I had the absolute pleasure of working with The Woodlands location. EVERY person on staff met my husband and I with love, encouragement, and a smile at every appointment. We went through trials and tribulations just like every couple, however, I felt informed and comfortable with each step. The receptionist team was top notch. I feel like we became best friends. The phlebotomists were efficient and gentle with every poke. All the nurses were so supportive, patient, and knowledgeable. We were so lucky to have such a wonderful team to help us achieve pregnancy. We our expecting our first in February. I highly recommended Aspire Houston Fertility Institute @ The Woodlands location for your family building needs.
Going to this location instead of Willowbrook is like Night and Day! The staff in the Woodlands are all professional and nice to their patients. I will miss Dr Griffith but am very happy that I was able to have him as an IVF Provider. They gave us a sweet graduation gift when we reached the finish line at this office with neat packaging. Highly recommend this office if youre thinking of using Aspire HFI 🎉
We began seeing Dr. Griffith in 2020 and are so happy that we have had nothing but positive experiences with him and the whole HFI team! Dr Griffith was very informative and thorough when explaining each step of our fertility treatment. I never felt like just a “number”. The team of nurses and front desk personnel were always nice and were great about prompt communication within the portal. We were very fortunate to have two successful embryo transfers, one in 2021 and one in 2023. I would recommend Aspire HFI every time!
We had a few minor issues with Aspire HFI before having pain dismissed that resulted in the loss of one of my ovaries. The first issues were related to the front office, which were just annoying for the most part. Then after a series of events, I no longer felt comfortable with Dr. Steward as my provider. I had an ectopic pregnancy, which is obviously not their fault. Per their recommendation, afterwards, we did a hysteroscopy to look at the tube, and Dr. Steward recommended removal. We moved forward with that, when he then decided to just do a tubal litigation basically on that side. A few weeks after surgery, I began having intermittent pain on that side, Dr. Steward said it was not related to the surgery, and that I was probably just constipated. I continued having pain on and off, decided to leave Aspire since I didnt feel comfortable even bringing it up to Dr. Steward, because of how dismissive he had been. Two months after being told it was just constipation, my tube collapsed due to the large hydrosalpinx that he chose to leave in, which caused and ovarian torsion and led to me losing both the tube and ovary in an emergency surgery. We ended up going to another clinic and it was a much better experience from the start (I am now 18 weeks pregnant, so have graduated from their treatment), I wish we had never gone to Aspire HFI, or left sooner than we did.
I saw his nurse practitioner, Julie. She was excellent! Very experienced, thorough, and very kind. She made a difficult conversation easy.
My experience with aspire was great all around. I was going to the Kingwood location at first but switched to the woodlands location as it’s closer to where I live. My doctor was Dr. Jason yeh, who took care of me for a very long time, and now we’re expecting our miracle baby. He was great the day of my transfer he made me feel safe and was positive about the procedure he explained all the steps he was doing to the T.My first visit with the woodlands office was great I met Renee who is one of the nurses, she was so sweet. she was super informative and made me and my husband feel welcomed. I also met Nancy who is also one of the nurses who is lovely and was always so sweet and attentive . I also met Dr. Jason Griffith who did two of my ultrasounds to make sure baby was okay and he did a fantastic job. he was super nice and gentle and he explained everything to us but always stayed positive and made us feel like everything was going to be just fine and it was.I am so thankful for the entire aspire team for being a part of our fertility journey they made our journey so much better for us. If you guys are thinking about going to aspire do it they are all very sweet from front desk, to the nurses , MA’s, and the doctors. We thank you guys so much for helping in making our dreams into reality.
I had an outstanding experience at this clinic, under the expert care of Dr. Griffith and the entire nursing team. Everyone was exceptional. Dr. Griffiths depth of knowledge was evident, and he provided us with all the necessary details with great patience. He dedicated ample time to us, ensuring we never felt rushed. The comfort I felt throughout the entire process was unparalleled. The teams remarkable ability to facilitate easy communication through the Prelude app significantly eased the learning curve regarding the process and medications, complete with a detailed medication calendar. Their caring nature shone through in every interaction. I have been visiting this clinic since August 2023, and today marked my graduation day. I couldnt be happier with the smooth and successful journey. Despite the inherent stress of the IVF process, the team managed to make it seamless and manageable. This was my first IVF attempt, and it ended in success, for which I am incredibly grateful.
