been calling this location all morning because my pharmacy has not received my prescription and no one is answering the phone, nor returning my call! A total waste of a visit considering that I am still in the same position I was in before I came to see them. This is the second Northwell branch I have visited and have been met with the same indifferent and unprofessional behavior. Save yourself the headache and save your money and time.

This is the only urgent care I visit. Everyone is kind and respectful. The waiting time is always short. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. I highly recommend people to come here!
I had a terrible experience at this urgent care. I preregistered for an appointment online, and it mentioned that I might have to wait a little bit since preregistering only saves your spot in line and it depends on how long each patient before you takes. I signed in and waited for about 20 mins before asking for an update - at which point the person at the reception asked me to go and talk to one of the attending physicians. He informed me that it would take some more time because theyre short staffed which I completely understand, but then he looked me up when I asked if he needed my insurance information and says We have your appointment at 1:30pm. When I told him I registered for a 12:07pm appointment, and tried to show him the confirmation message on my phone, he said, and I quote Im not going to argue with you, I said what I said, its at 1:30pm. This is extremely unacceptable behavior and I decided to walk out at this point, at no point was I aggressively requesting to be seen, I just asked for an update after waiting 20 mins and the response was very uncalled for.
The male receptionist was very knowledgeable, supportive, caring and helpful, which made my experience superb. The Doctor had excellent bedside manner and was knowledgeable and so helpful. Thank you

I reserved my place and out in all my information before I got there including pictures of id and insurance card and when I got there had to do the same. I was like in the room and seen in 5 or less minutes, the nurse didn’t bother to ask anything about why I’m there, the PA was like put Vicks on your chest when I was obviously wheezing terrible place never again.

The one star is for the lady at the front desk who checked me in. She was professional and thorough. My negative review is for management and the providers. I came to urgent care expecting to be seen in a timely manner. It was evident that they forgot about me and when I decided to leave they suddenly remembered and tried to convince me to wait to be seen. I declined and was then asked to complete the check out process. Totally unprofessional. No apologizes for the mishap, no apologies for the wait. Also they happily charged me a co-pay despite me not being seen.
I’ve never felt the need to write a bad review until now. I passed out at work today and was experiencing flu like symptoms. I was obviously concerned and thought it was an urgent enough situation for urgent care. I let the nurse know that I had been bitten by a tick a couple weeks ago and a quick google search told me flu like symptoms and fatigue/lethargy can be a sign of infection around that so I let her know but made sure to say I didn’t know if it was directly related to my symptoms. The nurse was nice, however the (what felt like) 5 seconds with the doctor were humiliating. She essentially gaslit me and said what i saw AND pulled out of my body was not a tick and that I shouldn’t worry without really any evidence other than her stating “there’s not really ticks in georgia” and I was annoyed at this point and didn’t feel like arguing so I was just like okay if it’s not the tick bite than what’s causing my symptoms because I had ate and drank a good amount today so that passing out was very concerning and she gave no clear answer and said “alright fine I can prescribe the antibiotics” for the tick bite even though that wasn’t what I was asking and I didn’t think that was necessary if she was sure it wasn’t a concern. She also asked no clear questions about my symptoms and was just going off on what the nurse had told her and then she went on a tangent about how i’m a “georgia girl” and “ohhh what are you doing up here???” when I was obviously sitting there not feeling well and just wanted a clear answer or any amount of concern or empathy from her and essentially just paid to have a small talk conversation and be laughed at by a “doctor” who prescribed me medication she didn’t even think I needed ??? AVOID
I went in for a 1:30pm saved spot. The front desk was helpful and friendly. I was quickly given a room and saw a medical assistant who took vitals and did a rapid Covid test. I saw a Physicians Assistant who examined me and diagnosed me. He was attentive and personable. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and I’m surprised at the low ratings I see here. I think it was great since I was unable to see my doctor that day.
Reception and medical scribe were great and helpful, but I felt like I wasn’t heard by the provider. I felt like I was rushed and she didn’t provide any helpful information other than assuming what I was dealing with was COVID even though I tested negative the last 3 days. Also, I felt like she didn’t take any time to actually check my throat or perform a physical exam. She probably took 1 minute maximum to assess my throat and didn’t ask any follow up questions but just assumed what it was. I felt like I had to pry information out of her and felt like she had better places to be than answering my questions.
The staff is friendly, but woefully undereducated, as they have repeatedly prescribed unneeded or incorrect treatments that have harmed my health, even more than the infection I initially visited them for. This recent experience will be my last, and I advise you to not consult with them for more than a common flu.I’ve come here a couple times over the past few years for various infections that require rapid day-of treatment. On more than one occasion, I’ve been prescribed an excessive treatment, with drugs that do more harm to my body than the thing they are treating. To add to the frustration, their diagnosis almost always turns out to be incorrect after I consult with a more experienced physician after experiencing the side effects of their excessively incorrect treatment.They’re pill-pushers due to naivety rather than malice, and while I understand the increasing shortage of decently educated practitioners, the level of malpractice I’ve repeatedly experienced, for ailments they have advertised themselves to be experts in treating, is unacceptable and should be taken into account for anyone looking into this clinic.

