I arrived around 5:40 on a Wednesday evening and I had to wait an hour and 40 minutes. I would have been very perturbed, but the lab work/EKG tech who saw me was very apologetic for my long wait and said that she felt awful that I had waited so long. She was also very nice and even made me laugh. Turns out someone called out sick that day, so they were short staffed. The technician said that the long wait isn’t typical.Matters don’t always go in the ideal way that we’d prefer, and it’s understood. What’s important, wonderful, and appreciated is great customer service nonetheless. She was very nice, and so was the staff that I checked in with. My visit went very well otherwise.Additionally, I found parking to be great, and I like that the location is on the corner of Rte 22 and a side street, which gives the option to avoid having to access it from Rte 22, which I love.I would definitely utilize their services again based on my 1st experience.
Recently had the opportunity to experience the services at Care Station, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in. I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-organized. Its evident that they prioritize not only the comfort of their patients but also the efficiency of their operations. The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of seatingThe staff at Care Station truly stand out. Everyone from the receptionists to the healthcare providers was courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. Its clear that patient care is their top priority. The technology they use seems cutting-edge, which gives you confidence that youre receiving the best possible care.I also appreciated the follow-up communication. After my visit, I received a clear summary of my treatment and next steps, which was very rearing.
Everyone is really kind and helpful! I don’t know if it’s because I tend to go in the evening after work and it doesn’t matter if I’m on time or early, but I wait 20-30 minutes at least in the waiting room and then once I’m in one of the patient rooms and the nurse is done with height/weight/blood pressure I’m waiting for another 25-40 minutes, for an appointment that usually lasts less than 10 minutes. It can frustrating, but I go into the each appointment already expecting this so I’m getting used to it. But again, everyone there is great, very kind, and Dr. Mansaur is wonderful!!! I know folks who go earlier in the day who don’t experience the wait times, so I think time of day definitely matters.
I had scheduled an appointment for a treadmill stress test, and ultrasound here. The ladies at the front desk greeted me upon arrival and helped me sign in. The lady who performed my stress test was pleasant and explained how she would connect the leads to my chest & how the test would work. My next test was done by Nova. Nova and I am interesting conversation during and after my test. Then Nova led me down the very clean and empty hallway to Diana for my ultrasound. This was first time ever at the Springfield office. Overall a very pleasant visit & I was the only patient upon arrival, then after I used the kiosk another gentleman arrived.
I came in for my annual physical and had my blood drawn by Arlet. This was done painlessly to me, though seemed effortless by the technician. I didnt even wait as usual for my appointment!
Dr Ali Mansour is one of the most skilled and compassionate doctors I have ever had the honor to meet. I am thrilled that my friend recommended him. I have found my primary care doctor.
Great experience - medical assistant Stanley took my vitals and was very efficient. I needed to get blood drawn and he was very quick at finding my veins and the process didnt hurt. Thanks care station for taking great care of me.
I had a fantastic experience at Care Station. Lourdes was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Mansour carefully listened to me explain my symptoms and provided me with an excellent assessment of my condition. My blood draw was done by Carlos who did it so well that I barely realized it was started and finished. I highly recommend the Care Station team!
The manager made this place better than the other care stations. I will only come here for my medical needs. My mom has been a patient and she had a great experience here with their friendly staff and experienced Doctors. I highly recommend anyone here for their urgent and primary needs!
I have been to the Care Station many times over the years and I personally have had great experiences in the Springfield location. Today, I really have to commend them. The power went down in the whole township and they still did the best they could do with the patients. Many chose to come back another time, but those that were seen, including myself, were still taken in a speedy and professional fashion. Kudos to the whole team!
This is the worst place I’ve ever been, and I will never use their services again.I went there for an ultrasound appointment. While the appointment scheduling process was quick and smooth, everything afterward was a nightmare.I made the co-pay on site, yet they sent me another bill for the co-pay afterward.I was told the results/doc reading would be available after 3-5 business days, but that never happened. After five days, I called and had to wait on hold for more than an hour each time to get someone. The answers were inconsistent every time. One day, I was told they had sent the results to my PCP, but my PCP informed me they never received them. The next day, another representative told me there was a mistake, and the results were not ready. Finally, after 10 days and numerous phone calls (each lasting over an hour, with one nearly 1.5 hours), and threatening a bad review, I received my results via email. I was told they would send a copy to my PCP. Again, they failed to do so.This place should not be considered urgent care because nothing there is dealt with urgently!
Everyone is really kind and helpful! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the wait times. I wait 15-20 minutes in the waiting room and then once I’m in one of the patient rooms and the nurse is done with routine testing I’m waiting for another 30-45 minutes. But again, everyone there is great!! I just wish they didn’t see so many people at once to minimize these wait times
I waited an hour to be seen . The staff talk and joke with each other more than getting the patient in. When I was called in the staff was nice once you got inside the examining room the nurse practitioner was really sweet and knowledgable. I just didnt like that long wait .
Dr. Ali Mansour and his staff are so professional! They are super helpful and knowledgeable. All of my experiences have been positive. John in patient care ( customer service) is awesome!!! He’s always so pleasant. I give the entire staff a 10/10!!
Dr. Julio Diaz is a phenomenal primary care physician. Great bedside manner, he listens and he follows up! I highly recommend. 👏
Netting Caroline, Max and Carry was great. But Stanley was absolutely wonderful. He is one of the most thorough MA’s I’ve ever met.
Rosy, Stanley, and Nyeesha Garnett took care of myself and my wife on our most recent visit on September 11th. I can’t applaud them enough for their kind, friendly, and extremely professional service. From being gentle with the needles to being attentive to our needs, they were a great team.We have recently moved over half an hour away and with this kind of service we will continue to make the trip.
As a primary care I find Care Station to be horrible. Had appointment at 9:30 to go over the results for a physical. While waiting several patients with appointments were waiting over an hour, and stating this is a common occurrence. Looking at the other one star reviews this problem seems to be a systemic issue. I had already waited an hour and a half and could not wait any longer. Calling this the Care Station is false advertising as it is more aptly named Dont Care Station because they let me walk out of there without bothering to tell me I have Diabetes. Do yourself a favor and find a better medical service provider.
Needed to take mom to care station in Sprinfield and what amazing service by Aime and Sabrina in discharge. Very helpful especially Sabrina because my moms English isnt too good, and them being bilingual helped tremendously. Highly recommend if anyone has to go there.
I’ve been going to care station for years and it never improves so finally switching. I always wait over an hour to see a doctor and it’s a different doctor every time. However what is the same is that they aren’t listening to me as an individual. I feel like a number there. I will say that the nursing staff is THE BEST and I wish they were working inside a functioning place.
