Friendliest health care provider I’ve ever been to! Tamika working the front desk is always so welcoming and caring every time I come. Everyone is so welcoming and just have genuine care for their patients, it’s very refreshing to see!
I have never been in a more welcoming doctors office environment. The staff were amazing a super friendly. The wait was over an hour, but in the comfortable waiting room with such kind and considerate staff it felt like no time at all. I went here because I dont have a gyno and didn’t want to wait to find one and get an appointment, but I would strongly consider coming back here for all my woman’s health needs.
Adore this office! Staff always has the kindest attitude and accommodate any need you could have. Come prepared to wait a while in the waiting room, but thats never been too much an inconvenience
I tried very hard to search for the RALEIGH NC LOCATION. THIS REVIEW IS STRICTLY FOR THE RALEIGH LOCATION.JoJo and Abi were very nice and swift with my appointment. They were welcoming and reassuring. Every single worker were the most nonjudgmental, kind hearted ladies i could have came across. I will definitely be back to that location for my routine check ups and any other things that they could assist with. There weren’t any protestors outside of this location, it’s fairly discreet, and also plenty of parking!
Ive been having a persistent issue that needed to get looked at by a gynecologist. I couldnt make an earlier appointment in a PP closer to where I live so I figured Id try this clinic in Raleigh. I got lucky and got an appointment the day after. I got there a little earlier than my appointment time and didnt have to wait too long to get seen.Dr. Sarah Dunn is the best gynecologist I’ve had yet. She’s so attentive and kind. She explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. If you ever see this review, thank you again for everything. Special thanks to the manager, Stephanie; I will never forget your act of kindness. Moreover, the whole team was kind and friendly, and the clinic is welcoming and well-kept. Highly recommend this place!
They schedule so many appointments that when you get there at your appointment time, it takes over an hour to get in the door, then another 40 min wait to see the doctor. Also witnessed them act very surprised when THEY ASKED a trans person for their pronouns, and xe answered “xe/xir” they were very condescending and ignorant about it saying “oh, I didn’t even know they had that!! “ Felt so awkward for the person. Not sure how they protect health privacy at all since you can hear every word of people coming in’s personal information. One woman came in complaining she had been bleeding for over 30 days due to her IUD and they did nothing for her. Told her to wait. After an hour she was like should I just go to urgent care and left.
EDIT: This review was originally for the Raleigh planned parenthood on S. Boylan Ave in Raleigh. I am not sure why it switched to Asheville.Original review:Made an appointment to switch back to nexplanon and have my IUD removed cause its been a miserable time having it. I left in tears and with my IUD still in place.Took over 2.5 hours after my appointment time before I was seen. Then they somehow messed up my urine test and kept insisting I was pregnant despite me knowing that was impossible. And would not believe me otherwise and kept talking about how they couldnt give me the implant because of the test and that I could get my IUD removed at my termination appointment. They said they put in an order for a bloodtest at Labcorp; yet Labcorp didnt have any orders for me waiting when I arrived, so I ordered my own bhcg test while there. To the surprise of no one except the PP employees: Im not pregnant.Really hope theres not someone else walking around the area thinking theyre not pregnant when they are! Over 3 hours spent there only to leave with my IUD still in and with bunk test results.
Tried to get a routine testing appointment and scheduled one a week ahead of time. Day of the appointment, I’m told it will be a 1-2 hour wait with no prior notice, even with my appointment. “New system” was blamed for lack of basic scheduling and screwing over working people who can’t spend hours in a waiting room.
Rude check in staff she had a ponytail with glasses talked loud enough to give the impression privacy isn’t their concern. Tech in back with locs isn’t pleasant. Doctor didn’t complete forms. Long wait times.Never again.
I have never felt so heard and understood. The whole staff was so attentive and kind. I’ve been struggling with a lot of women issues and no one seemed to believe me or care in other business. This was my final try for help and I’m so thankful that i came. This is the place to come to if you need quality care. I almost cried because i felt so grateful. Come here over any other place. They have your back 100%.
