If I could have given this place a 0 star rating I would. To start off, I set an appointment and had to wait over 30 minutes to get called back. I had asked prior to the appointment how much the appointment would be and I was told they couldn’t give me an exact price but it would be somewhere between $20-120. Once we got called back, after walk in patients, we saw the doctor a total of 5 minutes. All she did was look at my son. She didn’t draw blood work, didn’t run any tests, just looked at him. When I walked out of the appointment I waited another 30+ minutes for them to tell me how much it was going to be. They let me know they billed my insurance $440 and I was responsible for paying them $175. When I asked how much it would have been if I was a self paying patient, they told me $330. I was outraged. I will be calling my insurance as well as coding because the people in the office refused to give me a print out explaining the reason why everything was so much. The people in the front office were rude, the office and rooms were not clean, and when I told them if my son could have some water they refused saying the water they have is for providers only. This place is only in business to steal your money, they don’t care about patients and their families.
Everyone here at the Valencia and Headley location is nice caring and takes the time to listen. I’ve been here a good handful of times and I have not had a bad experience. I always try to do an appointment online but I’ve come as a walk in as well and no issues we are always seen fairly quick. But we are always taken care of and always feel heard by every nurse/doctor here. Our most recent visit was today with Richard H and my daughter said “mommy he was very nice to me”. So the kids are giving a 10star rating as well. :)
I had to get exam done for work. It require me to take exam and return on a later date. Day one I had to complete paperwork which was easy since I could do most of it on my phone. For my lab results I signed and waited about 5 minutes and was provided my lab results. Overall a good experience.
I came in with a really bad gash on my hand needing stitches immediately and I was beyond impressed with the service and professionalism the entire team provided. From check-in to exit and everything in between i was very impressed and grateful for the care shown and given. If you ever need help and youre near here, i strongly recommend you visit!
Had to get stitches taken out. The doctor was helpful and informative about the stitches. I love the friendliness and professionalism from the staff. Kudos to the ladies up front for being polite and quick. Would recommend to someone who needs to go to a clinic.
Very fast, got checked in and brought back quickly. The NP that saw me was nice, kind, and provided some education too. My only issue, which seems to be more of a trend at urgent cares, she didn’t listen to my lungs or heart. My last visit with dispatch health, the same thing. Are providers just not doing that anymore?
The nurse that took my 21 month old sons vitals was truly AMAZING! He hates doctors offices and she was so caring and helpful. We got into the office and the doctor was right behind us! Ive never been to an office run this well and this on time! Thank you for caring for my son and soothing my worries!
The location was perfect for my new move. The staff & Dr were so nice and attentive. The only thing was that they sent my script to the wrong pharmacy.i had to transfer them. Other than that I was seen pretty fast didnt have to wait more than 15 min to be seen.
May as well take down your Walk-ins Welcome sign because they’re not! Unless you walk in and want to wait four hours for an appointment or go somewhere else. It was 8:10 am. I went to another Nextcare and got the same runaround except I only had to wait two hours to see the doctor only for them to tell me they didn’t have an x-ray machine there and I had to go back to the original location. I went to that location had the x-rays taken and five hours after I left I still had not heard anything! I called. They told me it would be another hour or so however, they did call back in 10 minutes only to say that there was a fracture and now I needed to see an orthopedic doctor! It is now 5:30 in the evening.I drove 40 minutes to see the after hour orthopedic doctor and was finally released with a cast for the fracture and did not get released until 9:30 PM! This is totally unacceptable for an urgent care facility! I guarantee you I won’t be using any NextCare facility if there’s another emergency and I definitely won’t recommend to anyone.
Had to go on a Sunday. It was a very easy process. Make your appointment ahead of time. Nice reception and a great doctor. Had a massive toothache and prescribed meds right away until I could get in at dentist.
Horrible experience on 6/3 with the provider that evening. He hardly spent anytime evaluating my son said he was going to do a strep test he never did. Then when he said he was going to prescribe steroids and cream I asked if he could give my son a steroid shot as my son was itching so bad due to hives and he does not do well with liquid which I told the provider. He said they do not do that there and I would have to go to the emergency room for pediatrics. When he left the room I called the other location you guys have on Calle Santa Cruz to see if they would do it the receptionist asked the provider which told them they would she then booked me there. When the provider came back into the room I let him know and his response was “that’s there prerogative if they wanna hold a kid down and give him a shot” which I found completely unprofessional and he told me I could go. When I got to the other location they had called them from the Valencia location to let them know I had to pay again since he was already evaluated when the doctor only spent 2 minutes in the room and didn’t even do the test he said he was going to do not to mention I got no discharge paperwork. I paid the fee again because I’m going to do what is best for my child. They also told the receptionist that the doctor put in the notes that he did not recommend shot so that the provider there will most likely not do it which the receptionist said they already asked and they said they would. So all in all the experience at the Valencia location was horrible and the provider let his ego get the best of him. I’m glad I went to the other location they took great care of my son the provider was very consultative and understanding.
While this location had some poor reviews, our experience was very good. As we arrived the floor was still being cleaned. Love the fresh bleach smell. You know its clean. Wife was promptly seen and issues addressed. Friendly staff. Easy paperwork. Scripts sent just across street to pharmacy. Could not have asked for a nicer experience.
