The front desk staff was some what friendly and greeted me when I arrived. I did notice that most of the chairs in the waiting area were quite worn and a bit dirty.The nurse and physician showed genuine concerned about my emergency visit and explained what they would do to alleviate my back problem. Both were knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely use the Urgent Care in the future.
Unfortunately, it sucks to see all the good reviews and not be able to experience what everyone else has. My experience at Next Urgent Care was horrible. I walked in and told the lady at the front desk that I had recently been in a car accident. I also mentioned that I had health insurance and was willing to pay the co-pay. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with an attitude and had my service refused.When I returned to show proof of my health insurance and my ability to pay the remaining balance, I still didnt feel welcome. The staff made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. They definitely need better training on how to communicate with patients—after all, we are all human. Unfortunately, I did not feel like I was treated with the respect or care that any human deserves here.
Came in shortly before closing. People were awesome at the end of a long day. Had possible sinus infection/plugged ear from scuba diving and they fixed me right up. This has always been my go to place and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend.
My daughter referred me to this clinic. The staff was extremely professional and supportive. Had me in and out and feeling better in an hour and fifteen minutes. Very impressive. I drove 30 minutes from my house to go to this facility and was worth every minute. In my opinion this is how Urgent Care should be modeled.
Went in for a flu like symptoms and was amazed with their services from the front desk, the nurse tech and the physician assistant. After my deductible, my out of pocket was fair enough. I would highly recommend 👌 them for their good services.
I was in a lot of ear pain and had Covid as well.I had been in the office 5 days prior and the attention was completely different. Dr. Romeika Campbell is truly the best doctor that has helped me in this location. Very caring, very patient and takes her time really trying to help you and providing the correct antibiotics. The nurse that was assisting her was also very caring when she gave me two injections.
I waited an hour and forty five minutes past my appointment time. They knew they were behind and kept booking appointments. This is so unprofessional! The staff was curt. The woman who treated me was kind but said she is aware that they overbook and it’s an ongoing problem. The exam room was also like a refrigerator and I had to open the door and walk around the room to keep warm even with a sweater on (in June). I was told that I could go straight to the pharmacy and she would submit the paperwork. According to pharmacy staff, the Nextcare employee called to change it four times and hung up on them once. I waited had to wait another hour because she kept making changes. She also prescribed something different than what she told me. Definitely do not recommend.
I woke up with immense pain in my ear so I decided I wanted to go to an Urgent Care to just get it looked at. I was able to schedule an appointment same day within 30 minutes. When I got there the front desk staff was very friendly and got me taken care of right away. When I was pulled into the back room I was seen by a nurse who was fabulous and listened to everything I needed to say. The care I was given by the doctor was amazing too. She was very gentle but also got to the point quickly. I had my medication sent over immediately before I even left the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone who is in a time crunch but needs good care too. I will be coming back in the future!!
Making the appointment was simple, i walked in and walked out with zero wait time. The nurse was very sweet and listened to my problems and the doctor addressed my concerns and getting me some relief so i can feel better. Scheduling was very simple and I did all paperwork online and arrived 15 mins early as requested. Still I somehow got checked in as a “walk-in” and had to sit and wait. I finally checked a texted link to see where I was in line. That’s when I brought the error to the front desk’s attention. Once that was fixed it went relatively quickly. Still, I did not like sitting in a waiting room with other potentially ill people and loud kids running about and screaming. I’d made the appt to avoid that. The care was great. The PA or NP (I can’t recall) was great and so friendly. The staff was kind. My injury was treated, meds prescribed electronically and all is well.
The Staff was really kind and that makes a difference! I didn’t have a wait time at all. I called prior to coming in to verify pricing and it was reasonable. I would recommend. Yvette was really nice!
Nice and clean facility. Great place to go on the weekends when my PCP is closed. They have an area for the kids to sit in the lobby with books to read and a TV for them to watch. Excellent location, very easy to get to. Love the option to schedule an appointment and check in online. Very friendly staff as well.
Scheduled a time for my visit. Had to wait about 50 minutes following my scheduled time to be called back. Other than that I’m very pleased with my visit. This was not my first time to visit Nexcare on Rayford. Each time I’ve been there for various ailments the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful with a caring attitude. I will return when needed and I recommend them highly. Rating would have been if not for the wait time.
Nice folks. But our visit seemed rushed. A strep swab didnt even get past the tongue. Of course it was negative. A very distant snd quick view with a scope saw nothing either.Yet with a video scope at home afterward we saw several pockets of puss and swelling. Frustrating.They did give a steroid shot and provided antibiotics prescription. So in the end we got care. Again - very nice people all around. Just wanted a bit more time and attention. The place did not seem extremely busy.
I went to this location for a few times, and it was good. The booking is easy, the front desk staff, nurses and doctors are great, and I love them. I had issues with the last visit however, because they charge me without seeing me. I book the appt online for the last visit, but when I went there, the staff ask me what I am seeing for, and they told me they cannot see me because they think I need to go to ER. So I didnt see the doctor at urgent care, instead I went to an ER. Later I received bill for this none existing appt, I tried to call the cooperate number and dispute, but was told they cannot change anything. I visited the office and asked for help, the front lady called the manager right away, and she told me that the manager will look into it and call me back next day, but the manager never called me. I end up have to pay the bill for not been seen, which is ridiculous.

