My electric wheelchair prescription was sent to a retailer that hasnt used united health care for Three years. And the woman from that retailer called me to let me know that she knew that and she wasnt being professional plus being vindictive. And still nothing and she never contacted dial a lift like she was supposed to do. Still trying to get a glucose tester and test strips. Should be easy but the guy in charge at the front desk said it could be done but never was done. Called back and then he said that I have to see the doctor for that. And he likes to take his name tag off. Worst place ever. THEY ALL NEED FIRED
Super rude staff! Schedule a appt for my daughter waited more then 30 mins went to go ask if I could wait in the car with my child as I just had a eye procedure done and couldn’t keep looking down or getting up and down and to chase my daughter around lady didn’t seem to have a problem but the guy that butted in our conversation well on a call was saying no and shaking his head the whole time instead of helping who he was on the phone. Had to ask for a supervisor at that point
Sitting in the waiting room for my 11:15 appointment, currently 11:32. This woman comes in late for her 11:15 appointment and goes in 3 minutes later. I am still waiting.
This clinic will diagnose you with an incurable disease, then will gaslight you and treat you like a hypochondriac when you come to update your treatment plan six years later because THEY cant keep track of their own records. Completely ridiculous.

DO NOT GO HERE! I scheduled a new patient appointment. I had to wait nearly 4 months to get in. I got a call the day before my appointment and I confirmed that I would be there. I took time off of work for this appointment, only to be told when I showed up that the doctor I was scheduled to see had left the practice. I was told that they called me and left a message for me a month ago trying to tell me this, but when I checked the call log on my phone there was no call and I was never left a message. They then wanted me to reschedule my appointment 3 months in the future. They do not care about their patients at all!
Dr. Raj has a God complex. Some of the information he provides is a complete lie. Dont take any of his advice at face value. If you dont Bend the Knee (GOT rocks) or if you question his recommendations, Dr. Raj will turn on you like a wild cat as will the nurse.The support staff is not the best. The nurse pricked the middle of my daughters finger instead of the end of it for a hemoglobin test. My appointments have been scheduled with the wrong person also.
Dr. Weaver and Nurse Annie are always attentive and friendly to me. They both take me seriously which is a huge relief as a woman of color. Any questions I have or concerns, they address it or they send a referral out if I need it. The wait times on the phones to get an appointment are atrocious, but that’s pretty much any doctors office in my experience. The front desk I’ve noticed cycles through people, not surprising since it’s stressful and probably doesn’t pay well, and it’s usually slow but they can usually take me back at my scheduled time.
Seamar offers community walk-ins for COVID vaccines. This was the only place in Olympia still offering the 6 mo-5 yr Pfizer vaccine by the time we needed the third dose for our 4 year old. Unfortunately, the nurse and pediatrician on staff had incorrectly interpreted the CDC guidelines on dosage for the 4 and under group, and tried (repeatedly, insistently, and a bit belligerently) to send us home without a shot, claiming there was no 3rd dose for the Pfizer series in his age group. They were stubborn in their negligence and when they finally realized they were wrong (only because we were super persistent), they didnt admit it or apologize. It took almost 1.5 hours from the time we walked in the door. A disappointing experience that made me worry for patients who arent as knowledgeable and comfortable advocating.
Front desk staff are so nice!! But the nurses and dr I saw, horribly rude and no compassion for the sick. I was late 2 min yes and I was great full they excepted me…but it’s like they wanted to berate me through whole appt instead of why I made appt in first place. Dr also said many times she didn’t want to hear my answers, brain was full!! 😳 Have never been treated verbally so bad by a dr office. Filling a complaint. And I will never go to this location again. I have been to a few of these. This one is the WORST!!