Suddenly, the services provided to patients and overall maintenance of this NextCare facility has dramatically changed for the worst. I received too many numerous recordings that no one is available to take my call , then a disconnect, without being able to leave any message(s), regarding possible adverse effects to prescribed medication for my wife. Not the type of healthcare anyone deserves anywhere!
Everyone in this office is efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Always had a great experience whenever Ive needed urgent care for myself or my family. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!!😃
Your office was clean and your staff was friendly. I went in for a suspected infection that had caused swelling in the left side of my body. You sent me to St. Marys for testing that was not available at your facilities. Thankfully, it was only an infection and I was prescribed the antibiotics that the dental office Id visited the day prior should have given me to begin with. The staff at St. Marys was shocked that they hadnt, even though they were asked to by me.
Every person I encountered was very kind and nice. My problem was quickly diagnosed, and resolution recommended and dispatched. A couple hours later and I’m feeling much better! Many thanks to a great team!
Absolutely ridiculous the lack of preparation that the doctors have in this place has! Let alone that they make you pay an eye & an arm just to get told to go to the ED! By the way it’s 50 more dollars out of the already charged 300 just to get a note full of clear un knowledge! Should definitely hire people that know how to do their job correctly and professionally since they get an attitude if you are bringing your toddler with you! Not everyone has help at home and they made me feel so uncomfortable with the way they were looking at my toddler for just being a toddler!
Horrible location. I was fooled by the 4 star overall rating and had an awful experience. I was seen by FNP L. Sanchez. She took a while to get to my room and once she showed up she was completely uninterested and acted like she couldnt get out of my room fast enough. Most of the visit was done while she was standing in the door way trying to leave. She didnt want to listen to my concerns and cut me off multiple times. I get she might be having a hard day or doesnt want to be there doing her job but I also was having a hard day and didnt want to be there in the first place, let alone pay $250 for a visit that lasted no longer than 5 minutes and left with zero help or answers.
Not good.. they hurry up and rush me out of there because I told him I didn’t have the money to pay for my appointments. That’s what I feel. I know I had an ear infection and I still do and all they did was just tell me to put a dry, hot cloth on it.
I took my daughter for a sports physical and everything went smoothly. We submitted the exam to the school, but they rejected it. When I returned to ask if a certified doctor could sign it, I discovered that there were no MDs or DOs working there. I was shocked by the rudeness of the receptionist, especially after paying $66. It was my first and last time going there due to the terrible customer service and false advertisement. No wonder why the place was dead.
It was HORRIBLE.. First of all I have COPD...CANCER...AND PULMONARY HYPERTENSION..I couldnt get into my primary dr so went to Urgent Care 1658 Valencia and seen Dr Sanchez. 😠😡What a quack. listened to my lungs and sent script for antibiotics to walmart.I think I have pneumonia and I told her that and she said what do you want me to do about it. Didnt ask what medication I take (and I take 21 different meds. )She Didnt ask anything about my previous health history or anything..I was so angry 😠😡People dont care about other leoe any.ore.I dont know how she can be a Dr.
It really sucks to have to write this review because before the incident today I always bring my children here and have had a great experience but because of today this urgentcare is getting one star. I went in with an appointment for a simple swimmers ear infection I told the provider that saw me that I couldnt get over the counter medication because Im highly allergic to sulfates so he said hed prescribe me ear drops without sulfates so before he left the room to send over the prescription I said please make sure there is no sulfates in what you send in. Go to pick up my ear drops and in the name I dont see sulfates so I use the eardrops, almost instantly my throat and face swell up after I get home from the hospital I look at the bottle and under the instruction tag on the box it says sulfates. The provider I saw literally tried to kill me after I made it very clear I was highly allergic to sulfates . I will not be returning .
My husband had an Appointment to be tested for COVID-19. Everyone was so nice to him and we didnt have to wait long at all. Then I came in with a kneecap hurt and the NP that helped me and the aids were all so sweet and we all no, that when we were in pain or feeling sick, we’re miserable, but we do recognize the people that are helping us there if they’re really nice or not, and these ladies were very nice to me. The nurse practitioner Duluce Olivarez NP Was totally amazing. She had a brace put on my knee and recommended me for her go to the orthopedic walk-in clinic at TMC and I did and as it turned out, I have a cracked kneecap so I think these people care they were very very nice to me.
The staff was pleasant enough. But the NP didnt listen to me as I was trying to describe where my pain was. She decided it wa my toe when in actuality its the bottom of my for toe. She has xrays done and of course found nothing. Im still in pain and $35 poorer. Should have not even been seen. No help at all.
Efficient, timely, honest, quick to fix prescription discrepancies when Pharmacy had questions. NP Maakestad was very receptive to my concerns and made me feel secure with the care she provided.
Excellent fast service. Janice the medical personnel I was professional and answered my questions. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the young lady in the maroon med. Outfit who wrapped my ankle was very helpful.
I rubbed my eye little too much. My eye got swollen came into the office and they helped me right away. Was there for only one hour. Fast service and will totally recommend
The service was great , very professional. I took my 8yr old, the Dr made him very comfortable and took care of him. Will recommend them to friends and family.