Every time I walk by this place, I always see a lot of people. At first I was afraid that it would be no different than a hospital visit, so I scheduled an appointment, it was for 9am. I ended up arriving half an hour early, and I was seen immediately! My wait time was about 6 minutes, I went in for a TB test, the needle was super small compared to hospital needles, so I felt nothing. So in total my appointment was about 12-15minutes, I ended up being dismissed right before my scheduled appointment. 2days later, I had a follow up appointment, and I missed my scheduled appointment which was for 11am, I got to Urgent Care about 12:15pm, my waiting time was about 4 minutes, and my appointment was done in about 5 minutes. This is place is super fast, I love the reminders, and every one was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place!
All staff seen were helpful and knowledgeable. There was not a lengthy wait. I will add that I came for a covid test and that did not require meeting with a physician but results were given personally by a medical professional.
Terrible place. They were rude to me when I went there specifically sent by my foreign insurance provider. They didn’t offer help nor understanding even if contacted before by my insurance and accepted to visit me prior my arrival. I had to live without seeing a doctor. The manger was nice on the phone but the two receptionists were RUDE AND CARELESS. Not the right attitude when someone is in pain and is not at fault. They made me feel uncomfortable the whole time and didn’t help when my insurance asked to talk to them, they refused and one receptionist said “I just started working here” so? You should do better.

Quick check in, got seen quickly, and the doctor was wonderful. Very thorough, sharp, didnt prescribe antibiotics unnecessarily. I always feel comfortable going here with any condition I’ve had.
The staff at Northwell’s Urgent Care on E 96th St. was exceptional - professional, knowledgeable and kind. There was no wait time and the facility was very clean and bright. Dr Flores was outstanding and very sensitive to the fact that I felt miserable. Would recommend to anyone.
Plain and simple this place works at a very slow pace! Theyre insufficient and take too long to do a 20 minute or less job. My appointment was at 4:45pm and didnt leave until 6:10pm. I did a rapid test, which takes 2hrs to obtain the results. I got my results 2 days later! Never going back here. Lesson learned. Cure Urgent Care was better and much faster than what this place is now.

I had a great experience here. The people at the front desk were extremely caring and friendly, and I was taken quickly. The facility was beautiful and clean, and they had free coffee, tea, water, and juice. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for foot pain and received a follow up call later that afternoon with a referral for a podiatrist, and the next day I received a follow up call from the Urgent Care asking how I was doing. They did not take my insurance, but charged only $75 to see the doctor and an additional $50 for an X-ray. I was extremely impressed by this place and will definitely go back the next time I am sick or have a problem.
Everyone is kind. I was taken quickly. The doctor listened, explained alternatives. Additionally, and impressively, they followed up a few days later. Recently, even private doctors, do this too infrequently. I will definitely go back with an urgent medical need.
My mom was seen 3/10/2023 for a cough and cold. She is immunocompromised so we get worried. She arrived a little before 4 pm, and asked if she would be able to get an X-ray. She was told yes, the X-ray tech is there. 30 minutes later, she was told he left. She was told to come back the following day 3/11/2023 at 12 noon for the X-ray. The office called her later on 3/10 @ 7 pm asking to confirm she will be there at 12 noon and to be on time, the X-ray tech will be there.She shows up 10 mins early. Front desk woman, Latrese. Very rude! My mom asks her if the tech is here, she goes yes I’m on the phone with him and he is on his way. 40 mins later, still waiting. She asks Latrese again and with attitude she says she doesn’t know. She asks for her name and spelling, she spells it in a rush and walks away. This is your front desk! The face of your establishment. Do better.After an hour, my mom said she can’t wait anymore and she is leaving. She was told you just want to leave. And told her to wait 20 mins more. She just ended up leaving.I do not recommend this location and definitely will not be returning.
It was my first time there and I almost didnt go because I didnt have an entire day to sit in a waiting room, and from prior experiences at different places thats what I thought I was in for. But I did go, and it was THE MOST WONDERFUL experience you could possibly have at a doctors office. I only had to wait about 20 minutes. When the doctor came in she was LOVELY. She made me feel better about my issue immediately and took care of calling in my prescription to my pharmacy so that it was already ready by the time I got there to pick it up. They truly are an exceptional team there!

Honestly if youre not feeling well and youd like to waste some time and get poor service, this is the place to go. Took my mother this evening, first nobody even greats when you come in, the doctor enters the room with no chart nor any Intel on the patient. To top it off the tech or nurse that came in a male, had the badge of his other job of another Healthcare facility where he is radiology tech. thats not even affliated with Northwell. The staff didnt do any testing of Urine, blood didnt even talk to her in regards to my mothers high blood pressure something they know about since its in her chart as she has been to this location before. Overall bad experience wouldnt take my mother there again.
My daughter and I were seen at this urgent care for a covid test and the nurse Maria Soto was very attentive and concerned with our symptoms…When she attended to me she kindly ask if its ok to speak freely in front of my daughter regarding my ailments…That was really nice of her to be concerned. All necessary precautions were taken to give me the best care by nurse Maria and Doctor. Thank you 😊

My family has visited this Urgent care facility more than several times and they have always been Tip-top!Extremely professional, courteous, thorough and expeditious.Everyone has their job which they do with intelligence and a smile.I am soo lucky I live close by but would certainly go out of my way for this care.I was even given advise on insurance options.Five thumbs up!

