Went in without an appointment for a quick TB test and asked how long the wait might be. Front desk assured me that it would be quick and they could grab me between patients since it wasn’t a provider visit. After waiting for 40 minutes, I went up to the desk again and asked if it would be much longer as I had another appointment to get to. The gal at the front desk, then abruptly explained to me how she had other patients with appointments that were priorities and that I just needed to be patient. I understand that scheduled patients take priority, but I had asked how long it would be when I first arrived so I could plan accordingly. After waiting another 10 minutes I got up and told her I couldn’t wait any longer and she said they were getting my stuff set up right then. After waiting another five minutes I left. The other staff seems very nice, but if you are going in without an appointment, it seems like a waste of time and you should anticipate very long wait times, regardless of what they say at the front desk. Book an appointment or don’t bother going.
I would rate this facility in the negative if I could. Staff is highly unprofessional, disorganized and very unclear on how to treat a patient. Their complete lack of disregard for someone who is ailing is sickening. You’re better of being treated by a 3 year old. Rude, considerable lack of understanding and knowledge, and unworthy of treating a slug. I hope each person that we came into contact has the life they deserve.
Had a humiliating experience with NP Judy Bandy who I believe is very misinformed about IUDs. I came with concerns of an ovarian cyst and was hoping to get a referral for an ultrasound. She did not give me a chance to fully explain my situation or why I came in, and quickly jumped to conclusions without asking enough questions. She was condescending and unprofessional and made me feel like an idiot for having my Mirena in for longer than 3 years even though the Mirenas pamphlet and literature say it is valid and safe birth control for 8 years and valid cycle control for 5 years. I consulted a gynecologist afterwards who confirmed that it was still safe to have it in as long as I did (6 years) and it was still effective birth control, just that I might be having the pain and possibly a cyst because it may no longer be providing cycle control. I tried to explain this nuance at my appointment and was dismissed before I could even finish. Either way the concept that it was not safe to have the Mirena in for longer than 3 years was misinformed. Every time she left the room I could hear her and other staff loudly discussing my situation, urine test and pelvic exam in earshot of patients in other rooms, and criticising me. She also left the door to my exam room wide open to get a nurse when I only had a paper sheet covering me. The entire experience was mortifying and I was shocked by her lack of professionalism, discretion, and knowledge of IUDs. The folks at the front desk were very polite and the nurse who helped me out was extremely compassionate and supportive which I appreciated, but I will never go back there again because of NP Bandys behavior.
Ive been here a few times and its always just okay. Not good not bad. Relatively quick. But today... I called early to make an appointment for a lung X-ray. I arrived on time and proceeded to wait over 3 hours to be called back (with an appointment). The nurse was very nice, she sent me to a room and told me to get comfy because it was be awhile before the Dr came. Once the Dr finally arrived she listened to my lungs and she wouldnt do an X-ray and was very rude about it. I had explained to her I called that morning to get an x ray and they said that wasnt an issue. Welp she didnt care. Judy was her first name and she was very unpleasant and unprofessional. She didnt even say a word and left me in the room till I left after waiting a few minutes. Im sure this facility has good days and bad days. But based off today I would rather go to the ER.
The girl who checked me in Destiny was awesome! Then Reanna who took me back was very cheerful and friendly. Ann Murray PA-c was so knowledgeable. The whole visit went well and would definitely recommend going 😁
I’m grateful for this place. I got an appointment same day and was very grateful for that. I still had an over 2 hour wait to get it due to having only one doctor there and a few emergencies that came in that needed immediate care. Everyone was very nice and attentive and I was happy to go there instead of the ER which is always a mess here in town. The care was very good and thorough!
Great staff, Ivory P.A. was knowledgeable and personable. My son sustained a small leg fracture, the team was efficient with treatment and giving me the appropriate referrals and information for follow up. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.
They always take good care of me! I have severe asthma and allergies like clockwork seasonal. Had to visit them many times, they are kind thorough and great!! Ivory is amazing and listens and provides you with feedback you can understand.
They were able to get me in on a Saturday via waitlist. Thankful for that so I didn’t have to go to the hospital. The nurses and doc were great. They took their time with me, no rushing through the appointment.
Even though I was in the waiting room for two hours, they were all very friendly and professional. I felt well taken care of and safe throughout the process of getting my blood drawn for the first time. So I’d say it was definitely worth the wait
The staff at this urgent care is incredibly friendly and polite. The wait time was extremely reasonable for a walk in and they make appointments as well. The doctor and nurse were so caring and precise. I wish I lived closer so this could be my regular urgent care.
After pinching a nerve in my neck moving out of my apartment in San Diego, I began a 45+ hour long road trip across the country to Boston. The discomfort was unbearable and, with nearly the whole road trip still ahead of me, I needed urgent care by the time I got to Prescott, Arizona. I had no appointment and this clinic was completely booked when I came in as a walk in. While waiting for my ride to come take me to my only alternative, the emergency room at the hospital, the receptionist at the clinic came running out into the parking lot in the hopes that I hadn’t already left because she just had a cancelation and wanted to offer me the spot. I’m incredibly grateful for this clinic’s empathy and care and especially the kindness of the receptionist who went the extra mile for me. I was seen an hour later and given the medical attention I needed.
I have a little mixed feelings. I had an appointment at 10:30 but did not get called back until 11:20. I could hear the receptionist saying it had been a very busy morning and there was only one doctor on duty. Once I was taken back I am very pleased with the doctor and nurses. They were very pleasant and answered all my questions. My best advice is to make an appointment but be prepared for a long wait.
We are from out of state and I booked an appointment for 3 o’clock. I was seen at 5 o’clock. We have an urgent care where I live and their scheduling system works so much better. You have the text messaging connection working for check-in. You can also use this to let people leave the office and run an errand or go home and lay down if they are not feeling well Until it is closer till their appointment time. There is no reason that people need to wait that long.
Getting the appointment was easy. I got in the same day and was seen in a timely manner. The staff was spectacular and I was impressed with their care. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of medical care.
The next care team was excellent. They were the only open urgent care in Prescott and Prescott valley over the July 4th weekend. Even with the expect overwhelming demand they stayed professional and did their best to serve everyone in the community. NICE JOB next care team you are fantastic
I made a visit to take out stitches, I saw Judy who was really lovely. The stitches were very delicate and my skin was sensitive but she took her time and was really gentle.
