I was a transgender who didnt know anything about any kind of medical stuff and was actually currently getting scammed by the doctors at my grandmother gave me to, 30 years old. I came here and everything was explained to me fantastically, what would cost more what would cost less what my insurance would cover, and because of this awesome place, I have been able to start my medical transition and that has mattered to me so much! The doctors and the staff here are great and I would recommend this place to anybody in San Antonio!!! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

My PCP left AARC and I was told that I would be contacted with information about starting with a new PCP. The communication was months ago and still have not received any communication from AARC. My medication is about to run out and I have been calling AARC HEC to ask about a refill and no one answers the phone. I left a message and still no call back. I called again today and no one answered the phone.

The staff and office are remarkable. I was able to get prep and finally find access to care with a finding PC for my mens health. What a blessing. They take Aetna also. Go see them if you need help. Get yourself checked regardless of who you are! They are doing more than a community service but saving lives. 💯❤️ ❤️‍🩹🧑🏻‍⚕️

Dr. Cates is astounding and helped my partner and I navigate the system with ease. He listened to us, aided us, brought our spirits up, and in my partners passing...consoled us. This is a great clinic.