Had a great experience! The employees are always a great help. Always willing to help and smiling with great attitude. Thank you to Nazlyn, Lourdes, Dr.Mansour and their new manager Rosy. You guys are doing an amazing job.
I do not recommend their services.First on two different occasions I had to wait close to an hour to see a doctor. After waiting an hour to see a doctor I was prescribed a medication. I picked up the medication and read that it could interact with another medication that I take. I called to talk to a doctor on Saturday evening and was promised a call back on Sunday morning. Today is Friday, I am still waiting for that call back. I have called twice today I still could not talk to a doctor.Terrible service.
Dr is great-call Center not so much return calls do not happen because the providers don’t receive the inquiries and the offshore team. Keep you on hold for more than 45 minutes for a quick follow up appointment. Also, if you’re waiting for results, please don’t bank on calling the call center because they will not provide the information to the providers. I was forced to drive there on a Sunday to ask for my results
From the moment I entered to the moment I left, the entire staff made my experience a great one. Especially Arlet (nurse) and Caroline (doctor); they took their time getting to know my reason for visiting, treated me with such good care and are very professional at what they do. That said, just as any medical staff treats you with kindness and professionalism, please treat them with respect and patience. Thank you Arlet, Caroline, and the entire staff here!
Needed medical clearance for an eye procedure there was a deadline. CS decided to give my husband a physical. He needed an ekg but they took blood, gave him a hearing and eye test which was not required. We spent 2hours there but the doctor wouldn’t sign off until the labs came back. Paperwork was due today. I called this morning and was told that the labs didn’t come back but they would expedite it and call me back. I called again waiting another 20 min and the fillipino woman told me she was in the office but I knew she wasn’t and I asked for a supervisor after a few more minutes she told me there was no answer. I was so disgusted that I drove to CS. I got the manager and after 30 min handed me the signed paperwork. What a fiasco! I am sure that the insurance co will be paying for unnecessary testing. The office staff was nice but I was still annoyed
Nyeesha Garnett was a great provider. Lourdes is the best medical assistant i’ve ever had. So kind and caring, even gave me a snack while i was waiting for the Dr. 10/10 experience. Love this place. Feels like home
My appointment was at 11am. I was not been call to the room until 12pm. I spent another 10 minutes in the room before dr sighn came in the room to ONLY have approx 10 minutes with doctor. This is unacceptable, if his staff knew that he was late with his appointment a courtesy call would have been appreciated
I have care station as my pcp and today was a really good day. Normally I am waiting for an hour before I am called in to get vitals and blood work completed. Today my wait time was about five minutes and I had Arlet, a nurse who was pleasant and polite and very professional who waited on me.
The Care was great. I went in, the took my information. They had me sit for a few minutes, not long. They they rushed me in to xray. I waited for the Diagnosis and was taken care of in a timely manner. It was really a good experience. I recommend The care station in Springflied, on route 22. They took good care of me.
I visited the Care Station in Springfield for the first time. When I walked in I was greeted with a couple of very nice & professional staff. The waiting room was nice & clean. I was called in examining room a few minutes before my appt time which was awesome because that doesn’t happen often at many doctor offices. The nurse Sinova that took me in the back and took my information & vitals was so nice and professional and was very comfortable to talk to.Dr. Byalik was amazing she took her time to talk to me before she examined me and I felt comfortable to speak with her as well. She prescribed what I needed for my reason for the visit. After visit I made the choice to have her as my new GYN Doctor!Great job Care Station!
Lourdes was awesome. Very attentive and knowledgeable. She gave me 2 vaccines and blood work and I didn’t feel a thing!
I always have a good experience going to Care Station in Springfield. It became my primary Doctor’s office. They listen to your needs attentively and have so many resources there. So far I am very satisfied!
I was at the facility last night to have a stress test, circulation test a various ultrasounds. Both the stress and circulation tests were up to the level I have come to expect from care station after being a patient for over a decade. However, the experience with the ultrasound technician (I believe her name was Tenisha?) was absolutely horrible. The tech did not make eye contact with me AT ALL. She barked orders such as lift your arms, turn left, hold a deep breath in an almost angry manner. She had absolutely ZERO bedside manner and needs training in that regard. I felt as a nameless non-human slab of meat in her table. She used WAY too much gel which left me completely doused in it when she handed me (again no words, no eye contact) a hand towel to whip myself down. I asked for a second towel which she ignored until I asked a second time and had one thrust at me again with no words or eye contact!! She mumbled stuff about the dr getting results, yada yada as she looked at her paperwork and not her patient. Definitely NOT a fit with the rest of the courteous service provided by your other technicians.
I was a walk in patient the wait was really not that long. It seemed long because of my pain. The staff was friendly, the doctor was concerned. I believe he took the best course of action for my situation.
I am receiving wonderful care at the Springfield location. Dr. Ali Mansour is a wonderful physician who takes the time to talk to me and addresses my questions and concerns with genuine care. I highly recommend this location from the amazing and friendly check in staff to the physicians I meet with.
UPDATE 06/25/24: NOW THEY BILL YOU FOR THE FUTURE. I called again 2 weeks ago and left a voicemail, no one bothers to return my call. Got another bill from them year 2030 lol what a joke….THEY DOUBLE BILL YOU... I had an outstanding balance last year which i PAID IN FULL. I started going to a different location as this one is always packed, even with an appointment you have to wait hours to be seen. At the other location, i was informed i had a balance. I showed the receptionist my receipt of the online payment i made LAST YEAR... She said thats weird because thats the full payment i made as its still showing unpaid.I forwarded her the receipt and she said she would send it to billing to get it resolved..... few weeks later, i get a letter in the mail that my past due bill is going to collections if i dont pay...I called their billing and I spoke to a rude lady....I explained that I paid already and the whole story was told to her above AND also told her its nice Care Station wants to double bill for services unfortunately, i wont pay twice. She rushed me off the phone and said she will look into it and call me back in 5 minutes which she never did.....Yesterday, i received another letter in the mail from them for ANOTHER BALANCE DUE FROM JANUARY 2023...... BTW i had no other outstanding balance end of last year when i made the payment for my past due balance. It appears that they go back to a random past visit of any given time trying to get paid again for sometime that has already been paid. Go elsewhere where they dont double bill....
Stanley , Ashley and Kari were a pleasure to meet today. They were absolutely informative, comforting and showed outstanding patient care today. Great work and great team.