Good experience with assistant taking vitals and front desk receptionist as well but it took too long for Dr to see me. My RX for pain meds was sent to a pharmacy (at my request) which was closed. I called the clinic right away to have them send it to a different pharmacy as I did not want to spend another night in pain.....they did not answer my call.....it was not closing time yet.
Very friendly and great customer service. The doctors are caring, knowledgeable, sympathetic in taking care of your Health.
Spent a $200 copay just to have a lady walk into the room and listen to my breathing. She told me that she disagreed with my symptoms and thought they were all connected with the ones that my kid has when I had clearly have different symptoms and a fever of 103, so now I still have to go to the emergency room and spend more money and all she could do for me is write up a work release and give me anti-nausea medication.
I’ve been feeling unwell for about a week, worsening & haven’t been able to sleep very well. I made a same day appointment online which was very easy and glad I could get in right away. My appointment was for 1:30 & was called in promptly. The MA was courteous and efficient getting me prepped. The FNP was also kind and efficient. I am very pleased with this visit, not so much with my diagnosis! I am very appreciative that we have this service so near to my home.I do recommend this provider.
We were seen shortly after arriving. My husbands problem was well taken care of. Everyone was efficient and kind.
Very good experience. We are visiting the area for a few week. The last several days I have been having a harder and harder time catching my breath. Everyone here, from the young woman at the check-in desk to the two doctor’s assistants and the doctor who examined me were kind and caring; they listened to what I said.Nobody wants to feel bad when away from home; so I am very pleased to have found this urgent care clinic. They are wonderful.
Was here when they opened the doors. one person ahead of me, one checked in online. receptionist would barely speak to me, told me to scan the QR code. God forbid you interact with a person in front of you. been waiting 30 minutes, none of the patients have been seen yet. got a text message they are behind schedule due to overload from respiratory illness season. You havent even seen 1 patient yet !!! They forgot theUrgent part of their name.
I,was there for what I thought was a broken wrist, as it turned out a bad sprain. Every single person was polite, professional and I was ìn and out very smoothly and efficiently. Thank you.
The people at this office were very kind and accommodating. The PA I saw was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was glad I stopped in.
Fast and good customer service. I felt better before I left the clinic, everyone so professional.
Had to go in for new hire drug screen and physical, Service was great and staff were attentive. How ever the toilet was dirty, and had stuff floating in it and the lobby looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. This is a medical setting, a Petri dish of infectious disease. Being that I have medical background. I’m not impressed.this is Very disappointing!!!!! Do better
Friendly professional staff. Got right in as the first time patient received excellent care.
I went to get my blood drawn on the 7th it was a Wednesday at 7:00pm and I’m not even sure what her name was she was a nurse or assistant but she had all pink scrubs on and I had to help her draw my blood when I asked her how long she had been doing this for she said a year and a half so i knew she wasn’t that experienced but I had to hand her the tubes for my blood and she almost dropped the second tube and used my leg to push it in. I would not recommend this provider. She had my blood all over her and on me. She seemed super nervous too so I’m not sure what the deal was. If you don’t feel confident in your job you should let your peers or boss know. I recommend going to the one on the east side or the ones closer to the east side I’ve found that those ones are a lot more cleaner and nicer staff that knows what they are doing. I wasnt sure if it was even serious enough to give a review but after some of my friends who work at banner heard and seen my arm said I need to complain because that it wasn’t right or professional.
The girl at front desk helped me immediately! As I got called back the residing nurse was extremely helpful. I was greatly pleased with the service In received. Thank you
Needed a drug test done for my daughter. I had called ahead whom ever I spoke with was amazing, but when I arrived the young girls in front didnt know what to do they were very arrogant and I will never go back.
This location deserves 10 stars! The medical staff was very sweet, and I was able to get in very quickly to be seen:)I had an allergic reaction to a shot I was given, not knowing I was allergic, and they helped quickly get me back to feeling better, providing a comfortable environment for me!
My son fell and hit his forehead while he was playing the afternoon of Christmas day . My wife and I took him to the closes urgent care available and open and we found Next care urgent care. It was our first visit to this place and we are very satisfied with the service and staff. Considering that this happened in a holiday and they were about one hour to close for the day. They took careof my son right away! Were very satisfied and grateful for the service they provided us. Ill really recommend this place to anybody that needs urgent care attention.
I dont know why I keep coming back to this place. Are these even real doctors here!? Every time I come the Dr just pops in listens to my lungs as fast as they can and then say Ill write you a script for an antibiotic. Never saying anything else. They dont even take the time to hear whats wrong. I wont be coming back.
My daughter had ear pain we showed up for a walk in appointment I was told it would be 30 to 1 hr wait we were seen within ten minutes quick and helpful service staff was very family friendly
I don’t understand why they have you make an appointment and have you wait more than 40 minutes anyways..they should be ready to take in the appointments and have the correct amount of staff
The fact that I saw just one Dr there made me sad cause she looked over worked but she was still caring, kind and helpful. The staff was very kind as well. 🙂👍
Had issues trying to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy it was just on the part of the doctor so I think they need just better management
For medical exams I wouldn’t recommend this place. They don’t take your insurance. Paperwork is handwritten mostly by the patient and it looks sloppily and unprofessionally done to turn over to your potential employer. Nurse practitioner seems bothered by your specific request after paying 65 dollars cash. I should have gone somewhere else.