While traveling my friend started running low on his meds and contacted SeaMar clinic to ask if their prescription could be refilled. They were told to wait 24-48 hours and that somebody would reach back out to them. Over 48 hours, no response. Call back-told that they nurses are extremely busy and that they can’t speak to him and that someone will call back in 48 hours. This continued for two weeks, and still no response. No call back-we had to call to get any response back.At the end of the two weeks, he calls and tries to explain that he is not mad at the person he is speaking to but he is frustrated at the situation-they hung up on him. We call back, told that will be contacted by a manager. Manager finally calls us back same day, and doesn’t know that he is traveling or what the situation is.Just said “Try an urgent care, we can’t reach your provider because they are all out for the week.” Call is less than four minutes long, and not a single apology. Not a single mention of had this been resolved two weeks ago how they could have reached the provider-no ownership of the lack of professionalism.These are for psychiatric meds and not something that can always be easily acquired while traveling and are genuinely needed for his well being. I am beyond disgusted that a company that handles psychiatric patients would be so cold, callous and poor in their time management. If you or a loved one are in need of reliable and professional care-avoid this place at all cost for you are putting yourself in the hands of people who clearly aren’t very involved or sensitive in the needs of their patients.
Its super hard to get doctor confirmed refills. Had an appt in Oct. but they canceled cause the doctor left. My next appt I was sick. 4 month wait. Now theyre trying to tell me that I missed appts with the new doctor in Sept. of last year when I was still seeing the only doctor.
I have given SeaMar a second chance even after being abused by one of its clinicians and her assistant, and I got a good Dr, the next time but I am forced to wait one to two moths for an appointment, and am in the middle of a 30 minute wait on hold to check when my appointment is since Im having to wait months to see some one! I think I may need to find another clinic! What good is having a doctor if you cant see them for months and apparently cant reach them by phone!
Ive had mixed experiences at this clinic, because if you are a patient long enough, your care is transferred between a few providers. There is a high turnover with PCPs here, so that is probably a challenging way to get a comprehensive picture of someones health. While my providers were knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned about providing the best care (Ive had 4 since 2014), many seemed overwhelmed. There have been occasional mistakes made with my medications, results, referrals, etc., but they have mostly been harmless. It is difficult to reach them by phone, but they reply quickly via the online patient portal. Ive had positive experiences with all of the supporting staff and with everyone in the lab.
I have been taking my kids to Dr Raj since my kids were about 1 and 3 so about 6 years now and I love it here. Dr Raj is always very nice and helpful and good with my kids! He’s always cool, calm, and collective and in a good mood. Thank you Dr Raj for all the years we have been coming to you! The staff is always been nice and helpful. I always enjoy my kids doctor visits here and I trust Dr Raj.
I would give no star if I could. The front desk is super slow and rude. I filled out the paperwork which included all the information needed, they still asks me all the information again while they type into the computer. When I ask about the wait, they are very rude and cannot give a definite answer.The wait is outrageous. We had an appointment and we still waited for over an hour. This is the worst experience I have out of all the clinics I have been to.
This location is way better than the Lacey location. The girls at the check in counter are extremely friendly, its clean and doctors spend a little more time with you. If youre going to use Seamar, I suggest going here. It was my 3rd visit here today and Im surprised at the reviews of waiting. Ive never waited longer than 10 minutes. Very efficient and love the doctors and nurses here.
I have come to this clinic 3 times with my 3 year old grandson. I was very impressed with the doctors way with him, and the time he spent with both of us. He explained things and listened to me. Even though my grandson had to get shots two of those visits, hes still happy to go to this doctor. Doctor Sanjay has done a great job at making my grandson comfortable.
Friendly staff. Very unorganized. Not a great sign for a medical office. Made an appointment days in advance, arrived 15 minutes early, and waited with my two young kids over an hour. Was told several times that we were next to be seen, only for other groups to be called before us. We left before being seen. Will only come back as a last resort.
My physician quit without providing me with my lab results that included a positive diagnosis. She never informed me. I found out two months later by asking the lab why I never received a result. I have had to wait another two months for a new patient appointment so a physician can refer me to begin treatment. Do NOT go here, do not bring your children here. The physicians are rude, judgemental, negligent, evasive, and as I previously stated they dont give patients their lab results even when they are positive. The lab staff is nice, and the front desk ladies are great...but the healthcare otherwise is negligent.
