Was able to book an appt same day using online scheduling. This office is outstanding! Super clean & organized. From beginning to end…my experience was great… they’re super efficient, friendly, knowledgeable & professional. They took blood, diagnosed & sent in prescriptions plus advised on how & when to follow up with my primary physician. Highly recommend this care center.
Ive had very positive experiences with Fast Track Urgent Care. At my visit yesterday, there was no wait and I was see almost immediately. The Dr/PA was wonderful and was able to diagnose what was wrong. I am very willing to recommend this Urgent Care to any one who has need of their services.
I needed to get a COVID test before returning to work - scheduling was quick and easy! They had appointments available within 2 hours and once I got there, there was no wait time. I got in, got tested, got called for my results about 30 min later, and went back to receive the results and get a note for work! The communication was clear, concise, and they showed the appropriate amounts of concern so I felt cared for. Will return if urgent care is needed!
This was my first time visiting an Urgent Care Clinic, so the slate was clean. I was able to schedule and show up for an appointment within 40 minutes (5 stars), the staff was friendly (5 stars), the office was clean with few patients (5 stars), and I waited no more than 20 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment (5 stars). Room for improvement: I had told the medical assistant who took my vitals that I had a specific surgery last year. No follow-up questions were asked, nor was this surgery documented in my chart (1 star). When the provider saw me for an allergic reaction to medication, she listened to my breath sounds for 15-20 seconds, asked me to lift up my shirt, which took 2 seconds, glanced at my bumps/hives which covered not only my mid/thoracic back, but my my entire cervical/upper back as well. She didn’t ask me to remove my bra for a better view of the affected area, nor did she move any closer than four feet away (1 star). She then took a cursory look in my throat for 2-3 seconds (1 star), asked if I needed a note, disappeared for 2-3 minutes and returned with a work note and told me about medication sent to my local pharmacy. By my count, the entire visit lasted no more than 6 minutes (2 stars), and I was left feeling as if I had been through a fast food drive-thru: bereft, invalidated, and exasperated. Attention to detail is paramount when providing care; whilst I appreciated the friendliness of everyone, documenting a major surgery to which I had alluded, as well as failing to palpate and take more than 3 seconds to actually see, not merely glance upon my back was rather disconcerting and disappointing. In short, I am very conflicted about my experience and would have felt better if the provider had taken a few more minutes to examine me.
Check in was good although the receptionist Jamie was a little rude. We did not have our physical insurance card with us and were about to be dismissed. We asked for a manager which prompted her to then call a coworker to verify if she could still accept us which they said was no problem.
Heres a draft for a negative review based on your experience:---I had a very disappointing experience with Fast Track Urgent Care. I initially visited them for a health concern and was charged $200 for the consultation. The doctor told me to come back for a follow-up, implying that it would be part of the original fee. However, when I returned for the follow-up, they decided to charge me another $200!Not only was this unexpected, but it also felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. When I questioned the additional charge, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. I was left feeling like they cared more about making money than providing quality care or honoring their word.I would not recommend Fast Track Urgent Care to anyone looking for transparent and trustworthy medical service. There are plenty of other clinics that value their patients and don’t surprise them with extra charges.
I usually have a good experience at this location, but my most recent one was disappointing. I was misdiagnosed and had to spend $50 for the appointment and $10 for a prescription that did not help because it wasn’t applicable. My condition got worse and I had to go to another doctor to get a correct diagnosis and medicine. I feel that my condition could’ve been diagnosed properly with one test and I wish the doctor would’ve taken a bit more care and time to do this test so that I didn’t have to go through my symptoms worsening and spending the money and time to go to this appointment.
Got into a minor accident and went here for a check up to be safe. Everyone there was so nice and personable. They got me squared away, I was in and out within about 30-45 minutes of arriving. I’m came right as they opened so I’m not too sure about wait times cause I was the first one there.
My daughter was seen and everyone was wonderful here! A very nice experience and pretty fast even though she was the last to be seen before closing and it was a walk in! I would absolutely recommend to friends and family.
This is, by far, the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Friendly, efficient, profesional, and attentive. I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour, exactly what you’re hoping for when you’re feeling like crap. Thank you!
Woke up with an irritated eye that got worse over the next day. Figured I better get it check out and was able to schedule an appointment for 20 minutes in the future, upload all the requested info and jump in the car and still arrived early. Staff was awesome from front to back. Wish my eye wasn’t scratched but couldn’t have asked for a better experience under the circumstances.
Don’t go here!!! The doctors are amazing, but the MA and front desk staff are both terrible. It’s closer to our than other urgent care so I decided to go again despite having previous terrible experiences since it was simple ear infection. Once again Front desk staff was 15 min late, MA was 30 minutes late. Then the MA had the worst attitude when I mentioned the time.
The staff from the front desk to the Medical Assistant to the Doctor were all professional, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. The Doctor in particular had the MA retake my blood pressure because it was quite low. She thought it might be contributing to my falls and it may be caused by the Minoxidil I had been taking for my BP and the Alopecia I have developed. She further advised me to alert my primary doctor immediately.
I went this Saturday 4/6 due to an ongoing issue with a nasty ear infection. The wait time was just about 15 minutes. The doctor was amazing! I cant remember her name but she was so very pleasant and explained in detail what was was going on with my ear. The doctor I previously saw, Dr. Ali was also really good and with great bedside manner. The front desk person on this day was also very professional and pleasant. This was a good experience and if you need an urgent care location, I would highly recommend this location. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. My issue was addressed and prescriptions sent off immediately and filled by my pharmacy.
Scheduled an appointment for 10AM the morning of, and once arrived, I was seen very quickly. I’ve come here many times and it’s the quickest Urgent Care I’ve been to. Once, I didn’t schedule an appointment and just showed up, they saw me as quick as they could.
I lost a battle with poison ivy and when I couldn’t stand it anymore I booked an appt online at Fast Track Urgent Care. The paperwork processing was quick and efficient and they took me right away. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and I got a prescription phoned in to the pharmacy. It’s nice to have access to urgent care right in the neighborhood.
I had a great experience during my visit. I took my nephew there for the first time and it was the most welcoming experience I’ve had. The atmosphere was great. The receptionist was very polite and extremely patient. The practitioner that did our intake, was very patient and made him feel very comfortable. The doctor that checked seen my nephew was very thorough and explained everything as she was going along. She valued our input and asked very thorough. Follow up questions to help find the root of the problem. I would definitely recommend this facility. Thank you so much for treating us as if we were a member of your own family.
