Went in yesterday, front desk lady was amazing. doctor was ok, i felt like she couldve listened more instead of making me feel like she was rushing me. The lady that took my vitals however made this a terrible experience for me. When using the blood pressure cuff i commented on how it was very strong and made a face of pain which she seemed to dismiss. The cuff turned my arm and fingers purple, made my arm tingle, and the next morning (today) i noticed purple spots on my arm from what looks like popped blood vessels. I understand it was a machine doing it, but she was so rude the whole time with her i dont care attitude. Even her tone was offsetting, as if she were annoyed that I was there. Ive never had a bad experience with Mercy, but I will not be coming back to this one.
I had fallen and hit my face & head on bedside table very hard. Went to urgent care to make sure nothing fractured. I was seen by a NP as per usual. She did not ask any questions to determine if I had a concussion. I had a bleeding cut on my face and nothing was done to clean or dress. They didn’t even weigh me until I asked. The did nothing but refer me to Ambulatory Care. The visit took less than 5 min. The appointment at AC was 7 hours later that day. It was a total waste of time and money as my insurance covers very little for UC. I would not recommend Mercy Go Care to my worst enemy.
Although I expected to wait a while... which I did... The NP was extraordinary in the time spent on ME. Which I truly appreciated! My care was second to NONE! I highly recommend Mercy Urgent Care because of this visit. And I can tell you I was really ill!
The people at the emergency care clinic on Republic were awesome. I didnt have to wait long, they were friendly and very helpful, and the medical care was perfect. Will definitely be back here, when I need it!
Terrible experience at this urgent care. Took my elderly mother here on June 3, 2024. She was very weak and confused due to a UTI infection. She needed to get a urine sample to diagnose. Staff left us on our own to get it. We placed the container incorrectly and the sample was lost. Unable to obtain another. Sent home to collect delaying treatment. The nurse practitioner was professional and kind. Other staff were brusque and cold both on June 3 and the next day when I brought the sample back. I very seldom complain. We have received good service from other mercy urgent care locations in the past. Will not use this location again.
I greatly appreciate the professionalism shown to me by the medical staff at the Emergency Room. I was treated with total respect and the nurses were very attentative to my health concerns. Keep up the good work!
I was able to walk in and see a health care provider within 10 minutes. They were personable, kind, and listened to my concerns about my son’s injury. Very thankful for his location.
I made a save your spot and it was helpful. Front desk gal really worked to help me since I forgot my insurance cards. I did sit in a room for an hour but when I inquired how much longer someone came in within 5 minutes. Quick read of xray. Xray tech personable. NP was great too. Reading xray didn’t take too long. My second visit here and I will be back
Terrible customer service and inadequate medical care. Anytime I come here they refuse to see me and claim I need to go to a hospital ER instead when that isn’t an option financially. The receptionist was very rude to me and the lady next to me. I’ve reported to Mercy corporate and they’ve apologized and recommended we go to a different location instead.
The woman at the front desk on 4/22/24 with maroon-red hair and glasses was extremely rude to the person I was with who was needing to be seen. Unfortunately did not catch her name. And was rude as well to 2 other patients that I saw come in. She was demanding an ID and insurance card when we’ve been seen before without them, ended up getting a picture of them for her but she slammed the phone on her desk, didn’t listen to symptoms at all, then told us to sit down. She was not friendly, welcoming, or understanding. I work her same position in another clinic and that is not good customer service. Then the next patient that came in was just trying to ask questions and she was blowing her off and told her it was a 4 hour wait, (they weren’t even open for that much longer)and she didn’t tell us that the wait would be 4 hours. Then an elderly man comes in, and he’s just asking if he can get in earlier because he’s in pain and she was snippy at him to just wait till his appointment time that was later. Needless to say i understand that there can be a wait in urgent care but it wasn’t busy in the waiting room and nobody was rude to her to warrant the attitude she had nor should she have had one anyway because she is working in healthcare and you should be considerate to the patients. I’ve been seen at this location on republic road before and never had a wait or someone being rude, we went to the battlefield location and they were great
The staff at this Mercy UC were very kind and compassionate. I have now had to go twice unfortunately, but both experiences were good.I removed two stars because after making my co-payments, one at each visit, I have now been double charged for each visit. My MyMercy account says I was refunded for one co-pay, but that money never made it back to me. Everything with the account is a mess. My wife had to spend several hours on the phone trying to get it all sorted out and it took several phone calls, being transferred several times, being told everything with the account was correct, and trying to work around language barriers as the UC GoHealth Billing team is different than the main Mercy billing team and is clearly not located in the US. After all of that, so far nothing has been fixed on our end. We have been told they are working on it and it should be done in a few days. I just checked my bank account again and now they have removed an additional payment that we never authorized. So now we are having money taken directly out of our account that we never authorized, even though we have already overpaid and now they owe us money...Take aways: The medical staff is great, but hope that you dont have any issues with billing because now we feel stuck and apparently they can take money out of our account without our authorization!
I visited this urgent care on Sunday 3/24 around 4pm. Walked in without appointment, the nurse who checked me in, told me that could be an hour wait unless those online appointment no show, I asked what about the other urgent care in Springfield, she answered me they’re packed too. A few min later while she’s taking my information, I heard another nurse with another patient next to me, the nurse told the patient there’s a open spot in battlefield road location, they can go there. I looked straight at my nurse hoping she can give me some explanation, but she continue typing as if she didn’t heard that. That’s okay, I was in a severe pain and glad that at least this place would take me, even if I needed to wait one hour. What made this experience worse is when she’s done taking my vital and asked me where my pain located, I told her and also pointed at my right side lower waist, she asked me if it’s kidney, I answered I don’t know, she then walked next to me and punched that spot I was pointing, I didn’t exaggerate, I screamed right away, and she said”yes kidney”. I even told the doctor who came in later to tell me the results, I told him the nurse punched me at the pain area, but I was in a huge pain I didn’t have anymore energy to try to find out if that’s appropriate.Later when I went to ER, the doctor there only slightly tapped my pain area to see if it’s kidney stone, that’s when I realized, what the nurse did earlier is wrong. From the conversation I think she could be a travel nurse, she said she’s not from here.Overall, I am still thankful they’re open on Sunday, and the doctor did give me some really good advises, but the nurse, I hope you just had a bad day or something, please don’t bring this attitude to your work and even show it to patients. We are there seeking for help.
The online appointment app was not working properly so I had to be a walk-in. My wait was one hr. in the lobby & 30 min. in the examination room. The visit with the doctor was very thorough & personal.
Came in at 12:07pm. I was told the wait should be 1-1.5 hours without an appointment. Took them 3 hours to get me a room, and then an additional hour waiting in the room to see a doctor!!! Why do they say these underestimates? If I knew how long the wait would be, I would have not checked in!?!?!?
After arriving at the center I found a sign stating TEMPORARY CLOSED. It would have been nice to have this info posted ON THE SITE. Also it would be nice if a facility was for CHILDREN this would be noted. I wasted 45 minutes trying to find medical treatment!!
Everyone at Mercy Urgent Care was very friendly. NP J.Buckley was awesome in every way, she explained in detail and answered all my questions. I had a great visit and Im feeling so much better!
