Switched fertility clinics to RMA New Jersey and couldnt have been happier. All of the staff (receptionist, phlebotomist, nurses, doctors) were incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Osman was incredibly caring, thorough and knowledgeable. She made it easy to trust her and was quick to set up follow up appointments to discuss our game plan when we needed to make changes. I never felt rushed and always left with all my questions answered. The online patient portal/app was easy to use and my nurse was always quick to respond to questions. My husband and I are expecting a baby boy in October thanks to RMA. It is hard to put into words how incredibly grateful we are to RMA for the care we received and making our dream of becoming parents a reality. Will definitely be back for baby #2!
My husband and I are expecting our first child and it’s all thanks to the providers and staff at RMA. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We worked with Dr. Franasiak who was thorough and detailed throughout the journey. He always made sure that we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. Hannah was so supportive throughout the process and always made sure that everything was communicated as soon as possible. We specifically went to the Princeton office where the staff were so incredibly welcoming. Everyone provider we met was kind and always took time to answer any questions. Highly recommend working with RMA to make your family dreams come true.
I cannot express my gratitude for RMA. Infertility is a scary journey, with many unknowns and challenges along the way. My physician, Dr. Osman, and nurse, Kaitlyn Riley, held both my husband and I’s hands through the entire process and never allowed us to feel alone. Through frequent phone calls and check-ins, we always felt like the team listened to our concerns and advocated for our family-building dreams. I can never thank this team of angels enough for helping us through some of our darkest days with upmost compassion and professionalism. The blessing that came from our fertility struggle was the ability to be touched by the RMA team. I highly recommend RMA to anyone that is faced with fertility worries, challenges, or concerns.
From the very beginning of this journey, the staff were kind and caring. They make you feel extremely welcome and comforted during the whole process. Dr. Simoni took the time to sit with my husband and I to explain every detail and all our options. There was no question that was unanswered. He made us feel extremely comfortable and cared for. He is amazing at what he does and we can’t wait until we bring our baby girl back to where it all began, to meet the man who made it all happen!
If you want a team that is dedicated to your fertility journey, is genuinely kind, authentic, patient with you when you ask approximately 1,000 questions per appointment, that pivots protocol when something isn’t working, who celebrates with you, grieves with you, hypes you up, motivates and encourages you, and is a true extension of your own family, look no further!! I cannot say enough positive things about RMA and I’m only on my second retrieval cycle (having failed one), so I don’t say this because I have a success story at the present time. I say it because it’s honest: Dr. Emily Osman is a gem of a human being, the kindest person and gentlest soul, and a fantastic doctor. Her bedside manner is unmatched and she is so dedicated to your fertility journey. My nurse, Jennifer Graeve, is thorough, kind, fantastic, and consistent. Susanne DePuy is so patient and knowledgeable on the financial portion of treatment, making a very difficult process a lot less stressful. Lisandra at the front desk is a ray of sunshine in human form, she is always positive, vivacious, lovely, and pleasant. The regular phlebotomist in Princeton (I believe her name is Francine), is so skilled and painlessly finds a good vein to draw blood from, and she’s always warm and pleasant. RMA Princeton has the *dream team* working with you throughout this process and they should all be recognized for their dedication and excellence! I pray we have a success story to celebrate sometime soon with our favorite team of people!
Thank you so much to you and your team for helping us through this journey. I wouldnt have gotten through it without you. Youre brilliant, caring and you made me feel so cared for. Thank you for all of your help in the long process of getting and staying pregnant. The amount of care, support and professionalism was incredible. The entire team, from receptionists, nurses, doctors - they were all always exceptionally kind, understanding and so knowledgeable. Special thanks goes to Dr. Simoni and our nurse Christine Pierman. My lab ladies Meliza and Corin they alway make my day. The entire team at RMA is amazing.
We are grateful to have found RMA at this point in our journey. Overall our experience has been positive and hopeful. The professionalism, expertise, and empathy displayed by everyone involved exceeded my expectations.
I had my daughter two weeks ago thanks to RMA. Dr. Osman and Lauren took such good care of me and helped me find hope that my husband and I could start our family. All the providers who took care of us were so knowledgeable and RMA was very easy to work with and communicate with through the whole process. I mainly went to the Princeton Office for visits and morning monitoring. Dr. Osman figured out what was wrong and quickly made a plan to move forward. My husband and I are so thankful and will be forever grateful to RMA.
The amount of care, support and professionalism was incredible. The entire team, from receptionists, nurses, doctors - they were all always exceptionally kind, understanding and so knowledgeable. We felt completely understood and taken care of throughout the entire journey. We are currently 8 1/2 weeks pregnant with our miracle baby and could not be more grateful to Dr. Simoni and the entire team at RMA. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience with RMA of Princeton. Dr. Osman and the entire team there are some of the most empathetic and kind hearted people I have ever met. We felt so supported through this entire process. Their online platform and app make it extremely easy to communicate, and to keep track of appointments and medicines. I just absolutely love this practice and would recommend them to anyone!
