Quick service and no wait. I seen a PA during this visit and she was friendly and knowledgeable. The reason for 3 stars is due to the Medical Assistant she was not professional and seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. I was sitting in waiting area and I hear my name called but I do not see anyone. When she did walk out I was not sure if she called my name or it was someone in the back area. She did not make eye contact, rushed to do my vitals, asked why I was there. Never looked at me and the entire time she seemed mad. She didn’t smile at all.
Very disappointed of the service. Today I received the bill from Texas Children Hospital for $4,500 (which I had to cover in full because the Hospital was not in my insurance network for emergencies), and that was precisely where the (Memorial Hermann at Riley Fuzzel Rd) doctor told me to go (Not their fault I understand that, and that was my decision whether to go or not).Few days ago, I took my 9 year old daughter to Memorial Hermann Urgent Care at Riley Fuzzel Rd, because she had a fever for 4 days, she had no cold, sore throat, earache symptoms. So I wanted to know what was it.They did routine tests (influenza, covid, etc) and results were negative. She did not have abdominal pain, she just said that she felt some discomfort on the abdominal area when the doctor was checking her (in less than 10 minutes). That was it.The doctor printed a referral and told us to go to Texas Childrens Hospital like NOW on emergency, because what she had was appendicitis. At that point and even though she did not have any pain, I couldn’t take the risk of whether or not it was appendicitis, and I followed the professional recommendation given by the doctor, and I ran to the hospital.7 hours later and after an ultrasound, they confirmed to us that it was a gastrointestinal viral infection and told us that there were several ways to know if it was appendicitis or not before taking her to the hospital (I dont know about this, Im not a doctor). And as I mentioned before, it is the parents decision whether to take it or not, but in this situation, I cannot take risks of this type, and dont get me wrong I am very very happy that it was not appendicitis, …. But the approach, check and recommendation from Memorial Hermann doctor was very inaccurate and under that circumstance I was expecting a professional and accurate diagnosis. I won’t come back to the Memorial Hermann Riley Fuzzel Rd.
The greeting and professionalism of the staff was exceptional. From the receptionist, to the nursing staff, and doctor. Great 1st experience.. highly recommended!
Very nice staff in a very clean facility. Was seen Monday and am very unhappy with how I have been handled since. I called back yesterday morning because my condition was not improving and was told I would get a call back before the end of the day. I called back 12 minutes before close and was told Just because we close in 12 minutes doesnt mean we are done for the day, the dr will call you back. Well here we are the next day and still no phone call and my condition is still not improving. Not sure why after being told my kids just got over pneumonia, they just brushed me off. Very disappointed and had high hopes since it is so close to us.
Dr. Leslie was extremely kind and patient, as were the other nurse and staff. I felt understood and in great care!
The person at the front desk is always great. The doctor was very thorough and had great listening skills. He did not make me feel rushed.
Its reassuring to know we can get immediate care at Urgent Care. I love the Benders Landing location. They are a great professional team. Very prompt and courteous.
The staff was so friendly, the doctor was so informative. I was taken care of quickly and the first thing my husband and I talked about when we left, was we would definitely come back.
Got there 30 min before closing. 1 person in the waiting room and got turned away. “Not enough time”. If you stop taking people before 8pm you need to advertise that. Not cool at all.
Staff were very professional and friendly! Doctor explained everything in understanding terms. I made an appointment so there was no wait time!
I came here for a broken bone and pneumonia in the past 2 years. I hate going to big hospitals, and these ladies took care of me very quickly and professionally. I would go here with anything emergency that isnt life-threatening.
Amazing staff I went to another care center before coming here and they were nowhere near as helpful as the staff here! Will definitely be coming here everytime!
I love this urgent care! My first experience was for myself when I was having issues with my allergies. The second experience is when I took my son. Both experience was great! Great staff, very nice and clean place. They are very efficient in what they say and do! Never had to wait when I make an appointment! This is my urgent care place that I will always visit when I need to!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE!!
Been billed as out of network from BCBS as per information MMHG is submitting a urgent care visit as out of network service providers. Not the first time this has happened and getting more than I should be billed on a PPO for urgent care, as per the Plan its how the practice is submitting their billings.
I was in and out quick. Dr. Leslie and nurse Natasha were very helpful to me and gave me exactly what I needed for my infection. Thank you to the whole team at the front as well! Everyone was nice and professional
We have had to go 3 times in a year and never had bad service. Always top notch care and caring individuals!
You deserve a ZERO STAR!!!! I just observed a couple frantically pull up in front of your business in an aparent medical crisis. They exited their vehicle, rushed to the front door and discovered your urgent care is closed. I checked your Google site and your hours of operation shows you close at 9:00 PM. People rely on hours of operation to determine where they are going, do a better job at managing your urgent care.
Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care on Riley Fuzzel Road refused to see me because I refused to put a Credit/Debit card on file.THIS IS THEIR POLICY!!!So, why isnt MHH in informing patients of this policy!!! All my other doctors with dont require a credit/debit card on file.I just pay my copay.
Very organized and professional staff. Has the pulse of the patient. Knew u was getting the best care. Feeling much better.
Staff was very friendly, short wait time, NP had great bedside manner, environment was clean, I was treated quickly but effectively and my prescriptions were sent immediately to my pharmacy. I love that you are able to prebook your arrival time online! Will definitely recommend.
Dr. Leslie is God sent! I came into Memorial Hermann with a laceration on my finger. They accepted me in right away, Dr. Leslie and her nurse took such good care of me and made me feel so at ease. She talked me through every step she took to take care of my cut. She was very knowledgeable and did everything she could to prevent me having to get stitches. Even when stitches had to be done she talked with me through the entire process. I left there knowing I had gotten the best care possible and God placed her in my path for a reason. It’s hard to find great doctors and I’m blessed to have met her, she’s awesome and so is the staff at Memorial Hermann Benders Landing. Thank you so much.
Awesome !! Doctor found the reason quickly & prescribed apt medicine ….Front office work also done quickly….
Had a severe (to me) case of allergies and suffering from a sinus infection. Went in with no appointment but MH swiftly checked me in saw a professional and sympathetic doctor who prescribed the necessary treatment. Excellent staff, friendly and efficient.
