My husband and I have been using this location for many years and felt compelled to let Stephans bosses know, and hopefully understand how truly valuable this young man is. He makes the experience totally pleasurable! Hes quick, efficient and can draw blood without you ever realizing he did it! My husband always asks that he do it because he has a fear of needles. Having a business ourselves we can really appreciate this young mans talents and character. He would be valuable anywhere! So I hope you know how to appreciate him.
All technicians should have clean hygiene. They look very dirty their nails are very dirty, felt very uncomfortable having them touch me it’s very important to have clean hygiene. Please evaluate your workers and make sure they are clean.
No one could ever get the veins in my arms and I always left bruised up, so they always had to use my hands. I warned the sweet lady here and she assured me she could get the veins in my arm. One poke later and we were all done and no bruising, not even a mark where I got poked. Loved her! Will definitely use this location again.
So the Dr. sends an order for s specific blood test to Sonora. I make the appointment for two weeks later on a specific date requested by the Dr. I arrive at the location early. The find the order and I go in to have blood drawn, wrong order. One that I already had done. So I found the order, an order they had for over a week. We cant do that test here. So I start trying to check which locations do what tests. They dont know. I called a customer service number that is well hidden on the website. They dont know which sites can do which tests. They have to call each location to see if they have the right vials to do the test. They promised to call me back.Well Im still waiting.Lets see, Google score of 3.7. Wish they knew what they were doing, but LabCorp is worse.
Garbage customer service. Walked in at 8:30 AM on September 29, 2022 asked if I could do bloodwork without appt. Only 1 patient in the office with two employees and they say they have no time or appointments available today. It takes 5 minutes tops to draw blood. As I walk around Safeway and get a few things I now see the employee by himself.
My first experience was excellent! I needed some blood tests, I tryed to make appointment in a few other places, but they were so busy. Fortunaly, I noticed this Lab and it wasnt so far. I made an appointment for very next day! Do you believe? I came in time, I hadnt wait for any extra minute. A nurse was awesome (Im sorry I forgot her name. She was very young but so excellent!) I didnt feel pain or discomfort. Thank you very much! I got the result online. I highly recommend this Lab!
I have been going to for over 2 years and have never been greeted with a hello or welcome how can I help you. It always do you have your order. Not customer friendly.They will also sign in every patient that walks in before drawing your blood, I have waited 20 minutes when I was the first one there.If I had the choice I would go elsewhere.
Is it just me?? I’ve been to this Sonora Quest Lab in side of Safeway twice..my sister in law once, and my wife once. It is agree’d that this male lab tech at the front desk has the personality of a toe nail (no disrespect to toe nails)…never looks up from his desk, talks to you in a condescending tone.. a unwelcoming environment, in short..this person does not like what he is doing.Quest Lab…do yourself, and the patience’s, a favor….lose this guy.Do yourself’s a favor, avoid this location…i will not be coming back .
I ordered my tests through a link my doctor provided on UltaLabs. I purchased my tests but it said I had to get my blood drawn at Sonora Quest. After not being allowed to schedule an appt at SQ over the phone (automated voice that gave me no way to speak to a live human and then hung up on me), so I went in to this location on Ashler Hills and Scottsdale Rd. since it said they take walk ins and it seemed to be the one with the least amount of online complaints from patients.When I went in they rudely told me they never heard of Ulta Labs and said they couldn’t take me. After I explained a bit they said I needed to schedule an appt and come back so they agreed to set up an appt for me for the next day....without informing me of anything else.When I returned the next day they were even more rude to me and said they needed proof that I purchased some tests and then said they didn’t recognise my doctor and ordered me to step outside to call my doctor. I am a very quiet person and was being more than nice to them so I could not understand why they were being so arrogant and condescending toward me.They said they wouldn’t take me without a fax of my test order from my doctor but they seemed to become more agitated the more I tried to do my best to accommodate their demands. Apparently new patients have to be pretty much all Omniscient and know every jot and tittle of all the ins and outs of the procedure, the Sonora Quest way, PRIOR to coming in to avoid being treated so rudely.I called my doctor and they called SQ and faxed them my order but when I went back inside they told me they received the fax of my order but still refused to schedule me. The technicalities of all this was not the problem, but it was their extremely rude and condescending behavior toward me.*** If that was not bad enough they crossed the line of abuse after they refused to schedule an appt for me by giving me an 800 number that they said I had to call in order to set up an appt... It was nothing but a cold-hearted dupe on their part! *The number they gave me was nothing but an automated voice survey offering me a “free” nominal fee cruise that told me to press 1 to accept this offer and when I pressed 2 to not accept it hung up on me!***Now I can understand why Sonora Quest locations have many complaints from patients about how horribley they were treated..***To anyone being referred to Sonora Quest BEWARE! And to Sonora Quest, you REALLY have A LOT to learn about customer service that treats patients with kindness as though they are actual human beings.Edited Note: In response to SQ’s reply to my post below, the number they gave me was an 855 number that was quite obviously the wrong number.
I have been going to this location for at least 6 years. Although the staff has changed, a few times, I have always been treated cordially and quickly.I have been seen by Stephon and Clarence, they last few times and they are both excellent Phlebotomists. I go to this location, rather than my doctors office, because they are THAT good.
Lacking in problem solving skills. They are robots can’t think outside a single task they are working on. No eye contact when speaking to you complete disrespect Their website sucks to make appointments and trying to call them for help booking an appointment.... well good luck.
Quick service at 1:30pm on a Monday. Phlebotomist said theyre usually busy early in the day. She was very nice & quick.
Why the need for an appointment? COVID is over!
