I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the management and customer service at the 1400 Forest Glen Rd location. I have been a patient of Capital Women Care for several years, but over the past few months, the service has severely declined.Phone lines are often unresponsive—morning, afternoon, and late afternoon. Despite numerous calls and voicemails over several weeks, I received no response. I was forced to leave work in Virginia and travel to Silver Spring to book an appointment in person. When I returned for my appointment, one of my prescriptions was ineffective. After calling last week to resolve this, it took two days to reach someone, who instructed me to wait before calling back. However, my follow-up calls went unanswered. I even had to use the emergency line to finally get through, only to be transferred to another voicemail.I spoke with the office manager, Alex, who acknowledged ongoing issues with the phone system but offered no solutions. It is unacceptable that, despite receiving ample payment for services, the practice has not upgraded its phone system or adequately staffed its call center.Given these persistent issues, I am canceling my upcoming appointment and will seek care elsewhere. This practice needs to address these problems urgently, invest in necessary upgrades, and improve their management and service.
Impossible to make appointments at this location. The online portal to request appointments might as well be a black hole. The main phone line rings and rings. Despite leaving voicemails, and submitting requests online, I cannot get someone to follow up with me timely. Clinical staff are good, but office management seems to be a little lacking.
They need to reconsider the management team, upon hire there was training at another location for two days during the first week. Which was helpful to a certain extent. They broke down how to use the system ( which is really excessive with prompts processing ) but was not helpful to the office I was assigned to when hired. Each office in different Divisions has a a unique processing order and color coordination with the scheduling. I was to be trained by Alejandra Alex as she was the manager for the Clinical/Admin dep. but it did not seem to promising. There were moments she stepped away and I was pretty much left alone, and in order to not fall behind in my training I had to ask my surrounding peers for assistance. Which were also upset of the fact that they were in no position to train as they were also learning themselves. The second week of training I barely saw the Alex and seem to be annoyed of the fact that I kept asking questions when she would pop in. One day during that second week they had another Front desk staff from another office to train me. That was a waste of time since everything taught by that staff was also inaccurate. Mistakes were constantly made because training was a fail. I had my written notes and even with that it was not useful to a certain degree because during that time period I was pretty much learning on my own. I took the initiatives to come in earlier to prepare for the day so I can practice and get a head start. Alex had review my progress and question me for my mistakes but fail to realize she had failed as a manager to do the training as needed. There was a moment she she said during my second week of training Im falling behind my work to train you as if that is my fault, but she clearly loves to work remote or leave early from the office. The office manager Ingrid seem to be fairly close with Alex so when there was really no hope with communicating the issue. HR was no help at all either and rude. At the end of everything I was let go because of performance when in reality it all faults back to the person who was responsible for training. Them falling behind on their work tot train others should not be my fault in their poor management skills. Especially when they leave the office to work remote and theyre posting on social media that theyre not working.
My experience as a new patient at Capital Women’s Care in Silver Spring was great. Everyone was pleasant and the facility was immaculate. I am confident I will receive the necessary care in the coming weeks.
I am so upset. They sent my labs without my consent to capitals women’s care lab. I did not sign the form to their own personal lab and left me with a bill of over $200.Now I have a collection agency calling me. I’ve been going to this doctor since I moved to the area my labs are covered by my insurance, which is LabCorp. Why would you send my labs to your personal lab knowing that my insurance doesn’t cover it. When I asked about it, no one is responding. The billing company doesn’t have documentation and I’m going back-and-forth with them and now I have a collections. If anybody has any insight as every time you go to the office they make you sign which lab you want to over and over again. I didn’t sign that paperwork. In fact I left blank because I didn’t understand why every time you go there they’re asking you to pick a lab most people just want you to pick a lab at the beginning of the year if they have new insurance.
Dr. Coates and the staff at Capital Women’s Care are all very welcoming and friendly. I got a thorough well womens exam and was completely satisfied with getting all of my questions answered and requested tests taken. Totally recommend this care center to others.
Dr. Coates is nice and so are the nurses. But the people answering the phones are super unpleasant and the office basically makes it impossible to schedule an appointment.
Medical staff is awesome but admin is terrible. They will bill your insurance incorrectly, bill YOU, refused to fix their mistake or call you back but they will send you to collections in a heartbeat even though you’re already paying THEM!!