Was able to book an appointment the same day my son woke up feeling sick. Front desk staff were friendly both on the phone and in person. However, appointment time was a joke as we ended up not being seen by provider until about 2.5 hrs after the set appointment time. Having to be called back multiple times to be triaged but then continue to wait for provider was very frustrating. Had to listen to the staff talk unprofessionally and criticize other patients outside the door while waiting in the patient room which was very discouraging. Not one staff person apologized to us for the long wait the entire time we were there. Provider seemed knowledgeable but was short in the way she spoke to us and not great bedside manner with my son. Would not recommend this urgent care to anyone if they have any other options elsewhere.
Hello,My name is Diana J.I had an appointment today 08/29 at noon. I had the best experience with NP Emma NExcellent communication and service. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic. Emma is the best! The absolute best, caring and sweetest. The lady who took my vitals and checked me in was fabulous too!Thank you so much,Diana J
It seems like nexcare always only has 1 provider per location available which causes longer wait times and less availability for walk ins. Luckily I made an appointment. I still had to wait over an hour past my appointment time. It felt like the exam was rushed so either the provider is really good or not thorough. Everything else was mediocre.
I chose to schedule an appointment rather than try for a same day walk in appointment. The online forms were straight forward and easy to use. The receptionist was quick and courteous. They called me back promptly. Everyone I interacted with treated me in a caring and professional manner.
The wait was pretty long but as soon as I got back the people were so kind. My PA who helped me was so sweet! I adored her. She made me feel very comfortable and was just great!
I went in for a foot that had a stress fracture. They promptly took x rays and wrapped it . They were out of my size boot however they had me go to PV office and they had one waiting for me there. They did a great job and doctor and x ray tech and medical assistant were all wonderful Including front office staff.
I made an appt for 1:30 due to an injury I sustained to my foot. I arrived 10 minutes early and by 1:50 I was called back to the room and was getting x-rays taken by 2pm. The PA looked over my xray for less than 5 minutes and told me I had a fracture. I was given a boot and some resources to follow up with an orthopedic specialist and was out the door by 2:15. The staff was very friendly and professional and the place was clean. Hand sanitizer was at every corner of the waiting room. I highly recommend this urgent care.
NextCare off Willow Creek is excellent!Lexi at the front desk was so helpful, Tyler was very kind in explaining things and keeping me updated. Dr Judy was very knowledgeable and helpful in my diagnosis everyone is super nice. Thank you
Okay, I’ll start with the bad first: I went in at 9 am to see if I could see a doc. They said they could see me at 3:45. I came back at 3:30 and was there for 3 hours. It took me most of the time to figure out the system for seeing people, once I did it made sense but on the surface it was crazy confusing. But the good: it’s really hard for me to be actually annoyed because everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and MAs to the NP were incredibly friendly and helpful. In an environment that could beat you down and break your spirit, I was really impressed.
Dont bother booking appointments cause its a waste of time i had a 6:15 apt was here at 5:55 and they put me in as a walk-in when i have appointment proof and they sending me text messages all day reminding me of the appointment but they wanna make damn sure you show up on time but i can hear many of them in the back joking and laughing for last 30 minutes now. For 1 dont mark people as walk-ins if they are not. For 2 why take an appointment if you cant honor the time or even somewhat close to it. At this moment id never come back here!
I hurt my back in a yoga class several days ago and decided to get looked at. Urgent care in Prescott is amazing! Quick and friendly staff. In and out in 45mins! The NP Patrick McGrath heard my story and made sure he treated me with all the appropriate medication. To heal. Thanks to the nurse that gave me the shots. Thank you to the intake clerk that took my insurance and the nurse that took my vitals! Such a great team.
This clinic is 20 minutes from my house and I always choose it because they’re thorough usually fairly fast. The staff is very friendly and every time I’ve gone there they’ve treated me and effectively had a minimal cost. I would recommend them highly if you have an urgent need and can’t get into your regular doctor.
My experience at NextCare Urgent Care was first rate. Time and time again I have been unable to get an appointment with my primary care doctor. With hesitation, I booked an appointment at NextCare. I was surprised with the experience.Ivory took the time to understand my situation, and went out of her way to help me post car accident, and find solutions for long-term care.Everybody from the x-ray technician, to the young lady at the front desk were caring, and professional. I now have far more trust in their facility than that of a primary care.
2 hour plus wait for 5 minute appointment 3 rd visit this was the shortest wait dr was more concerned about getting me fired than the fact I got knocked unconscious and dislocated my shoulder hasn’t referred me anywhere not very knowledgeable about trauma injuries ended up in er after first visit with concussion this dr labeled abrasion Is this discrimination?
This place is a joke, I would not recommend it you better off just going to the ER...had an early appointment, waited for over an hour just to put in a room for another 20 minutes just to get a female with scrubs to tell me to come back later on the day because their X-ray technician left and wouldnt be back for a couple hours....later on the day I called just to make sure the tech was going to be available and seem like the girls who answered the phone couldnt find the paperwork I filled out earlier.... you would think since they screwed up early in the day I would get a courtesy call but nothing.....this place is not for the patients all they care is the 5 star reviews they get....
Was super happy with my experience today. My son has a bad rash on his face and his normal doctor couldn’t see him until next month! We made an appointment online and were in and out of the office. Thank you so much!
When I was seen, the quality of care was good. However, I had to wait two hours before being seen, even though I had an appointment. Why even offer appointment times if your office runs that far off schedule?
I needed a simple work physical. I called and was told no appt necessary. I arrived to be told that the next available appt was 6 hours away. So, I made an appt for the next day at 1045, I arrived 15 min early to fill out any paperwork then proceeded to wait in the waiting room for 1 hour 15 min to watch it empty out twice with the majority of people coming in after me. I wasnt seen by the NP until over 2 hours after my scheduled appt time. I will never go back to this location. Its the worst time management and wait times Ive experienced outside of an emergency room. I gave it 2 stars because the staff seemed pleasant except for Monique. I think it was her name. She was rude and had a horrible attitude.
The staff at this NextCare are beyond fantastic. I have never been treated with such caring and compassion. I swear there were 2 Angels in the exam room taking care of me. I am blown away.