I’m extremely disappointed with the care I received here. I went in (walk in) this past Thursday with what I knew was pink eye because it was spreading around my clinic. Everything was fine until the NP came in, he BARELY looked at my eye. I was explaining to him that my eye began leaking that morning. While explaining, I was pointing to my eye around where the discomfort was, and some of the leakage got on my finger. I apologized (because it WAS gross) and asked him for a tissue or some hand sanitizer. He STARTED LAUGHING and said that they had just reorganized the room, and he would need to grab one outside of the room. When he returned, he had neither. He stood as far away from me as possible, handed me a doctors note and told me he had sent in antibiotics. He didn’t confirm that I had pink eye, I had to ASK. I felt so rushed and honestly embarrassed, that I just left hoping that the infection would be resolved with the antibiotics. I decided, since I received no care instructions that I would just do some research online about how long the infection would last, how to manage pain and itching, etc. after using the medication prescribed EXACTLY as instructions stated, my eye was still not better by Sunday (today) and had gotten worse in the originally infected eye, and had spread to my other eye. I decided I would go back in because obviously the medication was not working. When I met with a different NP, thankfully she handled my condition with Grace, she talked to me about pain management and told me that she was going to prescribe a different (stronger) antibiotic because the one originally prescribed was the equivalent to NEOSPORIN. To say the least I was floored and just super upset at this point. I left the second time feeling a little more hopeful, only to have been met with more disappointment when I checked on my prescription over the phone with the pharmacy, where they told me the prescription was never even sent in (keep in mind at this point it had been at least 2 hours since I left the walk in). I called the clinic to express concern and let them know that the prescription was never received and would need to be resent. The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and flippant about the whole thing. I just cannot believe that this is how they treat patients. As my situation stands now, my issues are still not resolved and my prescription STILL has not been sent in. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY CARE DO NOT GO HERE.
I have been suffering from a gout attack on my big toe. I couldnt handle the pain after a week so I checked any place could take me in quick. This place is fantastic and the MP ( I forgot his name) was great giving me what I need and in 15 mins I was out at CVS for my drug. a few hours later after taking the medicine, my symptom has dramatically improved. I will come back in the future.
I am completely satisfied with the atmosphere, the staff and the doctors I have seen here. What I appreciate is how quickly you are seen. Wait time for me each time about 5-10 minutes.
We are new to the area and they recommended this urgent care. They are awesome! Very speedy check in and very knowledgeable. A true urgent care. Ive gone here for myself and also my son whos an infant, they were fantastic with him and very patient with my youngest who was also with us and crying. Each time has been a great experience. Place is clean. I wont go anywhere else.
Everyone was friendly and answered all of my daughters questions patiently. I would highly recommend to others.
Hermann Memorial urgent care took very good care of me this week. My doctor was very knowledgeable, and they were very conscious of my time and saw me at the appointed hour. and they honored my Humana advantage medical, which is very important.
Convenient location, fast, efficient care. Helped me with my Type A Flu and made me feel better with the right meds for me.
1. Very Professional.2. Why does the registration app ask all those questions if the nurse or doctor cant see it. The nurse said it is only for registration only, meaning I have to explain myself one more time. The attending nurse and doctor gets 5*s out of 5.Never been disappointed at any Memor Herman facility.
Friendly, professional staff who made me feel seen, heard and comfortable with my treatment plan. I was pretty scared going in but i felt better knowing that even though they could not treat the issue there, they made sure they got me in with someone who could very quickly. Very grateful for their help.
The staff at the front desk was very friendly. They made the check in process very easy. Dr. Carmenates bedside manner was great. He was very knowledgeable and caring. His nurse was great also. Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
Absolutely incredible staff! They treated my daughter with kindness and caring hands and voices! I couldnt be more grateful for a medical team.
I loved this place. It was fast and they were so nice. Mrs. Leslie is so sweet and the nurse was so nice also that they all made me feel at ease with 3 of my littles. Will definitely go back.
I was a patient here on Christmas Eve, 2022. I had knee replacement surgery two days prior and had blood in my urine and a fever. I spoke with my surgeon and he advised me to go to urgent care if my temperature went up, which it did. While I was here I was told that they did not have the lab facilities required to run a blood test to determine if I had an infection. Seriously? If this is indeed true then the lack of equipment and services should dissuade potential patients from a visit. While I was here the staff also complained loudly about what time they would or would not be able to leave because they now had an additional patient. I was not the only patient in the facility.Ultimately I was told that I should go to the emergency department, which I did.Fast forward ten months and I receive a bill from a collections company for a whopping $40.40. 🙄 I never once received a bill from Memorial Hermann GoHealth. The charges never showed up on my Memorial Hermann account. My pre-op procedures, surgery and emergency department visit were both at Memorial Hermann so I made payments numerous times. I also met my out of pocket maximum for the year around this time, so it was easy to assume that I owed nothing for the visit. The fact that Memorial Herman GoHealth never sent me a bill helped to support this assumption. So when I received the bill from collections I immediately tried to pay it. Memorial Hermann GoHealth is not a part of my health insurance company’s service that allows you to pay online from their claims page. I did a Google search for their customer service phone number and could only come up with the facility’s number and Memorial Hermann’s 222-CARE customer service number. I tried that number, explained the bill I wished to pay, and was transferred. When I spoke to Memorial Hermann billing I found that I could not pay with them despite the fact that GoHealth carries the Memorial Hermann name. After the poor treatment as a patient, the complete lack of appropriate billing, and sending the debt to collections even though they never sent a bill for the debt, I have paid the collections company and will have to be happy with the fact that Memorial Hermann GoHealth will have to pay an unnecessary commission on that payment.I am rather surprised that Memorial Hermann wants their name associated with a business that operates in this fashion. Unlike emergency care facilities, urgent care facilities are unlicensed and unregulated by the Texas Department of State Health Services. And it shows.
I could not have been any happier or more pleased with the service I received at this office. The ladies were polite, compassionate and got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. I will definitely not hesitate to go to this location again if needed.
I went to this urgent care on 9/7/23 for sore throat and right ear pain. However I was checked for step which was negative. Upon my examination it was determined that my right ear was impacted with wax. I was just told to do Debrox ear drops OTC, to remove the ear wax .The nurse DID NOT use any drops at first she dug in my ear with a curette. I am a medical professional and Ear drops should ALWAYS but administered prior to ANY EAR LAVAGE!!The nurse came back in the room a few minutes later to put the ear drops. She attempted to do an ear lavage but was unsuccessful in getting in ear wax out. I was in more ear pain ,after leaving the facility than when I came in the be seen!!The very next day I went to a same day clinic near my clinic and was diagnosed with acute otitis media! I was given oral antibiotics and ear drops to treat my symptoms!!! The Staff needs to be properly trained on how to do an ear lavage CORRECTLY!!!
Within less than an hour, I scheduled my virtual visit, completed my virtual visit with the provider, and received confirmation from my pharmacy that the provider sent over my prescription. It was literally the least painful and fastest urgent care experience I’ve ever had in my life. And when you’re in a race against time because you feel yourself quickly descending into agony from the flu - fast and painless is kind of a big deal. Definitely recommend!
I’m here right now and got bumped from #1 on the list with a reservation for an hour ago so a WALK IN could go. Go somewhere else.
Terrible communication and careless staff. Do not go here for urgent help, this was the only location with an x-ray technician in our area we called in advance to confirm the technician was there and to schedule an appointment. We called and scheduled the appointment at 3:00 pm and was told our appointment would be at 5:30. Upon arriving we were told the x ray technician had already left for the day with no explanation or further help we drove 45 minutes to have our time wasted.