I have been trying to schedule a colonoscopy thru Seamar on the west side Olympia for 5 months. First I had to see my doctor who cancelled my first 2 appointments. Finally after waiting 3 months I got in to see my doctor. She said she sent a referral electronically. I waited 2 months to get a call and nothing happened. I called the office and they said I had to schedule it myself with the Colonoscopy office. Who knew? So I called the number they gave me for the colonoscopy office which was the WRONG number. They gave me the phone number for MAMOGRAMS. I explained this to the receptionist and she argued with me that it was the only number they had. Then they said I have to sign up for MyChart online to get the information I needed. The code they gave me to access MyChart didnt work. Now Ive been on hold for 25 minutes (5 months later) just trying to get the phone number for the company they use for my COLONOSCOPY! Completely inefficient.
Worst physician ever, Iliana Micali. Spoke over me like I wasnt there. Told me my chronic medical condition did not exist even though the ADA lists it as a disability. Told me she would not continue with the treatments I have had for the last 25 years. No way Im going back to this facility if this is the type of physicians they employ.
I have been taking my children here for four years. I recommend Seamar for a PCP- they are reliable and professional and answer their phones. It is easy to schedule an appointment and get in. Really nice people.
This is the worst clinic I have ever been to! I felt like I was just another number going here. I tried for about 8 months to get a referral to a neurosurgeon and this place is so disorganized that I still have yet to get it. If you like wasting your time, getting the run around, experiencing constant problems, and poor communication- this is the clinic for you.
About 4 months ago, I needed to make an immediate doctors appointment for personal reasons and found Seamar of Olympia my only option. Not only did I wait 2 whole months for my appointment, I waited almost 2 hours in their waiting room, only to meet my doctor. The doctor, K. Harshman, was quite rude, insensative and judgemental. Everything that I had gone in for was bypassed and ignored because she was so concerned about a possible pregancy I might have. God knows how many times I told her there was no worry for that. She insisted on a blood test, which came back negative (obviously), and a radiology appointment. Which, I cancelled because I couldnt afford it. Time flew by 2 months and I had forgotten about how senseless the health care center was. BUT, that changed when I checked my mail this morning and found a bill of roughly $340.00 for medication that I never recieved. This bill is due on Monday, three days later from when it got to my mailbox. I havent been the only review thats been like this. My stay was surely better than some others and that should be disgraceful on their end. DONT make the same mistake I did. It is a waste of your time and money.
I recently called this clinic to check on a prescription for my son (this needs to be hand carried to the pharmacy). I was told it was ready for me to pick up, I had a few errands to run so it took about an hour to get there. When I walked in I was instructed to sign in and have a seat. I explained that I had just called and they said I could pick up the script. I was again instructed to sign in and wait. So I did, I waited for 30 min, before getting up to tell the girl behind the counter I had to run to my car, she tells me that she has some news about my sons script... The news was that they didnt have it and that not one of the Drs in the office will write one for an existing patient. She tells me to drive to yelm and try to see a Dr there. An older woman claiming to be in charge comes out and says nope, no. They wont see her in yelm. She doesnt have an appointment. I was told to step aside while they helped others and I just continue to wait. So I asked for a business card for whoever is in charge of this hot mess of a clinic. I then waited while the girls behind the counter began rolling their eyes, and being very rude was given a phone number with unlegible handwriting and advised to take my son to the walk in clinic. All in I was there almost an hour, all because the girl answering phones didnt know how to do her job properly, and didnt like it when I pointed it out.
Needs organization. Awful expierence. Dr.Raj needs to be reevaluated as an employee. He seems to only work about 20% of the time. Staff is always scrambling to get a simple task done. I understand that it might not be easy to work on this field but any well standing business should do a much better job with their patients down to having the correct contact information or even a friendly face when you walk in.
I don’t understand all of the negative reviews.. I went to this clinic for 3 years from 16-19 and I loved all of the nurses and doctors who took care of me. I always got there 15 minutes early and I was always seen on time. A few of the front desk ladies have attitude but.. who really cares?