Weve come here before, my wife and I and our experience back then was much better, but lets talk about today. I booked an appointment, plenty of options, ok great. 1pm. Got here 5 minutes early, didnt get seen till 1:40. Do I get in and they do a COVID test first up... My issue is an ear infection, I have to wait 30 minutes to see my result and so that I can continue to be seen by the doctor. I can appreciate that... I am obviously frustrated but as I come in the front desk because the COVID test is past 30 minutes, the front desk person gets lippy with me.... Making a comment about being patient. Im in the room now, its 2:40 and I am still waiting to see my COVID result and be seen by a doctor. My suggestion, get rid of your front person if they cant be more understanding and more patient, this isnt the job for them. Theyll be seeing SICK people all day, what are ill people? Tired, in pain, cranky, running fevers perhaps, etc... also set expectations properly, if I book online and I still have to wait 40 minutes, whats the point? On a side note the doctor was fantastic but this place is more than just the doctor.
I fell down a couple of stairs and twisted my ankle. Instead of going home I came here to get it checked. I had my baby with me and she was fussy and I was overwhelmed. ALL of the ladies were hands on and super helpful. One even held my baby while I got an X-ray and got her to stop crying. I’m beyond grateful for the help and attentiveness to my injury. I would definitely recommend and come back in the future!
My appointment was at 7:20 p.m. I got there at 6:50 p.m. I presented my symptoms which were more of G.I. symptoms, yet, the tech was told to do a Covid and flu test on me. I had to wait 30 minutes for the test results before being seen. By 8:20 p.m, I still wasnt seen by the provider. A Caucasian man and his child who came in way after I did, were seen by the provider. Before he came in, I was the only one in the waiting area. The place wasnt packed or anything like that. When I complained, I was put in a room and was told to wait for the provider. I waited and waited, then just left. Horrible horrible horrible and unfair. Fast track? What a name.
Concerning business practices. Niece taken to this urgent care for ear and throat issues. She had an appt at 915 but doors were locked. We had to call them to have the doors open. Werent allowed to wait in lobby area despite no one else there. Sent back to the car or wait at the dunkin donuts despite wearing a mask and the heat!!. Not sure if the receptionist is being told by management to tell clients this despite seating availability. Niece had to use the bathroom and no one at front desk. Had to knock on counter. Overall experience was unsat. We also fell for the reviews! Might be best to read other reviews before coming. Experience: poor. Customer Service: Unsat not friendly... cold.
I waited fewer than ten minutes before a technician called me into the exam room. Within a few minutes, the resident physician began treating my wound, followed by the medical tech doing a very good job of removing some difficult stitches, then dressing my injury.
I was a walk-in and despite 45 minutes wait time, I opted to wait it out as opposed to scheduling an appt for next day because I had many COVID symptoms. Received COVID, throat and flu screening and was positive for COVID but negative for flu and strep. The Dr called with prescription for paxlovid and gave instructions for which of my meds should be reduced and one that I was NIat to NOTvto take during Paxlivid course. I’m happy I went in and was diagnosed
The PA took her time speaking with me to understand what was bothering me. I never felt rushed, unheard, or neglected. Office was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The Doctor recognized that I had two very irritable children who of course didnt feel well and a teenager who was inpatient cause he didnt feel well. Between her, the front desk, and the nurse who took their vitals, they were all so kind and didnt make me feel like I was all over the place even though I felt like it. Ive been to other urgent cares where they seem to think children under the age of 6 should willingly allow you to place a stick down their throat or in their nose and not put up a fight, and then look at the parent like they should not be scared. That is why I am grateful for this urgent care, the staff and doctors treat you like people and they just so kind. They actually finds ways make the visit easier and run smoother and listen to your concerns and still dont have you waiting long.
I was treated courteously and quickly for a cut that might have required stitches. The caregiver was careful and thorough and concerned about my pain level although I wasn’t in significant pain. She used glue instead of stitches and explained thoroughly the necessary home care. The procedure was completed with little pain and bleeding stopped. She was friendly and exercised care so it couldn’t have been better.
I walked in for a Covid test and was seen within 10 minutes. The receptionist, assistant, and physician were welcoming and professional. It was a good visit.
It was my first time there, I had a great experience. Didn’t make appointment just walked in there were 2 ahead of me I was taken in after that. The nurse & doctor was great.
I probably would have said 3 or 4 stars, but after getting the bill, Im going with 1 star. I took my son for a fever and suspected strep throat. They were open and nearby. I have high deductible plan with Carefirst, which is generally good, but has a high copay, $100. Ive never had to pay anything else. They were late opening so we sat in the car for about 30 minutes. Not a big deal, but they did a combination flu/COVID test which cost $175 which contributed to the $660 bill. The insurance adjusted some of it down, but a couple months later I still got a bill for $220. They otherwise were fine, diagnosing strep throat but it was $320 for an urgent care visit when you include the copay. Weve had ER visits with an ambulance ride for less.
I came to get tested for strep. The sign in system is good and tells how many people ahead of you. The policies are clearly posted. The staff is excellent. Very compassionate and caring.
The staff was customer service friendly. The service was extremely fast I did not have to wait five minutes to been seen. I would go back.
This urgent care always takes good care of me. Sometimes there’s a wait (like all urgent cares) but it’s pretty reasonable compared to the other ones in the area. The doctors are always very kind and care. I always try to book with this location
Everyone who works here is kind and professional! The doctor found a problem and referred me on to a specialist. She was very thorough. My family has been impressed with Fast Track Urgent Care!
Very friendly Nurse Practitioner and I love the way they interacted with me. I am happy and will definitely go back if I have any issues
I don’t like to be asked several times by a nurse or doctor if I want to share my medication I am taking currently, so they can determine if indeed I was subscribed a medication they need to know if it’s gona have altercation with the medication I am already on. which I understand but if I don’t want to share I don’t have to by law and so pls next time don’t ask me several times one question.
Fast track urgent care sent me a bill after I already paid my copay up front. Apparently, they charge an after hours fee even though it’s no where on their website and I never agreed to it. Beware
Their thermometers dont work. The scan your head and come up with an instant temperature is wrong. Said I was 97 when in actuality we took my temperature with a regular thermometer in front of them and it was 103... If a medical facility doesnt have a working thermometer That is just pitch poor. Next time Im going to go to a MedStar facility.
Very nice & accommodating people. I was in & out in 15 minutes and had no problem with my visit whatsoever
Dont waste your gas if you are counting on their posted hours with all other clinics in the area closing at 8 pm. Arrived a bit after 8:30 pm, in pain. Doors locked, people inside. I knocked and the person up front didnt even bother to look up. The person in scrubs behind in the hallway just shook her head no at me. I point to the posted hours. Head shake again. Do not go here.
