This office is GORGEOUS and huge. The ladies in the back office are awesome to talk to and super friendly. Receptionist was meh, could have used a more bubbly personality for the face of the place, but the nurse and doctor made up for it. Dr. Marie Gabriel is such a sweetheart, answered all my questions and made ny routine exam less awkward and guided me through the entire procedure making sure I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time.Definitely coming back here for any additional routine exams and swapping out my arm implant two years from now.The nurse told me they moved to this office a little more than a year ago. Parking is small, so I would advise getting here 30-45 min before your appointment. Time went by slowly while waiting for my appointment to start so I ended up checking in an hour prior to my appointment, and there was no issue. The waiting room is so comfy and relaxing, my mom passed out and snored a couple of times in the waiting room lol
Immaculate and beautifully maintained facility with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was attentive and caring, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Dr. Snook was not only highly professional but also personable, making me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. Highly recommend!
I was really disappointed by my visit here. I’ll start with my visit with Dr. Snook. As a new patient I would have expected a few minutes of her getting to know me before she rushed into a pelvic exam, breast exam and Pap smear. But she walked in, welcomed me to the practice and then promptly asked me to scoot to the end of the table.She didn’t ask me any questions about my history and the entire appointment felt very rushed.I proactively started asking some questions in regard to some concerns I have and she swiftly told me I’d need to make another appt to discuss my concerns. Again, rushed. I understand only a certain amount of time is allotted for appointments but there is a tactful way to communicate that. I wasn’t asking for a 30 minute conversation, just a few minutes to establish a doctor/patient relationship.While I waited in the room for her, for over 20 minutes, the office staff was loud, laughing hysterically, very unprofessional.Lastly, not once did she mention a mammogram. I am 42 years old and was there for an annual women’s wellness visit—I expected that would come up. When I went to check out the young woman asked me if the doctor referred me for a mammogram and when I said no she said “that’s weird. Oh well, have a good rest of your day”.Random, but there was some kind of synthetic fragrance being pumped into the air of the whole office so strongly that when I left, I still smelled it on my clothes and hair 🤢.2 stars for modern/clean office and ease of making an appointment. But I will be establishing care elsewhere.
Dr. Gabriel is incredible. She really goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed. This whole office is amazing. I’ve had time with all the doctors and they are all wonderful people. All the staff in this office make you feel safe and are all so kind. I used to be so scared of coming to the doctor, especially in this specialty but not anymore thanks to this practice.
I just had my first appt with Dr Hassan and she was WONDERFUL!!! Her whole team was super sweet, the darling medical assistant Addi helped me get settled. I couldn’t get over the little lipstick vests for breast checking they were so freaking cute! Dr Hassan is lovely! Super friendly, personable, made me feel comfy and explained everything so I felt involved in my healthcare there. I would totally recommend this place, I love that I only saw women for a women’s care facility, I also paid out of pocket for an annual and it was super affordable. I know I was only there for like a half hour but the energy there is lit and that annual boosted my esteem as a woman! I look forward to going back❤️
For something that can be considered potentially awkward for some women, I’ve never felt that way with Contemporary Women’s Care. I personally go to Dr. Snook and have been for ~7 years. I always feel comfortable and heard. I see her once a year for my wellness check and somehow she remembers personal things we discuss in previous appts. I’m sure she takes notes but it makes me feel like I’m not just a number to her. Dr. Snook is incredibly friendly and approachable but also real. If a test is unnecessary, she will tell you and explain why. I’ve never felt like I’ve been coaxed into any unnecessary procedures or spending extra money. I have since convinced two of my friends and my cousin to begin seeing her and I’ve heard nothing but positive comments in return. Their offices also feel and look luxurious without an insane price tag. Truly recommend.
A well run office with doctors who actually care about their patients! I transferred care here just over a year ago and so relieved I did. Since being pregnant, I’ve seen all four doctors and each has a wonderful bedside manner and always took the time to answer all of my first time mom questions. You can’t go wrong with which doctor you see! They don’t rush you out of the room like I’ve found many doctors to do. The office itself is modern, extremely clean, and it is evident it was built with female patient comfort in mind. Staff has always been quick to respond in the patient portal and through text which is so convenient. I highly recommend this practice if you’re new to the area or looking to make a change to your OB/GYN!
Such a clean, modern space and Dr Snook has been such an amazing physician for me since 2013 and through 4 pregnancies. She is both intelligent and kind. I would refer her to anyone!
Ive been seeing Dr. Dacha, and while her care has been excellent, the front office management leaves much to be desired.One major issue is that no one seems to answer the phone, even during regular office hours. After receiving abnormal pap smear results, I had to chase down the office staff just to get answers, which was terrifying. I called on both a Wednesday and Thursday, and I didnt hear back until over 24 hours of calling multiple times within office hours. Once I finally heard back I got a vague response: Oh, Dr. Dacha would like to set up an appointment.Im currently self-pay and made sure to clarify this with the office ahead of time so I could properly budget for my annual exam and additional testing. I paid for the extra testing (biopsy), but when it came to the follow-up, they decided to tack on additional fees without notifying me. They admitted it was a mistake on their part but still insisted I pay the difference. I thought self-pay rates were supposed to be set rates?To make matters worse, after paying out of pocket for everything, I received a bill from Quest Diagnostics for more than double what I was told. Ive been trying to contact the staff to clear this up, but Im still not getting any answers.The lack of transparency and the disorganized front office has me beyond stressed. I need to be able to budget for my visits and focus on my health, not worry about surprise costs that should have been disclosed upfront.Response to your reply: It is sad that I get a response quicker on my google review than it is to hear back from the actual office.The days you also mentioned were not accurate either as far as me receiving a response. Self-pay rates are set by the office and have nothing to do with insurance so that does not make sense. Self-pay patients should be offered a clear price upfront without the involvement of insurance. Lastly as far as the lab bill, it was not disclosed I would even be responsible for lab fees. I find that this response overall is just an excuse and not taking accountability for your mistakes is uncanny.

I love this practice! I was mid pregnancy with some bad experiences with my last OB and made the switch to this practice. Wow! What a difference! Made my first pregnancy experience amazing!First of all, the office is so clean, cleanest doctors office I have ever seen, it smells good, and it’s super bright. You just feel good being there.Secondly, all of the doctors are amazing. Friendly, thorough, and caring. My doctor is Dr. Gabriel, but I have seen Dr. Hassan many times, Dr. Snook once, and Dr. Dacha actually delivered my little baby girl! Thank you so much ladies!!!The office staff has been very friendly to me. They seem organized and everyone smiles 😁!I will happily continue my care here, especially if there happens to be a baby number two!
I am very disappointed in the way Dr. Dacha and staff dropped the ball on informing me about important test results. I spent days trying to get in touch with medical staff to obtain results and was sent to a voicemail which is apparently rarely checked. Finally was able to speak to a medical assistant who read me my results over the phone. She did not know what they meant or what next steps I needed to take. I was told if I wanted to speak to Dr. Dacha, my provider, about my abnormal results, I would need to make a new appointment and come into the office. I spent days in fear and uncertainty, which is not something I enjoy associated with healthcare and my personal health. Will not come to this office ever again and I suggest you do the same.
10 out 10 would recommend. Dr.Hassan is amazing and very caring. Her bedside manner is fantastic. All physicians there are great, but Dr.Hassan is definitely my favorite

Incompetent doctor gave the wrong ultrasound result. I saw Dr Hassan given the good review of this place, first I had to request certain blood work and she didnt even remember the name of it correctly, then she gave me the wrong ultrasound result - which the problem is actually a lot worse and more urgent that needs a surgery asap. It’s good I requested my medical report to get a second opinion somewhere else (and found out the actual result), where the new doctor is much more knowledgeable and accurate. Also the office operations is the most unresponsive system I seem: no one ever picks up the phone, can’t see any doctor notes or testing results other than blood work in the Healow app, had to pay $10 to print the records, had to pick them up in person (otherwise need to take 7 days to be faxed to another provider). I don’t know how this place has a 4.7 star review rating, maybe they prioritize pregnant patients?? Anywhere I would never go back nor recommend to anyone!!!!!
Dr. Dacha is simply the best. She has an amazing bedside manner, and makes you comfortable and confident with her thorough explanations and compassion. The entire practice is beautiful, clean, modern, and welcoming. I would recommend CWC to all women in the Orlando area for their care!
I really like the clinic; it is a modern and complete space. I am always very well taken care of by all the professionals. Dr. Hassan was very attentive, understood my concerns, and performed all the necessary tests to solve my problem. I am truly happy with the service.
My wife went in for a Pap smear and we were told one price. We made sure to ask that the price is the only thing being charged. They confirmed the information. A couple weeks later we receive another bill in the mail. We called in and were told unfortunately the receptionist that helped may have been confused or gave us incorrect information. For a place with great reviews one would think they would be more competent.
Ive been coming here for years and I absolutely love all of the staff, including the techs and medical assistants, etc. the office is spectacularly appointed and very welcoming and clean. The ladies at the front desk are so kind, especially Kamryn (Camryn?). Dr. Snook is the ABSOLUTE BEST!