I called on Jan 9, to get a prescription refill for my cholesterol meds, later that week my pharmacist faxed over a refill request for the same meds, no response. I called on Tues for the same refill & then again today. Not once did they call me to say that I had to be seen, until today. The thing that really ticked me off was that today, when I was told that they couldnt refill it, it was someone in a call center I talked to & she put me on hold to call the clinic. Why couldnt I talk to the clinic directly & why wasnt I given the courtesy of call regarding the prescription refill? Very uncaring & unprofessional! Done with them & am going to another dr!
I just went here to receive covid-19 testing. Despite an initial misunderstanding about paperwork the staff were very kind and helpful. They are doing difficult and extremely vital work. Medical professionals are constantly striving to provide better, faster testing and we should all be grateful for their hard work.
Honestly. I can not fathom some of the things you folks are saying. I have Dr. Phillips. Hes as scatterbrained as they come, but he does his job with the correct level or personal interaction. Hes a man you may think as shy or whatever, but they have that man running so ragged there. They need more staff from what I hear.As for people griping about a horrible experience? 5 years I have been going there off and on. (No real huge need for doctors) and I have NEVER had a bad experience other than a longer than expected wait time... which I never saw go more than 15 minutes.Whoever is having a crap experience there? Ever think you might be the one with the problems, not SeaMar?
Saw the worst Dr. Dr Iliana MicaIi I have ever seen in my life so rude and not empathetic at all. Couldnt believe how confrontational she was. Left me shaking how mad I was. She truly doesnt care about her patients truly sickening!!!
I was impressed. Perhaps because my expectations were low. My 1st visit on Medicaid and was assigned Dr Rashmi. She was very engaging and caring. The rest of the support staff were professional. I think the problem with Sea Mar is that the doctors are overloaded and only have a few minutes with each patient.
Even after my income increased, I still go to the Olympia office, due to the amazing treatment they gave me.
Completely lazy front desk clerks!! They’ll look at you when you walk in but still make you wait even though nobody else is being helped! Unfriendly and Rude the only one worth 50 cent is the beautiful black woman who basically runs the front by herself she was very helpful!!! Fill Seamar clinics with employees like her! I know being bilingual is a marketable skill to have but it doesn’t mean their going to make good employees. They misplace paperwork and have attitudes like their not being paid to be there!
The nurse and front desk staff were amazing. I do NOT recommend Dr. Micali if you want a doctor that actually listens to you. She seems to know what ia wrong with you before you tell her your concerns. She interrupts you with HER predictions of your next thought or comment.
Had a appointment for my 3 year old daughter that neither my wife or I had set up. I already have a pediatrician weve been seeing for 3 years and they refuse to tell me how they got my kids or my wifes information. Absolutely livid
This place is horrible. They will screw up your medication while at the same time blaming you for it. They dont answer the phone, and they rip you off with appointment after appointment. They completely set me back six months and then they laughed at me about it.
I absolutely hate this place. I moved to Washington from California and needed a new doctor because I am on a lot of medications, so I came here, and the woman I saw just decided to take me off one of my medications and put me something else when I was already stabilized on all of my meds, and my previous doctor of TEN YEARS had approved this medication. Totally unprofessional for a doctor to do something like this. They tried to tell me I would have to go elsewhere if I wanted this medication. Do not come here.
My son has received horrible care at Sea Mar. He has a primary care doctor prescribing psychiatric meds which is definitely not the norm. Due to Dr. Wentworths lack of experience of psychiatric meds my son has experienced psychotic episodes 3x and has been involuntarily committed to psych units. This doctor said he was referring my son to Sea Mars Behavioral Health 1.5 yrs ago and this hasnt happened. Even if I was in desperate need I would do without medical/mental health care I would not go to this clinic. I have contacted lawyers for filing a malpractice suit against Sea Mar and was informed their own employees have sued Sea Mar!