I love this place. Sean is always chill, no drama, I can tell them anything and never feel worse for doing so. Good automation so you can check in with the app and run an errand if theres a wait. Decent prices, good availability. Medical records are available with the app too. Waiting room comfortable and they have a fridge with cold bottles of water. How health care should be.
This is Richards wife. I have been going to this nextcare for years. Most of the staff was very helpful. There was like 12 people in the waiting room when I got there and they got through them in about 45 minutes. The sweet medical assistant was good with my daughter. The doctor Vanessa was a very good doctor as far as her treatment of my condition and my daughter’s condition is concerned but she didn’t talk to us much at all. When she walked in she barely said hi and told me to tell my daughter to get on the exam table. She did tell me my daughter’s ear was red and had fluid and she was wheezing and she needed albuterol. She told me I was wheezing too. That was it. No plan of care, she didn’t tell me she was sending a nurse in with a steroid shot, she did not discuss medications with me or what was wrong with us or a plan of care. I even tried making conversation with her about shoes at the beginning and at the end I tried thanking her for the treatment and she each time she responded with a short acknowledgment like “ Sure, or yeah, or ok”. I felt kind of uncomfortable. Which is sad bc I think she is a really good doctor. She will treat your condition good but she won’t talk to you about it at all. I would not recommend this provider unless you’re smart in the healthcare field like I am and can figured out from your discharge papers what exactly happened that day.
Checkin was easy, whether on line our in person. Greeters, aka front desk staff, were very nice. The wait time vs appointment time wasnt bad either. Overall, Id this urgent care an: -A.
I usually go to NextCare whenever I need urgent care services but my son recently hurt his ankle and I called ahead to see if they would be able to do x-ray, splint it, and provide crutches. They were able to do the x-ray but they dont have splints and they didnt have crutches for his size. I wish the front desk would have been more honest about this.
I was able to make an appointment. When arriving I just needed to check in since I was able to do my paperwork online prior to my appointment. My wait was minimal. I was treated very nice and professionally by all personnel.
The staff was extremely polite and professional. They took the time to understand my problem and pain points before answering my questions thoroughly. The online appointment setting allows for you to get in and out very quickly.

Beautiful facility. Excellent service. Obtained referral to specialist ...that and an xray was my objective. Like their outside Marque sign to before apparent. Took extra time to find them even using Google Maps as my guide.Suggest sigh on the larger of the two outdoor sign posts. Couldnt find it for several extra minutes. My husband had a bad cough come on pretty quick. In 24hrs he had fever, sore throat, and this thick nasty cough. I made an appt on the solve app and got in first thing in the morning. Wait time was about 10min to be seen with our appt and they also were taking walk-ins. They asked if we wanted covid and strep swabs and I said yes! We waitied about 10min for the results. Covid for the win😷🤕🤒🤧🥶🥵🤢They prescribed Paxlovid and cough meds and had us in and out in under about 30-40min. Id go here anyday over an Emergency room because of the short wait time alone. They are efficient. Ive used the Rayford location several times for myself and my daughter as well. Highly recommend. 5 stars for sure. Its quick, very clean, and friendly helpful staff.

I received world class customer service from the minute I entered the medical office until the end of my medical visit. I received medical attention in a quick and timely manner, the entire team was very professional, knowledgeable, and I was treated like a human being and not a patient. I truly value the care that I received from the entire team.
Walked in to have x-rays on my knees done because of a fall. Appreciated the fact that I didnt have to go through miles of irrelevant medical history and was seen within a short time. X-rays done, read and explained in less time than I have ever experienced in a medical office!
I have been coming here for years without a problem .Unfortunately today even though I have an appt (as I always do ) I am being treated as a walk in and told there are 6 people in front of me . So I am sitting here with a sick son and a waiting room full of other sick people .Why are you letting us make appointments if we are going to be treated like walk ins ?I have always loved this place .But it may be our last time here .

The NP’s and PA’s are always thorough and on point in determining the correct diagnosis and treatment with great bedside manner. It’s a place I know I can count on when I need it most. The doctor was very handsome on and very helpful by sharing his medical knowledge coupled with his personal experience. The treatment is offered is working. I have less pain in my back .
I set up the appointment online and checked in online we arrived. There was a minimal wait time. We were in and out for my daughter’s physical. Clean facility and awesome service.
I called and got an appointment within 2 hrs. I was checked in and had vitals and samples taken within 15 mins of appointment time. Saw nurse practitioner(Yvette)in about 1 hr of appointment. We chatted, she examined me, sent me on my way and called a prescription in for me! Yay team! Thank you guys for seeing me so fast!
Coming to urgent care isnt fun. I was in and out fairly quickly due to making an appointment. Overall good care.

This has been the best experience I’ve had at a medical facility. Everyone was amicable, understanding and they answered all my questions. The facility was clean and the wait time was reasonable.
As much as I wanted to give it a 1 star because of the unnecessary wait time/delay with an appointment mind you for a COVID test, I couldnt because when actually get seen it seems like they do care. I dont know maybe they were packed in the rooms 😑. Going on 30 mins wait time.
Each time I have to go in to this urgent Care the staff is always incredibly kind. The front desk lady is super sweet I wish I caught her name but she has been there a while. From the technicians and nurses that check you in and from the physicians assistance and doctors that see you everyone is so caring. It is rare that I get sick or need to go and when I do I am always treated wonderfully. They can call in your prescriptions and also you can go in for follow-ups.
Whenever my family needs medical attention quickly we choose this Urgent Care all nice and good stuff and in and out. Great customer service and care
I felt heard and seen here when my PCP didnt listen to me and my history at the beginning of the week. Ive had a persistent cough the last three weeks which I knew, based off past history, would turn into either an upper respiratory infection, bronchitis, or a sinus infection. I told my PCP what I needed for it to all go away, and she only gave me half the things I needed. I said the same thing to this doctor after I told her about my history and what has worked for me in the past, and I got all of those things to help with my new sinus infection! This is my second time coming here.
I had severe cold symptoms, this urgent care took care of it very professionally, courteous and friendly way. They performed COVID and Flu tests, prescribedSome medication. I’m all good now.