Good, got the right diagnosis the second time around with Erika according to Banner Health Hospital folks. Sound have been sent to the hospital for a CT the first time.
I informed the staff I was recently seen at an urgent care, and symptoms have not improved if anything gotten worse, staff took my $50 copay. The provider would not listen to me and was rude, said there is nothing he can do, took my $50 copay to tell me there is nothing he can do for me.
This urgent care is great. I think it is a hidden gem. We have gone 3 times in the past 6 months for different problems. Each time, we have been in and out and treated with very professional staff. The providers have been knowledgeable and caring. The wait time is quicker than other urgent cares.
The care that I received at NextCare, on west Valencia, was exceptional.I walked in. I was in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Minckler was smart, fast and friendly. Ellie and Patricia were friendly, hardworking and efficient, as well. I have never, ever been to a better urgent care. I willalways use this NextCare Urgent Care! Thank you.
Wonderful doctors and staff urgent care is amazing, and my favorite place. me and my family come to urgent care when we are sick and good work much love and appreciation
Booked a visit for my daughter and I online. We were tended to quickly and sent out with prescriptions in the works. Much better than going through her pediatrician and PCP.
The staff was friendly and competent. I didn’t have to wait long and the doctor was friendly and helpful
Love this urgent care. They always take care of me and are very knowledgeable. When I came in for an STD they gave me medicine right away, same visit. This time I had a sore throat and they determined it was strep right away and prescribed antibiotics. They also let me know about care after the visit and what my next steps should be which was very important and useful for my recovery. The staff is awesome and nice, I definitely recommend coming here if you need an Urgent appointment! Same day scheduled and seen!
I feel that i didnt get the treatment i wanted , the first tome the doctor said it was one thing, the second time the second doctor said it was something else
The staff was amazing and great i had to get stitches but took me back right away and helped distracting me while the numbing and stitches were being done.
Staff were attentive and quick. Dr listened and offered comfort for illness.
Thank you NextCare for tending to my daughter’s needs. However, if the physician that was tending to my daughter would have been nicer instead of being rude and literally slamming the door when finished, our visit would have been great.
I advise that if youre going to go to this place youre going to have to get a second opinion Ive been there twice two different locations and theyve misdiagnosed me both times so I will not be visiting visiting their office ever ever again
The staff is great and the process is easy to navigate. I got in quickly and got out in a reasonably short time. Thanks
This urgent care clinic treated me very quickly as a walk-in. Very nice and compassionate staff.
I just had total knee replacement, miss appointment to get staples out. I went to urgent care to get staples out an was told she couldnt do it.said I had to go back to dr. That put them in.
Staff were friendly and efficient. The PA who saw me seemed knowledgeable and competent. The physical facility needs some attention, but otherwise, I have no complaints about the quality of care.
There was quite a bit of a wait, which I expected because we were walk-ins. The waiting room was really clean. Staff was very nice and helpful with paperwork and information. It took three hours for my daughter to be called back, but we didn’t wait in the room very long. The nurse practitioner was quick but thorough. I would definitely come back! (Next time will probably schedule an appointment to cut down on our wait time)
Scheduled online the night before. Was extremely easy and time available. Check in automated and staff helpful and friendly. Care was fast, at ease and doctor was considerate. I would recommend this provider. Efficiency was perfect
Amazing ! The Physicians assistant was amazing with my baby boy!!! My son is very shy but he wanted to give the PA a hug and it was the cutest thing ! You can just tell the PA actually likes to help others that’s rare in the medical field nowadays! I would definitely recommend and go back! The staff was AMAZING and went above and beyond for my child!
Since I have been going to this location Hadley/Valencia I have been treated as a person. Staff is very attentive and caring. Never a long wait. Doctors are thorough and explain everything. I will continue to go there.
The only reason I am not giving 4 stars is we live in Sahuarita and specifically asked that the prescription be sent to the Walgreens up the street that closes at 9. When we left we were told to give the pharmacy an hour but I decided to call and bug them to see if we could get it sooner and when we called the gentleman said the urgent care sent it to the Walgreens on fort Lowell and campbell, a completely different pharmacy and way out of our way. He was able to pull the order and told us it would be ready in 10 minutes. Otherwise, they were very kind and thorough.
It was a good experience for a Sunday afternoon. Just to be told to go see my Doctor.
The physician on duty was very rude and dismissive. He refused to give me a prophylactic dose of Tamiflu even though I had been heavily exposed and was about to go on a vacation. Thoroughly dissatisfied and will avoid this location in the future.
Everyone was polite and respectful at the Valencia location. Took a while to get seen but that’s to be expected in just about any medical facility, beats having to go to the ER. So next time I can’t get a same day appointment with my actual provider, I’m coming to NextCare.I took my 2 kiddos who had vomiting, fever, nausea and what not… the female provider took her time to fully examine and test my kids for strep and flu. She was great!
I was seen within 45 minutes of arriving. Very clean location with polite Dr and staff.
