I have been a patient at the Brock Center for at least 5 years for breast cancer. Initially I was a in a clinical trial. I switched doctors recently to Dr. Kok who is amazing, easy to talk to, and personable. Her team in the chemotherapy pod (Angela specifically) is the best RN Ive ever had take care of me (and I am a nurse educator). I highly recommend Dr. Kok and Angela to be on your cancer team. The clinical trial coordinator (Angel) is amazing and thorough and really takes time to talk with you. There is no pressure to be in a trial, so you can ask all the questions you have.
Dr Fleming is wonderful, as a technician and as a person of compassion. The nursing staff is caring, considerate and professional. I really appreciate VOA, and have recommended you to many friends and associates
While I thought the actual staff for Dr. Paschold and Dr. Christopher Paschold were wonderful, kind and caring, I was a bit overwhelmed by the shear size of the place, and the fact that you felt like cattle being herded. Of course, I am sure with the sheer number of people they have to treat, this was probably the best way to get everyone in and out, and I have to say I did not need to wait too long. However, although impressed with most of the staff, the actual person running the front where you check in was a little curt and impatient. Because I was hurried out of my appointment I was not given detail on how to schedule a scan and so I asked at the front desk and the woman had no time for questions and made it clear and just kept saying I needed to go sit somewhere in the Purple section. Thank goodness another worker on the floor was patient and got the information for me, although it was incorrect. I was told someone would call me to make an appointment for the scan, no one did for several weeks and when I finally contacted the office because I was supposed to have it done before my follow-up appointment, I was told I just needed to go there anytime and the order would be put in. The results almost did not get related before my appointment due to poor follow-up information. Again, I guess you could say that was a small inconvenience considering the 100s of patients they have to deal with, I would say it was way above average and efficient and mostly warm people except for that one woman, who actually was probably overly tired from answering a million questions. Overall, I dont think they could do any better, and if you have to find yourself having to use their services you are lucky because they definitely know what they are doing and mostly a good experience.
They saved my life and treated me so well during the whole process. From initial diagnosis to treatment to care after my stem cell transplant, I always felt I was in the best of hands. Everyone there is kind, knowledgeable and professional.
Excellent care. Good team.Very unpleasant experience when the needle went into my spine. I have an exaggerated startle response (combat PTSD) I jumped a lot when the needle went in. The students watching all said the f word and jumped back… wish I had had more to put me under
Im responding for my brother Charles Ashley B. Lots of appt for 12yr. Very professional office staff. Drs & PA are very professional & explained things so pt. & family understand the treatment plans for the month. We come to Norfolk from Portsmouth
Virginia Oncology and the attending physicians have served me well over the past 15 years. They are caring, professional and provide treatment the is Individualized for each and every patient. Keep up the good work! Kuddos to you!
Nurses Barbara and Micky are great. Julia and Dr. Alexander have been excellent as well. Vast improvements needed for VOC scheduling system and processes
The only Oncology Group that I have had experience with and without doubt is more than likely the best-known in the Tidewater area, all the staff from Doctors, Nurses, receptionists, any and all others associated with the group undoubtedly the best trained personnel available. All questions are answered so that I am able to know what my problems are and the best methods for cure or able to lessen my fears of the problems I have. Thank you all.
After blood work I waited more than an hour and a half to then only speak to the physicians assistant not the doctor. I only come in now once a year for a checkup and would appreciate at least seeing the doctor. Was a total waste of time Other than the blood work results
Every one is friendly and kind. My doctor has my best interest at heart and gives me a sense of peace and comfort as he maps out my treatment plans.
Virginia Oncology Associates at the Brock Cancer Center: The building common areas and bathrooms are spotless. The atmosphere in the building is light and pleasant. Everyone we have come in contact with from entrance to exit has been friendly and helpful. The phlebotomy and injection teams are the best, always an uplifting and positive experience. We absolutely love and highly recommend Dr. Mark Fleming, a wonderful and very caring individual. His wealth of knowledge regarding cancer treatment modalities, prostate cancer treatments, evolving treatments, studies, clinical trials, and so much more is extremely extensive. It is hard to believe one person could absorb, retain/contain so much information. He is an amazing doctor! His PA-C Kelly Byrum is also wonderful and super amazing. The care staff is fantastic as well. We feel completely safe and very well cared for at Virginia Oncology Associates. We are grateful for the loving care and treatment we have received from Dr. Mark Fleming and staff.