Very disappointed about this clinic I was so excited to attend to this clinic they refuse to see me because I didn’t have the insurance Physical card yet I had Medicaid number only while waiting for my card the person I spoke to said that they do not accept Medicaid number , and when I look at there website it literally says Medicaid and Maryland assistance, need it to make an appointment was not feeling well and pregnant she told me to go somewhere else and refuse did not try to help me or tell me why ! just said that they don’t work with Medicaid number only and is very disappointed
I absolutely love Dr. Coates! Im new to the area and worked with several doctors prior to seeing Dr. Coates. When I saw her, she and her office staff were so welcoming and so thorough. She was the only doctor that helped me find a solution. Would highly recommend if you are in search of a new physician!
Dr Tamara Coates is exceptional. She listens, informs and gives you all the information necessary to make the best decision. She is very caring and I loved my experience as a first time patient.
Special shoutout to the CWC online portal, which gives you the idea that youre completing forms in the 21st century, but actually operates like some of my other small practice doctors who ask me to extensively verify all my information every time I come in. I also agree that you cant really schedule an appointment via the portal because the portal doesnt connect to your doctors schedule in any way, so its just making a phone call with extra steps. The front desk WILL call you and they will offer appointments at extremely inconvenient times. So, while I agree with the other reviewers to a certain extent that the admin practices of this office are uniformly horrible, I would also like to give a shoutout to various doctors Ive seen at the practice over many years who have also been absolute garbage:* Dr. Norman: a surgeon who had to try two times to properly insert a copper IUD (for anyone whos had this done: you know how much that would suck) and then cut the strings too short so that Ive had to have ultrasounds since then (the first one just a year or so after his expert insertion) to determine if its still in place. Recently, Ive discovered I cant get it removed in the standard way so Im going to have to pay to have surgery to get it out. Although the current practitioner I saw at CWC assured me that insurance would cover -- yes, I understand and I also understand how coinsurance works in addition to the money Ive already spent on the ultrasounds. If I didnt have insurance I wouldnt be able to afford to get this resolved. He also commented that hed never seen anyone run out the 10 year limit of their Paragard (I was getting mine replaced following a LEEP) and, like, I dont know what to tell you, dude, but I really dont want to have kids?* Dr. DeQuattro: who I went to after my very non-pregnant self was producing milk under the delightful pressure of a mammogram. She ordered an additional mammogram and a breast ultrasound and told me that since it wasnt breast cancer it was just down to whether it bothered me or not. This was in 2020.* Dr. Munsen: Shoutout to her since I did happen mention the unfounded lactation in passing (remember, I was told that it was just a nuisance and not a real problem). She performed a blood test and said I should go see an endocrinologist. As it turns out, it was a small tumor on my pituitary gland. This was in 2022 so I burned 2 years not doing anything due to Dr. DeQuattros guidance. Since then, shes been more focused on telling me about her vacation plans and every so often casually recommending a hysterectomy. Ive asked her several times why shes recommending such an extreme surgery and shes never given me a straight answer but, hey, if youve got doctor money go on those world tours I guess. On the whole, Im sure there are great doctors in this practice. There sort of have to be on balance because CWC is gobbling up all the providers in the area. I didnt care for that when CVS did it and I didnt care for that when My Eye Doctor did it. Caveat emptor.
TOP NOTCH!Dr. Norman - Laurel, MDI have been going to this practice for 28 years and never even once thought about straying. I have seen most of the doctors in this practice. I 100% recommend this practice to anyone and everyone! You will not be disappointed! The compassion this office provides is exceptional and super friendly. I 100% recommend this practice to anyone and everyone! You will not be disappointed!
Dr. Tamara Coates is amazing. So kind, so thoughtful. I felt heard and cared for. She is very knowledgeable and has a great expertise. I highly recommend her and can’t wait to see her again.
I have been a patient of Dr. Norman and Capital Women’s Care for many many years. As a long time patient, I can honestly say and have complete trust in him. The genuine care and concern for my wellbeing cannot be understated. He has always gone above and beyond for me… seeing me when he may not have had a lot of time… taken time to call back himself if I had a question. He’s never shortened an appointment, or made me feel rushed…This is all to say I would never go anywhere else for my care, and trust them in the highest regard.
Dr. Coates is truly an amazing physician. She knew my challenges and concerns. She was caring and cautious during my high risk pregnancy. Shes an asset to Capital womens Care. I would recommend her to family and friends. You will not feel like just another patient. She will personalize your care according to your needs.