I’m so glad I found CWC before my pregnancy. I had an amazing experience working with Dr. Gabriel throughout my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. All of the doctors and staff at CWC are so kind and helpful. The office is so clean and comforting.
I recently had an appointment with Dr Snook and I could not have been more disappointed in her level of care, her communication and the overall experience. About a week before this appointment I started receiving calls from my pharmacy stating I had a prescription ready for pick up (odd since no one informed me about this). So I called the office and left a message so that I could understand what it was for - no returned phone call and no answers. I show up to the appointment assuming that the Dr would go over it then - WRONG! I go over my history and the issues I am experiencing and the concerns I have about having a prescription without any explanation. Dr Snook then takes the last of our time belittling me and telling me that I am resistant and that it was crazy for me to even question the prescription. After repeatedly asking her to elaborate on what it was I was resisting and to just explain the plan for this appointment, I never got an answer and decided that she was not going to be the Doctor that would help me on this journey. I have never experienced such bullying from a doctor and poor care. I would highly recommend any other doctor, and based on some of the other reviews, I am not alone.
Front staff needs to go, they are rude, untrained and this office overall has terrible communication.You want to hear about your results? Good luck.They don’t disclose fees properly so you get stuck with a bill that you had no clue about. Would not recommend. Find a new practice.
My first visit to this office in Fall 2023 was an extremely pleasant experience. Unfortunately, my second visit in April 2024 was the exact opposite.I called in on a Tuesday to attempt to get a same day appointment due to pain that I was experiencing for 3 days, but there were none available and the office does not schedule same day appointments so I scheduled the next available appointment on Wednesday.During my scheduling phone call, I briefly described what my concerns were that I wanted to have checked out by the doctor. On Wednesday, I arrived to my appointment on time, paid my copay at the front desk prior to being seen and then waited patiently in the waiting room for a short period of time.My name was then called and as I proceeded to enter the door past the front desk I waited in the hallway to be shown to a room to discuss my concerns. However, the associate just stood by the checkout counter in the hallway with me. I was confused why I wasn’t being seen in a room to discuss my personal health information. Without bothering to ask about my concerns, the associate began telling me that they found nothing wrong with me from the sample I provided and would send my sample to a different lab for further testing. She also said that I would be notified once the results were received.As I glanced around, I hoped that none of the other patients or associates could hear my personal health information that was being discussed in this hallway. This was a very belittling and demeaning experience for me. Not knowing how to react in this instance, I just accepted the way I was being treated. Not only did I feel like I was being rushed but I was utterly embarrassed.My appointment was 10am that day and by 10:20am I was out the door. I felt like I was bamboozled out of my copay. It seemed like since I had already paid them and they got their money then they didn’t need to bother actually providing patient care.By Friday I still hadn’t received any follow ups regarding my results so I called and left a message. By Sunday I was still in pain and although I had an indication of what was wrong with me, the associate had told me that wasn’t the case during my “appointment”. Monday morning arrived and I was about to head to urgent care when someone finally returned my call. They advised that my test results hadn’t come in and that it was my responsibility to call the lab for the results.I was fuming at the ridiculousness of the service I was encountering from this office. One hour later that Monday I get another phone call from the office informing they got my results and it confirmed exactly what I thought was wrong with me. The doctor then sent a prescription to my pharmacy.I was disappointed at how long it took for me to get the help I needed. Rather than taking time to listen to their patient’s need, I had to deal with pain for 1 week until I could get the help I truly needed.I will never be returning to this office and I don’t recommend it to anyone either.
AMAZING staff, and the doctor was very friendly and helpful. Im scared of doctors visits , this one was like going to what i expected to be the worst of the worst, but i was presently proven wrong. The staff were very nice, the office is beautiful and clean, the doctor herself was amazing. Helped reassure me and help my fears. If i move of state, i might just have to make a trip just to go here. (P.s, they take my insurance! )

This practice charged me a $50 no show fee when I called to let them know I was running late. I explained I am going thru a huge tragedy and they did not care. I asked to be taken back to discuss and the office manager would not take me back but made me discuss personal and sensitive information in front of everyone, including waiting patients. Spoke to Lyndsay. She has no sympathy and if you try to call to reschedule, nobody picks up and they charge you if you dont show up. Should not have to pay when they do not pick up their phones.
The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. The office is also beautiful and so clean. Dr. Snook was great as always. I will highly recommend Contemporary Women’s Care.
I love Dr. Hassan. She is so incredibly friendly, professional, and honestly just a joy to be around. Obviously going to the obgyn it can be nerve wracking, uncomfortable, or even embarrassing but Dr. Hassan makes you feel so at ease, no matter what procedure you’re having done or any questions you may have. She’s also great at explaining what she’s doing so you know exactly what’s going on and what to expect. This office is a bit of a drive for me, but I will always come to this location to be seen by Dr. Hassan.
If I could five this practice 0 starts, I would. I called weeks ago to schedule an appointment for a general check up, as I moved to town a few months ago and am looking to get established with new PCP, ob/gyn, dentists, etc. This office collected all my information, insurance, drivers license, etc, prior to the appointment. I show up to the office, they take me in (late, but they did), and they tell me that they are not able to do anything for me unless I have something urgent that needs to be taken care of.They have completely wasted my morning and I have wasted hours of time off of work to come on an office that was not able to take me.I have been trying to get a hold of the office manager with no luck.Either the personnel is incompetent or they promote false advertisements on the services they offer, or both.I cant wait to see if/when they invoice my insurance.
Company refuses to take accountability. If you work full time for your insurance, 9-5,then do not go to this practice. I was given a referral to a specialist who was booked out for months, got little response from the staff until I threatened to take my business elsewhere.I went into the office to discuss my concerns with an administrator and was forced to discuss medical information in the lobby with front desk staff, a violation of HIPPA. If you want to deal with an office of insulated women with no compassion for working mothers, this is your spot.I also feel they artificially inflate their google reviews. If I saw as many recent negative reviews I would have reconsidered bringing my business here.Contemporary women’s care, what a joke, more like conservative women’s care. If you’re not a stay at home mom do not use this OBGYN for pregnancy care.

I want to thank you, the ultrasound lady,Megan, who always gives us a very kind service. Megan’s expertise truly shines during the ultrasound session. She skillfully captured beautiful images of my baby, explaining each detail with enthusiasm. Her attention to detail and care for both the baby and me were evident throughout the entire process. This place is just fantastic! Dr. Dacha is extremely friendly since day 1 visit and until the birth of our little one, she always cares, listens to any concerns and answers all questions. Doctors are nice and professional. Facility is modern and clean.Good luck trying to deal with their billing department tho. No call answers for weeks, almost never call you back after you leave multiple voicemails.When they eventually called me back once, they promised to get in touch again soon to give an update after speaking to a manager and Ive never heard back until after a few weeks of trying to get in touch again, I wrote down them an email and a different person gave me a call back saying they cant help with my request.I dont really know if somebody ever have actually spoken to the manager as promised, but dont want to waste my time anymore either.
Dr. Dacha delivered my son and I am so happy to have chosen CWC for my pregnancy care. They listen to any concerns and take great care of you. Dr. Dacha was amazing throughout delivery and I look forward to continuing my care with her. The nursing staff and front office staff are also great and professional. They remembered me throughout my pregnancy and always gave a warm welcome each time I arrived! The only complaint I have is that it can sometimes be difficult to get through on the phone to schedule appointments. Besides that, I am truly happy with the care I have received and will continue to be a patient here!
Today was my fourth visit to accompany my pregnant daughter.For some odd reason, the last two visits have been just out of a horror movie, literally 😢Both of which involved an employee called Lindsey.Lindsey is definitely in the wrong line of work.
I had a great experience at the Lake Nona location. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and courteous. Dr. Acha was very attentive and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I also enjoy the convenience of the patient portal and having access to my lab results and also being able to communicate with my physician. I would definitely recommend CWC.