There are absolutely no words to describe Dr. Squatrito and his incredible staff. I’m so appreciative of the genuine kindness and dedication they have shown me as a patient. Thank you
If you have cancer, this the best place you could ever be. Without fail, everyone is kind, positive and helpful. It takes very special people to this kind work and VOA has the very best.
Dr Cross and his staff are exceptional caregivers!! I received excellent, professional, compassionate care. Dr Cross followed up with me telephonically promptly and always explained the medical testing in detail, what he was ordering and why. He took the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. I have the utmost confidence in his professional judgment. I could not have received better care and I highly recommend him!!Thanks so much to him and his staff for the excellent care I received.
I am amazed at the efficiency of VA Oncology Assoc when you see the volume of patients it sees. Regrettably they have had a serious scheduling issue, with Herculian team effort they have powered through the challenge.
It is a supportive environment. Very busy most of the time. Dr. Kok is respectful, kind, and professional. Much of the staff are nice and helpful. It is a bit of miscommunication and long wait times but it is a comforting environment overall.
Dr Chau and her nursing staff are phenomenal. I felt seen and heard. I am thankful I chose Dr. Chau to care for me during this hard time.
I have been a patient at Virginia Oncology Associates for 11 years. I have never, in all of those years of weekly, then twice yearly, and now yearly visits, had a bad experience. The staff are always pleasant, even at the end of a long day. The laboratory staff is amazing; the blood draws are the least painful of any I have ever had. The nurses in the chemo treatment center are encouraging and compassionate. During a time that can be stressful and scary, the staff at VOA works hard to see patients as punctually as possible, getting patients out of the waiting room and back to the labs and doctors with great efficiency. The new facility is spacious and comfortable, centrally located and has plenty of parking. I am grateful to the staff at VOA, and especially to Dr. Tom Alberico, for the careful and compassionate care they have given to me since January of 2012.
I have had nothing but good experiences here. Carly is fantastic & very polite when taking my blood. She is very nice. Im terrified of needles & she makes me very comfortable & never hurts me. Christine is AWESOME. She explains everything to me in terms I understand. She should be complimented very highly. THANK YOU.!!!!
My experience with Virginia Oncology Scheduling has been frustrating both a week in April when NP Stacy Warburton had told me to expect a call to give me a time for an appt. April 23 & again this week when Ive been expecting a call regarding appts. that Dr. Danso himself had ordered on Tues., May 7. I understand the problems were not due to the schedulers themselves. They had to contact the professionals who ordered the appts. However, the time consuming & energy it has taken on my part plus the fact that I could not make other needed appts. until I heard from the schedulers at Brock Building were frustrating for me. The schedulers today did work diligently all morning & into the afternoon & finally succeeded in obtaining orders from the doctor, & called me to tell me my next appt. is May 21. I appreciate all their effortts on my behalf.
Ive been a patient of Dr. Cross for a few years and hes absolutely the best. His bed side manner is A+++++. Cancer is already scary, but to have someone explain it to you, answer all questions, and give you hope....thats amazing. I dont know everything that Dr. Cross does, but when anyone starts talking to me about cancer I mention VOA and always finish up with....see if you can get Dr. Cross. I highly recommend this practice, if you have cancer. They are caring, knowledgeable and attentive.
I have to say from the employees that sign me in, to the nurses who answers all of my questions, to my physician who has given me the greatest of care, they are ALL absolutely wonderful!!
I have been a patient of Virginia Oncology Associates since I began treatment for bladder cancer in 2020. I am now beginning year four cancer free and see them for tests and followups. I find making appointments easy, the staff and doctors are always friendly, helpful, and professional, and the facility is always maintained to the highest standards. I feel I am treated as a person there and not a number or a test subject.
Dr. Ranjit Goudar and his staff are amazing. Ive always been treated in a very kind, caring and professional manner. As a matter of fact, they go beyond that. They do not create a climate of fear or worry.Everthing is clear and concise and everything is addressed. Im very happy with the care provided and beyond thankful for them. I actually look forward to my visit because not only do they treat me, but any and all questions pertaining to my overall health are answered. While I have had wonderful, and sometimes not so wonderful physicians, Ive been confident in the treatment Dr. Goudar, his care team, and the staff provide. Btw, this new building is much larger and beautiful, and much closer to me.