This urgent clinic is the best! I’ve been here a few times in the past few years and I’m always I’m seen at my appointment time, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone! 10/10
Glad they were there on a Sunday afternoon. The receptionist apologized immediately as she explained that it would be a while until we could see the doctor. There were many people waiting. Understood-Sunday.Once seen, tests were taken and results were ready in 30 minutes. The doctor explained the results, sent in prescription and we were on our way. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable.
My son had stomachache, and I was able to schedule a visit and be seen within 30 minutes. Staff is great, the provider was friendly, gave clear instructions.
They were very efficient and took care of me quickly, which was important because I was experiencing discomfort.
Everyone we met was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Communication is well-managed from processing, exams, to text follow-ups. The Clinic is clean and neat--we appreciated that masks are required for everyone. And its a convenient location--right next door to Dunkin if you need a coffee.
I went with a friend who was visiting from Poland. The service was AMAZING. There wasn’t much of a wait. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was incredible and personable! We were able to get what we needed for a flat rate fee and he’s feeling much better! Thank you all again!
The african dr who works at the silver spring location is rude and just doesnt listen to the patient the other drs there are excellent but him hes terrible i will definitely cancel my appointment the next time i have to see him
There are really really really nice and not being busy moved everyone along really well. Very positive positive experience.
Extraordinary service. The staff was very friendly and professional. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, I did not have to wait long and the doctor was top notch, super knowledgeable, friendly, and kind couldn’t be happier! So blessed this is close to my home and they were able to help.
Always amazing service. Everyone is fast, kind and give good, reliable answers. I only ever go to this urgent care. Never a long wait!
Visit with a physician assistant was fine. He listened carefully and hopefully gave a good diagnosis! I’m feeling much better today.
The facility personal were great. Doctors and Nurses were great. Thanks!
What a pleasant experience when you are in dire need of help. Starting with the receptionist who was sweet and even gave me a pen for free. Then the Medical assistant was super professional and also nice when responding all of our inquires. The doctor that day was well mannered and helpful. She seemed to be in a hurry though. The important thing is that she helped when I needed her. Excellent experience, many thanks.
I had scheduled an appointment for 10am today because I wasn’t feeling well. Originally I felt a bit better this morning, but because of the $50 same day appointment cancellation policy I decided to just go ahead and follow through on the appointment because my copay is less than that. I arrived and checked in at 9:47am and I waited until roughly 10:20am before I was taken to a room to check vitals and give my medication history and explain the reason for my visit. At 11:15am I still had not been seen by a physician and I decided to just leave, at which point I was told that I would be next, and there was just a lot of patients before me. I’m not feeling well, I’m not there to argue, but I’m also not there to waste my time. I did not argue with anyone there, although the staff seemed annoyed at me that I had the nerve to just walk out because I was next. I felt that my time was not respected, and I’m sure they won’t mind, but I’ll never return to this location and be sure to let others in know to do the same.
Called ahead. told to get there before 8:30pm. Walked in at 8:10, and was told Sorry, no more walkins tonite I told the desk attendant that I was told 8:30,etc....whined a bit..she relented and said..Ok, fill out the forms, but it may take awhile Woman at desk (Jenny?) was very pleasant and funny. Nurse was upbeat. P.A. Ms.Cook was Jamaican and spirited and extremely thorough.
Fast and efficient. Enduring a lengthy upper respiratory infection and near ear infection I popped in to get checked out.
My overall experience was amazing. My doctor built rapport with me amazingly well. The only reason I marked it a 4 rather than a 5, is because a mistake was made on my prescription. Which led to some serious kerfuffle at my pharmacy. In the clinics defense, they did remedy that error, but its not one that should have been made, and if someone wasnt vigilant I might not have received enough medication, which would have been a problem.
This place is dangerous, negligent, and shady.Testing by trainee Jamie with Bianca was fine (except for having to wait 45 mins after my appt time). I told them I was taking Meloxicam for arthritis and they wrote it down. The PA Shona Chandon obviously didn’t read the chart and recommended I take Advil - a dangerous drug interaction risk. When I asked about it, she gave me a bunch of doubletalk and refused to acknowledge the mistake. I’m just glad I remembered. When I asked for the names of who treated me, they instantly became defensive and shady. Wouldn’t share any last names of the people who treated me. Wouldn’t let me talk with supervisor to report dangerous treatment. Would only provide a generic support email address which goes to Mohammad Ghadyali the owner - not a doctor.
PA COOK was the best. Very confident professional and extremely kind
There was almost no wait with an appointment and the doctor was really lovely with my daughter. Great experience!
My daughter and I walked in they were able to let me check in by texting my phone. Love that. We were seen and leaving all in a little over an hour. The Dr was so nice. The front desk receptionist was really nice also.
Came in last minute, staff was great , patient and understanding. Thank you for great service !!!
Had such wonderful reviews so, feeling sick, made an appointment here above other urgent care options. Got all my reminders, checked in, headed over and... doors locked, with a small sign way at the top of the door, which I almost missed, that says theyre closed from 12/24-1/2. No judgement for them being closed but I wonder how many people were in my position over the course of that week+ where appointment reservations were open but they werent. At least 2 other women I spoke to outside. Really bad business and with all the options around, I wont ever [try to] return here. If this is your only option, Id advise you be sure to call ahead every time... just in case.
Fast Track is AWESOME! Everything was on point from, scheduling, check-in, the staff and level of care.
I will come here before I go to the ER or my PD. Simple way I can explain my satisfaction. Thank you Dhoha Alhashim and THE TEAM for such great care.
Everyone from receptionist to nurse to doctor was kind, patient and helpful. Perfect people for urgent care. Congratulations
No crowds, no long wait, friendly staff. I been there last year and my child recently too. I will return if sick again.
Entering this location it was very clean the receptionist was pleasant and professional and she also assisted and helped out where she could being as though I was tired just getting off from work. The intake nurse was pleasant and friendly she use proper precaution and when we entered into the examination room it was very clean she let us know if we needed to use any of the things there were soap and sanitizer if we needed to use it and the doctor on duty same they made us feel welcomed and use great care. They get five stars for customer care and delight thank you and will visit this location again.
Absolutely useless. Hours posted are lies, told my parents they were “closing up” just after 8pm. Don’t bother with this place.
My first interaction with Fasttrack was a call about insurance. I felt relieved... insurance accepted and I was asked if I would like an appointment.I was scheduled and seen on time.Great, super energetic and knowledgeable intake person. She listened to me.Doctor saw me soon after; he was compassionate, patient and also knowledgeable.Rx were called in next door and ready for me.The doctor called me himself to report (negative) COVID test.By far, the best urgent care experience Ive had.HIGHLY RECOMMEND
My daughter and I had the same runny nose and cough symptoms. I was able to schedule us both within the hour! The staff is very friendly. Portia was especially patient with my little one. I would definitely recommend them in a time of need.