Since this location has been taken over by Northwell, the place is terrible!Queued up for 3 hours on a Sunday (from 9AM), only to be told not taking anymore walk-ins. I called the day before to try and secure an appointment - staff informed me there wasnt any left, but they accepted walk-ins. Extremely frustrated with the set up and lack of communication.. the guy on reception was useless, not helpful, all he seem to care about was his snacks, yes, correct!! munching away while we just waited outside in the cold with zero help/ communication or even trying to manage the queue!! Better off going to City MD, there might be queues but at least they manage and get through them.The company that owned this location before was brilliant, fast, efficient, and the staff was excellent. Shame about it now..
I went in for a visit being short of breath since the night before. I’m asthmatic so my pump was not helping me. I went there wheezing and clearly having a asthma attack. I waited a while and when I was finally seen my vitals were checked then prescribed me some stuff after that the NP was leaving and I said that’s it? They did not offer me any treatment at all. I left wheezing and unable to breath still. I’m definitely going to make a complaint.
Review as of June 2023:Ive been to this urgent care a few times for years but noticed that this is the first time Im here after its been taken over by Northwell. I made an appointment online the night before for 8am and wasnt seen by provider until 8:40am. Another patient was there at the same time as us and once we were let in (late btw), the receptionist had ask for his information loudly across the room, so I heard it. I was there for my grandmother to have an xray to rule out wrist fracture, and the service was advertised online. When the provider saw us, she told me the xray tech is not available today, and suggested we get imaging at a place thats 2 miles away and my grandma is in a wheelchair. I asked to cancel the visit and take her somewhere else since the essential service was not available. The receptionist said to me: if you had told us when you walked in that you needed a xray, this could have been easily avoided. So youre blaming me for services that you advertised and cant deliver? And bc I was wearing scrubs from NYP, he said why dont you take her to NYP? Maybe you can get xray faster. I understand what an emergency is, apparently he doesnt. I was furious with the service we received there and took grandma to CityMD a block away, their service was way better. Needless to say we wont be coming back here.Below was my review years ago before Northwell GoHealth took over:The clinic was super clean, modern and well lit, its comforting to be in that kind of environment. I was quickly seen, with them processing my insurance and collected my co-payment before the visit (so I know I shouldnt be responsible for any surprising bills later). Dr. Yuen was very attentive and professional, explained the procedure she was going to do to me in detail so I wouldnt panic. And it worked, I felt 10 times better than before I went in. I was in and out in about 30 mins. So yes, money well spent.
I don’t have the words to express my gratitude towards this place. After a horrible experience with my Covid test at another urgent care that left me in tears I went to this location for help. Everyone was kind and courteous. Special thank you to everyone for turning my horrible day into a better one. My boyfriend who also has Covid had a great experience testing here. If you are sick I heavily recommend this place.
I barely write reviews, but I felt like I needed to do so on this.With my past experience of working the medical field (clerical) I will honestly say this place was a very unwelcoming environment with careless customer service.I just happen to walk into this center from being in the area. Dealing with an excruciating pain on me, I thought this was a good opportunity to be looked at by a medical professional and happened to walk right into Cure on 96th.To start, the front desk clerk was egocentric, when I asked for a doctor’s note she dismissively told me “go ask the doctor”. Bypassing the fact of the current pain I just expressed to her, also not giving any copies of my paperwork was odd, and quite frankly her only goal of interest seemed to be getting all my personal info. I understand there is protocol to obtain demographics and payment on file but the delivery seemly felt patronizing from the perspective of an ill patient.The medical assistant took my pressure, did not explain the results, asked me some questions and then walked out with no response or introduction, while this is my first time being here I now felt super uncomfortable and regretted my decision walking in.The doctor just seemed remiss to my medical compliant and almost arrogant with his answers. The only person who seemed to possess some proper etiquette was the assistant who gave me my referral at the very end.I left that office feeling upset with myself for being arbitrary with my decision to “try” this place out. I would never return nor would I recommend this location to anyone. I had a terrible experience with the PEOPLE who worked there.Taking the time to go into an urgent care center with zero compassion is a contradiction to what the medical field should stand for. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know.
I’ve been here a couple times and never had a issue. I needed a physical immediately for my job and they were able to help me. I came in and paid my co pay as usual. The following day I needed something done again when I came to get my physical form filled out and before I came in I called to ask if I would have to pay the co payment again. The man on the phone told me since I just have a co payment I will not be charged for this visit. Basically told me I had no fee and it was covered. A couple weeks later I’m being charged two times my co payment. When I gave the billing department a call she said someone will call me back the same day. I never heard back from anyone and haven’t received a refund yet.. it’s been a month. I think this is very unprofessional and unfortunate because the nurses are very friendly and sweet. The doctors have also been helpful but I do not play with my money! It’s not okay to tell someone one thing then do another!
This was my very first visit to cure, and I received nothing but professionalism from my very first encounter with the staff. The wait was non-existent and felt they were genuinely concerned with helping me with the reason for my visit. Sam and Ty were great and the facility was extremely clean. Kudos to cure urgent care my visit was less than an hour 👍🏼
This is my first 5 star experience on an Urgent care facility ever. We went in for pediatric urgent care.In and out in 20 minutes, great service and overall good experience. Their system runs smoothly, you can pre register for the appointment and give your insurance info trough their website or just walk in.
Good: The office is clean and my appointment was on time. Everyone at reception was nice.Bad: Everyone else seemed to be in a huge rush despite the office being pretty empty. After descibing the symptoms of my illness to the woman who took my vitals (Anat?), she looked at me annoyed and said Ok, so what do you want?.Doctor was nice enough, but wrote a perscription and left within 90 seconds of meeting me. I know people call urgent care the fast food of heathcare but this place takes it to the extreme.
Fastest medical service Ive received in an incredibly long time. The doctor who saw me (Dr. Deutsch) got me squared away in literally 4 minutes (along with brief conversation), and was super courteous. Probably my best doctors visit ever. I highly recommend this place to any and everyone needing questions or concerns addressed inmediately. The wait time was minimal (6 minutes from the moment I entered and filled my forms out!). The staff are friendly, efficient and dedicated to bringing you the utmost excellence in service. Ill be back whenever necessary. Thanks for being so amazing!
Ive been to this location couple of times before and never had a complaint then but most recently, I took my daughter there and I wasnt pleased. First, the doctor made the wrong diagnosis of what my daughter had, which led him to prescribe the wrong medication for it. Then I was told I would get a call back in a couple of days with my daughters labs results, which I never received, so I had to call them to get the results. Lastly, bc there was a system glitch with my daughters health insurance, which resulted in showing that she was not covered (when she is and was covered the day of the visit). I had to pay out of pocket for her visit, which I was not expecting. Im not putting that on Cure Care. I asked if I could make a partial payment and be billed for the balance later, which they agreed to. Our visit was on a Sunday, and I get a text from their billing department on Tuesday (literally 2 days later) asking for a payment of the balance. After getting this text, it led me to believe that they are more interested in the money they are owed rather than my daughters health, which should be of top priority. I understand they are seeking payment, like anyone else would be if they are owed money but 2 days after the visit? Really! I think it couldve waited for at least a week or two. Next time I am in need of visiting an urgent care clinic, Ill think Ill find another one to go to. Very disappointed.

