I like the friendly staff at this particular location.Mercy Advanced Care - National!3045 S National Ave, Springfield, MO 65804The attentiveness. The nurses and especially the doctor that treated me was amazing. Great communication skills. The patience and comfort I received was refreshing compared to other urgent care units I had visited prior to this site. I am pleased with the treatment and hospitality I was given. I highly recommend this Mercy location. They are great at what they do and make sure you leave feeling better than when you walked in and to me, thats a plus! From the security, front Desk, the nurses and especially the doctor all made my visit very satisfying.
10! Pre-register with the info and making an appointment, or, hold my place, great! In and out within 30 minutes 👍 couldnt get in to see my PCP for two weeks, needed my blood pressure meds and was so thankful to be able to have an option. Very comforting to know I can utilize Mercy Urgent Care and they have my medical history. Very nice staff, very helpful!
I was able to go online and see what GoHealth Urgent Cares were busy and even saved my spot. I got in, promptly was diagnosed with an ear infection, given some tips and what over the counters would help along with the antibiotic, reassured I wasnt contagious, and promptly went on to the pharmacy to pick up the ready prescription. The staff was friendly and the facility neat and clean. Going to the urgent care is never fun, but this was by far the easiest, smoothest trip ever.
I reserved my place in line at my specific time. I was in a room within a couple of minutes of arrival and a doctor was in front of me within no more than 5 minutes. The doctor was very direct at addressing my concern, seemed interested in the information I had to offer and prescribed logical care for my condition. She and her scribe instilled nothing but confidence.
Do not go here any time after 7 pm. If you cannot take patients, lock your door, put up a sign. I have 2 sick kids, I was willing to let them only see one...my kid is coughing up water, no big deal. I had to take a Lyft. The doctor would have to stay a few minutes after closing. Glad when I was leaving at 7:30 pm the employees were BSing and a couple had their purses ready to leave.
I went in being super anxious and could not stop crying. Dr. Smith immediately addressed my anxiety with so much care. She made me feel so comfortable and she was so helpful. All of the nurses were very kind as well. I believe it’s an all female staff, which was really awesome too. I would definitely recommend coming here.
I had an appointment with Mercy Care on West Sunshine. An lady at the desk was very hateful, along with other ladys. They lied about what said to me. She said that she said welcome to mercy an may I help you.She never said that. Then the lady told me to get off my phone an I was talking long with my son whom is in Navy, he been deployed so that only time could talk to him. They where so rude to me. Like Im trash or something.
Fell and messed up both my ankles on a Monday morning. My partner took me to this urgent care and they were able to give us a wheelchair to help me get from the car into the building. The check-in process was easy and the employee who checked me in explained the whole process to me thoroughly. They were able to see me much more quickly than excepted. Everyone who I interacted with was kind, friendly, and explained things to me thoroughly.
I was seen and discharged quickly. I had my script in hand and walked out the door within 30 minutes. And I really like dr Thomas. He is a cool dude. This mercy urgent care clinic is now forever the one I will go to. I am a 30yo f
What an incredible experience of the process of healing and the purest people who are truly gifted by their own reciprocating Care and wonderful will to love humans in all conditions and needs.... From the phone answered by lovely ladies probably in red hats to the immediate side of my bed. Such grace has formed this place....
I visited here a few times over a short period of time and they were so kind and helpful each visit. PA Ellis and all the staff worked to help resolve my ear pain. I was so thankful for the option of this walk in care.
Ive been here several times. Twice for strep and once for a nosebleed that would not stop. They are always friendly, thorough and courteous to the point these negative reviews really make me wonder about the individuals. Ive called them and asked them where I should take family and friends in the passed and theyve never steered me wrong.
I liked the polite way they checked me in .They were very caring. The Dr was very nice . I was very impressed! I would recommend Mercy - GoHealth Urgent Care!
Got me in quick, couldnt do much for me due to the nature of my injury but referred me to another Mercy clinic. Everyone was very kind, especially Madison, recommend 100%
The staff was great. Received care in a timely matter. Would recommend for any minor injury or illness.
Horrible service. Front desk lady yelled at my child and told him to be quiet. My child is 5 and wasnt being loud. He made a noise and she lost her cool on him. Extremely unprofessional and out of hand. She could have asked me to ask him to be quiet if she thought he was being too loud.
Could not have had a better experience from the doctor, staff and clerical help every one was very kind and helpful. I wish more clinics and hospitals were like this if so we would have a very efficient and greater health care system.Thank you for the great care these people all deserve a raise.
Everyone was super nice, all the way from the lady at the desk, to the intake nurse and the provider! The provider I saw made me feel at ease about my situation and related to my condition and was very thorough!
The nurse that attended me, Mrs Lindsey, was very kind and accommodating and Dr.Jeff was very friendly and helpful, he asked all the right questions and made me feel comfortable, it was overall a great experience and I would recommend this clinic to family and friends, the only downside was the rude nurse that called me and talked very hostile over the phone but she probably wont be there very long with that attitude.
So fast and kind and helpful! Was having issues with a prescription getting filled and they were so helpful!
Awesome, very quickley seen! Dr. was very knowledgeble about what pain I was having and how to fix it. I had relief within 2 hours.!all other staff very friendly!
Everyone there is extremely nice with the exception of one nurse. She curses in the room with the children and talks to them like they are dogs. I have complained about her lack of professionalism numerous times. Hopefully she can gain some humility and regain respect for her job and position.
We were in and out in less than an hour.We no more sat down, and they called us to a room. Nurse came in right away, then the doctor.Great over all experience. Very quick. We also loved how Dr. Aleida Smith explained everything she was doing while she was performing the procedure. She is the best we have seen in years!
Everyone was so friendly and they worked me into their schedule fast! Highly recommend this location!