This place is AMAZING! The front desk are so warm and friendly and greet you with smiles. The place is clean and modern, and they have screens throughout showing slides that are uplifting, positive and informative. So far I’ve met 3/4 doctors and they all have been friendly and empathetic. Their nurses are amazing too! They are super organized and answer questions before you even have them. You can tell it’s an amazing work environment. I’m a naturally anxious person but I am not nervous at all about giving birth in a few short months because I have complete trust in this team. Responsible, confident, organized, friendly. Will be recommending to all my friends and family! 10/10
This practice has been very frustrating for my family, particularly with communication. My mother received a scan back in fall 2023 and recommended to receive a biopsy to rule out cancer, but this was never scheduled, causing a lot of anxiety. The office is extremely difficult to contact regarding scheduling. We requested our medical records to take our care to a different practice, and not only do they charge for each page of results (most of which are not necessary information), but they charge an exuberant cancellation fee.For something as sensitive as cancer, you would think that the office would be more prompt in scheduling a biopsy. Very disappointed.

In a follow up my a previous review, I am now fighting a $350 CANCELLATION fee from Contemp Womens Care after leaving 6 messages to the surgery department and the front desk (which you also leave messages because they use an overseas answering service during office hours) with a return phone call on day 8, the day before my surgery! All this after leaving 4 messages including PORTAL messages direct to my doctor and waiting THREE weeks just to get my surgery on the schedule! I was told, we have other patients. I am so sad that women whom actually take the time to worry about their own health (rather than everyone else for once) must deal with this lack of significance. Once I finally received a call back after 8 days from the FRONT DESK, I lost confidence in the doctor and the staff to perform any further procedures on me as the surgery department/billing department clearly had more important things to do. Now they are charging me a cancellation fee after I had to chase them down for weeks just to speak with someone?? No one answers the phone.My mother was diagnosed at 54 with ovarian cancer and we deserve to have doctors that LISTEN and respond when their staff is ignoring patients. I requested my test and procedure reports and I was charged $1/page for mostly blank pages, of course they do not release the actual images (which I paid for with insurance). I took my printed records to another Lake Nona ob-gyn doctor and they have to now re-do all my ultrasounds because the report provided by Contemp Womens care was vague and inconclusive. Here we go, another $1000 and now 4 months since the diagnosis. I despise leaving reviews and I have tried to speak with the office manager Kendall and front desk staff with nothing but disdain. LADIES, this is not the office I would choose to work with if you desire reasonable communication and attention to your concerns.
I have been attending to this office for my pregnancy and everything for know is been smooth and pleasant. The attention and communication from the work staff as well as my doctor have been very kind and professional. They have answered each of my questions or answers at all times. I previously saw and had my daughter with Dr. Koss at the winter park location and had a great experience. I moved closer to lake Nona and was a little nervous meeting a new doctor, as I only knew the doctors from WP. I met Dr. Hassan today and she was wonderful!!! So so happy I chose her to guide me through this next journey. Looking forward to any potential visits with her. :)
Stay away from this place. Theyre money hungry. They will do everything possible to charge you extra for unnecessary things. They wont give you the itemized receipt. Doesnt matter how many times do you ask them. Because theyre hiding something. I wont even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Truly blessed to have Dr.Dasha for both of my pregnancies! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process! The first meeting I knew I was in good hands!! Dr. Dasha takes the time to know you and stays involved til the end. She does her duties so well, just full or knowledge and experience!! Very professional! Just the best!!!
Finally found a doctor who actually listens!! She seems like she wants to help and get to the root of my problems and misdiagnosis, not just make more patients. Wish I found her sooner.
This was my first meeting with Dr. Hassan, and she was absolutely wonderful. I came into my appointment very panicked (I found a suspicious area in my chest) and she was able to calmly educate me without making me feel as though I was crazy. Moving forward I know exactly what’s what, what to look for, and how it feels. My immense gratitude! If you’re looking for an OB and you’re in the Moss Park area, I highly recommend Dr. Hassan.
The doctor I saw (Dr. Hassan) was great, but this place has really strange billing practices. Im not sure if its an issue with my insurance (United Healthcare) or if everyone who goes here experiences the same thing but doesnt mind overpaying for services.Basically, my copay was supposed to be $40 but they charged me $100 for each visit. I asked about the discrepancy but they wouldnt explain why I was being overcharged in a way I could reasonably understand. They said after billing was done with insurance they would refund the money I overpaid but Ive never heard a thing about it and money hasnt been returned to my account. FYI my first visit where I paid over my copay was Jan 24 so theyve had plenty of time to refund my $60. After my third visit they scheduled me for a followup, but I canceled it citing billing issues, because of which I think they are withholding lab results even though my insurance has paid for it. My last visit (Feb 13) with them isnt showing up on my insurance portal even after three weeks so Im questioning whether they even filed a claim for that visit. I had high hopes for this place because of the fact that their doctors were all women of color, but Im not paying for services however great more than I should.
The place is beautiful and clean. Dr.Hassan is very friendly and informative. I and my husband really trust her to taking care of our first pregnancy 💞 I also had a chance to see Dr. Gabriel, she was very nice and sweet.
This review has nothing to do with Dr. Dacha, but the practice and the billing team themselves. Ive been a patient since 2021, maybe even earlier. I was there a couple weeks ago. I requested the appointment and received a call from a satellite worker (someone who doesnt work at the actual location). I grab a last minute opening. The day of the appointment I check in, the lady tells me my account had a credit on file and I didnt need to worry about a co-pay. Great.I saw the doctor, made my follow up appointments. No problem. On the weekend of 3/2/24 my neighborhood had an internet outage all weekend so I didnt get my normal appointment reminders. Morning of 3/4/24, I tried to call to tell them I wont be able to make it but of course no one answers their phones. I take it as a no show appointment. MY FIRST ONE.The next day, the office calls me and I speak to someone to get the appointment rescheduled to 3/7. She tells me that my virtual appointment which was for next week on 3/11 was taken off the calendar too. So she reschedules that for me to the same timeslot. No idea why that was taken off but I let it go. Doesnt mention anything about a balance.Today 3/6, I get a text message that my copay is $220. I knew something was off because my copay is always $50. I first tried to call but no one answered my call so I text their number on their website asking about the charges. They reply and tell me that I have 3 no shows. I was furious because how is that possible? I only know of 1 no show. This person then tells me that there are 2 FROM 2022!! What?!!?. Not only do I have not have any record of missing appointments in 2022 they never once called me about it between 2022 to 2024 to resolve it. Even though I know it didnt happen. This is also the same practice that at one point had my records under another patient named Stephanie that needed to be rectified.Their administration team and/or billing department are running fraudulent and deceptive practices and are looking for ways to get money from you. Everyone please review every charge you are paying them in detail and request breakdowns of those charges.Update: Read their response to this review. It’s evident they didn’t read my review thoroughly and obviously because they don’t care. Cause if they had read it, they would have better responded addressing their own mistake. Explain why your team never contacted me for 2 years about the charges. Explain why your team didn’t mention or try to collect payment when I was there in-person recently.
I love this care facility. It’s fast, I get my answers & they’re all so kind. I’ve only ever seen women work here , which also puts me at ease. Dr. Snook is absolutely incredible & I’m grateful for having an amazing staff to take care of me. Also bonus shout out to the front desk team, who are so courteous, kind, and efficient in helping you out!

I had a good experience with Dr. Snook and was able to get in very quickly. My experience with the other individuals who work in the office was very negative, particularly with whoever answers the phone. I received a really passive aggressive voicemail from someone in the office and when I called back, received the same tone. I likely won’t be going back to this office, as the office staff needs some training.

From the beginning I was super excited to come to this clinic. It had come highly recommended for professional conduct and helpfulness as well as accuracy with quoting for uninsured patients. I was quoted $201 for my IUD removal and I had to pay half upfront and half at the time of removal. I agreed to that over the phone. At the time of the appointment I was very pleased with the service and honestly was happy I finally found a place I was comfortable with as we are wanting to have kids soon… until I received another bill for $225 a little less than a month later. I was really hoping this would be the place I went because it was honest about what I would be charged up front as I cannot afford insurance right now so I have to budget for my appointments. All I am asking for is for the quoted price to be honored since there was no additional services rendered and there has been no contact yet.Update: I have been contacted for the billing issue. They have removed the charge on my account and honored what I was quoted over the phone.Still will recommend for quality service. Just be sure to check your billing statements to make sure they match the quoted price.