I’m appalled at the kind of service I had after the appointment. First I was given certain directions of how to give my daughter prednisone. Upon pick up at the pharmacy the pharmacist asked me how exactly the provider told me to give said medication. She attempted to call the office and so did I. I finally got through hold, was transferred to the receptionist whom I explained the situation and the severity of over/under medicating a child with this medication. She then transferred me to the provider, Keta Adams, who hung up and left me a voicemail instead of calling me back and actually speaking to me about what the true instructions are on this medication. I actually made it back to the clinic to speak in person as I knew the office was closing and wouldn’t get the chance to speak to someone. Instead of Keta Adams speaking to me face to face, she (she chuckled before saying this) tells the receptionist that she just left me a message about how to properly take the medication and that even the instructions on my discharge paperwork was incorrect and blames it on a computer typo. So to my understanding if the pharmacist had not brought it up and I hadn’t noticed I would’ve been giving my daughter the incorrect dose. I feel extremely insulted as this is a four year old child who I relied on the provider, Keta Adams, to give clear and proper instruction and for her to laugh at me (loud enough for me to hear) is disrespectful and unprofessional. She can send the prescription twice by accident with the wrong directions on discharge paperwork but could not even give me the respect of explaining it correctly to my face and apologize. Beware of this place. I won’t come back here cause of the lack of sympathy and professionalism she showed me today. If it was about me I wouldn’t take it so seriously but when it’s about my 4 year old and her medication, I have a problem.Also, the pharmacist finally got through to talk to this office about how the provider wanted my daughter to take this medication and was told “sorry we’re closed” Really? That’s it? This office has shown their true colors in terms of what they care about.
There wasnt a long wait, check in was easy and proficient, front desk receptionists was friendly, the doctor was prompt, overall great experience!

I arrived with a full fledge pneumonia. The staff after taking my oxygen level, didn’t feel comfortable treating me and called for an ambulance. The ambulance took me from urgent care to the hospitall, this was all done in a matter of minutes and urgent care did an excellent job of taking care of me in the meantime before the ambulance got there. I have been to Next Care urgent care a few times, and always have been treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this Next Care urgent care. Thank you.
Ive had reason to use this Urgent Care twice in the past month, and both times, I was very pleased with the care I received. They bill my insurance, and its nice to know I can pop in there without an appointment if need be, when I cant get in to see my own physician, or their office is closed. Ive never had to wait long, which is great!!
Today my wait time wasnt long. I was in and out in under an hour. The NP introduced himself as an NP and not a doctor. He haa a great bedside manner and was kind and listened to me.

I am glad I have proof that he was fully treated at Houston Medical ER, with excellent service, and no charge to the patient, except what insurance covers.RECORD YOUR VISIT, just in case. These people have very deceiving practices.DETAILED ACCOUNTS:We went there to treat my husband’s foot with a possible splinter. They wanted to take X-Rays, and I told them an X-Ray would not help, because it was not metal. The black doctor, (I did not take her name), said to wait in her little office/room. After about 15 minutes of not coming back, I came out to ask if she had forgotten about us. It was when I saw her typing on the computer and printing documents, of course not for us; she had done nothing for my husband. She waved with like saying “I will be right there”. It took another 10-15 minutes to come back. She proceeded to say they couldn’t help us, because their policy was to take an X-Rays, first.This doctor seems very INCOMPETENT. She didn’t even touch my husband’s foot. Like she did not know what to do with such a simple issue.Then, she referred us to the closest ER, and also gave us a card for a podologist. I was upset and asked her why she took so long just to give us a referral (one full hour in that place), and she changed the subject. I told her I assume they would not charge for just a referral. She said, “No, we won’t”.We did go to Houston Medical ER, where he was treated, and they did not require X-Rays. Very quick and professional service, very different from this NextCare place.To our surprise, yesterday, my husband received an e-mailed with a pay link from this place. I immediately called, and they dared to say they treated him. The only thing they did was to make us waste a full hour to say they would not treat him. THIS IS FRAUD.I am going to fight them, because I have proof he was fully treated at the other place. Who knows how many people have been victim of this DECEIVING PRACTICES.
My experience, front staff was professional. The nurse was kind. Not impressed with the Dr. Her treatment was very quick and taking a guess of what it was. Not very detailed. After me advocating and stating the time of the symptoms and my concerns. Dr. did send in for a prescription… and here is where it gets worst. I drive to the CVS near my home (20min) CVS did not get prescription, CVS called them directly to resend. Waited 1 hr at CVS never got the prescription. Called them again they were closed according to recording. Google said they were open, drove back over (20min), they were open. When I get there they come out the back saying that that particular CVS did not receive the prescription from them. I ask why was not I or CVS notified and why is there phone mesg saying they are closed? This was unacceptable and very bad customer care. They should have called me and we could have sent meds elsewhere. Urgent care means you need meds urgent! Never returning!

Honestly, the staff is great and efficient. My one reason for the lower rating is because the way patients are called makes no sense.Weve tried scheduling appointments as well as being a walk-in. I still cant figure out why I bother scheduling appointments.Previously, I was told the order is by appointment unless there is a very urgent patient (understandably). So we schedule appointments and then check in. On the check in we can see 1 person ahead of you who booked and 2 walk-ins. Somehow, the walk-ins were both still called prior to us being seen.Its a great place to be seen just dont bother with the appointments if you arent going to see patients who booked appointments first.
UPDATE: Adjusting review to 2 stars as management has acknowledged this review. Appreciate the consideration. May try the clinic again at a future time.Made an appointment first thing in the morning, arrived for it (late afternoon appointment) and was given vague and unhelpful guidance/excuses from front desk staff that wait times are excessive and they close at 4 (spirit/subtext of this feedback is that I should reschedule for tomorrow). They should have proactively reached out to me, having my phone number and all, and ample time to reach out to folks (was told they have had appointments/long waits since noon) to advise to go to an alternative urgent care or reschedule for the next day (other clinics do this, so am surprised they prefer to have folks wait all day and show up only to be told to leave). Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else so that you don’t waste your time.Tip for management: implement a process whereby, on days of excessive wait times, those with late afternoon appointments close to closing are contacted to be informed of such wait times, to be given the option of waiting at one’s own risk or to go elsewhere.
Great experience. Made an appt online same day. Did all the paperwork on the app beforehand so all I had to do was check in when I got there. The front desk woman was very nice. I was seen in less than 5 minutes and the nurse practitioner was professional and sent what I needed to the pharmacy immediately so I was able to pick up my prescription right after. Overall, really great experience and would definitely come back if I needed an urgent care again.
Overall, the experience was a bit underwhelming. I went in for a work-related injury, and the staff was friendly. It seems like the information needed for workers comp got lost in transit between all involved parties. Ive been getting the run around all day with no consistent communication between the parties, as this is my 1st time dealing with workers comp. I have been trying to view my patient summary visit to what kind of shot I was given but nothing is there for my visit.UPDATE 1/22. Called and rescheduled my follow-up appt. for earlier date 1/22 for 8:30 only to arrive and no appt. has been scheduled whoever I spoke w/ the day before didnt scheduled it. This process from start to finish has been very messy to say the least. I hope this is the last time I have come back here.
I cannot express how grateful I am for this place. I usually go to NextLevel or Memorial for Urgent Care but I swear the care, compassion, and swiftness of this place is incomparable. Every person from the time I went in made a crazy experience involving my child easier. Don’t let the temporary sign fool you. This place has amazing care and amazing people.