Wish I could give one star for this review But the desk Nurse Lavonie is very rude and downright a racist IMO . Went in with my daughter and boom she went straight to the your treating it wrong or you can do better act . Personally these are usually just patch and go clinics anyways but the fact they didnt do anything and we had to go to another clinic to get her looked at again and they stated we caught it in time or else it would have gotten worse . Makes me wonder why they are even in healthcare if they dont like people
The fact that you can’t call and talk to a live person is insane. Nobody wants to drive there if you’re not gonna be able to help them it would be nice if you could call and ask a question first. You know basic customer service.
Morgan took me back to the room she was very courteous and knowledgeable. The DR was very nice and explained everything to me.
Quick access to medical care and very timely with appt. Received good info regarding medical issue and what to expect with prescription treatment.
Dont go to this place for an injury. I had a car accident a few years ago and they had that on file. I called them first to ask if they did Xrays and when I got there I told them it was fron the same accident and im having stabbing, throbbing, burning pain in my back wrapping around my ribs. Loss of hearing at times in my left ear, numbness in my right foot and tingling in all of my extremities at times. Because it was not a new injury they did nothing and turned me away. They claimed I still have to pay becauss they did my vitals. They knew it was the same injury yet dont care. I thought healthcare was in the business of helping people and doing whatever they can to assist with bringing the person back to healing. Dont go to this place as they only care for money. Thjs specific place.
Lavon greeted me when I arrived. She was so helpful and kind! What a great way to start my first visit to the clinic
Sister called me from her visit. She is in Missouri as I am in Florida. We were on the phone for over an hour with no nurse and no doctor entering the room. My sister also said when first arriving that check in was easy however the M.A/Back office that roomed her that took her vitals was extremely rude. I work in Healthcare, it is never ok to be rude to patients. It seems like this same individual is getting the same feedback from others. Maybe she needs to be re evaluated on her bedside manner. My sister and I do not recommend this place. At this time I am recommending that the medical board/bar of Missouri to reevaluate this practice and the staff that are licensed in this practice. There is more to this from what I have wrote.
Everyone was very friendly clean and inviting atmosphere. I hate going to the doctor and my experience was one that will make me go quicker. Thank you
Very helpful and friendly receptionist and fine doctor who diagnosed me and prescribed the appropriate drugs.
The nurses were caring and friendly. They came and brought me a blanket and barf bag to make me comfortable while I waited, which wasnt long at all. The visit only took maybe 45 min including the 15 min wait for my swab tests to come back.
The staff was great. The doctor was great. They have such high reviews for a reason.
Don’t go here unless you want a months long headache. I have insurance, paid my $30 copay. Suddenly they charged me an extra $160- an outpatient fee. I have been dealing with this for 5 months. First time I thought I got it resolved and THEN they tried to reprocess it AGAIN. So now, I have to redo the entire process all over again. From the reviews, it looks like they like to do this often. I’m not sure how they keep getting away with this over and over. Never going to another Mercy-GoHealth again. What a scam.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Didnt have to wait long. Rx helping and issue clearing up. Thank You, Jessica Owens
I went to west sunshine because the east sunshine location didnt seem to help me at all and I went there twice! The west sunshine This location helped me A lot.The nurse practitioner And nurses were very kind and helpful. They gave me Is prescriptions to feel better.
Fast care. Excellent service. I highly recommend Mercy-Go Health. I pickup my prescriptions within a hour and am on the mend.
Everytime I come here, the doctors are always so kind, helpful and patient. I cant say that enough. The care I received was worth the bad parts. However, this experience is almost the exact opposite of the other staff who work upfront and/or meet you to get the initial run down of why you are there once placed in a room. Michelle was extremely rude to every patient who walked in, including myself and it was only 9am. There have been other rude staff working the front in the past, but she took the cake. I watched her argue with several people and when asking me what brought me in, she interrupted me and talked down to me about my concerns (only to have them validated completely by the doctor moments later). Michelle had a way of making me feel like I got sick on purpose to wreck her day. She made me feel unwelcome and stupid for coming in to the doctor with pneumonia.
The lady who checked us in up front and the lady who took us in the room and got me prepared for the Dr to come in. Very friendly and professional.
Had a bad rash. They were friendly and helpful.Gave me prescription for ointment and pills.
I would definitely recommend Mercy- Gohealth Urgent Care. I signed up on line hold my spot very easy process.
10. Everyone was wonderful. Love to be able to make an appointment then get right in. Dr. Smith was awesome. She sat down with me and got right to the problem! Thank you thank you. Got right in with an appointment, and Dr. Smith, who, examined me was an excellent dr.
The staff was very kind! The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and caring! Unlike my previous experiences at a different Mercy GoHealth in Springfield! He was extremely helpful!
Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was extremely nice & friendly and the appointment was fast and efficient.
It was easy to get an appointment at the time that I wanted. I didnt have to wait long for a provider and the provider took her time to listen and gave education as needed. Great experience.
My visit was fast and staff who took care of me were amazing ..I loved it
Very pleased with the care I received. The caring, professional staff and very short wait time.
Dr Duda, the front staff and the nurses were great! I was in so much pain and they squeezed me in got me taken care of.
We received quick friendly service from calling to check if they do pediatric care to leaving after our visit. The staff was great at getting us in promptly, Dr. Aledia Smith was resourceful with information/care instructions for our infant. Would recommend to anyone needing care within the mercy facilities.
Very efficient and good bedside manners. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
I stopped in because of kidney stone pains. I told them that when I walked in. They charged me my co-pay and I waited to be seen. They took me back and did an examined me and came back in and said they dont have the equipment to check for stones. They told me I would have to go to another urgent care that has the equipment to check. That urgent care doesnt take co-cays and charged me several hundred dollars. The second urgent care (run by Mercy) told me that they do that all that all the time and that they were not happy about it. They told me that they are not run by Mercy hospitals and are run by a third party.Mercy Go knew before I went back that they didnt have the ability to properly check for stones but were more than happy to charge me and my insurance company and send me on my way. Wouldnt go back there for care for anything. Learned you lesson with money I really couldnt afford to spare.I will also add that after answering their survey on December 12th discussing my concerns, They replied back Thank you for your comment. Someone will follow up with you soon. Still no follow up.