The office team has always been extremely friendly with me, Dr. Steward is amazing. The surgery scheduling depart is impossible to get ahold of though. The app this office uses leaves a lot to be desired. The app does not allow notifications so unless you are spending every waking minute on the app, you will not know that you received a message from them. I believe they had my phone number incorrect as I kept getting messages from the surgery department asking me to return their phone call, even though I had not received a phone call. Good luck getting an answer from them when you attempt to call them though. This department alone is driving me insane.
Aspire Fertility Clinic, under the care of Dr. Griffith, has been an absolute game-changer for us. After years of trying and numerous disappointments, we turned to Dr. Griffith and his team for help with our IVF journey. And what a journey its been!Dr. Griffith is a true expert in his field, and his knowledge and compassion were evident from day one. The entire team at Aspire made us feel supported and cared for throughout the process, and it was clear that they were invested in our success. The result? We are now expecting our little miracle, and we couldnt be happier. Aspire Fertility Clinic and Dr. Griffith made our dreams come true. We are forever grateful for their expertise, kindness, and the incredible support we received. If youre on the path to parenthood, Aspire Fertility Clinic should be your first choice. Thank you, Dr. Griffith and the Aspire team, for making our dreams a reality!
Dr. Griffith is fantastic. I love his passion for what he does. He actively listens to your concerns/questions and will address them all. Very knowledgeable, but easily can explain things in laymans terms. All I have is positive things to say and I truly enjoy being his patient. He makes me feel comfortable, he is very assuring and has such a kind heart. I also love his involvement with RESOLVE, which is a non-profit Ive donate & have advocated with for years. Truly shows me he really cares for his patients & his profession. Bonus, the entire staff at The Woodlands office is so nice and awesome too! Id recommend Dr. G & The Woodlands office location to everyone.
Horrible communication! My wife spent many hours researching trying to find a doctor that specializes with the condition she has. WeCompleted all the needed paperwork and were scheduled a phone consultation with Dr. Griffith. We both took off work and made it a point to be together for this consultation, only to have no one call. No one left a message with us informing us if he was running late. Apparently my wife has been dealing with communication problems every time she calls this office. We called several times to try to get in to speak with Dr. Griffith, only to be transferred to the “overflow” call center. This is an emotional time with couples as they seek help for issues they may have. This only makes the process even more emotional. SHAME ON THIS OFFICE AND SHAME ON HIS STAFF! I will be glad to take our business to another doctor in San Diego.
This clinic was great the last time we used them (years ago). Recently the ladies answering the phones and coordinating procedures are rude and unfriendly. They dont seem to know what they are doing with insurance and take a long time to respond or get questions answered. I would recommend Hart Fertility or RMA (worth the drive! Friendly and efficient!)
I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Griffith! His bedside manner is just amazing! The person who drew my blood sometimes 3 times a week was so great. My favorite nurse is Rachel! When my path got really hard she would just let me cry on her shoulder. When I finally had my baby after 2 years it was Rachel I couldn’t wait to show. When I didn’t get calls I needed I would start calling every half hour starting at 3:30. The staff never said if that bothered them. That whole team is just amazing! It is a very hard and emotional route. There will be ups and downs and that staff knows how to handle it but if something comes up just talk to them and they understand. Incredible!
Dr Griffith and staff are very professional and accommodating. Dr Griffith makes his patients feel comfortable and well-taken cared of, is open to questions, and explains things at a level to ensure that his patients understand. Never had problems with appointments or waiting times. Chelsea is awesome at the front desk. Jenna is very warm and accommodating. Some nurses can be friendlier (just a constructive criticism, because patients are, apart from other things, investing emotionally in this process as well, and they need all the support they can get).
I had a great experience w Dr. G. at The Woodlands clinic. After one egg retrieval I’m continuing to work with them in any future needs. Everyone I encountered was kind and informative. I’m surprised by some of the sub par reviews, so I felt they deserved a good one!
Ive never met better doctors and staff members. Everyone is polite kind and courtesy. I have Dr Griffith and him and the staff are more than amazing. They have walked me through every step thoroughly so I can understandHave let me asked a million questions and have always been patient. They have helped me physically and mentally. Its very hard to take being heard your infertile from other doctors. But Dr Griffith and his staff always made me feel like everything was okay, going to be okay, and that although I need help to get pregnant. It will happen. Im going to be devastated to have to leave but it means the world to me to get pregnant.....i wish this could be my obgyn office as well so I can always come back.
