I went here about a year ago when I was in my first trimester. The office staff was cold and the nurse or doctor I saw and received my first ultrasound from was extremely judgmental. Just got red flags from my first appointment but nonetheless scheduled to be seen there again. The morning of my appointment, 2 hours before it was supposed to start they call and cancel and ask if I can come another day and time. I felt that this location was unprofessional, cold, and rude. I ended up transferring to be a patient at first light midwifery and having a home birth with amazing care and communication. Today I received a text I was due for a checkup, I opted out of the messages because I won’t be returning to that location even if only for a checkup. I can only pray the team has since grown and the woman receiving care there to be treated well and fair.

Terrible clinic. They do no answer phone calls. They make appointments via online without actually confirming if it works for you and when you call/change it over the app it cancels the appointment previous. I did have a no show before but in the 20+ years that I’ve been coming here because it’s the closest to my home, they want to act like I’ve missed appointments and canceled a lot on my own doing. I also overheard Dr. Seakon speak rudely about me to the receptionist because I was 13 min late, mind you I called to let them know but again, they don’t answer their phone due to being “busy”… but when I got there there was no one there but one lady. Let’s not get started on the providers, they literally are no help with finding out what is wrong with you. Spent 5 years finding the problem that I had. Had to get a second opinion, they have ordered labs wrong… you’re best bet is to not come here. Downstairs do have better doctors.

What transpired today was unacceptable and almost unbelievable. My original appointment was at a different time (I think even the day was different) and with a different staff member. The original appointment was with a doctor. They called and left me a voice mail simply rescheduling me at a different day and time and with a midwife because the doctor had a medical emergency. NO ONE ever confirmed with me that the reschedule would infact work. So, I did my best to make it to an appointment that worked for them and not necessarily myself. But, I was late by 20 minutes. I get it. Thats not ok. And I felt really bad.So, then the rescheduling part of the conversation happened. I inquired as to why I couldnt be seen since the lobby appeared to be empty. Again, I get it. I was late, so I wouldnt have necessarily had a problem rescheduling if they werent flat out rude in response to my question, which never intended to be sarcastic or offensive. One of the desk associates rolled her eyes at my question, and gave me a rude look/stare. So, while I know I shouldnt have, I gave the look right back. Her response was How old are we? Then, proceeded to accuse me of sticking my tongue out at her. Even if Id done so (not sure why I would), her response couldve been far less sarcastic and 100% more professional. Something like Excuse me, but I thought I just saw you stick your tongue out at me, is that what just happened? At that point, I wouldve both had the opportunity to defend myself AND felt respected enough to have had my side of the story heard. Then, the other desk agent said actually, we wont be rescheduling you. She made me feel extremely small and misunderstood. While strangers like these desk associates are allowed to misunderstand me, their response and attitude toward me was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was beyond offended that she doesnt know me at all, and would assume the worst about my intentions and/or question. So, youre telling me I did my best to show up for an appointment no one ever confirmed would work for me (so I tried to make it work) with a staff member who was a midwife and not a doctor....and THAT is what I got?!How to even describe an experience like that is beyond me.

I would absolutely not recommend this clinic. There are some great receptionists, techs, RNs and OBs. Unfortunately the systemic problem in Healthcare is evident here. I am not able to communicate with the doctor, if I call the clinic it goes to the scheduling line, several appointments were canceled and not rescheduled and appointments were scheduled for me through mychart without asking me about it to ensure I was free on the day or time. Overall not a great experience.

They are horrible at communicating. They change your procedure last minute. They dont answer questions. And they act like patients dont have lives and we should just cater to them.