Very pleasant atmosphere! Friendly, kind, concerned staff. Triage Nurse explained everything well and in understandable means. Dr.’s care thorough. The wait time was reasonable. Thank you ☺️
Amber and everyone is absolutely amazing. I wish they were my primary care physician but I have great comfort in knowing that if Im not feeling well, I have a place to go to be seen by great medical professionals. They are so very kind, gentle and caring. I would say I want to see them soon but not if Im sick! They are amazing. Theres no reason to waste time at a patient first or right time where they want you in and out. At FT, they listen to you and they care. Almost impossible to come by in todays healthcare system in the United States. If you need to see a doctor immediately and its not emergency room serious, dont think twice call Fast Track, you can even make an appointment and they are actually always punctual!
I am always seen promptly (I schedule online prior to going in) and have always received appropriate and compassionate care. The whole staff is warm and efficient. We are lucky to have this clinic in our community.
Excellent health care; efficient sign in and timely service.
Terrible experience. A huge waste of time. Appointment was scheduled for 11. I arrived a couple minutes early. Sorted out payment issues. You apparently pay out of pocket for physicals and TB test. Ok. Paid still before my appointment time and was not called till 11:41 am. After the kind assistant took my vitals and so on, I was put in a room and waited for the doctor. He was sitting at the station the entire time while I waited for him. I asked him about the time and informed him that I had to get back to work. He sits on his computer saying he’ll be done in the next ten minutes. You will wait very long here while they sit and type notes. They’re kind. But they are extremely slow.
No xray capabilities at the silver spring location despite online and in store signage saying they do. Wasted my time driving and limping into the office only to find this out a checkin. Poor customer service and false advertising.
I appreciated the cleanliness and calm atmosphere here. And the staff are all kind and helpful. The doctor felt informed and caring. This will definitely be where I keep coming for any urgent care needs.
They are very transparent with appointments, scheduling, and procedures as long as you take the time to pay attention and follow the instructions.Staff is efficient and professionally polite.Sometimes there is a long wait time but it usually due to volume of patients or the amount of time it takes for test results to register not something that can be controlled by the staff members.
Consistently have had a good experience here. PA Chandon Cooke is wonderful.
If I could give negative stars I would they are thieves just take your money and do nothing for you
Rude, combative, and incompetent are the words that jump out after a visit here. They appear to be more of a scam than a medical provider.
Very easy and convenient. I did not have to wait long, even without an appointment. The staff were all pleasant and knowledgeable. Very pleased!
I’ve been to this urgent care about 3 times now, all good experiences. My most recent time there was back in 2022, I had forgotten to make a review when I still had the providers name; I wish I could remember his name because he was an exceptional PA great bedside manner! That day when I attended I was having a really bad day. The PA and nurse/tech whom attended me didn’t go out of their way to do anything ordinary but they were both just so nice and welcoming.I could tell that they wanted to be there and care about patients. You never know what other people are going through & having genuine kindness towards others can sometime have a greater impact on the person than you know! I just drove past this urgent care today which prompted me to make this review & remembered how kind the staff was to me on that day that was just an extremely bad day for me. Kindness and empathy can go a long way.
We were 100% pleased with the fast, efficient, friendly service & competent medical care. Love to all the staff, receptionist, doctor. God bless them all. Thank you
I was a walk -in but was inform that they are not taking walk-ins right now and was given a 545 p.m. appointment. I got back to fast track at 5:43 to check in; my weight was an hour long so it was not as fast as I thought it would have been. I think everyone was waiting for the nurse to arrive back because there was someone ahead of me. At least they took the time to listen to my health complaint and I believe they diagnose me correctly better than KP did theyre overall rating is a 3.5.
I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience at Fast Track Urgent Care on 08/08/2023. From the receptionist, Tamika, who was abrupt in our interactions to the loud-mouthed medical assistant, and even to the doctor who saw me, I felt totally dismissed as a patient. While in the waiting room (with other patients), I heard Tenesha (the medical assistant on duty) make some very unprofessional comments to the receptionist, Tamika, which I felt were about me as Tenesha specifically referenced the 6 oclock patient. I had a 6pm appointment.I addressed my feelings about the unprofessionalism of the comment and the environment in which it was made (so others in the waiting room heard it) with both with Tenesha and with the doctor who saw me.The response I received from Tenesha was dismissive - no apology - just that the comment was not intended about me, but about another patient as they have another urgent care and patients scheduled for video visits. The doctor (while more amenable to hearing my complaint) also offered no apology and tried to protect her colleague saying that they have a lot of practices and it had nothing to do with me. Irrespective of whether the comment was about me or another patient, it should not have been made AT ALL by a healthcare professional on duty leave alone be made loudly enough for the entire waiting room to hear!Even in terms of the consultation I had, I felt the doctor just ticked boxes and did not really care about the health concern that took me there. As a patient, I got the distinct impression that the staff on duty just wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible so that they could bill me and go home.I will be addressing my concerns with the Management of this urgent care facility, but I will never go back again. The staff are loud, unprofessional in their comments and approach, and based on my firsthand experience, should not be patient-facing.
I chose this location knowing nothing about it, only that it was the closest to me. It was very clean, didn’t have much wait at all (you can walk in like l did or schedule ahead), and all three staffers I interacted with- front desk, nurse, doctor- were all kind, professional, knowledgeable and super helpful. I would definitely go again, though hope I don’t have to :)
Truly the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. I truly appreciate their policies for those who present Covid symptoms. You will have wait in the car and get tested before you’re allowed inside. From the start of my visit at the front receptionist desk all the way to the nurses and the providers they were all extremely caring and thorough throughout the entire visit. I felt cared for and value during my visit. I definitely recommend this urgent care.
Great service and staff. patient with answering questions, setting up appointments, and getting you in/out the door quickly. Special shout out to Kia for being so helpful with modifying my appointment time and getting me in quickly.
Important to know: They stop taking walk-ins at 8:15pm. I was so relieved I got there at 7:45pm. The front desk, nurse and doctor were all lovely to me and my toddler. Thankful for the fast visit so my toddler’s eat infection could be relieved.
Lost my bloodwork twice for a STD test, and treated me poorly when I went into shock the second time.
Easy to findVery friendly and helpfulEfficientLittle wait time
I had a wonderful visit!! Sadly this is my first GREAT interaction with a Black Female doctor!! But she was amazing she was very very knowledgeable about my situation. I would recommend anyone to come here they are very helpful and efficient with their patients!! They take the proper procedures for Covid as well!!Happy holidays to everyone there and i wish them nothing but the best for the best!
Was impressed I was able to make an appt. Was taken right in, staff kind and caring. My provider Amber was thorough. Took time to examine me and start treatment. Explained plan. Very very pleased with their service.