My husband went in for jaw pain. He was told he probably had TMJ, but the doctor would not explain what that is. When asked, he told my husband to Google it. He has been in so much pain he can hardly chew/eat, and hes a type 1 diabetic, so being able to eat is rather important. He was given nothing for the pain, no information about the condition, and no advice on how to take care of it. Absolutely horrible care.
The doctors and all medical personal were helpful and kind. Each person was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. However, I didn’t like the check in system. I didn’t know you had to get your “place” online before coming. Therefore, when I walked in to be seen, I was told I couldn’t be seen until several hours later. Therefore I had to go back home, wait , and then come back. For someone who lives out of town, that was a big waste of time and money (not to mention gasoline for the car). I wish I would have known that before coming.
The front desk receptionist is so rude. She also told me I couldn’t be seen until after they were to close, even though I “saved a spot” online. It seemed like she just didn’t want to do her job because she never even asked if I had booked online. Just immediately told me I couldn’t be seen.
Russell, the nurse practioner; was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. My visit was quick and the medication dealt with my illness immediately.
I really love Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care. The people there are very professional. They will even go the extra mile to call my specialist to discuss use of medication. I am very glad that they are always here to help. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs it.
I only caught Lyndsey’s name, but her, the gal that checked us in and the dr were all so very nice and helpful. Thank you all for being so great! We really appreciate you all!
Always helpful. Please aware that walk in means that you walk in and wait until someone either no-shows or they get ahead of schedule, so it is best to book ahead either online or via phone.Heather at the front desk was kind and helped multiple people who were upset that the walk-in time was a little longer that day. She helped them search the other nearby urgent cares to get an appointment same day so they could get the help they needed.
I was able to get an appointment within a couple of hours. I did not have to wait long when I got there. Everyone was very courteous and kind!
I had to leave before they called the cops on me, very uncordial especially Chrissy the front desk employee, I showed up and tried to check in and she got irritated and said they were closing early and I would not be seen. Inaccurate information they are not a walk in clinic and you have to make an appointment for the next day even though it says they except walk ins, I believe the title reads Mercy Gohealth Urgent Care walk in clinics even then like my case you might be out of luck as I made an appointment 24 hours before and was still refused medical treatment, I got the impression they just didnt want to see any other patients before closing and kicked me out of their office this was 3 hours before they were due to close at 5pm. I got the supervisors name and number and informed her what went on and she was shocked and couldnt believe the staff did that. If they spent as much time training their staff as apologizing below these reviews here they might have decent medical care.
I give their doctor (Jeani) 5 stars but everything else sucks. My sons appt was at 4:30 it is now past 5:30 and we are still waiting to be seen. No one told me there would be a long wait and it wasnt until almost an hour past our appointment that we were even addressed after check in to let us know we would be seen.
Made appointment on line, it was very easy to do. People were very friendly and appointments were on time. All concerns were addressed and listened to, so glad I went!
Everyone was pleasant and efficient. Didnt waste any time but were informative and listened closely to what I said. Couldnt have had better care.
I had an appointment scheduled for today (12/23) at 3:45. I received multiple text reminders of my appointment today and then a “we are almost ready for you” message. I show up at 3:30 and there is a note on the door stating that because of staffing problems they had to close at 2. I would have really appreciated a call or text saying this so I didn’t drive all the way to my appointment to see this note. Now all the other clinics are booked up until Christmas Day which doesn’t help because I wanted to see a doctor before being around family on Christmas. I do not appreciated the unprofessional way this was taken care of.
Been here at least 5 times since it opened. Even when we make appointments we have to wait FOREVER! Currently at 1 1/2 hours of waiting when there was ONE patient in the rooms. I’m not sure what the deal is with this location but everyone is really short with their responses and quite rude in general. Completely misdiagnosed my son on another occasion, told him he had testicular contortion (or something like that) when he had an appendicitis. When my husband brought him home he was so ill we took him to the ER immediately where he had his appendix removed.Even though it’s really close and convenient I will gladly drive further to other locations, I recommend you do the same.
I was in town for a family emergency when I became sick myself. They were extremally fast & efficient & helpful with directions to the closest pharmacy.
Derek was very respectful of my struggle with asthma, listened carefully, and offered a conservative intervention. I am somewhat improved, and I appreciate his help.
3rd time visiting this location of Mercy-GoHealth. Lots better than trying to visit ER for service. Staff was professional and friendly all times. Thanks to all..
I showed up right when they opened after making an appointment for the afternoon on a Sunday. They were able to get me in right away. I was back in a exam room being treated within 15 minutes. I had a prescription and was out the door in less than an hour. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took my insurance and were conveniently located for me. I would definitely go back again if I needed urgent care.
Doctor and nurse were very kind and helpful! Made my 8yr old very comfortable.
They took me immediately because my finger was bleeding badly. They got it stopped, glued it and told me how to take care of it.
At this time I give a 4 star. Because I was taken care of very well. The question is did I get the right medicine for my problem that has been going on for 4 years. The NP who took care of me showed very concerned why my health issues have not were not taken care of . My neurologist NP and even the Neurologist of Mercy has been no help. I have been pushed around for 4 years! Mercy you have no Mercy towards people.
The scheduled visit was on time, care was well explained and treatment was easy to understand! Thanks!
Very rude staff and doctors. If i could give less than one star i would. The SW Springfield location. They refused to see us after traveling far to go there for a sickness. We were there a hour before closing with no one in the waiting room , but the front desk staff , nurses and doctor only cared about them leaving to go home rather than helping a sick patient. Mercy Go Health is worthless and they do not care about their patients Do not go here. They are not worth your time or money.
This was my first experience with this Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care location. My initial impression changed once I was able to be seen this past Saturday. I had walked in the day before, only to be told they were completely booked every 15 minutes up to closing time, (it was 10 am). I was told that I could make an appointment for the following day with the earliest available being 10:30. I really needed to be checked out, so I took the appointment. I returned the next day and was quickly registered and checked in. Within minutes I was in an exam room. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous. They all were genuinely concerned about my health and helping me feel better. My past experience at an urgent care was show up, sign in, and wait in a lobby full of sick people, hoping your out of there in less than 2 hours. Although I had to suffer through my symptoms for another day and night, I found this process favorable and more efficient over the past. What used to be an unpredictable amount of time to be seen has become a more streamlined approach to health care.
Good people. No one in the lobby or being seen. Still took 30min to be seen. Otherwise, great results.
Fast and easy to get appointment. No waiting at all. The NP taking care of me explained everything and was very thorough.
Everyone was polite and helpful. They promptly and carefully exrayed my broken wrist & explained the situation. They comforted my hand, wrist and arm with a nice wrap and sling. Then further They provided me with an appt with a wonderful PA at the orthopedic hospital clinic. Much appreciated all of their care and guidance Thank you to all of my Care Team at Mercy-Go-Health Urgent Care.
NP was rude, wouldnt follow a Drs. Standing order for antibiotic shot to a patient with1 kidney and disease. Because this happened the infection lasted much longer then it had too. The NP was more concerned about getting out on time since I was the last patient of the night. I will never come back here ever again.