Only had a first consultation with Dr. Steward so far but here are my thoughts. He’s a very pleasant man who gave a decent overview of the situation, though the information was not much more than the information I had already been able to gather doing my own research. He dismissed some of my questions regarding information provided to me by my on/gyn. He ordered a slew of tests, which was expected; however I don’t feel like he had read any of the comprehensive medical records and lab report we had provided in advance of the appointment. At times it felt like he was a salesman Erving up to thrust us into expensive treatments without going over alternative options first. My husband found him to be competent but also got the sales vibes near the end.
The staff is top notch and Dr. Griffith is the best. I now know why they call him the “Baby Whisperer”.
Dr. Griffith is an amazing doctor, he is compassionate, caring, and very attentive. Throughout my journey to conceive he has gotten to know both my husband and myself very well. His recommendations are always based on my best interest along with his experience and expertise. He explains everything in detail to help us understand and to give us comfort in the choices we make for our protocols and for each procedure.
I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Steward and all of the staff at the HFI Woodlands office! They made the IVF process so much easier than I was expecting, explaining things step by step and in such a way that it wasnt overwhelming, and all the nurses were amazing - very nice and always available to answer questions. Our first transfer worked and I couldnt more thankful to Dr. Steward and his team!!
Did not get a good vibe from this place. Before my appointment we knew insurance wasnt going to cover any of my cost. That was fine. I get there and paid around $150 for my first appointment, no big deal. I was there for less than 10 mins and all he talked to me about was what the plan would be moving forward, no ultrasounds or blood test. Everything he told me he wanted to do seemed like a money grab. I didnt get a good vibe there so i decided not to go through with seeing them. Then a few weeks later I got bill for an additional $150! I didnt understand why they didnt charge me the whole amount up front when they already knew I didnt have insurance and why a 10 min conversation costed me about $300!? Needless to say I went to a different clinic and have been MUCH happier
Dr. Griffith is a good and knowledgeable doctor but the nurses are very rude. I got allergy in week of 10 of my pregnancy and I went to the Dr. Griffin office to take help. The nurse did not accept me even though my situation was emergency and she just told me it is related to skin not to us. The nurse did not even consult with doctor for my case. My OBGYN doctor asked for blood test as soon as she saw me.The nurses are not knowledgeable at all and they just repeat some tests as routine without considering the patient situation. I asked the nurse multiple times to change my pills but she just told it is best. My OBGYN doctor replaced the pills as soon as she saw I was uncomfortable.
Dr. Skorupski is hands down the BEST! We brought home a baby girl with our first IVF fresh cycle who is now 4, were on our last embryo (transferring tomorrow) & he and his nurse Amber has been the best. So informative and personable...he wants you to succeed in the process, but if it fails hes there to console as well. I always refer my friends struggling with fertility to him.
The people that work here at miracle workers. Dr. Griffith help my wife and I have our first child. Not a day goes by that I dont tell God how grateful I am.
Dr. Skorupski has been my fertility doctor for 2 years now, almost three. Him and his staff have always been there to answer any questions I have, and have been there through many negative pregnancy tests. We just had our first FET this morning, and he made it a relaxing and fun experience!
I am really displeased with this office, and really thinking hard on if I should go back. The front desk receptionist was rude to me as soon as I walk in. I came in to my appointment for them to inform me that my referral was not approved yet by my insurance. No one decied to call and inform me of this which was a waist of my time and getting off work for this. Second problem I have is they refused to verify insurance correctly and quote prices without verifying updated insurance. On multiple occasions I had to argure with them that my insurance quote is not correct and my deductible has been met. It took me to say I work for the insurance company in orde for them to re-verify my insurance. Another occasion the front desk receptionist was rude to me again and the lady name Cathy & Torey in finance were completely rude to me. I feel uncomfortable even coming to this office. Dr. Stewart was pleasant and inform me on the next steps they we should take but I cant go to an office where I feel mistreated. I have paid out of pocket and still have not received my credit back which has been for a couple of months now.
EXCEPTIONAL!!! This was the BEST experience because of the outstanding care that Dr. Griffith and his entire staff provided not only for me but for my husband. Our fertility journey was trying mentally and physically and without the support, positive reinforcement, continued optimistic treatments/paths and friendships built we could not have had a successful IVF procedure leading to our blessing of a child soon to come!!! We cannot thank Dr. Griffith and all of his team for welcoming us with open arms and helping our dream of becoming parents become reality. They will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
Dr. Griffith and the staff were very understanding and caring in providing the services that I needed. Dr. Griffith gave us faith and hope when we were thinking there was none. With every failed attempt, he helped keep our heads high and offered new solutions. Thanks to him and the wonderful staff I am now 36 weeks pregnant!