I have had the worst experience in my life with a doctor in this facility.. I moved here and needed an internal medicine doctor to help me with my illnesses, she was so mean and judgmental.. The 3-4 times I saw her I left the office so stressed out and felt like she didn’t have my health issues in her best interests.. JUST BECAUSE I HAVE MEDICADE I DON’T DESERVE TO BE TREATED BADLY..She would write her notes saying I said this or that and I never said those things.. She didn’t listen to me she would argue and not explain.. I have NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BAD😢..RUN FAST The other way if you get assigned to this clinic.. I called my insurance and filed a grievance against her.. I also have transferred my medical care to some other place..
This is the worst place to go if you want to see a real doctor. You hardly see the same dr. They are mostly NP, and really bad about knowledge for patience with lots of health problems!They treat you like they are above you and have terrible bed side manners! Dont be 5 min late for an appointment or they wont see you, even if your there before you appointment time, They want you to be there 15 min early, if your not, they stick you on standby to punish you! I recommend going to a medical office that has real drs.

I went in for arm pain, she didnt check my arm she did nothing, she requested that I go to physical therapy, I didnt think that was the best thing to do . so I went to the emergency room and found out that I haveacute pe / covid pneumonia..Dr.Micali SUCKS SHE SHOULDNT BE A DOCTOR..

Was not told by Dr of results . I called every day Dr, would not call back. I get a letter frm Seamar a week and a-half klater from the Dr. Tthay want to test me for Hrepatitus 3 and other Terminal and nornal tests. I go in and see the mini Freud lookin Dr. I seew when I come in to take the tests Say nothinbg about the Hepatitus etc. Just said your Levels were./Are off. I said what about my intense pain ? since I have no gout Medicine> He made it Soud like a Big Deal To offer me 15 5/5.00 vicadin Which are Bufferd w.500 Mg Tylonel in Each -Buffered is Very bad Ih I have a bad liver (Hep 3) I gladly took any way. But wanted tHim o feel my Pain and how he just insulted my intellegence. IIn about a week and a half WE should have you blood test results back. So I rreceive them in the mail .... We waited one hour and a half for my sons appointment. All but one employee was at lunch. I called their main headquarters from the waiting room, and all of a sudden, employees started flocking out if different rooms and started working. It was really weird. They called us in the back right away and we overheard the employees discussing who was actually supposed to be at lunch break.
Well Ive been on hold for 20 minutes to see what time my appointment is... The lady says, Canyoupleaseholdthankyou I tried to say no the second time. I swear they could take 1 minute to at least check my appointment- but with these reviews I may not show up at all.

Called at 1:30pm on a Sunday to see if theyd take my insurance and was told to call back tomorrow as the office is closed on Sundays even though website says open mon-sun from 11am-10pm. Guess the only thing open on Sunday is the guy getting paid to tell you he cant help you in any way.

Wait times are long, but there is only 2 physicians. The level of care you receive is worth the wait.
I have found the clinic to have excellent care. They are at the center of testing and vaccination for Covid. These are big jobs. High quality care from a caring staff.

MY MOM DIED AT 60 OF RENAL FAILURE..ADRENAL IS CONNECTED TO THE KIDNEY, MY SISTER AT AGE 40 WITH UNDIAGNOSED LUNG CANCER AND SHE WAS HORRIBLY ABUSED DUE TO THE FACT THAT SHE HAS SCHIZOPHRENIA. THEY KICKED HER OUT OF A HOSPITAL IN CRITICAL CONDITION AND SHE DIED IN A TAXI DRIVERS ARMS ON HER FRONT PORCH GOING HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL. MEDICAID AND MENTAL ILLNESS CAUSED HER TO BE IGNORED AND JUDGED UNTIL SHE DIED! FOR GODS SAKES WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO WAKE THESE IDIOTS IN OUR MEDICAL SYSTEM UP? MORE DEAD PEOPLE I GIUESS!!
Wow, this place has degraded a lot! I used to enjoy going there for medical services. It is sad.

TRASH TRASH TRASH!!! I sat on hold for over an hour for a STAT situation. Working in the medical field this kind of patient care would not be acceptable.