MA Stanley provided OUTSTANDING, INFORMATIVE service and information.I definitely appreciated his personality, humor, and knowledge of his craft, along the way!Way to go, Stanley---keep up the GREAT work 💪
I’ve been coming here for years & they always treated me really well.BUT for the FIRST time I get a call saying I owe $50 for not showing up to an appointment. This is why I never answer their calls!$50 for not showing up is ABSURD! Nothing was spent for me to owe ANY money! This is the ONLY doctors office that calls my phone numerous times trying to collect money from me when I am FULLY INSURED!
My visit was great I felt like I was in good hands the whole time and I want to give an extra thanks to Stanley. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a certain type of comfort during my process give that guy a raise
I arrived about 15 minutes early for my 3:15pm appointment and was told to sign in, and they were quick to take my co-pay. After waiting over an hour in the waiting room, I was finally taken to the exam room where I waited an additional 35-40 minutes. I briefly left the exam room to find out what was taking so long and was told the doctor had just finished seeing the 2pm appointment. WHAT!!! It was now after 5pm and I couldnt wait anymore due to another appointment. What a waste of my time; I should have gone to the hospital!!! I will never, ever visit this care station again. Take my advice and stay away from this place. Please note, the only reason I gave them a star is because I couldnt post my review if I didnt.
Stanley was really attentive to my grandmothers concerns. We didn’t need to wait a long time and office was really clean. Thank you care staton. Great experience!
Courteous and timely. Preferred my second practitioner over the 1st. Not sure I got the correct diagnosis from the 1st practitionerMajor area of improve would be to call the patient with lab results. It was made clear I needed to know asap. That ball was completely dropped.
After scheduling my appointment six weeks in advance, I arrived promptly at the doctors office only to be kept waiting in the reception area for an hour. When I was finally called in, I was informed that the doctor I had specifically scheduled with was not available. This lack of communication and disregard for my time was disappointing and inconveniencing. The disorganization of scheduling and honoring appointments left much to be desired. Hopefully, they can improve their scheduling system to ensure a smoother experience for patients in the future.
The health care professionals at the Care Station Medical Group in Springfield, have always treated me with great care and concern. My primary Doc there is Doctor Mansour (the best) ! And today Im recognizing Arlet, the young woman who put me at ease when she took my blood samples. Very professional, thanks.
I had a great experience at the Springfield office today, the front desk was great malisa, nazly, and anne. The girls in the back where great as well abby was wonderful!!! I love coming here. I feel liked iam in my house thanks
Hello. I have been a patient at Springfield NJ Care Station for 6 years. The team there are Excellent and Professional.Service is fast and pleasant.Shout out to Technician Arlet for her kindness and untouchable skills.
I have been using Care Station Medical Group facilities for almost a decade. They have medical personnels that are relatable and caring. They always keep up with patients schedules and supporting with friendly reminders and notifications. The waiting time is short, even walk-ins experience reasonable waiting periods.I feel confortable with their services and have no reservation recommending the facility to friends and family.
Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and kind. Doctors rude, short, showed no compassion and judgemental. One of the doctors aruged with me about the pronunciation of MY last name. I will never return here. I rather drive to the Linden office. Also, if youre a certain complexion, do not waste your time.
I visit Care station today and i was extremely happy with my visit. I was greeted by Latifah in front who was extremely friendly. Lourdes was my nurse and she made me feel really comfortable and Garnett my doctor was really nice and took her time to answer all my concerns.Max xray was also helpful. Thank You ! You guys are amazing
They are the go to place when you are sick, in pain, need help. they are friendly and I am taken care of quickly. If I wake up sick and call my PCP I get an appointment two weeks from when I call!
Was checked in at 5pm, and left there at 8pm. Over 2 of those hours were spent in the waiting room. Then 1/2 hr was in the medical room, just to be told that the xray tech and sports medicine were not there and left at 5pm. At which when I checked in, was never told the xray tech had left, and my daughter had a foot that needed to be looked at.They have gone down hill so bad.. Needless to say they lost a whole family of patients.
I love this location. I did my ABI and I have my baby with me. Lourdes R is so friendly and very helpful. I wish every location have people like her. ❤️
Awful place. Make you wait 2 hours for the PA to come see you and tell you that you need a specialist who they don’t have on staff. When I called there was no mention of this and they had me come in to waste my time.
Wonderful doctors I see Dr Mansour and he is absolutely the best. Everyone in the office is so pleasant so professional. The check in is super easy and quick.
Is a pleasure to have nice people in the facility that provide your needs.Dr Wase cares their patients.I am in the program to loose weight because my diabetics and so far I lost 10 pounds in 12 wks.
This was going to be a bad review but Dr. Singh saved that lol. I was misdiagnosed doesn’t matter by who. So I’m most upset as I knew I shouldn’t have been putting so much stress on my foot so now my recovery time will be longer than it could’ve been. Dr. Singh was really dope(great). For a care station he showed a lot of care and empathy and most doctors in these stations don’t really ooze that in my opinion. So shoutout to Dr. Singh
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. For the last month I have been trying to be contacted to reschedule my appointment nj mmp. Originally it was on 4/20 and I tried for 2 weeks prior to change it and nobody ever called me back or helped me. I was 5 min away to find out the doctor wasn’t even in that day like why didn’t someone tell me that prior. Fast forward I was told my apt is on the 11th I find out last Monday 4/29 it’s actually on the 4th of may. So I called and asked for a manager it has now been almost 5 days and no call and I get told today they will call back. This place has officially lost me and maybe should look into their piss poor customer service and maybe train their managers and staff on better communication skills. I will never come back here again. To say I drive an hour for this place. Tomorrow will be my last appointment here.
Absolutely a fantastic experience. I made an appointment to see a specialist. The doctor was very thorough and extremely patient. Will I go again? Yes, without hesitation.5/2024
I had a great time with Arlet being so hands on and the rest of the staff being super punctual. Dr. Green was a great overall advocate for my well being! I couldn’t ask for a better team
As a first time patient (referred by my wife) I had an excellent experience with the doctor, staff (including a young man named Stanley). No long wait time, all questions answered and prompt follow up.I am happy to say that I have found my new PCP.