Completely and utterly dissatisfied with this new merger. I was referred to the urologist which works closing with Aspire so you would think they they would request lab work and/or Aspire would send the lab work. I drive 1.5 hours to the appointment for a consult - all for nothing. Couldn’t set up the procedure appointment because they were missing the lab results. I called Aspire and the call center is literally no help at all. They can’t put my call through to the woodlands office, they can only “send messages” to the nurses. What kind of operation is this? Why can’t I speak to the nurses that work in the office and get the labs that I need immediately? The patient portal isn’t functional, I tried pulling up the labs through the app and the website and neither work. If this is the indication of how this IVF process of going to go, I honestly am conspiring taking my business and money elsewhere.
Dr. Griffith hands down has been an amazing physician. He has excellent bedside manner. The nurse that I had in the recovery room stated, We call him the baby whisperer!
I was so disappointed in this office! HFI doesnt care about budget limitations or a patients preferences. Everything is just a step toward IVF. Communication here is non-existent, which will cause you a lot of heartache on top of what youre already going through.I recently moved to Houston, and my fertility journey was well underway with a doctor back home who had discussed various options with me (including costs).RECOMMENDING UNNECESSARY SURGERY. I came in to see Dr. Griffin with my husband for his specific issues because I knew I needed a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to check my fallopian tubes. Dr. Griffin recommended instead that I get a hysteroscopy because it would be less painful (in retrospect, this is hilarious and ironic)! He did not mention that this was an invasive, riskier surgery with significant downtime that costs 4X as much as an HSG (by contrast, a quick outpatient procedure with no downtime, no birth control needed, and you can drive yourself home). Instead, I was put on a birth control pill for 4 weeks leading up to the surgery, my husband took a day off work, and then the surgery center called to cancel while we were on the way midday. I rescheduled and my husband took ANOTHER day off of work (they will not start the surgery unless your driver is sitting in the waiting room and they will not let him leave to get food or make business calls). Then I had days of cramping, bleeding, couldnt have sex for 2 weeks, only to be told my Fallopian tube was blocked and there was nothing they could do about it. This procedure cost me 2 full cycles of trying to conceive as well as $3,500 out of pocket, only to be recommended IVF.I changed doctors to Plaza OBGYN, had the HSG I had originally requested, and BINGO! my fallopian tubes are both open and I was able to get an IUI the next day. Likewise, my husbands issues werent addressed until he got a urologist.BAD COMMUNICATION AND UNREASONABLE CHARGES. Additionally, when I called HFI to schedule an appointment, which I thought would be the hysteroscopy, I was instead shuttled into one room where my blood was drawn without explanation, then put in another room where a nurse did an ultrasound on me and said I looked great. I never saw the doctor. Then I was told to pay $300 out of pocket (huge rip-off, my current doctor charges $150 for ultrasounds and he performs them himself) and sent home with a birth control Rx, saying someone would call to schedule my hysteroscopy. A month later I got a bill for $4,500 from LabCorp because HFI had sent my blood off for a bunch of tests they didnt mention to me.TRYING TO GET MEDICAL RECORDS. After repeated requests from my new clinic and myself, it took NEARLY A MONTH to get a copy of my medical records so my doctor could find out which fallopian tube was blocked. The staff here doesnt return messages or phone calls.PROS. the office is nice and clean, there is good parking available, and I didnt have to wait very long in the waiting room to have my savings drained.TAKEAWAY. If you decide to go here, be sure you ask a lot of questions about what they are doing and how much things will cost so you dont get bad surprises. If you dont want IVF yet and they are pushing you toward it, get a second opinion. I hope you find all the happiness and love you are looking for and dont get discouraged in your journey. ((hugs))
Dr. Steward has been amazing to work with. He has been very attentive and gracious considering our challenges with getting pregnant. He has listened to us, guided us, and answered all of our never ending questions without judgement or hesitation. We have already recommended not only Dr. Steward, but also Dr. Griffith and HFI in general to other women we know faced with challenges.
I love Dr. Griffith! I moved before finding out that my first round of IVF was successful and he took me as a patient and made me feel as comfortable as possible! His bedside manner is only second to my Dr in Atlanta! If you’re going through IVF you should choose Houston Fertility Institute and Dr. Griffith!!!
Dr. Griffith and his staff were very thorough and very easy to talk to, which made me feel extremely comfortable. They were always prompt in returning phone calls and answering any questions or concerns that I had. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility treatment.