Front desk, medical assistant and doctor on duty were amazing. Thank you for your kind and caring service today. I appreciate you all!!Dr. Shona Chandon-Cooke, Tanisha and the nice gentleman at the front desk. Sorry I didn’t get your name.
Drove an hour to this clinic because I was in a lot of pain and didn’t have anything else close that was open. It was 8:30 when the receptionist said they weren’t going to take anyone else. The clinic was empty and the website clearly says they close at 9:00 pm
Had to call 4 times for my sons prescription they were sending it to the giant instead of the cvs I asked them to then when I said that’s not the right address the receptionist said well is there a giant near you . I sat at the pharmacy for an hour and told them I was at the cvs just to have to go back out and go back to cvs that I should have picked my meds up from in the first place . Poor communication between the doctors maybe or they’re not paying attention to where they’re sending the medicine but I think after my second time calling and saying the medicine is not there more initiative should have been taken to figure out why my medication was not in the correct pharmacy vs saying oh these pharmacies are something else . YALL was the problem not the damn pharmacy .
We Truly Appreciate The Service Of everyone That Helped Us On Yesterday AndThey Were Very Perfectionism Thank You For Your Service And Support The Bailey Family .
Pleasant experience from start to finish. Receptionist was really nice, and so were the nurses, especially the one who took my BP/EKG. I went in with a lot worried and concerns and left feeling a little more calm. Stephanie was my main nurse and helpful and kindly answered my questions. Only giving just the 4 stars though because I would have like blood work done as well with the EKG but, which I’m sure if I was adamant enough I could have gotten, but I do wish it could of just been done then and there to alleviate my other health concerns without me needing to push. However, I do understand it is called “urgent care” for a reason and actual, more pressing needs have to be seen to first.Aside from that, this was nice, easy experience and will definitely recommend.
I went to fast Track urgent care with too much pain. The staff were very friendly and their had very good attitude. Dr Shona Chandon was very nice and patient. She helped me a lot by prescribing right medicine. I highly recommend that place.
Very nice office. Doctor was super nice. Not a long wait at all. Highly recommend!Next Visit: They are always super nice to me. They took me in right away, diagnosed the problem and sent in meds to my pharmacy. I really appreciate their kindness. So happy Urgent Care is available!!
I think that at this point everyone in the family has been there at some point, some a few times. I would highly recommend them. Everyone weve seen there has been nice and every visit has gone well, and with no problems or drama.
Sometimes theres a wait but I expect that as a walk in. Service is always great!
The physician was exceptionally, and exceeded my expectations. The lab tech was also very good at her job. Excellent visit!!
The ease of scheduling an appointment online was great. I didn’t have a long wait time as I would have if I had gone to my PCP. The nurse practitioner Stephanie Arseneault and staff were very pleasant. I will certainly go to Fast Track Urgent Care Silver Spring again!
Fast & to the point ! No wait time at all, everyone was so nice :)
Very good care for my daughter who has autism. She had a finger injury. They were caring and helpful.
I love the New Hampshire and Randolph Rd location. They’re always very professionals and a great human being team. They always make me feel well cared for. I just love them💞🙏
Really a nice experience. Nice staff and really clean. I came in on a Monday and by the next morning my symptoms I had for the most part subsided by the next morning with the proper diagnosis and medication. Next time I won’t wait 10 days! They are really wonderful.
Very quick, extremely kind and very professional!
Im not happy about the service at all. Is the testing taken in the waiting area? My daughter was in pain, and the receptionist taking the test at the waiting area then sent us to wait for the results in the car. Waited out there for about 40 minutes to an hour to just get a phone call from the provider and asked my daughter a few things over the phone, which was very the end of the visit.
I went in for testing, when I was sent a message with results, the results wouldn’t load. When I called, they had no record of the test at all. The team members were all very nice, but unfortunately it is worthless without knowing my test results and a waste of money.
I was pleasantly impressed with the professionalism and kindness in the way I was treated at the Urgent Care in White Oaks. Facility maintained good social distancing and good hygiene techniques throughout. Service was through and efficient. I recommend this facility highly
Outstanding service. Cat bite. Dr. Chandon-Cooke very thorough and delightfulWould come back again even though 45 minutes from my home.
Friendly, professional staff. We were able to wait outside of the clinic and were sent a text when it was our turn. Relatively prompt.
A huge sign outside of this location says Labs and x-rays on site. However, when I showed up with a swollen and painful ankle, I was informed that they do not do x-rays here. False advertising much?ETA: Three months later (Jan. 2024), the sign is still there. If these folks don’t care enough to fix this, I can’t imagine what kind of care they provide.
We called to see if they could see my daughter that night for a severe allergic reaction (hives all over her face). They were closing in less than an hour but the receptionist said, if we could get there in 20 minutes, they would see her. The receptionist, P.A., and doctor were all so kind to her (she was very embarrassed about her face). They were efficient and effective - we were out in 30 minutes with a prescription that started working that night. Thank you!
I was dealing with an uncomfortable situation. The provider make me feel so comfortable. I spoke 3 people before her, they had no plan of action. After busing Fast Track my symptoms were relieved in 48 hours. That’s some solid work there.
Absolutely lovely receptionist!! And Dr. Shona was wonderful! Really listened and helped figure out what I needed to get better.
Had a video call a week ago due to covid positivity home test. Put on quarantine for 5 days and medication came back to get my test this week still awaiting results. Overall good experience short wait time except for waiting to get my test done today which took about 30 minutes other than that staff is very friendly doctors are awesome and very informative. Will definitely be my go-to since its so close to home.Had to go back for post-op physical and covid test. Never have a problem going to the doctors if I can go here the staff is always wonderful professional and theres never a wait time Im in and out quickly but the staff is really amazing.
Great experience. Staff is kind especially the nurse at the front desk. She was kind, caring and patient.
Posted hours are Posted hours. Your door says you close at 9pm. You turned me away at 830 with a 103 fever and a network referral. No one was in the waiting room. Whoever answered the door didnt care in the least. I watched 2 other people walk up the the door while I called my insurance back to get a new referral.Cant speak to the quality of care, but customer service and relationships are terrible.
Do like the speed and efficiency of this place, but honestly they need to make virtual appointments available for more then just COVID. They made me do in person appt for some thing that could have easily been diagnosed virtually (the doctor did not get within 6feet of me during the exam).
