My appt was rescheduled without being asked if I was ok with date and time it was left to me in a voicemail so after waiting 20 mins on hold on the side of the hwy because I am a driver for a living I cant be on my phone or headset.. I was greeted by a girl named MIRACLE.. very very rude everytime I tried 2 speak I was rudely over spoken and asked her 3 times mame can I speak after 3rd time she rudely told me I was speaking wow... I replied how can u hear me if when I speak u are continuing 2 over talk me when I then became upset after her non professional comment I was left speaking 2 myself.. she hung up so now again I am on the side of the hwy trying 2 call back again 9 muns into second hold Im simply concerned why my whole dr appt has changed and not verified if the day and time works for me and the new dr she set me up with without asking me if Im ok seeing a different doctor so answer is no Im not and that day and time dont work for me..so now I hope me waiting on hold is worth it for a supervisor 2 speak with miracle...Customer service is number one...

Walked in for less than 10 minutes, asked to see a nurse and they flat out said NO! I almost felt like crying. I have insurance, so idk why I wouldn’t be able to see Anyone. I drove 20 minutes to get here the computer said “walk-ins” just never felt so unwelcome. 01/10/23 ***BOX NUMBER 8** Her tone was bad she was kind of rude and LOUD so everyone can hear my health situations. The worst part, she was training someone to be just as rude and snobby like her. They said go somewhere else like a clinic. I’ve never been turn down nor unwanted from the FFACTS Clinic, I felt really hurt💔

Dr Bullock is one of the best Dr I have ever seen. She is always looking out for my well-being. The staff at her clinic always goes above and beyond and is always on top of everything. I can go on and on how great everyone there is. I have always had a great experience.

Update: called to see about a walk in appt cause i felt like i was legitimately dying and was told they do not offer anything of the such and to contact a hospital. Made me breakdown because its been 7+ yrs ive been coming to ffacts. Then to be shooed away. Feel betrayed by the one clinic i thought had my back. Woll be filing formal complaints thru every channel possible. 2yrs Previosly--Scheduled 2 separate appointments. First one I showed up 30min early only to be ignored thru the whole time and thru the end of my appointment time window and no contact

I’ve called three times today to book a new patient appt. I’ve been placed on hold each time and no one comes to the phone. If they can’t answer the phone, I’m assuming the treatment is not great!

They have always done an amazing job. If you have an issue they find a solution and try to fix it as soon as possible. Keep up great work

They care more about their kick back from Gilead then they do you. If you have an option go elsewhere.