Not a walk in clinic. They make you walk in to get an appointment and then you have to come back “if “ you get one. On top of this the PA spent maybe 2 minutes with me in total. Did not explain plans other than to come back if it still hurts. I get that they’re very busy. However 30 seconds looking at my wrist and completely missing how or where I was injured is not acceptable. Took an x ray but a radiologist did not read it. It was a waist in using my insurance for this “care”. Waited 30 minutes for a copy of my xray. Turns out my wrist actually was broken after they finally did send out to radiology per my request for a copy of my xray. Everyone was very friendly but the place is a dysfunctional mess.
My daughter and I showed up and the end of their shift (on the Sunday of a holiday weekend). Reception was unbelievably kind & compassionate and got us in to be seen as a walkin. I wish I could recall her name. She deserves to be recognized. I was on the verge of tears because my daughter was starting to feel so bad. We were literally running in. She was so kind to us and I more than appreciated that. Our nurse was amazing, efficient and very comforting. (Wish Id have caught her name). She got my daughter evaluated with a quickness!! We were then seen by the PA (Misha I believe). She was also very professional, informative and kind to us both!I had a very positive experience here and definitely recommend this facility if you need to be seen by kind, caring, efficient, professional Healthcare workers!Thank you so much for getting us seen and helping me to help my daughter feel better! Kudos to all this staff! My beautiful girl is finally resting peacefully.
The scheduling on phone or online is the most terrible experience ever. However the Staff at my location is the best. 1 star for corporate! , They suck !! 5 stars for the staff at Willowcreek location. They are amazing. I wont leave them a bad review even though corporate sucks. Be prepared to wait on hold forever. Spent my whole lunch hour on hold. Got billed for the wrong people.
Last year I had been to this location and had great service and they helped me with my ear infection with no issues. I had no hesitations on returning this time to get an allergy shot due to my previous experience. However, when I was seen this time around, instead of getting the allergy shot as I had intended and went there expecting to get, I instead was lectured on how everything I had been doing up to this point to relieve my allergies was wrong and they would absolutely refuse to give me the shot until I tried the OTC meds that she suggested (which also have not worked for me in the past and insisted I get through a prescription). Rather than listening to my concerns of how I had tried numerous allergy reliefs and how the shot had been most successful for my whole family and that is what I had come in specifically to get, I instead was lectured the entire time and the PA walked out. And to boot I still had to pay for the whole visit! So yay…I got to pay for a lecture. I definitely will not be going back to this location ever again.
It was very easy to make an appt on the phone. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appt. time. Everyone was professional and friendly. The doctor was knowledgeable and caring. This is a great alternative to the local hospital ER where the wait times are very long!
I was informed about my problem by a person who was very knowledgeable. I was helped very quickly. It was far superior than my regular Doctor. I will not hesitate to go back in the future for any of my medical problems.
Nextcare in Prescott has been better than going to emergency rooms. They are professional and quick. The doctor comes in quickly and then you schedule a follow up appointment when you are done.
I was treated at the NextCare clinic on Tuesday, March 26. I was very impressed with how nicely everyone treated me. It was very busy, and I waited a bit long , but I was very well taken care of and left feeling much better than I had felt when I arrived. I was quite pleased with the appointment.
Very pleased with the care received at this facility. When we could not see our primary care physician for 3 weeks it was great to be able to make an appointment and get sound medical treatment.
I utilized the virtual visit and it went smoothly. I am visiting Arizona so it was a bit of task to find an urgent care center that would accept my out of state insurance. Luckily it worked seamlessly with this location! The PA answered all my questions and was very helpful.
Extremely limited in their scope of knowledge or capabilities. Was told I needed to go to the emergency room since my headache, nausea and vomiting was beyond their scope of expertise If that was really a viable alternative I would have gone there in the first place. It was the 6 hour wait that was problematic. Came home with nothing but discharge papers and a referral to a dermatologist.
Easy check in. Everyone was professional, yet very caring and kind. I will continue to go here before ever considering the ER. Thank you to the staff and the doctor on duty.
Scheduling was easy and though when I arrived things were a bit behind, they got me in within 30 mins. The reception staff, MA, nurse, and PA were fantastic! They were each very considerate, patient, and professional in taking care of me with a procedure that normally might take 15 mins, but due to my complications took 90 mins. Ivory and Tyler, in particular, were so careful and kind in dealing with the situation and were very empathetic and careful all along the way. Im super grateful for their care and the solution they found that allowed me to leave the clinic with the problem solved. I would definitely recommend this team. Thanks to all of you at NextCare Miller Valley Road!
I am from out of state and I very easily got an appointment for the clinic, but they were so busy that I was probably 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. It was so nice. They kept me in the loop at all times and got me in as soon as I could. Everyone in the office was extremely nice
The folks at NextCare are so nice! I love how the staff pay attention to what I say. The doc didnt stare at the computer, she actually looked at me and listened!
Everyone I dealt with front the front desk on was amazing. Super efficient and very kind. And way less money than an ER. Highly recommend. Making and appointment is recommended.
If you have an appointment, they will call you back 30-45 minutes late and leave you sitting in the room for another 30-45 minutes. All this time for a tb check and basic physical. Stop over booking or have the stupid doctor work through his breaks and lunches. This is ridiculous. Completely unorganized and imagine if you were 15 minutes late, canceled appointment, and probably a charge.
Had an appointment at 2, was told to show up at 1:45pm, showed up at 1:30pm. Did not get seen until 3:45pm. The provider did not even do a thorough examination or run the tests I requested. I’ll never come here again. This is not how you should treat patients.
Honestly the worst billing situation I have ever seen, I honestly suspect fraud. We have paid the same bill multiple times, been told we owe nothing then get a warning from collections! It is insane! Patient treatment is okay but good luck dealing with the billing! Something is very shady!! No wonder they have an F rating with the BBB
I came in with my 18 month old. He had an obvious ear infection. Front desk was very kind and efficient, despite being overrun with patients. The nurse and PA were also very kind and worked well with my baby.My only complaint is that the room was stifling and uncomfortably warm for me. Regardless of that, I’m so grateful for this clinic.
What is a great experience my appointment was 3 o’clock and I was out of there by 3:30. Everyone was so nice. I won’t go there again if I ever need to.
The care and customer service I got in this office is great, anyone from this area knows all medical providers are busy and understaffed. Just be patient and kind and it makes things much smoother.