The drs were patient and kind while my 9 year old son was terrified to get a strep test done. Didn’t have his mother with him at the appointment so he was a tad emotional and a bit on edge. I apologize for how my son acted but thankful to get the results back that confirmed strep so we can take the proper precautions to not spread it. Thank you all for your patience and professionalism during this rough time.
Care was very nice. From the front desk to back with the Dr. Was concern and took good care. Thank you.
When a doctor walks in with reading material without ever even looking at you or asking about your symptoms, that is a problem. I Understand this is an urgent care and not a doctors office or even an emergency room, but a doctor or physician should assess you before bringing you any type of reading material on what they might guess is wrong with you. Dont come here if you want to be heard or taken seriously.
Overall just somewhere to avoid if you truly have an urgent need, I truly recommend going to an emergency room because the Doctors at these places are barely Doctors and don’t know much to be honest. My son went in for what I thought was a sprained ankle and was sent away to do X-rays although the doctor treated it as a sprain because he was sure nothing was wrong with it he kept telling my son to move his foot a certain way when my son clearly kept telling him he couldn’t so was sent for X-rays the X-rays determined he had a fractured tibia so I had to drive back to the original location only for the Doctor laugh as if it was a joke when he said it was a fracture after all and send us away with a flimsy brace and sprained ankle pamphlet! Save time and stay away!
Great folks, fast care. Even though they had major computer problems that morning and kept apologizing for the long wait, I was only in the building for a total of two hours!! Everyone was friendly and thorough.Thank you very much to all the staff!!
Todays experience was so awesome! The staff was super friendly and patient and the turn around from check in to seeing the physician was quick. I am more than halfway recovered and feeling great. Its been a while since I have had such a great experience with an urgent care center. Thank you!
Are usually go to this location because I live close by and I usually have a pretty good experience. The only time I go to any other location is if an x-ray I brought my daughter in for some thing and the NP Johnice Barajas that was supposed to care for my daughter was very rude, rolled her eyes at me, arms crossed attitude the entire time, ignored a lot of questions and concerns I had about my daughter. She even scoffed at me and walked away. I asked for her name and she said “it’ll be on the paperwork” I never felt so humiliated and disrespected in front of my children. My teenage daughter said she did not like her at all, she felt uncomfortable and wanted to ask her what her problem was. This woman should not be in practice at all! She has little to no compassion and seems to way in over her head to be treating patients.
My experience was very good here. The staff were all very pleasant and compassionate. The PA was kind and thorough. I was a walk -in and waited maybe an hour. When you are not feeling very well and have kind staff, it makes a huge difference. I would certainly not hesitate to go there again for myself or family when I cannot get into my primary.
I was told there were 12 people ahead of me and it would be about 4 hours because there was only 1 person on staff. It only took 2 hours and the doctor was exceptional. She was very kind and patient and down to earth. I felt better just talking to her. All of the individuals there were kind. They need more doctors on staff though!!!
Waste of $60My blood pressure was highHeadache stomach nausea. Went in last week where my BP was high. Dr upt my BP meds from 80 mlg to 160Day after taking started feeling horrible headaches .nausea. head thumping .Went in and dr . Did nothing . He said my BP wasnt concerning. That the headaches are from taking the mrds and my blood pressure dropping.I would get used to it .and that was it.
Was not a very busy day. I was a walk in and was seen about 35 minutes after check in. Self pay was not ridiculously expensive and they have payment options. Staff that I interacted with was courteous. Wouldve been 5 stars but the AC in the lobby was out and it was very hot in there.
I made an appointment to be seen virtually. I had called to confirm that I physically needed to be there and the front desk lady said yes because I had to be checked in. Upon arrival I tried to check in the lady said I did not have an appointment, I showed her the confirmation texts and the link for the virtual visit and she just kept saying I dont know..I dont know. Not helpful at all when I tried to figure out. I called the number on the link and the line was disconnected. I continued to wait as a walk in and the lobby was hot (86°), dirty, and fire ants all over the floor. Do NOT recommend. Please do better as a health care facility.
The facility was clean and nice and the employees were helpful and professional.
My PCP could not see me in a timely manner and recommended “urgent care” to expedite finding a solution for my ailment. When I arrived, rather than getting a clipboard for medical history, they sent a link to my phone so I could do it all digitally. The Dr. on call was friendly, listened intently, and put together a program for follow up…. All in under an hour, Great job!
Fast and friendly. I was visiting Tucson and had an accidental injury, one where I couldnt tell how serious it was. By the time we got to this NextCare location, on a weekday afternoon, there werent many people waiting and I was seen almost as soon as I filled out the paperwork. Receptionist was fine, intake person was nice, then I was seen by Mario who was great and put me at ease. He offered to send me elsewhere for an x-ray, which I declined. I had a $50 copay. There is a CVS conveniently located across the street for supplies. Thanks Mario, and if youre reading this, the injury didnt hurt worse the next day like you feared, and seems to be healing now.
Very efficient and got us seen in a timely manner. All of the staff was wonderful and courteous. FNP Brian S. was very caring and truly had my sons best interest at heart. Thank you for a great visit
Today I was seen and My experience was phenomenal. I appreciate everyone from the nurse behind the desk to the nurse that took my Vitals and hats off took the physician made my experience smooth as well. Hope your bosses see this and give you ALL a raise.