The service was prompt and every was super friendly. From the waiting room to speaking with the Nurse and doctor.
Im new to Springfield and my insurance hasnt kicked in yet and i havent been able to aquire a PCP can this place write a prescription for my Epilepsy meds?
I love this little clinic. I have had to make appointments there several times and it’s always so fast and easy. The staff working the front desk are helpful, quick and efficient. The office is clean and quiet and comfortable. Last time we saw Dr A Smith and she really went the extra mile helping us with another concern of ours that wasn’t related to what we were scheduled for, and it was such a relief. I really appreciate the entire team for their hard work and efficiency. They are always busy, but work and get everything done in such a timely manner. These people really do a wonderful job!
The facility seemed messy. The people in the waiting room were alarming to the safety of my child. The receptionist was not very friendly. The cost was going to be OUTRAGEOUS
Buckle in, this is a long one....The only reason Im giving any stars at all is because the doctor was incredibly friendly and helpful... HOWEVER! his staff is a whole different experience. I was told by a nurse at my doctors office to go to an urgent care due to being treated for strep and only getting worse. I arrive and already the lady at the front desk is making me feel like Im wasting her time thats fine I can let that go I get that she sees hundreds of people a day. Im seen; And honestly the wait wasnt super long which was nice. And the nurse was short with me and when she did a throat swab she basically jammed the swab in the back of my throat causing severe pain. I was gagging and tried to push rough it regardless leaving me really horse and in incredible amount of pain. I really dont know if I caught everyone on a bad day but i will never go back there again.
I recently moved to Springfield and brought my daughter in to be seen here today, mind you I was seen here recently with no issue and loved the service, which is why I brought her. Had no problem with check in or waiting, got in a room rather quickly. The M.A. who brought us to our room was extremely rude and passive aggressive. First words out of her mouth was “What’s wrong with her? Make it short and sweet.” Which threw me off guard but I proceeded to tell her to which she responded that “she’s not telling me how to be a mother but this is something I should’ve called her doctor for first” along with other snide comments to which I told her we just moved here. I asked if she was the M.A. or the doctor because she’s freely giving out medical advice. She said “the doctor will be in but you’re gonna talk to me for now” My daughter was watching a video that I took from her in order for her blood pressure to be drawn and it made her whine for a minute asking for it back. This woman took it upon herself to tell my daughter that she’s her mom while she’s there and that she will listen to her. Then proceeded to uncross my child’s legs too aggressively for my likings. At this point I’m fuming with the comments and the attitude. I told my daughter to get up and we were leaving. The attitude switched and she asked why like she hasn’t been completely unpleasant to deal with this far. I told her I didn’t like the way she was talking to my daughter or me. Then she walks out as we do and tells the rest of the staff that we don’t want to be seen because the way she’s talking to us. Like miss ma’am, if my daughter wasn’t with me you would’ve got an earful. You’re not her mother, you’re not anyone of any relevance in her life. If you don’t like your job, find a different occupation. Complete waste of time. Would not recommend at all, that kind of attitude isn’t called for at all let alone in a hospital setting. If I could give 0 stars I would.
This is emergency urgent care facility. Yet you have to have an appointment to be seen. The girls at the desk were so sweet and knowledgeable about giving me an appointment. When I came back from my appointment the same girls were working there and they were just as sweet as ever! They got me right back in there in no time. The doctor who saw me was so knowledgeable about what I was going through. She was funny too! I will continue to use this Urgent Care anytime I need to go to one. And I will make an appointment! I do recommend this Emergency Care on Sunshine because of the wonderful care and the wonderful people that work there!
I appreciated the promptness of the online appointment and the professionalism of the doctor. Thank you
Every member of the staff was helpful, beyond patient, and so nice putting my kids at ease. They made us feel really cared for, double checking things even when it was later in the day. We left happy and knowing what was going on and the plan and medicine to correct it. They were all wonderful.
It was a very clean place the workers were very nice and kind it was awesome experience and in and out quickly I was not expecting that quick just a great place to go for help and I would like to thank the staff for this wonderful service bless you all
Very fast efficient n all the staff was very nice. Will go back if needed
They asked questions and listened to what I had to say, getting me the care I needed to get well.
The staff was so awesome. From the time I walked in, to the time I left, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The staff made my wife and I feel like family. After a very long day for this staff, everyone was happy and just made this experience truly amazing. I have told everyone who has asked about my bone head accident about our experience at this clinic. Keep up the awesome work ladies. God bless. Jerald Moore.
Walked in hardly any wait, just as they ran insurance card etc. Got to room and nurse walked in with us. Barely 5 minutes before doctor came in. Very good help. He listened all the way and discussed issues throughly. Will visit this one again of needed!
Fast and save your space registration is great.Jeffrey Christian Ellis, PA-C listened to me and quickly provided me the best care.PA Ellis then took the time to speak with me and ensure I had the correct response to the treatment he provided.I will hopefully avoid returning to Urgent Care but if I do, I would hopefully be treated by the same outstanding treatment team.
Excellent Urgent Care Mercy facility. All the staff was functioning so smoothly and excellent protocol if you call first and reserve your time. What a relief for a person in need of medical evaluation and care in a timely manner. Taran NP and radiologist (can’t remember her name) were so kind, efficient and knowledgeable.
I liked that fact I could make an appointment online. My appointment was 12:00 pm, and I didnt have to wait a long time. The staff was very nice and professional. I especially like the PA--A Smith. She is very knowledgeable and showed genuine interest and care about my treatment.
The assistants were all wonderful, but I am amazingly impressed with Dr. Luke (I cant remember the last name sorry!). His assessment of my issues was the highlight of my trip. I visit this location quite often, for the same issue every time. Not anymore!! Well let me tell you, youd better not let him retire. He was, in my experience, the first and only one who LOOKED at my test results. Couldnt be more grateful. Always a good experience here, but this most recent was the best.