*** Update: After I posted my review, Dr. Deutsch called me to discuss my concerns. He apologized for the frustrating situation, offered to give me a free exam personally, and offered to refund my co-Pay. Im pleased with their response and resolution. I no longer think they are purposely trying to mislead anyone. I do suggest that you call them directly to discuss your needs instead of booking online - you just want to make sure they are able to provide what youre looking for. ***-----------------------------------------------------------------------This was a total scam. I was looking for an annual physical and searched ZocDoc for Primary Care Physician.Dr. Deutsch showed up in that search. I liked his credentials and booked an appointment. I went yesterday.When I arrived at the facility, I thought it was weird that a Primary Care Doctor worked in an urgent care, but brushed it off. Upon check-in, I was told (1) due to a change in schedule, Dr. Deutsch was unable to help me but another doctor would be there and (2) I would be charged an Urgent Care copay, which is almost 3 times the copay that my insurance charges for an annual physical.When I complained about this, they said I need to take it up with ZocDoc - a bogus response. I should have cancelled my appointment at that moment, but decided to proceed since I wanted to be seen for my physical. I wish I trusted my first instinct.As far as the medical exam goes, they sent in a medical assistant to take my blood pressure/pulse and draw blood. Then, instead of a Dr, they sent in a Physicians Assistant to perform my exam. The exam entailed him asking 1 question then setting me up for EKG. After the EKG, I asked him what about the rest of the physical exam. He responded: oh, yeah, this is the extent of an Urgent Care Physical. You must be thinking about the annual physical that you get from a Primary Care Physician. I suggest you schedule one of those. THATS PRECISELY WHAT I TRIED TO DO.This was false advertising and Im livid. Never go to this place.
It was a pleasure to be seen in the Urgent Care. The staff was nice. Dr Prettypaul was kind and knowledgeable. What more could I ask. Thank you.All tests were done. No Flu, No COV just the usual Cold.I was given the same SATISFACTION a year Prior with Dr Jarrett Kelly. I’ll NEVER FORGET he’s Top of the Line, Cream of the Crop. This Urgent Care ONLY has the BEST.
I live nearby so I have come here a few times...they do not know your medical history and do not care to...the expertise of the doctors is inconsistent and usually not the best--not sure what they consider urgent but they will not run blood tests and other labs even when clearly called for to diagnose. So they diagnose and prescribe with no clue what the issue is...now that they are run by Northwell it is all about the money...FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES...I was just billed $550 for a ten minute consult and test for a UTI!
The care I received here was excellent! I didnt have to wait for a longtime, everybody was friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.Me again, I went back to Cure Urgent Care and again, the care I received was excellent! Same for when my brother went. If you need help, Cure Urgent Care is the place to go. 5 Stars!

I love this place! They told me the good news I was praying to finally hear! The clinic is clean and very well organized and the staff is extremely professional and kind. They took me in and i was seen right away. The Doctor is super sweet and calmed my fears and instead gave me good news!

The Doctor and nurse was very nice and courteous, they explained everything in detail. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because the clerk at the front dest was not inviting at all, that was my second time there and he still had the same manner, I wanted to walk out and go to a different urgent care.

Sign obviously was probably not clearly visible. Yes it a pandemic and people also require help/ services/ health care workers need breaks by all means!! (Insinuating has no place here ). Hence there should be a mechanism in place (online), especially if walk ins are accepted, so patients can go elsewhere if at capacity . You are right! I shouldn’t waste time commenting, neither should you. Instead you should find a cure for the logistical issues and attitudes there. Best.

I recommend STAYING AWAY from this clinic.The staff produce a chaotic, unstructured and unprofessional environment. A family friend visited Cure only to come back crying with no given prescription or treatment recommendation. The worse part was that they came in for STD testing, and while waiting they heard snickering and laughing regarding it. How dare you treat people, and anyone else this way for being cautious!! I implore those looking for quality care to go straight to their PCP or to another clinic with certified-proven staff.
Allie and Sam and the doctors provided great service. Their hospitality makes you want to recruit the doctors in this facility as your Primary Care physician. Hope that some day they will get funded to provide extra care and permanent services. I am so glad they are so thorough and available everyday all year round.
I was really impressed by the friendly staff that greeted me as I came in. Especially because I was under the weather. They got me to see the doctor really fast and the physician was efficient and kind. I couldnt have asked for a better Urgent Care experience.

Today Thursday March 10, 1pm i was here. First, the receptionists at the front desk and the nurse had a serious non welcoming demeanor, rude and look like they hate their jobs. The nurse too. I give two stars for the wonderful PA who took good care of me. FIRE, AND HIRE NEW FRINT DESK PEOPLE!!!!
The doctors and the staff are extremely caring and the service is prompt. I am not crazy about going to the doctor but Pamela,Janelle and Marino made me feel comfortable , made sure i was seen promptly and they absolutely cracked me up. I actually left the doctors office laughing because of them. Thank you :-) you made my day.
If you are looking to get tested. Cure urgent care is the best site to go to. I personally work in the medical field and was not able to get tested directly through Cornell because I was given the run around after contacting their scheduling center numerous times in the last two days of experiencing symptoms. Cure Urgent care welcomed me with open arms. They saw me within 10 minutes and explained the protocol on how to obtain test results. Everyone was extremely friendly, wearing the proper PPE and cleaning surfaces as I sat in their waiting area to be called in. For those of you who are fearing pain when doing this testing. It’s totally no different then the flu nasal test. Nurse Callie and Dr. Vlad were amazing throughout this entire visit.
I really love coming here more than the ER. They prioritize patient care a lot. Each time I go, I don’t have to wait long and everyone is very nice. The place is very clean. I met with Dr. Sam today: Him and his staff were very helpful.