AMAZING care, I went in needing stitches on my fingers, 15 minutes before closing time. EVERYONE made me feel so comfortable and in a nasty situation made laugh the entire time. THANK YOU to the entire staff for loving what they do 🥰😍
Horrible front desk customer service. The older lady with glasses is rude and disrespectful. I brought my 4 year old in because she has an ear infection and fever . I asked her how come 3 people who came after us went back before my daughter. She said EXTREMELY RUDELYbecause she was a walk in if you wanted her to be seen faster you should have made an appointment.
The NP took over an hour just to see me and when she did she was very disrespectful to me and did nothing to help with my injury
I had to go in for a cut on my hand and I did a walk-in. The wait time wasnt too long. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I saw Dr. Derek Williams and he was fantastic! He helped me clean and re-bandage my cut and its healing up great now even though I thought maybe it would need stitches. Highly recommend
Mercy GoHealth Urgent Care is an excellent place if you need to be seen quickly. Its easy to check in and very little to no wait time to be seen. And everyone there is very friendly and sweet
The staff there were very rude. I have gone there before with the same insurance with no card and they used the SSN and now they wont use it all and were being total jerks. All she had to do was look it up with the SSN I got there about 9am and there was already a 5.5 hour wait. Ridiculous.
Went there after looking up closest urgent care. Get there all the signs say you open at 9 on Saturday and Sunday. But on this Sunday you are not open even though everything says you are. If you cant be open change things on the website or something so people dont waste there time.
Dr. And Staff are great. Seen promptly. Clean and efficient.
I was visiting town whenever I got sick and had to go. From the time I called to make an appointment the lady was so nice and answered all my questions. The online system is amazing. Upon arrival I was amazed how clean the office was and I was very welcomed. The lady at the front desk knew I was having a hard time hearing and helped me feel comfortable. The nurse and doctor were wonderful and genuinely cared about getting me to feel better. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Very impressed. Best doctor experience EVER.
I have a puncture wound that became infected. Not realizing how serious it could ultimately be I just “doctored” it myself by washing it followed by a splash of hydrogen peroxide and isopropyl alcohol. Bad idea.[OK my cat bit me when we were playing with a string and he sunk his eye tooth deep into my forearm]Three days of my taking care of it resulted in a nasty, ugly, stinky thing. At my husband’s urging I went to the Mercy Urgent Care in the Mager Center at the corner of Republic Rdand Cox Rd.The ladies at the front desk who greeted me were so sweet and helpful. I got checked in right away thanks to Brooklyn and Robin whocould not have been more efficient. Soon I was called back to an exam room. Right away a doctor who introduced himself as Derek, came into examine my wound. He did what a great doctor would do. As he took care of my arm he education me as to how serious it could have been and what to clean a puncture with (definitely not hydrogen peroxide nor isopropyl alcohol). After getting a tetanus shot I went home with everything I needed for the next few days to properly clean, disinfect, and dress my arm, plus a prescription for an antibiotic.I’ve had some terrible experiences in my past visits to urgent care. Thanks to the kind and efficient help from BROOKLYN, ROBIN, andDR. DEREK I feel confident that this painful, nasty cat bite will heal in due time and all will be well.PS I failed to mention that I’m not your average patient in that my immune system is compromised as a result from a kidney transplant and so a wound such as this left untreated could be very serious even deadly.
My son had an appointment online today (5/29 @12:46pm) a walk in was taking in before him….she was not in any immediate danger and the wound she had was stabilized. They proceed to take her ahead of a crying child who had an appointment BEFORE her. But once we got to the back the nurse was very nice and patient with him. The NP was very thorough in her exam. Made up for the bad front desk experience
My father was in so much pain he was trembling, in tears and screaming. The staff was not friendly at all and actually made a couple rude comments that didn’t sit well. We went through the entire check in process (about 30 min) and got back to a room where we were immediately told by the nurse practitioner that they couldn’t do anything for pain there. We went to the urgent care because it was the closest place and we thought we would get the quickest treatment there. They did get us right in but we were also the only ones there. I understand they have a process they are required to follow but I was disappointed in the communication and customer service.
Just what everyone else says - your appointment will mean nothing and you will wait hours to be seen. All we need is a strep test and we’ve been waiting for over an hour after our appointment time.
This is the place to go if you have an urgent need for medical care. I was in and out in 45 minutes and they handled the problem without having to go to Emergency. Call and reserve your time for faster service. You will be happy with the experience.
My son came to the Republic Road Mercy for a possible broken ankle. I met him and his girlfriend there. As soon as I walked in the door the receptionist or nurse, whatever asked to help me. I told her I was with my son and she said VERY rudely that when he was sent back that only one person was allowed with him and the rest would have to exit the waiting room and wait in the car. I understand the rules, that’s not a problem. What I DO have a problem with is the way it’s communicated to me . You don’t have to be rude. There are other ways to communicate the rules. I work in customer service and you can be nice to people. Very frustrating….it’s not ok to be rude. I don’t care what profession you are in!
First time at Mercy Urgent Care. I selected my time slot online and filled out the information online as well. When I arrived, I literally pushed one button to check in. I was taken back on time. The rooms/office was very clean and modern. The nurses and medical assistants were very nice. My PA, Amy Grover did an excellent job with my care. She went above and beyond my expectations today as did the Medical assistants. I would give these ladies a 10 if I could! Mercy is lucky to have such a knowledgeable team that makes happy healthy patients!
The staff were friendly, I was quick to be seen, and I was diagnosed and headed to pick up my antibiotics all within 30 minutes.
The staff at this location are very good. They are always accommodating and do a comprehensive job. With two active sons, we have been frequent visitors. Schedule online and you will be in and out in decent time.
I made an appointment online 2:00 be there at 1:45. They told me up front at the desk that the nurse practitioner was doing the procedure and it takes about 30 minutes, I said oh okay. So I waited for about maybe hour and a half finally got into one of the rooms the nurse practitioner came in treated me and took time with me to explain my diagnosis while I was waiting the nurse practitioner knew she was running behind but she still took the time to explain what to do how to take the medication, if the patient had questions for her she took out the time to answer them in detail, the staff up front was amazing kind and considerate.
Listened nice and prompt. Didnt do anything extra just listening to me added their side and got me back home to recover. Its been 2 days and Im not 100 but feel like Im finally on the right track.
Horrible private company. Had an appointment on 12/10/22 at 9:15am. My copay for urgent care is $50. They took my vitals, told me theres nothing they could do and to go to the ER. Called to dispute the copay because I received ZERO care. Billing dept agreed that theyre in the business of scamming individuals. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
This was our first time going to an Urgent Care in Missouri since we moved here a month ago. I was BLOWN away with how Fantastic it went! Our nurse/attendant Timothy R. was beyond superb! He was nice, caring and made Ruger (my son) feel comfortable and relaxed. He is probably the best nurse we have ever met as far as personality and professionalism. The doctor was Also Fantastic! I tried to find her name on the discharge paper, but couldn’t. But she was very knowledgeable and I appreciated all of her caring and time. I will be back to this facility and hope I can get the same workers :)Thanks!!