I have reached out via the portal multiple times with questions/concerns, followed up with a phone call the following day and so on until I am reached and personal concerns are resolved. This was my first visit at Contemporary Women’s Care Lake Nona. First impression beautiful brand new clean office. Front desk ladies were warm and friendly. Upon meeting with the Nurse, she introduced herself and was also warm & welcoming. Minimal wait time to see the Dr. Dr. Crespo- Nieves sat with me and really listened to my concerns.I did not feel rushed at all and truly felt comfortable. Even the scheduler at the end of the visit was great! A lovely place for women! I will be sure to let my friends know about this practice. So nice to have such great care close to home.*Only downside is lab/blood work is not done in office.
Dr. Snook is extremely knowledgable and kind. This is our second pregnancy with her and we are so grateful to have her as our doctor again. She clearly and completely explains the process. And, the new office is wonderful. I would highly recommend her.

After really bad experiences with other obgyn offices I was nervous about my visit. I was relieved and happy to find this office to be amazing so far. Its organized and willing to put the extra care that is lacking in healthcare. By the time I went to the back and the DR came in she had a folder with my next steps and our game plan moving forward. She asked if I understood if I had any questions. She didnt discount or discredit anything I said. It gave me a new hope while trying to convince.
Overall the visit was good. I took a star away because they refuse to call in prior authorizations for you which effected me with a prescription greatly. Also, Dr. Snook was very friendly but appeared rushed during my appointment and only spent 5 minutes with me for my annual exam.
As my first visit to this facility, wow, I am impressed. Let’s start off by saying that the front desk was extremely accommodating to my tardiness to my first appt (due to traffic and coming from far away!). I was immediately rescheduled for the same day. Wow! So nice…. Dr. Hassan and assistant were a dream to talk to. Extremely helpful throughout my appt process, helped me understand the steps going for, and what type of appt I should have to ease my timeframe. Dr. Hassan made me feel as if we had been friends for the longest time. I am looking forward to this new journey with them.
Nicely decorated office with easy new patient checkin and friendly staff. Loved that husbands were welcome! Dr. Snook made me at ease, asked good questions and gave me a plan right away. She was reassuring and took a lot of my worry away with the first visit! I am post menopausal and recommend Dr. Snook for women at my stage of life even though she does obstetrics too.

Dr Snook is so amazing!!Her staff is kind and supportive, and I always feel well taken care of at each appointment. CWC patient for 10 years and the whole office has been incredible.
Dr. Snook claims she is high risk but refuses to take any patients who are actually high risk. All the girls in the waiting room are young and skinny. She told me I was above her “weight limit” in her lunch room because I wasn’t even worth the decency of being seen in an actual exam room. Had she had prepared for my visit and read the 15 page chart my PCP sent over she would have known my weight. In front of my husband she states my weight and says “I don’t see how you will be able to loose 83+ pounds by delivery” well since I am pregnant it is against AMA guidelines for me to try loosing weight. I guess because my husband is black and I was in leggings she didn’t think I would know that. But again if she had read my chart she would have seen my insurance card and known I was a medical provider for the federal government. As I left the office sobbing she just handed a list of providers for me to call on my own instead of completing a warm hand off to a capable physician.Also, not related to my care but against guidelines, Dr. Snooks office keeps their personal undated sodas and lunches next to the Nuva rings samples they hand out in the office.UPDATE:Went to advent health’s OB/GYN team received excellent care. Don’t go to Dr. Snook. Hands down worst OB/GYN care available in Orlando. Almost 5 years later and I still tell this story to expectant moms as a patient beware.
Dr Snook makes me feel comfortable and relaxed, even in the most uncomfy setting. She is friendly, and actively listens to you, while making you feel as important as you should. She’s also very empathetic - not just sympathetic - and that’s great to have in a doctor.

I received my lab report back that facility had to re-due my pap spear due to OB not retrieving enough cells. I was advised by lab to callback and re-schedule because my insurance company had already paid for the services rendered.I called back to re-schedule my appointment, however, that day my father had a heart attack and I had to cancel. I had an ambulance picking him up at the house and with all the chaos going on, I still managed to call the office from the hospital to cancel. No one mentioned anything about a $50 cancellation fee at the time of the call. I was then re-scheduled but my father had just passed away. A few weeks later, I received a bill for $100 for 2 cancellation fees. After messaging the office, offering to provide them my dads hospital admission documentation, a copy of the death certificate, they advised they would waive $50. Now, I need to take another day off from work in hopes that enough cells are retrieved this time around. I tried to explain myself and provide the office with all the proof which would validate the reason for the 2 cancellations. My mind was all over the place and this appointment was truly not a priority when my father had just passed away! Ill be calling soon to re-schedule because theyve already been paid and once completed, Ill be leaving to another practice that has a little bit more sympathy with their patients when the inevitable happens! That is, simply put a terrible way to treat a patient!Also, I didnt realize it while I was there but my insurance carrier advised that the OB/Gyn office are suppose to collect a urine sample to check for any protein but no one asked me to do so, when I was there.

My overall experiences with Contemporary Women’s Care has been great!! Not only is Dr. Snook very pleasant and attentive but her staff does a great job as well. I notice how Dr. Snook interacts with her staff and from my point of view she treats them with respect and she seems patient and calm when she’s coaching them. That means a lot considering a lot of doctors are disrespectful to their staff. This could make things uncomfortable for everyone. So, I appreciate Dr. Snook’s classy demeanor.
Went in a couple days ago and my experience was unforgettable! My last dr always tried to get in the room and run straight out and not listen to my concerns, but Dr. Crespo was the complete opposite. She not only addressed and listened to every concern I had, she ordered whatever was needed to make sure. She also took the time to learn a little bit about me and congratulated me because my wedding is in a few months. The medical assistant Jenny did the same as well! I felt like I knew her for years. They all made my visit comfortable. The office staff was all so nice as well! Definitely choose contemporary women’s care if in search of a Gyn!
She guided me through the Iud procedure all the way. She offered to put music through the procedure just to make sure I have some sort of distraction. This was not as terrible as I expected to be, but I definitely will give it out to be that I have a pretty high pain tolerance. Regardless thank you so much for making me feel safe and trusting. Definitely will go back to the same person for any type of procedure such as this.

Today I visited the Lake Nona office and had a very poor experience. I had an appointment as a new patient and actually never even saw the provider. Prior to leaving I nicely provided feedback to the person at the front desk as I felt it was important she knew how bad the experience was and also shared I felt important for me to provide a review on Google and allow others to form their own opinions. I personally feel this office needs perhaps training around insurance providers and how to manage conversations. I wasted 40 minutes trying to validate what my insurance coverage is to later find out once the insurance confirmed my coverage. The Dr had left for the day.All employees (front desk and Rachel at billing) were cordial and professional however their lack of knowledge or perhaps even it would have helped if they would pick up the phone and call the insurance to confirm what I was saying. I had to call my insurance provider twice, conference them in and at the end I knew what my coverage and benefits were. There are many options out there to select a provider however this practice is not a good fit for me.
Love this practice! I primarily see Dr. Dacha and I couldnt have more nice things to say about her. I have a lot of anxiety (and a touch of white coat syndrome) and Dr. Dacha is always so kind and patient with me, she truly makes me feel cared for and tries to make me feel as comfortable as possible.Dr. Evans was who was on call when I went into labor and she delivered my baby girl. I was nervous when I heard that Dr. Dacha was not on call but Dr. Evans was amazing and so kind as well.As for the office, it is always clean and everyone Ive encountered has been polite and proficient at their jobs. I usually never have to wait too long to be seen and the front desk has always informed me when there has been a small wait which is nice. I definitely recommend this practice!

I absolutely love Dr Dacha. She makes me feel heard, and encouraged through my pregnancy. I am 22 weeks pregnant. I found her at the beginning of the year when I had an insurance change, and had to find a new OBGYN. She is an absolute blessing , and I am grateful to have her for my prenatal care.