Not even worth a one star and my son didnt even get seen. Very disappointed at the misrepresentation and attitude of the receptionist I encountered here. My son and I were turned away when we walked-in at a little after 8pm. Nothing on the website states they do not take walk-ins after a certain time even though they close at 9pm. I even called around 1pm that day to confirm they accepted our insurance and walk-ins so I can take my son in as he had a shivering fever, sore throat and cough. I was told they accepted walk-ins and to check online for wait times. At that time it was over 320 minute wait, so the nice receptionist or representative that took my call at that time advised me to keep checking online for shorter wait times and then come in when the wait was not as long since they closed at 9pm. Not once was it mentioned they cut off walk ins after 8pm. I checked every hour for wait times and finally saw that the wait time was less than 50 minutes shortly before 8pm. We arrived a little after 8pm and was asked if I had a reservation and that they did not take walk-ins after 8pm. I told the receptionist that I was not informed of that when I called earlier in the day. She went to check with someone, but then I was told the physician refused our walk-in. When I was clearly upset (I did not raise my voice or caused any scene) for my son being refused to be seen at an urgent care within their operating hours, the person behind the desk gave me an attitude when I accidentally knocked the phone handset from the base, which I even apologized for, trying to hand back their clipboard through the 2 inch opening. Instead of being understanding of my frustration, she was snippy and accusatory and told me to leave the clipboard since I threw the pen already! I did not throw any pen, I dropped it into the bin through the 2 inch opening. She accused me of throwing it and had a poor attitude. I should have thrown the pen with how she upset me even more, (but Im not that kind of person), especially when my sick son was turned away from urgent care that advertises no appointment necessary, but apparently I needed reservations and no indication you have to be there before 8pm? It infuriated me when that employee made that snarky comment. She should have been a little more empathetic because my son was very sick and not just a scrape on the knee type of urgent care. He was shivering, very warm to the touch and complained he could not swallow and his throat hurt when he coughed, yet he was refused to be seen... during their operating hours! Poor service at a place where people seek to be cared for! After reading a lot of the reviews here, being refused was a blessing in disguised as it seems this is not a place I would trust with my childs health.
First off let me say the reception and the nurse who took care of me were great, and very caring and nice. The NP who Assessed me need to get some more training. I have never had an ear infection in my life that didn’t require drops. I even asked if I needed ear drops. She said “no, not for this kind of infection it’s internal, antibiotics are all you need” 3 days later I was in the ER because the infection spread to my face. Even the ER doctor seemed shocked said I should have received drops for this kind of infection.
The efficiency, kindness, knowledge and education was great. The front desk staff was super kind and helpful. The nurse was very nice and the provider was very thorough and sweet.
Best Urgent Care EVER! Everyone is so caring and professional. The Nurse Practitioner was amazing and went above and beyond for me!
Kindly professional ready to serve staff. I was well received when I want you door. My information was already processed. The staff just need to verify who I was and did so quicklyquickly.Quickly escorted to a waiting Room, A few minutes later, Mafcella, a very knowledgeable and professional medical technician came in explain the procedures for my test and we did for me to say I understood before she began. She was well gloved comer wore a better face masks that I did caught had those glass covering for her eyeglasses. She was fully suited and ready to do her job.Everything was done quickly and With out incident. I was made to be calm the whole time especially after I got lost twice using that stupid terrible which set me in another direction.I am really glad the office staff helped direct me to get to the office because of not familiar with the area. I would highly recommend them and gladly go back again.
It’s been my 3rd time to go this Urgent care facility and never once did it disappoint. The wait time was short even as a walk in. The doctor and staff were very courteous and friendly. As well as informative. The doctors mild tone and friendliness makes my daughter feel very comfortable. That was a sure plus for me. I will definitely keep coming back if I need medical help.
I usually don’t leave reviews, especially public ones. But to save others from wasted time, money, and energy…..do yourself a favor and go to another urgent care. This urgent care (when it first opened), use to be great. I have been here a few times since summer (this last time being my absolute last) and my main complaint was never addressed. I went in for a bad cold just the other day and was given a cough syrup, and nasal spray though I asked to be tested for strep and other potential infections, I was told that it was not needed. I continued to get sicker and called them to ask for an antibiotic, and was told I’d have to come back, schedule and appointment, re-pay the copay, to MAYBE get an antibiotic. Ridiculous!! Healthcare has changed drastically for the worse. Usually if someone is going to urgent care for help, it’s because they have tried everything else (over the counter medication). That’s the most frustrating part. I know if I am seeking additional medical help, it’s because I have taken Mucinex, Tylenol, Robitussin, etc….I do not need to pay for someone to tell me to do the same thing that is clearly not working. It’s hard to find good medical care today. Do yourselves a favor, and go somewhere else.
I went to the Benders Landing Urgent care locationI was in, seen and in my way in 20 minutes. Staff is super friendly and professional. Cant recommend them enough!
The staff was helpful, kind and timely . The doctor also explained the reasoning behind his diagnosis clearly and I wasnt waiting long at all.
Excellent and fast service ! Make my son welcomed.
This is my second time being here and both times have been a very easy, pleasant and painless experience (minus the shot, that wasn’t bad really.) I rate places off their front desk since they are the first and last you see and with whom you deal the most - the rest I figure you only see briefly and can be endured - however, this place not only has the friendliest front desk ladies, it goes on throughout the whole experience. Very compassionate all around and very prompt as well. If you need urgent (that truly gets the urgent part) and friendly service, look no more.
I believe my doctor’s name was Leslie. She was absolutely amazing. Kind and direct. It was a quick process with little to no wait.
Went in as a walk in and was seen pretty quickly even though they were very busy. Everyone was so nice and the Dr called around to pharmacies to make sure they had the tamiflu I needed. We have used this facility several times and never had an unpleasant experience.
TL:DR: I have a raging UTI they told me I was negative for with a very positive culture in my portal.I have used this urgent care for years now and have always found it reliable. Until they switched whatever owner they were. While I was in the waiting room a family came in with a son with a broken foot and she told them they were fully booked today, and theyd have to wait 2 hours and constantly be bumped for those who have appointments. I went online to look up if they had availability on the schedule and they did. So I thought that was weird. I came for a UTI, left my sample and waited in the room. The nurse practitioner (there are no more doctors here, ever it seems) told me my test was negative but they would send it for culture. Then came back and told me he had the wrong patients urine... and he would go test mine. 10 minutes later I hear him asking the nurses to please run the urine that was sitting there (mine). Negative so send for culture... Im already having doubts. 3 days later I get a phone call that my culture was negative and to stop antibiotics. (Still in severe pain). Im skeptical so I check and see if I can find the results in a portal which I did, and HELLO VERY positive UTI culture in my portal. I call back, and the NP is very confused and asks me if I came in for a throat culture. If I didnt advocate for myself and stopped the antibiotics as instructed Id probably end up in the ER. This is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER go here again.
