The entire team at Kindbody in Princeton was amazing at making my husband and I feel comfortable from the beginning of our IVF journey, 2 years ago. Dr. Cohen is extremely relatable and answers all of your questions with ease. Dana is the happiest most positive person that makes your million ultrasounds a seamless experience. Angelica is an incredible nurse who truly cares about you and gets back to you so quickly! Thank you Kindbody team for making our dream of getting pregnant, a reality!

We started going to Kindbody after unsuccessfully trying for our second for a year. Luckily Kindbody services were covered by our insurance plan. After running a bunch of tests we decided on a treatment plan with the doctors, and a little over a year later we had a beautiful baby girl. Our process included many, many visits to the clinic but the staff always made my visits very smooth and pleasant. We couldn’t have been more happy with our Kindbody clinic and the whole process.

I just completed my first cycle yesterday, and I just want to express my gratitude to the Kindbody team! I was able to retrieve 3 eggs and all 3 were mature and vitrified/cryopreserved! When I originally started this journey, I experienced some issues that delayed the process and was beginning to lose hope. I reached out to the CEO as a last ditch effort, and surprisingly she responded and connected me with her CIO who helped make things right so I can move forward with my first cycle while other staff members helped me get through the appeals process with my insurance to get my second cycle approved. The Princeton staff did an amazing job -- they had so much compassion and care for me throughout the entire process! It was a rough cycle - had a lot of pelvic pain due to the endometriosis/endometrioma - but, the Princeton team definitely made things infinitely better than I imagined given the circumstances! Even though I know my next cycle will be tough on my body, I know I have a great medical team to support me at Kindbody!Thank you so much!JoAnna

Today, I graduate from Kindbody, which means I am officially pregnant—all thanks to a wonderful team!I began my IVF journey with Kindbody in March, and today we are blessed with our dream of growing our family.I want to give a BIG thank you and a shout-out to the incredible team that supported me through it all:- Dana, the ultrasound tech**—a wonderful and loving person. She was always so pleasant during every appointment, great at answering all my questions. Love you, Dana! You are amazing, girl! 🥰- Anjelica—my rock!** When I say she was my rock, I mean it! She was with me every step of the way, invested in every detail. Very caring, honest, and detail-oriented. Love you too, girly! 😘- Kiana, the lab tech**—always funny and in a great mood, wishing me the best of luck every time. 😍- Charity and Kevin**, our frozen embryos first babysitters, and the amazing embryology team. They were so caring, called on time with updates at every step, and were meticulous on transfer day (since we decided to transfer without knowing the gender). And last but never least:- Our loving Dr. Cohen!!** 🙌🏼🙏🏻🤍💪🏻 I am forever thankful and grateful! She knew exactly what my body needed, what protocol to use, and it worked the first time! I understand that not everyone or every body is the same and that sometimes it takes a few tries, but from day one, we KNEW in our hearts this was it. She was honest at every step, careful with everything, and knew exactly what to say. I had over 50 questions at our first appointment, and she answered every single one. It was so positive from day one with her.Today, we scream—we are officially pregnant!!!None of this would have been possible without the amazing team we had! Big shout-out and thanks to every single one of you! We will be coming back for our frozen embryos for our future baby siblings 🥰I was only able to take a picture with Dana and Anjelica on our last day.

