We had a great experience with Dr. Tarantino and the entire staff at RMG! Dr. Tarantino was extremely knowledgeable, confident, personable, and impressed me with every plan, test, and procedure he performed. The Sono team, especially Danielle, Beth and Bethany were always so kind and took great care of me at my many monitoring visits. The communication between IVF/ART nurses was amazing and I always felt comfortable and in the know with my treatment plan and next steps. Our experience at the surgery center was also top notch, with timely procedures that went as smoothly as possible. As someone who works in healthcare, I felt very assured with the level of care that I received. We are so grateful for the all of the wonderful staff who helped us navigate our fertility journey and achieve success!
Dr. Tarantino is amazing! He met with my husband and I for a consultation and he exceeded our expectations. He was thorough, patient and he created a friendly environment that allowed us to be at ease. I’m truly thankful for him and I’m very happy he is the Doctor that would be providing care to help my family grow. I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking IVF/fertility support.
I have been a patient of RMG since 2020. My husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2017 and was shown to be infertile, so we knew we had to go the IVF route. Thankfully he froze semen before he started treatment. We have had one successful embryo transfer and one failed. The team has been nothing but amazing and always responds to my messages on the portal. We will continue with the next steps with Dr. Goodman but she already has been so amazing to us and given us our little boy. Thank you for this amazing group!
Looking for a monitoring clinic for an outside fertility clinic as a gestational carrier. I found this group via Google. Staff have been pleasant and was able to get an appointment for initial Bloodwork and Sonogram quickly. Billing departmemt is hard to get a hold of and you pretty much have to constantly call to speak with someone. Due to needing more than 1 or 2 appointments, I was told I needed to establish care as a client, even though I am matched with a fertility clinic in DC. I was informed that due to the number of pregnancies I have had the board denied monitoring care. $600 for Bloodwork and a sonogram and the appointment fees, to be denied care.
Im only giving 1 star because zero is not an option. In February 2023 I had my first appointment at RMG with Dr. McCormick. We started with fertility testing for myself and my husband. I had a procedure and my husband brought in his sample for testing. It took a few months for all of the testing to be complete. Any time I asked for results I was told I had to wait until all testing was complete before they would discuss any results! Then finally in April, 2 months later, I had a virtual call with Dr. McCormick to review my results. She went through the testing and told me I had very low AMH and high FSH. She explained what this meant and when I asked if we could try IVF she said no! She literally told me that the only way I could get pregnant is using a donor egg and wouldnt even consider trying 1 round of IVF! I ended the call with her telling me she would have her team call me to discuss the donor route...which was not something I was ready to consider. Even after telling her this, the office continued to call me multiple times regarding the donor route, and I finally blocked their number after telling them multiple times I was not interested.I immediately started researching other doctors for a second opinion. One month later, I found a new doctor and he reviewed all of the testing that was done at RMG. He explained everything so thoroughly and did express that it would be a very low chance for me to have many eggs, however he was willing to try and told me it only takes one. After 2 IVF cycles, with only 2 fertilized eggs, and 1 healthy embryo, I gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby Boy on August 3, 2024...with MY OWN EGG! It ONLY TOOK ONE!Ill never forget that call with Dr. McCormick and how cold it felt. For someone to deliver devastating news like that over the phone was so insensitive.I dont know about the other doctors at the RMG practice, but my experience was definitely not a good one. Always get a second opinion! Always! If I didnt, I wouldnt have my sweet boy snuggling on my chest right now!
It was a nightmare. I should have read the reviews first. We had Docotor Goodman. We barely saw her through the process, and it looked like she wasnt even given my records until like 20 minutes into our visit or so. She even said that everything looks fine and we needed to correct her on some testing that came back abnoraml, in which she responded, oh really i dont have that in my records. I can go on and on, but we were shocked of the lack of transparency and communication by the staff and the doctors. There were constant miscommunications and very minimal to nothing patient education about anything at all. The experience with them was rather traumatic than anything else. From the very beginning, before even tests were done, they were preparing us for IVF. Doctor did not seem interested in anything but that -in fact the only 3 times we saw her she looked like she did not even want to be there. Very disappointing and traumatic experience. Some staff are frinedly but do not make up for such lack of communication and such confusion. Also, everything takes forever, so be prepared to wait for months.
We had a nightmarish experience with RMG, especially the billing department. If there was a rating less than one star we would select that. It would take them weeks to respond to a request. Receipts for payments that were made and were needed for HSA claims could not be provided. All we saw was a ledger which no one took the time to explain to us even after several requests. The other issue was that RMG got us to pay the entire amount in advance as a deposit. So when they did not get pre-approval from our insurance as they shared the incorrect procedure code, they still went ahead and charged our deposit. Now when we tried to claim this charge from the insurance, we were denied because they said a pre approval was not provided because an incorrect procedure code was given by RMG.We stand to lose close to $10,000 overall. We hope you will learn from our experience. An update:I see my review was helpful (for RMG at least). I was surprised to see charges for my insurance (8 months after my last procedure). I guess 10 k overcharge wasnt enough and they were trying to punish me. Well, at least the billing department started to work, still isn’t responding to my insurance calls though. Fair enough, I will share more, as Megan requested. If you think they are not going to overcharge you because you have the best insurance you are mistaken. First of all they have fees which are not going to be covered by any insurance, for example $750 cycle coordination fee. Also they will make you sign a consent form, and you will think its about your responsibility for the charges which are not covered by your insurance. But in reality it means you are going to pay for all billing department mistakes and there are a lot of them (do the research and read reviews about RMG billing department). Also to my surprise it means you are going to pay whatever price RMG wants, despite the agreement with your insurance.Megan, if you are reading this and still want to be helpful, my insurance has been trying to get in touch with you/RMG several times now. Maybe it makes sense to talk to my insurance at least to fix your billing department mistakes. I am really frustrated by this place though, I have never seen anything like this. I don’t understand why the government can’t control these kinds of organizations. Feels like it’s taking advantage of hard working people.
My wife and I have been trying to have a baby for several months so we decided to get some fertility testing just to make sure there aren’t any problems because we are older. I called several clinics to schedule an appt for a semen analysis but they were all booked up for a couple months except for The Reproductive Medicine Group in Wesley Chapel that was only a 1.5 week wait. I scheduled the appt but they are only open during regular weekday hours so I had to take a vacation day in order to have an appt with them. She asked me if I have a referral and who the practitioner is. When I told her it was me and I’m a practitioner referring myself she said that was fine before getting my NPI and license number.I had to abstain for 4 days that unfortunately coincided with my wife’s ovulation window. I took off from work, which isn’t easy, and drove 45 minutes to my appt. I checked in and gave them my referral. Then she asked for the $140 fee and I paid it. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes and then the receptionist came back and said they can’t accept the referral because it was from me. I told her that when I made the appt I let her know it was a self referral and that I was told it was fine. She said that was wrong of her to tell me that. I asked her why is it not acceptable and she coldly said, it just isn’t. She gave me no explanation and was very rude and heartless. I wasted this month’s cycle window, a vacation day, and an hour and a half drive for absolutely nothing. Just to have a cold, heartless, response that yeah…we can’t help you, sorry. I have written many referrals for patients for fertility testing in the past and they are generic and not for a particular clinic or practice, but I will now make sure to tell every patient I refer that if they’re thinking about going to The Reproductive Medicine Group, do themselves a big favor and choose another practice.