I had a great there experience there at the cure urgentd care, i have to wait very long time to see the doctor, I was seen rightthe away. The medical staff is great very couterious and kind to your needs. But the receptionist arent very professional. Too chatty and playful amongst one another.
Consistently great experiences here with my father (3 so far). The entire staff is warm and welcoming (the dr even held the door for us). They are also very efficient--they knew my fathers prior info by the time we got to the exam room. There was no rushing in and out, you feel that youre receiving thoughtful medical care. When you need immediate help thats not at the level of the ER (e.g, flu, etc.) this is the place to go.
Edit: I was very annoyed in the moment, and have since decided to revise my score. I did end up getting a PCR test done, and the nurse who swabbed my nose was kind and quick. I did find it odd in the pre-screening I had to submit my insurance information, but then also had to show my insurance card when I got there.Cure on Monday let me make an appointment for a rapid COVID test on Tuesday, and then called me 20 minutes before my appointment to tell me they were out of rapid tests. Not holding tests for appointments and also only giving me 20 minutes heads up that they couldn’t honor my appointment is hugely unprofessional
Wonderful nurses and doctors. However, we will not be going back. The front desk was very rude during check-in. Reluctant to take down any patient information and impossible to get any basic information from. This is a disservice to the other staff that works here.

The care I received at Cure Urgent Care was excellent! The wait was very short, the receptionist organized, friendly and efficient, and both doctor and his assistant were warm, comforting, professional and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.
Please don’t go to this urgent care if you’re an LGBTQIA+ identified person. I saw a doctor about an STI and received medically inaccurate information intended to scare and upset me. Furthermore, the clinic did not even stock the necessary penicillin for the condition (a basic enough drug), and I ended up going immediately to a CityMD where I received much better treatment.Moreover, in the appointment before the aforementioned, the team let an inexperienced nurse attempt to draw my blood. I heard her outside of the door telling her colleagues she didn’t know what she was doing and needed someone to watch her. She finally found a vein and got the needle in, only topanic and let it fall out. She then dug the needle back into the same hole and rooted around for blood before panicking again and literally running out of the room to get the doctor.Their service is quick and seemingly professional—aided in no small part by their glitzy building—but I had two very negative experiences back-to-back, and if you have other options, I suggest you take them.
This urgent care center plays games, they are very suspicious. The doctors and nurses laugh and talk bad about patients. I was turned away and didnt receive any service. DONT GO TO THIS CENTER!
I’ve been to this site for many things including stitches and ear irrigation. The staff has always been kind, informative, and I’ve never had to wait long. After going there several times this os my overall review and I’ve never had the same medical professionals twice and my overall experience has been positive.
Upon entering the office, I was greeted by the medical rep Erica. We spoke briefly as to my reason for coming however I did not have with me my insurance card. The young lady Erica graciously looked up my information and provided me with a copy. I want to thank Erica and her coworker for the professional manner demonstrated today.When people are ill or unsure of how to proceed it is always a blessing to be greeted with kindness... I love this place. Its clean, fast, the people are very nice and professional, results are quick, within 2-3 days. Its excellent in every respect!Ive been here on several occasions since i need the Covid 19 test in order to visit a loved one in a long-term facility.
I was told my wait would be 10-15 min. I waited over 1.5 hour to get into . The nurse who checked my vitals was extremely rude. She put on my blood pressure cuff too tight and when the blood pressure was done I had bruises all over my power arm. She did not even apologize when I showed it to her. She was also scratching her hair and fixing her pants as she was taking my vitals. The room was also messy and the disposable paper on the examining table/chair was not pulled down to expose new one.
I have had good experiences at GoHealths across the city, which is why I was so surprised by what happened at the East 96th street location. Even though I made an appointment online, they did not seem to have it in their system. Then after waiting a half hour, I was informed that they did not have the 2-hour PCR tests, even though the website never mentioned that. When I tried to find out more information, a woman at the nurses desk was rude. I will not be returning to this location.
Great urgent care center! I never thought the place to be self sufficient. They even offered coffee or water while waiting. They even have its own pharmacy. The place is high tech from the receptionist to the lady receiving you to the exam and finally to the physician. I will surely drop by again if I have to do it.