The Woodlands location has the worst service Ive ever seen they are worst than Walmart! Victoria does not speak directly to me and seems like she is unable to do herjob without assistance. The insurance department also seems to lack skills and unsure how to properly confirm coverage! I wasted a while lunch break dealing with their incompetence. I waited over 20 mins for a supervisor and speaking to her was like speaking to a brick wall because I was not able to get a clear answer from her at all! This location is a joke but maybe thats what I get for going back to them. I will no longer waste my time and energy at this pathetic location or this company. Ive been given the run around from them everytime I come here. I will find a fertility clinic who cares about their patients listens and communicates better than a 5th grader. To anyone considering going here I wish you the best your journey will not be easy it will be long and frustrating !
Amazing. We were married over 10 years before we decided. We have a two-year old daughter now and another one on the way. Yes, we have had some issues with out-of-network billing, but overall extremely happy. Our insurance wouldnt cover everything - but thats insurance companies fault... not the clinic. Dr. Griffith and HFI have been extremely helpful in turning this couple into a family.
Feels like a money grab clinic. I currently go to Apsire HFI, and the doctor changed my dosage for Clomid, after I told him Im feeling better, feels like it working good, and then go home. Next day Pharmacy calls saying my medication is ready, and they cut my Clomid in half, and say they dont prescribe the dosage I was taken. If you join fertility groups, on social media/person you will notice that Aspire HFI doesnt seem keen on the dosages most doctors prescribe.I feel its to slowly bring you up, until they get the most money out of you. Which is a shame because Dr Jason Griffith, seems to care.I will be looking around for another Fertility clinic.
After reading the more realistic bad comments Im a little worried to honestly even go back... My fiance took of of work today only for us to get there and be told there was a fee and we were confused because Ive met my out of pocket and the lady at the desk told me she put my insurance through yesterday and heard nothing today but put it through again today. I missed their call yesterday and did try and call back twice and no one answered so we had no idea there was a copay and we have basically no money right now. Ive never been to a Drs office that doesnt confirm the insurance prior to the patients visit??? Because what if we had the money for the initial copay but not for anything else and my insurance wasnt through yet? Were also on a huge time crunch biologically and with my insurance so it was all a serious waste of time. They didnt even leave a voicemail to let me know nothing had gone through.. Think I may just find another clinic because I dont want to know what random stuff they may smack us with last minute and then we cant afford it.
Dr. Witz and his team are the best, personalized and professional care!
Dr. Steward was very informative and professional. We really enjoyed him and appreciated everything he did for us. The staff was wonderful and they answered all of our questions that we had. It was nice that at the beginning Dr. Steward himself called me to inform me of what was going on at that time. We could not have asked for better people or service.
Staff is very unorganized. Weve had med mix ups with other patients and wrong dosages. They never answer or return calls. When we first went there they blamed it on the new system but its been a year and still havnt got it together. If you call its nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Labs take forever to get processed. Seems like theyre over booked with clients and it comes off as a money only business. Its not alright. Yall are losing clients because yall dont return calls or answer yalls phones.
Dr. Bello is a brilliant, compassionate doctor. She makes me feel very comfortable with everything. Her knowledge in fertility is top notch and I would recommend her to anyone. I do not know what I would do without her -- she feels like family to us.
This is a WORST fertility Clinic ever! My wife had few IVF treatment with this clinic since 2011. Before HFI partner and hired Vivere Health to do financial/insurance paperwork, everything seem fine, but since 2012 then, the HFI (include many other locations in Houston) is patients money taker. If you have health insurance that cover or even NOT cover for your fertility treatment, this Vivere Health (Piney Point Surgery Center, partner of HFI)) will use you as a tool to drain financial benefits from your insurance company to paid for them as much as possible with a HUGE & incredible claim amounts submitted because the Piney Point Surgery Center (PPSC) is out-of-network from all most health insurance companies. Their patients are their tools to help them get a lot of big fat checks from the health insurance companies. The staffs in Willow Brook & Medical Center are very nice, but not in Piney Point & Katy. The doctor, specially, Ghassan F Haddad is probably the WORST doctor and practice in the city of Houston. We are sorry to need to review this way, but it is simply the truth. Hes careless, cold, irresponsible to his patients. You only see him one time at consultation. All other procedures during your IVF treatment, he will let your fate in the hands of his colleagues, nurses. Youll never get his answers if you have any question & concern regarding your treatment, specially, if somehow you run into a financial issue which the clinics financial/insurance staff once abuse and mess up your insurance.Save you money, time, and health to go to other fertility clinic(s) for your sake and if you want to have a care, warm, and healthy fertility treatment.