I went in for but turned out to be an eye infection everyone was very nice. The office was clean and I was impressed have a sanitized equipment in the patient room. The doctor explained everything how to apply the medication and made sure I understood how to take care of my eye. I would go back there again
I recently moved to Silver Spring, and I am very happy to have found Fast Track Urgent Care. Not only is it very convenient to where I now reside, but the process to receive emergency medical care, for ailments not needing the more intensive medical attention associated with a hospital emergency room, is quick and easy. Everyone is very professional and so nice. The physician who assisted me was obviously extremely knowledgeable, but I also got the feeling she was concerned about my health in general and not only about the ailment I came there for. If it’s not possible to get in to see your regular physician, or if you don’t have a regular physician, Fast Track is a great option
Easy scheduling, wonderful receptionist, nurse and physician. Thoroughly explained to me how to care for the infected ear wound.
Quick Check in, prompt and caring service.Clear explanation of follow-up care
My care was very timely. Staff were very patient, kind and professional.
Today I needed someone to attend to a medical issue. Dr. Amber and nurse Ashley were there. They were perfect! If you want good people who are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, this urgent care clinic is for you!Im grateful to them.
Irrigated at Fast Track Urgent Care, Colesville. Medical Assistant Odette, PA Raven efficient, professional, patient and kind. Highly recommend.Despite the very negative review posted by someone about their recent experience with ear irrigation at this Fast Track, I chose to go there for the same treatment. I had been impressed by the 4.8 star Google review average grade that was based on a huge number of reviews. I am so glad I did! There was no problem getting a same day appointment and minimal waiting to be seen. Raven, the PA who examined me before and after the procedure, and Odette, the medical assistant who actually performed it, clearly and patiently explained everything to me. The procedure was only a little uncomfortable and everything was done efficiently and effectively. I highly recommend this facility. It was clean and not crowded and the staff were very pleasant
I always go to Fast Track when I need urgent care, and I’ve received excellent care every time. It’s easy to book an appointment and complete the paperwork online. I’ve never had to wait, but the waiting room chairs are very comfortable if you do. There’s also a tv in the waiting area. The staff are friendly and the providers are more competent than the urgent care center four blocks from my house. I drive 3 1/2 miles to Fast Track because I know I will receive superior care.
Was very pleased with ability to do online appointment BUT very displeased to have a 45 min wait before being called! This despite having filled out and submitted ALL paperwork ahead of time. AND I was the only person in the waiting room. The staff and doctor were very professional and did a good job.
This urgent care is always professional, courteous, and has taken care of me multiple times since they opened. I am a healthcare professional, and the Physician Assistants are outstanding! The receptionist treat us with kindness and respect. The technicians do the same. Thank you so much!
I had a scheduled appointment today at 9:30 am. Revived a text message to confirm my appointment at 9:08 which I responded yes to. Less than a minute later received a message stating that my appointment was switched to a virtual appointment at 11:15. Time is valuable, it makes absolutely no sense to change someone’s appointment 22 minutes before the are due to be seen via text message.
I booked an online appointment which was fast and easy. The facility is clean and comfortable and the receptionist is personable, friendly, and very efficient. It took no time at all to fill out the paperwork, they took my insurance and out-of-pocket costs was only $10! The medical tech was friendly and got me through triage fast, and P.A. Chandon was so efficient, asking pertinent questions about my ailment while expressing sincere concern and empathy. I was in and out from start to finish in less than an hour! This is my go-to Urgent Care from this point on!
The place to go for my time-sensitive medical issues. Proficient and friendly staff, both medical and administrative, and reasonable wait times. They have been spot-on with both diagnoses and treatments for all of my visits.
Im only giving 3 stars because my personal experience was great. Video call went smooth then the drive up test was quick and safe.BUT. ... Is fast track taking care of their employees? The wonderful staff member that swapped me in the freezing cold and wind had no chair,no heater to make being outside all evening bareable. They need to take care of the people trying to keep us all safe. Please fast track take better care of your wonderful staff.
It was a good experience. They call me when I have set my appointment time. Didn’t have to wait the young lady waited on me very professional.
Quick and easy online appointment scheduling, my nurse/med tech Geraldine was friendly, kind, and put me at ease. The provider I saw was also very nice, addressed all of my concerns, and answered my questions. I needed to be seen quickly for an issue that typically would take about a week to schedule with my regular doctor and received great service here. I recommend this urgent care location!
The staff were sooo efficient and professional! He came out to me right at my appointed time, and even helped me leave the parking lot after the test was over (he asked the car sitting behind me to move so I could get out of the spot). The test itself was super quick and easy - I was in and out of there in like 10 minutes.
Fast effective service. I would use this Urgent Care again if necessary.
Fast and efficient, very clean. All staff were really nice and kind! I most certainly will be back for other services!
They listened and were responsive to my concerns. Prompt service.
It was really quick! My daughter stuck a piece of paper deep in her ear and the doctor pulled it right out. The whole visit only took 20 minutes and they were all lovely to my 5 year old.
Great and prompt service, kind people, and a caring provider.
This probably had to be one of the worst experiences. I made an appointment for a covid pcr test. I arrived at the place and the receptionist told me to wait in my car until she called me. I waited, about 15 minutes passed by and I received a call. I talked with Christine, I believe that was her name. She told me they don’t provide testing until 2pm. I was unaware of that and surprised because my appointment was at 12pm. I didn’t see anything on the website that indicated they don’t give tests until 2pm. Why would you have an appointment available 2 hours before you actually give the test? Anyways, she told me to wait a few minutes until the doctor got on the phone call. I waited 20 minutes, nothing. I hung up and called back, I told Christine what happened, she put me on hold again. 15 minutes passed by and I gave up. That was a waste of 50 minutes. I cancelled my appointment and then they tried to call me three times. Too bad I had already found somewhere else to go.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, left satisfied with diagnosis.
Been here 2x, had a great experience. I went again a couple weeks ago, called back today for lab results, come to find out they never sent them. Completely unprofessional, and I wouldnt have known anything had I not called. SO if youre looking for a reliable urgent care that will MAKE SURE to take care of your labs/testing, DONT COME HERE. The receptionist today was quite rude as well.
I went there for a covid test, and arrived early as recommended. The nurse came out in her full gear and asked my name, came back with my swab and asked my date of birth, as is protocol. She explained to pull down my mask only a little bit to expose my nose, she swabbed me quickly but thoroughly. She apologized for any discomfort, and told me I would get my results in 3-5 business days. I was there for a total of 5 minutes and the professionalism and services were great.
No appointment needed and it was fast and efficient.Staff was extremely friendly. I was a little anxious but staff made me feel comfortable and made it a good experience. The only downside is the walls are pretty thin and I was self conscious about whether others could hear.
Fast Track Urgent Care is so great! Every time I go I am just astounded by how friendly, understanding, kind, and genuine everyone there is. I honestly almost prefer them over my PCP
Front Desk Josalyn answered the phone. Answered professionally, sincerely and then when I met her I knew I was going to be fine.As for the staff everyone was kind and I felt safe. Never felt rushed because I came at closing. The facility was clean.