To begin with, and to get the negative comments done first: the second floor check-in, waiting , and scheduling arrangement is terrible, dysfunctional, poorly designed, and inconsiderate of patient mobility, health, and privacy. It’s as if the entire arrangement was designed to resemble s crowded concert venue. The other negative aspect is appointment scheduling. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my doctor within an hour of the scheduled appointment time. It appears to me that patients are double, triple, or even quadruple booked. This may allow more patients to be seen each day, but it is starting to resemble a stockyard which is unacceptable for oncology care. The phlebotomists are polite, courteous, efficient and professional. The nurses/techs that call you back are very professional and helpful. The treatment nurses are excellent in all respects. The care I’m receiving from my doctor is always first rate, but he seems to be rushed and pushed to move on to his next patient which I attribute to the overbooking of patients.I will continue to see my doctor at VOA, but improvements are needed for patient processing and scheduling.
All the people who helped me had great attitudes and were sincerely interested in my comfort and welfare.
Great personal from Dr. Fleming and his staff. The pharmacy is also very responsive with my meds.
Very attentive to my needs. My doctor listens intently and is a great source of encouragement!
Greetings to everyone listed in the Virginia Oncology Associates (VOA) Organization. My name is Jay Maxwell and I am a patient of Dr. Omer Ali.In short, I owe my life to the care and decisions made on my behalf by Dr. Ali. I speak for my wife and I as we feel very strongly that I would have died in the hospital had not Dr. Ali taken charge and directed my treatment plan. I want everyone in the organization to know that his expertise, care, availability, and empathy positively impacted my wife and I, ultimately resulting in, at the time of this writing, my cancer being in remission! I know that VOA treats thousands of patients every year but I will not be one who does not thank the organization and my whole care team for what they have done for me. I also want to acknowledge all of the nursing staff as I can’t name them all but their care during my treatment was positively impactful. I know many of the individuals listed have no idea about my story so let me give you a very brief synopsis. In March of this year, I went to Mary Immaculate Hospital and was admitted. It was during this time that I received the initial diagnosis of cancer but not the specific type and stage. Dr. Ali was on rounds and we immediately connected. He felt I would be better served at Sentara and recommended upon my discharge from Mary Immaculate that I go to Sentara Careplex. He fought to have a proper biopsy completed that would confirm his belief that I had T-Cell Lymphoma, Stage 3. Upon admittance at Sentara, I took a turn for the worse. I developed blood clots in my legs, after the blood clot issue abated, I developed kidney problems and urinated straight blood for two days requiring emergency dialysis. After the kidney issue was brought under control, I developed uncontrolled high fevers and sepsis. Ultimately, I was in the hospital for 30 days with 7 days in the ICU. Dr. Ali made the decision that I needed immediate Chemotherapy to save my life. He surmised the underlying T-Cell Lymphoma was wreaking havoc and needed to be treated or it would soon kill me.Fast Forward to today I am currently on my fifth course of Romidepsin Chemotherapy after the CHOEP course failed. I am in remission! I still have a ways to go as I face a Stem Cell transplant procedure but my prognosis is good. More than anything I want all the people that matter within Virginia Oncology Associates to know that they have a gem in Dr. Ali. It is my hope that this letter gets back to him in a positive way and acknowledges his work in saving my life.
The infusions are handled very efficiently and Angelia is the greatest. She is very professional and personal. She puts up with my humor and always is upbeat. Would like more interaction and updates from the medical staff, though. Progress reports, etc.
The reason I only gave a 3 star is because I was a patient there and I was receiving iron infusion to build my hemoglobin up. DR.SEMAN WANTED TO INCREASE MY DOSAGAGE and my insurance denied it and then when he wanted to go back to normal dose they denied they need info to see why he wanted to. He refused to do a appeal he said he do not do appeals. What type of doctor that has taken a oath to cure and preserve life refuse to do whats within his reach to get what a patient needs. The staff was very nice. The receptionists do need to smile more.
Dr Simmons is an amazing doctor you can really tell that he loves what he do I would recommend him to anyone 10/10
I Called in to verify appointment time, since apparently they aren’t partnerd with any patient portal system NOR do they call/text or even email you with appointment reminders. The lady had a very rude tone when answering the phone. BOTH times since she hung up on me the first time. Second time she stated she hung up because she “couldn’t hear me” ofcourse not when you hang up on me mid sentence you cant. No type of greetings or professional response on her part. Wouldn’t recommend this facility at all.
My daughter is the patient and she is learning disabled. We have been going to VOA for over a year now and in all of that time VOA has been great, they have the friendliest people working there. From the nurses to the lab techs the receptionist and schedulers they are the best.