Had to wait an hour for my appointment because of an emergency that got in ahead of me, but once I got in, everything went very quickly and smoothly, the doctor was thorough and I was quite happy with the experience.
Staff experienced a high caseload and was great about letting me know when to come in for prompt service instead of the usual and more frustrating mode of havimg to wait it out in the office. When I did get service it was efficient and friendly.
Had a good experience. Got there in the morning and made an appointment for that day. Friendly staff and clean office. Nice to have this around with the limited healthcare in the area.
The process took a long time but that was expected. What wasnt expected was the fact that they wouldnt let a family member in while a 16 year old girl was getting her pinky popped backed into place. Overall a very uncomfortable experience which made many people very nervous as a very nervous and scared 16 year old girl had to go into a room alone while a doctor who she has never met pulled her pinky back in place. Overall not a good experience at all.
This place is a joke. Go to where there are real professionals. Im not kidding. Beware !! An X-ray tech giving an eye test ??? The PA doesnt listen and says random absurd things. This place doesnt have a Doctor . You have to go to PV to see a doctor who is there on a very limited schedule. I am used to real professionals. The other posts have got to be fake. I am more qualified than the people who work there, well except the ladies at the front desk they were smart and courteous to all.
I was pleased with the level of care I received from the nurse technician and the nurse practitioner. I became sick New Year’s Eve evening and couldn’t get in until Tuesday, January 02.Needless to say, you can only imagine how busy it was after a long holiday weekend. I was there right at 8 o’clock when they opened, and the first available time they could see me was 9:45 AM. I opted to stay rather than go home and come back. I’m grateful I did, because they got me in about an hour earlier than they initially anticipated.Tyler, the nurse technician, was very kind and compassionate. Ivory, my provider was efficient and kind. I appreciated the level of treatment and concern I received.
Needed a appt ASAP for my husband & getting one online was easy. Within minutes of arriving we were taking in to an exam room and they ran the necessary tests to see what was going on. Intake staff, nurses & PA were professional & very experienced. Thank you so much 👍
Thanks for Helping me with my ear issue when I couldnt get in to my own Doctor for 2 weeks. My issue was assessed quickly and taken care of, I really appreciate it. Thank you.
I dont know why this place has such good reviews. I tried it myself and was amazed how horrible it was. The receptionist couldnt understand my insurance and after explaining it and her not believing me, I told her to call them for their explanation which she did not do, obviously. Because I am not supposed to have a copay but made me pay one anyways because of her inability to understand it. Theres a difference between benefits and copay. Additionally, the doctor that saw me couldnt give two behinds about me when he finally did show up. He barged in, looked at what he was supposed to and was out in less than a minute. Didnt care about any of my questions and had a I have better things to do than my job. Horrible bedside manners. On top of that they want to charge almost $400? For an incompetent receptionist and rude doctor who ended up being wrong after I went to a real doctor? Yeah no. I will never step foot in this place again.
Very pleased with NextCare. Ease of making an appointment. The staff from the receptionist, medical assistant , X-ray technician and of course the PA, Adam all gave excellent and professional service.
Front desk and medical staff were very kind, responsive and professional. Though it’s likely they’ll never see me again, they treated me like a long-term, valued patient.
Everything from the reception to the NP were amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable and quick while still giving me and my thumb great care. If necessary Ill definitely be back to this location!!
Went there to get tested for strep instead of going to the er. Website says they’re open. No sign on the door. But it’s locked. Very misleading. Drove 20 minutes to get here.
High vibrational team here! Easy to work with- genuine, relatable and helpful. I made an appt online- was there early and still waited less than 15 mins. We’ve used different physicians here, and they’ve all been wonderful.
Every person I came to contact with was super friendly and helpful..It was as pleasant of an experience as going to an urgent care can be
My first visit - and it exceeded my expectations even though it was highly recommended to us. Staff were prompt, friendly and thorough.
From checking in at the front desk to the triage and finally seeing the Doctor - this visit was first class. The empathy of the Dr and her assistant showed compassion and professionalism. Absolutely recommend this facilty. Thank you Dr Marinakis and Chantel-( sorry if I misspelled your name)
I went to get a physical for my job done. They forgot to fill out part of my paperwork. Rescheduled an appointment to fix what they messed up. Showed up and they said I didnt have an appointment even though I had a confirmation in my email on my phone. Made me sign in as a walk in. Waited an hour past me appointment, that I did schedule, all for a 15 second visit to fix thier mistake. Would not recommend them ever.
The people there were very kind and efficient. As a new patient they got me through the new patient paperwork quickly.
On Christmas Eve, I suffered a severe ankle injury and sought urgent care at the Prescott Valley location, but they were fully booked for walk-in appointments. Luckily, I managed to secure an appointment at the Willow Creek location for Christmas Day at 11 am. Firstly, the staff went above and beyond with their kindness and friendliness! They promptly provided me with a wheelchair and ensured my comfort. The PA swiftly recognized my pain and offered valuable care and advice. I received a prompt X-ray, and Cadence, who was training a new technician, was incredibly attentive to detail, ensuring the walking boot fit perfectly. Everyone exhibited exceptional professionalism, kindness, and genuine care - true superheroes indeed! Despite it being Christmas, they were there, foregoing time with their families, and their warmth and kindness were invaluable. Im immensely grateful for the outstanding care I received at this location!
I took my son in today and the entire office was so kind and so helpful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a hello, the nurse was interested in our concerns and the provider was kind. I felt heard and cared for and we left knowing that, as a team, we were going to get my son back to health. I’m thankful for the service they provide and the love behind it.
Excellent customer service and patient care from the front reception to the nurse and NiP. Very caring and compassionate medical team. I would highly recommend this facility.
Needed to be seen for an ear ache. Scheduling an appt was quick and easy. Front desk staff member was professional and managed several patient check ins simultaneously. She was courteous and quick. The medical assistant was courteous and quick. Emma, the NP, was very pleasant and took care of my needs quickly. I’m pleased that I chose this facility for urgent care.
I always get great care at NextCare in Prescott. They always spend as much time with me as needed and everyone there is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable.
I am very satisfied with their online appointment process and text follow up on confirming the appointment. The staff were very professional, patient and pleasant to everyone.