The nurse and clinician were very cordial. My husband and I were in and out in record time. The prescribed treatment was very effective.
Top-notch! First rate organization. Professional, expedient, great staff! I highly recommend them given my first visit was flawless and I would definitely go again should the chance arise.
I appreciated the professional care and attention I received. The wait was not too long and I was very satisfied with the recommended treatment plan
I needed an urgent care location on a Sunday. This urgent Care is very convenient to where I live, and its located in a spot with lots of parking. The nurse receptionist was very helpful. The visit didnt take too long. I got the diagnosis and medications I needed. I would highly recommend this practice.
I came in here after hearing about them online and needing help extracting an ear piercing. the entire atmosphere was nice and staff was quick + efficient. i was worried of course, but dr avian mushtaq did an OUTSTANDING job making sure i was comfortable and helped educate me along the process. from beginning to end, my needs were met and expectations exceeded! i am one happy person and she also seemed to love & be knowledgeable about her work, which made it all the better ❤️
The ladies over at Fast Track took great care of me! Needed to get my DOT they were fast and reliable. Would definitely go back.
Great. Ive been here for multiple COVID tests and yes its annoying that you have to do a televisit BEFORE going for the test but that might actually be a federal requirement because everywhere requires this. Always have test results back within 3 days. Also have gone inside for other wellness visits and they are friendly and efficient. Its very clean and pretty inside. Would definitely recommend for quick wellness needs if you dont have a primary physician or cant wait for an appointment with one.
My experience with Fast Track Urgent Care was marvelous. I called for an appointment and I was scheduled to have a virtual appt with the doctor next day. After talking with the doctor, I was scheduled to come in for the test and through the whole process everything went great. Did not have to wait in line which was awesome and the nurse was so knowledgeable and friendly. First time going to this facility and will recommend it to others.
Today I experienced one of the most enjoyable doctor visits I’ve ever had in my entire life! I don’t want to exaggerate or sound dramatic but I was so pleased with the care and service I received today. For starters my appointment was scheduled for 12:00pm and I was literally finished with my appointment walking out the door at 1:05pm. The staff was very professional and personable which made me feel comfortable talking with the doctor. I would also like to add that the doctor who spoke with me educated me and patiently answered all of my inquiries. Thank you so much Dr. SHONA CHANDON-COOKE! Thank you so much medical assistant Ms. Odette! I will always recommend friends, family, and strangers to you guys! God bless!
I took my 89 year old mother here on Friday, July 16, for a cut on her leg. We were very impressed with the care taken. Her cut is healing well. We were especially impressed with the intake nurse and the doctor who made a point of talking to my mother and explaining things to her. Often, when I take my mother to appointments, they do not talk to her, assuming at 89 she cannot understand. Thank you
Great Urgent Care. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning. They had a wait but only for 30 min. I needed a work physical and chest xray and they were able to complete both! Ive had such a run around trying to get this done. So grateful for Fast track!
It was the worst experience. I booked an online visit. The PA talked to me and took the details. Told me I m first timer so I should come in person. There was nothing on their website about that or in their SMS. She was very rude. Then she asked me to wait for doctor. I waited for 33 minutes. Nobody showed up on video call. Call the location and they told they are very busy. I mean I understand you busy then book too many appointments. I was logged on that call for one hour and 10 without doctor. Really bad service. This is with insurance and everything
Very friendly and efficient. They got me in and out and right to the point.
Got in right when they opened, no appointment. Front desk and nurse were friendly people. Was seen immediately. Doctor was thorough and efficient and very friendly. Prompt diagnosis and appropriate prescription to treat what I had wrong with me. I would certainly go here again and recommend it as a quick in and out place. Im sure the wait times are longer if you go mid-day; when I came out there were already three people in the waiting room so I assume they do get busy but they appeared to work to get people in and out fairly quickly.
Their website says walk-in care provided. I did try to make an appointment and the website said there weren’t any appointments but I could walk in and that there were 0 people in line. They’re open till 9pm on Tuesdays and I walked in at 8pm. Not a single person waiting to be seen and they refused to see me because I didn’t have an appointment.
I am very pleased with the service I received.Dr Shauna sat down with me, she listens to everything I have to say..The staff at urgent care are the most caring human beings. You just have to be patient when you get there. Overall, the care was excellent.
Everyone was very nice and efficient. Being able to make an appointment online was so much easier!
Very efficient service for a Covid test. Had virtual appt. Which was great and Raven scheduled the test appointment for me. Today had the test. Did not have to wait longer than a few minutes. The lady taking the swab was very efficient, cordial and friendly. She worked one patient after another without pausing or a break. I felt bad that she was out there in the terrible cold with limited clothing. God bless her!
Used Fast Track for a COVID-19 test. Had a very basic and quick virtual check-up around noon, then stopped by the clinic around 5pm. The nurse came to my car, swabbed my nose and it all took less then 5 minutes. They are kind and efficient and while they give a 3-5 day time frame for results, one doc said most have been arriving in 3. Would highly recommend for kindness and efficiency.
Moved here on a Friday and got sick needed to see a doctor, got there at 9am. The lady at the desk was super nice and helped me get checked in rather quickly. I waited maybe 8min and a nurse came and took my vitals followed by a doctor (Shona). She was incredibly nice and caring, listened asked a bunch of questions and really gave me the appropriate direction. She called me later to follow up and I really appreciated her and everyone. I would definitely go back if I needed medical assistance quickly again.Thank you all
It was my first time going to the clinic, I called to see if I could do a walk in and they said yes. There was no wait time, I signed up easily on a tablet upon arrival and I received a text right away to provide my personal info and once I completed that, they had me see a nurse followed by a doctor. Friendly and professional folks. Within a half an hour or so I have completed my visit and got my prescription. Over all it was a productive and easy experience. I recommend it to anyone who has to see a doctor on a very short notice for your medical needs.
The staff were friendly and they were able to see me pretty close to my appointment time.
Went for my sons persistent cough after having been to his pediatrician with no resolution. Short wait. Thorough assessment. Great treatment plan. Explained well. Never had a bad experience at Fast Track. Will always come here.
Staff was super helpful and sweet. They were super quick with service even for walk in! I checked in at 1:45 and was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Yes that includes appointments before and ahead of me. One thing I urge everyone to do is CALL AHEAD. Don’t waste your time walking in for a test when you’ve been exposed but are asymptotic. You have to do a virtual visit first if that is the case. If you are symptomatic you HAVE to schedule a virtual visit first. They only take about 10-15 minutes if you have filled out all the paperwork through Solv. Also HIGHLY recommend to bring insurance card or have insurance. The test costs $150 or $199 without it.All of this information is on their website. If you walk in expecting a test after 2pm or were exposed, you will be sent away to come back the following day between 9am-2pm or do a virtual visit. CALL OR READ THEIR WEBSITE FIRST. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR THEIR TIME.