There was no long wait time Doc was awesome the nursing staff are fantastic
Just walked in was seen in less than 20 minutes did evaluation on my bite told me what I did wrong and prescribed me antibiotics four days later problem fixed the
Maybe the best urgent care I have ever been to. My daughter punctured her foot and we came in just 30 minutes before closing. The staff was super nice and Dr. Luke Livgren was out of this world smart, kind and even brave! The man has cared for severely wounded children and patients all over the world. We are really grateful to have him here in Springfield.
I have an infected ingrown toe nail. I called ahead of time to find out if they were capable of doing the procedure. They said Yes. As long as thats what the doctor decides to do. I went in there and he spent all of about 30 seconds with me. The prescribed antibiotics and asked me if I wanted to schedule a podiatrist visit. I was not happy. Since then my ingrown nail has gotten much worse. Why did he just prescribe an antibiotic? The nail is still digging into the meat of my toe! I need some relief. Antibiotics arent cutting it.
This Urgent Care was probably the best one Ive been to. It was very clean and modern, the wait time was posted on the screen so you knew where you stood, (and I didnt wait long for being 4th in line, maybe 15 minutes. The intake lady was really sweet. The nurse was friendly and the office was calm and clean, comfy. I felt awful, I was really sick. The nurse tested me for covid and flu, (my only complaint was the blood pressure machine was a robot and Ive NEVER had one squeeze that hard)... but the nurse was super friendly and attentive to my symptoms. She even helped me find my nose ring when the covid swab knocked it out. The doctor was the sweetest, we had the same name, I really liked her, she made sure I ended up with 2 different medicines to help me get well faster. The price was 30 less than the walk in I usually go to, I got a way faster and more efficient visit, the people were all 3 far friendlier and more respectful, and the place itself was cleaner and nicer. Ill go here from now on when needing after dark care. Thank you, five stars...
But my medicare didnt or wasnt used. It cost me $65.00 should of cost me 20.00 dollars
It was clean and staff was quixk and knowledgeable. We did not have to wait long.
I was seen quickly, staff was great, allover a good experience despite that I was in agony with a seriously ticked off UTI. They called in my meds which I received early the next day. Will definitely go there again when its after hours or a weekend.👍👍👍
Very rude. I made an appointment online for 4:30. I registered online and was all set. About an hour before my appointment I got a call saying that I scheduled my appointment too late and that they were closing at 5- That I should have checked with the website before I scheduled. They scheduled me for the next day, but told me to register before online because “it is a holiday weekend.” They were very rude to me and I am pretty sure the staff just didn’t want to stay late and work.
I was seen quickly, given immediate relief from my worst symptom--nausea and vomiting--and was given some excellent suggestions to stop my aggressive post nasal drainage, which was making me nauseated. I was able to be seen within hours of me going to your website to ”Hold My Spot” on Wednesday when my own Mercy physician’s office wasnt able to have even a video visit with me until Friday at 4:30 PM while I was having debilitating coughing, gagging, nausea, and vomiting for 2 days prior to me seeking medical help. Thank you SO much!
I love the save your spot option and that you can do that online. So much better than sitting for hours in a waiting room. Also, the Dr and staff were so nice and helpful.
Worst place to go if you are ill. I was told not to wait so long before making an appointment. Also told they weren’t taking walk ins at 4 in the afternoon. Doctor talks too much about her personal drama and desk staff is rude and condescending. I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter’s no pressing “bug bite” turned out to be a bad MRSA infection that needed immediate treatmeni walked into the Cox urgent care and got seen in less than a minute. Staff was amazing. I’m so glad I listened to my hunch and took my little girl to another urgent care asap. Revamp this location asap. It’s awful.
I had not been feeling well for a few weeks and was just very fatigued. I even tried IV therapy that worked for about a day then I started feeling worse. I went to the clinic and PA Smith ran labs and was genuinely concerned with figuring out my diagnosis. She followed up on a routine basis after the diagnosis.Everyone there is extremely kind. The whole process was smooth. It’s so much easier to go into the clinic than to wait weeks to see your PCP.I am now on the road to recovery thanks to the care I received from this clinic. I will always go to them first.
It was easy to make an appointment. From the time we walked in to when we were seen was very quick, and the entire staff were kind and sympathetic. The doctor and nurse didnt waste any time so we were in and out very quickly.
Went in due to sinus infection, Doctor/NP and receptionest very helpful and receptive, the nurse or physicians assist. Was rude as h÷!!., brash, im a nurse and whoever she was, her bedside manners suck!!
This clinic has an awesome staff. They genuinely care about the patient. This is the clinic location that my family and I always go to.
This is not only the nicest urgent care Ive ever been to, but also the nicest healthcare facility Ive been to, period! Everyone was SO NICE; they were so attentive, caring, and very willing to listen to my concerns. They were also very efficient, all while making sure I received the care that I needed! :)
Service was awesome. In and out in 30 minutes. The nurse practitioner Luke was extremely caring and brilliant. I would definitely return and recommend to others!! Best urgent care Ive ever received!!
This was a much better experience than last time I visited. I was greeted & checked in promptly. I was taken to a room in minutes & hx,meds reviewed by a personable MA. Plan was developed quickly & carried out quickly. Within 15 mins of arriving, antibiotics for my dx of strep throat had been sent to pharmacy. NP did not appear rushed & took time to explain condition as well as timeline for signs/symptoms that should be further investigated. The only negative was not receiving a print out of after visit summary or offer for note for work (to be fair, Im not certain I requested either at the time). Very much appreciate the efficient, professional & personal care.