We had such a great experience with The North Tampa Reproductive group. Every single person in that office is so kind and cognizant of the roller coaster you are on with your Infertility journey.
The tech kaylee was Absolutely amazing, she has good vibes ( more just chit chattin with my girls less this is a doctors office) makes you feel comfortable and she was gentle.
Amazing Doctors and very helpful with all services and treats you like you are a person, always explained everything to you and always touched base with everything you have going on with the medications and next step. Could not have choose a better place to start my IVF journey.
I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS!!!!SUPER BAD!!!!! experience!!!!!!!! and disrespectful staff, even me and my wife come in to deliver the sample with the cup our doctor gave us, they still made us wait to look information on the screen and walking around to see if they can receive it. After several minutes ans remeber you need to bring the sample in less than 1 hour, they finally take it 9 hours have already passed! Then they collected my sample as threated it like garbage. Not to mentioned that we out patinf this out own sonce our insirance was not covered. They charged us super fast, but no understanding, or care for us a patience. Since we got there they were scolding my wife for the wrong info her Dr. gave her, instead of just relating whatever the info they want, in a respectful way they continue to nag about how do not accept walk-ins like if we were kids. We continue to say that we didnt know since our Dr. Told us something different but they continue to let us know our wrongdoing!
August 2024 update.Back again to say how wonderful this group had been a second time around. Dr Tarantino and his entire staff were so thorough, detailed and attentive. Any question or concern we had they answered them all. For those going through the fertility journey, we highly recommend Dr Tarantino, and any of the physicians at the RMG. The entire staff from the front office to nurses and ultrasound are the most amazing group of supportive women and we’re going to miss seeing them ( Wesley chapel, fletcher ave)2022I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tarantino and all his amazing staff. Their knowledge, the way they treated me as a patient was beyond amazing. To all the beautiful, sweet girls who took care of me through our journey to baby was wonderful, I will forever be beyond grateful to have had the privilege of being your patient. All the examinations were thorough, no detail left out. Any testing that was performed they made me and hubby feel extremely comfortable and confident in their skill and knowledge. Thank you Dr Tarantino and all your amazing staff for this wonderful experience, we love you guys and see you in a few years for our number two ❤️❤️❤️
DO NOT COME HERE! As others have noted, the billing department is so disorganized and they lack proper communication skills. This is my first ever negative Google review for any business. This organization is so terrible I feel like its best to warn others to stay away from this place.Im fortunate that I did not have a timely fertility issue like others have reviewed. I came for PCOS related issues. The communication is horrendous. You leave a message and they rarely get back to you. You have to constantly follow after them to get answers. And even when they do answer they leave you on hold for 45+ mins because they forgot about you. They tell you to use the portal but when you do the portal tells you to just call the billing department. They send the wrong billing code. No matter how many times I tried to verify if the bloodwork will be coded correctly they still got it wrong. It took me OVER A WHOLE YEAR to get that fixed and it caused issues with my labcorp account preventing me from getting bloodwork for my doctor appointments unrelated to RMG. Even today, they tried to charge me for bloodwork (which I was getting done at their office) when its a covered service through my insurance. Ive tried to give them a chance over and over and over again. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps theyre under staffed or over booked, working in the medical field has to be hard. But today was the last straw. Im done having to argue with them over billing issues.I only saw Dr. Goodman once in my 13 months at this practice. It was fine. Nothing bad nothing good. Its strange to not see the doctor a bit more regularly and to have all communication go through the portal or phone.I see lots of doctors and this place is the most unusual and unprofessional place Ive been to.
Dr. McCormick is kind, thorough, and patient. I have greatly enjoyed all of my interactions with her.
I received care at this clinic between 2021 and 2022. The entire process was a nightmare. Only their surgery staff shows any level of care or consideration. Their billing/accounting team is the worst. They consistently billed the wrong insurance carrier time and time again, billing my primary health insurance instead of the fertility insurance carrier that we had/used. For months, I notified them over the phone, in writing in their patient portal and via letter that this was an issue they needed to fix. I never got a response. Six months later I got a statement saying I owed $45 (and they NEVER billed the right carrier by the way) and that they were sending me to collections. They make an already difficult and emotional journey even harder by lacking professionalism and doing the wrong thing out of pure laziness. If I check my credit in the coming days and weeks and there is damage to my credit score over $45 which they couldnt even be bothered to call me about, I intend to hire an attorney and sue their practice for damages. Additionally, I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Good luck if you choose to use them. By the way, the treatments never worked and we ended up getting pregnant on our own months after ceasing care with them. Seek a better practice.
Dr. Tarantino and Danielle are fantastic. Feel like they genuinely care, and are very good at their jobs. The Billing department really needs to get their shiz together though. At the moment we somehow have a bill from them despite being cash pay the whole time and paying in office at each visit.
This is my very first journey and it has been everything but smooth, the only thing that has made my journey bearable is the great team at the Fletcher office. Taylor and Kelly are truly angels sent from above, they have always gone the extra mile to make sure all my needs are met, they have helped ease my stress, and wiped tears due to the overwhelming stress I was having from my out of state hospital. The whole team is amazing and let me not for get about Mimi, amazzzzinggggg. If I ever chose to do another journey, this clinic will definitely be my go to.
Dr. Tarantino is the absolute best!! He has such a great attitude and sense of humor so my husband and I always look forward to seeing him! I did read some of the lower reviews and I will admit that there were some issues with the staff regarding miscommunication and getting a hold of the office which was frustrating at times. But overall, he got me pregnant and we are thrilled!
I would like to let know to all the members of The Reproductive Medicine Group, that Im the happiest woman in the world thanks to all of this amazing and so professional team of life reproduction. Thanks to specially Dr. Samuel Tarantino and Nurse Claudia, you have made my dream of becoming a mother true, I have no words to describe my happiness and my gratitude to all of you.I ll be thankful for ever.On behalf of my husband, my friends and my whole family, and on behalf of myself I admire your work of bringing life to this World and thank you once again.
I cant say enough wonderful things about my experiences thus far with Dr. Tarantino. I was an outside monitored patient for 1.5 years as my embryos are frozen in another state where I used to live. Anytime I met with him, whether for a procedure or consult, he was patient, warm, and incredibly knowledgable. And after 2 years of trying for baby #2 via IVF – through my former clinic in CA, I have decided to ship my embryos and move my care to RMG, based on my awesome experiences with Dr. T and all of the staff.I just had my new patient consult with him this week, and he clearly put a lot of thought into my case, suggesting some ideas that my esteemed RE in LA never mentioned. I feel very, very good about his knowledge and expertise and his bedside manner is exceptional. Im hopeful that he will help me finally conceive baby #2 so we can officially close the IVF chapter...