I am highly disappointed in the service here. I scheduled an appointment the night before for a 12:40 appointment, I checked in 20 mins early and was told had to wait at least 1 to 1 1/2 hrs before could be seen. I sit here and watch others who are walk ins get in and treated faster than those with appointments. Whats the point if a walk in is faster? And when you ask your told different reasons. You need to work on your customer service and make this a friendly place for people who are already not feeling good or just need something quickly done on a time frame.
Waited close to two hours for an appointment I showed up for half an hour early. There were barely any people in the lobby, and even though the receptionist was nice and offered water, making sick patients wait this long is uncalled for. Don’t accept appointments or walk-ins if you can’t follow through. My immune system worked faster than this place.
Very bad, the doctor agreed to give me some medication and according to her, she said she would send it to the pharmacy and they havent marked me for anything apart from the fact that the consultation is very expensive, the doctor is kind of racist.
From the Front Desk all the way throughout the process was pleasant. However the “Walk-in Time to Treatment Estimate” needs to improve. I was supposed to wait 45 minutes, but it took 90 minutes until I saw the Medical Assistant.Laura, my Med. Tech was very thorough, humorous and thoughtful. She was so good that I thought she was the Physician’s Assistant or PA.Mario the PA was good 👍🏻 and met my needs.I didn’t get the name of the X-RAY Technician (Bald guy) great sense of humor and professionalism.
Wait time was longer than usual today but that is probably because its flu season, but its usually pretty quick, the customer service was good, the chairs are hard in the waiting room they could be softer at least
My experience was absolutely great . The lady’s in the front were very fast and efficient along with a nice smile. My doctor was full of information that was enlightening to me Jesse Gutierrez also with a pretty smile my lucky sick day thank yu Urgent care. There alway very nice and patient with me and it’s hard for them because sometimes people are just in real bad moods because of being ill ., I’ve sat there and seen them handle these situations. Hats off to those health care soldiers
Excellent service. The people and dr. Seem to really care. Thank you
Went in as a walk in was seen within 10 min of arriving, ladies very nice at front desk and the M.A was also very nice. Seen the Doctor 5 min after being in the room. Even though couldnt do anything for my hand put my mind at ease. Just not my hand lol
Everyone is so nice and understanding. They do all they can to help you. Even ask if u need a drink or you can ask and they give you a bottle of water. It is a busy place but you still can get in faster then Hospitals. I just dont have nothing bad to say about here and been going here for my kids and I for 6 years.
This was an excellent patient experience. I was able to make an appointment online, fill out paperwork online to avoid having to do it onsite and check in with my phone. There was a small glitch in setting up my account due to another family member having an account, however my phone call to the clinic was answered by an incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful receptionist. On-site I signed two papers and had a brief wait. The PA was friendly and efficient. The nurse quickly diagnosed and had me on my way.Great experience.
NEVER again. Nurses man handling a child with special needs. Doctor is scared of a cough a child had. Don’t be a doctor if you’re afraid to treat a sick patient. Would never recommend this trash place of a clinic. Reporting to better business bureau.
I scheduled a doctor appointment to have a foot x-ray. My scheduled time was 7:10PM. I was ushered back close to on-time. The on-call doctor spent roughly 4 minutes with me. I was told after I saw the doctor, the tech is not in the clinic today. I was handed the order and told to go over to another location the following day. When I left the clinic, they had already shut down the facility, and it was not even 7:30, when they close at 8PM. I wish that I would have been heard when I went in asking for help. I would not recommend this location.
My second visit. Dr very strongly recommended care that I had avoided almost too long. Hopefully a good outcome. Thank you.
My visit took about an hour and a half from start to finish, which isnt bad considering I didnt have an appointment. I didnt particularly enjoy getting a covid test, but every person there was very pleasant to be around, and that makes a world of difference to a patient that isnt feeling well. I would definitely return next time I need medical care.
We had a appointment for a physical. Waited nearly two hrs. Triaged. Then asked again to wait in waiting room. Waited again. I asked the assistant how much longer? Tech was rude under his breath. Passive aggressive. Strong tone. “We have to clean a room Sir!” Finally led to pt. Room. Again, waited nearly 1/2 hr. One Dr. Per patient ratio is unacceptable. It can create stress for everyone. Including staff. I wish we had the positive reviews like others. But not us. We’ll Not be coming back. Peace.
I had an appointmentand went went to the wrong office by mistake. Even though they were closing in 10 minutes on a Saturday night, they were so kind and helpful and took great care of me. It was really wonderful as I felt horrid. Thank you all 3 of you. You got me on the road to recovery.
Online appt went well. I did not have to wait to long to be seen, I was referred out to ER due to needing an ultrasound however my entire experience went better than expected.
The lobby looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped for weeks. It seems unsanitary and like this place doesn’t get cleaned as often as it should. It feels like I’ll get more sick just being in here. Not what I want to see while going to a place to be cared for, other than that I’m happy with my care here.
Everyone was very courteous! Provider had an excellant bedside manner to him , basically my visit was short, sweet and to the point. Quiet spacious waiting area as well. Definitely glad its aconvenient location for me. Will recommend! Thank you!