Initially, PP made it easy to make an online appointment for a prescription refill but then due to a billing error they wanted me to pay $200 for what was supposed to be a free appointment. Thankfully my insurance was great because I couldnt get anyone from the billing department to ever call me back, so they were incredibly unhelpful when it came to correcting the billing issue - but were of course sending me non-stop payment notices. Once that was corrected through the insurance, my balance was $0 but I even had to call to confirm that. When it came time to refill my prescription, it was denied from PP without any notice or explanation to me. As I was traveling, I contacted them right away to find out why and again, they would not call me back. After calling several times, I connected with a woman who immediately had an attitude and unfriendly, unwelcoming energy. She almost talked down to me to explain the hours and days they were open and indicated I needed to have my blood pressure checked before they would allow a refill. I went to another PP location (who was friendly, helpful, attentive, etc.) and got my blood pressure checked and called with the requested information. Another several days passed and I just spoke with the pharmacy who told me PP denied the prescription last week and theyve not heard from them since. Im not sure who is running this place - but its the opposite experience youd expect to have, especially when everyone you meet during any community outreach event is friendly and kind. After reading others reviews, its clear why the support staff are so unfriendly - a lot of people are upset with the clerical part of their experience. The service providers here are great! You just have to deal with headaches and 6x the follow ups and phone calls that you should have to deal with to get to them. Hopefully someone in leadership reads these reviews and re-trains the staff immediately. PP should have 5 stars but its easy to see why this location barely earns 3 stars.
This planned parenthood has always been amazing. i come here for my hormone treatments and the staff has always been kind and understand. my last visit was the best i’ve had yet - nicole, nona, and rachel were some of the most amazing staff i’ve encountered. the intake nurse was also pleasant as well. everyone answered my questions with no judgment and the practitioners matched my energy perfectly AND were both absolute bundles of joys. the only grievance i’ve ever had is that it’s hard to connect to them on the phone, but they are an extremely busy location so it’s understandable. thank you guys for making my treatments pleasant.
I love this place and the staff! As a teenager and trans at that, I can get noticeably nervous in the waiting room. When taken back to the rooms i feel so comfortable and safe with all the staff members who have seen me. I have almost been a patient for a full year and love my visits here and have been roughly 5-6 times! I’ve only had one experience where I was on the waiting room for an hour+ before being seen, but they were packed that day so it’s understandable due to only having a handful of rooms patients can check into. would def recommend them for HRT needs!!! The lady’s at the front desk are super nice, the lady’s who tend to my needs are super nice. I can’t give a bad review about this place! I love this place!
Ive always had really great experiences with this clinic! The staff is always super kind and make sure youre feeling comfortable. As a trans person, Ive never felt more comfortable at a doctors office than I do at this PP.
A fantastic resource! They’ve helped me with safer sex supplies and have provided excellent science based education to my youth.
I have been here in the past and wasnt sure about coming back based on one experience but times are changing and so are these people! I was so comforted by the staff since I was very nervous about removing and replacing my IUD. Calming sounds in the room, lots of support form staff and felt like I was in good hands. Big thanks to the lovely women that helped me through my procedure, it wasnt a cake walk but we got it done and Im feeling great about my decision to go here for all my birth control needs! Thanks again to everyone working there! You all rock!
Said in my appointment reservation that my appointment would be on a sliding pay scale, and when I went in for my appointment I was told that this location does not offer a sliding scale.
I was a walk in and expected to wait a really long time! I was taken back after an hour which wasnt bad to me. I was met with smiles and lightheartedness. The questions were standard. I pretty much always had either the tech or the Nurse Practitioner talking with me so even when i was left alone it was never for more than 5 or 10 minutes. The staff was very helpful and apologetic about the wait. The people here never want you to leave with unanswered questions. I got what i came here for and they treated me like i was their only patient. I am very satisfied with my first experience with PP. Ill definitely be back.