I’ve had a very positive experience all around with Capital Womens care but Dr. Norman is the best! I have been seeing him for over 10 years and he makes not fun appointments feel so comfortable. Dr. Norman delivered my twins and really listens to his patients. It’s because of him that I was then able to have a VBAC with my singleton. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love this practice. I have been a patient of Dr. Tamara Coates for 22 years now and she has never lead me astray or let me down. She delivered my baby boy 22 years ago and took excellent care of me then as she continues to do today. She is on top of all of the requisite exams and test per my age bracket and her persistence in making me keep up with my regular exams helped me find an early cancer diagnosis. I am forever grateful.. I definitely consider Dr. Coates family. Additional.. years ago when she was not available.. Dr. Ein and Normand were super helpful as well. A big Thank you to my favorite doctor!
Dr. Khoury has a lot of experience as a surgeon, and he is the type of doctor that takes the time with his patients and answers any questions you have. He explains things really well and go into details. I am scheduling my hysterectomy with him. He was recommended by my long term and excellent gynecologist.
If you would like to go in for a la carts services and be reminded of what the insurance company will and will not cover instead of caring for the patient and their needs go here! They asked me to pick my problem because they could only care for one of them! This has gone downhill in care and treatment disappointed as a long time patient!! Why would you want to go to a doctor that won’t treat the whole patient. How are we supposed to know what the most important issues are, if I were a doctors then I wouldn’t need your services.
Giving 2 stars because Ive been a long time patient and as of late, its almost impossible to receive good care here. The docs are great, but I received my results via labcorp 2 days ago & have yet to hear from the practice. I also left 3 voicemails during business hours to schedule an appointment and never received a call back. 5 calls just to schedule is pretty unreasonable.Ive been with this practice since I was 16 years old, and I am now 35..I never had these issues with the practice until this year. Whatever has changed-needs to go back!
Take your parking ticket with you and they will validate it. You do need to park in the garage I feel this was the most confusing part but don’t panic. Go to the nearest elevator take it to floor 4 walk left and OUT to the parking lot (DO NOT GO TO THE RIGHT EVEN THOUGH THAT LEADS INTO A BUILDING) and straight ahead to the bridge, walk over that bridge DO NOT GET ON THE ELEVATOR BEFORE THE BRIDGE. get on that elevator IN THE BUILDING AFTER CROSSING THE BRIDGE. Take it to floor 5.Come out the elevator and make a right go around the corner and it’s the first door. Leaving take elevator to floor 2 and do everything in reverse. Contrary to the reviews that have been posted I personally had a great time at this doctor I saw Lisa Lewis and she was a doll she made me feel very comfortable and sincere in my care. The waiting room is clean and quiet. And you will be call in to be seen quickly all the ladies in the reception area are pleasant. The rooms to be examined are also well lit clean and comfortable.
The office and SOME Drs here are God sent. But one main experience I had happened a couple months ago.I had a c section and while at home (recovering) I developed a fever 100.4+ called the on call doctor. And the Dr (Norman) told me tojust take ibuprofen or take a COVID test lots of people get sick, youll be fine. Why did you take your temperature in the first place? Maybe you have mastitis. Ibuprofen well help bye.I had a fever of 100.4 and he brushed it off.My breast were fine I never developed mastitis. And I took my temperature cause I felt hot I did not feel good at all!!fever after major surgery is never good!*Listen to your body and the symptoms.*I would NOT recommend Dr.Norman.
Scheduling is such a headache as they are always “fully booked” like they’re a hotel and not a healthcare svc. but if a Dr makes an exception like one did for me it Will& Can be done. CWC Holy Cross staff is the worst, no empathy, you’re just a patient number. My appts are in Laurel where the staff & Dr’s are friendly not a long wait in the afternoon. What upsets me is when you’re closer to you’re due date & have to be seen every week. It’s such a hassle to get a convenient time & day to be seen that fits your schedule. Cause other patients schedule a month in advance while you have to schedule weekly. Needs a better scheduling system for weekly patients.
Dr. Norman is an amazing doctor! He delivered my twin girls one was breech and they are healthy and happy. I highly recommend, he is skilled.
Dr. DeQuattro is great. She has great bedside manners and is very thorough. I would give the practice 5-stars if it wasnt for the Black appointment setter. Im only describing her by her race because I dont know her name. Shes extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. Every time I speak to her she has an attitude and acts like she doesnt want to be bothered.