I scheduled a same day appointment online for an afternoon time slot and was in the exam room within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. Other urgent care facilities had me sitting in the waiting room for well over an hour even with an appointment, so getting in so quickly was a welcome surprise. During the interview, the PA carefully listened to what I had to say and answered any questions I had. I was on my way home within 30 minutes. All in all, this was a very positive experience. I will definitely put FastMed at the top of my list when I require urgent care in the future.
I found it to be very easy to sign up for a patient portal and make an appointment online. I had my appointment within 1 1/2 days. On the day of my appointment, it was easy to check in. The waiting area was set up with enough space between seating that I felt safe. The PA that saw me first was very friendly and did a good medical history. He is also the one who took the swab for COVID-19. He let me know about when I could expect my results. Within just a few minutes, a doctor came into the room and asked me about my symptoms also. She gave me advice on how to keep myself and others safe until I had my results. A day or two after my appointment, I received an email asking how I was feeling. I liked that they checked up on me. Overall, my visit went very well. This was a first time visit to a FastMed Urgent Care for me. If I have the need in the future, I will be using them again.
We are always seen very quickly. It’s nice to be able to make an appointment ahead of time. The staff is friendly. We always walk away with the treatment and we need and in a timely manner.
Super friendly folks! Cut myself and needed a few stitches. Was in and out in little more than an hour. Clean building with great staff. Kept in touch letting me know how the process was coming along. Wasnt ignored. Doc sewed me up with a smile.
Courteous, professional, my appointment was on time and very satisfied with care.
Lobby was empty and I still had to wait 2 hours cause now they cant take walk-ins have to have appointments now. it took the dr 5 minutes to diagnose me. But I had to wait 2 hours with no one in lobby to be seen
I had an appointment already scheduled for 7:20 pm on 11/8/22 but saw online there was only 1 person at the urgent care. Not feeling good I decided to go much earlier and was seen pretty quickly. Everyone there was amazing. Highly recommend this location.
Dr. Smith is very attentive and explained everything clearly. She showed genuine concern and compassion. The staff is very genuine and caring, too. Will definitely recommend.Thank you
The actual visit wasnt horrible but I was told that I would get results on lab work by the next afternoon. After waiting a day I called the facility, which kept me on hold for 15 min to just tell me I had to just wait for a call, didnt ask for my name or anything just rudely said I had to wait.
It took almost 2 hours after checking in. I guess 3 people called out. The MA was really nice and patient. He was getting people through. The Dr. was in and out in about 5 min. The 3 staff I seen worked very fast considering appointments were all booked and there were several Walk ins.
Made appointment online for 10:40am. Got there at 10:30. Saw dr 12:30. Nice people but overwhelmed. That is too long of a wait.
The location looks a bit run down but the service I had was great. They were fast and got what I needed done quickly. I did not care at all about the woman who registered me. I can just smell the burnout.Beyond that, the 2 male providers in the pt. care area was 5 stars, good job!
I went because I had coughing sore throat bad chest congestion ear ache and chills fevers and walked out with an inhaler and cough medicine and told me I didn’t have anything went to northwest urgent care came out with a nebulizer I was diagnosed with bronchitis and with something found in my lungs that’s crazy
The staff were very sweet. But the visit was worthless
They took really good care of my baby. Thank you
Don’t even bother to set up an appointment it comes with a longer wait time than walk in. I visited 2 times within a 3 day period first time was a walk in. It took 30 minutes to get in from check in time. Second time my appointment was at 2:00 I checked in at 1:50 and I was was brought back at 2:40. 40 minutes after my appointment time. 50 minutes after check in. What’s the point of setting up appointments. And then to add to it. The long wait for your discharge paperwork it took another 20 minutes waiting to get my paperwork.
Everything was quick. Got it and out within 20 minutes.
The dr there is rude as hell. I took my kid in cause I was really concerned and he blew it off like it was nothing and seemed annoyed that we even came in. I will not be going there again
Great experience with Dr. Mario. Very knowledgeable and caring
The receptionists they have at the Valencia location are two of the most rudest people I have ever encountered in a business setting. As I sat in the waiting room I watched them show little to no remorse for anything that the patients were going through. When I realized I had to return a second time for a COVID retest I made sure to schedule my appointment with the front desk before leaving so I wouldn’t have to go through their walk in process. So I stood right in front of the receptionist and she scheduled me for the following Monday. Well when I returned for my appointment sick as a dog, they didn’t even have an appointment for me in their system! Showing literally zero empathy they simply just told me I would have to be scheduled out another week. This really infuriated me as they showed no compassion, no patience, and no accountability. When I finally asked to speak to the manager is when I finally got a little bit more taken care of.The back office tech he was great and the doctor was also great but definitely need to get better reception!
I was very pleased with the care I received from FastMed. They took very good care of me from entering the front office giving me a face mask to the the exam room offering me a bottle of water. Then the medical care was excellent my oxygen level was low where I arrived I was given a breathing treatment and my level didnt go up much. So they took two chest x-rays and another breathing treatment and my level went up some and the x-ray showed my lungs are very cloudy. I received two strong antibiotics and breathing treatment medicine. I was very pleased with the care and I would have no problem in the future going there if I needed great care. Thank you for the wonderful care you have given me.
