My daughter was treated with the most amazing care and concern from staff and I as her mother was allowed to contact them myself and ask any questions I had...staff was wonderful....yes there were waiting periods but when you consider the fact that they service people out of state too....well they are overwhelmed but it was so worth the wait because the staffs kindness, at such a difficult time, was priceless and I personally would like to thank them all. Also the little care package and card she received from a local church in the area when she was leaving, moved her to tears....incredibly sweet!

Please ignore these reviews this place was excellent. I love the staff through out the whole experience they were so comforting and friendly. Better than I can say I’ve experienced at even a regular doctor. Very flexible & informative . The doctor is older man but I rather old & wise than young & inexperienced anyday. that was wisdom & I’d trust him time and time again. ! It is in an “older” building but that’s the entire neighborhood. It has a Spanish / Mediterranean type of style to it which I didn’t mind. If I ever need to have this done again I would def recommend especially for over 13 wks !!!!!!

Please don’t let these reviews stop you from going! My experience here was great, the nurses are amazing and make the experience not traumatizing, even the front desk lady! the counselor was very nice & made sure to ask all the right questions. Thank you ladies so much

These people dont care about you. Just read the other bad reviews. The protesters are just people who want to offer you free information on abortion procedures and risks, and offer resources to help you in your unplanned or crisis pregnancy. You dont have to kill your child. There are people and organizations who want to help you. Go to your local pregnancy help center before making your decision. Bloom by PRC of Richmond and East End Pregnancy Center are the closest to this location.

Very friendly and informative staff. I went with a friend who needed help. Yes, the wait is long. Bring a book, Nintendo switch, and make sure your phone is charged or bring a battery pack. There are escorts (volunteers!) who will walk you into the building. When I went, there was protesters but dont let them discourage you. Less protesters than I expected. They ask on the paperwork if you want to see an ultrasound so dont listen to the reviews of people saying that they are pro-life because the clinic is very much pro-women-can-do-whatever-they-want-with-their-body. I talked to patients in the waiting room and it helped pass the time. The staff is very pleasant and tries to be as helpful as possible. They make sure you are okay after the procedure and you have a ride afterwards. I applaud the nurses and doctors who are working here. The building is old but theres a clean bathroom, a water fountain and a tv to watch if you are bored. I attached a picture of our waiting room. Not a state of the art facility but a very pleasant experience overall.

If you in desperate need then this is the place for you Fiterzhugh(I don’t know how to spell his name) but he has no bed side manners His assistant speaks for him so if you ask him a question or if you talking to him he’s not going to respond she is they don’t have patience I understand we there cause we made our decision to abort but they don’t make it pleasant at all being there reminded me of law and order like benson and stabler was gonna bust in at any moment

Despite all the bad reviews before I went I saw them and was a little scared but this was my first time ever and those ladies that work there are amazing made me feel comfortable I came from Florida and I didn’t get none of their names but those ladies really cared and showed they did from the beginning to end I don’t ever plan on being put in this position again but if I was to ever I’ll come right back to this place and reference them to anyone my experience was good and those ladies are truly caring.

I went here two days ago and it was the worst experience i’ve ever had a “doctors office”, my appointment was for 10:15am and waited for 7 hours and didn’t get out till around 5:45pm, by the time I was leaving there was only two nurses left and they were extremely unprofessional. They told me not to eat or drink after 12am the previous night so I went 17 hours without anything while pregnant and I was miserable. They finally brought me to the other part of the building for the procedure and they walked me outside to it which was weird, I was sat in a recliner with 3 other women who were being treated, the nurse first put the iv in my arm and did it wrong so I have a massive painful bruise and she had to repoke me in my hand and blamed me for moving too much but I had my arm laid on the arm rest. I was taken into the side procedure room immediately after someone was taken out so I know it wasn’t cleaned properly. All of the nurses were also in the same room with all of us eating and drinking meanwhile we’re all hungry and dehydrated, I never met my doctor either, I was put to sleep and I woke up in the room with everyone else free bleeding on the stretcher and I asked for a little water, it made me throw up and they wouldn’t give me anymore because they didn’t want me to throw up again, I literally had to beg.

I wish I could give it zero stars but the one star is for Nurse Jill...I was referred by my specialist to this place instead of a hospital. we found out my baby had a severe case of acrania and wouldnt make it we made the choice to interrupt the pregnancy to try to avoid more heartache. the building condition is concerning, its dark, dirty, and very very old. the weight times are excruciatingly long, the nurses never explain what they are doing or where they are taking you. the doctor made a joke about having to fix our mistake, then made another joke about how he hoped he could see because he had a hangover. everyone uses the same procedure room within minutes apart as well as recovery room. then you have to walk your self out. the doctor never explained what he was doing then when he finishes he just walks out with out saying anything. I left both appointments feeling humiliated and violated. They dont check your weight for proper dosages so we all receive the bare minimum because I wasnt sedated at all for the procedure and felt, heard and seen everything going on. They claim to be pro choice but they dont make women feel comfortable at all. Nurse Jill was the only decent person I came in contact with while there.

The whole staff was incredible, Its a family oriented facility, I have bad anxiety and they treated me so well with soooo much love and care!! I will most definitely recommend this place, The nurse and Doctor was so incredibly nice!!!