The reason I wrote this review is just to save some people from unethical and money oriented practices.I used to go Silver spring Capital Womens care for my prenatal check up starting from 16 week of GA to 28 week, I had a total of 5 visits before I review the clinic. The first thing was the doctors are not communicating eachother or not reading the previous document or they documted wrongly, why I said this is every time when I went, I met different doctor, actually that was not the problem for me if they review the chart before coming , but every doctor who I saw they start from the scratch , one may order the blood test and next time you see the other one, unfortunately my Hemoglobin level was below, normal but no one considered it also no physical examination even in the first visit . for me this is not the good choice as OBGYN clinicThe worst scenario was on my 28 week GA, I went to the clinic on time ( as usual I filled sick time for my employer) and waited the doctor for 2 hrs he was not show up, the front desk tried to call him couple of times but no clear cut response that he come or not , so finally I forced to leave without getting service, Dr R. KHOURY the one who didnt show up on my appointment date called me by the next day and left voice message, I have the written part as evidence not getting the service, but I already decided to change them, finally they sent me a bill under this doctor name which I didnt met and not even know him physically,And I asked them they said this is for ultrasound, (the rude billing people even responded unprofessionally) but the amount much more than the previous ultrasound and they gave different ICD code for them to be consistent with billing.I really sorry to have such kind of practice in the market and this kind of unethical and money oriented doctor, this is shame for the medical practice, tried to get money without giving the necessary service to the patient, finally I realized that why their lobby is almost empty no patient as other clinics actually your good work attracts the people. For those who read this review sorry it is too long, but try to make your prenatal period comfortable and healthy by choosing a clinic that practice in good way, and the doctor who is responsible and ethicalMy experience with Capital women silver Spring is worst.
I loved my sonogram technician she made me feel comfortable and did a great job calming me down as I was nervous. The doctor and nurses were super friendly as well and are very good at their jobs. My only complaint is the front desk people were rude when I didnt know where to go and how to check out.
Dr. Ein is one of the best doctors, been coming to Silver Spring office for over 30 yrs but staff in last few years are some of the worst I’ve dealt with, they are rude & definitely not helpful or caring!
The front desk lady who works in the mornings is very rude and does not appear to have any customer service experience. She doesn’t welcome you or say good morning. She is always extremely aggressive. The last time I was there she got an attitude and sent me to the fifth floor even though I explained to her that my appointment was on the second floor. She made me go all the way upstairs for nothing. She is always talking loudly about her personal life and does not appear to care that everyone in the office can hear her in fact I think she likes getting attention. The nurses on the other hand are always very nice.
I went to this clinic when I was pregnant and the doctors are ok, Dr Ein is not that friendly and is always rushed, instead of taking his time with you he just rushes through things and walks out so quickly. He even asked me if I went back to work when I came for my 2 weeks post partum follow up! I was in labor for 24 hours with no real progress and I asked for Dr Del Ninno repeatedly she showed up once or twice, when we told her we want C section she didn’t want to and didn’t even show up, after all that time after repeatedly using suction to take my baby out unsuccessfully they finally decided to do c section!!! By that time I was almost out with pain! I almost lost my baby, she was impersonal and I didn’t have the supportive environment I hoped for, capital women is an ok clinic but the Drs are just not that great, including Dr Ein! I’m just glad my baby is ok.
Office was clean and everyone seemed helpful and friendly. Very convenient that the lab was right there. Appointment was quick and easy, no issues. The Dr was attentive and answered all my questions.
I am so impressed with this doctors office. I saw one of the PAs and she took such good care of me. She listened to all of my concerns and helped me with things that I have not been able to take care of myself. She referred me to locations that I needed for a follow up. I also scheduled a follow up appointment with her and she was great again. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me. I usually switch around OBGYns but I will not be leaving. Shout out to Lisa Lewis. Thank you.
Update: 10 months later & I am still upset with Dr. DeQuattro for being inpatient with me during delivery and also not letting my husband cut my baby’s umbilical cord. The nurse was way more helpful than the doctor.