Dr. Valle was excellent. He was personable, empathetic and did a fantastic job on my medical issue, even though the waiting room was packed.
The efficiency has improved dramatically but the interpersonal skills are less than desireable and have been lost. The impersonal level of care leaves you not wanting to return. The words used were highly professional but with curt directives that also came with negative facial expressions and disdainful body language expressing disregard of the true intent of the patient. It was shocking. The experience was extremely unwelcoming and overall impolite. I have always come here because the I felt like a real patient and it was easy to get into for small urgent matters. Now I would rather wait for my regular dr so I can feel understood and have a personable interaction. One disheartening matter is that my family works for the Memorial Herman system but this Urgent Care is far from the personable and caring manner that Memorial Herman has worked so hard to create and represent. Im extremely disappointed.
Prompt and professional. The nurse practitioner Marissa was very courteous and professional
I was so pleased with the friendliness of staff, waiting time to be seen and was more satisfied while in room. Nurse listened well to my reasons of visit and explained to doctor as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Dixon. Did not take long to seek the right treatment for me and get me better. My overall experience has yet been the best from any other urgent cares. Will definitely continue coming here when needed.
I’ve made online appointment with 1 day in advance and by the time that I got in the urgent care, they made me wait for about 1 hours just see the doctor. The staff is rude and the doctor didn’t provide further explanation why they prescribe all the medications. It was waist of time coming to this urgent care, they are not professional at all. I even question the facility cleanliness , since I saw patients coming in and out the rooms without them cleaning in between. I really don’t recommend coming in here, I’m already not feeling good and having all this negative customer experience, is better to stay at home or go to another urgent care.
I was very impressed with MH Grand Oaks Urgent Care. Online time period appointments, not guaranteed, but better than sitting around for hours waiting to be seen when youre not feeling well. Service was great, already recommended them. They seemed to really care, they listened to you gave you your time.
Everyone was so kind and put us all at ease. Thank you for taking such good care of us. Weve been to a few other urgent care locations and most of them were stand-offish and some were just downright rude as if we were bothering them. Not in this location, here they were nice and accommodating from the start: phone to in-person. I hope everyone in this location stays safe, we need more people like them!
Clinic was clean and organized. Check in was immediate.Had very little wait.I was seen right away. Saw Nurse Practioner. She took one look at me and new what was wrong. Fixed me right up!!!!
Amazing. Clean and great staff. My back went out and they helped me quickly!
Great experience. Came in as a walk in. Didnt wait too long before I saw a Dr. Also a good location.
Very disappointed in the care my daughter received at this facility. Took her in for cough and wheezing and the provider initially was going to send us home with no treatment. After asking what I’m supposed to do to get her relief she decided to order a breathing treatment and left the room. We waited an hour in our room for the nurse to come in with the nebulizer. She knew I am also a nurse and proceeded to hand me the machine and leave the room as my toddler screamed while I attempted to hold the mask on her face by myself. After finishing the treatment we waited another 45 minutes for the provider to put in orders to the pharmacy. I finally decided to just leave, nearly three hours after being seen, without my orders and being assured the provider would call the pharmacy. I had to call three more times and didn’t get her meds ordered until 3pm.Very disorganized, poor communication, and prolonged waits.
I was greeted promptly and courteously. After taking my information, the receptionist seated me and it was only a few minutes wait until I was called back by the nurse.
My daughter has had sore throat and fever on and off for a few days. Many positives about our visit to this urgent care facility: online appointment selection, arrived at the office with no wait, nurse was very friendly and eased my daughter’s concerns about “getting a shot”, doctor was very nice as well. Overall good experience for my daughter who is very afraid of doctor offices. She left saying “I like this place!”Thanks for wonderful, fast, friendly, and professional service!
I love Dr. Dixon. Hes just that doctor you wish you could go to for everything. The staff is there are so sweet and caring. My nurse was very good. She took such good care of me. I highly recommend this urgent care to everyone and anyone who needs fast, reliable treatment. I wont go anywhere else.
I cant say enough great things about them & their staff. My daughter needed stitches & I wasnt sure which walk in urgent care to choose, since theres so many. Several ppl on Ask Spring on FB recommended I try this place & so glad I did. Dr Augusto did the stitches & was very thorough & personable. His nurses were even better, so friendly, caring & fun. Dr Dixon removed the stitches 2 weeks later, with different nurses & we had the same experience. Both times we were called back within 10 minutes, which is unheard of. I highly recommend them!!
Very efficient- loved to save my Spot ahead of time. The nurses doctors and reception were all very kind and knowledgeable. In and out with an xray in 30 minutes.
I’ve used this urgent care twice this year and received great care both times. Very short wait times and staff caring and professional!
They would’ve gotten zero stars if it wasn’t for the front desk and my amazing nurse. Everyone was absolutely amazing. Except the actual doctor, this man told me I was basically going to die if i didn’t get the vaccine and I was playing with fire. Definitely not something you say to a new mother with a 2 month old dealing with post partum. As much as i loved the other staff I will not be back as long as this doctor is still employed here.
Just left this establishment, had a great experience. My 7 year old had to get a Covid test before a scheduled surgery. My daughter is very scared of any sort of exam swabs. The nurse we had was a gentleman and handled my daughters emotions perfectly. He got her done without causing her any distress or pain, I am grateful.
In 2021 I went to this Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care, I was quite impressed. I saw Dr. Dixon and there was no wait, efficient service, excellent treatment.I went again last week for a minor cut that refused to stop bleeding. Almost no wait, friendly staff, efficient and top-notch service. 6 quick stiches and I was on my way.Ive tried other MH Urgent Cares that are closer to me, and theyre good too. But this one is outstanding so I gladly keep coming back.
I had a great experience at the Urgent Care. The paperwork wasn’t overwhelming, the space was clean and organized and the MA’s at the front and back were courteous, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Dixon was awesome! He had a great eye and could tell I was awfully sick, took his time, sat down to address my chief complaint and take a careful look (listen) at my ears, throat and lungs. He helped with some medication on the spot to get me breathing better and sent to the Pharmacy all that he felt would help me recover. I couldn’t be happier and more grateful. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.
Was very easy to schedule an appointment online, with the exception of putting in your date of birth could I had to scroll forever to get to my date of birth. It would be a lot easier if you could just input the year or select from a year instead of having to scroll through each page of the calendar. the wait time was minimal today as a matter of fact I was in and out in about 15 minutes after seeing the doctor. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.
I had to make my youngest son in tonight because he was very sick. The nurse there was so nice and made it more of a game for him. He calls her his best friend now. She was truly great! And the Dr. Was friendly and took care of us. I would recommend to others!
I took my 11 year old son there one evening for an illness. Friendly, efficient staff. Even though it was too late to check in online, we walked in and only waited about 15 minutes. Nurse and doctor who helped us were friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely go back when needed.
