I wish they had someone who strictly answers calls because it’s ridiculous to be on the phone for an hour and no one attempts to answer. Trying to make an appointment because they won’t represcribe my birth control refills until I get a check up. Best bet is to go up there to get an appointment. Voicemails and phone calls do not get answered and the scheduling on Athena isn’t functional either. I’ve physically been there with all 3 of my babies it has times where there are at least 4 people waiting in front lobby to check in or out , but to not answer the calls at all doesn’t make sense.
You never see the same doctor twice and they dont communicate with other members of your care team or read your chart and ALL the notes from other doctors. Im a high risk pregnancy with high blood pressure and for my unborn childs safety and mine the high risk doctor had decided it wasnt safe for either of us if I deliver past 37weeks and it was also decided at my very FIRST visit that I would be having a c-section due to my spinal cord injury and now because she is breech and refuses to turn. So instead of them reading the chart and scheduling me accordingly they first scheduled me to be induced and when I brought their error to their attention they decided they were going to try to push my delivery back past 37weeks. My high risk doctor had to call them and FORCE them to schedule me right at 37 weeks for our safety. Not to mention the fact that I had told them I have had extreme nausea and vomiting and that the ER didnt prescribe me enough nausea medication to last till I deliver and asked them to please help and they didnt until I called a third time stating that if they were going to FORCE me to be uncomfortable for the remainder of my pregnancy and unable to work that they either needed to refile my maternity leave paperwork so that I could start maternity immediately due to the fact that I cant work while Im throwing up and nauseous especially when part of my job requires me to climb a 3step ladder. Or they needed to call me in a prescription that would control the extreme nausea and allow me to work for the last week of my pregnancy. Needless to say they have made the last MONTH of my pregnancy EXTREMELY stressful and uncomfortable and Im extremely unhappy with my care.
I had a miscarriage and I came here for treatment during and after. I had my post-op exam today, and I’m offended by the staff’s behavior, namely Dr. Monroe and a nurse who I didn’t get the name of.My appointment itself lasted about 15 minutes, and only consisted of the doctor checking my cervix. The entirety of the appointment, the doctor spoke with the nurse about how she has to go home and install a new shower door. How she had ordered the wrong one, and her boyfriend kept dropping drill bits.My baby died. My much anticipated and loved baby. I would have appreciated the doctor 1) conversating with me instead of (or in addition to) the nurse, and 2) about something less trivial. It felt very dismissive. Also, my appointment was scheduled (by them) for 3:45 PM. I was called twice today, the day of, to see if I could come in at 2:30 or 3 PM, because they “close at 4 today”.Highly disappointed, and I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
Im so glad that ascension sacred heart of Pensacola, have a women and children hospital and a wonderful doctor name Mr Shippey and staff took good care of me doing my surgery they all was wonderful Im still praying for them .
This clinic appears to have fraudulent front desk staff.I had an appointment with my doctor. When I arrived, at the reception they told me that my doctor was not there now, she would come only in the afternoon and they suggested that I go to another doctor. I refused. But I returned in the afternoon to meet with my doctor. Do you think I was allowed to do this??? With false smiles, the receptionist said that the doctor was here!! but not available now. They offered to make a new appointment. Now the question is: Why did I make an appointment with a specific doctor so that they could replace me without warning? And why was they hiding my doctor from me??
Dr. Seidel is amazing - I highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone experienced and compassionate. I recently had a negative experience at a different OBGYN and was looking for someone with a better bedside manner (as that does matter when it comes to stuff like this), and Dr Seidel fits the bill. The nurse I got beforehand kept me calm & was personable; the ladies up front were helpful, and they got me an appointment as soon as they were able. I dont recall waiting long. Overall, a good experience.
This place is amazing. Even though front desk is short staffed, they do everything they can to check patients in and out, as well as answering non stop phone calls. Waiting time is not that long and the doctors are very sweet and understanding. Although, Erin Bailey always rubbed me the wrong way. She has a evil look in her eyes, never really smiles, and body language is giving she’s just there just to be there. Someone just please talk to her about her attitude.
I called to let them know I was 5 weeks pregnant(finally) with history of recurrent miscarriage. I was an established patient with them also. The lady said they will not see me until I am over 8 weeks regardless of history ( she even checked with the charge nurse). I ended up in the ER Having a threatened miscarriage Which resulted in a miscarriage. I dont know how all establishments work but in the past Ive had doctors check me after ovulation And In the early stages. Now trying to call them To cancel my appointment and have any follow up care for this miscarriage has been a task, From being hung up on when Im supposed to be put on hold and consistently busy phone line.It definitely makes you feel like a number and not a patient.Update Monday: still havent been able to get ahold of anyone. Going to ask my PCP for the bloodwork and care!