I recently moved to the area and it took me some time to research and find a local OBGYN that I believed I could trust. I can now say after 2 visits with Dr. Gabriel that I have found my gyno! She listens with empathy and is exactly what I was looking for in my doctor.
I have been working with Dr. Snook for over a year now. Unfortunately having been through two miscarriages she was there every step of the way. If I called the office and her staff mentioned that I was on the phone, she picked it up herself. She takes her time to explain everything and genuinely listens and addresses all of your concerns. Now being pregnant with a healthy baby- you could feel that she was just as happy about the pregnancy as my husband and I. Not to mention that the rest of the staff has been wonderful. I can’t recommend Contemporary Women’s Care and Dr. Dacha enough! I’ve had experiences in the past with gynecologists that wouldn’t listen to me or my concerns to the point where I walked out crying. It’s been a complete 180 from that with CWC. Recently I was having some concerns and both Dr. Dacha and the nursing staff always made sure my experiences and concerns were heard, validated, and addressed and that any questions were answered. They’re always quick and efficient and make sure that I’m feeling comfortable - something that I think is extremely important with something that feels so vulnerable. I’m so glad to have found such an incredible practice!
I really REALLY wanted to love this place but unfortunately theyve just been really disappointing. Firstly, let me say both offices are lovely and everyone has always been friendly. My own experience has just been disappointing and caused me to seek a different practice.When I first started with the practice I saw Dr. Warren in the Winter Park office and she was wonderful. She answered all of my questions and took her time. Unfortunately I live closer to the Lake Nona office but Dr. Warren doesnt have appointments there. So when I had a sudden health concern, they squeezed me into an appointment with Dr. Dacha at Lake Nona. Dr. Dacha at the time was fine and told me to come back if it ever happened again. A few months later it did and I went back to the Lake Nona office. Firstly, Dr. Dacha questioned why I had come back when she had already seen me for the issue and ruled it as fine, even though she had advised me to come back. I also voiced concerns as to what was causing the problem and about my birth control, and her overall demeanor, while nice in tone, was also Well its just kind of part of the deal. I wanted to have a conversation about different options I had, what I could do in the future, etc. and I just did not feel heard at all, or that she was willing to help me. After that appointment I decided I did not want to see her again.It came time for my annual appointment so I tried to make the appointment with Dr. Warren again in Winter Park since I had really liked her. I received a call saying that Dr. Dacha was my doctor and I had to see her. I told them I no longer wanted to see Dr. Dacha, it was nothing personal but I just wasnt happy with my care, and I had originally been Dr. Warrens patient. I was told they have a one doctor per patient policy and Dr. Dacha was my doctor. This was very confusing because I was not told about this when they scheduled me with Dr. Dacha in the first place even though I was Dr. Warrens patient at the time. I said that if that was the policy, I was originally Dr. Warrens patient so could I just go back to her? I was told no. I asked if I could just see someone else at the Lake Nona office. I was told no.I really dont understand what happened.. I liked the practice and wanted to stay there but I dont understand why my only option was to stay with a doctor I wasnt happy with, especially when she wasnt my original doctor. It was a huge disappointment, and I felt very disregarded. I feel like especially in womens care patients should be able to feel like their doctor really listens and should feel empowered to change providers if they arent happy. I dont think Dr. Dacha is a bad doctor, I simply didnt think she was the right one for me.I will no longer be a patient here and while that is very disappointing, I hope they try to be more consistent and listen to their patients in the future.
Glad I got out when I did..getting my records to transfer to another clinic was a headache. They also will charge upfront before running through your insurance & without ever showing you a breakdown of services. Again, so glad I got out & that I never signed their maternity contract.I can’t say they I ever had an issue with my doctor, who was Dr. Dacha. She was always lovely but as far as the front office & billing are concerned, it needs work. They seem more preoccupied with your money than they do your care. This also falls on the doctors, as they need to make sure their front staff shares the same quality of care.

Dr Snook continues to be the only one I want to go to as a physician myself. I am in awe of the stunningly gorgeous new facility for their Lake Nona office, but even more so the professionalism and kindness of every MA and medical staff including receptionists. The waiting rooms are spacious, clean, gorgeous, and I hardly waited to see Dr. Snook once checked in. She is thorough, always personable, answers all questions, and any procedures are done with such expertise and without discomfort. She and her partners focus on patient care and experience above and beyond all else. She made the visit so enjoyable, frankly I dont want to wait another year to see her. Choose this practice, choose her, choose them if you want to feel complete trust in your care provider and have an amazing OB/GYN.

The doctors at this location are amazing. However, the the front desk staff can be a little difficult. Hopefully they can rectify these minor issues because the doctors are extremely knowledgeable, and they truly care about their patients.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Snook, and I am happy to say that she and her staff lived up to their reviews. Everyone was so nice and very professional. I felt very comfortable there and would have confidence in any advice Dr. Snook gave me.
I met Dr.Snook for the first time yesterday. I absolutely love her, super sweet and personable. Their new office is also amazing. Everyone is so kind and professional. Definitely recommend!
This was my first visit to Lake Nona CWC and will be the last. Bad experience with the staff managing the clinic. The young lady at the front desk was not welcoming and not friendly, it felt like I was begging the information from her. The Doctor ordered a lab and an ultrasound from me and when I asked the lady how and when do I get the results, she said just check the portal, I then asked her what portal and how to get access to it and explained that I was not familiar with the system, she told me just wait for the follow up visit and the Doctor will explain to you, I told her I was worried and would like to have my results as soon as they are out then she told me that we cant schedule a televisit sooner than a week , I havent asked for that I only wanted my results , another lady at the back heard the conversation and she came and simply grabbed a paper from next to her and handed it to me , The paper had instructions about the portal access.I had a televisit after a week but was not happy for being charged a consultation again just to receive the results of my tests for the same condition I came to the clinic for initially, I called to discuss the matter and again the lady who answered the call was careless so requested to have a call back from the manager, Call that I have never received despite many messages left on their answering machines since they wouldnt answer my call anymore.Another problem is that I requested to have a copy of my ultrasound by email, they said they dont do that because their emails are not encrypted, I have agreed that I do not have a problem with it being sent as is and they never sent despite many reminders in writing and voice messages via phone calls. I ended up going in person to collect my report and again the young lady at the front desk was arguing with me that it was sent by email to me. I had to show her my emails to be convinced that I havent received anything from them to finally agree to print to me. The report didnt have measurements of the fibroid I have and no measurement of one of the ovaries and no pictures was provided under pretext they dont have it and this is just the way they operate.Why is it that complicated? a treatment like that when you are concerned about your health is definitely not welcome
They require payment upfront if you have an appointment and will need to reschedule if you ask them to bill you.After discussing our concerns with Dr. Crespo and issues. She prescribed a birth control that was not the lowest dose that gave my daughter the worst cramps and bleeding for 2 weeks. We also mentioned the reason why we didn’t want a vaginal ultrasound and she ordered the test anyway instead of a regular sonogram. In addition to the experience we felt that the front desk staff and Dr. Crespo was judge mental and didn’t make us feel welcome or comfortable.
So excited about chosing Dr. Elbadri for my journey. My appointment was so thorough. The doctor took her time to talk to me, tell me what I will be expecting and answering any questions I had. She was focused on me and the conversation and not with a tablet or computer in her face updating notes for my appointment. She made me feel like I was her only patient and it was all about me. I honestly can say that you could hear her interacting with others and she was offering that same treatment...which is GREAT!
Found this office to be clean, comfortable and ran by a female staff including the doctors. Unfortunately the wait time consistently surpassing the scheduled appointment time is an issue - but that isn’t something necessarily unique to this practice. I did find the staff helpful and accommodating and all the doctors were friendly and compassionate.
Dr. Dacha is one of the best Dr.’s I’ve had in my life. As a black patient, Dr. Dacha is very informative, empathetic, and thoroughly explains things I don’t understand. She lays out all the options and is also personable to me and my husband. Im simply grateful!
Dr. Snook is great! Even though my visit was not pleasant (after a miscarriage), she makes sure to answer all of our questions, stay positive and give us enough information and options moving forward. I am really happy to be her patient.
Dr. Dacha is the so kind and so sweet! I love this practice for how close it is to my home, how clean it is, and how friendly their staff is! It is certainly a smaller practice than others that I have been to but it most definitely is the most personalized. I was shopping around for an OBGYN for a while and I am so glad that I discovered Contemporary Womens Care in Lake Nona!I had almost no wait time to see the doctor. Unlike other baby mill offices where the nurses do the ultrasound, here Dr. Dacha personally did everything from start to finish. She spent enough time with us and answered all our questions. She was very thorough, very personable, and extremely nice! I love, love, love this practice and so glad that I found her!DR. DACHA IS A GEM!!!
I had my first visit today and I am so happy I found this practice. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Dacha was incredible, she was kind and thoughtful. She made me feel genuinely cared for. I will recommend this office to all my friends and family.
I have seen three doctors in this practice and each one has been amazing....they are caring, patient, and explain things clearly. This is a great practice!

