Kendrick had me go off NSAIDS for a week before my surgery. My endometriosis was extremely painful. I had been in and out of the ER and hospital all summer for pain. At my consult Kendrick promised he would prescribe something to get me through that week, as I was very nervous about the pain. When the time came, he prescribed hydrocodone every 8 hours, and I needed to take it every 5 or 6, so I was going to run out. My husband and I kept calling the office about it. We were finally told, We dont do pain management. Go to the ER. So I went and was immediately admitted. My first night in the hospital I woke up to Kendrick and his team in my room. He was loudly berating me for the amount of narcotics in my system. I never abused the hydrocodone. It is safe to take every 4-6 hours. They left and I went back to sleep. A was woken up again my Dr. Koon I believe was her name, who chewed me out some more about narcotics. The day after my hysterectomy Kendrick came in with his team for the follow up. I was so upset with how I had been blown off and treated and I told him so. He raised his voice at me and stormed out of the room, but nor before telling me I was lucky he was the one to do my surgery and how hard the surgery was for him and his team. A nurse came in shortly after and told me he was having me discharged. I never got a follow up from him. I told the nurses what happened. One said that he had yelled at the hospital before and a few told me to file a complaint. This happened over a month ago and its taken me this long to write the review. I cant believe how a surgeon with so many glowing reviews could behave this way and blow off my pain like he did. Im not comfortable seeing him again and am doing my surgical follow ups with someone else in the office. I have my 6 week follow up soon and that is the last time I will go to his practice.

Dr. Kendrick is a kind, concerned man who wasted no time attacking my cancer. God works through him. This man saved my life. I am eternally grateful.

Dr Recio and Kendrick are so amazing. So kind and listened to all of my concerns and questions no matter how redundant. I was kept comfortable in hospital after my abdominal hysterectomy. I was so scared after finding out I had a mass basically enveloping my uterus. I was able to keep my ovaries thank God. These men care and are genuinely talented and blessed by God. Thank you so much🙏❤️also the girls in office are so sweet, they are always helpful and genuinely kind. I’m so thankful for all of these people. They truly are angels on Earth.

I am a new patient with Dr. Kendrick and I have to say that my experience had been awesome. Dr. Kendrick knows inside out what he is doing. His delivery is spectacular. He puts the patient in a position to help him help us. I love his straight forward way. It makes me accomplish more in my treatment. And to top this, I have to mentioned that the Dr and his staff are very respectful and kind with the patients. It is perfect. I recommend Dr. Kendrick with full personal knowledge of of the office, staff and doctor.

Dr. Kendrick is my most favorite doctor ever in my 68 years of life. In July 2009 I was diagnosed with stage 3+ ovarian cancer. Dr. Kendrick operated on me and I know most other doctors would not have tried. Dr. Kendrick and Gods will saved my life! I know I would not be here, 9 years later, if not for both of them. My family and I are eternally grateful. He treats all his patients with the best professional care, respect, empathy, kindness and understanding and he makes you feel like you are family, not a number or paycheck. Dr. Kendrick Operated on me 2 weeks ago, Monday. I had a Hysterectomy done. From the very 1st. visit at his office in Orlando, he made me feel confident and secure. The surgery was quick , it took him less than 2 hrs. I have no pain, only a little discomfort. The hospital ztay was a bit long only because he wanted to make sure I was going home healthy. Hes such an incredible person. I thank God for putting him on my path. Hes a wonderful man and even greater surgeon. ❤ Blessings for him and his staff. God bless them all. 🙏.

This man saved my life... I went in with a 18 cm mass in my pelvic area scared that it was cancer. Dr Kendrick came in and was so caring and really explained to me what was going to happen during surgery to take it out. I decided to have a total hysterectomy at the age of 42 the choice I made was a hard one but I was so confident in Dr Kendrick I knew thats what needed to be done. After surgery I learned that the mass was not cancer but had grown so large that it was wrapped around my appendix which is now gone too lol. When I say Dr Kendrick saved my life I mean it with him and God and all the prayers I received they did find cancer in my cervix but it was so small I needed no further treatment for it just to follow up. If I recommend any Dr it would be him. Thank you much Dr Kendrick you made a difference in my life that I will never forget....God bless you your family and your staff.......

I woke up in the worst pain ive ever experienced in my life. To make a story short i had a massive tumor on my ovary which in turn turned out to be stage 2 ovarian cancer. Dr Kendrick removed it and the cancer & saved my life. Theres not enough words for how grateful i am to have him as my Dr. The staff at the office is super sweet & kind and made this sudden experience that hit me hard come more at ease & peace. Im in wonderful hands. God Bless everyone.

Dr. Kendrick removed 2 ovarian tumors along with the rest of the plumbing I no longer required in 2010. He is a fabulous surgeon. And his bedside manner is thorough, compassionate, funny and professional.Still wearing those lucky cowboy boots?However, now I believe I have lymphedema in my left leg due to the surgery. I understand this is quite common post hysterectomy. As it is common for post-mastectomy patient to get lymphedema in an arm. It doesnt hurt but it is unsightly. Im researching how to deal with it and minimize the symptom with a diet, exercise and massage... just have to live with it.In the vast configuration of life it is a small price to pay for my life.

I have an insurance the doesn’t require the need of a referral yet the office refuses to schedule me because the doctor wants a diagnosis.The whole point of going here is because I have no diagnosis and the regular OB wants me to see a OB oncologist.The reception staff or whoever I spoke to was rude and dismissive. She told me to call another time and to “wait it out”. How can you work for a cancer center and be so insensitive? This is your receptionist Dr. Kendrick.

I choose to have the referral with him because he has good reviews and Im scheduled to have surgery next month, but holly molly his incompetent office staff are giving me doubts because its been a challenge trying to get a FMLA application done. Called left voice messages because nobody in there ever pick up the phones then when they finally returned my phone call they said Oh no you need to speak with this person about that so they transfer me off course I leave another voice message again and sit and wait until somebody call me back again. I been on the incompetent challenge for more than two weeks already..... LOL

Well I was referred by my gynecologist to dr Kendrick as being one of the best for a second opinion cause my doctor freaked me out, turns out my dr was the best.. Dr Kendrick, told me he needed to remove my ovary and tube for a 5cm cyst on my ovary at my first appointment nothing else.. so I went home and thought well my gynecologist, was just going to remove the entire cyst so why would dr Kendrick need to remove my entire ovary? So long story short I went and got the surgery done with my Dr. who didn’t take my ovary only the cyst, and took it out minimal scaring, in my eyes my dr is better not sure why he short sold himself, go get a second opinion with this Dr.. I could’ve lost a perfectly good ovary and closer to menopause had I listened to dr Kendrick..so if you are a black female do not go here cause he don’t care about us..

Removed my ovary masses. Excellent physician and great person. Eased my mind by explaining everything every step of the way.