Went in with an the flu an upper respiratory infection Joshua Smith took great care of me with me being an asthmatic he gave me a 2 nebulizer treatments immediately an got me treated for all my symptoms
This place is so disorganized. I have used Memorial Hermann facilities for 25 years and this was a horrible experience.Waited 2+ hours, even with an appointment time, before the doctor said “we don’t have anyone that can operate the X-ray machine. They shouldn’t have even sent you back here”.Then, after having an appt for first thing the next day, still waiting 2+ hours for an X-ray. Not to mention 3-4 nurses behind the nurses station not doing anything.Nothing “URGENT” about this location.
Only problem we had was I couldnt link my family or add members on my profile. When I asked the receptionsist also didnt know how to do it and said ive never seen the patients online side before and do not knlw how to do it. Everything else was Very easy to make an online appt and check in and visit was quick.great service.
I had a wonderful experience. The staff was so kind and the NP was very thorough. They had a very long wait so the woman at the front offered to call me when there was 1 person ahead of me so I didnt have to wait there all morning. Would definitely recommend and will visit here again for future needs.
The staff was timely in getting me registered and to see the doctor
I’ve been here various times for myself and family and they are always great. Great customer service by the front desk, the nurses are always kind, friendly and thoughtful. The doctor is the sweetest and knowledgeable. I like that he is honest on his diagnosis and gives you detailed instructions on what to do after your visit.
Came in this afternoon with my 3-year old son who split his head open by falling into the corner of a coffee table at a friend’s house. Front desk staff was polite and efficient. Tech Mysheria was so sweet, gentle, and compassionate with my son, and did a great job of soothing him while Dr. Dixon sutured him up. She also did a great job of assisting Dr. Dixon with the procedure under difficult circumstances. Dr. Dixon was kind, gentle, calm, and thorough despite the fact that my son was crying and screaming pretty much the entire time that Dr. Dixon was suturing his head. From check in to check out, the whole process took less than an hour. I was very impressed with this urgent care and highly recommend it.
Every person there was wonderful and they got me and my little guy in and out quick. Mary at the front was super warm and kind, Gigi our nurse treated my little guy like her own and Dr Nixon was very warm and knowledgeable. Will definitely return if needed.
Turned away 30 minutes before scheduled closing, why bother be open if you will not accept patients.
Quick, easy to schedule online system, when I got there the staff was friendly, the doctor was concerned about my well-being she was very informative and super friendly!
The entire staff was courteous, professional and provided excellent customer service! They listened and provided great care!
Ive been here before for myself, and it was always just okay. To be clear, the front staff and nurses are wonderful, but our last experience with the doctor was awful. I brought my 5 year old in because of a cough with no other symptoms (a history of asthma and bronchitis), and she could not see her pediatrician right away. Even with a negative COVID test, he told us it was COVID. I argued that it wasnt, and I wanted him to test for other things, like RSV. He did not and sent her home with a steroid pack. Two weeks later, her cough isnt gone and her fever spikes. I took her to a pediatric urgent care today, and they said she has had a raging ear infection for at least a couple of weeks, and it spread to her throat and lungs. Im so mad, because if he had listened to me, my daughter would not still be sick. I am officially done with this clinic.
Dr Dixon was fantastic with my young daughter. Made her smile even when he had to swab her throat for a strep test. Ingrid was the same. Pleasant, sweet and kind. We will definitely come next time we need help on a weekend. Well done staff!
The professionalism and caring staff were great. They really made me feel welcomed and were quick to check me in and out even though they were a bit busy I will highly come back, hopefully not soon hehe.
Horrible experience. Nothing urgent about it. Waited forever even though there were zero patients ahead of me. Just wanted a steroid shot before going on vacation the next morning sine I was fighting a sinus infection. Doctor prescribed nasal spray to a pharmacy that was already closed and couldn’t go to before my flight left. Wouldn’t give me a steroid shot even though it’s been over 3 years since my last one. Doctor is very old here and doesn’t get it at all, wish I had gone somewhere else, ruined my trip.
Newly remodeled to handle more patients. Great service and professional staff.
I do not recommend this urgent care.I went in when they opened at 9 and was told to fill out paperwork in my car, which is a great covid precaution. However, I went back in at 11:30am to what the wait time would be. The lady at the desk said “at least 5 more hours”. That would have been nice to know before I sat in my car for 2.5 hours in the sun while ill. It’s urgent care, so I understand the high wait times, but more transparency about wait times would have been nice. The major issue was with the doctor. While in the clinic, I was not asked by the doctor if I took any medications or vitamins. He prescribed me new medications and did not explain the side effects or interactions. One medication has very serious side effects and this was not explained to me by the doctor. He also prescribed a medication that he didn’t even tell me about during his five minute consult.I also had a negative covid test but the doctor diagnosed me with covid anyway. While it is the patient’s responsibility to understand what they’re taking and how to take it, I do not have a medical degree. The doctor’s lack of patient care and a holistic view at patient health BEFORE prescribing has led to serious health effects for me since this visit. I had to consult another doctor only for them to tell me that these negative health effects are from the combination of the medications this MH doctor prescribed.
Staff is friendly and professional. The place is clean, easy to locate, and best of all, no wait! The nurse who attended us was very empathetic...he tried his best to make the exam quick and as painless as possible. Highly recommend this location.
Gigi was the nurse who took my blood. She was very gentle, professional, and kind. The last at the front desk was also very nice. She had trouble finding my survey in the system, but got me taken care of. I had my confirmation email, so not sure what happened. Thanks for your kindness.
I had the best experience today! They were so quick and friendly! It was the best costumer service that I have had at a health care facility. All the staff is so friendly, helpful, funny and kind. I would highly recommend this to anyone! Thank you for your help and for putting up with all of our crazy! You all are the best!!!
I’ve been in recently more times than I’d like to admit, for myself and my 2-year-old twin boys, with flu and cold season and ear infections. We’ve been taken care of wonderfully. The doctors, nurses and front desk staff are caring and compassionate, including with my sometimes erratic toddlers, and the doctors address my concerns. I love that you can see the approximate wait time for walk-ins online and also schedule a time. This has become my go-to for sick visits.
The staff we very friendly and professional. Julia is one of the medical assistants there and not only does she know her stuff medically, but she makes the visit a great one with her friendliness. The physician was helpful as well and made sure all my questions were answered.
Came to this urgent care last year because I didn’t realize I had urgent care insurance options closer to home. They took wonderful care of me last year and drove over again this year, although I knew I could go to another urgent care on Sunday that was much closer, because I remembered the doctor met my needs. Everyone from the front desk to the nursing assistant to the doctor was sympathetic and helpful. Will make the trip again when I am ill on the weekend or really need to see a doctor but can’t get in with my pcp.