Maria Targus lab tech is super efficient and drew my blood no problem. I have very poor viens and often have issues with multiple sticks. Not with her. Shes the special forces of blood takers. Also, the office is super efficient over all. From check in, blood work and Dr visit. Run better then any med office Ive experienced and Im 52yrs old.
The team here at VOA NORFOLK ...is great from the receptionist to the Doctors are love friendly and show/give great care...they are very concerned about your needs/any concerns you may have about your condition....Highly professional i would recommend VOA NORFOLK to any one in need of a great staff team and wonderfully outstanding and compassionate Doctors. GOD BLESS THEM ALL
Would have been nice to be told before my appointment that I cant bring my child to a consultation for a BRAC1 and 2 testing. Would have been nice if the receptionist would confirm date and time of rescheduling before abruptly hanging up. Going to be looking elsewhere. 👌*edit changed to 3 stars from one because the oncologist I saw was great and thorough in this difficult time. I got a lot of info I needed with a diagnoses in a timely manner.
My experience with VOA has always been good. You saved my life once when I had an anaphylactic reaction to my chemo. The nurses take very good care of me and make sure that nI am doing okay.
From the physicians, assistants, to the support staff, the care and concern speakvolumes about their dedication to their patients.
Great very pleasant staff and Doctors Makes life worth Living to see another Day
I love Virginia Oncology. Dr. Heather Jones, Dr. Michael Danso, and Tina, Nurse Practitioner are superb. They have seen me through breast cancer and lung cancer with excellent medical expertise, patience, and compassion.
A wonderful practice to go to when you need care. All personnel I met were kind and thoughtful. Dr. Heather Jones is a superior provider.
Nurses and techs are great but you have a major issues with pre-authorizations. My insurance Aetna Medicare advantage is consistently denying claims due to no pre-authorization. Ive told the doctors several times to no avail.
Every one there is so nice 🙂 and very helpful for me as a person with a disability
Dr Alberico is the best! He has been my Oncologist for over 10 years and I always left his office fully informed on the choices I need to make with my treatment for Metastatic Melanoma.
The employees are all fantastic, doctors, nurses, just everyone is so polite and concerned about their patients well being. Not a fun place to have to go but if you do have to this is the BEST. I just love them all .
Va Oncology Norfolk has provided me with the most comprehensive medical care and treatment of my cancer diagnosis. They understands my health issues and are very supportive of my decision. I highly recommend Va Oncology Norfolk to anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer.Thank you Va Oncology staff for your wonderful support . ie: Dr. Scott Cross, Kathleen Sharp and all medical staff .members
Very competent and pleasant team to receive care from (Doctor, NP, Nurses & other team members. They kept informed and provided excellent care. I have been very pleased with them. Great team!
Lack of empathy by the entire staff and doctor is disgusting. Oh you werent told you have Leukemia, you do. The front desk and appointment schedulers to the nurses are not caring nor do they know their job duties. When you call for information its like you are disturbing them even though they should have called you to give you the info to begin with. How many times can they drop the ball? You show up for a 6 hour treatment at 730am to find out oh we never sent a pre auth to your insurance! You didnt think to check this prior to the morning of?Your given a diagnosis that your ultimately going to die from and the follow up & carelessness by staff is unbelievable.
There is no where else I would rather be than under the care of Virginia Oncology Associates. From the desk to the testing each member of VOA was caring and patient. I felt like a person - not a number. Dr. Alexander was wonderful, caring and always there when I had a question. His concern touched me deeply as he always went above and beyond with my care.Thank you to all with the Virginia Oncology Associates!
Extremely happy with my Dr, nurses and all the staff/
Dr. Mccollum has no empathy, bedside manner, compassion etc. Was with him for a year and when I went to get a second opinion he told me that no matter where I go they are going to tell me the same thing. He told me that I was platinum resistant which is true BUT all he would tell me as far as treatment was a clinical trial coming out that I was candidate for. Knew my CA 125 had been going up for a month and ct showed cancer was back. He told me THAT EVEN THOUGH HE KNOWS ITS CANCER he could couldnt do ANYTHING until I had a pet scan. Went to MD Anderson, Florida and was told first thing that there is no cure for my cancer and moving forward all care would be palliative. Dr. Mccollum told me I had a 75% chance of beating this! Florida doctor told me that he didnt need a pet scan and that there ARE IN FACT treatments besides a clinical trial! He did still want a pet scan but said I needed to begin treatment immediately. Mccollum told me that I could NOT have anything for the instant menopause after hysterectomy YET the oncologist I see now in Lynchburg, VA prescribed me medication for it. Mccollum told me after hysterectomy that he IS confident he got ALL the cancer out during surgery. Imagine my dismay when it came back. How can that happen? Just got lame excuses. Kept me in the dark about EVERYTHING! He has a God complex and is playing God with womens lives! I told him about my anxiety at my second appointment and was told thats how he wanted me to be. I said so you want your patient in a constant state if anxiety? He said that he has been talking to women one day and the next he finds out they are dead! I will swear on a Bible! It goes on and on. Currently working with people to bring a complaint for abandonment and possibly malpractice. Im not mad or bitter and have never complained or been rude to anyone here EVER. There has to be something done because this level of treatment from a doctor who took an oath is beyond unacceptable! As cancer patients we have to advocate, not only for ourselves but for others also!