I delayed getting help for a sprained ankle because I dreaded the Kafka-esque experience of NY emergency rooms. But Cure Urgent Care is the Disney version--a clean, bright facility with attentive, skilled staff. I was in and out in 35 minutes, including X-rays and a treatment plan and a consultation with a radiologist. Every person I talked to--from the receptionist to the intake nurse to the MD--seemed to have all the time they needed to do everything they could to help me and to know exactly how to do it. I highly recommend them; it was truly healing to find such a well-run service.
I had a great experience with Dr. Deutsch at Cure urgent care! I went there for a bad rash/allergic reaction on my face (yuck) and was upset when I learned due to my high deductible that the visit would cost $150. Dr. Deutsch worked with me to help offset the costs (with a student discount) and wouldnt have let me leave frustrated! I could tell that he really cared. I was impressed by his knowledge and his kind, compassionate bedside manner. The front desk staff was also superb! My rash is getting better and I would definitely go back if the need arises.
I came down with a severe cough while visiting my son in NYC in October. I found Urgent Care on 96th street on line and took a cab over there. There was no one waiting! The staff was wonderful and Dr. Jake checked me out, ordered an x-ray and quickly told me I had walking pneumonia. He answered all my questions. He prescribed medications and even wrote me a note to take on the plane in case I had any coughing spells on the flights back to Montana. The whole experience took about 40 minutes. After 98 days in Brazil without the possibility to return to the USA and a 22 hour journey from São Paulo to NY (multiple planes and airports) I was extremely nervous about the possibility to have been infected with Covid-19. I walked into this care facility to ask for an appointment and learned that I could be tested within minutes....no wait time.... no lines... incredibly safe environment. I hated the test (No normalperson can like it) but the high level of professionalism, mixed with an incredibly humane approach, made of this quick visit a seamless experience. I am not saying I will come back soon for more (unless they offer cocktails) but honestly, as much as I don’t believe in reviewing every business, I cannot not share my experience. Anita Anoke and Viviane Teixeira are not only solid health professionals but incredibly good representatives of the service industry. I sliced the top of my index finger with a mandolin! Yes, really stupid and I know better. Your Urgent Care was the best!!! No waiting and excellent care both for the immediate care and for the follow up changing of the dressing all through out holidays. Both Dr. Reindl and Dr. Deutsch were caring and did an excellent job of patching me up! (No endless waiting in emergency rooms for me from now on.) I highly recommend this excellent walk in clinic and give it ten stars.Although this is being posted under my husbands name, it was Tina Raver who was the patient. Really great place. Really wonderful staff. Doctors are great. I only came in because I had a stomach bug and my job requires doctors note but they saw me and they even called the next day just to check and see if I was feeling better and if my job needed any further information. Definitely will recommend this place to everyone.
Greetings Human Resources, Tis The Season To Be Jolly, at least, I would think so being that I am on vacation visiting from San Francisco from Naples Florida.Well, about Twenty Four Hours ago, yesterday as I approached NORTHWELL HEALTH-GOHE... Exiting The Garden next door after visiting an associate. Any further, on my short commute to the nearby Library I entered the NORTHWELL HEALTH, as I entered the entrance I saw the Bathroom logo outside the door so I directed myself toward the entrance At the desk/counter was a black person posing as a female requesting in a demanding voice that I say hello but I have always felt this way about greetings from any which way. If a person chooses to say hello, whether or not they decide to be responsive, for further more, a response is not required. USA - NORTH AMERICAN PATENT DOUBLE CUP PORTION FREEDOM & FREEWILL. So the person speaking has to realize that they cant force a person to speak and just because a person chooses not to speak doesnt make them rude or non responsive. So because I didnt respond to the greeter the greeter headed towards the bathroom door opened it locked the door close the door and said this is not a public restroom. This was beyond rude and these are the type of people to say My Black Lives Matter but when?
This is a really great urgent care. Aigna ,Alessandra,and Dr.Deutch were very nice and very professional. Ive been here a couple of times and glad to say I had good experiences here. They work fast and do not have you waiting for a while. I highly recommend it this urgent care.
My partner booked an appointment to get a COVID test. While we dont live in the neighborhood, we booked an appointment here because they claimed to offer rapid PCR/antigen testing. When he arrived, there was a sign saying they no longer offered it. They then made him wait an hour before turning him away for the traditional PCR. Huge waste of time and bad customer service.
I needed to put stitches and i couldnt go to ER for that since it is super pricey. In ER, they usually charge more than 500 dollars for to be in er. Thanks to urgent care, they took care of my medical condition with an unbelievable low price. Im so happy that i have found that clinic. First, i arrived there and i was not sure if the doctors are talented to put the stitches as a plastic surgeon since i have the small gash above my eye borrow. And i went to er of one of the hospitals to check the doctors in one of the hospitals. I have waited more than 2 hrs and i was in pain and they didnt tell me how much apprx it will cost. Since Im a foreign student, i needed to be careful with my budget. Then i understand that plastic surgeon in er was going to cost couples of thousands. I decided to to back to urgent care. Vivian in the reception, such a lovely lady, explained the procedure and the pricing. She calmed me down and offered some water with her sweet voice. The doctor was super careful and cery good. I asked my doctor friend how the doctor job was, and he said he did a great job. The smallest stitches and great tight job. I cant imagine how terrible the day like that could become better day with the help of dr paul and Vivian. I hope i pronounced their name correctly. I m so glad the nurses were great and sweet as well. Thank you again!
Truly the best Urgent Care I have been to! I moved to NYC and didnt have a regular PCP to go to for everyday healthcare needs. The times I went in, I was always seen in less than 15 minutes, my healthcare needs were addressed promptly, and the follow up coordinator was able to secure me after-hour follow ups with specialists that easily accommodated my busy work schedule. As a healthcare provider myself, I was very impressed! I would without any hesitation highly recommend this location for anyones urgent care needs.

I went to Cure Urgent Care yesterday for my son. He had to have a semi-painful procedure done on his foot. Dr. Deutsch made him so comfortable, and he trusted him (even through the pain). As we were leaving, he said Mommy, Im just so grateful to the doctor because my foot feels so much better now. Here is a little message he asked me to give Dr. Deutsch (Thank you Dr. Deutsch! you helped me feel so much better when i needed it. You are one of the best doctors, ive ever had)!. Just goes to show you, hes even got the KIDS approval. Hes a great doctor, as well as all the employees there. Keep up the great work!!