The staff was extremely pleasant and efficient. I was running late due to GPS direction and they were kind enough to still see me. I appreciated that a great deal the weather was extremely and I was tired from e searching the place. I would definitely seek care from here again.
Incredibly friendly staff despite coming in during an unpleasant medical experience. I really don’t like going for non-routine medical appointments but the staff here make it that much less of an uncomfortable experience. Thanks to Ingrid who was very pleasant and Chi. Highly recommend
Had an appointment booked in advance, for 10:04am. Checked in a couple minutes early the day of the appt. Been waiting over 2 hours in our car to get the call to come inside. They need to better align their appt times with whats offered. Were about to have to just leave because we werent planning on spending 2 hrs waiting for an appt that we booked in advance. Id understand if this was a walk in appt situation but this is unprofessional
I checked in online, filled out the begining paper work 4 pages and was in the room before the checked in time. The nurse was very nice and the Dr has a funny personality that made the visit a pleasure. The tests they did were quick and with care. The Dr explained everything to me and answered questions. very good experiance. Will go back in the future if needed...though I hope its not for a very long time.
I was in A LOT of pain, in tears...the staff was very calming and professional. The doctor that saw me was very approachable and explained everything. Told me I had a pinched nerve and the steps we were going to take. Would go there again in a heartbeat, although I hope I never have to. :)
I had to go in on Saturday night last week for a very deep laceration to my finger. The front office staff was amazing at helping me get checked in and I was seen immediately, with no wait. Dr. Kahatsu was my doctor and he was wonderful, nice and thorough. I had to go back in tonight for a follow up due to some tingling and discoloration of my finger and again I was seen quickly. I was able to see Dr Kahastu and again he did an amazing job and did a thorough evaluation. All of the staff at this urgent care have been outstanding and I honestly could not ask for better care. If we ever need anything in the future, we will be coming back here. Thank you to everyone involved in my care!
I would definitely recommend Urgent Care to friends and family. I was a walk-in. The front desk was very courteous and very helpful. I went in for a second opinion and found out I have acute asthma. Dr. Kohatsu was very professional and showed me he was concerned. Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy and was told if my symptoms did not improve to let them know. I want to thank the whole staff there yesterday.Thank you to Dr. Kohatsu, GG, Charlotte, David and Chris.
I couldnt be happier with the prompt and professional service I received. I will recommend your Urgent Care in our Next-door Neighborhood newsletter. No one likes to be sick, but this Urgent Care center is welcoming, friendly, super clean and thorough. Thank you all, especially Dr. Kohatsu and his nurse!
Staff is a absolute joke, especially Drs. They put my son and I into a panic telling us he had to have his appendix removed with nothing more than feeling on his tummy. After being forced to the er where ACTUAL tests were ran it was just a bacterial infection. Go ANYWHERE other than this place!
I made an appointment and walked in and they saw me right away. I had a allergic reaction to a medicine I was taking. They made sure to check asap to make sure I was stable after evaluating me, they gave me a shot to stop the allergic reaction and gave me meds to help me afterwards with the itching and pain. They had me in and out in 30 mins. it was excellent service and they were very kind and friendly. I will definitely go there again :)
Great service and very quick.I was in and out in an hour and my needs met.
The waiting room could be mistook for virtually any other urgent cares waiting room, the rooms look like the generic urgent care rooms as well with the awkwardly reclined exam table and two chairs for patients and spinning chair for the doctor. The equipment seems to be about the same as any doctors office. The office itself is not in any way, shape or form union. The ONLY reason I rate this urgent care 5 stars is because of the PEOPLE. The staff is incredibly friendly, empathetic, and caring. From walking in the front door you feel at ease. They’re true professionals, so much so that you don’t feel in any way shape or form embarrassed or reserved to explain your symptoms or history. They listen, they advise in the most relatable way. And exude goodwill. While Rayford rd. Traffic can be a nightmare the staff at the memorial Herman urgent care make the drive worth it. Regardless of whether or not your foot is in excruciating pain each time you tap the pedals. Don’t waste your time or patience going anywhere else.
I went there to get my COVID-19 test. The staff was beyond nice and the service was very quick. I’m not sure what the nurses name was that did my test but she is super nice and friendly. I will definitely come back if needed to but I hope not!
Service was awesome, fast and the response from everyone was outstanding. I was in and out in 30 minutes.Unfortunately this was the closest Urgent Care available to me due to the closed Urgent Care facility in Spring on the Westside of 45.
I was seen in under 30 mins. They got me taken care of quickly, Doctor was very informative and helpful with understanding medications and why he was prescribing them, staff was also nice. Also it’s a true urgent care (not emergency) so lower copay.
Walked In and was seen and out within a half-hour, every one was pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful with next steps.
I needed to go to an urgent care today and avoided this place because of the horrible reviews. Instead I went to CareNow Urgent Care-Spring and got 5 star care:“please proceed to the registration desk at 2540 Farm to Market 2920, Spring, TX, 77388-4205 to finalize your registration. Well see you soon!”
I have visited this facility over 10 times over the past two years for either myself or my children and have always had an excellent experience. The staff are always nice and the doctors are always thorough. Wait time is minimal always as well.
Great place, nice people, very professional. The Nurse practitioner took time to listened and took care of my issue.
It was nice to be able to get in line to be seen online and have an idea about when to show up at the clinic ahead of time. Everyone was nice and caring. The visit went fairly quickly. Left with clear instructions for what to do next.
Exceptional service from check in to discharge. Shout out to Jasmine, ,Francisco and the rad.tech for your friendliness and professionalism.. COVID protocols were posted throughout the clinic and were adhered to. I made an appointment online, so wait time was minimal. I highly recommend MHHS urgent care @ Benders Landing. The crew working on the evening of 7/19/20 were phenomenal-even though it was nearing closing time.
Excellence! The staff and doctor were professional and kind. My wait time was under 10 minutes. I didn’t feel like a number there. I drove all the way from Cleveland to see them. I would highly recommend them!
I find this place because of the other facility recommending me to go here because it’s closer to my place.Really nice people working at this facility. The staff is welcoming and have time to listen to you. The doc is very knowledgeable. Fast process and it’s a brand new place so it’s neat and clean. Will recommend anyone to visit this place when sickness calls your attention.
Absolutely worst urgent care. I’ve never heard of a doctor refusing to give a medication because they didn’t believe in it. Dr. Linda Hablitz was rude and refused to give my wife necessary medication because she didn’t believe in it. I would go elsewhere for urgent care.
They got me in quickly, even though I hadnt signed in online. Dr. Roberts was thorough and very professional. Altogether a good experience.