Everyone from the moment I got there was so kind, one lady even held my son while I got weighed since he was sleeping. They genuinely cared about me and never made me feel like they were rushing me out the door which is how I feel at most urgent cares. When we were leaving the young lady at the front even opened the door for me because I was holding a sleeping toddler. The nurse who saw me was very kind and the wait was not long at all. Would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for one.
Dr Will was phenomenal. Not only did he curb my migraine pain and nausea, but he was extremely compassionate. He even called my husband to check on me later in the day! The nurse was caring and compassionate as well and called several days later to check in again. Excellent medical care, compassion, and kindness from all staff was greatly appreciated! I would HIGHLY recommend this place!
The staff was great, very cheerful and happy. The Nurse Practitioner explained everything and listened intently to the answers to her questions. I would definitely go back there if I needed to. Urgent Cares have a tough job dealing with patients when they are not feeling well. We need to appreciate our frontline healthcare workers and first responders
I haven’t been this disappointed in an urgent care in a long time.I visited this location on October 14th for a nasty ear infection. I had already been dealing with it for a week so I knew it was time for medical intervention. I went and received antibiotics, both drops and oral. Two days later and the infection is worse, to the point my face on that side hurt to be touched let alone my ear. I called the number provided from my previous visit and was instructed to come back in. I was told because it was a follow up visit it wouldn’t cost as much as the first visit. I ended up having to wait for several hours - it is an urgent care so ok. Once I was seen I was treated by a very rude NP who told me I was using the drops incorrectly (I had been following the instructions on the bottle) and she changed how I should be doing that and said she would call in a refill. After several days I finally received the refill (she, without telling me, changed the type of drops she sent in and the new drops cost $200 when the first ones cost $18 and that’s both with insurance). I then received my bill which had two separate visits listed and the same charge for each. After speaking with someone in billing, they made enough of a difference in writing to make it not related. While I understand that I should have had a primary care doctor, I shouldn’t have been treated this way. I would avoid this location - and really all of the locations since the staff rotate for awhile. This was not the way anyone deserves to be treated.
I had a great experience. Fast service. The doctor and her assistant were gentle and kind.I do feel like people confuse Urgent care facilities with ERs and that sucks for both the doctors and the patients. Urgent care facilities dont have all the equipment the hospital staff has, so they are limited on what did they can treat. For instance, you shouldnt go to Urgent Care if you think youre having a heart attack. They dont have the equipment to treat that, it requires an ER visit and they would rightfully send you to the ER.I will say this... I once felt terribly sick (pre-covid), so I went to one of Mercys Urgent Care Clinics. I thought I would probably get an antibiotic or something and be sent home. After they ran a few tests showing it was worse then I suspected. They ended up calling me an ambulance. It turned out to be a severe case of pneumonia. I spent a week in the hospital.
This place is unbelievable. I read multiple reviews saying that they close abruptly but I ignore them at my own expense. I have to get a covid negative test to fly tomorrow and I had an appointment set up 2 days ago. Instead of calling me and helping me get into another clinic they abruptly closed and sent me a text message. You CAN NOT treat people like this. I am now waiting at another clinic for up to 3 hours and I may not even get in. If this was a one-time deal then okay but there are multiple reviews stating that they do this to people all the time. I am beyond frustrated with mercy gohealth and will never use these people again I recommend you stay away from them also. Save yourself from having my experience. I would give them negative Stars if possible.
Wait time was ridiculous and treatment suggested was just as ridiculous. Appointment was at 9:45 the facility opens at 9 so at 10:45 I go out of the room to ask how much longer. I was told there was 1 person still in front of us. When NP finally comes in room and spends her 5 minutes with us . We left with zero answers. Was told lungs so clear when 6 day earlier had pneumonia in both lungs one in lower and mid other just lower. There is no way his lungs sounds were clear. This place such a joke I will never go there again and definitely would not suggest it to others. We questioned a kidney stone because of low back pain and a simple urinalysis was not even offered. To bad I have to even offer 1 star!!
The practicing physician was very patient with all my concerns concerning my daughter’s illness. She listened attentively and put my mind at ease. I did not feel rushed to finish our appointment. I was very pleased with her caring manner, timely response and overall knowledge.
Had an appointment for 3:00pm, arrived at 2:46 and was told we were an hour early, appointment changed to 3:46. Went about other errands and arrived back at 3:30 to find they didn’t have an appointment for us anymore- put us back in to be seen. Hour later walk ins came and were seen before us. When asked if we were next person looked confused and said they are behind which I reminded her we were here for original time and turned away. Computer system must be not great, highly recommend if arriving too early just sign in so you will be seen on time
The staff here is absolutely wonderful. I checked in online so I wouldnt have to wait forever if I were to just walk in. They were friendly for the start and while I was in pain getting examined. They know that youre not at your best and want to know how they can help. I had a nurse practitioner that examined me and she had another individual with her. Ends up they have med students there to learn about different things. I had a large scratch on my cornea and she showed him using a black light and some dye. He was very intrigued by it. Needless to say if you have to go to urgent care Id recommend this place!
Great experience with the staff and Amanda, PA. My daughter was seen here over the weekend and they were so good with her and took the time to answer all my questions. I also had to be seen and they were quick but also took the time to really assess me and answer questions! It is nice to have an urgent care that is quick and easy when you cant get in to see your doctor!
I had 3 unexpected incidents/Illnesses this summer that required treatment. My first experience I was so impressed with how fast I was seen, the professionalism of the staff, and how quickly I was able to get treated. When you can’t get into your primary care physician on short notice, this is the place to go. Lisa, Gabby, Cindy, and Brenda are phenomenal and treated me like family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my care!
The staff are professional and the office is always clean. I feel welcome when I enter, even if I dont have an appointment. The staff is helpful in finding answers and giving medical advice.
Gave it a 1 only to be able to leave a review, Brenda, the blonde at the front desk is rude, and sadly she is your first impression of the clinic, we registered online and scheduled for 5:30, we arrived at 5 and waited and waited! People that came in after us, that were registered for later than us were called back sooner, we were finally called back at 6:30 and waited 15 more minutes for the PA, she was nice, efficient, and to the point, she got us out by 7, she did great, however we asked for a school note and told it would be printed up front on the way out, we waited another 10 minutes before finally leaving without the note it still was not printed, the front reception lady and the process was less than satisfiable and I will only use this location again as an absolute last resort.
Went for a rapid COVID test. The receptionist was cold and unwelcoming and seemed like she didnt want to be bothered. The NP was very nice and gave great care. Later, I realized the receptionist double charged me for the COVID test ($150 instead of $75). They dont refund back to your credit card. You have to wait for a check in 20-25 business days. I have waited almost 3 months from the time of the refund request and no check. Billing department says its coming but they lie. I wont return to GoHealth unless its the last place for healthcare and Im dying. If you do go, please check your bill and credit card statement carefully.
Currently sitting at this location. My son is in a room waiting to be seen ALL the staff is in the back laughing and joking. The woman who checked us in looks dead or on Meth.
I really liked the choice of appointment times. The check in process was prompt and the entire staff courteous. I was in an exam room, seen by a caring physician and on my way to the pharmacy in 30 minutes. Thank you Mercy for this Urgent Care!