They give you conflicting information. I called this morning and specifically asked if I brought in my order form for x-rays from a private practice doctor if they could do it. They said yes and booked my appointment. Go in for my appointment and I am told no they cant do it. This isnt the first time they have given conflicting information either. They need to get their ack together and make sure everyone knows the rules. Im not even mad they couldnt do it. I get it rules are rules but I was told they could so I stopped looking for a place to get it done, thats what Im mad about.
I have been to many Urgent Care facilities through the years, but I must say this was one of the best experiences I have had. Kind professional care, very informative and fast!
The ladys were absolutely amazing with my two boys the other night.I truly appreciated their kindness during our visit.
This is my go-to urgent care. The others are good, but I love these people here.
Had to bring my husband in for a badly smashed hand. Everyone here was amazing. Professional yet very caring. They truly went above and beyond to care for him and not have to send him to the ER where he would have had a really long wait. They cleaned his wounds, stitched and splinted his fingers as well as contacting an Ortho Dr for him. Jeff, Carly, and Christy - yall are the best!
It was quick and easy. Great care and great staff!
Every aspect was done with care and compassion. First rate all the way!!
10! Have already brought up to friends what a good experience I had there! Thanks again, Dr Jeff and Staff!! The kindness I was greeted to, throughout the sign in process, to being seen by the doctor. The whole experience was painless !!
Once in the room for treatment our visit was great. The nurse was extremely kind and going to be a doctor one day. The doctor herself was very nice and funny which put my 15 year old grandson at ease. She talked to him and not just me which I liked because he will be seeing Drs. on his own one day. Definitely will go back. Thanks team Mercy!
I was comfortable. In and out quickly. Friendly staff. Best experience Ive ever had at an urgent care facility!
The front desk person was super helpful and made me feel comfortable despite my situation! I would have been very anxious and overwhelmed if it werent for the staff there. They also gave me snacks to make sure I did not pass out!
I made an appointment the day before, & my experience was very positive...Everyone was friendly, courteous & helpful...I recommend this clinic!
The girls are always so kind and caring I always feel well taking care of the doctor is awesome she explains everything they are awesome(Different visit 7-6-2024)They are always friendly fast and efficient and listen to what brings us in I feel very well taken care of there they make me feel like I am more than just a patient
They were awesome got me in and out real quick
Very clean environment. Nice friendly staff. I was in and out quickly.
Moved here from California to Springfield. They did some investigating and found my insurance and my profile. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Showed empathy, Drs and nurses on staff were friendly, even comical and yet extremely professional. They explained what was going on with my sciatica pain and what was going on in my lumbar area and hips and nerves. They explained why the pain and were very versed and the exact right treatment they were to do. They said I will be able to sleep that night which came true. They also recommended a chiropractor S.I adjustment to thoroughly heal that area which I got done today. Applause to the staff there!! Even my insurance staff back in California doesnt flow like this.
This is the first mercy clinic I have had a good experience with! The provider Alita was amazing she listened to my concerns and communicated well with me. I also really enjoyed Lavonne, she was very pleasant to talk with since I didnt feel well. Thank you ladies, I appreciated your kindness!
The Mercy Go Clinic on Sunshine in Springfield is exceptional. All of the staff are wonderful. From the one at the front desk. Nurse. Doctor/PA. A great place to land when you need help. I was told you can make an appointment online. So go there first.
The doctor and nurse had a good understanding of how to work with children that are autistic.
I had a medical emergency on a Saturday. I went to the Mercy Clinic at 303 W Sunshine. The facility is attractive and easy to access. The people are friendly and helpful. Best of all, my illness was assessed snd treated very effectively.
This facility is always very friendly with kids and adults. Front desk is helpful, and medical team is always caring and considerate. Highly recommend. Save your spot makes it an even better way to get in to this facility.
I received caring, professional treatment at this facility. Dr Smith was very personable, and made me feel as if she was really concerned about me and wanted to help me. She gave me suggestions and explained things about my COPD issues better than any Dr Ive seen since being diagnosed with COPD. Thanks!
The thoroughness and speed that I received was unlike anything Ive ever experienced before. I was met in the parking lot and asked a few questions before getting out of my car. The receptionist inside saw that I had my left eye covered. Once it was determined I was okay to proceed inside I was taken to a room and assessment and care was started immediately. Before retirement I worked in a hospital for 45 years as a nurse. Im still in awe as to how well this matter was handled. Thank you to those involved in my care on Friday, July 8, around 1700 at the Sunshine care center by Bass Pro.
I signed up via online said it would give me the confirmation code went through all the steps never got the code. Got scheduled in as a walk and had to wait an hour 30 minutes. And finally they sent my prescription to a different location than I have requested. So they have very good service but. Currently their systems arent functioning properly
Excellent!!!! Called ahead to make sure they could see my son (who gouged his chin on the playground). They used tape instead of stitches so it was less traumatic. All staff were very kind and professional from go. In and out in less than one hour!
Was a walk-in and was quickly taken back where a very nice Doctor helped diagnose and treat me. Super clean. Everyone was very nice.
I had a short wait time and everyone was professional and polite.
Heather and Maggie were excellent at their jobs. Very friendly, knowledgeable, kept me informed on what they were doing and why. I couldnt have asked for better care during a painful situation.
Everyone was very friendly, and the doctor prescribed something that helped my pain.