My husband and I felt very supported by the entire staff at RMA. Our main office was Somerset, but we went to Princeton for days when we needed to be in office for work. RMAs flexibility was appreciated and they have scheduling down to a science. I must say the lady at the front desk is always such a pleasant and sweet person to speak with. She had been there every time weve visited and brightens your spirits the moment you walk in. I cant say too much else about the Princeton office but I havent had any poor experiences there except the one (of many) visits where they had to call an on call doctor to come in and there was a long wait - the wait was maybe around an hour which made us late for work, but it was a one off. Aside from that, the other staff including phlebotomists, ultrasound techs, and rotating morning monitoring doctors were all very nice and professional and I felt the care given met our needs without any complaints. Our nurse and doctor are based in Somerset so Ill be leaving a separate review there. I want to thank them for all the meaningful work they are doing and want them to know it means the world to both my husband and me and Im sure many other growing families.
I can’t thank RMA enough for making my dreams come true. I had the most amazing doctor, Dr. Osman who helped make this all possible. My experience here was amazing, even though going through treatment hasn’t been the easiest I’m so glad I had a great team who stood by me the entire process so that I could become a mom! I’m happy and proud to say February 2023 I will finally get to meet my baby. Thank you Dr. Osman, my lovely nurse Lauren and the ENTIRE RMA staff who made it to work everyday even through those winter storms during this process. RMA is by far the best fertility clinic ever and I will be back when I’m ready for baby #2 😊Update : as of 2/10/2023 I’ve given birth to a handsome little boy he is the light of my life thank you again RMA you made my dreams come true!!- TYTEANNA
RMA truly changed our lives. There is no way we could thank them enough for their care, kindness, compassion, understanding and encouragement throughout our IVF journey…the tremendous amount of care and concern for our wellbeing both physically and emotionally is worth everything and we will be eternally grateful for the team we worked with at RMA. Dr. Osman, Nurse Jen and Nurse Christine- and Bri all are angels that touched our lives. We are now on our next phase of the journey at almost 3 months pregnant- after 2 miscarriages and never being able to make it this far in a pregnancy it is so amazing to know I have a healthy strong baby growing inside me:). Thank you RMA for everything you do for your patients and helping people start and grow their families!! You do amazing work and I can’t recommend them enough!!
Ive starting fertility treatments late January. Dr Simion is amazing and the nurse under him is amazing as well. I had my tubes checked today and I had one of the best nurses there talking me through it all. I forget her name, but she was a Korean/ Asian lady. She was my highlight of my experience today. Thank you, guys, on helping me get ready to become a mom. I would recommend anyone to them.
RMA was amazing! They helped our family dreams come true! Thanks to them we have a beautiful little girl. Dr. Franasiak was amazing and so kind and patient! Our nurse Hillary was also wonderful! Can’t thank RMA enough for helping us expand our family.
After our initial consultation, my husband and I left RMA feeling hopeful that our family might finally be within reach. Dr Liu and her nurse were exceptionally professional and polite, with a kind but methodical demeanour. The facilities themselves were top notch. We are excited to move forward on this daunting journey with the RMA team.
The staff and doctors are wonderfully kind, but the front desk could be more welcoming. A warm smile during that first contact would mean the world to patients dealing with fertility issues.
I cant recommend RMANJ enough! I had my initial consultation here and was seeing Dr. Kaser (until he moved to CA). I ended up staying with his close colleague in Marlton (Dr. Franasiak). BUT since the Princeton location was on my way to work, Id say about 95% of my monitoring was done here in Princeton. From the front desk to the phlebotomists to the Doctors.. everyone is great. I saw Dr. Yih most of the time and she is awesome! She actually ended up doing my transfer as well. Im currently 7 months pregnant and really owe a lot of it to them. This is definitely a place you should consider when looking at fertility clinics.