I called my pharmacy like I was told get my prescription filled till my appt like you all ask me to do. So when I called my pharmacy they said you all denied itCome on my appt is not till next month get your head out of your tails And fix the problem please I will be calling back in the a.m. this is ridiculous. Update on todays appointment very poor care. They chose not to listen to meet as a patient. Very not satisfied again.Would like the office manager to call me back
Terrible experience being pregnant with my third child. Waiting room staff was not helpful, listening, or personable. The actual doctors were fine. Wait time was an average of 30-45 min.Continued appointments for birth control have been a dread and headache. For my last appointment they would not let my toddler and baby come in the back room with me! I was told to leave an reschedule a separate day appointment. It was a waste of my time and day. They don’t listen and they don’t accommodate. Please do yourself a favor and choose a different clinic for your health and family!
Good luck on getting them to answer the phone. Also the front desk staff like to talk alot about their patients and who they will cancel and that its not a big deal. And speaking of cancel they will cancel your appointment at will without care even if you have made that a month in advance. If my insurance went other places so would I. The dr themselves are wonderful and knowledgeable, its mainly the front office they suck.
I live in Panama City and my only labor option was HCA gulf coast, I really did not want to deliver there, with all the horror stories I’ve heard/read/seen happen there. So I made the three hour drive to Pensacola and I am SO happy I got the birth experience I always dreamed of. Their labor and delivery Nurses were heaven sent. I absolutly would recomend!
I did not feel heard or cared for in the slightest while there. The doctor actually cut me off in the middle of me explaining a previous miscarriage. I didnt even finish what I was saying. I should have left then, but hindsight is 20/20. The doctor was not gentle at all. The nurse seemed to at least be trying to show compassion. I also heard them gossiping in the halls. I was laughed at when I came in the hallway to go to the restroom in my gown. I asked one nurse if they had called my name while I was in the restroom and she said she would go find out and never came back. This office needs to do better. We are real people with real emotions that feel pain, treat us like we were your daughter. I was on hold for 35 minutes just to schedule an appointment. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Our personal experience today. They are so unprofessional... except for doctor Monroe, she’s great! But my wife had an appointment yesterday and was rescheduled to come in again today for an ultrasound to see how far along she is in the pregnancy. She received a call just 30 minutes before her appointment (she was already there) saying they cancelled her appointment due to this ultrasound being “unnecessary.” But here we are, still unaware of how far along she is, if the baby is okay, etc... & her record was reviewed by a doctor other than her own doctor and the appointment was cancelled by this random doctor. Why was a random doctor reviewing her file? Why did they even schedule her an ultrasound today when they could have deemed it being “unnecessary” yesterday when she was there? This is wrong. We had to find a caretaker for our kids today and wasted our time and gas for this. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
All the reviews you see about the long hold times are true. Ive been on hold for 68 minutes (and counting) waiting on someone (anyone) to pick up the phone to initiate a dialogue so I can make an appointment. I tried to make an appointment online via the website and couldnt, and Im a prior patient. This is really not a good sign of the care thats to come. While I loved and respected my previous doctor, believe the reviews and look for a place that cares enough to pick up the phone in less than an hour.
I’ve never felt more cared for from a doctor’s office. Dr. McCloskey-Wells is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She’s so caring and we were blessed to find her. My husband and I both trust her with our pregnancy and fertility journey. I’ve been going to this office for almost 3 years and never want to change. The office staff and nurses are very sweet ladies and so helpful.
I haven’t experienced labor and delivery yet but I have not enjoyed the prenatal care. Wait times go on for 2 hours and it’s impossible to reach them to change appointments around unless you’re in person. Hopefully labor and delivery will be better!
I thought I would give them another try but that was a big mistake. I’ve been a patient back when they were located by Olive Garden. It’s been almost 2 years and a change of location has not helped this place at all. I still have to wait 45 mins before even getting pulled back to a exam room. I can barely get anyone on the phone, been trying to get a appointment for weeks. Finally after god knows 3 plus weeks I’m able to get in. The front desk that are so rude not welcoming AT ALL. This was my first visit at the new location, so I was little lost of how they were running things now. The front desk staff just looked like a deer in head lights. Just unwelcoming and rude. Literally, appointment was at 0945 here it is almost 1045 and haven’t even been pulled back by a nurse. This is the most frustrating thing. I’ll have to search for a new office because this unprofessional, and unacceptable for a doctors office.
