No help or even willing to offer other options. Lady that answered phone seemed apathetic about the situation. She was evaluating my circumstances over the phone. Guessing my situation instead of getting clear insight by evaluating me in house. The receptionist is the medical doctor now? I was appalled and left distraught. Guess I’ll never get to experience what everyone else did. Sad.

Lady at the front desk Rosa, at phone seemed like she did not care at all to help me with my issue. Did not want to ask just guessed I dont dont we can. Its sad this is supposed to help with affordable places and I have to go elsewhere to even get a better answer on the help Im asking for. Useless information at the front desk just says fill out paper on website. I am so disappointed with this experience.

Such a great place. I originally came to see if I could get an ultra sound when I first found out I was pregnant. What they do here gives so much more. I believe in the power of prayer and having great community in your life and AWC has mentors who will pray for and with you. They have many resources for you, your baby, and your significant other. This organization is truly a blessing.

The staff was so friendly and professional. Dee was the sweetest person, and listened very well to my concerns and questions. Very smooth comforting process

Honestly a very great experience,Staff is amazing and helpful. I had my appointment with Stacy and went amazing. She was super nice and nonjudgmental. They are not medically equipped but they let you know so you are aware first hand. I love how informative they are. I hope someone else can experience this amazing experience as well!

I visited for a pregnancy confirmation today and everything was perfect. Stacy made me feel comfortable and loved 🥰 thanks all the staff here, God bless y’all!A place where you can be taken care of and there isn’t any type of judgment. Thank you for everything ❤️‍🩹.Also they give me all type of information for me and my baby and prenatal vitamins, happy to find this place 💘

I had a great experience at any woman can. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and safe! They are also very quick and the process was easy.

I happened upon this AMAZING place just google free pregnancy clinics searching clinics. The staff ((Especiallyyyy Sarah!!)) is SO kind and knowledgeable and the resources are outstanding. So excited for my first pregnancy with the support of this group!

When you walk in, you can immediately feel the positive energy despite whatever you’re facing or trying to cope with in that moment. It’s refreshing. If you’re looking for refuge, no judgement and an atmosphere to let your worries dissipate, rest assured you will find it here.Someone that derives from a Christian (upbringing)standpoint, spiritually, I appreciated the fact that it is faith based. Also, I never once felt judged especially being a part of the LBGT community that has not only been chastised from origins of my “family” community as well as nonbelievers.Not to mention, I had NEVER once felt pressured. I do have my reservations in regards to the negative comments on here and I’m honestly in disbelief but I will choose not to stir the pot. To each their own.These women come from a place of open arms, devoted compassion and dedication to instill a belief system that there are people in this world that genuinely want to help you- no matter the circumstances.I cannot emphasize enough for the lack of recognition or merits that these exceptional human beings of their stature rightfully deserve.This place literally changed my life and I am honestly a better woman because of this organization and the individuals that help to keep it alive.All and all, Denise and Nichole have especially touched my heart in countless ways that will remain with me forever.P.S. Men are welcome! They’re sympathetic to each and everyone in need of their services that are offered!

I’ve heard about them while I was going to UTSA and it’s been a delight going to this place. I feel comfortable and the people there are really sweet and do take the time to listen to you about your concerns. I recommend women to go here.

I went here for counseling after suffering from domestic violence. I had really high hopes after talking with one of the volunteers and I felt like this was a place where I could open up for the first time ever. I received counseling from Deborah who completely twisted everything I shared with her and violated my privacy rights. I told her about being attacked by a boyfriend something we had spoken about during our 1st session. At our second session I opened up about what took place and she Immediately reported me to cps, even though my children were not present or even living in my home when the incident occurred. I can’t afford a lawyer to stand up for myself against this, but I can at the very least share this story in hopes that they’ll train their staff better.

I would give zero stars if possible. They are VERY unprofessional here. Before my appointment, the doctor left to go get Starbucks, while I was waiting in the waiting room. Doctor wouldn’t wear mask over her nose then proceeded to totally take it off and kept asking me to take off mine as well (my appointment was the beginning of march, before the mandate was lifted). Not only this they made the mask a VERY big deal to me on the phone and said my fiancé couldn’t come in because of how cautious they are because of COVID, which is a lie because none of the employees were wearing masks more than half of the time I was there. The “doctor” then proceeded to sit and shame me for being engaged & not married, which is none of their business. They then proceeded to shame me for not going to a local church because I prefer to watch my uncle, who is a pastor on his livestreams. Doctor then kept reading me questions about drugs & drinking after I answered no, they would ask “are you sure? You can be honest” I hate to say it’s because of the color of my skin but I definitely can’t say it wasn’t. If you are a single mom, or just not married I would definitely not recommend this place unless it is absolutely your last option. They are VERY judgmental and add a whole new level of stress to whatever situation you’re going through.

Probably talk about you amongst staff. I went in once for counseling services. It was ok. The next appt she said we could do telehealth. So the day of my appointment I was waiting on a call. Totally forgot about appointment until I looked in my texts at unknown senders and seen she tried to send me something to set up a portal. Although she never mentioned I needed to do this before. Then the text said she would call. Or she might call and then she never did. So I called back and requested a new therapist, and I could tell from the sound of the person’s voice that was the wrong move. She said she’d call back and let me know something but I’ve heard nothing and I’m stating to mentally break again. So I will find another service.

If you walk in feeling fearful by any means, I promise you will leave feeling at peace and with answers and a direction to move in. Blessed to have run across these people. Definitely a plus that the facility was very well operated and CLEAN!

Personally felt so comfortable here. I had visited with concerns, and they were able to comfort me and answer all questions I had. Did I mention it’s faith based? Such a great place to be around. Can I work here?

The volunteers there were so awesome and kind. They were non-judgemental and courteous and Im happy to have found them. God Bless them for all they do. Oh! And the facility is gorgeous!!

This place is NOT a health clinic, it is right wing religious indoctrination scam. Their sole reason to exist appears to be to brainwash single mothers with right wing foolishness and keep women from seeking abortion services under the guise of supposed tests. They cant even draw blood. They can NOT provide ANY medical or psychological services whatsoever. There are no actual medical or psychological certified personnel, only brainwashed.

Any woman can is such a blessing! They truly care and make you feel seen.

This is not a Health clinic. They aren’t even allowed to draw blood. It isn’t free either, because they must refer girls to other offices for actual care.