Thanks for the great service before my trip to Hawaii. Your understanding of the rules for entry made me feel more at ease and made the 8 hour round trip to get my Rapid Covid Test worth it! All of the staff were friendly and accomodating!Only suggestion...move into the Kansas City Market. These clinics would be so well received here!
I was able to make an appointment about 20 minutes before I got there. A very nice lady on the phone guided me to where it was located. I didnt have to wait long, they were very kind, and I got treated quickly. I was probably out of there in 15 minutes. And on our flight down to Florida, I didnt have any ear or sinus pain for which I am very grateful
Waited 2 full days for an appointment, the received a text that it had been pushed back another 45 minutes. Waited an additional 25 minutes once I did get there. The receptionist was disinterested in what I had to say and abrupt in her responses. While waiting, there were a lot of side conversations going on amongst staff rather than getting patients seen and out the door. The initial nurse I saw said they were only going to test for Covid, since that’s likely what I had. However, the main nurse who saw me was very kind and listened. She’s the only reason there are any stars at all. She tested for strep, too. It came back negative and she told me that I’d likely know about the Covid test the following morning. I was sent on my way. My appointment was on Monday. It’s now Thursday and I have still not heard the results of my test. They are not on my MyMercy. I’ve emailed and called. One gentleman was very kind when I called, but couldn’t help me. The other lady was very condescending. This is been one of the most ridiculous medical experiences of my life. I won’t be returning to this establishment and I’m ashamed that Mercy would be so sloppy and uncaring toward their patients as to let this sort of thing take place.
Loved the vibe and atmosphere, and the staff were very comforting and welcoming! Especially the manager. Very professional, curteous, and compassionate staff. I was also in and out within an hour which was awesome, unlike most Urgent Cares that make you wait for hours to even be seen. Would highly recommend!
I injured two of my fingers, slicing the tops of them and fracturing the fingertips. The facility is only about 5 mins away. I was put in a room immediately and my hand was numb and I was out of pain within 10 minutes. The provider had 1 or 2 other patients that were there before me but when she was notified of my injury she came to make me comfortable and then went back and finished up with the others. I was extremely grateful. All in all I was out of there in about 45 minutes. All 3 ladies were wonderful. It was Daisy, Josephine and unfortunately I have blanked on the providers name. This was my 2nd visit. The first one took a bit longer but I dismissed that because it had just opened. Very happy with the care and based on my propensity for accidents, I’m sure I’ll use it again.
I am always treated well and have any and all questions addressed.
The PA we had was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and very helpful.
They are the worst EVER!!! After signing in with my 10 yr old sat down to wait an hour only to be told we had to wait in the car in 100 degree weather. Someone else came in after us. They were allowed to stay. They had 10 different empty rooms we could have waited instead of in the heat for an hour. They need to get their mess together. So unprofessional.
They were so kind and helpful. No wait at all.
Got me in, in a timely matter. Staff was great.
Made my appointment online, was seen within a short time period after my arrival. Seen by PA J Ellis, very professional, concerned for my condition. He recommended a course of treatment that has proven effective. Will return to this facility if needed
Lady at desk was rude. My son wanted hand sanitizer and went to desk where it was to get it. She told us to get away from the desk as she is talking to someone else about private information. It was the way she said it. There is a nice way to ask people things and a rude way. Not mercy quality or normal respect that I expect. She could have said excuse me maam I am talking about private matters could you back up a little please. Please goes a long way. Anyways be nice reception lady please!
Why have a walk in clinic when you can’t take peopleI get they’re busy but no one is more stressed than someone with a sick childJust be nice
I visited the W Republic Rd Urgent Care for sore, swollen throat and congestion. I was having ZERO ear pain at the time of the appointment and the note in my chart reported “tympanic membrane and ear canal normal”. When nurse practitioner J Buckley looked in my left ear she jabbed the scope in too far causing pain. I believe she knew she hit my eardrum, because she barely stuck the scope in when she looked in my right ear. Shortly after, my eardrum burst. I had to make another appointment and I now have a ruptured eardrum, ear infection, and referral to ear, nose, and throat. Mercy should be responsible for the cost and time off of work this is causing me.
Will not go to any gohealth. I came in for a covid test. Told them I had tested positive on a home test. They sat me in the lobby with other people. I had made an appointment. When it was 20 minutes after my appointment, I asked and was told they are doing the best they can. I got my money back and left. This is the 2nd time at gourgent at 2 separate offices both bad experiences. Will not go back to any.
This morning I insisted my daughter be seen for a nasty GI bug - with all the symptoms. I am 4 hours away and she is a college student. She had to ask a friend to drive her. She reserved a place in line but was skipped over. After registering she was told she most likely had covid and had to go sit in her friends car though friend was just planning to drop off. She explained that she’s had covid and the symptoms were very different. She was essentially told that she didn’t know what she was talking about. The nurse that roomed her was “mean” - her words not mine. Covid test was negative. Flu was negative. Assessment was consistent with dehydration secondary to her stomach bug and not keeping anything down for a couple of days. She was texting me (I’m a very experienced RN) with her vitals and findings throughout her visit. She then called to say that she had been discharged with instructions to go home and eat and drink. I SENT HER BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT EAT OR DRINK! She is dizzy, weak, and very sick.. still. This should not warrant a trip to ED but what are we to do? I know your clinic was busy today but you dropped the ball on a simple rehydration. Come on folks. This is basic medicine.
One of the ladies was rude right off the bat. Even though we had an appointment we waited over an hour. The music was inappropriate and not calming. And it was way to cold. One of the receptionist slammed the phone down. And there was too much loud talking between the girls up front. What’s with this music?? It’s nice to have music at work but really. We are sick people here and do not appreciate this stupid music.
This. Place. They coded my visit incorrectly from 11/28/21. I came in for a strep test and they continue to code it as an non-emergent use of an emergency room. THIS IS AN URGENT CARE. I have been fighting them for 15 months. An absolute joke. I have in writing it was coded incorrectly but they REFUSE to fix it, after an insane amount of calls to my insurance and their billing department. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I walked in today at 4:39. The kid at the front desk asked what I needed. I replied I needed to be tested. He said we close at 5. I said ok. A lady Hillary from the back we have like 5 people in front of you. There wasn’t a sole in there. I asked her where are they? She responded “oh they are In their vehicles. I walked out and took photos there were four cars none of which were at this place and no one in any of the vehicles. They should just tell the truth, we close in 21 min and are too lazy to help you.
Laziest people I have ever been to. I have used this clinic 3 times, and they never want to do their job. You show up and they either tell you to go to the ER or call your own doctor. Disgusting excuse of an urgent care
I was excited to have this new option right in my neighborhood but not now, unless they improve their processes drastically. I have a splinter in my finger that has been there for about a week and a half that I have been unsuccessful in removing so I set up an appointment at this Mercy-GOHealth Urgent Care online and was pleased with how easy it seemed and all my information was collected up front. The appointment was for 1:08 PM. When I arrived at 1:04, there appeared to be two people in the office with no patients and they asked me to sign in at the kiosk near the door entrance. When I typed in my name, the computer said that there was currently no one signed up for an appointment. Then one of the workers said, Oh, I just took your name off because you didnt show up. I said, Im sorry, I signed up for 1:08 on the online system, what did I do wrong?. She then mumbled something and said dont worry about it then handed me to the other person who started signing me in. She then proceeded to ask me all the same questions I had already answered online. She then roomed me at about 1:10. I waited in the room until 1:35 then stuck my head out and what appeared to be a provider was at the main desk and turned her attention to me. I asked her, Will I be seen soon, Ive been waiting 25 minutes? She then said, Did you go somewhere? and I said, No, Ive just been in the room waiting. She came into the room and began looking at my chart. I said, What can I do different next time as the process here has been extremely frustrating? and she said, No one else has had a problem. Wrong answer. I decided at that point to leave and seriously doubt I will try them again for fear of wasting my time.