I really don’t like attending this office. I have to for a work injury. Despite having an appointment the wait time is ridiculous at least one hour thirty minutes every time. You never see a doctor always a nurse or physicians assistant. They do nothing but general “ how are you” its a ridiculous waste of time and money.

Well it appears you cant get top dollar medical care anymore. Have we forgotten what a throat culture is. Apparently doctors can now spot a cold virus from twenty miles away. How about in the future? We confirm the fact that its a cold virus and not just guess. Im used to the doctors that Would do a throat culture or something to confirm their suspicions and go from there. I was set home today from the doctor to just go home and suffer with my apparent virus that they are guessing at. The doctor that I saw today just said there was nothing she could do about it and that I had a cold virus. Really are we that smart that we can spot a cold virus? And we know what it is without even trying to think about it. I really hope this clears up by Monday. But Im going to my primary care. And if I find a bacteria in my body. When I have heard, do a throat culture. Im going to be back on these people. We go to doctors so we dont have to suffer. But apparently with these people you have to suffer
Ive been there twice. 1st time the provider missed internal bleeding and sent me home. I ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks. The second time was better. I went in for what I thought was a minor sprain that ended up being a broken bone. They sent me away with a prescription for pain medication thats incompatible with medicine Im currently taking. The next day, calls to get a new prescription left me on hold for nearly an hour. After finally talking to someone who said they would put in a request for a new prescription and I call me back, they never did. I ended up having to wait 2 days to get another appointment with my PCP to get pain medication. I will never go back here.
Fast and polite personnel. The prescription provided was a brand name for a common illness. They could have prescribed a generic. Overall cost was higher than needed because of the chosen prescription.
The doctor was nice and thorough. I was seen quickly and given all the medication/instructions needed. The nurse was nice too.The only thing that I will suggest is the girl in the front to be more professional as shes sitting on her leg and looks like looking on her cell phone.More than that, service was ok.

Had to get a Covid test for a surgery. Book a day in advance with all of my insurance information. The day of they said they couldn’t do because of my insurance type. They didn’t even give other options after. Just thank you we can’t help you, bye have a good day…Didn’t feel right the way they could of told me in advance and also how they didn’t even try to help.
One of the most efficiently run urgent centers Ive been too in a good while. Wait was not long, and the people who treated me were professional, cooperative and kind. I will definitely go back if I am sick again and in the Spring area.

Brought my daughter in because she had the flu. The provider said she needed 2 prescriptions. He called 1 into the wrong pharmacy and didn’t call the other one in at all. Waited on hold for 20+ minutes to be told I need to go back up there to get it addressed. I came back up to NextCare, the receptionist wasn’t very helpful & seemed bothered that I asked for assistance. 10 minutes later I finally got the prescription for both meds needed. This places customer service has gone way down hill! I wouldn’t recommend coming here with the experience I had.
They were nice on the phone. Answered quickly. However, one google review stated that they do accept medicaid for pregnant women. That is not true as of October 2023. Due to that, I dont know anything else about this facility nor have I been there.

Very good Urgent Care facility. I normally use the Conroe VA but they could not get me in for another month, NextCare will see veterans, you just need your VA id card. I was struggling with my breathing, could not catch my breath. They got me right in with the doctor... got me all fixed up under 1-1/2 hours... great place, very professional staff, would highly recommendThank you for your help
Great place if you wanna wait 2 hour past your appointment time. Booked my daughter a appointment for 1210, at 2pm we were still waiting to be called. So go for it if you dont mind waiting all damn day.

In and out within 35 minutes with prescriptions sent to the pharmacy for flu and strep. Excellent care. We go here whenever we have medical needs on the weekends or we cant get in to see our regular doctor.
Slow. We waited 3 hours for an incomplete sports physical & there was barely any other patients.
Professional and kind staff , atmosphere is calm and organized.and my favorite part is online booking and check in. You can even wait in your car and they will text you when they are ready for you. Their later hours are very accommodating for my work schedule. And with the membership program, getting treated is very affordable, Only $39 to treat bronchitis including a steroid shot today and prescriptions.
At about 2 PM I made an appointment online for 5:10 PM. But I did not see a doctor till 7:45 PM. It seems making an appointment does not have much to do with when you actually get seen.
I had a great experience. It was my first visit & I was very satisfied with each phase of treatment. Check-in was explained to me & I was able to use the QR code to register. They had a half full waiting room so it took more than an hour to be seen which is the only reason for a 4 star rating. The doctors & staff were very pleasant to have a full house of patients in the waiting room. I would recommend them and will be a return patient when the need arises.