I am one happy mama because of this clinic! Dr. Tarantino and his staff are the best. My primary location was Clearwater and the ultrasound tech is amazing. Also Amy in IVF coordination is the best and very responsive and patient . Nothing was rushed and everything was done properly which has resulted in our pregnancy with our precious little boy. Thank you again Dr Tarantino we can’t wait to visit once baby is here 🩵
This is the worst office I have ever been to in my entire life. They are supposed to be a place where they handle sensitive information as not all of us women can easily have children. I was a patient of the cold and pathetic Dr. Goodman who I have seen twice in my whole time there. I had some questions about treatment and new issues that came up that you would think my own doctor would’ve had the decency to call me and discuss new medical issues that had come up. Instead, I received calls from the NP and my IVF coordinator (if I was lucky enough to be graced by her presence with a call) to pass on information from the doctor. I was supposed to go in and start my first IVF cycle and wad told to call at a specific time as Christine my coordinator promised me she would squeeze me in. Fast forward to when the time came for the appointment I needed and then to be told that they can’t get me in so may have to wait another month. When my husband and I both expressed our frustrations and concerns over the whole process, Christine acted like she cared and would “advocate” for me to get my appointment I needed asap. I ended up getting another call from a different coordinator telling me that the heartless Dr. Goodman released me as a patient because of mutual trust issues but was told not to worry they will send my records to the doctor of my choosing so it doesn’t cause further delay which was so beyond disgusting knowing this was ANOTHER delay caused by them. Oh and if you switch employers while being treated by them, good luck getting Nicole in finance because she will slap you with a bill for $20k even after you give your new insurance knowing you have coverage through progyny but refuses to pick up the phone to confirm coverage after asking her several times in the portal to call. Please see another provider and don’t waste your time here.
Dr Tarantino is the best fertility doctor ever . He took his time with me and help me conceive . However I lost my baby at 5 and half months . No fault of Rmg . I am praying in time I heal and God bless me with a rainbow baby . I am truly grateful to Christine , Amy and Claudia and all those who were instrumental in ensuring we conceive . Despite the hematoma I had during the pregnancy everything was going well until at some point it wasn’t . As much as I am saddened my baby died on sept 27th,2023 . I am truly happy that reproductive medicine group help created her and granted me the opportunity to love her and be her mom even for a short time .
After being referred to this location, it was certainly a challenge to even make it through the new patient process to be seen. I had to follow up multiple times with new patient onboarding to get an appointment for testing.Ultimately I was given incorrect direction, and was never considered an actual patient, but rather a referral for testing. I was provided cryptic lab results with no option to see a doctor to explain the results. After following up and pressing to understand what the results mean, I was told to ask my primary and then turned away as a customer because I am a male. My primary has no idea what these results mean. But I guess that’s not RMG’s problem.Office staff were very pleasant and responsive through the patient portal and in person. Could never get anyone on the phone.
I have had an appointment to get a fertility consultation for a month now at the New Tampa location. My appointment was supposed to be tomorrow morning, they called me today at noon to tell me I needed to do my patient forms or my appointment would be cancelled. I apologized and did them immediately, the receptionist told me I could keep my appointment. I received a phone call at 5:30 tonight cancelling my appointment because the forms need to be filled out “3 days in advance”, I was never made aware of this either on the phone or any other communication, it did not even say it in the email I received containing the forms. Very disheartening, this consultation was very important to me because I have a surgery coming up that will remove the cysts in my ovaries that may leave me with less opportunities fertility wise.
Dr. Goodman is a B-I-you-know-what. She’s a narcissist that has no care or concern for her patient, only what kind of $$$ they can bring in. As I’m explaining my situation to her she’s not listening and already shaking her head and saying things like “no,” or when I tell her what my OB and many other doctors told me she’s already shaking her head and claiming to know more than multiple doctors even though SHE WASN’T EVEN LOOKING AT MY RECORDS after I told her to look multiple times! Bottom line is she wants you in for an unneeded HSG (she had my report right in her laptop from OB saying my tubes are clear after ectopic, but she said the way my VERY REPUTABLE AND WELL-KNOWN OB conducted it is “wrong”—I’ve been going to my OB for years and trust her way more than this egotistic quack). She was very unpleasant and had horrible bedside manners for such a delicate situation and did not seem interested in genuinely helping me but only in how many tests she can get out of me. When I went in for the consult she just repeated to me everything I filled out online and then told me to come back for tests and schedule another appointment—I would’ve taken the tests beforehand if they would’ve told me. Don’t go here, this woman is unhinged and should not be practicing any longer. Retire, Sandy.
Was my first routine visit and they treated me like family… Very kind, very professional Dr Tarantino and bilingual 🤩🥰
The receptionist Camille and one other lady I spoke with never gave me a follow up call after I set up my appointment. They told me they would reach back out to me to finalized everything. I completed all the documents via email, when I called back to get an update they told me my appointment was cancelled. They said they would call me back and never did. So far I dont think I should trust them any further with my journey. Dont waste your time!!!!
We were very saddened to hear of the outcome our dear friends had with this facility. They were struggling to start a family and at the hands of the medical experts to help guide them and ease their worries, and you would think a facility that deals with this would know how to show compassion and treat people with honesty , love, and support. Well that’s something that is clearly foreign to this group as they led our dear friends down a road of tests without detailed follow through - late returned calls that made them have to repeat hormones multiple times and when our friends finally spoke up for themselves and demanded answers and direction the office called them and said we decided to part ways with you, yes you heard that correct they said we decided to part ways with you. They are left having to start all over somewhere else, honestly I’m happy about that because this place doesn’t deserve their business, but it’s awful. By the way the doctor didn’t even call them she had this office girl that never spoke with them deliver this awful message what a coward and a true sign of someone that was guilty of their actions.
My best advice is to stay far away from this place unless you are truly desperate. I was a patient of Dr. Goodmans, but I dont think she ever actually knew my name. There were CONSTANT miscommunications and absolutely zero patient education about anything at all. She wasnt even given my records until 20 minutes into our first visit. The last time I was there, I had three different people verify my pharmacy (the receptionist, the nurse, and the person who checked me out). The next day, I still hadnt heard from the pharmacy and when I called, they said they were never sent anything. I reached out to RMG and a nurse said they needed my pharmacy information to send it over - even though I could see it listed on my account and three people had verified it. You are lucky if they answer your call. Dr. Goodman also seemingly does not know what empathy is and she really did not seem to care about my medical history at all (other reviews mention that shes cold, theres a reason for that). I eventually spoke to the office manager, Kelly, and all she did was continuously defend how I had been treated. She showed more concern about me using a curse word ONE time (which was NOT used against her or anyone there, it was said out of hysterics because this place made me feel absolutely crazy) than she was about me voicing VALID concerns about how her office was handling my records, all of their screw-ups, and their overall treatment towards me. Please spare yourself the time, money, energy, and emotions - go somewhere else that will actually care about YOU.
Dr. Tarantino are the best!! Knowledgeable, caring and invested in patient success, good listener and problem-solver, he’s positive and warm. A people-person.The staff make me feel so comfortable and safe.I highly recommend the clinic and the clinic.Thank you for making my dream come true !!!
