It has been years since I was a patient with Dr. Rich, but my experience was profound. By the time a friend referred me to her, I had experienced five pregnancy losses, the most traumatic of them was the late term loss of my son Nsoromma - three weeks before my due date. I contended with multiple traumas (bereavement, postpartum bodily changes, and grief from my hospital experience with full-term stillbirth in a maternity ward). I was inconsolable and was having a crisis of identity, as a result.Dr. Rich listened and counseled me with a care that was human, honest and met me with what I needed most at the time. She directed me to resources. She helped me to look past my grief and helped me to rechart a course for my life, after loss. And, I still remember her words! In my experience, she was remarkable. And I got more than I would have anticipated as an outcome of counseling.
She is amazing!! She has years of experience, and great insight. She has resources that are extremely helpful, and she just genuinely cares about you. I had a couple of terrible experiences prior to meeting Deb, and I was ready to give up. I am so thankful that I was able to get an appointment with her. She was there when I had no one else. Thanks Deb!!!
Very unethical in her practices. I work in mental health and can attest that the way she operates would not typically be tolerated by other professionals in the field. She doesnt provide her clients with accurate information and refuses to discuss any difficulties she may see in her clients treatments or needs. Needs to be reported to her licensing agency. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your care.