Had to update my review. LOVE THE PEOPLE. Doctor nurse techs are all great but the corporate BILLING IS RIDICULOUS AND UNREACHABLE.I had a a few insurance changes as a patient there which I know is a pain. Everytime I tried to call billing and no one answered so I messaged through the portal with photos of my insurance cards and effective dates and reached out a few times and was told it would get send to billing. I called multiple times over the last few weeks since I did not see the recent visits on my insurance claims…. No one has EVER answered from billing. I message through the portal and am told it will be sent to billing. Well now I have left 4 voicemails to billing and have not received a call back in weeks and now have received a bill for the visits that were never even sent to the correct insurance company. I work in healthcare and if we ever bill an insurance that comes back as not active under those dates we call the patient to ask if they have other insurance.I have already provided that and no one will even return my call to properly resubmit claims.RIDICULOUSStarting the process of finding a fertility Dr is scary and can be very overwhelming but if you do one thing, choose Kindbody Princeton and you will not be disappointed. I do not write a lot of reviews unless someone is exceptional and that is what Kindbody is.I am a healthcare professional and I HATE going to the Dr. Going into this I was terrified of blood draws and ultrasounds and medications and everything that you have to go through with infertility. When I walked into Kindbody I felt comfortable, safe and at home immediately. They all know you by name, remember you day to day and GENUINELY care about their patients.First youll meet Kiana for the blood draw. I remember being so scared my first blood draw and she just talked to me normally throughout the process and suddenly it wasnt scary at all. She brings a fun vibe to the clinic and usually has some good music playing.Second youll meet Dana, the ultrasound tech. Dana is SUCH a sweetheart. She makes the whole process seem normal and always answered my million questions I would ask. You can tell how genuinely excited she is for everything she sees. Whether it was a bunch of large follicles or finally my baby at the end she was actually excited for me and makes you feel so special and that really helped my positivity throughout the whole process.Anjelica is the nurse and she is wonderful as well. She was always VERY quick to respond through the portal and was very on top of everything all the time. She gave very clear instructions and always got back to me right away no matter how small the question was.Dr. Cohen is awesome as well! She is very laid back, which made me feel very comfortable. She also gave me time to ask any questions and answered everything in completion. After talking to many of my friends who went to other fertility clinics I REALLY appreciated her. She actually LISTENED to my concerns, thoughts and opinions and let me be a voice in my treatment instead of just doing whatever was typical company protocol like some of my friends who went to other clinics.Lastly Taylor was the new receptionist towards the end of my treatments and she was awesome as well!!!Theres also the guy in the lab downstairs who I did not see much but my husband did and he was great too!! Shout out to him also!!Highly recommend this clinic to everyone. Especially if you feel overwhelmed at larger offices and want to be a name and a face instead of just a number

I just finished my second egg freezing cycle/egg retrieval about a week ago and, once again, the Princeton medical team were amazing. They were always very responsive to my questions, whether it be on the phone or via their portal. The night before my retrieval, I had to take an pregnancy test (the trigger shots are supposed to give you a false positive) and my pregnancy test was not super clear whether it was positive or negative and a doctor called me at 1030PM to put my mind at ease because I was having anxiety about whether or not I administered the shot correctly! This is the kind of care that is needed when women are going thru such an emotionally/physically taxing process. The medical staff (Dr. Rachael Cohen, Angelica, Kiana and Dana) made me feel supported and cared for throughout the entire process! Thank you so much!

I worked with Kriszta for Nutrition and Thais for therapy. During this journey of starting a family, Kindbody has helped me build the greatest support system I could ask for. I am so grateful that my job offers services through Kindbody because they have truly changed my entire outlook on this journey. Kriszta was great to work with and gave me so much insight on nutrition when it comes to wanting to start a family and in general. Thais has been a lifesaver and an amazing therapist. I could not recommend Kindbody more!

I have been trying to get pregnant for over 3 years before we decided to start our IVF journey. I was hesitant to start the process because all the research on it seemed so overwhelming. I am so happy I decided to use Kindbody in the end. They made me feel comfortable each step of the way. With their help, I am finally 23 weeks pregnant. I thought this day would never come!A few of the staff members there will always have a special place in my heart especially Dana, the sonographer! She is my absolute favorite! She was always so bright and cheery and made you look forward to your visit each time! She is so amazing at her job, and Kindbody is lucky to have her!!! She helped me so much along the way and I will forever be grateful to her.Kiana, the phlebotomist was the best I’ve ever used! She never hurt or bruised me! She was very kind and welcoming.I loved getting my follow up calls with Tracey, the head nurse. She is one of the hardest working and most knowledgeable nurses I have ever met!Another important person that made this experience so great is Dr. Aimee Seungdamrong! She is by far one of the sweetest and most caring doctors I have ever met. She is based out of Kindbody in Bryant Park, NY. Since the first time I had my virtual appointment with her, I knew I wanted her to be my doctor through this journey. My husband, Clint and I were happy to travel to NY to see her for my procedures. I was so nervous for my egg retrieval and just seeing her there with me through it all put me at such ease. Whenever I had questions or worried about something, she would always follow up with me via phone, and every time the conversation was over, I felt so great again about everything. Because of her, I will finally be a mom. And for that, I cannot thank her enough!!Dr. Cohen was also great at Princeton. She would review my labs and ultrasounds when Dr. Seungdamrong wasn’t available. I always felt like someone was taking good care of me through the process.I am so happy I chose to use Kindbody!