Although I was here waiting for about an hour, the service was impeccable. I came to this location for a workman’s comp situation, and Veronica was so kind. She came out to my car with a wheelchair because my injury was to my knee. She was professional, efficient, and kind. No one can control how long things take, so I cannot give a lower review just because of the time I waited. I was a walk-in client, I did not know you could make an appointment. The wait was almost 2 hours, but I did not care. They squeezed me in between their clients that did have appointments. The staff was engaging, moved swiftly, but throughly. I felt the concern for my care. The young lady who did my EKG was the best! Sorry, but I didnt get her name. The Nurse Practitioner was very easy to engage with and she seemed genuinely concerned. Hopefully I will not need them again, but if so, I will make an appointment and go directly to this location!
I really liked the doctors spiritual vibe, but other than that, we are so angry. We took our daughter in, who had a sore throat. The doctor comes in and looks in her mouth. There is no test, swab, or anything and says yeah this is strep throat G and said he thought he would never see that in his career. The doctor prescribed our daughter an antibiotic and some numbing medication for the back of her throat. She got worse throughout the night. We left with no summary, only a note for her to stay off of work for a few days. We tried calling and calling , and I have saved the screenshots of how long we waited and never spoke to anyone.We ended up taking our daughter to a different urgent care center. They ran a test for strep throat, the flu, and COVID-19. Well, she didnt have strep or the flu, but she does have COVID-19. We are very angry that we wasted time treating a diagnosis that she didnt even have. Shame on the doctor and staff.
Very, very long wait time because its respiratory season.But I love Dr. Davis. Hes very kind, thoughtful, and doesnt waste time.I did a telehealth appointment with this system but a female doctor. She prescribed anti-virals instead of antibiotics and my infection turned into cellulitis (misdiagnosed).Only in-person from now on, regardless of wait.

Time and time again when we need this clinic we have received amazing service.A few things to note: Going in at almost closing does not mean you will be seen. Yes they are a walk in urgent care however they still have to work in order of arrival and appointments.Second: Just because your appointment is at a certain time, things happen to where this will not be able to be set in stone.I recommend this clinic a million and one times plus! We have always received incredible service rather it be in person or video appointment, you are in good hands with Nextcare Rayford.ETA: I emailed the manager late tonight for kudos to the staff and to my surprise I got a response. Not next day, same day! Yup this is my clinic of choice. Keep being amazing!
Have taken my kiddos here a few times. Not confident in the providers’ diagnoses. They had given the wrong dose of medication also that was caught by the pharmacist. This last time I took my daughter when she was having fever and sore throat and feeling awful and they didn’t test for flu. I took her to her pediatrician the following day, and she was flu positive. Not confident at all in this place.

I am so sorry that this office didn’t cooperate with me, which gives them this review.More than six months ago my son had a foot accident which took us to Next Care urgent care.The staff was friendly and helpful, but the staff didn’t do their diligence and gave us a boot that was supposed to “be free” with insurance. I asked the person who was taking care of us whether that was true as I know insurance could be a complicated thing. That person assured me twice that the orthopedic boots are usually covered.Now more than six months later, I am stuck with a bill of $214 for a boot that my son wore for a day that was supposed to be free.I visited the office and called the main billing office to ask them to rectify this situation by assuming the bill themselves since they were the ones who lied to me and sold me the idea that the boot was going to be free (you see, if I was told that with my type of insurance I would most likely have an approximate amount to pay, I would have not taken the boot as my son’s leg was not broken, just hurting).The next care company simply told me to dispute with the boot compliant or with my insurance. I called these two places and both companies said: “sorry, you took the product, therefore you are responsible”.The issue that I have is that the Next Care staff gave me misleading information.I will never go back to this place as they don’t appear to know what they are doing and how they are billing!Stay away from this place if you can!

I scheduled an appt at 8 am for 11:20 for a simple but needed service. Was out of there by 11:35. Didn’t have to wait for hours to be roomed nor see a provider. Would go back if I had to go to UC again.

This was not our first visit nor will it be the last. Every experience we have had at Nextcare has been top notch. Having the option to check in and complete paperwork all electronically makes check in so much easier. The front desk team is always pleasant and the office is always clean. Beyond horrible especially for babies. I went there and paid $75 and the Nurse not only misdiagnosed my child, but also prescribed strong dose and heavy medication. Walgreens called me and refused to process the medication for my 8 months old, which I am grateful for them as they know better than this urgent care. I had to go to a Pediatrician uregrbg care which save the day. Walgreens pharmasti told.me that the nurse at the NextCare prescribed the same medicine for all the babies he saw on that day. I would give 0 if I could.

I sprained my ankle and had difficulty placing my heel on a flat surface. I was had an x-ray, and was seen quickly . Everyone appeared nice, but I was disappointed because I wasnt offered a wheelchair despite being in pain. I think its important to not assume because not everyone will express pain or discomfort the same.
How is it that Ive never received a bill form here but when I come in 4 years later youre going to tell me I have a a balance?

Always my go-to. I woke up to an asthma flare up and made my way in. Waited about 7 minutes to be seen, and was out after getting a steroid shot and my steroids prescription. All in less than 40 minutes. I will always recommend NextCare.

We were in Houston for a baseball tournament and one of our kids ended up feeling pretty bad so we had to find something close to the hotel. This place rocked. Everyone from the front desk ladies, nurse, nurse practitioner etc. were all amazing. We had a little bit of a wait (an hour) but there were 10 people in line in front of us so I think an hour was pretty quick considering. I wish we had an urgent care like this where we lived. You actually felt like you were at a regular doctors office and cared about!! Thank you for making it a pleasant experience!
Scheduled my son to be seen at 1040. Went back after a 15 minute wait. The frost desk ladies were very friendly and helped set something up to pay for the visit since we have no insurance. The physician we saw was absolutely amazing and very friendly!
Im so thankful for the care that my family and I received here. My son had a febrile seizure in the lobby. I dont know what I would have done if the doctor and her staff wasnt there. Our whole experience was great! Also, the check in process was fast and easy.