I have been going here for about 3-4 years, and was not impressed at all. My appointments felt rushed, impersonal and sterile. I would leave my appointments discouraged that my question nor concerns had been properly addressed. I was in the middle of changing practices when I found out i was pregnant with my 2nd child.I met midwife Sheila Bennett and she honestly turned everything around. Not since my days back in my hometown of Boston, at Brighams and Womens Hospital, had I been met with such professionalism and compassion. She has addressed all my concerns, goes through every question I have and is super friendly (which is important to me when someone is so intimate with my lady parts). I am honestly still on the fence, because of past interactions, but Midwife Bennett has shown me what i hoped this practice to be.On other note, the front desk staff is always kind and courteous. Also i recently had to use the emergency call service for a problem. The operator was kind and the doctor called me back within 10 mins and also was very helpful. This along my interactions with my midwife, has began to restore my hopes in the practice.
This was a lovely visit. It was my daughters first birth control visit. The doctor was very kind and made her feel very comfortable. He was great at explaining everything and finding the best birth control to meet her needs. Thanks!
The doctors and other medical team are great. The receptionist and the billing department are rude and unprofessional. You get harassed and threatened to pay a full surprise bill at the counter without prior notice. The billing department says something and the office accounts lady Terry says another thing. There is zero communication between the two departments. I was forced and cross examined who do I call in the billing department and had to wait 30minutes to see my doctor for my usual check up. Over all, this place is more money focused than people focused. It does not have the basic principles of how to communicate with expecting mothers!
I was originally a patient at MedStar Health and the care I had received as a patient was awful but also the treatment was terrible (given the fact that I am a person with a chronic disease). I had recently come to Capital Womens Care in search of finding real help for my disease and I do not regret my decision at all. Not only was I greeted with amazing care but with care that was genuine and women who wanted to help. I’m happy to say that I have found my OBGYN and do not plan on leaving anytime soon!
Dr. Coates is amazing. It was very important to me to find a Black OBGYN and after searching and searching i found her. She is very personable and very gentle. I actually talked to her and she got to know my health history from me and not from a chart or a piece of paper. I would recommend her to anyone. One piece of feedback, front desk should become more knowledgable of the online portal. They could not answer any questions and it forwarded me to the office manager who was out of office.
The wait was quite long, but everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Coates is thorough, caring, and willing to answer questions. I feel confident in my care here.
Excellent service here at capital womens care from the moment you walk in the door with very friendly administrative staff, my primary physician Dr. Ein. he is the best he was treating me to regulate my period and get pregnant.
I love my doctor but the staff at the Silver Spring location is ver hostile. I called today very excited to ask questions about my upcoming appointment and the person who answered the phone was ver rude. She told me that because of Covid that my husband could not go in with me which I understand but when I said that it was sad that he could not be there with me, she replied “well, Covid is sad”. I felt awful hearing that because it felt like I was not being thoughtful of other people that have been suffering from this pandemic. I lost my father this year so I know very well how hard it is to loose someone you love specially unexpected. I told her I had to call her back because I wasn’t sure what to do with that information so she told me “our rules are not going to change and you are not going to find a place that allows your husband to accompany you so you should know that”. Wrong again, I did find a place where my husband can be there for me also that the staff did not treat me like I was the worst person in the world. This person was very angry on the phone and it’s sad that she could not leave her problems at home instead bring them to work and spread her sadness. Terry is her name and I hope her manager sees this review. If it wasn’t because of my wonderful doctor I would never go back there.
There is no words I can express my gratitude to Dr Roy Khoury and his staff. They took great care of me while explaining exactly what would happen before , during and after my Hysterectomy surgery. Getting the Hysterectomy surgery was the best decision I have ever made. I am in the best shape of my life. Its has been six weeks and three days today, when I had my Hysterectomy surgery. My experience was completely positive and I am currently recovering very well at home. Nothing beats Dr. Roy Khoury experience and care. He is such a great Surgeon any woman will like to have. Once again, am deeply appreciative to you Dr Roy Khoury,
I have been seeing Dr. Norman at Capital Womens Care for over 30 years now. He delivered my daughter. I could not be any happier with his service and will NEVER see anyone else!
A very caring doctors office. Very efficient, as they always call me when my Prolia shot is due, and they always take care of everything for me. I always receive a card in the mail or an email reminding me to make my womens well exam visit.
I absolutely love Capital Womens Care. All of the doctors are amazing. I especially like Dr. DeQuattro. She delivered my baby boy and so I’ve been seeing her since.
Everyone of these doctors have helped me deliver my 5 awesome children with care and due diligence. We are very pleased with the entire team. They are very caring and loving doctors. God bless them all and their families. I have been a patient of theirs since 2000.