I had a very negative experience with NP Kaye Stone and another nurse who often was working at the front desk. Before my experiences had been decent, especially with Dr. Douglas (who made me feel validated). I had influenza A in February which eventually turned into walking pneumonia. The woman at the front desk belittled me about coming back when I was very sick which I did not appreciate. The last time I went there, I had a cough that would not go away and I wanted to check to ensure the pneumonia was not worse. My pneumonia had cleared, and with that I should have left. But they recommended a steroid shot. They gave me the steroid shot while standing and the pain was horrible. I almost passed out and then threw up. I had a definite reaction to whatever they gave me because 2 days later I had horrible fatigue I had never experience and started to get neurological symptoms. I had stiffness in my body and continual vomiting that I could not control. We have now found out a year later that I have cervical dystonia that was potentially induced by this steroid shot. This steroid shot and the decision for them to give it to me has ruined my current life. I left my corporate position because I was too sick to work. I have trouble with my mobility. I am 27 and I should be going forward with my life, but instead whatever concoction they have given me has left issues that have not been resolved and may be permanent. For NP Stone, I forgive her because I know she probably couldn’t have expected that response. But I am still so upset that the other nurse at the front desk gave me the shot which definitely hit a nerve or did some kind of damage, and also that she had been so rude to me multiple times. It was like I needed their help to ensure my pneumonia wasn’t bad anymore and the other nurse made things worse and belittled me. I honestly would like to file a report of this incident and get more information on the other nurse involved who I don’t think should be working with the public based on our interactions.
The Dr. I saw was so friendly and genuinely wanted me to feel better. She took enough time to address my concerns and make sure I had the right medication between an allergy and pregnancy that limited the options.
The lady at the front desk has no idea how to talk to people I asked why it was a 2 hour wait if no one is in the building. She said “I’m not going to argue with you” she has zero people skills.
We arrived at this facility at 6:PM on the 11/1/21. I had a extreme pain in my stomach, the nurse ? Asked if I had an appointment I said no, she very rude said we are not taking walk-ins, I try to explain my situation but very rudely and blant repeated her self with out listening to me. My daughter can not believe how little care and bad manners this person has, we left the facility very disgusting.Im a customer of Mercy/St. Johns hospital and Doctors sense 1974, and I never been treated with such rudeness. Where does Mercy get these employees, is the health care in this country has gone down so low that the doctors and associates has lost their integrity
I got to be seen right away and the people were very friendly and nice and the place was very clean.
When its going to be over a two hour wait thats something you can tell the patient btw
Went to wrong clinic. They got me in. Everyone from doctor on down was great. Felt like they really cared.
PTs Sara and Meghan were absolutely wonderful in their approach our daughter. Very patient and thorough.
Wow what a scam they pulled on me! They billed my insurance as an outpatient EMERGENCY ROOM VISIT so they could get more money! I only have a $75 co-pay when billed properly…AS AN URGENT CARE VISIT, so imagine my surprise when I received a bill for $175. After 2 hours on the phone with mercy customer service and Anthem customer service all agreed that this is their way of price gouging and the bill coding has already went through so too bad for me! How is this not illegal? They also said I probably signed something agreeing to this. How many of you thoroughly read and understand the fine print in bill coding? I literally spent 10 minutes in this facility to get a prescription refill because my primary care doctor is overwhelmed. WAY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN A PANDEMIC! Places like this are exactly what is wrong with this broken health care system. GREED GREED GREED! Oh, and if you do have a billing issue, plan on a really long hold process while the guy clear across the world in some call center gets access all your personal information. Super secure I’m sure.
Came in with chest pain, the doctor asked me if I had ever heard of anxiety (I’ve had diagnosed anxiety for 14 years), he proceeded to tell me I was just having a panic attack (Again, I have anxiety I know what I panic attack feels like). Went to my student health center the next day, I had bronchitis. Kinda hurts when a doctor tells you you’re crazy when you had bronchitis. I got charged $60 for a man to tell me I was having a panic attack when I had bronchitis.
The staff knows how to treat people on a personal as well as professional level. I go no place else but here for the vigilance, earnest care, & high above all else, competence they deliver everytime.
Quick. Staff was friendly. Very informative. Spoke to my daughter about her injuries and not just to me. Appreciate that they took the time to explain things to her.
Easy scheduling. All staff were great. Waited 25 minutes after getting in my room but I got excellent care.
The physician listened to me with compassion and the entire staff were so nice and friendly. Even better, my toe is feeling so much better.
Ive visited this particular location multiple times, and every time I visited, it has been a pleasant experience. Just recently I had an abscess tooth, usually I would go to the hospital but the service here and wait time is so much more relevant. Lets not forget theres a open 24/7 Walgreens pharmacy on Campbell that go hand-N- hand if you have to pick-up a prescription. I definitely recommend this location.
Walked in at the end of the day on Friday. Staff was very nice despite being close to close. Saved me from a trip to the ER. I can’t recommend enough.
I received very prompt and professional care. The nurse spent a lot of time with me explaining my situation. It was very much appreciated.
Everyone was extremely helpful. They understood my concern and knew I was in extreme need of medical attention and they took care of it. Got me in and out in an hour. I know that can’t always happen in todays world but I am glad it happened . Great people.
I went there a couple of days ago with unbearable back pain and doctor Mallorie Rhymer was amazing within just a few minutes she figured out what the problem was and gave me a solution. I’m happy to report I haven’t woken up in pain and can start to resume a normal life thanks to her. Thank you again I truly appreciate your kindness and caring, it was nice to finally feel like I was being heard by a doctor
Spent less than 20 mins in the facility. They simply took my vitals, did covid swab, and told me to get another covid test in a few days. Then I was on my way.I later got a bill in the mail for $321, $103 of which is the simple covid test. Another $218 is for 30-44 minute outpatient visit although I was not in the facility for the length of time. The receptionist was extremely brief and gave no indication there would be a large bill coming in the mail. Look elsewhere for your healthcare concerns.
I went in with no appointment. PA Jeffrey Ellis was friendly and listened to my concerns, addressed my problems and sent me on my way. I was in and out on no time. I would highly recommend. I plan on using the Sunshine location in the future.
Fast. Nurses and PA were nice. X ray equipment was right on site. Much better than trying to get an appointment at the Dr. Office!
I was seen 3 days ago. Was told a script was being sent over. Nothing was ever sent to the pharmacy. Ive called every day since then, with promises of a returned phone call and still havent received a call back or my prescription. I DO NOT recommend!! Dont waste your time here.