Awful bedside manner, time management, and scheduling. If you are having a little one I highly recommend staying away from this clinic. You see different individuals each time and youll have no idea who is going to deliver your baby. Also, they wont respond to requests by a new doctor or yourself to obtain your records.
I feel for the schedulers here at this location with trying to keep up with everyones required appointments. The doctors are just throwing appointments at them without understanding what the people up front have to do to make it all work. It would cancel other peoples appointments and the mishandling overbooked the clinic every time. My wife would always be there for HOURS if she ever had an afternoon appointment and her appointment ended up always starting after closing hours instead of what it was set for. I always had to take an entire day off work for those days.
I have had 4 kids with the help of the lovely ladies at this women’s clinic the amount of professionalism and the eagerness to help people is immaculate. Kandy Q was very prompt with service and has a helping personality with the most wonderful smile her customer service alone will make you come back. I appreciate each and everyone there Meghan Olivia Sonya and many more have the most welcoming atmosphere thank you everyone and all you do
I dont know how these people are still open. Very poor customer/patient service. How are you going to tell a high risk pregnant woman that she is going to have to wait a whole month before she can be seen and there is nothing they can do about it. We lost our last child due to complications and they were not very empathetic towards our feelings. We were told she will need to been seen around 8 weeks when she got pregnant again but now you telling me she has to wait till she is 12-13 weeks!!! Very unprofessional place. They just treat you like a patient number. If i could give them a negative start rating, I would.
They Were very outgoing and sweet! First Time pregnancy they made me feel comfortable after coming in kind of nervous! No problems at all!
Dr Shippey is top of his class. His knowledge, professionalism and he is so kind. His staff who are great at their job and kind also. Is a reflection on Dr Shippey
If you can get prenatal care elsewhere, I suggest you do. The staff is wonderful but some of the actual doctors/nurse practitioners come off as shortcoming and rushed. Additionally I just called to speak to the doctor on call to inquire about an issue I was having and instead of coming on the line to speak to me and make a suggestion he simply told the operator to tell me to go to labor and delivery to get checked out. Now I understand that, based on my issue, he felt that that would may be the best route to take but I would’ve appreciated if he just took the time to get on the phone and speak to me. FYI today is 10/08/19 Incase someone from the office sees this and wants to check to see who was on call today. Note that all the doctors aren’t that way but at this doctors office, you basically have to play Russian Roulette and hope that the doctor that you’ll be getting is a good and thorough one.
Worst OB/GYN clinic in Pensacola. If you can go elsewhere please do. Unfortunately I had no choice because I was on Medicaid and as far as I know it’s one of only a few places in the city that accept Medicaid. The rooms are small and cramped. If you have an appointment at 1:30 you better plan on sitting in that waiting room for at least an 45 minutes, and not even seeing your doctor for another 30 minutes. They are always backed up and the phone lines are always busy. Making an appointment is a challenge as you’ll be on hold for 15 minutes and IF you reach someone appointments are weeks out. Once I switched and got different health insurance that allowed me to choose my doctor I will never go back.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to them three years ago. never again. I had a miscarriage and I had to tell them (heartbeat was seen at week prior scan...then no heartbeat). I also had to wait 3 hours one time to be seen! Ridiculous! You see a different doctor every time and they are so callous and uncaring. Switch to advanced women’s care if you can...completely different experience and they were great!
This place is wonderful and I enjoyed every visit. Doctors were very helpful and always concerned with what was going on when I was pregnant.I was sent to a specialist to make sure my daughter was developing okay. I was a high risk patient with the age i am. Delivered my baby with no complications and tada!! I dont understand these reviews. I honestly believe that the patients do not understand the protocols and follow the rules of what is to be taken on the parents side of care. The medical office can only do so much but as an individual it is our Responsibility to follow procedures. Doctors arent always the ones to blame nor nurses. It is also through research and reading books of how to eat healthy, exercise to help keep baby happy and develop to full term. If you want professional care then do what you have to, thats a life growing and depending on you, dont blame and point fingers thats all you (Its called growing up with responsibility)!!!!!