You either have a good experience or a bad one at any given time you go here. I was lucky the past few times that the receptionist I know of was there while I was picking up my prescription, but today while the receptionist was an absolute sweetheart, the nurses/pharmacists complaining in the cubby behind the receptionist about how I call in my prescription were rude beyond belief.I usually always run into the problem of waiting a while for pick up, but its not a big deal. Sometimes its just backed up and there are a lot of other patients there, so normal stuff that causes wait times. However, it starts to become a big deal when I call it in a week in advance and Im still waiting a long while. Today took the cake because not only did I call it in before their 3pm/next day stipulation, I was told I didnt call it in on time and called in near 10pm when the call I made was at 12pm in the afternoon. It begs the question if they actually pay attention to the timestamp when you call or it only counts when they listen to the voice-mail.I was going to argue and pull out my phone log, but everyone except the receptionist had an attitude so I didnt even bother and left. Plus, instead of coming to explain whatever their excuse was, they were speaking through the receptionist like a middleman, so I let it be.Hopefully when I make the trip again, I can actually pick it up instead of waste more gas. It literally has me thinking of going even further out to Chapel Hill or Durham, since going here is a trip for me either way.
Zero stars if I could. Called the 919 # texted to me to as for an estimate and see about qualifying for low-no cost and I did not get a straight answer whenever callingI get there to my appointment over 3 days after scheduling and she tells me they cannot determine how much it will be. After telling her I need to know up front they have a figure of 191$ just for a sti screening without insurance. I could’ve saved time and a drive if I would’ve just gotten the upfront figure when I first started calling to make the appointment. If you don’t want to use or have insurance go to the health department or an actual nonprofit
Jojo And Abi Were Great And Provided Great Customer Service To Me. I Would Highly Recommend
The people who work here are very nice and friendly but I’m not sure what’s going on with the logistics of everything. I came in for an IUD insertion to be told that I have to reschedule, and the reasoning for rescheduling could have been prefaced with a simple disclosure over the phone. I came in again and they made me reschedule once again for the same reason. The person who helped me during the first appointment rescheduled the 2nd appointment themselves, and I was under the impression I could get the IUD finally, but it should have been rescheduled for the next month, not the next week. I’m not the expert in IUDs so I was just trusting the timing of everything to them. Really need to work on maybe double checking records as I’ll need to come in for a third time… and will probably get billed incorrectly based on the rest of the reviews.
I have a pleasant experience with the doctors in this clinic. However the customer service and the communication over the phone is a big issue. My pharmacy did not receive the prescription from the Planned Parenthood clinic. I called the clinic call center asking to resolve this issue. Three days later(!) I got the call back from the clinic. They told me that the prescription was sent but they double check. My pharmacy still does not have it. I tried to reach the call center again but they arent answering. Being a patient I feel helpless. It is very frustrating.
Contrary to the common complaint, I was astonished at how quickly I was in and out. I had even brought a backpack full of electronics and books just to help keep me entertained. I dont think I waited over five minutes before they called me back. I was in and out within about an hour. I med with Kate and she was extremely compassionate and respectful. Kate also takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. The staff is outstandingly kind.
The best place to get a prescription. I just needed blood work done. Increasing my dosage was simple too.Im grateful this place exists, because it saved my life. But the wait time is atrocious. Sometimes people who show up after me get seen first.I was also ignored my first time because they cant see you in the two chairs to the left. Visit prices are a little high as well.
I had my IUD replaced here yesterday and I could not have been happier with the way I was treated. Staff was so friendly. No waiting (my appointment was at 9am). Because of COVID I was unable to bring anyone inside with me to hold my hand but they went and got a staff member to hold my hand and distract me from the procedure which made a HUGE difference. Overall I was extremely pleased with what I experienced and will be coming back.