Staff was easily wonderful, especially when my anxiety was high. Jeanie really took to time to listen, address concerns, everyone made me feel comfortable! Check in was easy, Tim was sweet
Took my 2 year old with a 102.7 degree fever (getting worse) at 7:45pm and was refused to be seen because they closed in 15 minutes. Would it really have taken that long to check her vitals and give a plan of action? Instead we spent 5 hours in the ER.
Really disappointed in this location. I just brought my 2 year old there to get her ears looked at as she’s been crying that they hurt. We got there at 4:35pm and the girl at the front refused to allow us to be seen because they close at 5pm. What place turns away a toddler with ear pain when they clearly got there before they closed!? It would have taken someone just a few minutes or less to look at her and tell us if they are infected or not and get us a prescription. Apparently it’s more important to them to close right at 5pm on a Saturday night rather than show some compassion for a two year old who is clearly needing to be looked at. Won’t be coming here ever again.
Absolutely worst customer service. They sit around gossiping leaving the patients in the waiting room and the rooms empty. The women there are very rude! Horrible!
Scheduled a 2:19 pm appt - got text message at 2pm ready to be seen. I come and get here at 2:05pm now it is 3:40 and have not been seen yet. I go out to ask when r they coming and they said they had an emergency - really then go to ER. Nobody was in here waiting but 1 other person when I got here. They move slower then a turtle . I’ve been here before and have never had to wait this long. I finally have been seen Dr. Got great results and good medicine I hope to clear me up. Thank you
The employee at the front counter was rude and unknowledgeable. I went for a COVID test before a procedure I was having. It was not written by a physician. The employee said they cant do pre-proceedure testing, that its different from regular test. She wouldnt listen to me, she interrupted me and wouldnt let me talk. She was over the top rude. I called another Mercy Go Clinic on Sunshine and Campbell and got right in. They did the same testing the first one said they couldnt do and apologized over and over for the actions of the rude employee. They said they would report it to Mercy directly, though I told them it wasnt needed.
Today we went in because of an accident that needed stitches. The staff was very friendly. I asked if they took walk in as well. They do. Doc Buckley was amazing. Very caring. Thank you so much.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist especially is very kind. I have seen 2 different doctors here and they both listened and helped me. The nurses make you feel at ease. Wish this was my primary care office.
Brenda at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Every lady that was in there today excelled at their job. Very efficient and as a walk-in was seen in less than 30 mins. The place was very clean and the sweet conversation definitely made me feel like I was being treated with care! Thank you ladies!
I originally went to the Battlefield road location that had over a 2 hour wait and they informed me that the Republic road location only had a 15 minute wait. I went right over and they got me right in; this was after listening to the front office lady and a medical assistant complain that I was the second one they sent over. They debated on calling that location to tell them not to send over anymore patients but proceeded to tell me that in the past they sent patients to their location and was told not to do that. The lady checking me in was very condescending and kept saying she is glad to be working, it sounded as if she was trying to convince herself. I was eventually taken to a room where I could still hear the two individuals complain to more of the staff about the situation. I heard a lot of harsh things during my short stay there and that was enough to know not to go back. I was later informed that this is not an actual Mercy urgent care, this is a third party location that is contracted out. They only have medical assistants (no RNs) and PAs and NPs (no action doctor). They were unable to help me and I was sent to the actual Mercy Advanced Ambulatory Care Center where I was able to get the treatment I needed.
The office was very clean and the staff is very friendly and kind. I like all the new technology you have at this urgent care. I also did not have to wait a long time to get seen either. I am very impressed with this gohealth urgent care and will use them again in the future.
The front lady that checks you in is the most rudest miserable person I’ve ever had to deal with did not like her at all. Then you think it’s going to get better maybe once you get to the nurse or the doctor and it’s no better they are rude as well I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to be treated really rude. As a matter of fact mercy needs to reach out to the employees at that certain building and give them a lesson on manners.
This place is AWFUL. I came in for severe burning sinus pain and cold-like symptoms. I was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Ended up waiting 2.5 hours instead. When I was finally seen, the nurse practitioner was very hurried and told me she hasnt even looked at my chart. She looked me over for a few seconds and then told me she didnt want to take the time to run any tests to shed give me an antibiotic. Last I checked, a cold is viral and wouldnt respond to antibiotics but she wouldnt know if I had a cold because she was too busy to run any tests. When I asked about the sinus pain she got very condescending and said we dont have any medicine for that, what exactly were you expecting?. I wasted hours here to get talked down to and dismissed. I think she was trying to abuse me off fishing for pain meds when I just wanted to know what was wrong! I know Mercy doesnt have the highest standard of care but it seems like the staff for this place was required to be awful before getting hired.Edit: I emailed the address that Mercy told me to in the response of this review. I emailed 3 times and they never responded. Seems like an automated response to make people think they care when they cant be bothered.
Despite my illness, the staff was SO pleasant and even made me laugh. I feel like they went above and beyond and had such great attitudes on a holiday weekend. Thank you so much for making my experience something to brag about!
Staff and Nurses were great. Virtual Visit took a long time to get on but sitting at your house is still way easier that sitting in an office. I’d recommend anyone to check them out.
Went in for severe pain due to an old spinal injury on August 17, 2019 around noon. The bitter old woman at the front desk was rude to me, slow, and obviously disgruntled. After entering my information incorrectly and lying to me telling me I don’t have coverage (I’ve been in and out of mercy facilities weekly for the last 4 months... last visit was 3 days ago) she told the woman behind me in line with a 2 week old infant to “get out”. She made me stand in a line with debilitating pain, and was obviously bothered I was leaning on the counter. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
They were ready for us as soon as we got there. Im in love with the hold my spot. In and out in 20 minutes. Much better experience than Urgent Care visits in the past at other locations.
Excellent Doctor very much appreciated the explanation on medication. Wonderful advice. Concern about blood pressure.Give me advice on checking it and did.Blood pressure is fine now
Rude, that’s all I can say. It’s obvious I am in distress and something is really wrong with me but I guess since it’s not Covid symptoms I don’t count. She couldn’t even be bothered to help me find a location that isn’t under a 5 hour wait. I’m sick of walking into health care facilities and they automatically assume I’m drug seeking b/c I mention extreme pain. I don’t need y’all’s drugs I have insurance and a primary care Dr and a pain management Dr. And if my current medication is not addressing my pain and I spend all night throwing up SOMETHING is wrong and I need help.