The Care Station Medical Group is always my first choice for Urgent Care. During the pandemic they staff was more than 100% responsive to the fears of their patients.Recently I had two urgent care visits, one for COVID and I wanted a prescription for paxlvoid. The nurse informed me she would take a swab to do a PCR to confirm my home test. I had the results the next morning. The doctor prescribed the paxlvoid and an antibiotic. Advised me on the current guidelines. Follow up was a breeze. I was negative at that visit and again the PA reviewed the current guidelines to determine if I needed to continue to wear a mask. The second incident was due to a shoulder injury. I arrived at 8 am on a Saturday morning and was in the exam room by 8:10. The provider was PA Caroline Gerges (spelling) and provide was top notched care. She reviewed my prior visits. She evaluated my range of motion. I was unable to have an x-ray that day because the technician was on-site when I arrived. HOWEVER due to my inability to move my should and my discomfort PA Gerges gave me a cortisone injection and a steroid prescription. She told me to keep moving my shoulder. She inquired if I was up to date on my annual exams—the answer was no (I’m so busy). She offered the Care Station Medical Group and herself as my provider. I was impressed and more than satisfied with the care she provided. The Care Station Medical Group is part of the RWJBarnabas Health system. My current doctors are part of the health system so I changed my PCP to the Medical Group. It’s closer to home and has Saturday appointments. Sorry for the long review but as you can read I am more that 5 star satisfied with the care at the Springfield. NJ Care Station Medical Group.
Had a great experience today Wencesla in the front was really friendly.Anais the ultrasound tech was amazing and Lourdes really was courteous. Office is really clean and Manager is great.
Was battling a case of Covid in march 2021 (as many people). As everyone knows the unfortunate severity of Covid. A nurse did not provide adequate care and asked me to hold my cough (while waiting on doc/PA). I was shocked. I am fighting Covid. I should have reviewed this sooner. This always stuck with me.
I absolutely love this place! They have everything to keep you healthy!! This practice handles the business spot on and if not there they can recommend you to any one of there other amazing offices. This is the best experience I’ve had as far as “scary” doctors out there. My doctor bought me up to speed on all test, questions, doubts and fears of any kind!
Lourdes and Carolina were both great in my visit. Lourdes gave me an injection and when super smoothly. Great job!!
The staff, PAs and physicians are dedicated to providing excellent care and customer service. If you are in need of immediate service you can walk-in, no appointment needed and receive the care and attention you need. Great place to have medical care.
Lourdes: Shes so friendly and polite in her profession. I was comfortable having my ABI done by her. Thanks for your time and patience with me.
Doctor John Green is a very professional and highly effective in his duty as a doctor. Thank you so much doctor Green for the medical assistance to me as a patient.
Dr. Nyeesha Garnett is very attentive and pleasant to work with. She made me feel very comfortable and offered me excellent support and guidance.
I have been going to Care Station for over 10 years, and have not had as many issues with billing I have. I continue to get billed; and have receipts from my copays being made. This is starting to get very frustrating
Starting from registration to discharge ( Wencesla, Lourdes, Bridget, Ashley, Dr Mansour, Jennifer) , I had a nice experience. Everybody’s nice & on top of what they’re doing.
Well, this review is solely for the doctor and the nice technician (I dont recall her name,im sorry, beautiful young lady from Cuba).Dr Mansour was so nice, made me feel comfortable, not like previous doctors ive seen in another location... The waiting time is a bit large, so be ready to wait for at least an hour even with an appointment.. The facility is clean and organized.. The rest of the staf that i crossed word with, werent very pleasant, but it was a bit late in the afternoon...At the end of the day, we have to choose our battles and its definitely worth to see Dr Mansour, as he is honestly the most pleasant doctor ive seen in quite some time, QUITE SOME TIME!....
The Linden Station offered thorough physical screening. In addition, the waiting time is significantly reduced at this Station.
2 hours in a waiting room when you arrive 5 minutes after they open. Self-check-in is a joke. Takes a lot longer to check in. You add info that was already on record and that you may not remember like your PCPs info. How is this HIPPA protected when people are standing behind you and can see your medical info and your financial and personal info?? I felt very uncomfortable. Also, when sick, I dont want to of feel like reading and tapping letters to sign in. The person who took vitals has no personality or seems like she hates her job. Another 45 mins in exam room waiting on a PA to come in. I fell asleep. The PA was nice and friendly but when she walks in and says, you dont look good or walked out and says loudly to the person to give the shots.. Shoot him up! You can hear through the walls so medical talk etc... is not private. The PA stands on the sides of her feet and fidgets w hands and is slow and forgetful when using the laptop. She realized she forgot to send in the RXs. Again, she was nice but I did not feel very comfortable or assured she knew enough maybe because she is inexperienced and I know she is learning. While waiting in the room, you can hear many people talking and laughing at the Nurses station. It should not take 3 hours, start to finish, when you arrive right after the doors open. By far, the longest wait at any urgent care I have ever been to or have been told about. In the past I have had a dr screw up my meds. Another Dr.?? putting in false info in my chart saying we discussed things when we did not, or having selective hearing and putting in wrong info. There are many things that need to be upgraded at this facility.
The Customer service has went down and I’ve been going there for about 20 years. And the doctors they have in there now they just seem overwork and try to get you out as fast as possible and don’t take the time to find out what’s wrong with you. I went in there because my stomach was hurting me, but the doctor really seem like she didn’t care and I never saw her before I guess because they switched Doctor so much. And the one doctor that they did have. Doctor manrit kaur was awesome She actually took the time to figure out what was wrong with me. But she left and of course they won’t tell you where she went so now I’m stuck with the doctors who is just trying to get out as fast possible-_-
The doctors are great but everything you have to go through to get to them is horrendous. Making an appointment over the phone is horrible. The operators have heavy accents and you can barely understand them. You have to repeat yourself a number of times because either they don’t understand or listen to see where to help. It’s disrespect to be told, “the supervisor is, only, going to tell you the same thing I’m saying” when you request to speak to a supervisor. The staff at the front desk in Linden are disrespectful with the pointing when asked a question and slick talk followed by rolling of the eyes when you request them to do their job they signed up to do. The staff needs to understand that people go to the doctor for HELP; not to be treated disrespectfully. Patients are someone’s parent or grandparent and may even be like me with giving them back what they’re giving 10times as much and much louder. You, also, have to watch the copays because they will try to be slick and make you pay twice for one visit then blame the system. Pay with a card but never cash so you can prove your payment. The three stars are for the doctors! Dr. A. Mansour and Dr. M. Singh. The P.A.s are good, too.