This is continued from the review below.Once our original doctor left we were TOLD we could see the first one we felt uncomfortable with or drive over an hour to another location. I have a LOT of experience with the medical industry and I did not want another low level doctor I told them the only way id stay was if I could see one of the partners. Looking back, The fact that I had to fight to have a doctor I felt comfortable with should have gotten me the hell out of there. We meet Doctor Drews once in his big fancy office ( insert eye roll here ) He apologized for the issues with the first doctor and was clearly trying to clean up the first mess.Promised a completely new protocol which ended up not being much different from the first one that failed. Said whatever to keep us spending money and giving us hope. One day before our cycle I get a call from Jenna in finance saying we dont have IVF coverage ( we do and always have had it) spent 3 hours on the phone with her and my husband and the insurance company on a work day afternoon. Trying to fix this mistake that RMA has one again made. But they tell you not to be stressed right? what a joke. Finally we get it sorted out. On to the next. Same revolving door of monitoring doctors. At this point ive asked them a good 20 different questions that would blatantly go unanswered.Another mistake with the medication - WE caught early but was still stressful. We show up for retrieval day again. Not one familiar face of a doctor or nurse. Another fresh young guys who tells me hes been doing this all morning comes in and does his thing.Once again we get several eggs and no updates. Id like to add when choosing a clinic we were told we would get updates every two days on the growth of our embryos. Once we were in they told us the no longer do this. Now, we get a call after the incubation period from our NURSE. NOT THE DOCTOR. Our nurse. She couldnt give us any answers or explanations as to what the issue was. Then I was told that I wouldnt be able to speak with our Doctor for about another month.Disgusting. He cashed our money quick but cant give me a simple 10 minute meeting?I should have ran there. Once we did meet with him he was cold, Rude, dismissive, didnt truly give any answers. Said it could be their lab, my eggs, he said something about long term smoking ( I have never had a cigarette in my life) almost like trying to blame anything or make up excuses. He interrupted myself and my husband when we were asking questions and dance around the questions we did ask.I guess he was too busy worrying about his next real housewives cameo. (I never would have stayed with them if I had seen that first )He wrapped it up by pushing doner eggs and insisting wed be back for them. After we told him thats something we decided against as a married couple he said oh youll see. Give it a few years youll be backIve never felt more taken advantage of and ripped off and robbed. Not ONLY of my money but of being treated like a human.RMA NJ IS A PREDATORY MONEY HUNGRY HELL HOLE STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!!!!!!
RMA was an incredible place to work with. The whole team is so warm and patient, and you really feel like they are your advocate. They made a very emotional and stressful process and little bit more manageable, and gave very clear steps to tackle what can sometimes seem like an insurmountable mountain.
From the moment I stepped in the doors I had a terrible feeling I was making a bad choice. We studied our fertility options throughly and it came down between two labs. The only reason I decided on RMA NJ is because they had such a high score on Fertility HQ ( which only verifies negative reviews... interested ) They have the best numbers in the state and from my experience I assume that is because they push you out once they realize they are going to have a hard time or might have to risk a hit against their perfect score. I cant say for sure this is their procedures but It feels like that. Ive spoken to other women with issues who said they wouldnt even see them.Ill start from the real start. The moment you walk in the two women at the desk have the attitude of a prison guard more than someone who works to help families create life. Half the time they dont even look at you. Beyond cold.Second, They dont want to hear about what doctor you would like to use. The assign you whoever happens to be in that day. Which doesnt really matter because the doctor you get doesnt do the morning monitoring, retrieval, implantation nothing. You are lucky IF they even say hello to you while passing in the waiting room.We were assigned to a doctor I did not feel comfortable with. She was dismissive, cold and didnt seem to even want to know one thing about my medical issues. Medical issues that play a huge roll in me getting pregnant. In my personal experiences Ive been to UrgentCares that have doctors more concerned with my medical past.We asked to see another doctor and we we met with opposition. We werent even given a choice in the matter. It was nothing but an uphill battle to even see a doctor we felt somewhat comfortable with.Let hop to the first cycle. We were given no basic information on what to do, what not to do, nothing. The only person who was even mildly helpful was our Nurse Christine. She is the reason we made the stupid mistake of trusting them with a round two. During our first round we did not receive clear instructions. Our medications were not ordered properly. This being our first round I actually emailed our nurse and asked our doctor in person that we had everything. I even emailed her a list of the medication we had and was told we had everything. The day of our trigger shot - low and behold we were missing something. Its fine if accidents happen and we hadnt double checked but we sent an email of everything we had. We are patients not doctors - we have never done this before. I think its abusive and lazy they just assume we know what to do.Chalked it up to a mistake and moved on.Everyday there was a different doctor doing the sonograms. The doctors each counted differently and seemed to give different results which was incredibly stressful. Finally we get to retrieval day. Some random young doctor I have never met, seen or heard of did it. The amount of eggs we got was very low. We wait until blast and had to hunt the doctor down to get any info from him ( at 3:30 right before they close ... ) and not only does he tell us our eggs did not make it. But also that hes leaving the practice. In retrospect i only wish he left before my arrival. He completely made our horrible news worse and made the call all about him. Ive come to find that he abandoned his patients to open a new franchise of this lack luster baby mill in cali and was in the process of getting his own IVF baby. Which, I can only assume is the reason for his selfish, lazy habits.Glad someone got a baby with all of our money. I guess. Now we are waiting for our genetic testing. We wait and wait and wait and the testing company told us it had been there and they had to call us with results. We called all day to try to get the results from anyone. I had spoken to over 6 people and at one point was on hold for 16 minutes. About 10 minutes to closing on our doctors last day... he gives us a call telling us no dice. Quick, no meeting to discuss what happened or what went wrong. Ive hit the limit... TBC
Thank you to Dr. Osman and the team at RMA for helping me become a mom! Dr. Osman is patient, kind and extremely knowledge- everything you’d look for in a fertility specialist.
RMA IS THE BEST IM FOR EVERY GREAT FULL