The front desk gals are experts! They have a very difficult job getting people in that are not feeling well and show a lot of compassion. The only downside would be that I am not sure the point of making an appointment. Not a criticism of the front desk, as I am sure they have limited control over it. Walk ins that came well after my appointment time were all taken ahead of me. I do understand taking a very ill patient ahead of me, this was not the case. My provider, a nurse practitioner, was wonderful and very knowledgeable!
Staff is professional and knowledgeable but still nurtures that hometown feel. Had an appointment for a sick kiddo and happened to bring another kiddo along that just hurt himself at school. Even though their walkin schedule was booked they saw him anyway. Kiddos are mended. Our wait time was less than ten minutes to get into a room and see the PA. Adam, Candice, and the rest of the staff took great care of us. Thanks, guys!
Excellant and Professional Staff. Medical treatment, caring outstanding. My ER go to for urgent care. Labs, X-Rays availabe if needed. A+
Very personable staff. The attention to care was great. Very timely getting us right in and back on our way.
My husband had a rash/burn on his hand. They were able to get him in and treat him quickly. Very friendly staff.
I had a fantastic experience, all the Ladies there made me feel very welcomed and well taken care of! Awesome group!
Operating hours are posted wrong on the door. Came in person because appointments were full. Had to make a third trip because walk in appointment was over an hour away.
Looked online and it said only 2 waiting, but no apps available,so I took a chance to walk in. They couldnt get me in till the evening, so came back, and had to wait over an hour more. But seeing how sick most of the patients were, I was OK with waiting and just thankful to get in. The 2 front desk gals was very kind and patient with everyone, and the nurse practitioner Emma Nunez was very caring, good listener, thorough and diagnosed my problem right away. Best chances to get in, is early or make an appointment, which is so much faster than trying to get in to any doctors office around here.
I only gave 4 stars because of the wait even though I had an appointment set. But the doctors are amazing!
They handle a lot of people so be prepared to be given an appointment for later in the day. Their medical personnel is very competent and professional and seem very thorough. So much better than a trip to the ER.
This is hands down the best urgent care in the area. They are always super nice can caring. I was able to finally get my sinus infection taken care of because they took the time to look at my allergy history.
The front desk clerk was nice and straightforward. I was there for only a TB test. However, I waited for nearly two hours to be told they didn’t have proper supply to do my test. Then I was promptly sent down the road to another lab test site. Unfortunately, the “10” minute that was quoted from one facility to the following was incorrect due to that facility’s inability to do this TB test til after 2. So as a result of having already waited nearly 2 hours at this urgent care, I would have to wait another hour for another facility to do the test.
Lucky to be able to get in and be seen in short order unlike the likely hours long wait at the hospital ER. Friendly and professional staff, thank you.
Wait time was a bit after my appointment, but thats normal for doctors. My nurse actually listened to me thoroughly about my chronic illness, took lots of tests and ordered even more. Gave me prescriptions, was genuinely concerned, made eye contact, was very pleased to finally find someone determined to figure out what is wrong with me.
I had a challenge with a sever infection on my index finger which was caused from a hot glue gun burn . I was seen immediately at 0800 and was on my way at 0820 . I’m on strong antibiotics and problem solved ! I had the very best care .
Absolutely amazing experience from the very first interaction to the goodbye as we left. Great staff! Thank you!
Very good visit. From the walk in to the walk out, everyone was so nice, professional and helpful.
Ivory, the PA-C on site, was amazing! Very Knowledgeable, friendly, listened and genuinely cared about my daughter’s wellbeing. 💯 recommend her!
This was my first visit to urgent care. Every person I met with, including front desk ladies, my triage care professional and my nurse practioner were caring, professional, efficient and easy going. Judy, my NP, was fantastic and she, as well as everyone else, helped me feel safe and and well tended to.
The incoming staff was excellent. Despite not having a scheduled time, she was very receptive and explained everything. The nurse practitioner was also outstanding as well as her assistant. Everyone was pleasant, paid attention to detail, and very efficient. Thank you for the opportunity and if needed, we would be sure to attend this site.
Very friendly and helpful staff! I had a great first visit.
Decent service but a long wait. We were there for 2 1/2 hours even after making an appointment. Going to the er would have probably been faster, because my daughter was having a bad allergic reaction to new sunscreen and needed steroids to stop the reaction.
The desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Tyler listened attentively and asked and answered questions well. The clinical nurse was great. The team at this office is wonderful
The staff is wonderful! Friendly, kind and they listen to your problems patiently
Very good experience, everyone was kind, helpful and efficient. Appreciated that the X-ray services were right there onsite. Only complaint is that I didnt think the website was clear enough about whether you accept walk-ins.
They were great squeezing me in to a packed schedule and organizing an X-ray that originally couldnt be done till the next day. Thank You!!
I have been to this Urgent Care several times & I have always been very happy with the care. Today I waited a little longer than expected, over an hour, but service & care was excellent and I so appreciate the help! I received a prescription for my sinus infection & started taking Med immediately. Thank you!!
This is the best Urgent Care in the area. Everyone is so nice and professional. It’s also very clean.
I was treated by some of the kindest, most knowledgeable medical professionals ever. The experience started at the front desk with a check in person who really got it. Unlike the NextCare Urgent Care place in Prescott Valley I went to yesterday where the front desk person was almost rude. The facility in Prescott was the opposite. I left feeling better just from the way I was treated.
Had a cuticle that got infected. Was looking for some pain relief or some antibiotics. I was just a walk-in I did not have appointment. I was there when they opened. They got me in and took care of the issue in a total of 1 hour time. Dr. Roberts give me some antibiotics and I’m good to go. Thanks NextCare.
I had a scheduled appointment on Sunday for an illness. I spent almost two hours at the clinic; of that, less than five minutes was with medical staff. They were extremely cursory and rushed. I understand that this is an urgent care and not a primary care center, but nevertheless providers should not be in such an incredible hurry with patients. I tend to think that no medical care provider would choose on their own to operate in this way, and I am inclined to think the clinic is not well staffed or managed. Two days later, I am slightly improved but not by much. In the end, I do not have any confidence in the competence or quality of the care I received and I regret that we chose NextCare.
The staff was great! Pretty quick evaluation for my children and I. About an hour. The only thing that was inconvenient was that I had 4 appointments back to back and I was told to come back bc about 10 walk ins had came in. I wasn’t seen until 30 mins after my check in.