When I went in for delivery, the dr did not call a c section. My baby was born full term on her due date with no prior complications and died the next day. These people not only do not know what they are doing, they do not care about patients or their babies. Even if all you have is medicaid which is what I had at the time I encourage you to call around until you find a better place. I would still have my baby if I had done this.
Do NOT go to this facility. The ladies at the front desk are doing the best they can, but phones go unanswered. Messages through the portal go unanswered. The nurses and doctors don’t seem to care about the patients. There is no sense of urgency for any situation. The two doctors I interacted with were rude and uncaring.
I understand this practice is busy, but the lack of care and compassion for people in sensitive, urgent situations is absolutely ridiculous. Nobody should have to be calling over and over again to receive the care and answers they need. Also- do not tell people “I will call you back” if you are never going to follow through.
I wish I could leave a negative star review. Let me give you a little background. I am 31 y/o and just had my 4th miscarriage. I also have pcos. I came to this clinic at 4 weeks pregnant. My very first visit the doctors were already saying well if this pregnancy doesnt work out we will refer you to a specialist. I explained to the staff I am high risk, but they didnt seem too concerned. I began having some complications and passing clots. I called the doctor and they didnt want to see me or do any blood work. 5 days later I ended up having a miscarriage. When the doctor came in to tell me I had lost my sweet baby she immediately began trying to give me my options. I was still in shock and in tears. Not once did I see a high risk doctor. No precautions were taken, I didnt even see the same doctor at each appointment. Which I stressed was extremely important to me. I felt like these doctors didnt care at all. I felt like a Guinea pig. From the very first appointment I felt like they already expected me to miscarry which made me feel like they werent really trying. I was never referred to a high risk doctor. Tomorrow will be my 2nd d&c and I am a little nervous, bc I am not sure how the doctors will treat me, due to the lack of concern I have received thus far. If you have to option I would strongly advise choosing an office with better reviews. And a more concerned staff. When a nurse finally returned my calls(normally the next afternoon) she kept saying my prayer for you is..... I dont need you to tell me what your prayer is, I need answers. I need a doctor. One time she said I pray someone has empathy for you. EMPATHY? how about a concerned doctor?I should have went with my gut and drove to my old doctor in mobile from day 1.
So far im having a bad experience again. Even when you explain to these people your problems they still say they arent out to make nobody feel no type of way, but they do. Im tired of arguing with them. When i had my son thru sacred. They treated me poorly in the hospital as well. I talked to several people over them but nothing gets done. Gets swept under rug. I think anybody who really knew probably wont ever come back.
I was in the ER with bleeding while 12 weeks pregnant. Told to call my dr first thing Monday to be seen within a week. Called and got blown off because I didnt go to Sacred Heart Hospital. She actually told me well you shouldve gone to SH and they wouldve sent us a referral. We wont see you before your appt. My appt is in 2 weeks. Im still bleeding!! The lady at the front desk was rude and uncaring. Run from this place if you can.
Never been so dispointed at a place of busniess till today I drive 45 miles to come womans care center i have called 7 times in two months to make my yearly apptAnd each time none of the ladies bothered to tell me they moved locations so I went to the old location only to find out after calling there call line they moved. They need to have better commucation with there patients than that .There wait time sucks also . My appt was at nine am and did not walk out till 10:20 am
I switched to this medical group after an employee at Advanced Womens care tried to scan my insurance company. I will admit I was extremely nervous after reading the reviews. Never in my life have I met nurses who were so sweet and kind (and even remember me by name) and doctors who have gone out of their way to assist me. I switched to Sacred Heart when I was about 3 months pregnant and I had concerns over how I was treated at me previous OB (advanced womens care) because with how my daughter was born I should have been high risk and it was completely ignored by AWC. Once i mentioned my concerns to Dr Palma she immediently updated my file and scheduled me for an appointment with the high risk on at sacred heart hospital. So I have been seeing both doctors and I couldnt be happier with my care. They have a 24 hour nurses line that has come in handy for me multiple times and never once have I been spoken to with anything less than concern, care and a friendly demeanor. I could not recommend them enough!
This place is a joke! I normally make 845 appointments, but never get seen until well over a hour and a half later. The walls are paper thin, so while I am waiting to be seen I can hear nurses, or whoever they claim to be, gossiping and complaining about their work load and staff. We are all adults just do your job and stop worrying about others because having patients wait for hours is unacceptable. Im was tempted to walk out.
Dr. Bailey is AMAZING- staff is very kind and during my appointment I felt very heard and understood.I would recommend all my ladies for gyn and ob needs- thanks again for great care!