Fast in and out. Staff very friendly and helpful
Helped us quickly and thoroughly considered our needs. Josslyn very happy with her care as was I
I called this urgent care on republic road! I needed toget a Covid test!I set up & paid full price for a virtualVisit! They were not only late for my virtual appointment but, on their end they kept freezing & delaying so they ended up stopping the on line virtual appointment (hung up on me) & just called me on my cell phone!ALL to say “I’m sorry we can’t help you.. you need to go to the ER” YET STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!I have children so y’all are pretty much stealing from them & keeping food off the table!!NO MORALS AT ALL AND THIEVES!!!!!I’m not finished! I WILL BE REFUNDED!! I don’t care if I have to file in small clams court!!! They can either do the freaking right thing or I guess it’ll go down the hard way!! And honestly yes I need the money back since they did NOTHING but it’s also a lesson thing!!It not ok to treat people like this!
NP Russell is excellent. Handled my condition professionally and said that he would refer me to a podiatrist. Waiting for the podiatrist office to contact me... After 3 days (2 were weather affected).
Horrendous! The lady at the front desk was very rude and told my son he didn’t have coverage. This was untrue, as he had been to the facility off Montclair. We left and went there, where he was seen immediately. The poor woman behind us had a 2 week old baby. She was extremely rude to her as well and told her they didn’t see babies under 6 months. She said try other locations or go to ER. My son and I looked up the Montclair address for her. She didn’t offer so much as an address or a PBL was call to save a spot in line. She needs to consider a line of work that doesn’t deal with public service.
Great staff!!! Cut my finger pretty good and had to get 5 stitches!!! They made it as pleasant as one could and I appreciate that!!! Thank yiou!!!
On time, quick x-ray, knowledgeable and kind staff.
They x-ray tech was rude!! Came in sat in the waiting room for over 5 minutes no one comes. I ask if there is somewhere to check in and she give me an attitude. Im the receptionist and x-ray tech... Heres an idea, higher more staff? I didnt come here with my personal insurance to get treated with disrespect. I had an appointment. There is a walk in that checked literally a half second before me. She wasnt even registeredThey told her she should go to the Er. But she got a room anyways!! Now a patient with an appointment has to wait a half hour for what!!!!Wont be coming back here. First time coming to an urgent care. And now I dont wonder why I dont come to places like this!!!
Extremely rude and obviously miserable staff. Unprofessional and no customer service skills. If you are ill or dealing with covid symptoms, I would not recommend going there for help. Walgreens staff is 100% easier to communicate with.
The ladies that work here are kind, compassionate and just plain amazing with children! My kids had such a great visit that they couldnt wait to go home and tell their dad all about it. This facility will be my first choice from now on!!
I was a walk-in and the staff were very busy with scheduled patients. I got in fairly quickly. Everyone was very nice and I recieved the best care from everyone.
Mask required policy but employees don’t follow their own rules. Either follow you policy if patients are truly unsafe or give it up. I complied. “Resistance is futile”
I think the staff was wonderful! Every staff member was great. They listened and explained what I should do to get better thoroughly. Thanks to the Nurse Practitioner, I am almost 100% better. I would recommend Mercy Go Clinic.
Everyone from the moment we entered the building until we left made us feel welcomed and showed genuine care
Apparently the &go means go away. I called to the republic relocation and spoke to a very nice older woman who said appointments were full but come in and we will work you in the next one to one and half hours. So I did that 20 min later. When I walked in young lady at front says we are full and if you sign in as a walk in it will be 2 to 2 2/2hours.she was rude. She was uncaring and unapologetic. I walked out. Will go somewhere else tomorrow for my pneumonia.
We took our 4 year old here after he busted his lip and needed stitches. We were told by the doctor that while they could treat him it would be better for us to go to the e.r. because they had tools that would make it less traumatic than having to hold him down and put in the stitches. So we instead go to the e.r. per the doctors recommendation. We wait for 4 hours in the e.r. and are then told by the doctors at the e.r. that my son is the 5th patient pushed away from urgent care to them for similar injuries. The e.r. did nothing more than what the urgent care doctor would have done. They held him down and stitched him up. Im not mad that my son had to go through that, Im upset that we got sent away from a nearly empty clinic to get the same treatment in a flu infested emergency room. I guarantee a big part of the reason we were sent away was due to the fact that it was around 3:45 pm and all the doctor wanted to think about was going home at 5 and wasnt going to let my kids busted lip get in the way of that. Shameful. On top of that all clinics like these are flooding the e.r. with lesser injuries and extending the wait time for everyone that are in an actual emergency situation. Mercy needs to fix this.
As I discussed with the provider I saw the other day, my visits to the hospital and other medical facilities are very limited, being a member of the military I avoided at all costs, my experience the other day was bar none the quickest and most painless Ive ever had. This is why my mom has worked for you guys for over 20 years, kudos to the staff on W. Republic Rd.
The staff and doctor was exceptional. I felt like the doctor really listened closely to me & checked my symptoms carefully. She really put me at ease & the medication she prescribed is working. Thank you!
NO MASK? Welcomed here. FYI my wife was being tested for COVID Friday evening and I observed three different men at different times walk in and out of this Urgent care clinic without masks AND were not confronted or asked to wear — per city ordinance... just casually greeted and processed as if there was no pandemic.Adjacent businesses are obviously observing the requirement and have suffered through the pandemic yet the very medical professionals and hospitals we’re trying to protect are laissez-faire and doesn’t care? Was observing all staff from 630p to 800p on 2/26.
The office was very nice, cleanThe women at the desk were helpful and open about the wait for a walk inThe nurse who took me back was exceptionally polite and explained everythingNurse practitioner was helpful and interested in helping me.
Short wait time even without appointment. Dr & nurses very professional.
DO NOT GO HERE! THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. I had severe pain I went in on November 7th. I am still waiting on test results, 11 days later. I have called multiple times and still have yet to get the lab work I have to pay for. Today at 3am I woke up in exscruciating pain im now on my way to the ER. I will never go here again.
I came in with a broken foot as a walk in patient and was seen, x rayed, diagnosed and treated faster than i would have been at a scheduled appt w my PC not to mention the ER. I was unbelievably impressed with both speed and quality of care. Job well done!! Thank you!!
Have an extremely painful case of the shingles and spent $250 for the appointment and medicine prescribed except the only thing they gave for pain is a lidocaine topical which doesn’t help at all. 2 nights of no sleep, can’t sit or lay down and they can’t prescribe anything else. I will never go back here. You’re supposed to get help when you see doctors.
I had a UTI… the lady that checked me in was so nice. The MA was exceptional.
I have used the facility twice. in both incidences I found there system works quite well for the patient. from the time you sign in until you see nurse practitioner or a PA. I found the PAs or the nurse practitioner listen to my complaints and addressed each one of them and made a quick recommendation that was accurate when I followed up with either the emergency room doctor that I was sent to see or my regular primary care physician. I believe this demonstrates that nurse practitioners and PAs are underappreciated in our medical community and should be receiving pay commensurate with their their contemporaries in other states.
No online appts are available for today. So, I was told but the it-wit receptionist to just walk in and wait. If there are no available online appts., then what good is there walking in. Mercy is unitelligent, stupid, ill-equipped for healthcare. You’re fired!