Dr. Tarantino and the entire team at RMG North Tampa has been so wonderful to work with! My husband and I struggled for years to conceive naturally, and after being referred by my OB and a close friend, we met with Dr. Tarantino to come up with a plan of action. Every appointment leading up to my treatment was quick and efficient, and I always felt prepared for the next step. In 2020 we began the process of medicated IUIs and got pregnant on the first round! Our daughter is now 2, and we couldnt be more grateful to Dr. Tarantino and his care team for helping us grow our family! As soon as we wanted to start trying for baby #2, we decided to go back to RMG since things worked so well with our first. The process of fertility treatments, and all the testing that takes place beforehand, can be long and exhausting...but with a great Doctor and incredible care team, it makes the journey that much sweeter!
Dr.Tarantino Was very friendly and informative during my consultation. I would absolutely recommend to a friend.
I can not recommend RMG enough. Even though my husband and I have (YET) to achieve a live birth. RMG has walked with us every step of the way. They are prompt with answers to my insistent questions, patient with me through the phone calls filled with tears, and remind me that I am not alone in what can feel like a very lonely process. From the front desk staff, the sonogram techs, ART nurses, Dr. McCormick, surgical staff, pre/post-op nursing staff, EVERYONE you will come in contact with will make you feel like you are a part of their family and they are doing everything in their power to help you achieve your dream family! If you have not yet called, DO!
Doctor McCormick and her staff are extremely professional and caring. I spent a lot of time with Jacinda the sonographer and Melissa the nurse and they were always very knowledgeable and personable. My experiences with doctors and staff outside of the Clearwater office were always great. The surgical center staff made me feel at ease. If I ever had an issue throughout my whole time as a patient, I was able to get someone on the phone and if need be, an appointment the same day. I would definitely recommend.
This isnt a one star review because the OR nurses are amazing and really care. I wish I could say the same thing about the nurse who is handling my wife and my case. When I made multiple phone calls reaching out for info about my appointments, I would be lucky to hear from them at all. The only reason I let this frustration go is my wife has the opposite experience. But now when she asks questions through the patient portal or calls directly, they A) answer the question way too late which delays when we can do our transfer or when she calls they hang up on her and never get back to her before EOD. That isnt acceptable. They might not take our IVF journey seriously but we certainly do.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking to have a baby and start a family. My husband and I experience has been so wonderful. The nurses, doctors, financial department, and even the sonography techs have been so sweet and welcoming. Truly made this scary situation even more calming and great. Dr. Goodman was my physician and I am truly so thankful for her and her peers. HIGHLY recommend this practice!!
The staff was very friendly and professional. Look forward to working with them on this hopeful journey.
I am currently a patient with Dr Goodman. The front office staff is always super nice to me. I have been here many times and I never end up waiting very long. The lady who draws your blood is amazing. The sonogram ladies are great. People learn your name. The deliver good and bad news daily, but are always hopeful for you.
Heed the negative reviews posted by others. There is a clear pattern of poor operations, communications, and systems leading to poor quality of care. I will not bother to elaborate on the multiple poor interactions with this office. I attempted to share some of the negative experiences and was reassured that I would be able to speak with the office manager by end of business day. I never received a return call nor do I expect to at this rate….
If you can choose any other Doctors office please do. The nurses here are extremely rude and they don’t treat everyone the same especially when dealing with diversity. I’ve been a patient since 2018 and I feel like the nursing staff has became so bad!! Kelly Gast is the manager and she’s so disrespectful. I don’t recommend The reproductive medicine group.2022 update!!!! I found a doctor in Orlando, FL. I’m now 7 months pregnant with twins, a boy and a girl. I truly believe the doctor and staff of the office makes all the difference in a healthy successful IVF journey. I wish you all the best.
This place will literally destroy your dreams of ever having a baby. I have been a patient there for a little over a month, have not even gotten to the treatment process, and had horrible horrible experiences with their testing procedures. First off, they cancelled a testing appointment the day before due to the doctor not working during the time of my appointment, just to reschedule me 2 weeks out as the earliest appointment. I had that appointment made for a month, and they cancel the day before. Then, the day of my HSG (which has to be done on a certain day of your cycle), as I am driving there, they call me and say that they forgot to do a test that was needed in order to the HSG. They FORGOT!!! For a place that is supposed to handle patients, I have lost absolute every piece of trust in them. I spent $40 on the prescriptions needed for this HSG, was planning to pay hundreds of dollars just to have it done, and I get a call 30 minutes before. Do not trust these people. Their communication is horrible, they do not care about you, and they are heartless when it comes to something so delicate. It takes a lot for a woman to accept that they need fertility help, and this business does not care at all about you or your journey.
I can’t say enough amazing things about RMG. The whole process was scary and daunting to begin with but they provide a ton of information and give you the ability to ask any and all questions until you’re comfortable with your plan. Dr Goodman is straightforward and honest about all options which I truly appreciated. The ART staff exceeded my expectations to where I keep them updated with my progress today now that I am 20 weeks pregnant. As in any situation, you always need to advocate for yourself, however I wasn’t a number there, I truly felt like a person. I highly recommend RMG.
Wonderful experience for my wife, everyone as been great especially the manager Jasmin. She has spoken to my wife a few times and explain everything to us without any issues. Very nice and professional I recommend this office to anyone seeking fertility help. Dr. Tarantino is amazing and had made us feel great.
Needed some of my imaging test for my upcoming oncology appointment. I was told they would not put it on the patient portal and when they finally agreed to fax it if I filled out a records request (at first they were only going to mail it if I came in and filled one out I no longer live in FL) I was given a non working cell phone number from Indiana as a fax number. When the fax did not go through I looked up the fax number on the website and sent a request to every clinic site. I did not hear back from them, I still have never received results from my scan. I dont understand how someone could be so disregarding of human life. It is truly sad.
I just think this practice lacks morals. You send your info a week before. ALL your medical info. Height, weight, etc. It takes 10 seconds to figure out if a potential patients BMI is acceptable for treatment. Mine wasn’t. But I found that out, after our 5 minute, $250 consult. He said he wouldn’t help us unless I lost 30 pounds. So imagine being so excited to maybe start a family & the doctor goes, yah I won’t help you, but takes the $250. It was a 5 minute convo. I sobbed after. Please do not accept new patient consults if their BMI isn’t up to your protocol. $250 is a lot of money for a young couple. I sobbed after. I felt humiliated. the doctor was nice and funny but otherwise the appointment was a waste. Just money in his pocket.
Dr.Tarantino is the best doctor in fertility ❤️ and all the office staff in Tampa and clearwater are amazing!! Highly recommended if youre looking for a successful treatment. Thank you! Tarantino
No follow up in over 30 days. Never heard results of sample or return call about long term storage. Highly disappointed that this place was recommended as the best and is adding another issue for me during treatment for my Illness.