Dr. Brad Norman has been my OBGYN for the past 21 years or so. He is super! He has fabulous bedside manners, knows his patients, makes you feel at ease, and is a absolutely competent doctor. Nothing beats experience! He is one of the best!
Great experience. I love this group. They make you feel welcome and at ease. Whether it is a routine visit or a special visit to investigate a concern... I always feel it is a positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this group. Ive been a patient for approx 20 years.
They are top notch!! Always taking excellent care of me and my health. They recently did my hysterectomy and I must say the process and care from Dr. Khourey was outstanding. My recovery was quick and uneventful!!
Sheila Bennett (midwife) did my IUD and it went very well. She clearly explained what she was doing during each step and gave me a heads up about what it would feel like. She did it perfectly and so quick! Highly recommend getting IUD
Waiting for Newhouse doctor to come help my sister baby deliver but she never show up and even the next day what type of doctor are u and don’t even call to check on her
I have been a patient of Capital Womens Care for as long as I can remember which is to say; many years. I find the staff exceptional. The doctors in the practice; the best in the medical field; as I have seen several of the doctors in this practice over the years. However, my patient/doctor relationship; again for years, has been with Dr. Munson who has been my primary GYN for sometime until Dr. Munson experienced an injury. I love and respect Dr. Munson. During Dr. Munsons absence; Ive seen Lisa Lewis, Nurse Practitioner; an exceptional personality, warm, thorough; knowledgeable; I love her as well. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Capital Womens Care for a second. Honored to have them take care of me. I wish they could be my Primary Care doctor; which is to qualify how great they are. Thank you, MR
The Best team of doctors in the DMV. Dr. Melinda Munson is one of the most brilliant doctors of our time. She has no cut cards when it comes to providing quality care for her patients. She will always take her concerns a step further until she gets to the bottom of any issue or concern. Dr. Munson is the BEST!!
Dr. Khory was amazing in making sure our newborn was delivered with no issues even with just about every complication in the book thrown at him. He was never rude, completely understanding and got us taken care of.Thanks a lot Dr. Khory.
I’ve been going to this practice since I was 18 years old and would recommend them to everyone! They are amazing all around and many of the staff have been there as long as I remember. They are up-to-date on everything and leave no stone unturned. Overall, this practice and ALL of its members simply care as if you were a part of their personal family. Great feeling and nice to be able to say “oh I’d just go to the doctor without an issue! I absolutely LOVE it there!”After a couple of years of “Life” I realized that I had not had an annual exam (insert the scary and dramatic music here). Made an appointment with Lisa Lewis, PA-C and didn’t know what to expect because I had never met her. Knowing the history of the practice, I was not too apprehensive but of course, it felt like an interview lol. I had tons of questions and needed lots of advice as I slowly sashay my way to 40 years old about proper personal care, birth control, etc. Mrs. Lewis left me feeling extremely confident and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer everything in a way that I totally understood. I did not have to google terms or even question “but why or why not?” this or that afterwards. It felt as if I was having a discussion with my sister/friend and she wouldn’t steer me wrong. Just awesome! I appreciate her and the time she took with me.Overall, if you are looking for a Ob/gyn, I encourage you to give the practice a call. With over 22years with them, I’m proud to say that I have no issue seeing any doctor, PA, or midwife. That is how confident I am when it comes down to it. I’ve given birth, lost, had other procedures, dealt with billing, HMO to PPO, random lady “issues” you name it but ALL with a smile. Tell me where else you can do that? Get yourself an appointment!
I’ve been coming here every since my many poor experiences at the Rockville branch. I LOVE Dr. Coates. Dr. Munsen is nice as well.
Dr. Resta always goes above and beyond with his care. I’ve been a patient for more than 15 years and I’m always given thoughtful, generous medical care. I will never leave. I even run what other doctors tell me by Dr. Resta for his medical opinion before I make big decisions. A gem for sure.
Sheila Bennett (midwife) and nurse Kantresa (sorry if I misspelled!!) were absolutely amazing at my colposcopy and biopsy procedure today. I was extremely nervous and anxious about both the procedure and the results. Sheila took the time to speak to me about what was expected before, during, and after the procedure and helped me feel significantly calmer. Kantresa was also a really soothing energy to have in the room and her serene demeanor helped significantly. Sheilas expertise really shined through and the whole process was relatively painless. She always warned when I would feel pressure and let me know each step as it was performed which also helped ease my mind. I actually ended up in tears at the end of the procedure, not only because I was relieved it was over, but because Sheilas care and concern was just so touching!! Im really hoping I can have her as a midwife one day because she is truly an angel! Much love!