I have been calling for 3 days and have gotten no answer to holding for 40 minutes, reserving my place in line 2 days in a row, nor 2 voicemails.. I attempted to schedule online, nothing was confirmed, but I got a text asking to confirm appointment (but had no appointment details, or email).---------------------UPDATE--------‐----------------finally got my appointment, and staff was wonderful, patient, professional, answered my questions, sensitive, and in no way diminished my worries, curiosities, or concerns. The wait was a bit excessive but thats normal.
By far the best annual exam Ive had. While the wait was long, the doctor was completely throughout and had EXCELLENT bedside manner (wish I could remember her name!). She explained everything she was doing, approached delicate subjects with sensitivity and even gave really helpful advice for keeping healthy (weight gain issues). I am blow away with the level of care I received and how thorough my visit was, I will be back for sure!
I was treated for UTI on the 2nd with a three day dosage of antibiotics. The provider told me that my back pain was concerning to her and If nothing changed or my symptoms got worse to call her and come right back. Well, my symptoms only got worse during and after the antibiotics. Ive been trying to get in contact with the office since Monday and no one will answer or call me back. Im never using this facility again, thanks for absolutely nothing. Also was there a couple months back to renew my birth control and received a breast exam, the provider at that visit told me numerous times she felt lumps in my breast (what woman wants to hear that) but to not panic (I obviously panicked) and to come back in two weeks for a follow up. Cue the panic for obvious reasons for the next two weeks. Went back and the provider at the visit felt nothing and said she had no clue what the other provider was talking about. Get it together please.
Awful place! Please save yourself time and avoid this clinic! They lied to my mom that they sent referrals for biopsy to Obgyn and when we showed up to finally pick up referrals because it were almost a month without call from any doctor they told us they even dont have ultrasound results! I dont know what a heck is going on with this clinic! Its terrible in all means!
I’ve been kept in the dark about my medication and appointments. But there’s no other way to get HRT. I have no consistent doctor either. If you find a better option, take it.
First time I went in was great. I called beforehand to know how much it would cost and confirmed my appointment. Did the same thing for the second time, ended up paying 1.5X more than the amount previously stated. This included a $22 pregnancy test. As an out of pocket payer, these extra charges were infuriating. They only explained the added charges right as they were about to ask for my card and after getting them. Nothing about them beforehand for a chance to decline or reconsider. Im never coming here again.
Went for routine testing, got there ~20 mins early. Intake took forever, the testing itself took maybe 8 minutes of the 2 hours I was there. Also, the nurse who took my blood did a terrible job, they should’ve noticed when blood wasn’t flowing very quickly that the needle wasn’t where it was supposed to be. Now I have this absolutely horrific bruise. Everything offered here is offered at A Woman’s Choice but with better bedside manner and skill.
The staff are nice but I believe they are understaffed as you have to wait for hours just to go back and wait some more on a nurse (I get the same one every time) and doctor. Last time the doctor lowered my hormones because the nurse took my blood pressure 3 times and the machine made an error the first time saying it was high when it wasnt, and the other two results were normal. My biggest problem though is that no one will pick up the phone so I can make an appointment for refills. Im running out of hormones and extremely frustrated. I wish there was another place I could go to.
Had an excellent experience getting some testing done. customer service was amazing, staff were kind and comforting, the nurse/physician was knowledgeable, personable and just great!!!
Staff is very friendly and forward thinking. Never been misgendered nor deadnamed by them, they are all respectful and some even wear pride and pronoun pins of their own to show their support and inclusivity.Could do with returning calls a bit sooner though.
Started calling before 4pm today. Was on hold for 40 minutes before I finally picked the option to leave my number for a call back. No one ever called me back and its after 5 so they are closed now. I need an appointment to have my implant out and cant book it online, it wont let me. But I cant reach them on the phone either.
My girlfriend had a scheduled appointment, got there 20 minutes before, and was finally seen around an hour after the scheduled time. There was 1 person ahead of her.... Would recommend other locations or organizations over this one if possible.