I visited Sacred Heart Women’s center last month. I had problem to find the building.I was late but they never cancel my appointment - they acted with understanding . They have been very professional and careful with me. Doctor Paul Walden is amazing and very professional.
Medical assistant wasnt attentive. Items for procedure was open for contamination. Wait time kind of long. Couldnt get front desk to open family bathroom while the patient bathroom was in use. Caused longer wait because MA had to wait for me to get the urine sample because apparently only two bathrooms they have in the place are locked and taken! Glad I used sacred heart in Miramar for childbirth. This place is a joke.
Everyone there was so friendly and professional. Dr. Shippey was extremely helpful and understanding as well as friendly and answered all of my questions. Will recommend him to anyone.
They have been taking care of me at every appointment.i love the whole staff they are so sweet and respectful I wouldnt change going anywhere else I recommend any woman to go to them and get the best care I just want thank everyone continue to do a good job ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love my doc, but they need to keep up with who sees who, I don’t think it should be the patients job to tell them what doc to schedule them with and if they have an unltrasound or not. And someone needs to learn how to answer the phone there. When I’m there i see someone answer the phone right away when it rings but when i try to call I’m waiting 30 mins to an hr or even. Longer to speak to someone.
Horrible I wish there was a no star option.. If u can avoid please do. Drs are cold and unprofessional. They scheduled me to be induced on the 2nd and had to reschedule me. Didn ask if the new date was ok with me. Im epileptic and depend on a ride an hour and a half away n shes not available that day. So they tell me to take a taxi which I dont have money for. So they tell me to takea bus. Say they cannot reschedule me so. im facing delivering all alone. Also have been told for over a month Id have the option to opt for a c section because of my babys size and now 3 days vefore induction they tell me I cannot. Even tho im barely 51 with a baby over 10lbs. Birth should be a joyous occasion and Ive been crying for days because of all the stress from this office. You see a different Dr every time and get told something different every week. If my insurance covered another office I wouldve been out of there. Avoid at all costs!!!! For your own sanity and stress level. I should ot be so depressed before delivery.
They DO NOT answer their phones. I needed to make an appointment and couldnt get through. I went there in person to make an appointment, but there were none available. I spoke with a nurse who was supposed to get back with me, but she didnt. So now I am in pain because they wont contact me.
I spoke with the sweetest 2 ladies. They were at first incredibly hard to reach, however once I reached the person who answered the phone, she was quite helpful and then she transferred me to Delma who is incredibly nice and helpful. She is definitely a gem in your organization!
If I could give NO stars it would be good.I had an appointment for September 19 and had the flu so THEY rescheduled me for Oct 5 which they ended up canceling cause they scheduled me wrong. Finally got in on Oct 19 and doc was SO sure I was in menopause and does not believe I’m pregnant because I’m not married and they’re catholic. They won’t even dispense birth control. Well my labs come back and doc says I’m nowhere near menopause or perimenopause but won’t tell me what’s wrong or why I missed period and had pregnancy symptoms. The wanted to do a procedure where they scrape my endometrium lining but I said no thanks I’m getting a second opinion. I don’t trust these people. They told me my big belly is gas and menopause and when they could t blame it on that, they went for something else. Stay away from these people.
The staff were FANTASTIC! Very knowledgeable! They listened and answered all my questions and concerns. Keep up the great work❣️
My appointment w Dr Bailey was great ! When I checked out I didn’t have such a pleasant experience I went a few days later to talk about my experience to a supervisor but she wasnt in the office I left my number and never received a call back .....
This is the same company who did my first surgery and are supposed to be doing my next. However I can’t get them to answer the phone. After 2 hours of ringing since they opened I don’t know what to do. It’s sad because I did this for an hour on Friday as well.
Dr. Vance is incredible she listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly she made me feel comfortable and reassured me I could tell that she really cares and love taking care of her patients I requested to make her my permanent OB Doctor🙂
Pregnant, during the epidemic, and have to wait hours each time I visit. This is supposed to be the best hospital in town, but all the employees know how to do is gossip behind the desk while youre stuck miserable, hungry, and tired. They seem as though they could care less if you are there or not.
They cancel my appointment. I been calling to get another appointment scheduled different times of the day and no one answers the phone. I disappointed!
Impossible to get in contact with. I’m fifteen weeks pregnant and have been calling for over a week (well before the hurricane hit, so that’s no excuse). Have left multiple messages on the “nurse line,” which literally never gets answered, and messages do not get returned. I wish I had read the reviews before being seen here.