I had great experience today , front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly, Peter was very knowledgeable and caring! Thank you guys for taking care of me today
My husband went in after the holidays for a bad case of Gout. The doctor prescribed medication and wrote a prescription. (My husband had to ASK for a steroid shot which is a common treatment for Gout.) When he went to pick up the prescription, the pharmacy told him they were waiting on the doctor to give a preauthorization for this medicine. This went on for hours with the urgent care telling us that the doctor “knows.” My husband called back toward the end of the day and was passed around. He finally got a nurse that said the doctor there would not authorize the prescription with the pharmacy even though he had written the prescription! The doctor said to get it from his primary whom he didn’t see! The doctor should back up his prescriptions that he writes or what’s the point of going to an urgent care??? Needless to say, my husband did not get his prescription. I would not recommend this place!
The staff was professional, knowledgeable, couteous & friendly. The wait was a little longer than I anticipated, but the staff & doctor were compassionate and concerned. They took the time to diagnose symptoms correctly.
I would give zero stars if I could. I went here after a fall with a severely swollen ankle that I could not put any weight on. The NP did NOT even examine me. The NP NEVER put a finger on my body for a diagnosis, never LOOKED at my foot and didnt even ask what happened. Just came into room and said were going to get xrays and left. Yes an xray is important but I feel like at some point she should have examined me. Not only that the NP spoke less than 5 sentences to me the entire visit including discharge instructions. How can you diagnosis someone without ever examining them, just by getting the results of the xrays?
There coding dept, billing and customer service is the worst. They wait 3 months to send a bill. And charge 680 for a lab blood test which was supposed to be 280. And were supposed to charged my flexible spending account but did not.
Service was above and beyond. Charlotte was a dream of a nurse. She took extra time to ensure we were taken care of. Appreciate the doctor and his willingness to see us quickly.
I recently moved from LA, California and since my move I have been looking around & missing Kaiser immensely. The healthcare system is a little different here in Texas. Kaiser has everything under one roof so it is very convenient. But today I found MH urgent care on google and tried to go and have my daughter checked up for viral infection. Dr Dixon has been excellent and very thorough with my daughter’s treatment. I am fully satisfied and highly recommend this facility. The best part is it is only 3 mins away from my house. I am super happy.
Very clean facility. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The wait times arent bad at all. The doctors care about your reason(s) for visiting. Additionally, the doctor take your health concerns seriously!
Worthless place to go if you have to go in at night. Doctors even nurses REFUSED to look at my son for a surface cut that may need stitches. Refused to see the wound just sent us to another place. That screams LAZY and not wanting to actually do work. I would rate a zero if i could. This is our 3rd awful experience here, save your time and go somewhere else.
Worst experience every. Went in with abdominal pain and vomiting, was diagnosed with a bladder infection. The doctor proceeded to try to explain bladder infection to me and show me the urine sample test. Left my room and proceeded to tell my husband that he think is was kidney stones, but they would have to send me to the hospital for further testing. $149 for the wrong diagnosis. Went to a different ER and urine tests came back normal. Diagnosed with kidney and gall stones. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Staff very pleasant and efficient.
Dr. Dixon knows his business! The staff is very professional, yet friendly. I cant express how impressed I am at the care I received. I very much recommend Dr. Dixon and crew. Youll definitely be in good hands here.
Like another reviewer said, I will never return to this location as long as Dr Dixon is there. The other reviewer covered his bedside manner, I’d like to discuss his incompetence.I am pregnant and have hyperemesis (extreme vomiting and nausea). At the beginning of my pregnancy, I was unable to eat or drink anything except Gatorade and a single bottle of boost without vomiting for an entire week, while on three anti nausea meds. My OB told me to go to urgent care on a Sunday night to get two bags of fluids to rehydrate and see if a liquid form of anti nausea medicine would help me keep food down. I called this urgent care to make sure they could provide fluids and was told they could.I arrive for my appointment and do the requested urine test. Dr. Dixon comes in and refuses to give me fluids because according to his test I’m “perfectly hydrated”. And being able to keep down a single bottle of Gatorade and boost was sufficient, because didn’t I know that’s what astronauts live on? He didn’t care that my OB sent me in for fluids, but kept reminding me to get in contact with her for some diclegis (which I told him was one of three anti nausea meds I was already on). After leaving, my doctor was obviously angry and sent me to the ER. I ended up at Memorial Hermann ER at the hospital where they were shocked that he refused me fluids. They gave me two bags of fluids and liquid anti nausea meds, and sent me home. The next day I saw my OB and she admitted me to the hospital for extreme dehydration and weight loss. By that point I was so dehydrated it took the nurses 5 times to place an IV even after the two bags of fluids. But according to Dr. Dixon’s test I didn’t need the fluids to begin with. Fortunately I had another doctor managing my health; who knows what would have happened if I had listened to him?
Excellent service. Went to take my father on the weekend and the doctor took care of him immediately. Staff helped get my fathers paperwork ready to Memorial Hospital to further treat his condition. I would recommend them to anybody.
Recently I visited this clinic, since I don’t have any health insurance I’m paying on my ownThey never answered the phone (real person)So I agreed to make an appointment over the automatic systemLong story short I got there and even when I explained to the doctor the situation that I had and the fact I barely can walk by the time .. they only said we can’t do anything for you not even give you an order for different studies or so but of course they charge me full price since the beginning not matter what ($180) I understand health is a business but if you gonna make money out of it at least make it worth for your patientsI’ll make sure none of my friends or family step in this place just awful experience for anyone who’s having bad time already!
Dr. Jorge Kohatsu and the entire staff were great with my 7 year old. Dr.Kohatsu stitched up my sons finger and was very gentil with him. Highly recommend the urgent care.Gigi the MA was awesome!!
This has been the best urgent care I have been to. No waiting and all the staff were super nice!
Great location! I had to get several tests done and they completed them SO fast. Not only were they fast, but they made stressful situation not so stressful. Staff was so sweet (:
Fast efficient service! Friendly Staff Jasmine was very welcoming, and Dr. Kohatsu treated my problem with care!!! Oh don’t want to forget the a Receptionist we’re awesome as well...I’ll definitely use them again for my urgent needs!
Great visit, appointment was 920 was in at 915 Dr. very prompt and exam went well. Was out with all information that I needed in under 20 minutes! This is how a Drs. Office should be run.
Fast, clean, fantastic, good people, smart people and asked what we wanted and needed and were on top of it. They didnt waste no time. I have gone since they opened and will keep going back. From the staff at the front desk to everyone in between they are all AMAZING. Rare find. Thank you for taking care of us!
The entire staff and doctor were friendly, companionate and carrying. There were taking care of my mother until late night. I will defenetly recommend this location. Thank you all for taking such a good care of my mom.
Had to bring my 6 year old here. It was easy convenient and the staff were professional, kind and efficient. When you cannot go to primary care this is an excellent back up. You can even check in online. So convenient.
Second time I have been to this location and they are amazing. Everyone is beyond friendly and willing to help. Made an appointment online and was able to be seen before my appointment time. Highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone.
Admin in front very friendly. Nurse very patient . Dr Valle cares my illness and ask for details.
Great customer service.. Very clean. God bless the staff that works here . thank you. So much i had an appointment early today props for those working at that time.