Dont waste your time going here! My brother had a very infected tooth. The dentist called in a prescription for pills, but said he really needed a shot too. I called our doctor from the parking lot, but they were booked up for the day. Since the Urgent Care was next door, I decided to pay the extra and get him the shot he needed. They dont seem to be very knowledgeable, because they couldnt help him. They said they only have one route of antibiotic shot, and they dont know what kind he needs. Thats really SCARY!! Imagine going there and they dont know what theyre doing!! I went back to the dentist and they referred me to a clinic down the street. It was cheaper, and they actually knew what they were doing.
The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. Even though they’re busy I still feel like they give the attention and care you need. The physicians I have seen have always acted genuinely interested in my symptoms and what the best way to treat it is. They are thorough and ensure I leave satisfied and with a good understanding of the visit. It’s convenient for me to go after work since I’m not always able to get time off during the day. They are my first go to!
This location was a mixed bag of experiences. I have been to other locations and generally have a great experience. The lady at the front was excellent and very kind. She explained everything thoroughly and completed check in and the transaction in a super timely manner while also monitoring and processing other patients. I was getting a Rapid test for a flight I have in the morning and am not generally accustomed to medical office visits. The physician was very direct which I appreciate but that attitude quickly changed into Courtneys verging on rudeness. I asked how she was doing and got on ly good as a response. She gave no direction, explanation, or eye contact as she took my temp, BP, and hr. She stabbed my nostril and just told me it would be a few minutes as she walked out. She came back and handed me papers saying these were my negative results and final paperwork and walked straight out. This was supposedly my cue to leave in her opinion. I checked the paperwork to make sure everything as win order, poked my head out the door and got a stern You can leave! From her as she was dropping into her desk chair. I took her lead and left quickly but made sure to thank the wonderful associate at the front desk as she greeted me out the door. I can understand fatigue at the end of the day but Ultimate the entirety of my experience was curtailed by the very negative experience of the physician that handled me.
The doctor was very nice and I was in an out no more than 30 minutes! I will say THE FRONT DESK LADIES HAVE A NASTIER ATTITUDE THAN THE STREP I WENT IN FOR! Made me feel very helpless and stupid! They will be the reason people do not go back! If you don’t like your job, find another! With love!
Defiantly recommend This was the first time I been here and it was so convenient and fast. The staff was professional knowable and kind. I was seen with in the first 10 mins of me arriving and the whole process was 30-40 mins. Max. My daughter had an ear ache with prescriptions given and X-Rays for a sprained wrist.

Mixed experiences with this clinic. I would not return or recommend it.Adam Huval FNP and Sean Sarten helped us on the first visit to stitch a wound. They both were lighthearted and reassuring. Everyone in the clinic that day was phenomenal, including the receptionist. 10/10We returned to the clinic to remove the stitches as we were advised. Liwayway Guadalquiver FNP was rude and condescending. 2/10 because she did successfully remove the stitches. The receptionist was also unashamedly eating chips and watching Grey’s anatomy.
I brought my husband here on December 23rd as a walk in (we were not aware you could schedule online) and the front desk receptionist and the nurse were so friendly and accommodating. We were in and out super fast and the nurse practitioner (Giles, FNP-C) was amazing, super sweet and empathetic. The facility was really clean and we were very impressed as this was our first time here. We will definitely be back if we ever need your services again!
Initially the 1-1.5 hour wait time was discouraging, and I walked out, but 60 seconds later I walked back in. Best decision ever! My nurse practitioner was a great! By the end of my appointment, I was thinking that she should be my primary care consultant. Very personable, knowledgeable and compassionate.
Never received my prescription, called several times waited 30mins for someone to answer. They said someone would send it in! NEVER DID! Contacted my pharmacy and they still did not have my RX. Called the next morning said the same thing and nothing! Even the representative that answered even said you sound so horrible! And I’m like well I would feel a lot better if my meds were sent! He saw on his end that the RX have never been sent. And when I was at the office is was not even that busy!
Fantastic, quick service! Very attentive staff who really seemed to care about us. We were in and out of there in under 30 minutes (including consultation, X-ray and immunization). My daughter said that she didn’t even feel her shot. Highly recommend!
I have a regular GP, but when I need medical attention after hours or on the weekends, my choice has always been NextCare Urgent Care. The staff is considerate and compassionate, and the waiting room is always clean and sterile. I usually am able to see Leslie, the PA, within 15 minutes of signing in, and I don’t have to wait in the room more than a few minutes after having my vitals taken. The nurse is always friendly, comforting, and efficient which I really appreciate because of all the Covid fears. I believe in the quality of care I receive from the Leslie and nurses, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a standby medical facility if you already have a doctor or as your primary health care facility if you don’t have one. They also have a great insurance plan if you don’t have insurance.
I dont have to wait long. They havent led me wrong, There was only one time when this older lady didnt want to test me for the flu. My 13 year old said, I think you should test her and sure enough, I had the flu. Other then that, no problems.

It took quite a bit for me to get in even thou I set up an appointment online, but what would you expect?! it’s an urgent care is not a regular doctors office, so I didn’t worry too much. Once I was in, it went very fast and they were very nice and professional with me. I ended up here because my doctors office was booked and could not see me so I’m gonna be back for sure anytime I’ll need it.

I have always had great care with the doctors and nurses at this particular urgent care. Good urgent cares are HARD to find, but this place and their team ROCK! The facility is clean, they are very thorough, very professional and the ladies at the front are just too kind. Highly recommend!
Avoid this place! My son went last night. They were pretty busy it took 2 hours to get seen. He ended up having strep throat. They didnt send the antibiotics to the pharmacy, so my wife went back the next mornig to get a printed prescription. They were too busy to deal with her, it took another hour and a half to finally get the prescription that should have been called in to the pharmacy the night before. They used to be a decent place, but theyve gone down over the years. They need to stop being greedy and hire more staff.
Was told I could walk in until closing but that was a lie. Then when asked if I could take the next appointment I was told no, it had to be the next day. The black lady in the back started turning off the lights and closed the door. Very rude and highly unprofessional. If you all change your policy make sure it reflects online. I was told by the call center I could walk in until closing time. That was obviously not true.
Staff is efficient and nice. Making an appointment does not help your wait time. Had an over an hour wait time with an appointment. You can just walk in and sit in your car until they call for you. Much easier when you have children with you. When you do get to a room, they are very helpful and make sure you are well taken care of.
The young lady that checked everyone in seemed as though she was not feeling well, and had a hard time at first talking to me. I went in for rapid covid test and was told it would take 3 hours. She was very polite but should be able to get some rest, thank you for working so hard. Everyone behind the scenes, the nurses and the Nurse Practicer are wonderful and working very hard to make us feel comfortable. I was seen within 2 and half hours but that was totally time. I recommend setting an appointment ahead of time because I was a walk-in. They do except most insurance.