All staff friendly and professional. Making the appointment and checking in on line made a smooth an speedy process.
This is a very kind place. Doctor’s offices usually make me nervous. This facility is competent and soothing.
Excellent service, PA was incredible, everyone who so nice and kind. They even got me in 1 hr earlier than thought.
UPDATE:Right when I thought this facility couldn’t get any better I got the most amazing Customer Care from the 2 gals in the front Jayleen & Angelica that went WAY above & beyond for me. Also Ivory was as well the BEST practitioner or nurse I’ve ever seen here. Easy 10 Stars ⭐️Had to go to the urgent care today and just as before I had a top-of-the-line experience. Best urgent care in the entire quad city area.
This facility displayed a high level of professionalism and thorough care. As I heard the front desk secretaries converse with patients, they were both understanding and concerned about the patient. In like manner, the triage nurse, MA, and PA all made the patient feel well cared for . My prescription was called in immediately and ready at the local pharmacy.I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to any one.
Excellent care. Was a walk-in and was seen immediately. Staff and PCP very caring and knowledgeable. PCP spent time with me. Ordered and did x-rays same visit. I would/will return and recommend NCUC to others. 5 star. Thank you NCUC Prescott
The gals at the front desk were talking loudly about dying hair, birthday parties, and such. Very unprofessional. The MA who took me back was fantastic. Adam, PA, was good until ordering meds. I told him I had a PCN allergy and he ordered an antibiotics counter indicated with PCN allergies. I called and he re ordered the same antibiotics I had already tried without success. 3rd try was a charm and he ordered something I could take. Too bad it took so many tries to get something appropriate.
My first broken bone and I was an hour and a half away from home. The staff was kind, friendly, and able to see me VERY quickly. They made a horrible situation feel bearable. I will forever be grateful.
I was in terrible pain due to a tennis elbow yesterday, and today i am feeling better already with less pain.Thank you!
Great staff, very caring and I would highly recommend Prescott NextCare.Thank you very much for your help. TC
They got my son right in with no apt answered all my questions and concerns very professional and courteous highly recommend if ever needed
I just went to this urgent care for help because Ive been dealing with severe back instead of helping all this nurse practitioner did was tell me why I should not be there and I am appalled. I went there For help in I regret going there. I have never been treated so terrible in my life. She looked at me and treated me like I was something on the bottom of her shoe.
Terrible they were rude and was waiting for five hours when I had appointment. Don’t recommend going there.
Ivory and the staff at Prescott urgent are amazing! They were very thorough and took the time to address all of our questions!!!
Good job, glad you could help. Seems to be quicker than going to the E.R @ Hospital
Couldn’t get an appointment with my doctor for three weeks! Went to NextCare Urgent Care and was so impressed. P.A. Ivory was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient and caring. Highly recommend.
Was able both of my children for same day appointment. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Make sure you call in the morning to schedule though, slots fill up quickly.
Clean facility. The staff was very pleasant & organized, with the office running like a well oiled machine. The Nurse Practitioner listened attentively, addressed my concerns, explained what was happening with me & what to expect during recovery. I was also given hands on treatment which seems to be rare these days. I had just about given up on the medical field but NextCare was an amazing experience, treating patients as if they matter, the way patients were treated in the old days. I feel satisfied & I highly recommend them.
Everyone is amazing. The Doctor is caring and knowledgeable. Love this place. ❤️
While the care I got here was fine (the PA was wonderful but the young guy doing my vitals, not so much. He is in dire need of a class in “bedside manner”). My major complaint is when you call for test results, you can never get through to anyone on the phone. I’ve been on hold over 45 minutes to an endless recording and hold music. I would recommend them as an alternative if you’re ill and your regular MD isn’t available. Just don’t expect a lot.
Every time I have come here I have received extremely compassionate a high-quality care. The medical staff is knowledgeable and took time to work on my issues and find a solution. Doctors Ivory and Adam are superb and I’m sure any others there would be of equal caliber. The staff did not make judgements for any differing beliefs in treatments and strategies. The front office personnel handles long lines of people with professionalism and grace. I highly recommend this Next Care Urgent Care and I am grateful or their help! Thank you! 🙏
I went to the Prescott Urgent Care for an injury. I was very impressed by the staff, they handled everything professionally and in a friendly manner. Being a holiday weekend they were very friendly, and sadly not everyone was understanding or kind, but the staff was always patient and polite. I received excellent care and am appreciative.
Everyone at this facility is kind and compassionate. They really care about you. Human kindness at work there
Everyone here was friendly, especially Trish. You generally don’t expect a good experience when coming to a walk-in clinic, since they’re likely understaffed and overworked. But even with a line out the door, Trish was calm and kind and always had a smile on her face. The girls in back were also very nice! I had an appointment so I was seen very quickly, so I can’t touch on walk-in wait times. I would definitely return again with an appointment if needed!
The PAs are wonderful here, but when I came in on Monday there was a line of people waiting. It was 8am so they should have been open. All the lights were off and doors were locked. No notice on the door or anywhere to let people know they were closed. Came back today and their wait was over 3 hrs and the front desk lady had her kid there playing on the dirty floor. EDIT: emailed them got one response and nothing else. What’s the point of having an urgent care if you never know if they will be open.
Got in quickly. People were professional and very caring. Got good health care and on road to recovery.
I’ve used the urgent care on Willow Creek multiple times and every time has been outstanding. We’ve had sick kiddos, broken toes, ripped toenails, you name it. The front office staff is always so kind. When we are stressed and impatient they are patient and calm. The techs and NPs are just as amazing! Even when it’s 7:30 at night and they’ve had a long day they are smiling and doing their absolute best. I haven’t been to the ER is years because NextCare is the best!!!
Everyone was so nice! We were treated with kindness and understanding during a stressful time.
They got me in same day and took good care of me. Got me in and out in a fair amount of time. Friendly caring staff. I always have had good experiences at both this Prescott location and the Prescott Valley location.
Front desk was helpful and informative getting me the next available walk in. I came in early, they got me in early. Friendly and caring staff. Can’t speak highly enough of Monice at the froth desk as well as Keeley and Adam who saw me. Thank you all for your help.
Had a serious sinus infection and tried to deal with it on my own, but had little luck. Stopped by this clinic last minute and was able to be seen quickly. Nice, professional folks and a quick and easy experience. Happy with the visit.