Love the staff at the Fletcher office. I recently had to get blood work done (a major phobia of mine) as well as an HSG procedure and they could not have been more caring, with one of the nurses physically holding my hand. After the blood work, which was done painlessly, I did begin to pass out. The girls in the office leapt into action faster than I could blink! Got me awake and into a room where they monitored, hydrated, and fed me until my vitals were normal again, all while helping me to laugh at the situation. The same thing happened to me years ago at a different office and that staff just stuck me into a room alone until I felt better. What a world of difference. Special shout-out to Kassie, Danielle, Michelle, and Mimi for patiently nursing me through the ordeal like the compassionate and skilled professionals they are!
Dr. Tarantino is the best doctor we could’ve had throughout this process. He is knowledgeable and articulated his process and thoughts very clearly, he’s realistic, and very thorough. The nursing staff at RMG is absolutely incredible and makes you feel like you’re the only patient. They all go above and beyond! We are beyond thankful for RMG!
Dr. Goodman and staff have been fantastic! Our son is our first little IVF guy and we are on our journey for our second (and final) from our remaining frozen embryos. Be prepared- its an INTENSE process and needs a ton of flexibility in your schedule. They have early morning monitoring appts but its still not early enough for some careers. Is it possible to spend A LOT of money and not have a successful transfer- yes. Its a sad possibility in the IVF world and no treatment center has 100% results. However, RMG sets you up the best they can for achieving pregnancy.
Do not go here. Reception is as incompent as can be. No communication what so ever, randomly canceled appointments, clueless staff (how do you now know what services your facility provides?). Nurses and techs maybe nice, but it seems theyll throw anyone they find to handle phone calls, not to mention they never answer, and when they do they know nothing about where they work. A pathetic, sorry excuse for a business. Ive been coming here for 6+ months and if it means anything, Id rather drive an hour to a competent facility than this place.
I prayed for RMG and when I tell you from the first time I called I have never had a better experience of comfort, communication and service at ANY Doctors office. Going through fertility is hard and scary the staff and doctors on both sides of the clinic are beautiful inside and out.Amazing service my husband and I were blessed to have them. I went for help and guidance when I left RMG I had gained a family not just pregnant with My twins but a family and community with RMG.They are #1
HORRIBLE experiences here …. RMG knew at the beginning of our journey that I WASN’T healthy enough to proceed to IVF. SO WHY DID they badger us to proceed with donor eggs & donor embryos ??? At the beginning of our journey ( prior to collecting our money in full ) they constantly called us. Even at work I’d receive calls about different matches available. RMG takes advantage of us infertile couples - WE are ALL easy prey, willing to do anything to have our precious babies We were pushed into proceeding with donor egg and to choose our match in a big rush - even though they knew I wasn’t healthy enough at that time to attempt IVF. RMG had refused IVF procedure, due to my numerous health issues. BUT even knowing that I wasn’t physically healthy enough to even proceed to IVF, They badgered us non stop until we chose donor egg, paid our 35000 balance they received their balance in full. It’s been years now since I’ve last heard from them. Never ever even had the chance to do IVF. A few years ago, I even called to let them know that we felt “forgotten.” Nurse said she’d follow up with me but NEVER heard from this group again!! . We still have frozen embryos in their storage - yet I’m not healthy enough to ever have IVF!!!! Every year we pay 400 to store our donor embryos. As soon as I didn’t pay on time this year, I get a phone call!! Just yesterday. Turns out that they do know how to pick up the phone to follow up with their patients after all. BUT just so that they can squeeze out even more money from you. Our feelings are justified - if I wasn’t healthy enough to proceed to IVF, then why did they proceed with donor eggs AND embryos and accept our 35000 dollars? And take advantage of our feelings of despair? BEWARE of this place ! They’ll take your money and forget about you. I don’t feel bad for writing this review because it’s completely honest and from my broken heart.
I had my first meeting with Dr. Goodman at the Fletcher location for fertility issues. I was worried because of some negative reviews. I couldnt have been more pleased with all the office staff, nurses and Dr.Goodman. Everyone was super nice and seem on top of their game. I am so relelived to be under their care. I finally feel like I have people on my side who share the same sense of urgency as I do! I was previously seeing the OBGYNS with Florida Medical Clinic, and while I know their fertility treatment options are limited, I always felt like I had to make a case for my concerns and it was just an added stressor I didnt need!!! Again, I am so happy to have meet Dr. Goodman!!
I saw Dr Tarantino at the Fletcher Ave Tampa office for about a year. I came to the office from a local fertility doctor who literally filled my system up and let me be. Needless to say, it did not work and Dr Tarantino had the fun job of going through all of my prior treatments and fixing what went wrong. Dr Tarantino was great to deal with and I felt had a fantastic bed manor. He got to know my husband and I on a personal level before even speaking about treatment. Dr Tarantino speaks honestly and doesnt sugar coat the truth, which I prefer. The front office staff has been great as well. Ive never had an issue making an appointment, and if there was a schedule conflict, the staff was more than willing to work with me and even offered appointments at the other location which fit my schedule. When my husband had to be evaluated the staff made his trip as least awkward as possible and really made us both feel cared for. Any communication issue I have ever had between the Dr and the office was quickly corrected and I can honestly say if it was not for Dr Tarantino and his staff, I would not be able to conceive. I have never seen a Dr and his staff who barely know you, so happy to see you reach your goal. I highly suggest Dr Tarantino and the Tampa office especially for anyone having trouble conceiving.
I felt everyone was great from our Meeting with Cindy to the final appointment with Dr. McCormick. I felt like every question was carefully considered and the ART team always took there time with me when I didn’t quite understand something. I always felt cared about and that they had my best interest in mind at all times.I would definitely recommend RMG to any friend looking to go through IVF.Thank you to the whole gang at RMG. I look forward to sending you some pictures of our little one soon.