In reading through some of the negative reviews of this location, I find that I cannot disagree more. I had a great experience this morning. Making my appointment online was very simple. I needed to follow up regarding a payment question and when I called, there was a short wait and kind woman answered the phone and offered both insurance and non-insured rates. I also signed up for text reminders which came as soon as I signed up, a day before my appointment, and the morning of the appointment. The location was easily accessible despite the road construction near by. The reception area was simple and efficient and when I walked in I saw men, women, and children of different race and age in the waiting room. Upon check-in, I was handed only a page and a half of paperwork. On it I was asked questions about what name I would like to be called, what gender I identified as, and questions asking about whether I preferred clear postage from Planned Parenthood or if I needed it unmarked. The amount of consideration taken for each individual was so striking. When I was called in (no later than the time of my appointment) I met Teirra who was friendly, kind, and clear in her questions and information. I was given information on STDs and birth control options. In the past, I’ve felt like doctors were trying to influence my decision to get a particular kind of birth control. Here, I felt that all options that they had available were equal options for me and that it was about what was right for me rather than what was up for sale. There are various pamphlets and informative packets that answer so many questions in an easy to understand way. I didn’t feel embarrassed for asking questions and I didn’t feel shamed for taking the necessary measures for my reproductive health. PP also takes into consideration the mental health of people and even offers help on how to escape domestic violence. The amount of genuine care that I was offered was striking. I have felt like a number with anatomy attached to it in the past where I am negatively judged for wanting to wait to procreate and for having different partners (even in safe scenarios). I ended up getting an annual check up (with Doctor Kate? Who was great! Very to-the-point without going too fast or skipping details) and blood work done. I was even able to fill a prescription at the office. Everything was so simple and looking back, I wonder why such practices aren’t standard. For the first time since I started seeing a GYN (and that’s well over 10 years ago with various doctors) I felt like a human today. I never realized how priceless that feeling could be. Thank you Planned Parenthood!
I had my IUD inserted at this location 5 years ago. They took good care of me, and listened closely to ALL of my concerns, no matter how paranoid and anxious I was about getting an IUD. Even when I felt like I was asking a stupid question, my doctor answered every one and was glad to help me make an informed decision regarding my birth control.Five years later, my appointment went great and they were just as friendly and helpful as the first visit. I recommend this location to anyone.
Staff is nice but I spent an hour past when my appt was scheduled in the waiting room! Finally after going through the intake atleastwith one lady, spent 40minutes waiting on the nurse. This was all just for a birth control refill on my prescription....
Check-in took a while, but otherwise it was straightforward. We were impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the clinical staff. If youre considering hormones for transition we fullheartedly recommend. Staff were respectful, caring, and streamlined the process. Faster and easier than anticipated.
Im trans and getting testosterone treatment. The doctors and nurses were so friendly and great and helpful and I left with a prescription for testosterone... and thats where my good experience ended. Its now 10 days later, my pharmacy is just waiting for my insurance to preauthorize the prescription, and my insurance is just waiting for Planned Parenthood to call them for the preauthorization. Its a phone call that would take 5 minutes, but they somehow havent gotten around to it yet, although they found the time to fax my pharmacy a recommendation that I pay out of pocket ($590 for a 20 day supply) and petition my insurance for reimbursement (which is not guaranteed). The call center worker thats been helping me (Renee) has been an angel and has been on top of everything, going above and beyond her job description and calling me daily with updates, but even she is unable to get a hold of the Raleigh office to get a straight answer from them on what the hold up is. Meanwhile, Ive run out of my old prescription. I have no idea why they cant make a single 5 minute phone call in 10 days, but Im going to either go to the Chapel Hill branch or find a new doctor altogether because this is absurdly poor care.