As soon as you pull up, it’s protestors with microphones yelling at you not to go in, then once you get in, the front desk representative has an attitude!!!When it is time for your abortion, you are taken outside and into a basement looking setup,The buildings old and dirty,And lots and lots of ppl, with long wait times !Do not recommend since they are not very fast or friendly,Just go to planned parenthood instead !!!!!!!!

I highly recommend them especially if you are past 17 weeks it was quick and easy the first day and the 2nd day at the hospital for the procedure the doctor was a little late but he made up for it…,

Went here on 10/10/2023 staff was nothing but amazing ! Everyone was so friendly & welcoming, i definitely felt comfortable. The wait was kind of lengthy my appt was at 9:45am & i was out around 12pm. Definitely recommend this place

I wouldnt even give them a 1 A total 0 if you ask me they are so unorganized and unprofessional. Got there at 10 didnt leave until 5 and whoever that reception that I just spoke with had a big attitude and I herd someone say record the conversation. Which was fine that dont change the fact that she was rude I would not advise no one to go to this place👎

Other than waiting around for quite a while and the annoying protesters outside, it was a wonderful and painless experience. I was truly treated like family, as was my fiancé. Dont stress the protesters, they actually have staff there on site to escort you past them and to the building and make sure you are comfortable and welcomed. The building looks old but dont judge a book by its cover. Its a good place with good people that have great senses of humor and excellent bedside manner. ❤️

This facility was so old and run down , and it was extremely hot inside . I also am questioning if they’re really pro choice or not because I went for a surgical abortion and specifically said I didn’t want to see the ultrasound and the tech showed me the screen and also kept making comments about how “the little guy won’t stop moving” “he’s so active” and left his pics up on the screen after we were done . I’m glad I decided not to have my procedure done here. Please go anywhere but here .

They told me not to eat or drink 2 hours before the procedure, my appointment was at 12 and i did not get seen until 5:00 pm. So i went over 7 hours without a drink of water or food. The wait is insane and ridiculous and it is hard to keep a strong resolve when you do nothing for 5 hours except sit in a waiting room and stare at the wall. It was incredibly emotionally painful for me and insanely frustrating. If i could rate zero stars i would still rate one only because when i finally did get seen they were very attentive and fast. But just know whatever time you have your appointment set for, you will be there about 6 hours waiting.

They was very nice and explained your options to you very well.i just wish they didnt sugar coat just how much pain youd be in after the procedure a day later and motrin they prescribed dont really help with the pain. Other than the wait for the doctor overall they are very nice people and do their best to make sure youre comfortable with whatever choice you make.

I had the in clinic abortion the staff was amazing and very informative both days doctor was gentle during my second day I had the suction the wait was a little long but and all the nurses made sure I was comfortable.

The ladies and doctor are great at this place. They make you feel comfortable with what you are going thru. The staff may not know you personally, but they make you feel like family.

The entire staff here is amazing. I went in for a pregnancy test and everyone was excited about the outcome (I was hoping for a yes). When I did finally get pregnant, they were happy for me and kept up with my pregnancy. Whether abortion, adoption or keeping a pregnancy, this clinic truly is all about recognizing and respecting your choice.

I tried calling several times to see if they took my insurance. When I said the name of my insurance I was told no the state won’t pay for abortions. My insurance isn’t through the state it’s one that’s actually paid for. She was also very short with me over the line as if I was inconveniencing her. And when I asked what she meant the lady that answered hung up on me and than rejected my call and kept ignoring my number. I only make this assumption because the phone got picked up after one ring the first time, and I called back within under a minute. Two rings and than my call was rejected and the next 3 calls I placed she just let ring. Don’t expect anyone to baby me but at least answer my questions.

I went here 3years ago for a abortion.I was 8weeks I agree to be sedated and now I am unable to conceive again.I was told my my Gyno that was tubes was tied. I am filing a lawsuit being that I never consent or was even aware abortion clinics do these operations. LADIES DO NOT EVER GO THERE

I am now 31 but when I was 17 I got pregnant in highschool and my mother took me here to terminate the pregnancy after several weeks of discuss. I was not completely on board with this plan but accepted it. I still to this day have nightmares about this place and the doctor performing the procedure. My experience was so horrendous from start to finish with everyone involved that I was treated for PTSD for years.

The staff was very kind and friendly my procedure went smoothly and they explain everything to the fullest, the only con is the wait for the doctor and some old medical equipment other than that the doctor and staff was great!

Only , and I Mean ONLY come here if youre desperate.. VERY unprofessional & sketchy! Weird vibes all over. Expect to be here 3 hours MINIMUM period .... wish I could give it 0 stars .

The make early appointments, but the doctor doesnt get here until 1pm. This is bad business! Whats the purpose of sitting here since10am., waiting on him. This is not the place to have people waiting. This is already stressful enough! Dont come here!

The worst place I ever been to in my life they are rude disrespectful people that don’t care about anything your going through I’ll never go back to this place ever again.

Here with a friend been here since 3 pm and no doctor and the place closes at 4 this is an ongoing thins the doctor is Newport News was told people will be here til 830 way after business hours this is so unprofessional to people who been in here for houes