Dealing with infertility is hard. Hardest thing I have ever done. But at the office with the amazing DR Tarantino just made my journey better. DR.T is very thorough and very skilled. I also have to give a shoutout to all the amazing staff at the surgery center and the Clearwater office! These gals are always so welcoming and attend to every need or question I ever had! Jacinda at the Clearwater office was OUTSTANDING! I wish I could have her as my everyday sonographer. We were lucky enough to get pregnant on our first transfer with DR T. He made sure everything was perfect before transferring my embryo! I can never thank you and your amazing staff enough for giving me and my husband the most amazing gift and making this hard process amazing and making me never feel like I couldn’t do it.-Heather & John ridinger
I went to RMG for an HSG in February. I am writing this review now only because I am at a point where I have a scheduled appointment at Shady Grover Fertility and I called my insurance company to see if our coverage is going to be the same as what I was told at RMG since the insurance providers have different contracts with each group.Check in was great. She went over my procedure and what my benefits are. The girl at the desk was so friendly and welcomed me in straight away. After about 35 minutes I was called back for vitals and a pregnancy test. I went back to the waiting room for another hour which ended up making my scheduled appointment an hour late. Once I was taken back into the room I felt like I needed to give them my deli ticket because I was next. You get put into a corner to change with a curtain all while the Doctor and about 2-3 other nurses are in the room (yes I am well aware they are about to deep dive into my lady parts, but so does my GYNand they still leave you to change and gown up). I barley had my leggings off before a nurse opened the curtain to get me onto the table. As soon as it was over I was told to get up, a sheet was wrapped around me, my belongings were grabbed, and I was walked out the door and into a different room to change. From walking into the procedure room to walking out, maybe a total of a two and a half minutes. Dr. Betsy McCormick did my HSG and really didnt provide any feedback like I thought I would get since my GYN said the results would be instant. I called a few weeks later to have them tell me my results and I was told that since Im not a patient of theirs, they cant discuss my results with me and that Id have to wait until I had my follow up with my GYN. Weird considering THEY did the HSG on ME. But whatever I had a follow up with my GYN a few weeks after that.I honestly dont really even care about my visit there. I wasnt a direct patient with them, nor will I be. What Im writing about today is the warm and welcoming girl at check-in. She explained my insurance benefits so wrong. She confidently told me, and showed me on paper what it would cost if we were to ever need assisted fertility. I went from thinking there better not be anything wrong with me, we cant afford IUI/IVF, to well the pressure is off we can afford any treatment necessary! Another patient in the waiting room even said to me how lucky we were to have such great coverage. Im not sure if she got another patients information mixed up with mine or If shes not the one who usually explains benefits, but every last detail about our coverage was wrong. Luckily I do have infertility coverage under my insurance, but not to the extent she made me believe. I even asked my insurance company if what I was told by RMG was even possible maybe they just had a different contract price, but no. The rep at Cigna explained that it was not how our plan, or any plan through Cigna works.I cannot stress how important it is to make sure you have someone who can accurately explain coverage to your patients when fertility is such a sensitive subject. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure you are relaying the correct information because the next time you incorrectly tell a patient their benefits, they might not have any coverage and there will probably be a lot more than a 1 star review being posted. Also maybe treat your patients more like people than a number for a procedure that hurts like hell, just a thought.
I have never encountered a more inappropriate front staff/billing team. I was told via voicemail my procedure (for diagnosis of infertility) would not be covered, and I would be charged a self pay charge, despite reassurance from my insurance this procedure was covered. After multiple phone calls to the front desk, I finally received a phone call back. I was then told in an extremely condescending tone that:1) My procedure was not covered2) They could not use my letter from my OB (which stated this procedure to be medically necessary for diagnosis purposes) because, IVF is not medically necessary and...3) Then they spoke over me to deny that diagnostic procedures for infertility issues are covered by insurances. I then was told it was best if I found another facility as they do not deal with fraudulent insurance claims. Are you kidding me?!? My OB said it was MEDICALLY NECESSARY!Now let me remind you that:- My OB said the procedure was covered (at this facility)- My INSURANCE said the procedure was covered (at this facility), and gave me a reference number for reassurance that this procedure was coveredBecause of all of this, I contacted another facility where I was told my procedure would be covered & that they just needed to check with the insurance.Guess what? My procedure is covered.I am livid, and as a board certified physician, I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and the greed displayed, and I WILL NEVER recommend this group to any of my patients or their families.
Dr. Yeko, the nurses, and staff at RMG are wonderful. I had 5 failed IUIs with my regular physician so he referred me to Dr. Yeko. After some initial testing, we decided IVF was the way to go. I got pregnant with my first IVF cycle! Im 10 weeks pregnant expecting a little boy. I cant thank Dr. Yeko and his team enough. Communication through the patient portal was great as well as calling the on call nurse if you had any questions after hours. I highly recommend using RMG for your fertility needs!
I was an outside monitoring patient and they forced me to do the doctor consultation and after that they will charge me 1000$ for an estrogen and progesterone test. They will charge you just for a test more than a transfer cost. I spoke with Kelly the officer manager. And also they never answer on the phone
There aren’t enough good things I can say about Dr. Yeko and his team to express how much they have done to help us. Throughout our journey with infertility, Dr. Yeko’s expertise in assessing our issues, his confidence in treatment recommendations, and his compassion when addressing our questions and concerns were paramount in guiding us through the process. His entire team of staff worked with us in an expedient, yet pleasant manner. Today, i am overjoyed to say that we have conceived and we are excitedly awaiting the arrival of our first baby. We are truly thankful to everyone at Dr. Yeko’s practice for helping to give us this most precious gift.
Dr. T and the RMG staff at the north Tampa office are awesome!!! They provide nothing but compassionate and professional care. Dr. T helped us conceive our daughter in December of 2016, and recently helped us conceive baby #2. We will be forever grateful!
It is very hard to make an appointment with this place. They never return call from voice mail. My husband need to drive to the office to make an appointment. When he was there in the office, he saw the phone ringing and the front desk people watching video on TikTok and ignore the phone.I really hope someone can do something about it and improve customer service.
We went through IVF with RMG last year and had a horrible experience. The staff is not very friendly or compassionate... which is pretty awful for a fertility clinic dealing with people who are going through an already emotional experience. When we were there signing paperwork to start IVF we were asking the nurse Christine some questions and she got aggravated and asked “didn’t you go over the paperwork that we mailed to you?” Making us feel like we weren’t allowed to ask any questions when we were about to pay $24,000! We should be able to ask any question we want. They really need to improve their customer service.
I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience with RMG. We had a long battle with infertility and after having no luck with other doctors, we were referred to Dr. Tarrintino. He was confident that he could help us conceive and he did! We are going back for miracle number 2 soon!
Great patient care. Ive seen Dr Burnheisel before he retired and most recently Dr Goodman. Very informed and caring practice. The nursing staff is amazing. Highly recommend them if you have concern around fertility. Dont worry or wait as delays only hurt you more.
Dr. Tarantino is the best. The staff in that office is always friendly. I was referred to for treatment for my fibroids his surgically skill is great. What I love the most about him is how compassionate, professional and thorough he is. Dr. Tarantino also treated me for fertility problems I was having. Both of my sons are the results of his treatment planned.Thank you Dr. T
My doctor here was sweet but the staff (especially the Clearwater office) are disgraceful. I dont feel I was cared for by the staff and felt an inconvenience to around 70% of the staff. They were rude, sometimes didnt call me back then said they did, failed to inform me when to turn up to hospital (had to guess and just turn up for operation!!) and just unpleasant experience all around. They couldnt even match my husbands records to mine on one occasion! I left and went to USF. Thank goodness. It was not worth the stress for me, they made me so uncomfortable. Its a stressful enough time where there should be wrap around support and kindness! For me, only having one or two nice members of staff was not enough to deal with the rudeness and bad form of the others. Theres enough to deal with in IVF. Again, my Doc was sweet (but you deal with the staff more and only the Doc a few times) and many of the staff, especially Clearwater office which is the worst in my opinion, were horrific to deal with.
Im very happy to made the choice of be seen by Dr. Tarantino. He is a great person and me and my husband have all our hope in the doctor to make real our dream. The staff was amazing!!!!
