Really bad experience. Girl in the front desk was really rude and unprofessional. My mom just had a stroke and I explained that to her and she was really unkind and harsh in the way she dealt with us and our insurance issues. These places should be places of calm and kind demeanor so people can heal. No healing energy here.

I got very bad experience from this company, the person names Ou, he said his Dr...gives me acupuncture of my body pain. I felt a stabbing pain when he pulled out the needle. I thought it was normal so didnt pay attention. After I backed to home I felt my back was itchy and hurts, so I asked my husband checked for me and he took a picture showing how was my back looked like, there are several scratches on my back. I tried to found out reason but he said it was I did myself...please see the picture and I dont know how can I did this by myself!

I have been receiving treatment for over 5yrs from Dr Ou & Dr Gong. They are extremely Knowledgeable and Professional. They offer the Original Art Of Acupuncture. I could barely walk due to leg & back injury when I was first treated. It took about 2 months before I was up an going again. I receive a lot of relief, even now for my chronic pain in my lower back. I could not function at my best without continued f/u treatment. It is better than taking medications that just mask the real problem. I fully Trust Dr Ou & Dr Gong with my health needs. They also offer other remedies that will help you with a whole body health approach such as homeopathic herbs and teas. They treat you with the up most respect and the original art of acupuncture, they brought with them from their home land. BTW: I saw the review of the woman with the (?) marks on her back. It doesnt appear to me this is the type of treatment either Dr Ou or Dr Gong have ever given me. Just -not thier way of delivering treatment an I have received A Lot of TX. from both Dr Ou & Dr GongI give them 10 Stars!!!They both are very Kind, Gentle, Ethical and Professional Doctors!!!I would recommend them both for, anyone seeking relief of any type of pain relief in a natural homeopathic way!!!M Aiken🌄

Dr. Gong offers amazing care through accupuncture, she helped relieve my anxiety and physical tension in my body through just a few sessions of accupuncture. It also really helped my menstrual cramps and relieving me of body pain. I highly recommend this office!

The acupuncture experience is all quite new to me but having found this place, I feel there is hope. Dr. Oh did a great first assessment with knowledge on what our focus would be. Dr. Chaiyarach did my second session and she is a true angel. Her reassurance in her plan and how to help get me feeling better and confirming I’m not just going crazy… was such a huge relief. She makes you feel so unbelievably comfortable and wants to get to the root cause of the problem.

I experienced a very rude staff. My thought was if this person is allowed to speak to patients in this rude manner, how in the world is the CA going to treat and speak to me? The staff is the reason I will not be involved with this practice.

About 10 months ago I developed a herniated disc in my lower back. My pain got to the point where I could barely even walk. After having two epidurals with only moderate pain relief, I came here to Dr. Ou to give acupuncture a try. The results have been amazing! After just 6 weeks, my pain was almost completely gone. Ive gone from barely being able to sit/stand and walk to exercising and having almost all of my capabilities back. Dr. Ou and Dr. Gong listen to their patients, have excellent bedside manner, and develop a treatment plan unique to your situation. If youre experiencing chronic pain, I highly recommend coming here for treatment.

I was referred to Dr. Ou by my primary care physician when I needed urgent relief for an issue with my Achilles. He resolved that in two treatments. He then treated me for headaches, which resolved after three treatments.He has over 30 years of experience in acupuncture and it shows! Hes very personable as well and always makes time to answer any questions I have. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. I highly recommend him.!

I had a hit and run car accident a few years ago and I am experiencing pain from the injuries ever since. I have seen all the doctors, Dr. Ou, Dr. Gong and Dr. Chaiyarach. They really care about their patients and have been helping me a lot to relieve my pain. My conditions have been improved, thanks to them!

My friend had to talk me into going to acupuncture for lower back pain and menopause because I really hate needles. I have had so much success with acupuncture- I feel better than when I was in my thirties! The hardest thing to learn is to lay still. Most outstanding! I have been seen by many specialists for back pain over the past 30 plus years and all they could do was prescribe pain medication that does not work. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis which cause pain and limits my walking and working in the garden. Dr. Ou is a miracle worker! In only 6 visits the pain in my back and hips is gone. I have my life back!

Absolutely great. Ive been able to control and manage my back pain, anxiety, migraines, IBS, acid reflex and depression successfully. I have to say that if you are tired of taking tons of meds without any results, Accupuncture is definitely the way to go. ☺

Acupuncture for my dad, has been life changing. The doctors will not give him any pain meds , but Tylenol despite having had a bad back surgery. The scare tissue has in tangled with the nerves and cause him to have very poor quality of life. The pain doctor told us we could try Accupunture. So we cam here hoping, for relief. Relief is what he has gotten. We even have had great success reliving his anxiety. Able to customize each treatment according to his current need. Such as easing chest and lung pains and such from a bout of pneumonia, a twisted wrist. Knee pain from the weather changes. It’s amazing how he can respond. Specially with the tens to the needles in the lower back. His pain can be stopped cold for 5 days straight.He has had great visit ruined by an hour long stay in an MRI machine , bring him back and fixed him again. I don’t know how it works so well. But amazing how it does work. Just be frank, and let them know what you need and they will tailor a treatment just for you. Ps one of the doctors started here as a hospital resident. Yes a doctor in the hospital type of doctor. The staff are all friendly and happy people here. Come and leave with a bigger smile when you leave.

What began as symptoms of a cold in mid-November of 2014 worsened into an acute sinus infection with severe nasal congestion. Numerous doctor visits, several different types of antibiotic prescriptions and decongestants, a visit to the emergency room, an ambulatory sinus surgery, and a post treatment of allergy shots should have treated my condition giving me signs of great improvement but it didn’t, the severe nasal congestion kept me awake for several hours into the night. I felt my immune system was not responding to the medications and became very concerned. When I started visiting an E.N.T specialist in September of 2015, antibiotics were prescribed for the infection but only provided temporary relief. Surgery was the next step. Two CT scans were performed prior to the surgery to determine the severity of the sinus infection. The surgery and the 3 follow up nasal debridement sessions did remove the infection once and for all however the severe nasal congestion was still a problem. Within a month of the surgery, the E.N.T specialist recommended starting an allergy shot treatment to better my condition, 2 vials were prepared for me based on the allergy test results. For the next 3 months I visited the E.N.T specialist on a weekly basis to get my 2 allergy shots and be observed for 30 minutes for any anaphylactic reaction. During those 30 minutes I did not feel any side effects but afterwards the nasal congestion would return and had to use Allegra D 24hr to alleviate the symptoms. Feeling worse every time I would get the shots made me decide to cancel the treatment. It was then my daughter did some research online and found The Integrative Medicine Center, Inc. We were both impressed by Dr. Yan Gong’s background and expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the use of acupuncture to treat allergies and sinusitis among other conditions. Dr. Gong is caring, very attentive, courteous, thorough and accurate in her evaluations. She had started me off with 10 sessions weekly at first then biweekly. After the second acupuncture session I already felt a difference. I was starting to breathe better, I felt more relaxed. Before I reached the 6th session my health had greatly improved. My immune system became stronger; my allergy symptoms became more under control and more manageable. What a difference this alternative treatment has made in my life from everything I have gone through from November 2014 ‘til now! Even the plantar fasciitis I was having has healed tremendously, I gained back my health, I feel better than before and I am very grateful to Dr. Gong for everything she has done for me, her staff is always so welcoming and attentive and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