When I first came here 2020, it was excellent care, and did not have to wait long to be seen. Now its the opposite, even with an appointment. And the place has a strong bad smell like a nursing home. It makes you feel like the odor will get on you. And now while Im there, my throat starts itching, and I have to go straight home to gargle. I believe the place has poor circulation, and feel as though I may catch something while Im there sitting in that environment for a long waiting period. 😷😡
I arrived at 1:15 for a 1:30 appointment for pre-op testing EKG, blood, urine. I was told @ 2:55 “they are coming to get you” and at 3:45 they came The technician or CNA was extremely nice and very apologetic. She was finished with the exams within 15 minutes and then I waited until 4:30 for the Doctor. I got into my car @ 4:50 This is outrageous and I will NEVER go there again. 3 hours and 35 minutes for pre-op tests for elective surgery on March 1st! I sent a text to my surgeon to not recommend this location. Someone could have or should have asked if I could come back when the weren’t understaffed and over booked
I have been coming to the carestation for over 25yrs and no issues untl 8/24/24; Appointment with Dr Mansour went well and to find out all of my prescriptions were not sent to pharmacy... I have made several calls to carestation from 8/25 to 9/2/24 and still no response from Dr and pharmacy have not gotten a repsponse as well! Thank goodness this was not life or death or a medication that I needed daily for the rest of my life because with the LACK of Urgency, I may have been in the ER! Sad and scary situation
I had the best experience with Care Station they are very helpful with all your medical needs. Specially Lourdes and Dr Mansour. Thanks you!
Worst place I have ever been for urgent care, Staff not helpful. Waited over 4 hours, not clear how their triage is done. Will not come back and will not recommend to any one.
I was visit the office of Care Station today at 9:30 in the morning right and the whole staff there was wonderful, especially nurse Abby, which she was very wonderful with everybody and I know that nurse from long long time and she never change her attitude with everybody in the office so thank you very much for Care Station and special thank you nurse Abby
Would like to thank all the staff at Springfield care station for making my medical visits, smooth and pleasant specially front desk staff..the best and Rosy the manager 100% Satisfied with services..
My visits at care station has always been excellent , not a long wait and staff always been helpfulThank you to Rosy andLawrence for helping me.
Lourdes, the medical assistant @ care station in Springfield, NJ was great and very attentive to my needs. She made the ABI test easy.
Excellent care, warm, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Billing is wonky sometimes so stay on top of it. Modern methods and techniques. Open 7 days/week.
The manager is so nice! She always have a positive attitude and she is always willing to help. She always put patients first.
4 hr wait for a simple cough or text. They do not have enough providers working for this time of the season. Can you imagine being in a doctors office for four hours? That’s really it was four hours and they take walk-in and still don’t have enough providers. City MD has a better flow and they are staffed up… wish I went there. Still in the room here waiting!! Also, if you noticed there’s a woman who responds to Every negative review with the same responses, which is the aim for a high-quality of care. Part of quality of care is the patient experience as per Medicare. Please don’t respond with an auto response. Computer system asking to call with anymore questions that’s pretty ridiculous.
Dr. Gergen was great and Lourdes was great and making sure I was calm before and after my blood work.
Very professional treatment and courtesy. Lourdes took great care of me.
Care station medical group is a great place for your medical treatment I have been going there for my treatment for the past 10 years and I confirm it is a for everyone
Crystal was excellent today. She was shadowing Lourdes and the visit went really great and smooth.
Very professional and caring staff. Made me feel comfortable. Thank you to Lourdes for explaining everything that was being done. Great service.
Walk-in visit today and was able to see the dr immediately. The staff was professional, caring and understanding. Special thanks to RN Lourdes!
Lourdes was amazing!! Very professional and knowledgeable! Took her time and seems passionate about her work !
Very attentive staff, there were people to help us with our language barrier. Arlet was one of them, very kind and helpful. A cheerful place, will come back.
All the medical staff is excellent the only issue I had was waiting almost an hour and I had appointment.
The Dr is Grate but Ive been waiting for over a month for paper work to be fax over to my insurance company for prescription approval, I am still waiting. Thanks To the new Manager Rosa its been approved.
I visited Dr Baylik at the Springfield location for the first, and only, time in March. She is a preferred caregiver in my network, yet I was rudely told by the front desk they would not be taking my insurance and that I needed to pay out of pocket. This decision was handed down by the office manager, Phyllis, who refused to come speak to me about the matter. I finally saw the Dr after 2 hours because I needed care and could not afford to find another dr. Dr Byalik was lovely and asked that I make a follow up appointment in 6 months which the front desk refused to make.I am now working with my insurance to get reimbursed for the visit and have been told Care Station did put in for payment even though they made me pay out of pocket. I’ve filed a complaint with my insurance company around this so urge others , if you are told to pay out of pocket and you can afford to wait, don’t pay and just leave.
Lourdes was awesome she gave me an injection and I did not feel a thing . Thank you so much
Best place Ive ever been to get medical assistance. Recommend to anyone also that cardiology department is phenomenal
Hello I have been coming to care station for many years now & everyonecis is very polite and professional I have no problem there its the mis communication Ive had with scrips & having to wait on the phone to get things straightened out I had an issue with my Marijun medical card and with some billing issues fees I was unadvised of till I received my bill and always a prob with getting scrips but all in all I like the nurses Rpa.s and Drs &staff just not the red tape and unneceryvfollow up calls Less of that would be helpful thanks sincerely Michael Johnson
Kary was an amazing help and she was greatly appreciated during my visit, this location has done well to hire someone like her!!!!!!
The Care Station Is Amazing Tremendous Talents For the Past 30 Years Still On Top Thank You - Rene Hernandez Family
Kary was my MA and she was wonderful!! Great attitude and service
One stop medical care. You don’t have to go anywhere else; you could get all your care done in one place. Care station does DOT physicals, shingle / vaccines injections , all X- rays, Sport Medicine Dr. on staff. etc. They have the answer to all your medical needs. I have an excellent doctor, Dr. Ali Mansour. He is very patient and caring and could take care of any medical conditions you might have.
Absolutely horrible. Had a scheduled appointment, still had to wait 1.5 hours in the waiting room, brought to a room to wait another 45 minutes, and counting - not even seen yet. No communication, I had to ask various times how much longer, no one ever said there was going to be a wait, which could have swayed the decision to go or stay, patients taken before us who came well after us. My grandmother is elderly and can’t sit for long periods, that’s why we booked an appointment in the first place. Now to get up and Leave and start the wait all over again somewhere else doesn’t make sense. Never coming back. For this, should have just gone to the ER, which is what we were trying to avoid with long wait times
Lourdes was great, explained the test, was constantly checking with me to see how I was doing. Great conversation as well!Thank you!
Great medical team just expect to wait even if you have an appointment. They always over schedule. You’ll be there for at least 1 1/2 hour.