February 5, 2024,,,,Because my SUPER introductory experience in May 2023, I chose Next Care, Willow Creek, to clear my ear ducts again! I am 98 years old, myself and others, HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A WEEK TO CONNECT TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.... WITH NO SUCCESS!!! PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS LOCATION IS STILL VALID..... IF YOU ARE TRULY OPEN FOR SERVICES. THANK YOU, A.C. SPRIK
Short wait, my visit was awesome. Front desk person was friendly and thorough. Mara Hall, the PA, was very warm and caring. Her bedside manner and wealth of knowledge was both comforting and encouraging. She gave me detailed instructions on care. Very good visit.
Made an appointment and only waited about ten minutes! Much nicer than drop in and wait a long time! Great front office staff and medical personnel.
I can say Urgent Care staff was very professional & friendly. I made an appointment online which made it easy as I was pre-checked in on arrival with just a short wait. All the staff in Prescott were very professional. It was as good a Doctor office visit as one could hope for. Thank you Urgent Care.
We got in super quick for it being Christmas Eve, and everyone was so sweet and understanding about my daughter absolutely hating the doctors office. They were so helpful and understanding that we are from out of state and were just making sure my three year old wasnt sick with anything major. Made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend just based on the staff alone.
Staff is attentive, professional. I always feel I get the highest level of care.
Made a appointment at 9:47 am for a 5:30 pm visit. It is now 6:30 pm & I have not been seen.Terrible
I went to the PV office about 1:30 on Saturday with severe foot pain but they were not accepting new walk-ins due to the 5-hour wait time. They made an appointment for me the next afternoon in the Prescott office. On Sunday I was seen for intake/vitals within a few minutes of arrival. Shortly thereafter, I was assessed by a PA, had X-rays, received preliminary diagnosis, and was provided with a boot and copy of xrays...all within an hour of my arrival. They definitely exceeded my expectations!
I went to the Next Care Urgent Care because my PP could not see me until June and I was very ill. I have say that my visit to the Prescott Next Care Urgent care was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had lately. The receptionist was cheerful and very efficient. The nurse who prepped me to see the doctor was simply lovely, he was caring and thoughtful and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. The PA thorough, listened to me and was very attentive. I never felt rushed and I felt they actually cared about making me feel better. I will recommend this office to all my friends. Thank you!
Crowded, but not a long wait time, especially considering that they were covering for another office, too. The front desk ladies were kind, very helpful, very efficient and they were so patient even though they had a huge workload. They were the perfect combination of professional and personable. I was impressed. The medical staff were obviously very, very busy, too, but I never felt hurried or like I was being rushed. I was treated with respect and compassion and frankly, I was treated better than I am at my primary care physician. They took care of me, answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I left there knowing that I had made the right decision when I decided to go to NextCare, instead of toughing it out or seeing my primary care. I am so very impressed with them and I am grateful for the care I received from them. Thank you NextCare!
Ive been there a couple times in the past and wasnt impressed. It seemed unorganized and unfriendly staff. This time, everyone was professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Got in to see the Dr. On time. Online schedule of the appointment was user- friendly. All in all, an ok experience.
Everyone who helped me today were all so nice. I needed help and I was treated with care and compassion. Thank you!!
Excellent care, friendly and professional staff. In and out with in one hour.
Excellent. I feel better after seeing Patrick, the PA I saw. He gave better advice & correct diagnosis than my own GP last 3 weeks ago. It is a rash that Patrick assumed me is not ringworm ( as I was told) &?therefore not contagious like I was told by my GP.So glad I came to your Urgent Care. And the nurse & receptionist were ver accommodating & nice
I went in at 6:20 fully expecting them to be full, but when I politely asked the woman at the front desk if they were still accepting patients her was response was Nope, apologies. Im not sure if she was set off by the conversation she was having with another patient when I walked in, but either way she didnt need to be so cold about it. Ive never had a bad experience here until her rudeness.
Short wait time. The complete visit was less than an hour. Staff was courteous and helpful.
Staff very friendly and helpful, thorough and professional. Would highly recommend.
The wait was a little longer than expected but the care I received was fantastic. All staff members were great, but an extra shout out to Reanna and Keely! Thank you for your care, concern and great sense of humor at the end of a long day!!
I had an urgent need on a Sunday afternoon while visiting from out of town. I received *exceptional* care and service from everyone at this clinic. I am very glad I went here!
Very fine staff…. Took time in addressing my needs ….fulfilled my expectations…. Sent me out the door with a clear conscience…. Well organized and professional
Given the circumstances of my visit to this urgent care I must say the whole experience was much better than expected. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful and made sure I was quickly checked in and had all my questions answered. I knew I would have to wait so it really does not factor into these comments. Once I was called into the clinic the staff was amazing. Friendly and compassionate but still very efficient with their time and mine. Everything was explained in detail several times (good when you are a bit stressed and distracted). Overall, I was very pleased with my care here.
Great service, everyone was so kind and helpful. My NP Amy was so kind. I am feeling awful and the got me what I needed.
Short wait time with appointment, provider listened to concerns, thorough exam, friendly staff.
I was in trouble needed meds right away. They took good care of me.
Nice, professional, caring, clean, well organized. Great nurse and PA that treated our 10 year old while visiting the grandparents. Better than most urgent cares in Southern California.
Awesome service, all providers and nurses were very nice. It was very fast I think I waited about 20 min. before I was seen. I like the way they have you sit and wait in your car and someone will call you to discuss your symptoms. The only downside was rude reception, she lightened up after a second of talking. But I would suggest a little more niceities on the way in before you start that conversation. I realize everyone has off days so I just took it with a grain of salt! Overall, not a bad experience and would recommend.
I went in because I have a bad infection on my hand. I have insurance, and I called my insurance to make sure that they would cover it. I went in, and he saw that it was out of state and just said no. At first, he gave me one story about making sure that they would pay. Then, after he said no, he told me a lie saying he would lose his medical license. Which is it? That guy is a real piece of work to say the least.
I have been here twice in the last week and a half. This is hands down the most compassionate Urgent Care I have ever visited. From the office staff to the nurse practitioners thank you and I appreciate you.
Thank you to Angelica at the front office, for helping us get my daughter seen quickly.
Real good service. I was taken care of quite well.