Dr. Griffith and his nursing/clinical staff were excellent at taking the stress out of the IVF process. Rachel RN was very helpful at explaining things so that we could easily understand the process and what to expect.
Dr Griffith is amazing and so were all his nurses!! I highly recommend this office! He got us pregnant on our second transfer and we are 40 and 47!
This office has great doctors and sweet nurses. The only bad thing is: they have a really bad financial consultant: Brittani Hughes. She has a dead person face and never ever answer your questions. Even she doesnt know the answer, she wont reply your call or answer the phone. She just puts you on wait. Dont understand why they hired her.
Dr. Jason Griffith and the entire The Woodlands team helped us to conceive our daughters. We are very thankful for the kindness and continuous support we received from them throughout the years.Dr. Griffith let us explore alternatives to IVF and supported our decision to go for IUI when our FETs kept failing.
We have been very pleased with doctor Bello. she is great at what she does. She always knew what was best for me and my condition. When we had questions, she was always there for us, calling us back and answering all our questions or concerns in detail. With this being our first time doing IVF, we came in not knowing or what to expect and doctor Bello and the staff has helped us ease our concerns and questions. She has a great personality and very friendly.
Where we I even start... working with Dr. Giffith and his staff was the most amazing experiment me and my husband could ask for. When you are here in the office worried and stressed they make you feel at home. We thought our dreams of having a baby would never come true but Dr. Griffith and his staff make it happen and I would do it all over again...Maybe.
I dont know how to put into words how happy I am with HFI. We came to this office very scared and not sure what to do. We had been trying to get pregnant for 4 years and had 2 miscarriages. We are scared we would never have a baby. Dr Bello was able to help us. We did an IUI and got pregnant on the first try! We are happy to be pregnant with twins and cant wait to find out the gender of our babies. We never felt pressured to do anything we werent comfortable with. She let us try the IUI since we didnt feel comfortable with IVF. We are so happy to have found Dr Bello. We cant wait until the HFI Baby SHower next year so we can bring our babies and show Dr Bello!
The nursing staff is rude and lacks communication skills. They belittle you for your choices and have zero concern for wasted money due to their lack of communication. I reported this to their administration and she never responded. It appears they learned their communication skills from her.
I am removing my earlier complaint and changing my review based on the fact that Dr Steward called us this morning to have the conversation that we were looking for and were frustrated with. I am not sure if it was triggered by the negative comment I had left here, but, I hope it was, which indicates that the staff at HFI is pro-active. This alone constitutes the basis for a good review. Thank you, Dr Steward,
We had our consultation today and Dr. Griffith was very nice and explained everything very well. His office staff is very nice and we are looking forward to working with them.
Dr Griffith has been so patient and understanding with me. He gave me realisitic expectations while providing me with a sense of good hope with regard to my new successful pregnancy.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful, we will miss coming in and visting with all the staff. we are very greatful for what everyone has done to help us grow our fmaily! we would high recommend Houston Fertility Instituite to anyone having torouble conceving.
Staff is always so nice and helpful and appointments are always easy to make without wait. Dr. Steward is really sweet and always answers any questions or concerns we have had.
He has always been able to answer any questions/concerns we have had. He is very kind and supportive, which is so nice to have in a doctor when you are going through such sensitive and emotional procedures.
The clinic and its personnel are great but their billing department, I cant say the same.
Doctor Griffith was great but the staff is very rude , they dont explain what the test are and they fail explaining that they have a expiration date so they ask us to do all of them again !!! so $ 2,000 down the drain.
My daughter and son in law tried for three years and finally the staff at the Woodlands Center were able to make the miracle happen.Ricki Venable will be 3 in June. Thank you.
Dr.Skorupski is super nice and knowledgeable. Makes me feel comfortable, great bed side manner!
Dr. Bello is very thorough, honest and really cares about her patients. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
One of the sweetest most professional doctors. Absolutely love Dr.Skorupski!!! Highly recommended!!
Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful through out our time here. We would not hesitate to refer anyone to HFI.
Awesome doctor. He explained things to me very well and showed compassion
They do not explain things and just want your money! Beware!!!
Dr. Skorupski is the absolute best!!
Very friendly and courteous staff!
Very helpful and informative
The staff is extremely rude.
They gave us a baby