The Planned Parenthood South Atlantic located in downtown Raleigh is a joke of a clinic. I call intake for a specific issue, they set an appointment, and take my money when they knew they couldnt help me. Of course I dont find this out until Im charged. The medicine they gave interacted with my current meds, Dr. Shawna never informed me how sick it was going to make me. The whole point of the visit was to get tested for something they cant test for and still charged me. I have been calling billing for days now, no return call. They take advantage of their patients there and steal their money. It is negligent of a company to take cases they cannot actually test or help with. The only time I talked to someone, the nurse was ignorant as hell and belittled me and then the supervisor picks up and tells me they dont test for what I asked about when I made the appointment. The supervisor says the doctor is new, she didnt know. Explain why I have to pay out of pocket for their ignorance? Do not go here, watch what they charge for and never expect them to care once they have your money. Insurance companies, I bet they are ripping you off the most. I called the corporate office and will go further if I have to. It is disgusting how doctors abuse their influence overy people.
The whole staff was very helpful and clearly took pride in their work. I interacted with Charlotte the most, who was awesome! They made sure I had all the information I needed and knew I would be taken care of.
I love Planned Parenthood! Its always easy to get an appointment. Visits & birth control are very affordable without insurance. Easy to get Rx refills. Staff is awesome! #IStandWithPP
Staff is friendly and timely.. however I recently went in for a pap and was told I’d get a letter in the mail after about five days. One week, no letter.. two weeks, no letter.. finally I call to check on my results and I was forwarded to voicemail and told to leave a message. I did that FIVE TIMES and still no response. Will not be coming back and do not recommend.
Went to get bloodwork done and waited 2 Hours after my scheduled appointment time to go back into the exam room. The nurse told me it would be 10-15 minutes before the doctor came in, that turned into 30 minutes. The bloodwork ended up just being a finger poke, that took less than five minutes to do. The excuse was they were backed up, but come on that was flat out ridiculous. Almost three hours just to get my finger sticked. Absurd. Underfunded or not that is no excuse.
I have been going to this clinic since February of 2016 and have never had a negative experience. They are incredibly kind and caring, professional and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I really cant say enough good things about them.
SWEETEST friendliest staff. Had a cute cooking show on in the waiting room. awesome. everybody go get tested for STDs-STIs. happy pride month
Very dissatisfied in my appt today. The Dr named Kate needs to reevaluate her bedside manner. Very rude to me as I was half undressed waiting to be examined. I felt very uncomfortable after being talked down to as Id i was a child and he was in my face being loud. All before my exam. NEVER will I return there!
Wonderful experience here. I will continue to use them for my needs. One thing I love about PP is that they get straight down to business. Every staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient, I was in and out of the office in an hour. Thanks!
Where do I begin? Due to Covid I cant go to the health department for my Nexplanon implant replacement. I have Medicare and Medicaid. I cant go to a normal doctor becasue they can examine me but not give me birth control due to medicare. Ive been trying for three months to get birth control. My implant has been expired just as long. I called this place as an ultimate last resort. They said they dont take medicare, they only file Medicade and that they can give me my birth control. They told me to bring just my Medicade card, my ID, my prescriptions and myself. They told me there would be no issue helping me get the implant knowing that I have Medicare. I had to drive an hour to get there. I get there and they flat out tell me they dont help people with Medicare. What was worse was the fact the girl at the desk found this funny. The whole time Im explaining everything Ive gone through to get birth control and the fact I had to arrange transportation to get from Goldsboro and Raleigh, shes laughing about it. Its not funny. I had hope that I could finally get my implant done. Im married. I dont care if I get pregnant, I use my implant to control my crippling period. This woman thought it was just hilarious I couldnt get my implant nor go to my appointment. Disgusting. They should be ashamed!
Had a scare, freaked out, & couldn’t get into see my regular doctor. This office took me in same day. The staff was accommodating, professional, & treated me with dignity. I left feeling like no matter what, everything was going to be ok.
Services were okay, I worked in triage with a helper named Kim and she was nice and straight to the point. I did wait in the room for 30 minutes before the doctor came in, other than that they were great.
They are friendly, and seem genuinely concerned with Womens overall health. I had no idea the breadth of their services. PPH is SO MUCH more then low cost birth control and unplanned pregnancy. Cancer screenings, preventatives, you name it. Highly recommend.