Very great service, very attentive to all procedures, would recommend her services to all patients . The nurse Lourdes was an outstanding nurse👍
Rocio is simply the best worker I have ever came across. She is professional diligent and efficient
Lourdes and Dr.Tellow went beyond to help me today.I feel a lot better and hopeful from my visit
I was there last week because i can’t breathe good and i met with Dr Aly Mansour he was great listening to me and give me some samples medicine and write some presentations also did all Blood test inside the office i start feeling better than before was very good experience for me and all the staff’s was great and Great Facility as well
I had one of the best experiences ever while being treated at Care Station!!! 5 star across the board and I have already recommended family/friends who are seeking a PCP for there health care needs.
Walk-in was easy, check-in was easy, wait wasn’t long, care given was great and the staff was very professional!
Best place with the best doctors that I have been they are attention to detail and they make sure that you understand everything
I went there with my grandmother and I have to say that the the staff and the provider there were very nice and friendly. The office was clean and very well kept.
I love the doctors but have tried to reach the billing manager due a charge for labcorp when I expressly told the technician that I needed them to use Questlab due to my insurance and they still used lapcorp and I got a bill for $160
I arrived around 8:20 am and didn’t leave until 10:30. I get it a lot of sick people. They open at 8 but the doctor doesn’t arrive until 9. My complaint is that Dr. Green told me he would prescribe 4 medications. Before I left I confirmed all 4 medications with him. I waited all morning. Sent a message with the help line. Waited a few more hours and called the help line again. They sent another urgent message. My pharmacy only received 1/4 prescriptions. So I drove back to get an actual script. Apparently the doctor didn’t write the other medications in his notes so he didn’t send it. No other doctor could send it for him. There was nothing they could do for me. Insurance will only pay 1 doctor. If they are a group why can’t they work as one? The doctor specified that Tomorrow would be too late to start Tamiflu, so that is pointless now. Now I have to hope that he embers that he said he would give me the antibiotic. Highly disappointed and horribly sick.
Terrible. They didn’t tell me when exactly my results were going to be ready. They didn’t even write it. They just told me a day, not specific day or time. Due to that, I couldn’t complete an employment process. Terrible service.
This place has gone down hill, I was told I would have test results right away for RSV, Covid or flu. I get no call , no results , zero response . My office visit was a nightmare, intern takes you vitals immediately than sit in the room for one hour until the Dr comes in. Do yourself a favor try a different medical clinic!!!!
Arlet was great! despite not being a doctor, she was very sweet, attentive, and nice to talk to.
This place is great. Very service oriented. Explained everything that was being done. The staff is excellent. I highly recommend.
If you’re looking to wait, this is the place for you. I needed a primary care doctor and booked an appointment two months ago for this establishment.Walk-ins were an average 2-4 hour wait on every visit I came in within the past couple of months. What’d I do? Schedule an appointment for a specific doctor that was 2 months in advance for Dr. Monsoor. Great right? Answered every call, every text, even did the pre check in via text.. guess what? Wait. You sit down before having to be seen, do all the typical paperwork/payments. They don’t have a card machine it seems like, and has to be entered manually.. excellent, another wait. You’re in a room filled with people who are sick, even if you’re not. Nothing is enforced and it becomes a Petri dish of viruses & bacteria.People are just pouring in, without notice that there’s an absurdly long wait time. Only until you’re trapped and have no choice but to… wait.I’ve been going there since 2016, the immediate staff at the front desk as of 2/2024 HAS to do better, structurally speaking there’s a VERY obvious administrative problem.I cannot believe that my TWO-month book in advance appointment had such a long wait for a physical.Unfortunately I will not coming back here again.
It doesn’t matter how crowded they are, you will spend a lot of time waiting to be seen. If you have test done you will wait over an hour just to get the test results. When you come here plan on spending 3 plus hours here.
Waited a little while past my appointment time but the staff worked fairly efficiently to finish my medical tests.
Doctor Mansur is amazing and very thorough. Sometime it’s crowded but worth the wait!!
Nyeesha and Stanley were a delight to meet today! They were great at everything!!
I went a month ago to the facility and I have my blood work, is now and I never got my results. Before there was a female doctor.. She used to call me two days after my visit to give me my results. Now they just told me to go to the portal to see my results. I’m not familiar with computers and I can’t do it. Since yesterday I was calling again for my results , the guy at customer service left a note for any doctor to call me and talk to me.NOBODY CALLED ME.
That off has always been great to me. The staff is great. Dr Nyeesha is outstanding!!!
I see a lot of poor reviews here, but honestly, I come here to see Dr. Byalik and Dr. Singh and couldnt ask for better doctors. They are both thorough as well as caring and professional. They are my doctors of choice, and I choose to keep returning. I do not come for urgent care, I come for appointments, follow-ups, and treatment. I am very happy with my two doctors. I am very grateful /thankful to have them treating me and as my doctors.♡
Im so happy with my attention today and thanks to nurse Lourdes she is so sweet and nice .
Wait time was short and the staff was friendly and professional!! Dr. Mansour answered all my questions and was very kind during my visit, thank you!
My Technician karry was Kind and friendly I really appreciate the excellent service‼️
Im here 3 hours for a blood text, the physician assistant (not a real doctor, mind you) enters room and ask why Im here. Enough said. THIS IS A 1/2 STAR RATING OUT OF 5. Corp doctors office whose administrators are clowns that could care less about the patients time. YOU WILL NEED PATIENCE TO BE ONE OF THEIR PATIENTS.
Arlet and Dr. Tanebaum were awesome and great. I really appreciate the care that was provided. Thank you 😊
I’ve been going there for about 1 year now and never had a bad experience everyone from doctors to receptionists are friendly and professional and they try to do what’s right and beneficial for me
Lourdes truly helpful! Made me feel very relaxed during my visit.
I rarely write reviews but after the poor customer service experience I feel the need to share. I made an appointment at a specific time only to wait over an hour both times. On the 2nd visit I had leave due to waiting over an hour and still had 2 patients ahead of me. I also needed to have short term disability papers to be filled out Its almost a month after numerous calls from my employer and myself with no resolution. I get excuses after excuses why they have not been filled out. I Left a message for a supervisor to call me back still waiting. I would never come back to this office if my life depended on it poor customer service all the way around.