Dr. Snook, owner of practice, refuses to allow her physicians to provide labwork referrals through sources other than Quest, costing patients potentially thousands of dollars per request, unnecessarily.Update: Then please inform me as to why Dr. Crespo told me you had a meeting within the last couple weeks in which the owner let her know she is not to provide Lab orders to be provided to LabCorp? We were told that you do not have an account with LabCorp and therefore when results come into your system they are not assigned automatically to a physician, requiring your office staff to sort them in a timely manner to appropriately route it to the correct physician.We have UnitedHealthcare, a major insurance carrier, through my wifes employer HCA. We get non-coverage letters when going to Quest facilities and your office is refusing to send lab orders for LabCorp, where we could have it appropriately covered by our insurance, or potentially at no cost.
Great staff, friendly & compassionate. Dr. Snook was also very warm & easy to talk to. Sheaddressed all my concerns & explained everything she did. I was very pleased with my visit & will remain a patient for a long time.

I had a new patient appointment with this office 5 years ago, and I’m still waiting on my call back for my IUD placement (I was told they would call me to schedule once they got my IUD in). The whole practice seems geared towards obstetrics, the real money-maker, so if you’re coming here for regular gynecological issues that don’t involve having an expensive baby, prepare to not be a priority. Even five years later I remember how rushed Dr. Warren seemed through my exam. I wanted to ask about possible endometriosis symptoms I was having and was completely dismissed. Literally shut down mid-sentence. She also rushed through discussing my birth control options with me, and then the office never called to schedule placement of my IUD. I’m fairly sure it was delivered to them because my health insurance called to confirm delivering to the practice direct was okay with me, which I told them it was. I purposefully did not call to inquire about the IUD placement appointment because I felt so rushed and dismissed from my initial appointment I wanted to see how they’d handle and…it was exactly as expected, even for a fairly pricey procedure. I don’t know if they were having a bad day and maybe other providers in this practice would be better, but this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a doctor’s office, from rushing me through my appointment, to being dismissed and cut-off mid-sentence while describing symptoms I was (and still am) having that affect my quality of life, to complete lack of follow-through. I came here because this office was highly reviewed, and was genuinely shocked at the level of care I received. I contemplated leaving a review several times over the years and I’m not sure if this practice will reach out now that I have done so to rectify the situation or not.
My first visit , they made we wait for over an hour and couldn’t even find my records (I was told they were transferred already). My second visit, I came to this office in tears from pain and they turned me away.I also scheduled an appt for the following day which they cancelled last minute.My sister also visited and they called her Michelle throughout the appt. (Her name is Jacqueline). I called and spoke to office manager to explain the numerous inconveniences they put me through, she didn’t even apologize. They refunded me my appt fees but it’s not about money sometimes. Gave them a few chances and I could never see myself going back.
I had read good reviews about this office and I decided to see Dr. Dacha after reading about how great she is. I have been seeing her since I first found out I was pregnant and we are now 4 months and I am very happy with my experience. All of the front desk staff are lovely and they give you a very personal experience. Highly recommend her and their office staff.
Dr. Snook is amazing! It is my first time being pregnant and I am extremely worried about everything! She always makes me feel better after seeing her!
Dr. Dacha is great and I’ve never had an issue with CWC until the last few months. The answering service to schedule appointments is a nightmare and I’ve been dismissed from care because of it.I missed an appointment, called and left several messages and sent texts to get them rescheduled. I will get all the way to the number 1 spot then I’m prompted to leave a message. No one ever calls back. If I text, I get a response very late. So now I’m starting my care completely over with a new doc, after paying CWC hundreds in co-pays because the answering/scheduling service is terrible.I was also prescribed an antibiotic that Walgreens wouldn’t release to me because I’m allergic to the base. The pharmacist and I both reached out to have it corrected, I received confirmation that it would be but never got a new prescription or a follow up on why I was prescribed that medication in the first place.I’m really disappointed, I’m in a lot of pain and at this point I just want my medical records released and I CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE TO HELP!
Awful experience with the staff managing this clinic. They are very rude and incompetent to work in a medical facility, they showcase a careless and empathy-less attitude towards the patients. I have called the clinic each day for a whole week requesting to talk to my treating Doctor about my condition that was worsening after taking the treatment, they kept promising me a call back to no avail until I physically went to the clinic, they made me sit at the waiting area for a while to come back to me saying that there was no any possibility for her to talk to me and that I have to come back on the following day ( thing that they couldve told me a week ago when I was calling and expressing my concern being a cancer patient but they were dragging me like that without any empathy on my condition). The following day on arriving to the clinic they requested a 3rd payment from me for the same initial issue I was initially seen for, they have already taken the first payment of the consultation and a second payment just to give me the results of the tests taken (which I requested a copy of to no avail until I again physically went to them to have a printed copy) and they wanted a 3rd payment to talk to the doctor about my same condition that was not cleared or resolved in addition they took payments from me for services fully covered by my insurance and when I was discussing my concern with one of their staff, the lady stated to me the following either you pay to see the doctor or if you are not happy cancel and leave and for your billing issues contact the billing team and she walked away to the back leaving me standing at the reception) I decided to see the Doctor just to finish this issue with the intention to never come back, the nurse found out that my blood pressure went high from the frustration encountered with their staff. This is a horrible treatment for what is called a medical facility never seen in any part of the world. do we go to them to be treated or to get your condition worsen and waste your time? their concern is just to collect the money not even fairly. I will never recommend this place.
I am so happy I found Dr. Snook!! She was incredibly kind, made me feel very comfortable, and she listened to every concern I had. Dr. Snook answered all of my questions thoroughly. The office was clean, every member of the staff was super sweet, and there were no long waits. I would and plan to recommend Dr. Snook and the Lake Nona location to anyone!!!
Please avoid this place.I had to make an appointments 3 weeks out to to see the Dr. For the first time. I’m pregnant and informed the staff that I needed crucial testing done as I found out I am a carrier for something that could effect the baby.During my first visit everyone was friendly. However, they force you to pay out of pocket prior to submitting anything to insurance. Fine, I paid. They did an ultrasound to confirm pregnancy. Then they made me watch a video to provide basic info that most people are aware of. I explained to the Dr. Again how important the testing is and she simply stated “Talk to the scheduling team up front” on my way out I spoke with the scheduling team to again let them know how crucial this is. My needs were completely ignored and I was told someone would call me in a week to speak about financials. I kid you not, this was a Zoom call just to let me know that They expect me to pay 2400 on top of the payments for each visit. They could not verbalize what exactly the 2400 would be going towards just said it includes some appointments and the “birth of the baby”and I needed to pay them in 3 lump sums because it is the reminder of my deductible. Huh? The next day they tried to make me schedule all upcoming appointments within that day attempting to funnel me into again paying for services prior to them being preformed. I told them I did not feel comfortable with this. During my next visit, I again paid almost 300 dollars prior to being seen by anyone. Then they insisted on doing 2 ultrasounds and nothing more. On my way out I was asked to sign a contract stating I would pay the 2400 dollars mentioned earlier. The contact did not include the services that are included and I was just verbally told it would cover birthing fees. I will be giving birth in November and do not even know if the birth will be complicated and any other details. Again, my crucial testing that needed to be scheduled was never addressed by the medical or scheduling team.That day I went online to view my insurance details. I notice that what I owed CWC was supposed to be significantly lower than what I was charged.. I called and was told that the entire billing department was in a meeting and I would get a call back. I left multiple messages over the span of 3 weeks before I finally received a call from the billing team. I was told that refunds are processed on the 1st of each month and my refund would be going out this June (fingers crossed)I’ve since changed my Dr. and immediately my concerns were addressed and taken care of. I would suggest avoiding CWC. They seem to have a weird way of doing business with a main focus on your cash. My feelings are they could care less about your health(or babies) health based off of my experience. This was a huge waste of time and money for me.
I had such a wonderful experience at Contemporary Women’s Care! The staff were all so kind and welcoming, and I was called back before my appointment time. Dr Evans has the best bed side manner and took time to answer my questions and explain everything! I will definitely recommend this practice to all of family and friends!
Dr. Dacha since the day I came thru those doors you made me feel secure and cared. I came to Contemporary womens care because I had a bad experience with my previous Dr. Everything in my pregnancy was amazing and I couldnt have asked for more, even Dr Dacha didnt do my delivery ( Dr snook also super amazing and professional) they made sure you see and know ever Dr so you feel comfortable and confident Everything will go smoothly. I have had three children at this location. Three of the doctors delivered each of my kids and the fourth is my doctor so I have had a close relationship with all four. All four of these doctors are incredible. They are knowledgeable and listen to all of my questions and concerns. The Lake Nona and Winter Park locations are clean and organized and the nurses and patient and kind. I love this location and will have my next child here too.
Update #2: Again never had an issue with the DOCTORS. Both Dr Snook and Dacha were sweet, informative and helped me on the clinical side. But after trying to get in and ALOT of back and forth with scheduling and the PA, I decided to leave the practice as they apparently dont do preauthorizations, for no reason that was explained to me other than we just dont do that here...so whats the point of having an insurance. My insurance tried to reach out to coordinate with them,, because they also couldnt understand why they wouldnt do a preauthorization. I am not at The womans center which has multiple locations, they deal with all your insurance issues, and you can see any and all providers. Im sorry but CWC has too many weird and rigid rules on top of being so complicated to reach.Update:making an appointment has been TERRIBLE!! Unless you are prebooked MONTHS out, it’s a mission to get in, or even get a hold of a human. I called to update my insurance and make an appt and first was on hold for over 30 mins, no end in sight, then called another line, was on hold again for over 20 mins (this time it said i was x caller so it gave me hope, only to be placed on an answering machine 😭😭😭). Please please improve this because i LOVE the DRS but its so frustrating trying to get someone on the phone !I love this place! Not only is it conveniently located for me, but my whole experience from the moment i first scheduled, to check in, to meeting the doctor, has been amazing! Dr Snook is very kind, personable and more importantly for me, super informative! After having some admin and communication issues at my previous gyno, which I did try to resolve unsuccessfully , I came to CWC based on a recommendation and I do not regret it. You get your text and email updates, know how much your copay is before the appointment, and the wait time is non existent. Dr Snook is patient and gentle, told me all the scenarious, posibilities and options, and she has a way to calm down my anxious self! She makes you feel comfortable and safe and I have raved about her to anyone who will listen. Shes just cool! I LOVE her!
Dr. Snook is my favorite. She is so nice and outgoing and happy. You can genuinely tell she loves her job and cares about you. The office is so clean and pretty. You feel instantly comfortable there. The staff is also very sweet and nice.
Booking an appointment was VERY frustrating, we played phone tag numerous times and whenever I called it was ALWAYS an automated system, never a real person. However, Dr. Elbadri was very nice and welcoming, I arrived early and was seen early. The clinic was nice and well ran. So, the overall experience was pleasant.
Do Not Recommend! During the Hurricane ian, my daughter called the office number to reschedule her appointment but got an emergency line for the Doctors. She was told to leave a message and did so. She went to her 11/14/22 appointment and was told they would not see her unless she paid 50 dollars for missing her appointment. The manager was very rude and would not waive the fee. She insisted there was no record of the message. Now I am not sure how you are in life but right now 50 dollars is a big deal to her. She choose not to pay it and left. Wasted time, wasted gas, and wasted babysitting money. They should compensate her for it. Sad that an office with a caring and professional staff would loose a long time patient cause the manager was having a bad Monday morning. Not sure how they have a 4.7 rating with such poor treatment with their clients. Take your care elsewhere.
Dr. Snook is amazing. The office is so warm and welcoming, all the staff is awesome. The workflow is streamlined and efficient, getting you back on time. You feel at home and it makes going to the doctor easy. I would recommend this place and Dr. Snook without hesitation.