It is absolutely impossible to get a hold of literally anyone via phone call. It’s only so much patience you can have with this Planned Parenthood until you have been calling for nearing a month to request the results of your blood testing. It’s ridiculous.
Be prepared to wait, it seems that there are several passive aggressive people working here. Waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment before seen, we were not a walk in. There MO is you get here and wait on us, there should be more accountability with the staffs dealing with the public.
Great and clean place. Very professional. There is a little wait time, but only because so many people trust and go here. Love it here, friendly and nice! I never feel uncomfortable unlike some other health clinics.
Impossible to get a hold of anyone when you call. Scheduling an appointment over the phone or getting any information over the phone is a nightmare. Trying to get in contact with billing is worse. They never return your phone calls and no one answers the phones after 4, even if you call their extension directly.
Friendly staff, but long wait times. After putting my preferred pronouns on the patient data sheet, I still got misgendered constantly and had the wrong pronouns used. Uncomfortable experience.
Everyone here is extremely helpful and understanding. I have never felt ashamed or not cared for to the fullest extent here. The practitioners and the staff as a whole is very helpful and considerate.
Wait time was quick. Friendly staff annd receptionists and awesome gynecologist.
They have a real problem with picking up their phone. Ive gone up to a week without my hormones because they wont answer. The phone wont bite you, please pick it up when a patient is calling!
The knowledge here of all of the staff- Doctor included, seems very limited, unfortunately. If you want to pay money to be referred somewhere else this is the place to go.Were not honest about pricing and services. Huge disappointment if you happen to pay out of pocket.
Sat here for two hours 4-6 and was not seen . It was 6 oclock and I was the last person in the lobby and they close at 5. Ridiculous wait times. Wont be coming back and dont come here.
The staff is always as respectful as they possibly could be, and while the waiting times might be a tad long (it is a medical facility, after all) the care is second to none. I dont know what Id do without this place.
This is the worst location to go to. The location does not do the proper research to make sure all information aligns with their system. I wasted my time and gas coming to this location after being told by someone that they accept my insurance. Then to get to this location that my insurance is no longer accepted.
Very helpful to me and my family to discuss needs and options. Listened and showed compassion for our family and situation.
It takes so long to get my HRT prescriptions refilled, right now Im without my hormones and the pharmacy and I are waiting on Planned Parenthood to do something....this is not the first timeThis sucks!
If I can write this place zero I would the first time I came I waited about 30 minutes to get in the back to see a Nurse not even a real doctor I was 20 minutes late today and was told I had to reschedule I couldn’t even been accommodated they have no direct number to even call and speak to someone to let them know that you’re running late or if you have any other issues you have to be on hold for a whole hour get to speak to someone who is not even at the office you’re calling not to mention all the issues I had on my first appointment this place Wasted a lot of people time is a lot of people time do you self a favor find a real doctors office and be seen by professionals.
Everyone here is so so nice!! i had a great first visit, id rate 10 stars if i could!!
I went to get the nexatphlan back in November, it’s January... 3 months later and I’m pregnant. Like seriously, did they insert it right or what happen? They just said “sorry”!😒
Staff was friendly helpful and followed social distancing and covid regulations. Environment was relaxing.
Theyre always fast and efficient when I go in for a basic check up or to pick up birth control pills.
Great staff but really long wait times even if you have an appointment
Stopped supporting tufts insurance, cant pay out of pocket.
They never pick up the phone, the place is dirty and disgusting. Terrible place to go
Always helpful and cost effective with kind and knowledgeable staff
They lie.
Came in on time and ended up waiting an hour to be seen
Ridiculously long wait times.
This wait time is so real
Horrible customer service.
Extremely rude staff
Caring and knowledgable staff.
Always a blessing to a community
Choose LIFE
Excellent attention, very professional All the girls, and the doctor is very kind!!! And Abi very kind!!!
