The staff this afternoon went beyond our expectations and was super gentle while drawing blood. Even with our unexpected event of paperwork not being there, they made every attempt to get it corrected. Second time being there A+ both times
After not being able to find the building I tried to call the company number but the location doesnt have a direct line. Once I located the office I was greeted by a warm clipboard that I used to sign in with. After sitting for 10 minutes without seeing anyone my 18 month son then became restless and hit the wall literally once. A then cranky nurse appeared and said what is he doing? When I explained it to her she retorted dont let him do that. Needless to say I was not going to let them do a test on him.The level of customer service then decreased dramatically after that. I refuse service and left.
Technician seemed competent, but Ill never know because they turned me away for having a digital rather than physical copy of my insurance card. Wouldnt accept a fax, email, written billing numbers, etc. It would have been nice if that was listed online or over the phone when booking my appointment.
Well first off quest/solstas is not at this address. They are around the corner on Ed Drive. So after going to Labcorp and then getting to the correct location the quest employee was rude and asked me why I didnt have an order for labwork. I tried to explain that my doctor had two fax numbers neither of which worked. She didnt care. I had a copy on my email well she couldnt take that because she needed a hard copy. I offered to email it. We dont give out our work email addresses. Why on earth have work email then?! I was in contact with my doctor who also asked for their phone number which quest refused to give me. Since Id already wasted 20 minutes I had to be at my next meeting and left. Hopefully you can ask your doctor if you can do your labwork at Labcorp instead.
By far the WORST experience I have ever had. They lock their doors before theyre closed. Ignore you when you knock to let them know there are people here BECAUSE YOUR OFFICE HOURS ARE OPEN. Then after waiting and waiting the employee exits, becoming verbally AND PHYSICALLY aggressive. Where this circus act works anywhere else, Im not sure. But as a patient that is sick, there to get a blood test, it was the most bizarre, unprofessional behavior I have ever seen.
The lab is tough to find. You go in through the back door of a doctors office. The lady taking blood needs to improve her skill, her stick ws the most painful in a long time and it left a big bruise. I rarely bruise from blood samples.
Please note, this is NOT a QUEST DIAGNOSTICS BLOOD COLLECTION CENTER. They will not accept you if you have a Quest Wellness form.Other than that, they were very helpful sending us to the Quest Six Flags Road location.
I went to this location this morning and was greeted promptly and professionally. The staff members were kind, friendly, and very efficient. I will definitely go back!
Had a pleasant experience .