Pamela Snook is one of a kind! I’m 28 weeks today and my experience with her has been a dream. Visiting her at Lake Nona or the beautiful Winter Park office both have been incredible. They are so organized as a practice! It really is impressive. I am so excited to deliver at the UCF Lake Nona Medical Center with her, she makes me feel so confident every step of the way. 5 STAR experience without question!! 🙌♥️
I had an amazing experience at this clinic! Everyone in the staff was so sweet and helpful, and Dr. Snook was super knowledgable and professional. She comes across as energetic and a little bit bubbly but that made me feel really safe and comforted! Its also important to mention that Im a part of LGBTQ+, and the nurse was really professional and sweet when asking questions about my sexual life. The clinic itself was really clean, and I also loved the contemporary design of it! Will definitely be coming back to them! :-))
Dr.Snook is the best GYN I have ever had. She listens and is so positive. The office atmosphere is positive and beautiful as well. She is a blessing to me.

The staff here is amazing! Doesn’t matter who I talk to or how busy they are, I feel like I matter. Dr Snook is my dr and she’s the most empathetic, kindest, smartest doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve also seen a few of the other doctors here and they are great too! I rarely write reviews but I just had to with CWC! 👍🏻
I contacted this facility to schedule a new patient appointment. At the time of scheduling the appointment, I didn’t have my insurance card. I was told to call back with it. I called back three times the same day, no answer. On the third call I left a message. The next day, I called twice and left two messages. I then called a third day and no answer. Five days later and still no call back. I then called a couple days after to speak with an office manager and the young lady who answered (Rachel) wanted to interrogate me as to my asking for a manager. She then decided to place me on hold and left me there (see photo). After sitting on hold for 20 mins, Rachel comes back to the phone and informs me the office manager is not available today because she is in meetings all day. Dr. Pamela Smith as the owner of this private practice, I would highly suggest that you take a look into how your practice is being ran. If your staff treats new customers this way, you will never be able to keep them. As a customer, if I have to run you down for business apparently you don’t need my money. Secondly, if you are treating me this way before I come in as a patient, I would hate to see what the care is like. This treatment was unwarranted and highly unprofessional.