I highly recommend this clinic. Kiana (medical assistant) was amazing and really helped me love going to appointments. Dana (ultrasound tech) was amazing in being there for my ultrasounds and making me feel safe. Anjelica (nurse) was great in getting my blood and making sure I drink water. This is the power team at kindbody. I can’t forget Taylor (receptionist) who helped answer all my insurance questions. Of course the doctor was amazing as well in that she always has an answer to any possible question you have and will tell you the news in a respectable fashion.

I wanted to like this place so much! My first doctor was pleasant and informative, and the offices are very nice, however the communication breakdown that was a nightmare for me and my partner to navigate makes this place very unpleasant and worse - ineffective at their promised value to their patients. We experienced issues with being passed between different people at the office and at the corporate level, and once we did all of our testing, re-testing, and paid for a years worth of visits and lab work, we were finally then consulted on financing for IVF. Despite several other opinions where we were candidates for other options, Kindbody kept re-routing us to the most expensive and traditional IVF. Rather than paying closer attention to our challenges as a couple, they were seeking the fastest and most expensive solution. Then our doctor left without warning, and the office went through several hiring rounds, leaving us without any care. No one reached out to us since, and the application to access our records now does not recognize our email addresses. When we try to get customer service, we receive canned responses and no follow up. It is a shame how the delta between what is promised with Kindbody is so hugely different than what the true experience is for the customer. I would advise on getting to know who works in this office and their packages for options (prices too), before engaging and spending too much of your valuable time.

My husband and I had a great experience with Kindbody. The doctors, nurses, and the rest of the staff were amazing. We felt like more than a number there and felt like everyone there genuinely cared about us. It’s easy to get in touch with them and the patient portal is amazing for communication and keeping everything (like medication protocols) organized. We also felt heard by everyone there and they were flexible when we wanted to do IVF a little different than the typical way and were patient with all of our questions. We wish we could continue our entire pregnancy care through them because we love the people and experience there. We also liked that you got to know the people there because it is a smaller place. I loved seeing familiar faces every time I went. Overall they made a really difficult situation better and feel more manageable.

The entire Kindbody team was a pleasure to work with during our IVF journey. They are all very compasionate and caring which made the whole process a little easier. We were blessed with the arrival of our baby boy this past June and will be using Kindbody again for our next baby in hopes of giving our baby a sibling! Thank you Kindbody for all your help and support during the process!

I have been a patient here since they opened and while my experience was good in the beginning- I really like the simplified booking, calming office, and they always had appointments-, it has recently gotten worse each time I’ve visited. The providers seem rushed and inattentive, and most recently, rude. As I discussed my regular health questions and concerns during my annual visit, the provider I was seeing rolled her eyes and said “I don’t treat that” and seemed annoyed. I was also signed up to get a pulse assessment, which is an introductory fertility assessment, and the provider asked me if I was really interested in the fertility results or if I “was just doing it just to do it.” I spent 99 dollars on the assessment, which includes a virtual phone call to review results, which I never received, despite writing messages to their team asking for them. They also never called to review results of any tests or procedures I received while during my most recent visit.I feel that if they assume you are not in the position to spend thousands of dollars on fertility treatments at their practice, they will disregard you. I would definitely not recommend them.