I came here during the height of the Covid pandemic and now today as well and I have to say I think this is a superb urgent care center. Very organized very professional and courteous. They answer your questions and I am so glad they are in my neighborhood.
The NP here profiles you as soon as you enter the room. She has no ethical code, exhibits zero proper manners, she has a high level of extreme unprofessionalism, and a very impolite and arrogant way of addressing clients. Never go here if you need professional treatment. A waste of time.
Ive received great care when I came with a cut on my eyebrow. Matt at the front desk made sure I was comfortable and took great care of me. I did not wait long and was called to see Dr. Yuen and her assistant. Her assistance took a look at me first and asked few questions then Dr. Yuen came in and gave me option about my care plan, together we decided to use the dermabond for my cut. I liked that Dr. Yuen took the time to listen to my concerns, since the cut is on my face! She also offered options. I felt taken care of and left there in no time and still made on time to my job. My insurance also covered it all, which was such as relief! Thank you guys!!!
Great visit today! Dr. Deutsch was very attentive and helpful with each of my questions and directed me to doctors that are within my network for referrals. Alessandra Algna was excellent she quickly drew blood without a problem and was more than happy to help with anything else I needed! Thanks!
They are amazing at this location. I have been here over 3 times and every time I go its been amazing. On my recent visit Aigna, Alessandra, and the PA Nishelle did great. I was able to find out my cold was actually over and it was allergies actually effecting me.
Pamela is very good in taking blood. I really hate that part whenever I go to clinics but this is the first time I actually don’t feel anything and so quickly! Dr. Sixsmith and the guy on the Xray room are also very nice.
This place is amazing. Quick efficient, clean. Especially Monika. She really helped my father in law with filling out all the forms. Very caring and compassionate. Thank you so much Monika.
Had really bad stomach pain, saw the Dr rather quickly. She had great bedside manner and was very informative in diagnosing the problem. I could’ve sworn it was appendicitis, but it turned out to be a passed kidney stone.Will repeat in the future.
Wow!! i dont normally write reviews, but this place deserves a shout out! very professional, clean facilities, and on point in all ways you would want in an urgent care. i was seen swiftly, the front desk and all the staff were kind, caring and professional/engaged. dr. luis espina was very thorough & present, did not make me feel rushed & all my health concerns were addressed. highly highly rec this place if you are in the unfortunate place to need urgent care. also, love the name. very reassuring!

The staff and Doctor Deutsch were outstanding. Not a long wait time and very efficient care. I was feeling awful when I walked in but because of the excellent care I received, I felt a lot better after leaving. Thanks again guys.

Misleading information about services provided on the website. I have used this urgent care for covid testing and today I wanted to have a X-ray done for my toe, as I likely broke it. The website has X-ray listed among services provided. I scheduled the visit and walked there limping with pain to my foot only to find out “oh we don’t have a X-ray as we are a new facility that doesn’t have it set up yet” ughh!!So, no X-rays folks. Save your time and possibly frustration.
This Urgent Care is clean and the staff and doctors are very polite. Even when they are busy it’s worth the wait. I live uptown but I rather travel to this urgent care anytime I need care.
Heads up: if you go to Cure for a Covid-19 Antibodies test, even if you have insurance they will make you pay a $75 copay. Only by contacting my insurer did I find out that I had no financial responsibility (United Healthcare is paying 100% of the costs for the test). Heres the worst of it: even when Cure is collecting payment in full from your insurer -- in addition to your copay -- they will not refund you unless you call them (I was told today my refund will come in the next 5-10 days). This is profiteering from a crisis. I could understand if the process of refunding copays was automatic, but clearly Cure wants to make as much as possible from testing. I will never go back to Cure.
Im using my mom’s account to comment hehe but anyhow cure urgent care is the best clinic for me if it wasnt for the distance i will visit this clinic if i dont feel good. Last 2 yrs i had a bad symptoms due to cold and allergy and dr deustch was so fast and he knew the med right away. I still had the bottle med!! I want a refill. It was for my cold allergy. Then yesterday was emergency i went to city md charged more and they gave me prescription and it was higher dose and it wasnt like the cure urgent care effect i dont know but i felt like if only cure urgent care is closer i would have gone but i had limited time. I honestly was not satisfied with city md’s care. In the future, i will go to 96th st!!! Or hopefully they branch out in the midtown or closer. I respect both clinics but i cant help but compare.I think if something happens again (hopefully not!) i’ll come back to my first choice of clinic.Plus Dr. Deustch is the best!!!
I needed a pre-op EKG ASAP.. I called them and they told me to come right in. I completed the online form and was seen in a matter of minutes. I’m so glad I found this place!! The office is beautifully decorated and clean.Highly recommend.
Why is it every time I call for a pre-employment screening it’s never possible?How are you an urgent care and can’t even provide a simple service to help people in the education field in this city? I’ve been a urgent care patient for years, I’m not coming back here at all.
Called their number and was promised that they had Covid PCR tests available for us and that we should just walk in. We then walked in and were told that they could not accommodate us because they were no longer taking more people 🤷🏻♂️Luckily I called Mount Sinai Express Care and they promised us they would do a Covid test for us. They kept their word, even staying open an extra 15 minutes after closing to accommodate us! Would highly recommend Mount Sinai Express Care for any Covid testing needs.
This business replaced Care Urgent Care where you could walk in and receive a covid test in ten minutes, thirty if they were particularly busy. Northwell Health-GoHealth requires you to make an appointment in advance for a simple covid test with wait times of an hour an a half. Lets just say that I will not be going here to receive care moving forward.
Visited Cure urgent care on East 96th street this last Friday. In and out in absolutely no time at all. Everyone was polite friendly and efficient. This is the second time Ive used this place and I wouldnt hesitate to use it again.
Everything worked quickly, everyone was nice. I’m a current patient there, I’ve been there plenty of times and would keep going there if I need anything done medically at Cure Urgent Care.
I gave this place 5 stars because of 1 staff member. Don’t get me wrong, everyone was great but Nikka was FANTASTIC! She greeted me with a smile and made me feel at ease even though I was in pain. She treated my burn fast and made me feel a million times better compared to when I first walked in! She gave me some great advice about work place injuries and kept me smiling. (: I thank her for everything she did because she’ll be the reason I’ll return if I ever get hurt again. Thank you soooooooooo much Nikka, you are great at what you do and you are truly a great person!
DO NOT COME HERE FOR COVID TESTING! All their covid testing comes with a $575 office visit. My insurance only paid for the covid tests, so now I am paying thousands of dollars out of pocket. Please, please, please do not make the same mistake I did and get your covid testing where it is actually free. Customer service told me that there is nothing they can do, so the best I can do is warn others out there.