Dr. Danso and his staff have provided the best care during my diagnosis and treatment. Tina has become a great friend and has provided so much encouragement during this process.
Dr. McCollum is wonderful. He makes you feel safe an secure in his treatments. I trust him completely for my oncology needs.
Dr. Alberico has been my oncologist for over 5 years now, good oncologist, listens to all questions and then explains everything so you understand. Highly recommend Dr. Alberico, as he has added years to my life......thank you....
Have been with Virginia Oncology for 10 years now and they level of disrespect that I just got when trying to schedule an appointment was unacceptable. I had traveled to lake wright in august for annual check up and was not able to be seen because I flew, I needed a new appointment set, never got a call back in over a month and a half about an appointment. When I just called, all I got was attitude and a whole bunch of uhh huh’s. I remember when going too and talking to the team’s at like wright was always pleasant and felt heart warming. It seemed like the team members always loved the person to person interaction, considering the type of work establishment. Not the type of feeling I got with the past two experiences.
Dr. Paschold and his team at Brock Cancer Center are outstanding! I have been the recipient of excellent and compassionate care from them.
After waiting for 20 + minutes to get labs done I was just called back to review my latest MRI. I feel like I could have done this appointment from home.
I have been seeing Dr Alexander and NP Julia King since June of last year. They are the best. They take to time talk to me about my situation ITP and give me hugs when I need them. I have never had a problem with anyone there...and Im there almost on a weekly basis.
I love my Doctor He is the Best of the Best. This location is very convenient for me since I am literally like 10 mins away. I will see this location gets very busy. But its worth the wait and it takes time. I am seen here for blood clots and low iron levels I have to say it does sometimes take a long time but its not cause of running behind or if you were 10 or whatever mins late or early its just the ones who need treatment first get in faster. All of the patients who go there for treatments or blood disorders etc they are all so kind. And so friendly. I feel so comfortable there I feel like I am not alone with somethings I am fighting and the staff are all so very humble and they listen to you. They always give out advice to people who need it and tell you to keep fighting and never give up. My doctor Dr. Alexander Burton he is truly the best doctor in that location to me he is. All the other doctors are good as well but..Dr Burton is the Best!!! If it wasnt for him I would be on some other type of blood thinners they would have caused me more problems and so on. It hurts that I have to be on blood thinners for life. But this is my life and I have to stay strong and fight unless I want this clots to comeback and end my life. The whole team of doctors and the staff are truly friendly and kind. They are there for you and just want the best. But you have to be patient. Rome wasnt built in a day. So just be patient and stay strong.
My experience was very nice. Very caring staff and prompt service. Dr Zhang had a very pleasant and professional manner. She eased my concerns.
Great caring personnel and doctors. take time to understand your health and explain what the treatment is doing for the patient.
Wonderful and caring people. I highly recommend them
Very professional. most satisfied with appt.
Dr. B and staff always display a caring, positive and supportive attitude. My needs are always met!
They are very good people and they take care of their patients thank you for a great job with me
I have been coming getting treatment for 3 months now and every single time it is an issue drawing blood from my pic line. I wait at least 2 hours for them to draw my blood. Two Main nurses that have no business in a field where compassion & caring is a MUST!! These two really need to practice in a prison, some where that you can be rude, rush people needles in their arms, and go home and feel good about it!! No way under any circumstance should cold hearted, rude people be in such a critical feel and feel nothing towards the patient!!! Nurse name Cynthia and Ashley have made my treatment difficult and not wanting go deal with the looks of being invisible cause they can not draw my blood correctly. After meeting a nurse on the opposite side that takes time with his patients Orlando. Each time no issue blood comes out fine!!! Which leads me to feel that all nurses job intentions are not GOOD!!