I had a covid test done on Jan 13,2022. Today is Jan 21,2022 and I have not received the results. They said they missed labeled my specimen and they had to fill out a paper to get it released. That was several days ago and still nothing. I keep trying to get intouch with them and now they wont awnser the phone. This place on republic road is a joke and they should be ashamed of themselves.
More than 100% satisfied with care. Amanda, NP, was kind, smart, gentle and efficient. She had specific tips for me that I needed to hear. If I needed to go to Urgent Care again, I would seek out Amanda at Mercy Go Health.
I stopped by this morning to see if my son could be seen and I couldn’t believe how rude the front desk check in lady was to me. When your 9 years son turns to you and says mommy she wasn’t a nice lady something is wrong. People like that should not work in the medical field.
NP there was very rude to me! I had broken two thoracic vertebrae and she didn’t take X-ray of thoracic area. Poorly maintained clinic
The Provider I saw was my favorite NP Ive ever seen and her staff was amazing! Bless those women who really helped me in a mommy meltdown! Being a sick mom with two toddlers is hard and they helped occupy the kids while I got the care I needed.
Went to this Urgent Care today. They were fast and efficient. Saw Dr Staci Dixon and she was so helpful and thorough. I left feeling like I was really given the care I needed. Thank you.
I had an appointment and had to wait a little while to be seen, but they did such a great job that I didnt mind the wait. They are always so kind and professional. I appreciate everything they do, and how they choose to do it with a smile!
I had an issue with my sciatica nerve in my back and I had just moved to Missouri so I dont have a primary physician yet. I had to go to Mercy GoHealth because it was aching and put me in so much pain. The team there was so attentive to my medical needs and so helpful to get me on the right path to getting better.
Have been here 3 times and every time the doctors say its nothing or its Covid. My tonsils are swollen and I have a bacterial infection in my mouth. They refused to give me antibiotics. Dont waste your time here. Just go to Wallgreens
I didnt know I could check-in online, but the staff still got me in quickly. They were very respectful and kind to me.
I went in with a severe ear infection. Everyone was very friendly, I was in and out within 20 minutes, and my ear infection is already nearly resolved. I have been very pleased with the entire experience
This place is amazing and the people are wonderful. It was convenient, and fast. Everyone was very kind. 10/10, would recommend to anyone needing an urgent care but not wanting to deal with ER.
Had their save my spot appointments available on Christmas Day, but they are closed! I literally got reminders of my appt while I was sitting in the empty parking lot. Thank you for the great inconvenience!
Great care was provided. Even though it was the first time being seen by the staff they treated me as if I was a long term patient. The care and concern was top notch.
The facility was good enough for its purpose, but the company was disappointing. We were double billed and trying to get the billing error fixed was a long process. Their billing phone line had ridiculous wait times even compared to other medical lines.
If you’re scheduling your appointment online or via phone, be sure to do so 1-2 hrs ahead of time. You’ll be waiting that in the waiting room at minimum after your appt time.
Was admitted quickly and seen by the medical professional quickly.
Sense of humor and professionalism of both the doctor and nurses. Ease of checking in and I was able to see the doctor within 15 minutes of walking in.
Ive never been through this b4, so not sure how standard it is... but.. 20 minutes! In and out with stitches in 20 minutes! And they were all super nice too.
Very very pleasant place to go. The staff was great and very funny. They make you feel welcome and are concerned about your needs. I will use them again when I have small medical issues.
Get here thirty minutes early to my appointment. Only to wait thirty minutes before Ive even seen the inside of a exam room. Ive had to wait here and there before but dear God this is absolutely ridiculous. Too worried about having a key to the back door and talking to co-workers, rather than do their job and get people cycled through and Seen.
My daughter was sick, and they helped without making her more anxious than she already was. It was a pleasant and fast visit. They all were very kind.
Very friendly and fast. Had a migraine and was out of there within 20 minutes feeling much better. Caring drs and nurses.
Very terrific team! I went on an incredibly crazy day and they were incredibly helpful, professional, and most impressively, calm. Very highly recommend the team at Go Health on Republic Road.
The provider and the staff were very helpful, friendly, fast, efficient, and professional. I cant imagine how this urgent care experience could possibly be improved further. Thank you for taking care of me.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was the first walk in for the day. There werent any times to reserve and I almost didnt go thinking it was too busy but I was the first and only person there for the first 20 minutes.
The staff was so kind , funny and helpful
Samantha is very rude!! I dont understand why she works with people with her negative attitude, the way she speaks to clients is absolutely ridiculous! Will NOT be going back, will definitely let everyone I know how I was spoke to here.
Everyone treated me with ought most respect. Where as other urgent care was thinking I was just there to get narcotics! Even though I already take narcotics. I have never used what I wasnt supposed too! I have never asked to take more than what I am supposed to either!!
Incompetent and perpetuating covid through inability to contact an insurance provider. Dont go here if you want good treatment, in fact avoid Mercy all together
They advertise a rapid COVID test for $75, but charge $200 once you get there. They then told me that the test was negative, but it could be positive tomorrow. A complete waste of time and money.
Compared to other urgent care, this is the shortest time I waited, and I got the solution, they will tell you the time you can check in,doesn’t have to be there waiting all the time!
The entire Staff was outstanding, the nurse and nurse practitioner were beyond kind and knowledgeable. I will recommend to anyone needing great health care at an urgent facility.
I came down with my first case of Strep on Easter Sunday and was able to get prompt, exceptional care at Mercy Go-Health Urgent Care in Springfield MO. I appreciated being seen and getting great care. Thanks, Amanda!
Dr was very professional and listened to my concerns
Brought my son in , referred him to ambulatory , were extremely nice , ladies up front were great!Recommend it for urgent care!
Without a doubt the BEST URGENT CARE Ive ever dealt with in Springfield! 5 stars all the way from the moment I entering until the minute I left! Thank you so much to the WHOLE STAFF!
Very friendly, welcoming, professional, expertly executed, knowledgeable, compassionate staff. The center was very welcoming and clean. Thank you everyone for taking such great care of me.
Absolutely terrible wait times....4 employees sitting around doing nothing. One Nurse Practioner caring for a room full of patients.
I liked the convenience of scheduling online and checking in from my car. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I was in and out in a timely manner.
Staff and Dr were awesome. Got me stitched up in no time. I am a big baby and they were very kind to me.
Took too long if you don’t have enough doctors hire some if you don’t know how to hire doctors close your doors for good. Took multiple hours before I got in
Very professional and nice. Nurse practitioner I had was very kind and caring.
Staff was awesome - you can see they work hard to take care of you - attentive to my questions .Love that i got in and out.
Building way way way to cold. The staff was so very quick and professional! Hope I dont have to go back, if I do at least I know I will get the best care. Thank you
I don’t even know where to begin here. They are incompetent liars at this facility and they are costing my family a lot of money bc of their mistakes. Shame on you mercy for allowing this! Own up to your mistakes! And fix them! Awful system they must have if test results are getting lost
We have always received great care from all the staff. They are caring and helpful. I highly recommend them for any member of your family.
Wonderful staff, caring, knowledgeable, professional - orthopedist said they did a great job splinting my broken wrist.
Staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly and Im feeling much better now. This is probably where I will continue to come for things like this in the future. Thanks for a good experience!