Lourdes and Mansour are a few of special people at care station..thanks for your professionalism
I had a great experience while at the Urgent Care. However, the follow up has been terrible! I went to Care Station on a Saturday Morning. The intake specialist was very pleasant and the process was seamless. The brought me to the examine room shortly there after. I saw Doc Rhino (nickname) and he was fantastic. I then was tested for Covid and Strep and was told results would be available in 24 hours. I then signed up for the client portal and have been checking to see if my results have been posted. We are on day 4 and still no results! I called the patient care number and was told my test results are in the system but they cant give them to me over the phone. I asked them to update the client portal and it currently still shows No Test Results. I called a second time requesting the update again. Very frustrating as I am still not feeling well and I do not know the results of my tests.
Staff is really friendly, facility is super clean, management is awesome✨.
Mica and lawrejce were gratis. Ofrece is clean and excellent attention.Friendly staff
I will never come back to this care station again. My time in the wait room was nearly an hour with hardly any patients in front of me. In the actual room, I spent about 45 minutes waiting for vitals to be done and for the doctor’s brief exam. I’m sorry but Dr. Ajaykaye’s bedside manners were the worst I’ve seen in a while. Mind you I went to the care station due to an escalated respiratory illness that I could not shake. I told her my ear was throbbing and she did not even bother to check. She checked my throat and listened to my lungs and completely overlooked the fact that I could possibly have an ear infection which would explain my fever and chills. Needless to say, I waited another 35 minutes just to take a 5 second swab for Covid and the flu. However, forget the visit. The kicker is getting to the pharmacy and the doctor didn’t even send my prescriptions! It had been almost 2 hours! The best part is that it’s a Sunday night, they close at 6pm and I couldn’t even get a hold of the doctor who didn’t send the meds. So moral of the story, I rather deal with the severe pain then ever set foot in that facility again!
My experience at the medical facility was extremely disappointing. Upon entering at 8:10, I found only two people in the room. However, I ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour and a half. Eventually, I was directed to another room where my height and temperature were measured. The staff member informed me that it would take 15-20 minutes before I could see the doctor. Unfortunately, I ended up spending an entire hour in that room. If youre looking for prompt service, I highly recommend visiting CityMD Union Urgent Care, which is just a 3-minute drive from this location. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Terrible place to go. 1st I asked the doc there if all my testing were covered by my insurance and they all said yes, sure. It was NOT. I paid over $1500 copayments. Then 5months later I had an Indian guy calling me from 8 different numbers, harrasing me at any time of the day and night for $400+ I owned to care station. He was yelling and rude. I told him I thought he was an scammer and if it was true he could send me the bill via mail. He refused and started calling me names in his language. Its been months since I paid off all bills from care station how come another bill just came on the picture. IMPOSSIBLE. I then called care station in Springfield over 10 times and no one answered the freaking phone on any of the stations. I guess the Indian guy was in fact trying to scam me,or care station has a terrible customer service because no one never answered the phone so I could ask if it was for real I had another bill to pay. Never coming back to this place.
I did my blood work Jan 24 that needed to be sent out for a procedure before Feb 15 and i called 3 times for them to fax it again. Never did . Feb 15 came and my surgeon had to call them himself .
Best place, best doctors nurses and stuff, they care for you they explain you everything very well and they make sure that you understand
I would have gave 5 stars however my appointment was at 8:30 and my name was called @ 9:40. The wait was too long. I think 30 min should be the longest wait time. The nurse and the doctor get 5 ⭐️ stars.
Lourdes, is very professional and made me comfortable during the overall procedure.
Love this place! The general medicine side and the Sports Medicine side.Dr Singh is the bomb!
It was a good experience with the staff and the PA. However it took almost 2 hours before I was seen by the doctor.
Latest experience was not all that bad..By was not completely satisfied. Ear discomfort not fully addressed and continued after treatment and visit. Will not be returning to route 22 location.
The customer service and the people that answer thr phone to set appointments and even to ask questions are in Philippines. Ridiculous that my heath and financial information are on the other side of the world, unless keeping jobs in USA the give jobs to Philippines and India Ridiculous.
Horrible wait time. There is no sense of urgency here. I’ve waited for over 3 hours just to be seen by a doctor/PA for three minutes. On top of it, there’s a lack of communication within departments/staff- making me repeat the same tests. Save your time and your health by going elsewhere.
I have been to carestation on 10 separate occasions and had 3 great different docs. all of them told me accurate info and treated me for whatever was necessary.great office staff, friendly, fairly quick...quicker than most doctor appts I have had and an overall very good experience each time.Dr. Parmin is fantastic! This previous 5 star Review is for the previous staff.I left my last Dr appointment and felt like I was in the Spanish inquisition. I already have a primary Dr., didnt appreciate the litany of questions she asked me. Just for the mmp program... Marijuanas legal now, right? 😆I miss Dr. Parmin! The front of the house staff was great!!
These people took care of me. And when i say tokk care of me they gave me all the care i could ask for. A 15/10. Will go back
I like this place. They are friendly, very professional. The waiting time is reasonable. I always chose this place to be my primary station. The staff is very friendly. This office in springfield I love going there. The staff is very friendly.
My worst experience. They lost my blood work twice. Was charged twice! Now Ive been waiting for the manager over 3 weeks for an explanation. I even visited 3 different days in-person and the manager was on-site. I assume the manager works from home.So now I have to go somewhere else to draw blood again 😒
Caroline and Lourdes were great quick and easy great job.
Have been going here for years. Everyone there is always so helpful and respectful.
Walked in at 10 to 4pm. There was literally only 3 people in the waiting room. It is now almost 6 oclock (2 hours later) and I been sitting in this room waiting for the doctor. There is a note posted in the room stating that if we are waiting longer than 30 minutes to please let them know. That made no difference. There should be no reason why an urine exam should take over 2 hours. I will not be coming here in the future.
The nurse was very helpful and nice her name was lourdes.R
The Care Station is great. My only issue is the wait time before they even call you to the back. If you have an appt you still have to wait in the waiting room for a while and they more when you’re called to the back.
Lourdes was really great at her job and very positive.
I received a very professional/friendly visit at the Care Station. Would definitely recommend the Center that I visited.
For my experience they have good teamI get good care good attention I like them.
The words care and urgent dont match this place, my friend had a bad headache, there were four receptionists and it took them an hour to do the papers, then the person who checked him didnt even know how to measure his blood sugar, and the doctor didnt even know did absolutely nothing, we paid for nothing and still had to. run to another place.
Update: When a patient comes in from a car accident, and you KNOW that they need an xray. You have them wait more than an hour to tell them “sorry there is no xray tech in today” you need to seriously reevaluate your business practices. Never go here. There’s a reason all the reviews lately for this place have been one star. I had a pretty serious accident and had to wait over an hour just to be seen. I asked politely how long it would take and was told I should have made an appointment by the person at the front desk. I’m sorry, next time I’ll be sure to schedule my accidents far ahead of time. If you need URGENT care, go literally anywhere else.