All the staff were so friendly!! Especially Lavonne! She was so nice and helpful! I really enjoyed her help! ☺️
Great place that explains everything about what is going on and when my need was to much they humbled their selves and recommended some where else.
This is my first time going to Mercy. I am very pleased with the compassion they showed. Everyone was super nice qnd professional! It is hard nowadays to find a doctor that truly listens, but they heard my needs. Ive had really bad experiences with Doctors in the past, and this was my best experience with any healthcare, thank you❤
I was told they wouldnt bill my insurance and I had to submit the claim myself due to the nature of my injury, so I had to pay upfront and sort it out with insurance later. I was told the visit would be $125, and I agreed and paid. Later, I made sure to clarify that my total was still only $125, and that I wouldnt have to pay anything else. I asked this because I could not afford to pay anything else, so the answer was important to me. The nurse confirmed that I wouldnt have to pay any more, that the $125 I paid covered my visit. A few weeks later, and Ive just gotten a $75 charge from Mercy Health to my card. On my account with Mercy it says that the $125 I paid was just a pre-payment, and I still owed $75. It wasnt just simply omitted to me during my visit that this was a pre-payment to a larger sum, I was explicitly told that this was not the case. Its been over a week since I reached out to billing support about this and I still havent heard anything. The quality of care I received was great and the waiting time was very short, but I wont come back to any Mercy Health clinic because this has been a really unsettling experience.
I don’t know what it is about this location but everyone that works at the front desk is rude and doesn’t listen. The last time I was here the lady fought on having all three of our insurances on file for billing and almost downright refused to put them all in even though they were all accepted. The service from the providers is usually top notch, but the service from the girls up front is down right unacceptable and is awful.
The doctor was good in the assistants were good
Front Desk Receptionist, Amanda, was RUDE. She was clearly irritated and definitely seemed judgmental. The male receptionist, Christian, was great! Very helpful, informative, and loved his positive energy! He definitely made our experience a lot better.
Nothing…accidentally added notes to chart for someone else. Called back and they had removed other persons notes…so they said. Referral (Specialist) never called to to tell us they are not taking new patients. Still nothing. From experience all Specialists booked out? Months out. Condition worsening. $$$$$ spent and NOTHING!
The Dr that looked at me was very thorough and explained things in detail with my diagnosis. Also was very thorough about the medication I was put on.
Amazing experience. Been here a few times & the staff is beyond wonderful, friendly. I wish they were a primary care provider so we could regularly use them for check ups and everything. Best doctor/staff experience i have ever had.
Wonderful group of Mercy caregivers. Compassionate friendly accommodating. Aleida is so friendly and really cares about her patients. They have been really good to us.
I went to the Mercy Urgent Care at 303 W Sunshine. I was there when they opened @9am. I was put in the system and I asked about how long it would be I was told about 1hr which I was fine with. At 10am I went in to see how much longer the girl didnt find me on there list. I was put on the list at 3233 E Sunshine. I have never used an urgent care facility and after this experience I never will. Im contacting my insurance company to deny a claim if 1 comes in for this visit. I worked in health care for 30 yrs and this mistake is unacceptable and needs to be addressed so it doesnt happen again.
My husband walked in for an appointment, they got his info, told him they would text him when it was his turn and that its a 3 hour wait. We were waiting in the parking lot, watching patients leave. Then the front desk person walks out the front door to leave for the day. My husband went up to the guy and the medical assistant who was also at the door locking up and asked why he hasnt heard from them. He showed them his confirmation email for his scheduled appointment. They told him that he was not on their schedule any more. Taking someone off of your schedule that needs to be tested for covid, is definitely not going above and beyond for patient care. Especially while there is a covid surge in town.
Great place to go for urgent care. The staff is great and the PA treated me with compassion. Thank you
Took care of my sinus infection, happy to be well again!
Please dont go to Urgent Care! Walgreens and Walmart clinics have been so much more helpful than these so called doctors and nurses. All they do is bring you in, treat you like youre an inconvenience for having an issue, and dont listen to a single word you say. They are not here to help you. They are here to tell you that youre exaggerating and that they are the ones who know best. They always act as though youre making things up and like you have no idea whats wrong with your own body. Im sorry, but I didnt know they knew so much on what Im experiencing! I didnt know they had to go 3 days, unable to breathe because of Tonsillitis, and was in high risk because they didnt want to help! And dont let me forget about the time I had ovarian cysts and had just ended my period 5 days before my visit, and the doctor prescribed me hormone medication to FORCE me to have another period within 7 days! Tell me, how is that safe and healthy? Especially, if you have no idea what the heck youre talking about, dont just give pills out to someone who is not in need of them! Direct them to the hospital or help them set up an appointment, rather than having them suffer in pain and possibly die! Hold these people responsible for once, rather than just hiring whoever has a degree and no care or knowledge. Care might be in their name and sign, but I cant tell you that they dont. They just want to get as many people in, tell them youre fine, and make their silly little paycheck that they didnt even work for. Im done with going to small places like these. Big cooperation with nobody supervising them. Dont risk it! Go to the hospital!
The nurses and doctor were so nice and efficient
The nurse she had a wonderful personality. Very warm and understanding. The doctor Ive seen before. And shes got a good ear and explains whats going on. Very upbeat and friendly environment.
Went in for a cyst and they looked at it from the other side of the room, ordered some antibiotics said come back in 3 days if not better,3rd DAY and they didnt even look at me said finish treatment, now have 2 more and WONT GO BACK!!! its sad how lazy and uncaring these new nurses and practioner are.
Everyone was very kind. The PA was great and most helpful. We live out of state and needed meds. I got my meds and was on my way fast and efficient.
Quick service and very polite employees.
I always go to that location. Very helpful and friendly. They make a bad situation for the patient much more comfortable. The entire 🌞staff from front to back are great
I seen Dr. Freeman and she was so nice and friendly as well as the staff. I had appointment and was seen in a timely matter.
I was seen in a timely fashion, and pleased with the service I received.,Ty.