They were so kind and very fast to help me are always and I am feeling so much relief now thank you guys for all you do
Courteous staff kept me informed with appointment schedule, physicians knowledgeable and polite
It is hard to adequately evaluate this urgent care as it was a very busy day, and I do not think there are enough urgent care centers around. The staff did their best to help all the patients the best the could, but there was not enough staff working. The system was down at one of their other locations sending even more people to this location. It just seemed like a very hectic day, and the staff was trying to accomplish too much. It seemed like maybe a management and staffing issue due to healthcare worker shortages. I wish my daughter was seen quicker as we checked in at 10:40, but was not seen by a provider till 3:00pm. They did the best they could with the amount of staffing they had.
I had to go in with my daughter for a pretty big cut she got on her foot. The staff was INCREDIBLE. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the technician, to the doctor who stitched her up…they all were SO wonderful in making her feel comfortable and brave. You can tell they care about their patients. They are a great team!
The staff is so lovely here. Multiple, great experiences!!
This place is a 100% joke. I went in with strep throat and they turned me away and told me if it’s still bad in 2 weeks come back. I come back 8 days later barely able to talk or breathe and I’m told it’s an 3 hour wait and there is no opening to be seen today, tomorrow but are some slots late the following day. I get upset as I was already in there a week before and was sent away. Essentially I was being told I could be seen but if they closed before I can be seen, I’ll have to wait 2 more days just to be seen. Our health care system is a complete fraudulent joke. Who are the people giving this play 5 stars? Old people getting a flu shot? How many of us who are really sick are gonna go get an app on our phone and sign up to be seen in three days? When you’re truly sick, youre not gonna wait three days to be seen. Waiting days to be seen by a place called urgent care when there is zero urgency in the building is absolutely unacceptable and absurd. This place need more competition because the alternative, turned away, is not treatment, it’s laughable.Don’t go here if you want treatment. If you want to waste your time and money to get nothing, by all means, do what the rest do; Make an online appointment, wait two days to be turned away, be told to return with an appointment two weeks later, to be turned away by a hack job doctor that walks into the room telling you to just go away. (Yes, this was my actual first time experience when I went in for streptococcal, they told to come back in two weeks if it doesn’t get better and that I needed to make an appointment on the app to make sure I could get in.)
I made an appointment for afternoon, but decided I couldn’t wait. I had a badly infected and injured finger. I was seen within five minutes by an intake person and probably another five minutes by the PA, same for the radiologist. Everybody was very polite and nice. I never felt hurried, they listened to whatever I had to say.I was visiting family, so this was not what I was hoping to be doing while I was there! A few days later, I received a phone call for follow up and was told that a radiologist had read the x-rays, and that there was a hairline fracture that apparently the PA did not see. By then, my finger was feeling OK and anyway if I need further attention I have a hand surgeon at home that I can see. I was grateful that they called me to let me know.
It was my first time at this clinic, and it went great. I was initially disappointed by the 2-hr. wait, but happy when told I could leave and go about my day. They called me when they were ready to see me, and I was seen almost immediately when I arrived. The service was professional and I was x-ray-ed and diagnosed on the spot. Very happy with my experience.
Ivory and Candice were excellent, professional, friendly and caring. I had excellent care. Trevor
Long long long wait time, front office Brandon was great. Nurse Practitioner was good but only gave me an oral antibiotic and second visit to my doctor I needed an eye ointment prescribed. I still will use this office in future if emergency since near my house
130pm on a Thursday and refused walk-in, yet open for hours. Almost no one in the lobby. No appointments available at 7am per their website and said walk-ins welcome. Called their PV location and same story. Need more doctors and staff clearly. Healthcare in Prescott is a joke.
Girls at the desk were wonderful. Wait time was an hour and a half but the care, nurses, and PAC treated me with compassion and kindness even though I had +Covid prior to coming in. Really nice people there.
The 3 staff members I dealt with were extremely pleasant and kind. Their receptionist treated me how Id like to be treated everywhere. Great nurse and caring doctor. A wonderful staff.
Staff was amazing for my procedure I needed done. I went in looking for a referral for the process by a foot doctor and ended up having the procedure done right there. I was a little surprised by walk-ins going before scheduled appointments, but I also understand some of those people had been waiting for over 5 hours. So I recommend getting your appointment early to anyone going. Other than that amazing service and great staff to make my experience great….and the procedure I needed bearable. I hope nextcare takes care of their current staff at this location, as my other previous experiences were not as pleasant.
I was very happy with the care and efficiency this office had. Even though when I went in and there was 37 people in front of me they went through them so quickly. When they texted me it was almost my turn and to come back to facility it was a great process. I never felt rushed by the Dr. or staff.
Amazing service all around. Front desk staff are very sweet and helpful. Doctors are even more caring. I had an earache and made a reservation for 6pm I showed up at 5:30 and was out of there by 6:01 with a prescription. I do recommend making a reservation, though because a lot of people do walk-ins and they could be at max capacity when you arrive. But other than that, I definitely recommend this urgent care facility.
This is probably the best urgent care facility I’ve ever been to. The nurses were efficient and kind. The PA was excellent. The real star was Brendan. Patient, super nice and efficient from start to finish. NextCare is lucky to have this kind of customer service. It’s hard to find.
I was greeted in a friendly manner by front desk receptionist. Liked the idea if filling out forms on my cell phone. Medical assistant was very pleasant and competent as she took my vitals which made me feel comfortable as a first time patient. Adam health care provider was very professional, caring, and took the time to listen as I explained the reason for my visit. This facility is run very efficiently. Great experience!
Signed in online for an afternoon slot to avoid the walk in rush. Great people Short wait time. I had to come back the next day to change the prescription because my system couldn’t take the first medication. Just hard to use phone system. I had to walk in the second day to fix the prescription
Quite competent and enjoyable visit for a spider bite today.
Been here a few times. A couple good experiences but mostly bad. Went in under order from my boss and was refused service because there were two patients already there and they were closing in two hours. This latest one went in and found a sign on the door that they were closed .
What does urgent care mean to you? Were only taking appointments on weekends, no walk-ins. Sorry. Earliest I can get you in is Monday. They clearly dont think my need for care is particularly urgent. Useless.
Everyone that worked with me took care of me very well. They were detailed and patient with me. Thank you.
