Would NOT recommend at all, first time ever seeking fertility advice and I’m still left with no answers.I went to see Dr. M to find out if I have a chance of still getting pregnant due to my age and having no luck in the past. Both appointments I went in for I waited for over an hour both times.First appointment left with orders to get two blood tests done to check ovulation and egg count. Was called shortly after first test great. Got second test done as instructed, had to call to follow up on results, he couldn’t remember what it was he told me to do, with no explanation of what the numbers meant (I can see my results on patient portal)Second appointment, about an hour into the wait the dr finally showed up. No explanation that he was running late. Probably the worst communication I’ve had during an internal exam. He then answered his cell phone on speaker with another patient while going over the ultrasound results.Comments made “your eggs have aged faster than you” “at your age your running out of time” (which was my reason for going in the first place), “you can get pregnant with eggs and ovulation but not without sperm” (my significant other has had a vasectomy, another reason to find out if I can get pregnant or not) Dr. M could only seem to focus on him getting a reversal not on what I was actually asking. Had nothing explained was just left with numbers off blood tests I don’t understand (had to google it myself). Overall not professional and was a waste of time and money.

First, I am happy for everyone who has had a great experience here. Secondly, I wouldnt trust this doctor to make a pizza, let alone a baby. We decided to get an IVF consultation here because it was the closest to our home. The doctor was incapable of answering any questions (openly googled questions we asked him on his phone), couldnt navigate his medical system on the computer (literally asked us for help), pulled up other patients charts in front of us (HIPAA??), laughed at how women act after he gives them ketamine, and couldnt give us any coherent string of rational thoughts. The wife and I both thought we were on a hidden camera show! The receptionist charged us $250 upfront (well spent if it would have been productive), only for us to leave three hours later, wondering how this doctor still has a medical license.

Dr. Morruzzi is the best Fertility Doctor in the Pacific Northwest.I have a lot to say about Dr. Moruzzi, but first some background. My wife and I had been struggling with infertility for around 3 years. We first sought help from a large fertility clinic in Portland. Long story short, they are a money factory, dont go there. We tried another doctor in the Portland area who gave us good advice that led to a diagnosis and a surgery. However after we still couldnt get pregnant and his approach seemed stagnant. We heard about Dr. Morruzi through a family friend and decided to make an appointment with him. Our first appointment was long, and he was running late. I think we waited at least 45 minutes past our appointment time to even meet with the embryologist Jeff. We were frustrated and wondered if this was going to be worth our time. Then we met with Dr. Moruzzi himself. In that first appointment he spent more time with us than any previous doctor had around 2 full hours I think. He gathered as much information about our case as he could, asking questions no other doctor had ever asked before. We immediatly liked him and his incredibly involved approach to our care, we could tell he would go above and beyond the normal for us.Following that we immediatly dived into IVF, gearing up for an egg retrieval. I think this was right around Thanksgiving of 2022. We ended up having a question, and Moruzzi called us from his office on Thanksgiving to answer our question. The man is litterally in his office 7 days a week from 9 in the morning sometimes to 9 at night. Weve gotten phonecalls from him at 7, 8, and 9pm. He does his very best to be there for his patients at all times. He helped us with finding dicounts and some of the best suppliers for IVF medicines. He resells unused medications from other patients at half price, hes really there for you as much as he possibly can be.He also listens. We did our own research and proposed a unique therapy protocol for our last embryo transfer. He didnt treat us like idiots, he read the articles we brought, and looked through his own collection of articles as well. Thats another thing about him, hes not stuck in the past. He once told us he was excited about reading up on medical journals on his upcoming vacation. His practice is his life and he devotes most of his time to it, and he really cares about his patients. The downside? Well you are going to have to wait. He typically runs around 40 minutes behind schedule. Expect this and plan for it, and you will be fine. Your appointment might get bumped to a different time. Why? Because he has other patients, and the timing for Egg retrieval isnt precise, so he may have to move appointments in order to make sure egg retrievals get done on time. Egg retrievals take priority, they represent thousands of dollars of investment, pain, and time, they take priority. Another thing that can be irritating is the staff seem to rotate a lot. Weve seen a few different faces go through there in the year weve been seeing him. Some of them are awesome, some not so awesome, but its worth putting up with the headache. In the end we are grateful to Dr. Moruzzi, because my wife is currently 15 weeks pregnant with our baby boy. I firmly believe that Dr. Moruzzi is the best fertility doctor in the northwest, he is kind, attentive, and he knows what hes doing. If you are struggling with infertility please give Dr. Moruzzi a chance, he gave us hope, and a chance at a family.