I met with two doctors from this office and both were impersonal in how they explained my options. One doctor was arrogant and really make you feel rushed to get in and out there office as if your just a number and they really have zero interest in your care or emotions as a patient even though your about to help pay there salary and help keep there business running. They did a shotty job explaining my results and basically hand you a folder with a bunch of paperwork that again is barely explained to you and then ask you if you have any questions but how can you have questions when you werent explained anything and havent read the paperwork yet. I hate this place did not have a good experience and the doctors are weird and standoffish.
I had an HSG done here it was quick and easy. I arrived fifteen minutes prior to my appointment and was done within twenty minutes. The staff was very helpful and Dr. Yeko was informative and kind. The facility was very clean and I was happy to see that they are taking a lot of precautions to be safe with the current pandemic.
Big warning. They dont care about you. All they care is about if they are getting the money including every single penny. And consider yourself to be so lucky if you get to speak to anyone over the phone or get a phone call back when you leave multiple messages.I have never seen such a bad practice in my life! The doctor have no compassion or any better knowledge and understanding about the whole process. Its pathetic that they still are a working clinic.
Doctor and office staff is wonderful and very patient. I am a 40 year old kidney transplant patient, and I am able to confidently leave from Dr. Yeko and go to my regular obgyn with a baby. I thought that dream was over, and he helped it come true.
Dr Goodman is one of the best she really cares about her patients. Her and the staff have been nothing but a blessing too me and my family. Her and staff will always have a place an me, my husband and kids heart we are forever grateful and thankful for yall love, understanding and compassion.RMG and staff you guys are the best.Christina Crews thanks you and the whole ART team 💓💞.All the staff have been good too us over 10 years no one change on us always been kind and compassionate. When I look at my kids financially they both were worth it I couldnt put a price on my kids we spend well over 30,000 over the 10 years plus and we dont miss it God always provided us through our journey ask and it shall be received. Never put a price on what going too bring you happiness.
Dr. Yeko, along with the fellow doctors and staff in this organization, gave exceptional care during my journey to motherhood. No matter how small the concern may have been, they always made it a priority to put my mind at ease. I often felt like their only patient, always being put first. Honestly, I wouldnt recommend someone to seek help anywhere else for their reproductive needs.
Was not impressed. I felt like it was a factory. My twins are 8 now and had to do IVF but not through RMG. They messed up my medical records and got me confused with someone else just by the conversations that one of the doctors had with me. They said my eggs were bad. They werent bad. My tube was blocked!!! I finally went to Dr. Sanchez and he changed my protocol and was successful on first try!!!!
Reproductive Medicine group is great xI went to Dr. Samuel Tarantino he was a great doctorHe kept me and my partner up in spirit. He was definitely there for us. He understood what we was going through and was monitoring every step of the way.I cant believe Im pregnant with my first child omg thanks so much Dr.T x I recommend anyone trying for IVF this is the right place and Dr. T is the one. This my first ivf and its a success x Im due Nov.Dom x
Dr. Tarantino and his team are amazing! After years of infertility, he made it possible for me to have one beautiful child, and now another one in the way! He can work miracles!
Be careful when going here. Triple check what procedures your insurance plan covers, and what procedures are not covered BEFORE starting treatment. They will perform all of the simpler procedures for you and never mention if your insurance covers the procedures that are more complex. By the time you do a few of the simpler procedures you have already been going there for 6-8 months and developed what you thought was a good relationship. When/if it comes time to move on to the more complex procedures they then may tell you that they accept your insurance, but their lab does not. The lab that is loacted in the same small building strangely enough, but bills differently. This basically means you are paying for the majority of the procedure they are recommending out of pocket because your insurance does not cover it. At that point, why would I comfortably utilize them any longer? The trust has been broken at that point and it really makes you question what else you were not told up front, and the quality of their work. I dont want to say bait and switch, but if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, imo, its a duck.
Doctor Yeko is great, super professional and acknowledge, staff and nurses are great as well, kind and friendly. Dr Macnulty suggested me to go see Dr Yeko because i needed a mayor surgery and i was told hes great, and i agree 100% hes a hero. He took excellent care of my big problems, i was depressed with pain and health issues until i visited this office, Deborah(nurse) is great as well, they r all awesome i had my procedure done and all i can tell this is my first time i love a Drs office and staff, thanks u all for being heroes and awesome God Bless u all.
Just as other patients have stated stay away!!!!!!! All they care about is money. I was ran through a gamut of testing some of which was completely unnecessary. Turns out the unnecessary testing was coded as a surgical procedure (SIS) when really all it was, was a ultrasound with saline. No one advised me that my insurance would apply the procedure cost to my deductible and I would be left holding a bill for almost $700.00. I wasnt informed of this until after the procedure that I would owe this. What a slap in the face, as I even informed Dr. McCormick that the SIS was not necessary and that my regular OBGYN has confirmed no anatomical abnormalities. I appealed it with the office billing manager, Susan Guy, and instead of doing the right thing and writing it off I was told they would reduce my $700.00 bill by half!!! On top of this nightmare, Dr. McCormick was not able to help me, the way they treat PCOS is per-historic. I came to her with a hormonal balance and all of its nasty symptoms and was offered birth control or fertility treatments......Do not go here, again, all they care about is money and like another patient stated, getting every single cent of it!
We were referred to RMG by my OBGYN after we had trouble conceiving a second child. We tried for several years to no avail and suffered two early losses. We suspected my husband had some issues because of medication he had been on that is known for causing infertility and a reduction in sperm motility. We discussed this with our RMG doctor at our first appointment and she dismissed it and the possibility (stating that they dont really treat male infertility) and only focused on me. We should have left at that point, but we were desperate after having had two miscarriages. We embarked on the process to go through IVF, which cost in total over $50,000 out-of-pocket. At the end of each of our heartbreaking cycles, we had ZERO healthy embryos to implant. None. And really no answer from the physicians at RMG as to why this was happening. They recommended we get donor eggs through their process or through another egg bank if we wanted to conceive again, but to us, this seemed rather drastic given that I was 35 and we still had no affirmative diagnosis. Instead we decided to start the diagnosis process over with DIFFERENT local physician, who diagnosed our issue quickly, got my husband the medication he needed and was able to get us pregnant naturally, not once, but twice in a row immediately after treatment. I did have one miscarriage, but am now 36 weeks pregnant with a health baby boy. I shudder to think where we would be on this journey if we had stayed with RMG. Everyones experience is different and everyones journey is different, but this practice didnt listen and didnt offer many options for male infertility...heck, they didnt even diagnose it correctly after months of tests. I write this in order to inform others who may experience similar issues. Infertility is heartbreaking and I hope it helps someone find what they need to make their dream come true.
The staff are all very rude and nonchalant. I was very uncomfortable after my consultation. I left with more questions instead of answers. The doctor doesnt really listen to your vision and try to bring it to reality. Instead she kind of tell you what youre gonna do. The nurses are the worst Ive ever dealt with. I dont think anyone in this office understands how touchy infertility can thus they come off uncaring and unprofessional. Waste of money and time.
We tried for so long to have a baby and Dr Tarantino and the whole staff at RMG made our dream come true!! We are having twins and could not be happier. I have already recommended RMG to two of my personal friends and would highly recommend that anyone having trouble conceiving go to RMG.