Can NEVER get a message returned. The doctors are super aggressive when you question (or god forbid say no)treatment. I wasted 3 years of having Multiple Myeloma dealing with VOA. Find some other oncologist that is NOT VOA affiliated. Id give negative stars in I could.
Terrible experience. Went for a scheduled infusion, waited 45 mins and still had not been called back to get the process started. Tried calling the next day to reschedule and was transferred to an office voicemail several times. Its unfortunate that I was referred out to this location. Truly wish I could go somewhere else or that I didnt need the procedure at all.
Find someplace else. Visited this place with a friend on several occasions due to her illness. The cleanliness in the blood drawing room is awful., gloves and vials on the floor around your feet. The staff seemed sort of robotic and desensitized just like the Doctor. Overall, this place was just a horrible experience. Good luck to everyone that has to frequent this place with no other alternative.
The doctors and staff are truly amazing. They not only take care of the patients but the family as well...mind, body, and soul. My family and I are so grateful for them!
I noticed a lot of improvement in keeping wait time down.
Please do not go here. There is definitely a lack of empathy. My mother was told she had metastasized cancer based on imaging alone. Who does that!? My mother does not have cancer. Do your research and go somewhere else.SN: Look for clinical trials. Check NIH website.
Dr. Alexander saved my life. I diagnosed myself with hemochromatosis. As a dialysis pt I knew my iron levels were high and I had been suffering in pain for over a year In that time 2 nephrologist, a neurologist, a orthopedic, several ER docs, my own PCP dismissed me. But Dr. Alexander didnt. After listening to me, he scheduled a liver biopsy and genetic testing which both confirmed what i had suspected.I almost died because all those doctors didnt listen to me. Things got so bad that eventually I had to get 11 blood transfusions in 1 month.Dr. Alexander would call me in the hospital room and keep updated, advocate for me, and put in refusals. He his over whelmed with the amount of patients he sees but he is smart and saved my life. Thank you sir.
Everyone is so nice here. I always feel welcomed. Dr NJ is the best. The nurses are so friendly.
Everyone is always very caring and the whole check in process is great. Also Dr Balanchivadze is wonderful.
I am here for a simple genetic counciling. Ive been here since 2:15 and it is now 3:45. I still have no been seen by the doctor. Its unfortunate my appointment time must be met but the doctor is over an hour late getting to me. This is unacceptable.
I love love Dr B. If I could do more stars I would. The staff is superb!!!
Since I first saw Dr.Fleming, to the FMLA director helping me with my disability, to Keisha in the chemotherapy department who is not only a wonderful nurse but an amazing, polite, respectful woman, I have had only great interactions with everyone here, unfortunately I have cancer but somehow they make it so much more manageable here, great staff!
Excellent customer service and outstanding professionalism
I believe that Dr. Watson is the most knowledgeable and kind doctor I have ever seen.
Always a great experience. The process is very well organized and flows well.
Receptionists are horrible! Remote is not working for this location. No accountability for bad customer service! Hang up the phone on you, don’t return calls. Terrible!
Nurses (Ashley) and Dr Paschold are kind, caring and compassionate.
The team here is very kind and caring. Dr Alberico is the best.
Best staffing. They always make you feel well and know you by name. Very professional and incredibly talented.
Staff and Doctors are very nice and you are usually seen promptly
Kind, knowledgeable people. Good experience. Very pleasant doctor and staff
I’m pleased with this organization for the professional manner that business is conducted. Dr. Saman alleviated my fears and explained my condition in a logical manner.
Dr Zhang is the best!
Everyone was very professional and followed through with my tests and with scheduling future appointments.
They treat you very pleasant and are very attentive!
Great Docs, wonderful support staff. I keep living thanks to their efforts.
You’ll be waiting a very LONG time…Don’t schedule any other appointments or plans when you have to be seen here.
Great team of caring professionals. Never had a problem or concern.
Excellent Virtual visit.
We have always had great Service at Virginia Oncology Associates!!
Virginia Oncology has the absolute group of physicians and staff in this area.
I love Dr ALBERICO and his team. Zero complaints.
Was told to wait in the lab section. Was brought back to the lab, but no labs were ordered.
My wife has an appointment today for her cancer and I was told I was not allowed to accompany her and she is pregnant with our first child.
Verry sweet staff all over the building no matter where you go💚💛💜💙❤💗
Dr. Lee is a great doctor and his nurse is very friendly and outgoing.
Lifesaving, caring angels.
Dr.Rogers is a wonderful Doctor.. I would recommend her always..

Nice people