The front desk lady was so helpful and extremely patient. I couldnt get my phone to scan so she check me in manually. I couldnt figure put how to track my boys next in line spot so she patiently helped me. I was a hot mess but she made me feel normal😁 The doctor was excellent and same for the MA. My husband and I had to get a Covid test for travel and got online and scheduled an appointment with Nextcare urgent care. I’m a healthcare professional so my expectations are pretty high. The web site was so easy ! It allowed us to fill out all paperwork, get directions, and check in from the convenience of our cell phones. When we arrived we could see where we were in line and got updates real time so we knew about how long our wait would be. Our wait was 10 min then we got tested and had 2 printed out results within 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. Loved this experience!
The ability to book an arrival time the day before was so convenient and the online patient paperwork and check in was very fast and easy. We were seen quickly (for an urgent care center). The patient tech was friendly and courteous. The nurse practitioner was great. We will definitely come back when the need arises.

The wait was ridiculously long. I waited 3 hours with only 8 people ahead of me. However, when I was seen, the provider and nurse were very kind and professional. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. My appointment was pretty quick! I guess they just have limited providers and therefore the wait is super long
Worse service!! How can you accept patients and don’t have the proper tools to service them, something as simple as a urine analysis? But still want to keep their money? I called told my situation and then check in told my situation again only to be seen by a doctor who said yes we can’t do anything as we don’t have the proper things to service you due to the winter storm. That should have been told at check in or when I called in but no instead the front desk lady argues with the doctor about not processing a refund because she did too many today????? Tells him to call Donna or Dana he calls her she still says oh they can’t do refunds but the front desk clearly said she did too many today???I was right there. What kind of urgent care takes your customers money refers them to another urgent care but because they may have things as simple as a urine analysis, but we don’t so we can’t help you! Any doctors office I have EVER been to that is the first thing ever done. Oh but it’s gets better as I am sitting in my car after storming out in tears, in pain and crying after the staff refused to help the front office calls within 3 mins and says we are issuing a refund! All I wanted was to be properly serviced and deal with people who care. The Dr. Louis was nice and had honesty and compassion but the front desk and management really just wanted to take my money and could care less about the pain I was experiencing just wanted to make sure to add to it. I would not recommend to any new patient, current patient, not even my dog and they don’t see pets. This is not how you treat people in pain and you don’t have the proper tools to service them but can take a money when you know you lack the supplies. The refund is appreciated but the treatment was beyond anything I have ever had in my life as adult.

I arrived 15-30 min early and checked in on the app. 5 minutes later I got a message to come in, was seen immediately, and was out in 30 min. Great efficiency, friendly staff, and clean facility. I’ve been an ICU nurse at a level one hospital for 15 years. I wouldn’t imagine treating anyone the way I was treated by the medical provider. I specifically chose this location, despite higher prices, so I could get bloodwork and a KUB. I offered to pay for each test at the time of service in case cost was the reason for the denial of my request.I could have gone to another clinic who would’ve actually taken me seriously for $36. Instead, I paid six times that for nothing.I was very respectful throughout the visit. Although frustrated, I never raised my voice or became argumentative. I was so frustrated and so sick that I fought tears all the way home. My temp was 102.5 by the time I arrived home.I would tell you the providers name, but she didn’t even think enough of me to introduce herself. I probably still wouldn’t list her name because I have a problem believing a medical professional could provide such a poor level of care. Who knows, maybe she is burned out, has something going on in her own life or just out of sorts today. If she gets sick someday and goes to another provider, I hope that she receives better care than she gave to me. Should she become sick enough to be a patient in my ICU, I will show her what good care looks like .I would like to add that the reception as well as the support staff were all amazing. The clinic was spotless and appeared to be well run. The bathrooms were clean. I made an appointment and I waited a little more than an hour before being seen, which was fine.Up until the time the provider came in, I was very impressed. Fortunately, I would not frequent this establishment again.
Alway a pleasant experience, especially when one is feeling bad. Reserving an appointment was easy, check in was easy, the waiting area is always clean, so are the waiting rooms. I have never had a bad experience with any of the doctors I have seen at Urgent care,Olofinlade FNP, Adebusola, is absolutely wonderful, such a nice bedside manner, so kind and caring.I never regret going to the urgent care off Rayford road.Thank you for always making me feel better.Mrs. Smith
Leslie at NextCare Urgent Care gave excellent care during todays visit for a Covid-19 test. Even though I had to wait for 1 hour for the test, I was a walk-in, first time patient from out-of-state and there were 10 people ahead of me. I felt the time waiting was worth the effort. The test took 15 minutes and I tested negative. Congratulations to the NextCare staff for handling my visit professionally.
In general they are a good place. The reason why I’m giving them 2 stars is based off my appt this past Friday. Since Friday I have had to chase my medication for them to send it! I have called several times with them telling me that they sent to my pharmacy. Pharmacy does not having anything! Called again yesterday, they responded, “ we don’t know why no one has sent it yet!” So, this whole time they lied. This is considered negligence and unacceptable!
Made an appointment for the Covid Antibody test. There was a wait before they were able to see me, and the Acknowledgment of Understanding for the test left me less than sure why I had bothered with the blood draw. The nurses, front office, and physician were all awesome! They were kind, well informed a d honest. The office was clean and well spaced.Appreciate all you do for our community!
Updated December 2023. Again great service. Easy to schedule appointment. Minimal wait. Seen quickly. Effective treatment. Friendly staff. Minimal paperwork. Our go to place when our primary care physician cant see us right away. Its not the closest urgent care, but we wont go anywhere else.
Setting up a visit was easy, wait time was short, staff were all nice and helpful. Doctor was speedy and thorough with the procedure and it was pain free
Having worked in an urgent care for several years and been a patient several times, I’ve had my fair share of experiences with these types of facilities. I can definitely say my experience here at NextCare was by far one of the best I’ve had.I was greeted by the friendly front staff who notified me they had bottled water available while I filled out my paper work.After a short moment I was brought back by Hillary who was an absolute joy to speak to while she took my vitals.Not long after, I was seen by the nurse practitioner, Leslie. She was very knowledgeable and informative, with great bedside manners. I would without a doubt come to see her again.Definitely recommend this facility.
My visit went really well! I showed up last minute right before closing and they still took me in without an appointment. Very nice doctors and receptionist.