Dr. Snook and the doctors at Contemporary Women’s s Care are wonderful, warm and attentive. The staff is friendly and the office is clean, bright and modern. As a first time mom, I felt at ease with the process and the journey. Delivery was excellent and the doctors made me feel confident. Highly recommend!
I moved to St.Cloud a year ago and I was super nervous to switch doctors I didnt want to but it was time for a change. As soon as I got to the office they helped me with questions and made me feel so comfortable. Dr.Elbadri really showed care and interest, I was so amazed at the treatment I was getting. Im happy to be a patient of Dr.Elbadri!
This is by far the best OBGYN practice I have ever been a patient at. Every single doctor, nurse, and staff member is kind, friendly, and attentive. It is easy to schedule and theres almost never a wait time for your appointment. I see Dr. Koss at the practice, and she is absolutely wonderful! Her smile is contagious, and her kindness is so reassuring. She is so genuine that it feels like Im talking to a friend rather than my doctor. I wont go anywhere else now.
Omg I was so nervous going there because of past experience.But once I was taken to the back it was all smooth sailing the atmosphere was so relaxed and the assistant was great. My visit with Dr. Elbadri was awesome I did not feel rushed one of the best visits I had in a long time thank you to the team at contemporary Womens care I would recommend any looking for care try it out dont take my word for it. You have to try it for yourself and you will see the great experience you will have. :)
It was my first time there and they made me feel welcome, comfortable and they took care of me quickly. I was probably in the waiting room 5 min and quickly called back.. The nurse was super sweet and Dr. Evans was wonderful and made me feel at ease. I choose Contemporary Women’s Care (Lake Nona)
This office is unprofessional and I’m honestly glad I’ve decided to leave, I’ve gone here last year for my second pregnancy and even then there was times where they were unorganized and will not explain everything throughly to you but want to charge you for their services, this year I was attending again for my third pregnancy and because I was one minute in after the grace period they told me I had to reschedule, and yes the father of my child and me were very upset because one not only do we live far from the place but two I took time off work to attend and all they could say is oh the dr is leaving but then tell me oh she has a different patient , two different answers so which was it ? Then I called to reschedule and was told the father of my child was no longer allowed in the building because he called the lady out her name which i do not recall taking place so their staff is obviously saying false information and I say THEIR STAFF because the manager told me she was informed by the staff and doctors. Their staff in the front isn’t their BEST at all times so for them to even do this is absurd. Wouldn’t recommend this place because of their front desk staff honestly. And the manager I spoke to because she should keep her staff in check before trying to ban someone and actually hear the patient out on what was actually said and not what they “heard” I also have Medicaid but decided to stay and pay out of pocket , the part on which my other Insurance did not cover but just because I liked the doctor I had. But IGuess I’ll go elsewhere where I won’t have to pay anything out of pocket and receive better service. Last thing I will say though is I do feel bad for the lady that attended me that day, but I’m pretty sure she misunderstood and did not hear correctly what was said and it was definitely not about her as I know she had no control in what happened because she even asked me through the phone if I was parked up and walking in which I was but as soon as I walked in there was a girl that was in the back room to the right side that came up to her and said you have to check because it’s passed the grace period and then just walked away, like if I wasn’t standing right there. But my review and others I been reading through will definitely tell you that the staff here is definitely not the best.
I was greeted by friendly staff and kind intake nurses. The biggest thing for me is feeling comfortable at an OBGYN, who wants to feel awkward? I get really bad while coat syndrome and they put my mind at ease. Dr. Snook is hilarious and kind but also understanding and educational. I was scared to move OBs because I went to mine for so long in Oviedo but glad u found her ❤️ Their covers as well are cloth and not paper which was a huge plus, it don’t feel so medically dressed but again, comfortable.
Dr. Snook really took time to explain next steps to me after an ER visit. The first thing she asked me was how much I understood about what had happened during the emergency, which was a great way to start the dialogue and establish trust. Glad to be an established patient with her moving forward.
Update : t’s been almost 7 months now and i still have not gotten my Refund, and my insurance even has contacted them… I get no call back, email back.😕 It’s very unprofessional & rude to not have any care for someone’s finances like that… I can’t imagine how much money i would have put down & how long i would have been waiting for my refund If i had stayed at this practice for my pregnancy… I have a good insurance & i switched to Women’s care I had No issues at all!.. Really disappointing no one cares at all To reach out to me & that i’ve been having to do so much effort for my refund..I came here for prenatal care, & although my doctor Dr. Crespo was super sweet, There was a huge miscommunication with how they do billing & insurance… Basically Even with in network insurance, they charge you out of pocket… & I guess they refund people after the insurance company pays.. For Prenatal care it isn’t ideal as there’s a lot of appointments, ultrasounds, & It was getting expensive to pay out of pocket for something that under my insurance was suppose to be free… and is kind of the point of having insurance is to not pay out of pocket. I hope they make this more clear for future patients as being halfway through my pregnancy it isn’t ideal to have to switch provider, but it’s a little stressful feeling like I need to be on top and keep track of how much money i’ve paid them, and how much they owe me back…For any moms who are young or don’t want to pay out of pocket each appointment, definitely take your time to find another doctors office. If your able to pay out of pocket & are okay being refunded, just make sure your keeping track of the amount you’ve paid… Dr. Crespo was still a very caring nice OBGYN to have and do care with.i
Weve been going to CWC for the last 9 months and were very happy with the service we got - wonderful help from Dr. Elbadri and Dr. Dacha, very friendly staff, good atmosphere. Why 1 star review then? My wife delivered our baby 10 days ago at UCF Lake Nona Hospital, and the support we got from the CWC on-call doctor (Dr. Pamela Snook) was an absolute disgrace and disappointment - I dont want any future mother to go through something like this.1. Dr. Snook decided its actually a good idea to NOT come to the hospital at all, and handle the whole delivery process via sending text messages to nurses. Few of the nurses were shaking their heads in disbelief that this is happening.2. The hospital has their own on-call OB GYN doctor available, but we were not able to use her, because it should be handled by a CWC on-call doctor. As a result, we were basically left with no doctor support for the whole process.3. My wife was ready to deliver at around 4am, but struggled to get the baby out. For hours she was crying in pain and asking for help, but there was no doctor to help her (Dr. Snook was at home, probably sleeping). The moment Dr. Dacha came in a few hours later (wonderful help from her side), everything was done in 45 min. She told my wife exactly what shes doing wrong, how to do it better, where to focus, motivated her properly and did all the things the doctor should do being next to the patient. As a result, the baby was delivered successfully soon after.4. As a result of a very long delivery process, my wife has a third degree tear. While I cant say this for 100%, we keep wondering if this would happen if we had proper doctor support from the beginning, which would cut the delivery time significantly.If I were to send a personal message to Dr. Snook:- if youre not motivated to support your patients properly, please dont join the on-call rotation and let other doctors handle it (like Dr. Dacha did)- if something happens that makes you stay at home, consider switching with somebody for the on-call shift- on-call shift does NOT mean sending text messages to nurses while staying at home- first time mothers dont know how things work, and they really need doctor support during the process. This single day is the most stressful in the whole 9 months, and leaving your patient all alone is the worst thing a doctor can do. Youre destroying all the great work your staff has been doing in the last 9 months in 24 hours.For future mothers: I would still recommend CWC for maternity care, but would strongly advise to make proper arrangements (on-call doctor support) for the delivery day.
Dr Dasha is a very kind and very professional person, She always take care of me during my visit with her, we are very Happy that she is our Doctor, also OB/Navigator Maria is also professional and very fast in providing response of all our text messages as compared to the other centers we have experienced. Dr Dasha’s team and everyone in the center are very welcoming.
Dr. Hassan is an amazing doctor, she listened carefully to all my concerns and answered all my questions, I definitely recommend her
As a new patient the appointment went smooth, staff went up and above and were very friendly. I’m definitely recommending to friends, families and strangers!!
This is my second time meeting Dr. Snook. Although she is not my primary Dr. at the practice she is always so friendly, helpful and professional. I love that the practice has you meet all the Dr.s before you deliver, in the event that you go into labor and your Dr. is not available. I love all the Dr.s at CWC and the service received at both the Moss Park and Winter Park locations.
Just like other reviewers. I showed up for my appointment after having met my out of pocket costs with my insurance a month earlier. They refused to see me without paying and did the same for my next appointment even though I shouldnt have paid a cent. Ive been trying for around 7 months to get my $100 back, but they only would credit my account but WILL NOT give me my money back. I leave dozens of messages with NO CALLS BACK. This should be illegal. Ive switched doctors, not because of the actual doctors (I saw Dacha and Crespo, both were lovely) but because of this nonsense. Im a chronically ill person and to be out money and have to dedicate this much time and energy to advocate for myself and to not allow myself to get ROBBED by people who are supposed to help me is ridiculous. Steer clear.
Excellent experience. Dr. Snook is caring, really listens to your concerns, and most importantly, I feel that my health is safe in her hands. I would highly recommend CWC.
Dr. Snook is the best OB I have ever had. I had never been pregnant before and it was so important to me to have a doctor that I trusted throughout the whole process, and she is definitely the one. She made sure to care for me and my baby and made the whole experience so amazing for my family! Highly recommend.
I was 7m pregnant and feeling very odd. I saw some dark brown spot in underwear. I called the office 3 times and nobody answered; I left the message. I left my job and I showed at the Lake Nona office to ask if the nurses or my Dr could check if everything is ok with the baby. The secretary told me that that wont be possible, that I should go to the hospital as soon as possible. Are you kidding?? They dont really care about you.. just your money.Also, be awere of with your payments. You will receive a surprise billing after 6 months. The billing department never will answer and will never call you back. I am waiting alredy 2 weeks from them to call me about 1k that I paid that they said I didnt.The bill is mixed up with all the dates that you cant follow up easily.
I absolutely adore Dr. Snook. She is so down to earth and relatable. I will be driving 45 mins to each appointment and it’s completely worth it because her bedside manner is phenomenal. You aren’t a # here, you are very much a person and she remembers small details as well. Very happy with CW OBGYN!
This was my first time visiting this office. The doctor was kind, thorough and patient. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new doctor.
The entire staff at CWC is exceptional!! Dr. Snook has been my physician for over 10 years, caring for me through the addition of 3 beautiful babies and has always gone above & beyond to provide the highest level of care along with medical expertise.

Worst customer service ever! I had an appointment back in Oct that I couldn’t attend due to hurricane Ian. I called several days before which I provided proof of, and left a voicemail to cancel which the manager proceeded to tell me there was ABSOLUTELY NO TRACE of my number calling that office yet I showed them proof with my call history through my provider. She then switched it to “well there’s no proof of the voicemail”, but I thought there was no trace of me calling at all? Oh ok. As a GOOD manager which obviously she’s not she should of been a little more considerate given the circumstances of the fact that there was a major hurricane at that time. I referred 2 of my family members to them that will now be taking my and their care else where. I hope those $50 met your production for the month.
I really like Dr. Evans and her staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Evans is great, I am happy to have found her. She really takes the time to talk to you and hear out your concerns. I would and do recommend Dr. Evans to anyone I know :)