The redhead girl at the front desk was so disrespectful and rude. Basically refused to see us even though I was in pain. Said they cant do anything, not even run labs which MOST urgent cares can do. She honestly made me have a negative opinion about this whole urgent care. Extremely rude and made me feel like an idiot for being in pain. It took multiple questions to even get her to help in the slightest, and the help was not urgent.
Good experience for the most part. The nurse that did my testing was hilarious and chill. Made you feel very welcomed. I didn’t give five stars because I felt the PA was a little rude. But at the same time it’s Covid land and she’s probably tired of all that. So. Little bit of empathy but you still gotta keep bedside manner.
Its always professional experience when seeking services there. Friendly staff that attend to your needs. I highly recommend
Highly recommend this place, always. Very very patient with us, even when theyve had long days. I love those guys. I love that theyll tell me the facts straight up, as well. Please try to be patient with them when theres a wait or other customers, theyre doing the best they can.
Went in on Tuesday afternoon to be seen.I was not feeling good and they couldnt tell me what type of virus I had she was more concerned for my blood pressure. The nurse practioner told me that being sick or pain doesnt raise your blood pressure. I went to the E.R. later that night because of my blood pressure and Dr. Reinhart said that sickness and pain does raise your blood pressure.
Awesome staff. Helped me quickly and was very friendly. Every single one of them. Will definitely tell friends and family. You are all awesome. Keep up the great work.
Everyone was super nice! I really liked being able to reserve my spot. Made Urgent Care not have a long wait time.
Thank you for going above and beyond in what has become a normal for Drs and PAs.Calling me (personally)with results of my urinalysis and changing my antibiotic to the most effective medication, sets you apart from the Emergency Room and any other walk in clinic Ive visited.Your staff the day I visited were very personal, friendly and caring.
I love the convenience of making an appointment online so there’s no wait at the facility. Everyone there was so helpful and kind. The clinic was clean, modern and comfortable!
They were nice to me until they found out I didn’t have insurance then they couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. I went for a covid test which they refused to do but charged me for it anyway and have been unhelpful in fixing they’re mistake.
Great staff! The urgent referral resulted in a call within 48 hours and an appointment has been made. Thank you very much for your excellent care.
The best Urgent Care in Springfield MO.
Went here with my girlfriend on a few occasions. Check in is quite easy and fast however, youll wait upwards on 30 or 45 minutes to be seen by anyone.
My daughter went in today and received terrible service. Nobody had a mask on when she walked in and everyone in there had a horrible bedside manner. They clearly didnt want to be bothered. She was barely checked out and has been sick several days. And NO it is not covid.
I thought the nurses and doctor was very good. I was in and out much quicker than I expected. If I had to I would go back when needed and definitely recommend them to others!
P.A Freeman was no help. Had no idea what my problem was, was untruthful in her progress note. We are lacking competent medical professionals with true character.
Was in and out pretty quickly, got the attention needed and meds.
Very friendly and accommodating regarding me getting in to get a covid test the day before thanksgiving. I had a ton of work to do that day for my business and they were very accommodating in a way that really enabled me to maximize my wait time.
I was a walk-in there was no room for me at one location. They informed me of another location that had openings for me. I went and got right in. I received the care I needed that day.
If you’re in need of a PCR test to travel, this is the place to go. Providers were great and they have your results all printed up in 20 minutes. I am in South Africa as I write this their letter was looked at by at least a dozen people. Exactly what I needed. Oh, and they are also open on the weekend.
I went to the 303 W Sunshine St in Springfield, MO urgent care. In a 3 day span I had two teams help me out. They were awesome people. The front desk staff were great too.
Went in to GoHealth, everyone was so nice and patient. Got in to see the physician, she found my problem. I feel so much better and it doesnt hurt no more to walk. Thank you so much to all of you for being there for me.
I came in having a bad asthma attack. The team at this mercy gohealth were amazing and worked quick to get me breathing normal again. The staff was so nice during this time of need and didnt turn me right to ER after seeing my distress. I will forsure being using the gohealth again in the future if I need it!
The friendliness of the staff... their quick attention to seeing me and their understanding and concern in reference to the pain I was in. They listened and responded respectfully to what I had to say.
Have not seen the doctor yet but the waiting room floor is dirty. Back under chair legs dirt and debris and trash and leaves.I believe the cleaning crew needs more help or more time time cleaning
Glad my personal health record was accessable to staff at the Mercy Urgent Care sight. saves a lot of time. Everyone friendly and I was seen in a timely manner.
I didnt have to wait long and I was a walk in. And the doctor was really nice.
Minimal wait because I made an appointment and the doctor took time to talk with me.
UPDATE: had to retest because they LOST the test. I would like to commend the staff at the GoHealth at 900 E Battlefield for helping us and being generally awesome. The poor review is for the GoHealth clinic at 303 W Sunshine. It took over an hour to get a COVID test that should have taken less than 10 minutes because the tech who came out couldnt work the thermometer. A nurse got it in 1 try. We have been waiting for COVID test results for 2 weeks. I contacted GoHealth via the live chat function and the office told them that the test was done and sent to the lab on 7/14. Thats untrue, as the test was done on 7/8. All together, very unprofessional, which is extra disappointing because I have had excellent experiences at other GoHealth clinics.
The Staff at this location are very Professional and Courteous, they get u in and out fast , would definitely recommend this Location to friends and Relatives
Aleida and Morgan were so kind and caring. Aleida was quick and efficient meeting our needs in a timely manner. Highly recommend Mercy Go Health on West Sunshine.
The staff was really friendly and helpful. The facility was super nice as well. I walked in for a covid test tuesday around 5:30pm. I didnt wait too long and was out by 6:15pm
I got $175 bill and all they said was yeah your eye is red and gave me a prescription for it this is whats wrong with our healthcare system gouging customers. I just emailed you and the email wont go thru because Im not on the approved list.