Unprofessional customer service, they lack integrity and respect.Extremely long wait, I waited three hours in the lobby to be seen by a Doctor that never took his hands out of his pockets to be told oh theres nothing we can do here but if your pains gets worst then go to the ER. Heres the bill for todays visit 300 plus dollars. Are you freaking kidding me..Places like these need to be shut down.
My pediatrician doesn’t have a sick clinic so as you can expect we end up here a fair bit since that office tends to book up several days out.This office is always clean. They do a lot of stuff online (bookings & checkin) which I like because I can schedule an appointment whenever I think about it. I also like that they do appointments and walk in. I’m generally not in need of immediate services so I like being able to schedule and then not have to wait too long before we get put into an exam room, especially with a child in tow.Doctors and nursing staff are professional. They listen to symptoms and seem pretty thorough - though we’re typically going in for easy things like ear infection, strep, or sinus infection so not really stress testing their knowledge.All in all I’ll keep going back like I have been - that might have been our 5th visit for the family this year.
I enjoy the friendliness of staff here and how quick and efficient they always are. Even on my visit on Labor Day, the waiting area was full and I was out within less than 45 minutes. Pretty awesome if you ask me and I didn’t even check in online which would have saved me some time. The reason for the lower score is a cleanliness /hygiene concern at a doctors office. The restroom in the waiting area as well as in the back did not have operable soap dispensers. I thought of maybe one just went down and had a sign on it in the waiting room. But the one in the back didn’t work either. Though everyone may not wash their hands after using the restroom, gross I know, there needs to be soap in the restrooms to help prevent from spreading germs. I will be back in the future and hope you take better precautions in the future. Your place is too fantastic to overlook things like this!
Brooklyn was great, very compassionate and did an awesome job. Friendly service and probably the best urgent care I have ever been too. Didnt have to wait long at all for stitches and a tetanus shot for a small laceration on my chin.
The receptionists arent very friendly but I dont know how much thats needed in their positions. They werent rude. I asked if I could wait outside because of the number of patients waiting in the lobby but was told Id be skipped if I did. I dont understand why they couldnt just come get me. Walking is hard I guess. Its unreasonable to ask us to wait in the lobby when were all within 6 feet of each other. Way to support social distancing at a clinic. My other issue is the wait list. Apparently I was skipped anyway (Picture proof included). Appointments dont take priority it seems. They just go by order of walk-in which means I save absolutely no time setting an appointment. Honestly friendliness is not gonna be the majority of my review at a clinic. Id rather have an efficient clinic that does the right thing than one thats friendly and does wrong by their patients.
Mostly I do walk-in do to work and traveling schedule and the wait arent so bad. Staffs are are pretty friendly and helpful. I just dislikes the check in part. Ive been here three times and each time I had to fill out the my paperworks. Overall its a good place for me to come.
Best Urgent Care around!! I got in and out in under 45 minutes. The front desk, Bianca and Steph, checked me in super quick. Raz swabbed me for COVID and it was super simple. Great work y’all! I’ll be back for sure, great customer service.
I went to NextCare Urgent Care yesterday after feeling unwell since this past Saturday. The entire staff were friendly, quick and informative. I was able to schedule an online same day appointment and only waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. I was given a thorough examination and was diagnosed with Pneumonia. I was given medication and instructions on what to do if I got worse and what to expect as I got better. I would Absolutely recommend this Urgent Care if a pertinent health issue arises in your life! I am a very thankful patient.
Went in this morning not really knowing what to expect from a swelled toe .However, my provider Sharde Angelle was very prompt and on point with my diagnosis.She was very nice and confident about my issue...very understanding when it came to how much pain I was in ...which was intense to say the least! She took care of the issue and I really cant say enough! I appreciate it very much!
Today I received excellent service from John Davis PA-C. He was very kind and thorough. He prescribed the meds I needed. I have been to this place a few times and the staff here is caring and prompt. Any visits prior to that has been quick and they been very helpful too. I would recommend coming to NextCare Rayford.
Very caring, thorough, I thought the nurse practitioner Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable about my problems and thought it rare that she fully understood. Please do invest in some better BP and oxygen machines, showed my BP all over the chart and its always consistent on every Dr visit including my own before I went to your facility.
Definitely recommend making appointment over the phone and doing all paperwork sent through text. Super fast. Was in and out even with X-rays in less than an hour. Kind staff. They were amazing to my daughter

We have used NextCare about 4 times now since Sept 2020 and the care has always been excellent. Were usually in and out in under an hour.Update: Dec 2023. NextCare continues to be our place to go if we cant get in to see our primary doctors.

My longest wait at the urgent care ever!!I waited for almost 3 hrs just to do a follow up. Unbelievable!! I hope someone won’t have the same experience I have. Came in at 11Am it’s now 2:05PM and still never called in yet. I’m not sure if it’s played that way at the front desk but this is definitely too long of a wait especially with my 8yrs old daughter sitting besides me complaining.Good luck to everyone !Edward.
Quickly seen, felt like I was diagnosed correctly. Given scripts to take care of my sinus infection.
My son had a very bad cough/bronchitis. The staff at the Rayford clinic were very kind and efficient. Tina had us checked in within minutes and we were in the room. Dr. Sulaiman was very attentive. Krystal gave my son David a shot and he never even felt it. My son was much better by the next day. I will recommend this location to all of my friends!! :)))