This is one of the worst offices in every way!! The head Dr is the nastiest man you could ever encounter. They take your money and never follow up. I have tried calling them numerous times about my abnormal bloodwork and nobody calls you back!!The office is old and dirty and just so miserable.Trust me there is so many nice new places to go where the Drs won’t treat you poorly!!Many brand new places down the street is where my entire family and friends will go now!! Their loss….
Amazing Staff!Dr. Siani was just ugh so amazing and gracious🫶🏾😭🩷❤️
Lourdes is a very nice and pleasant person very helpful she needs a raise lol
Why would you make an appointment for this please if they never see you in your appointment time.
Before I went to Care Station Medical Group in Springfield NJ I called to find out if I could get a X- Ray on my right foot because a heavy table fell on it their answer was yes. When I arrived there they told me they did not have anyone to do the x-ray and they asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for the next day to get it done and my answer was yes. The next day I went to my appointment and I was called in to be checked by a PA Natalie Hall and she informed me that they did not have anyone to do an x-ray at that time and if I wanted to come back in two hours so I can get it done. I came back in two hours to find out that they did not have an available x-ray for that day. It seems to me they are not open to care for sick people and they only care about the money. The worse part is that they made me go through the hustle in the state that I was in, knowing that they did not have an x-ray available. People like this should not be in this type of business caring for sick people. What a discerning profession. If I could give zero stars I would have done it.
The best Care Station ever. I get my complete care there.
First place to force me to write down I don’t have insurance when I do. They said physicals are out of pocket. How are they going to send the blood work through my insurance if they are forcing me to say I don’t have it?I get maybe putting an extra fee, or extra copay, or something. But flat out making me lie, even though my insurance is definitely 100% accepted there before is crazy.I turned around and went somewhere else.
All of the staff were very personable, attentive to my needs and knew what they were doing.
Lourdes very good service, excellent 👏, Mansour great doctor.
Lourdes was excellent and patient with me and my son.
I cant speak highly enough of Care Station and Doctor Ajakaye. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Doctor Ajakaye was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Thanks you so much Dr. Ajakaye for all that you do, made God protection be with you!!! 🙏 ❤️
Lourdes drew my blood and she made me feel comfortable. Thank you!
Dr. Ajakaye, a remarkable member of the Care Station Group, embodies excellence. With her empathetic listening skills and unwavering professionalism, she instills confidence in patients. Her meticulous attention to medical details, combined with her reassuring words, reassures individuals and inspires trust in her clinical judgment. The experience with Dr. Ajakaye is truly remarkable, leaving a lasting impression on patients, including myself. I eagerly anticipate future visits, knowing that I will receive exceptional care from such a competent and compassionate healthcare professional.
One thing that I’m very disappointed is that if you miss an appointment they don’t waste time to charge you $50.00 for no show. You show up early for an appointment and after waiting to be called they tell you, your doctor had an emergency and you have to reschedule and they don’t pay you for your wasted time there.
Lourdes is the best ! Feel very good on her service .
The 3 people that took care of me with the test they was wonderful and I couldn’t ask for more. I will give 5 star for to them. They was very friendly and made the time go smooth. Only thing I dislike was the girl at the front desk to check in she does not make eye contact or greet you and also she was vaping at the check in area (office in Springfield)
I have been using care station for 25 plus years. Dr Parman has been an excellent physician to me and has put together an excellent team and business. Thanks for taking good care of me. Best regards Thomas
Stanley really made me comfortable and was a pleasure to meet
Lourdes was very helpful and very caring.. made my visit pleasent and enjoyable
They told me 1 hour 1/2 wait at 10:30. I told them i will wait outside and they promised to call me. They call me 130pm and I walk back in and they told me they called me a longtime ago and I show them my call history. They tell me I have to wait another hour. Ridiculous. They need to set up better expectations and not lie
Honestly such a bad experience. The so called doctors don’t even know how to give an exam or what they are even talking about. They want “X-rays” to charge more money to patients. I had a prescription that was never sent to my pharmacy and it’s been a week. I called 4-5 times and no one gets back to me. A waste of my time! And I’m still in pain to say the least
Loved kary! We need more medical professionals like her !!!
I have been going to care station for nearly ten years at each of their locations. The staff is friendly. Appointments are easy to make and they take walk-ins. My last time they saw me right away but one star removed because Ive had to wait an hour beyond my appointment times to see a doctor in the past. If a doctors office is any more than 20 min behind, they should call and let you know. Otherwise, its great as they have specialists come certain days of the week. Its very full service... Update... Same great staff but wait times even with an appointment are long. Dont expect to be in and out in under an hour. Closer to 2. But I very much appreciate being able to come in without an appointment and the numerous amount of specialists they have.
Dr. Lau had no bedside manner at all. He was not very compassionate, knowledgeable about my questions and did not listen to hear the questions I had at the time. The front desk staff and assistance who took my daughters temp etc were very nice. This appointment was for my daughter who is 10. There should be some type of training on how to deal with children and adults as a professional not just a doctor. Bedside manner/good service is still important in all settings.
Went in for annual tests...my appointment was at 8am (opening time)...the first three tests were done in routine manner and the staff was very nice...I was then placed in a back office waiting room for more than 30 minutes. Never received word on why my last test was so delayed. After more than two full hours I had to leave and get back to work. This is not the first time this has happened. Bottom line. the people are really nice...but managing the patient flow leaves something to be desired.
The service that I received at the Care Station in Springfield was phenomenal, from the Front Desk, MA, X-Ray and my All-time best Sports Medicine Doctor, Dr. Singh!!! Excellent experience and quick service. Here are the names of those who made my visit so productive and enjoyable: Rose (Front Desk), MA: Abby, X-Ray and Ultrasound: Bridget and the doctor who fixed my broken knee: Dr. Singh!!!!!I have a few more visits (knee injections) and I am confident that the subsequent visits will be just as enjoyable!!
Lourdes did my bloodwork and she was amazing!!!!
I use the Care Station as my primary care physician and do my yearly physical and stress test there. My experiences there over the past 10+ years have been extremely positive and I recommend the Care Station.Dr Mansour is a pleasure to speak with and truly makes me feel like he cares for my health and is isn’t just trying to push me out.I highly recommend him and his excellent service!
Super slow. It’s literally the worst wait I’ve ever experienced. Appointment or not, makes no difference. Came early? Doesn’t matter. Check in and wait hours…. For a damn physical!