Dr. Moruzzi is hands down amazing. At this rate, he isnt do this as a career but a passion for helping people have families. Sometimes, the wait for an appointment is a little longer than expected but its because when you are with Dr. Moruzzi you are receiving his uninterrupted attention, going over every detail of your treatment, next steps, and your questions. He has called late at night to check in on our treatments, and squeezed us in on weekends when necessary. He genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Moruzzi and his staff are the best, we recommend them to anyone seeking affordable fertility advice.

If you are worried about long wait times then maybe dont become a patient here. Personally, becoming pregnant is something I am willing to spend an extra few hours a day in a waiting room for. The affordable prices here make it worth it- otherwise fertility treatments for us would be unobtainable. There is only one doctor so his schedule is packed, it is clear all his patients get his undivided attention while with him. I cant get mad that my appointment is running behind because a pregnant woman needed to be seen for an emergency or a baby was being delivered. Just kinda takes understanding and patience. That being said, the staff is friendly and I prefer Dr Moruzzis quirks over the coldness of other doctors at Seattles big fertility clinics. I would recommend them if you can be chill.

I chose Olympia Fertility because the price range was far more realistic than that of Seattle Reproductive. I imagine this is why they are overwhelmed with patients. I was informed of the wait times and so I knew what I was getting into. I have to say I have not waited longer than an hour which is normal for any Obgyn. I also have been in 3 times last month and 6 times this month. They are extremely accommodating. The doctor sits and talks to you, answering all questions and easing concerns. That from a doctor is priceless. The team is very friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable during a very sensitive time. All in all I find this Journey far easier with this team by my side and I would recommend them to anyone.

Went there for my ultrasound. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment then waited 35 minutes pants less waiting on doctor. When I went to check on where my Dr. Mourizzi was at, I saw him in a room and said hey, he then aggressively told me to go check with the receptionist. He was mad about being the only Dr on site.

Dr Moruzzi is amazing. There may be long waits but the amount of care he takes with each patient is worth it. We were priority as soon as we got in the office and there was no rush. All questions were addressed and thoroughly answered.Dr Jeff is amazing too. Thanks to their assistance we have our first child and hopes of having more!

Unless you have over two hours to burn and $200 to waste, I wouldn’t go here. I made a consultation appointment (they only do in person appointments no virtual). We drove 1.5 hours in terrible weather. We got there a few minutes before our 4:30 appointment (which they called to change from 3:30 the day before). They quickly had us pay the $200 fee. After 30 minutes and hearing them on the phone telling other people to come in for their apts, we asked how much longer. They said 10-15 minutes. An hour past our apt time they brought us to a room and had an embryologist (Strange huh?) get our background info. An hour and 15 minutes past our apt time the doctor came in and said he had another apt before seeing us. Two hours after our apt time he came back in and told us that he had to do another appointment and then would see us. I asked how much longer and he said 20 minutes which, based on other times we asked how much longer, my husband said we’ve been here two hours already and don’t want to wait. The doctor got defensive and said very rudely, ok fine. We went back to the front to get our $200 refunded but the receptionist didn’t know how to do it and told us we had to contact the biller another day and then was called into the apt. We then had to turn around and drive 1.5 hours home. I have never wasted so much time or had a less professional experience than this. I’m shocked and angry at this experience. Don’t go here.

I had my first appointment recently and I really like the doctor. He clearly has TONS of experience and enjoys what he does. He is a little eccentric but very kind and let me voice all of my thoughts before going over the plan. He works late to help out his patients and at the end of the day, i want a doctor who cares for me and dont mind if his social skills arent perfect. I would recommend this office to anyone and recently chose to go here over Seattle Reproductive Medicine, even though SRM is much closer to me. It feels much more personal.

I cant say good enough things about Dr. M. My husband and I struggled with infertility for 6 years. I saw Dr. M for two months and now Im pregnant. He is the best infertility Dr. out there. One of the busiest doctors I know but that is because he is constantly giving up all his time to help every patient he can in the best way possible. I was always able to get an after hours appointment or be seen on weekends if that is what my fertility treatment called for. You arent going to find a doctor like this any where else. And if you are visiting him for infertility reasons you arent going to find prices like this anywhere else especially for the expertise you are getting.

Very professional. Dr. M helped my family through a very difficult time, is very knowledgeable. The hospital called him in the middle of the night due to a complication and met with me, then I started going to his office after that. You can tell he really cares, Office lady is nice also :)

Dont go here if u actually want to get pregnant. The doctor here has like no idea what hes even taking about and just says whatever you want to hear to get u to keep paying for appointments you dont even need all he does is give u the run around. And if u want to talk to him good luck because i called one day and left message with the nurses and he didnt call me back for a month and just uttered complete nonsense to me that wasted my time. Never going back here ever.

Every time I’ve gone to my appointments I have to wait anywhere from an hour up to two hours. I’ve had to wait in exam room half undressed for a ridiculous amount of time. I think it’s highly inconsiderate of the patients time.