The doctor diagnosed me right away. He also explained how the medicine works. I was very pleased. This is my second visit. This time I was seen by a young lady, she was very thorough. Id recommend this group anytime. My doctor couldnt see me for 3 days...which is ridiculous. Im glad I went to urgent Care. Theyre the best. This is my third visit. Theyre very professional. They have the best doctors. I highly recommend them
Very kind and efficient help. Went in at 1:30 and by 3 we were back home and had started on the antibiotic! Worth the drive for plentiful free parking and short wait time to be seen.
Friendly staff but are one of those urgent care centers that will assume you have Covid based on symptoms. I recently had bronchitis but it was passed as Covid because the center was behind schedule so they were just trying to get people out the door. Kept telling my nurse I didn’t have Covid and I had tested negative twice(rapid and PCR))before coming and they still tested me. Ended up going to another center and getting diagnosed.
Went here for the first time and had a great experience. Everyone was so nice and the visit was fast and smooth. I would recommended this place if you’re looking for an urgent care.
Terrible that locations don’t treat for sore throats. I made an appointment for my 13year old and rushed over because the appointment was available. When i got here, i found out that “the visit was changed to virtual” because they don’t want to see patients with sore throats. That should be on the website. I had to drive here and waste my time and gas to be treated rudely and with no concern for care that is needed for a minor. I didn’t make a scene, i just requested that she cancel, because I’m not paying $150 for a virtual visit. That is a scam. I can go to Google if i wanted a virtual check up.
The location was quiet. The front desk was professional and easy to work with. Filling out intake forms was the fastest and easiest I have ever seen. The provider, Jeanette, was professional, easygoing, put me at ease. Will definitely star this location on my Google maps😄
Super excellent service. From the front desk to the medical assistant and the Physician on duty, it was a very pleased visit.I am glad I have this place close to me. We just recently moved in the area and we are finding all of these awesome places to shop and get medical care.
They were pretty fast, clean and personable
This place very unprofessional and experience was horrible please go to the Kensington md location
Customer service was excellent and quick! (I had wasted over 4 hrs at the ER before and never even made it out the waiting room.)
Everything about this experience was excellent for both of us at the Silver Springs location. Super easy to make an appointment, have thorough virtual visits and schedule Covid tests the following day. We really dreaded the swabs, but the administering nurse Tamika (sp?) was really nice, and she had a great technique: The process is weird? but it did not hurt. I am thankful that we chose Fast Track to get tested.
After waiting 3.5 hours to be seen I had to call in to get our “rapid” results 3 hours after that. After being hung up on 5x someone answered 2x just to put me back on hold for another 30 minutes and hang up again. My sister and husband called and they were hung up on multiple times as well before we even get to speak to anyone. Upon reaching someone they said yea you and your party of 8 were all positive and refused to give us our results on paper. After canceling our Christmas plans they call the next day to say it was a mistake and all out test came back negative. They also sent me my sisters results without her consent. Major HIPPA violation!!!!! It’s like no one there wants to work. We tried to put that aside and go to the Kensington location to test for NY and the same receptionist: rude and unfriendly despite our efforts to be kind. She wanted to refuse service because we were “positive” until she realized her mistake again and looked at our actual results. This is the worst experience ever, and my last time testing here. Closest testing center near me but my family of 11 and I will not be going back!
Save yourself a trip. Google hours, as well as sign on their doors states they are open until 9pm on Fridays. I arrived at 8:02pm and it was closed. Waste of time when clearly people going there already dont feel well.
At a time when it’s been virtually impossible to get a COVID test, Fast Track has it down to a very efficient system. I was able to book the video consultation required pre-COVID testing less than 12 hrs from the first available appointment, and the provider told me exactly when to go to their location for testing, for a rapid and PCR. My indicated time was 2:30pm. I arrived at 2pm. The provider came out to do the drive up testing around 2:40 (there were a few cars parked with the same purpose), and I was out of there by 2:55pm. On the same day, I heard from friends and all over social media that people who went to other places were waiting anywhere from 3 to 6 hrs from check-in to getting tested. Fast Track was very professional, respectful and efficient. Excellent care.
I have been to this place twice! Absolutely love the way they take care of you. It beats going to Righttime and the ladies at the front are very nice. They see you very quickly, the lobby area is clean and organized. They sanitize the common areas and overall take really good care of you.
If you need medical attention, please, please, do not go here. There is never a doctor on site. Only PAs. They have misdiagnosed several of my family members, and I will NEVER go back. Its close to our home, so convenience was a plus, but this is the worst Urgent Care Facility!!! I would definitely give them zero stars. However, the system will not allow that as an option. TryPatient First in Silver Spring. It is wonderful! Very Professional and doctors are on site.
This location is the best. They have provided incredible testing support during my pandemic travels. Their online scheduling software system is state-of-the-art and the front office staff members are kind and quite professional.
Urgent Care Colesville provided excellent professional service from the front desk to the wonderful knowledgable doctor. She was absolutely excellent. I had to go back twice in 3 days andhad the same experience each time! Very thankful for this excellent care in my community. Wait time was about 5 minutes. Not busy.SJackson
I went in for bug bites that were causing me concern and itch. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. My wait time was reasonable, both in reception and in the examination room. The doctor was professional and caring. She spent time discussing my concerns, offered advice, and wrote me two perscriptions for itch pain at the bite spots.
Scheduled for a virtual appointment first (as shown on the website), virtual appointment took about 15 min and then scheduled an actual appointment from there. Was promised to receive results in about 2-3 days from getting tested, results came in two days (varies for everyone though) via phone call, and you can ask them to email the test results too. The whole testing process was quick and easy, they didnt go all the way into the nose so it felt fine.
The nurses and front desk staff were amazing but the attending physician / doctor left out a lot of crucial information that I had to go home and look up later, including important instructions about the medicine he prescribed. As a woman trying to access good health care, this was a rough experience.
I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Staff was very professional and friendly. I was seen immediately upon arriving. Dr Shona Chandon-Cooke patiently answered all of my questions and explained next steps. Highly recommend this urgent care.
Horrible. The receptionist was rude. We got there at 8:30 pm, the door was locked but someone was sitting at the front desk. We knocked. She reluctantly got up and proceeded to speak with a mask over her face with the door locked. Of course we couldn’t hear her. She opened it up finally and said we’re closed and shut the door while we were asking her for a recommendation. (The sign said 9pm, the site said the same.) This is unacceptable in a medical facility. No empathy. Disrespectful and rude. I would not recommend. They don’t care