Kindbody is probably the nicest doctors office I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in to when you leave your appointment you are treated with such kindness. The facility is beautiful and makes you feel like you are at home. This makes your visit and the entire process much less intimidating. Never once did I feel like I was in a medical office. I felt comfortable as soon as I entered the building and all the worries I had about my appointment today seemed to go away. The assistant was very nice and attentive. I also did not have to wait long at all to be seen by the NP, who by the way is amazing! She was very kind, walked me through every step of my consultation and was very informative. She was extremely knowledgeable and exampled every step I would need to take very clearly. I felt so calm and relaxed the entire time. I was treated with respect and left today feeling great about choosing Kindbody to help me with my fertility journey. I would recommend Kindbody to anyone and everyone looking for help with fertility and starting a family.Kindbody is an amazing company and has the best employees!!

I took a day trip to Princeton and happened upon KindBody whilst walking around town. I walked in out of curiosity due to being a PCOS patient who is currently looking for a new gynecologist. I was immediately impressed. The facility is STUNNING and very clean. The staff was so friendly. They answered all of my questions regarding care for PCOS and gave me a tour of the facility. They made me feel as if I was already a patient of theirs, so I made an appointment while I was there! I also love their focus on inclusivity of women of all backgrounds. I look forward to my future appointment with them!

If you are going through fertility treatments, I highlyrecommend Kindbody. Everyone is so caring and kind every visit. Dr. Cohen is patient, takes the time to answer all your questions, and speaks to you with compassion (only matched with her incredible knowledge). The nurses and admin are extremely responsive and familiar with your individual treatment (which really helps relive some stress during the process). This is a rollercoaster of emotions and they do a fantastic job of help you navigate through these tough decisions and cycles.

If you have anxiety about going to the doctor like me, kindbody is the place for you! I had my first visit this morning and from the moment you walk in you feel comfortable and reassured you’re in good hands. The staff is super friendly and the office is so chic and clean. You really don’t feel like your at a doctors office at all! Dr.Katherine was so kind as well as the whole staff I interacted with, I will definitely be a returning patient. Thank you Kindbody 🌼

Kindbody may have cute offices with cool music but their patient care is lacking. I did not meet a doctor until the day of surgery and only saw the nursing staff in person. It was often a game of phone tag to try and get answers. While the staff is nice, whenever I had a question, they have to ask the doctor and call me back. This is a very stressful and emotional process so do your research before selecting a provider. If seeing a doctor in person during your egg retrieval cycle is important, think long and hard about choosing Kindbody. I recommend you seek out a facility tied to a medical university office rather than a company with investors and goals to hit.

For simple tests - blood tests level- it is probably ok but if you have more stressful and serious problems I would not recommend this clinic. The nursing staff and others are nice but the physicians are of poor quality. Some of the exams are outdated and more dangerous to patients than needed - e.g. an HSG is no longer part of the list of exams in Europe for being outdated and unnecessary while also exposing patients to x-ray. The doctor also did not provide adequate input in relation to the health problem I had because the exam was not done with the aim of finding the problem and instead is part of a check box and rushing into the expensive packages the clinic provides. The clinic seems more concerned with aesthetics and covering any potential legal problems than securing high quality care.

I’m not really one to write reviews, but after having such an amazing experience, I was compelled to write one. I shared with the doctor my previous experience with different gynos (uncomfortable and kind of traumatizing), she went above and beyond to Mel me feel comfortable. The lady that took my blood was amazing as well. Thanks for making my experience an amazing one.

While the Dr. we spoke with was wonderful, I would not be recommending this company to anyone anytime soon. The consultation fee is $800!!!!!! After seeing a few more Drs, I have come to realize that Kindbody is taking advantage of women hoping (an understatement) to get pregnant. We went out for a second and third opinion when we learned that the Princeton location was not even fully open and no other fertility Dr. charged more than $200/$250 for their consultation and gave us incredible care. If we had known that we would have to be traveling back and forth to two different locations we would not have stuck ourselves with an $800, 30 minute video chat bill right out of the gate. Kindbody should have informed us of this BEFORE the consultation. They need to get their Princeton location READY BEFORE opening the doors AND consider how much they are charging for a video consult. Unreal.