Dr. Roy Khoury is awful. Never schedule a surgery with him. He will mess up and try to cover it up. He is a liar and a cowered.
Whenever I come in for a appointment I’m always greeted with the warmest smile. I feel like they are all family. The triage, nurse, billing, and doctors are genuinely concerned about my health and what’s best for me.
Very pleased with my visit at CWC. Dr. Lee has been a great help to get me to better health. I appreciate that I dont have to wait for a long time like you do at most doctor offices.
I really do like the MEDICAL staff, i.e.the doctors and PAs (very friendly), but the front desk- NO-so cold and rude, they talk to people like they are incompetent and always act like they are in a rush to get you away from window. I’m not a title person, so I don’t throw what I am around, but the reality is you never know who you are talking to and where you’ll meet them again. The specific people I’m talking about are the two ladies who sit right at the window- attitude galore area. The techs are also very nice, I’ll give them credit. Oh and lastly, I would suggest they actually keep gloves in all of the examination rooms vs. always having to go back out and then that glove being used in such an area after being in a pocket or in open air.
Dr. Klein is a great doctor. She genuinely cares about her patients. She is efficient, professional, and personable. I am very grateful to have her as a doctor!
Dr. Tamara Coates is a fantastic and thoughtful doctor. I’ve been with her over 15 years.
They are very welcoming, the service is perfect. Doctors are very kind especially Dr Korry. Thanks to their professional skills, their courage I had my baby Michael. Thank you wholeheartedly for your help
I’ve never really liked going to the doctors haha but I love this office. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. They always address all of my concerns. I’d recommend everyone to this office :)
I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. DeQuattro during my first pregnancy. She is very professional and caring. I highly recommend you to go to her, you won’t regret it.
I really like this place for my checkups with my gynecologist. I like how they serve me. During my pregnancy they cleared all my doubts. and those who make appointments also explain everything to me with details I like very much. I recommend it.
I have been a patient of this practice for 20 years. These physicians care about the whole person. They listen to patients and thoroughly answer questions. I cannot recommend them more highly.
I have been a patient of Dr. Coates for over 20 years. She is a caring and empathetic practitioner.
Scheduling here is truly a nightmare. Their phone systems are always overburdened and it’s difficult to get a professional, prompt or proper response from administrative staff. As a busy working woman, I found the process of scheduling to be inefficient, burdensome and disorganized.
One of the Best Womens Care offices! They had always treated me with compassion and the right care for my needs (i.e., OBGY, baby delivery)... I strongly recommend the doctors and nurses are the best!!
The staff and doctors are amazing!! They took very special care of my Daughter. Thanks for all that you do. Love Latisha Stephens and Loretta Lanham

Dr. DeQuattro took her time with my exam and answered all my questions. The nurses, ultrasonographer and phlebotomist were all capable and attentive. I am happy to have found this practice.

I went for a regular exam during the pandemic. The staff had everything thought out well to make my visit as safe as possible.
An amazing practice for general care and to take you through pregnancy. I have always felt very cared for by everyone who works there.
The staff is incredibly nice, the check in process is so simple and the appointment went great!
Scheduling an appointment was easy and I was able to get in without a long waiting period.

Been with this practice for 33 years and they have always taken excellent care of me.
Long waits. Difficult to schedule an appointment. Appointments online does not work.

Im done
Simply exceptional in everyway.
This office never educated me on anything during my prenatal appointments just tried to force me on whatever drug possible they could find. Dr. Newhouse was the absolute worst, having me wait over 30 minutes for every appointment until she came into my room where she completely rushed my visits and ignored all of my concerns. I was told I needed to be induced, which my baby didn’t like and then forced into a last minute episiotomy with vacuum extractor. The recovery was excruciating and I was left with no education on what to do/not do, just had to fend for myself. My baby is still suffering from multiple neurological issues that I’m sure the forced labor, baby aspirin, fentanyl and OxyContin etc caused. Avoid this practice at all cost.
My wife had a bad experience, she says that the doctors are very kind and professional, but the reason why I give two stars is because the dark-haired lady who takes the blood samples is very racist, she yelled at him because I dont speak English and made comments racist my friend experienced the same thing but I didnt believe it was true I hope they do something.
