Hello fellow OAB patients. Make sure you have time, gas & patience to waste because they will try them. My first appointment I arrived and they said my provider wasnt available and rescheduled my appointment. After months under their care they had troubles with my prescriptions being sent to pharmacy. My first urodynamics appointment did not give them the results they needed due to not a full bladder and the nurse did not secure my catheter when voiding so my urine went all over the floor and my foot.Another urodynamics test was scheduled in advance about 2 months out. I received 2 calls to reschedule this appointment time for the same day. Upon arrival with a full bladder I was told provider was not available and appointment was cancelled and rescheduled a fourth time. I probably will not go back due to inconvenience of scheduling of appointments for patients. The providers were nice but their scheduling and office staff need improvement.Upset patient,Jamie
Horrible customer service. It takes a month for a referral coordinator to process the referral. And I will not be surprised if it takes scheduling department a month to find first available appointment. When I asked for a good number to reach coordinator I was told that there isnt one and I will be transferred to a front desk. This clinic is not as organized as it was couple of years ago.Ps/ Though according to medicare policy, people that have medicare do not need a referral, the clinic has its own rules ( requires a referral) and these rules do not make elders life easier.
Dr Reagan and her team value you every step of the way taking time to explain carefully making sure you understand what is needed and not needed, necessary and preventative helpful with out surgery as much as possible. If you do not feel you are able to advocate for youurself they will offer to be that stopgap for you. There is no pressure to go straight to surgery as an automatic fix. This team works with you to customize your journey to pelvic floor health and stability. The nurses are wonderful and caring. The lovely ladies that great you upon arrival are marvelous and helpful as well. After my surgery my wonderful nurse Marie was so helpful and kind and patient with me. I even received a nice thinking of you card from her about a week later.
I called them over ten times throughout three weeks in the row to schedule an appointment, but nobody picked up the phone or called me back after leaving them a bunch of messages. I contacted to customer service then and afterwards they called me back.
This Urogyn team is the best team in pierce county. They are so pleasant and professional. They greet their patients their patients as if they see them every week! The docs are so knowledgeable and have fixed my bladder concerns!! 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their surgery scheduler and referral coordinator are fast and efficient.
Was seen for pelvic floor physical therapy. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable and understanding physical therapist. Clean environment. Lots of space for social distance. Layout of the building was a little confusing at first.
Awesome staff, they show they care and answer all questions! I definitely recommend them!
They refuse to answer the phone, called every 10 minutes for over an hour and a half...left a message...nothing.