Dr. Dixon sent my husband home with an inflamed appendix, telling him he pulled a muscle. Turns out my husband had a ruptured appendix that was life threatening. He spent 10 days in the hospital and is still in recovery. Dr. Dixon saw the inflamed appendix but did not order further testing, didnt order blood work and just sent my husband home. I asked multiple drs at the hospital if inflamed appendixes ever corrected on their own. They dont. An inflamed appendix should always require further testing. DONT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE!
These people deserve a pat on the back. They are very concerned with how you feel and want to make you feel better. Very pleasant and patient.. Great at doing their job. God Bless all of these people that put their lives on the life for us to feel better.
I went last Friday and my prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. My wife went today at 9am and her prescription didnt make it to the pharmacy by 5pm. I wish they could figure this out.
This is a great urgent care! It’s always clean and welcoming. The staff is awesome and Dr Dixon is amazing. I wish he could be our family Doctor!
Service providers were very kind and gave plenty of their time. However, they were short staff this our visit took almost 2.5 hours.
I highly recommend this facility. What I thought was going to be a 1 hour+ walk-in, end up being just a 20 min visit, including RX. The doctor and staff were friendly and helpful.
Great service, was pretty much in & out. NP was amazing!
Would not recommend! Did not address or fix issue.. Doctor just recommended me to my primary doctor or specialist.. Waste of time and money!
This is my third time at this urgent care and I have never had any issues. The staff is always nice and they the wait time was always minimal. I recommend this place.
NP is horrible here. Refuses to give me prednisone while dealing with Covid when I HAVE ASTHMA, have had asthma all my life. Gave me a steroid shot which worked for a day… but my lungs got tight again the next day. Took one of my wife’s prednisone pills and within an hour my lungs opened back up.Horrible NP refuses to provide what an asthmatic knows they need.
We love this Urgent Csre and will not go anywhere else. Gigi, Dr. Dixon, and Dr Survi are all awesome and the wait is never too long.Keep up the good job!!
Bad service. Tested for flu not COVID. NP didn’t seem to care about my symptoms. This place is not like it used to be since changing to GoHealth.
Helped me in a really tough spot when I needed a prescription refill. Great front office staff and doctor was really nice and efficient too! Highly recommend online check in to speed up the process!
The best hospital hands down 10 out of 10 nice staff clean fast check out i found the perfect hospital to go too when i’m i’ll 🥹✨💯
Nice people.I didnt have to wait long. They took care of me.
What a joke, I understand if you don’t accept my insurance but the fact you won’t let me self pay and see a doctor is an insult. Even though your website says you accept all insurances. Post reliable information so that you don’t waste people’s time. Not really sure why the troll working the counter wouldn’t at least let me cash pay though. I guess I will go and see a qualified doctor.
My husband went to this UC and all they wanted to do is xray without any explanation why its needed and what they are going to do when xray will show nothing. If he refuses to do xray they said go to er. I will not recommend this place to anybody and my whole family will never go there 100%.
Went in there as a walk-in patient (no medical insurance), I called them before Going in and they where able to answer all my question over the phone, they even gave an estimated range of price.I went in and out in less than one hour that includes time that took me to check in and fill all papers ( which is not overwhelming ).I’ll definitely recommend them.
Very good experience. Wait time was minimal. Staff was very professional. I was very impressed to see a staff member wiping down all of the chairs and toys in the waiting room with an antibacterial.
Nurse was fantastic. Doctor was rude and had terrible bedside manner. Doctor was talking about his patient rudely with the nurses and the door was open so everyone could hear him.
I spent about an hour there! I had a wonderful experience here the staff was very caring and helpful. Xrays came back super fast and stitched me up so fast. I definitely will be coming back here 😊
Gigi and Charlotte were wonderful, Gigi was very helpful in showing me how to wrap my wound without putting excess pressure on it and she had a great disposition. Highly recommend going here.
Doctor would not listen about medications Ive not taken in 5 years, refused to acknowledge dates on record. This affected my treatment for a damaged rotator cuff.
Ive been here a few times for myself and kids. The front desk, nurses, and doctors are always great. Ill always come here when Im not able to get in to see my PCP.
The DRs and the team here are so sweet and caring. Even when I don’t feel good they make me laugh and the DRs sit and explain everything to you. You walk out feeling better and knowing you are on the road to recovery. Love this place and the team in it ❤️
Pretty good emergency care, got a cut last week and was treated here very well.
Very professional staff. Dr. Dixon is very trustworthy. His common sense demeanor and experience make him an excellent urgent care doctor.
Great experience. Went on a Sunday afternoon. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. This was a walk-in visit and the wait time was only a few minutes.
Came in with 3 of my family members sick and they handled it like champs. The nurse tried to keep the kids spirits up and the doctor was patient and worked around kids being cranky and not wanting to be touched.
Helped me get the stuff I needed filled out and assessed with real care in mind, having a genuine connection with your physician is how you get the help you really need and I love it. Thank you so much!
We were in and out. The customer service was great, especially since it was Thanksgiving day! Daisy was very helpful!!
Really great staff! Very professional! When the doctor knew she couldn’t handle what was going on, she sent me where I could be treated immediately.
Dr. Sambul Tahir was super friendly and caring. I left feeling like she genuinely cared about my wellbeing.
Clean. Professional, friendly informed staff. Was seen within 30 minutes of my on line appointment time.
Helped to diagnose an ear infection that was missed by the pediatrician a couple days previously. Was very quick in and out, which is much appreciated with a sick and miserable 3 year old!
It was fast, easy and they knew how to do it . I was in an out in less than 30 minutes for 3 stitches.
The staff here are very slow, my check In reservation time was at 1146 it is now 335 and I’m still here. I just came in to get a flu stick shoved up my noise and urine sample. I am beyond irritated with this location and I work for Memorial Hermann.
Great experience. They were so kind to my 2-year-old. Thorough and caring. Short wait and everyone was extremely attentive. Highly recommend.
Dr. Cusato was fantastic and wonderful with my son. It was also easy to get into being seen. Highly recommend
Very pleasant, kind, and professional staff. I was treated and prescribed with medications this afternoon and already, I feel much better. Thank you so much!
The staff was really caring and the wait time was quick. I go here very often and every time is a good experience. 🙂
I received great care! The nurse was very kind and attentive. The doctor was very patient and answered all of our questions. Thank you!
This is the first time I have ever needed to go to an urgent care. The position and the staff were top notch. I would recommend them highly.
I had a unique experience of having a bug fly in my ear, so I visited Urgent Care for rescue!
Ive been here three times and recommend this place to anyone. I took both my daughters here and they were so great with them. Both times I went I was in and out at about a hour.
Dont waste your time going to this place. I will spare you the details. And dont bother having a manager reach out. I waited for him for 30 minutes, then finally left so I can get treated somewhere else.
