Great experience from the person who made my appointment to the receptionist, nurse and doctor! They were all kind and friendly. I believe this doctor genuinely cares about people and for the first time a doctor isn’t pushing medication on me. He took his time and listened to my concerns. I truly believe there needs to be more compassionate doctors and humans in general. I would recommend this office! Thanks for being a good team!

Ended up with a week long hospital stay due to the negligence received here. I have a central line, and was having fevers. I had asked to culture my port but they refused for 2 weeks! I now have a blood stream infection AND an infected heart valve. They did not cooperate with hospital staff who requested records and tests until mid way if not later in my hospital stay. I immediately transferred my care to hunterdon. It’s worth the drive.

I saw a doctor over 2 weeks ago. He said I would hear the results in 3 or 4 days. I called the office and was told to leave a message with a nurse. Nothing for 4 days now. Every doctor I have ever been responded at least within a day after a call.

I very much enjoyed the visits I have had with this office. The front office staff is kind and attentive. The nurses are caring. The doctor has a smile on his face and seems to enjoy helping people. I have no complaints about this office.

I had an appointment at 9:45am and arrived promptly. I informed the reception that I had an urgent recall mammogram at 10:45 am and could not miss it. I was only there for a preoperative COVID test. She told me to go to my car . I waited 30minutes and returned and asked when I would be seen because it was 30 minutes past my appointment. There was two different patients in the waiting room. She handed me a packet to fill out(which I could have done in the half hour I was in my car). At 10:30 she said she had moved someone ahead of me and it would be at least 30 minutes. Again I told her I had an urgent appointment and said I could not miss it. She stated she could not accommodate me later in the day they where too busy!!!!! What!! I called my surgeon and the wonderful person, Randy, at Princeton Orthopedics found me another appointment at a different practitioners. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service or concern for the well being of their patients at IDCare Asso. They need to work on reception because that sets the tone for the practice.

I saw Dr. Nahass for recurrent staph infections (potentially MRSA) that I have been struggling with for YEARS. I have seen multiple doctors and they just kept putting me on oral antibiotics. The staph infections on my skin kept coming back. My appointment with Dr. Nahass is easily one of the best interactions Ive had for this issue. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, has a fabulous bedside manner and explained everything; He even showed me exactly how to wash my skin w/ a topical and swab my nose (not fun but, again, so thorough). I almost didnt go because, unfortunately, the other reviews are less than favorable (however, spending money to retain a lawyer for a misunderstanding seems excessive and bizarre). ID Care has alot of doctors in their network so, I dont know what happened but they most likely didnt see Dr. Nahass. I would recommend he and his wonderful nurses to anyone!

Horrible scheduling, over 30 minute wait, no explanation, no apology. Rude staff. Asked what my mothers height was for covid test. When I asked why, nurse said, because, period. Princeton Eye Group has contracted with them for pre-surgery screening. They must be getting a kickback or something. Hackensack Meridian Health Urgent Care was a thousand times better. Do not come here.

Facing exorbitant bills following my treatment for a well known and routine infectious disease. The doctor wrote multiple non-FDA approved and specious diagnostics tests without my consent or knowledge of what they could cost me. Now I am left with thousands of dollars worth of unpaid bills as medical insurance wont cover them since routine, approved and cheaper tests are freely available. Extremely disappointed.

Dismissive and rude doctor who has little regard for the health and wellness of patients - you get 5 minutes with the doctor at most (if youre lucky) and dont expect him to answer any of your questions. I would not recommend to anyone, for any reason. Terrible care at best, no care at worst.

Scheduling and over the phone nurse were curt and unhelpful with a pretty routine check-up request.