I have nothing but great things to say about the place, the stuff made me and my husband feel like family. o wow Dr Goodman was the best. my daughter is now 4 years old and me and my husband thinking about doing it again. Ijust want to thank them for everything.
Thanks to everyone at the RMG!!!! Dr.Goodman...Plus everyone over in the Surgery Center that helped make this dream come true. This was my first frozen transfer with PGS testing. ONE week ago today we welcomed our miracle baby boy into the world. With out all you guys at RMG this dream would’ve never came true and we wouldn’t be holding and loving on the cutest baby boy ever. Thank you guys so much
Dr Goodman helped us to make our 2 year old a Big Brother! We researched a lot, and decided we would love Dr Goodman to be our doctor. She is very knowledgeable, kind , and helped us to conceive our 2nd little Blessing via Ivf! We can’t thank her enough for helping us to expand our family. Thank you Dr.Goodman and all the staff at RMG!
There is a lot of learning needed on the topic of communication with this clinic. I will spare specific details for the sake of keeping it short. I love the ultrasound girls and that is about it in this clinic! It is a shame that the wonderful U/S girls are also graded due to the rest of the clinic being really bad.
I’m right there. Turned into 45min plus later. Bad start to the first appt. received financial statement and stated this does not reflect amount shown online. Crickets. Agreed only care about money!! So frustrating. In response to reply: It was after I was let in the room promptly, then was told will be there in a few min and 45min later! Its not about the cost, its that I sent an email and RECEIVED NO RESPONSE!!! BAD Customer service all around from start to finish.
The best doctor. Thank you very much for making my dreams of being a mother come true. the best team. Thanks to the nurses, the lab girls, anyway, everyone there. Thank you.
All the staff has been incredible! My doctor is Dr. Goodman, she has been very helpful. Going through this process is stressful so it helps to have a wonderful team to work with.
He was very kind and gave me a great second opinion and suggestions on how to proceed based on medical information, age and current insurance.
Terrible place to goto they will charge for different tests and never give you results. Then will tell you to retake the test but have to pay them again. beware they are scammers
Warning: Its possible to spend over $50K with them and get nothing in return. Also, it is possible to have them vet a donor for you and not get a single viable embryo. Perhaps choose another place for your egg donor. Finally, their finance department is a poorly managed mess. Total pain to work with
They are the best!! Weve had one successful Ivf cycle and Ive had many friends have success with them. The doctors are so knowable and nice. They band over backward for you. Its hard to find this kind of service anymore
I have gone here for a few procedures. They are fast, efficient and know what theyre doing. I am very happy with Dr Goodman. Shes serious, gets down to business and knows what needs to happen and when.
Dr Yeko is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. With his guidance we were able to overcome our long journey and be blessed with our healthy son. Thank you Dr. Yeko and staff for everything that you do.
Dr Tarantino and the RMG team are wonderful. Compassionate and helpful throughout the process. So thankful we found them!
I appreciate the new portal that was implemented. In addition to getting results on your test, I can pose questions to the doctor without having to call in to request a call back. I love the attention and sincereness everyone has shown me. I am leaving here with what I have dreamed of for four years.
Great office staff and atmosphere!
My experience with RMG was fantastic, staff always attentive to my needs, excellent customer service, Dr T is a wonderful Dr, very knowledgeable, caring Dr. This was our first time trying IVF and thank God was successful, we cant never thank you guys enough for our beautiful miracle, Due day December thank you to RMG team and Dr T. .I recommend this place to anyone looking for top of the line service and results.
Dr yeko and his staff are the most professional and friendly office I’ve ever been to. They tremendously helped us along our journey and we fell pregnant our very first cycle!
They are very unprofessional. From the front desk to the doctor they try to push the most expensive procedure witch in this case its ivf. Make you feel like you are a number a little racist in my opinion would never recommend them go somewhere else if you want to have any luck ttc.
Started here as a patient with little to no help from my doctor or staff. Most of the time they didn’t even know why I was there. Being gay and doing iui with them don’t do it. They aren’t here to help but take your money with no results.
I just want to thank to Cristina to be the only one to help me out with the process on my appointment. Her kindness and friendly attitude are unique. Thanks to Kelly and Claudia for your help.
They are amazing... We had male factor and we were hopeless every dr we went to gave us zero hope until we talk to Dr. Tarantino we was straight foward and told us that Ivf was the best option 2yrs from 1st consult we just got to see my bby in a Ultra Sound.... The staff and Dr. are very courteous friendly and show you that they really care about you...love then and definitely will come back for next round.
Dr. Yeko is a phenomenal doctor. Their office staff and nurses are genuine just wonderful people to help you with your journey :)
Very informative. Hoping they can give me positive results with the way my body works
Dr Yeko is the best doctor anyone could ask for! I would recommend him to anyone! My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a long time. Seeing doctor Yeko helped us!
So far Dr. Tarrentino has been really nice and informative
Dr Yeko is great, but it is next to impossible to get ahold of them. No one answers the phone there.
Dr.McCormick is awesome ... it has been a great journey with her. I appreciate her work and everything she has done for me .
This doctor is awesome. He listens very informative and supportive. The staff was very friendly and professional my experience with this office was 👍 great.
STAY AWAY! This place is absolute nightmare and absurdly unorganized. I did bloodwork back in January that I still havent received results from 5 months later
Excellent and caring Drs. and staff! Without them I would not have my daughter. I urge anyone with infertility issues to call.
Dr. Tarantino is an amazing surgeon. The staff is not always the friendliest.
The compassion the whole staff has made the process of infertility easier. I will definitely recommend!
You do not help the veterans like the page i went for first time and received us that they knew nothing and then they did not qualify because it was cancer that our veterans had to go through things like that and people like you guys close the doors in our face
Very disappointed. It doesnt matter how badly you want to have children, a missed and paid balance will cause them to shut the doors on you and cause more hurt in a desperate time.
Dr. Tarantino is great and the North Tampa Fletcher office front staff are so caring.
Dr was so genuine and compassionate. Extremely understanding and took the time to get to know us and our needs
Dr. Yeko is absolutely terrific very helpful with a difficult situation. I will recommend him to everyone!
Dr.Goodman and staffs awesome , never had an issue , very happy with them . Good luck
Informative, shared pros and cons, gave a good overview of what to expect
No one answers the phone. I have called multiple times and I am always sent to voicemail.
Terrible people, want money and don’t listen to your concerns
Dr. Goodman is amazing. Very honest with expectations and solutions.
Dr. Yeko and his team are amazing!
Reproductive Medicine Group moved, new address is 5245 E Fletcher Ave
Do you have Chinese service?

Dr. Tarantino, thank you for making our dream come true, God has blessed you and your family and will continue to do so for being the kind of human being that you are. To the entire team at The Reproductive Medicine Group THANK YOU!!!! I want to share that my process did not work the first time, and the doctor did not rest until he found a viable option for my husband and I. Thank you Doctor for not abandoning our case.