Called and let them know I was gonna be a few mins late. Was told i have till 15 after. I got to the front desk at 14 after and the lady was rude and told me she has to ask if she still wanted to see me. Idc if it was 1 min till i made it in time and they still skipped me . will be changing drs !
They have really bad service I’m on 38 weeks pregnant and I wanted to reschedule my appointment they never answer I have to go to the office to make my appointment I don’t know how come there’s always more than 3 person on the front office and they can’t answer the phone to take the appointment
It Was Scary At First But They Explained Everything And Me Feel So At Ease With The Experience. They Talked To Me, Held My Hand. I Love The People And Environment. ❤️
This place is horrible. They take over 30 mins to answer the phone any time you call. The staff is rude. I got into a car accident at 14 weeks pregnant and went in to get an ultra sound to check on my baby and they wouldn’t give me one. I would not recommend this place. Very unorganized and they could care less about their patients.
They told me my test results from my blood work would be on the portal i waited 2 weeks & then tried to call them back no one will pick up the phone…& one of the social workers says she’s there to help but yet no one will help me get my test results this is my first kid I would like to know the gender of it 🙄
I just wish I’d had found this doctor and this facility years ago. Dr Shippey and staff get 5 stars, more if available!
I love Dr Monroe an my doctor who I’m seeing now Which Dr Megan Moore even doe it’s very hard to get in touch with someone there it’s a nice clinic when I had my last baby last year they did everything in their power to let me have my baby vaginal after caesarean it was an awesome experience I got to push Dr Monroe checked on me until I left I love it even the nurses was A1 they like you wanna push I’m yes plz they made sure I got what I wanted I was so happy
Doctors and staff are nice enough they just NEVER answer their phones. Long hold times. Longest I have EVER had to be on hold with ANY doctors office. I think it’s unsat.
I am having the most horrible experience this pregnancy. I am so disappointed I have received care at this center for all of my pregnancies this one makes four and I regret coming back.
I love how they treat me and been so kind to me and my daughter. They listen to me and I love it.
Everyone there was very sweet I felt very comfortable
Being pregnant having to wait 30-45 mins before Im seen at all... Yeah it is never a happy situation when attending a doctors appointment...
Today is Friday and I have called three times since Tuesday trying to reach a nurse and still have not been called back or put through.
My doctor was great he explain things to me very well
Skilled and caring practice. The patient is a priority. Professional and courteous.
Every time I call i wait for over 45 minutes to speak to a human.Every. Time. Even now Im on hold. I called at 8am when they open. Its 8:42.
It’s crazy how I barely get anyone to answer my calls and can’t get into see my high risk because no one answers. Switching out of here. Very disappointed.
Absolute worst office staff Ive come into contact with. First lied to me over the phone, then continued to lie after going into the office.
Answer the phones... this is crazy. Every time Ive called the wait is at least 30 to 45 min.
Wonderful Doctor and Staff!!!
This disorganized office is lacking in professionalism. Phone system is the worst I have ever seen.
Everyone has truly been very helpful and informative ❤️
Very nice and personal. They take their time with you and the office staff are very nice as well
This place is absolutely horrible. Waited on hold for an hour and half and had to hang up due to no one answering. I would never recommend this place to my friends/family
For me they are the best, Im so glad I found this clinic
Who ever working on the phones at this place is horrible I been on hold for almost 30 mins now I shouldnt have to wait this long to talk to a actually person
Everything went great and everyone was very nice, the entire staff
Horrible. You are just a number. Do not come here
Can not get in touch by phone
Very professional and attentive to details
They never pick up the phone
Great customer service and care.10/10
Everyone was very helpful and caring!
I love this place
Caring,kind,efficient
Wonderful doctor and aids
Very polite and helpful
Friendly understanding and knowledgeable
There are people who are goodBut there is a receptionist who is very bad. My mother did not want to attend to her just because she did not have the full money to pay and as far as I know they make payment arrangements, she told her that until she had the full money she would not let her pass. She is very bad.
Personally, I love the service. They are all so kindI can really give it 5 stars for good patient service.
Thanks to the doctors who treated me, very kind and helpful. I really liked how they treated me. They are lovely nurses and doctors. I always recommend them to my friends. Thank you very much for your respect and affection, Asia, my person.
Very good place. They have very friendly staff, they welcome you and treat you very well, the place is great.
Very excellent service
Excellent attention