Every time I going to Cure ugent care, I feeling appreciated as a patient, never have to wait long no matter what time of the day. I live in the Bronx and come there because I love the way I am treated when I am there, with love.
I had to take my son in for an ear ache and fever. The staff was so professional and quick. Dr. Yuen was very sweet to my son and was able to diagnose him right away. She sent over his prescriptions to the nearest pharmacy and gave me a note for Aidens school. All of this in 30 mins. I highly recommend this place.
I just walked in, early in the afternoon, with a large wooden splinter in my foot. I was taken care of and out the door in about 45 minutes - thats pretty good for a medical facility in my experience. Its a clean and pleasant place. Thumbs up.
Dr. Deutch is the main man behind urgent care facilities. Fortunately for his patients he chose medicine over giving Brad Pitt a run for his money in the movies.His concern, calmness and kindness make for what could have been an unpleasant doctor office visit, was totally comfortable and reassuring.His associates are extremely professional and curteous to deal with..
Attempted to get a Covid test done here but the front desk woman said that my insurance may not cover their services in full. That I might have to pay out of pocket for what would be billed as an urgent care visit. No thanks. Covid testing must be covered by insurance in full per federal law. But this small urgent care center seemed unaware of this, and I didnt want to have to deal with even the possibility of incorrect billing after a visit. Instead I went to the hospital one block away and got a free Covid test done in 30 min.

The staff here are very nice and Dr.Deutsch is a really cool guy and the medical assistant, Pam, was really kind to me. Its so fast. You go in and your out and no time.
I experienced very little wait time and very professional service. I am from out of state and was not covered by my insurance. I paid $75 for my first visit and $35 for my second. Worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Terrible and incompetent! Rapid PCR test results are not out after more than 4 days- is this a joke? What is the point of this test? Frustrating experience- called everyday to ask when the results would be out, no one has any answers, they ask you to go and collect it from the office. What is the point of having an online portal? Would be better off going anywhere else - save your time and money.
I really enjoyed my experience meeting Dr. Deutsch and the rest of the staff. They were very helpful and sensitive to my illness. They provided clear next steps and Dr. Deutsch even called me the next day to check on me. The level of service they provided would make me want to recommend cure on 96th.
From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Everything about Cure makes you feel welcomed and that you can ask any questions. The covid test was quick and not painful. I went to the UES location. They do NOT offer free covid testing. You must provide insurance and a credit card OR pay out of pocket. Unless i missed it somewhere, they do not provide this information on their website. However, process was quick and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I do recommend this facility.
Rude staff. When I walked in and asked about seeing a doctor and how long the wait time would be, I was rudely spoken to and asked what I needed.. Then I was told there were many more important patients in front of me, so the wait time was undetermined.Beware - they also do NOT take out of state health insurance.

I honestly dont know why I decided to give this place a try after the first visit. I experienced so much unprofessionalism from my first visit. The only perk is shorter wait times than some other clinics.

Love this place. I came in to be test for the flu. Dr. Jarrett was so kind and the staff even made tea and brought to me on my room. Super friendly place and quick as well. If you are in the UES and not felling well thats the place to go
If I could give this place 10 stars I would, everyone was so kind and understanding and the doctor was quick but attentive. Im from Australia on holiday and getting a doctor appointment somewhere else was near impossible - I had some serious back pain that was essentially stopping me from being able to walk and they really helped so I could enjoy my trip to NYC.
This was our first visit to cure urgent care. The service was wonderful. Sam & Pamela are very attentive and caring.Ill recommend them to everyone i know.

DO NOT GET TESTED HERE! My husband took his Covid test on Monday saying a wait of 3-5 days. He called on Weds just to check in, understandably “not ready yet” so he called Friday morning to check in and was told that they took an “insufficient sample” so his results are invalid. As a pregnant woman, these test results are crucial to how we are living together and Cure Urgent Care didn’t even bother to call and tell us about their mistake. I think I solved the “mystery” of why NYC is hit so hard: poor testing options, poor follow-ups, lack of resources and lack of actual care.

The girl at the front desk was very nice and I was taken right into my appointment which was nice and limited exposure to other people since I had covid.
If I could give it ZERO STARS I would. Trying to charge for a FREE test. And then not giving the test anyway in the middle of a pandemic is ridiculous. I’ve gotten tested for free twice in other places. This is the first time I was told I would be charged. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. NOT YOU.

I went tuesday and was misdiagnosed with Pharyngitis, even though I told the doctor it wasnt what he thought it was. Ive had Pharyngitis before and this wasnt it. Dr. Dvor told me to go home and take ibuprofen. I knew that wasnt going to work. This led me to come back on friday with such swollen tonsils that I couldnt sleep, eat or swallow anything at all. I saw a different doctor who told me, yet again, to just go home and to up my dose of ibuprofen. Yeah Im sure theyre great doctors, if you dont have anything more complicated than a seasonal cold or strep or something like that. Dont go for anything else, they just like to rush everyone out of there without helping you. I had to go to the hospital because its that bad.
They are carrying stuff, I am thanks full with their help.