Great experience. Wait was short, front desk and doctor were very kind. The doctor had a good sense of humor. Diagnosed my eye infection and sent me on my way for my prescriptions.
I have a lot of trauma surrounding hospitals, and medical settings/personnel. The result of this trauma, is that I tend to have a very cynical mind state, and expect the worst when I go to doctor’s appointments, or anything similar.Upon showing up for my scheduled appointment at Nextcare; I was happily surprised that I did not have to wait long, the provider actually listened to what I had to say, and they were competent in their decisions regarding what medication to prescribe for treatment of the malady I suffered. From my personal experience, this positive outcome isn’t a situation that happens too often. So, I am extremely appreciative of how I was treated.
I really appreciated the professionalism that was displayed by the receptionist last week when I visited FastMed.In walked in on a busy afternoon and explained that I needed a COVID-19 test. I was told that there was not any appointments available. The kindhearted lady at the front desk told me to come back in the morning and I can be seen. I was a walk in that next morning and was in and out in an hour and a half. The experience was stress free and I recommend FastMed. Thank you for all you do!
Love that l was attend to so quickly and able to see the Doctor. He was very attentive.
They have their hours open at 8am but was told the physician isnt in and the staff wasnt sure what time she would be in. Not cool especially when I waited patiently for 30mins. If the staff cannot come in at 8am then please change your hours when its more convenient to you guys
While I appreciate the response to my review from Honor Health it seems they dont quite understand the issue. The website says they accept walk-ins, when in fact they do not. They did refer us to Next Care. Next Care understands the definition of walk-in. They have absolutely no problem what-so-ever accepting walk-in patients and keeping the waiting room empty all at the same time. I highly recommend Next Care.I would give them 0 stars if I could. We drove 30 miles to get a COVID test because they advertise walk-in testing on their website. We were told they werent doing anymore walk-in tests today because they were so busy this morning. They open at 8 am we arrived at 10 am. They only had 5 people in the waiting room.
It’s was busy Sunday but they still took a couple walk-ins. I went to Banner on Ajo the night before and it was horrible sat there for hours and it wasn’t going anywhere so I went back home. Decided to go to urgent care the next morning as a walk in at first they told me they where booked for the day but the receptionist took me. I applaud her because in the 3 hrs I was waiting in the lobby a lot of customers that had appointments where very rude but she kept her cool the whole time. It took a little longer because they had appointments on top of walk-ins however they did inform us of all of this on top of being short staffed and I understood. They let appointments go first and every other walk in in between which I liked. Team was amazing and I would recommend you to go here . Just make sure to make an appointment first. And if they are running a little late be mindful of the staff they are doing the best they can. Better than waiting at the emergency room where you sit there for hours in pain and no one cares enough to inform you about anything or as to why it’s taking so long. All in all I highly recommend them
I went in on Mother’s Day and was seen very quickly. The girl at the front desk was really nice and professional and just set the tone for a positive experience . The doctor I saw was also very helpful and nice. He didn’t take too long to come into the room for diagnosis and quickly prescribed me what I needed.
I dont even know what to start with.. after 3 hour wait (with reservation) for sick baby.No thermometer to measure babys temperature,Having to go in next day for prescription to be sent, because over the phone they said another 3 hours because they were very busy. Gentleman working there argued they had sent it already, for pharmacy to confirm it had not been sent prior to argument. If you show no compassion for people in need of your services you are in the wrong field. Do better! Very DISSAPOINTING
It’s convenient since it’s close by and their generally pretty quick. I do appreciate the doctor and X-ray tech bedside manners. They are great people who are patient, caring and understanding.Only downside is the receptionist.Don’t get me wrong, she doesn’t say anything wrong out loud but you can tell that she’s annoyed, impatient, and generally doesn’t want to be there which shows in the way she interacts with patients. She doesn’t greet people and if others greet her, she doesn’t say anything in kind back. It’s not hard to say “welcome, good morning/afternoon/evening, thank you for visiting, get well, etc” back.. She has an attitude and it shows. I understand she’s trying to get her work done, but pleasantries is not hard. Plus, there are people that feed off that energy and adopt a similar frustration/annoyance that can escalate as a confrontation especially because who visit here are sick and not feeling well.I’ve visited this place a handful of times and it’s been like that more than one occurrence. I for one, I’m tired of it and don’t really recommend this place because of it.
As usual the staff at the counter were prompt and abiding . The medical staff and Doctor were prompt and attentive. My needs were more than met . I was able to continue on to Thanksgiving with my family. Without my next care I would have been unable to attend and my pain relentless .
The staff is always nice. The doctor was nice and answered my questions.only down side was My wait was long an I made a appointment. It was for 12:30 didnt go back till almost 2:00.
Very bad service took someone else when I was there first very disappointed it was not nice
Scheduled an appointment for 8am the day prior. Checked in early via mobile. Walked in at 8am exactly. Its 8:45am and were still waiting. Someone walked in stating they had a 9:40am appointment but wanted to see if they could get in earlier. Somehow they got called back ahead of us. If I hadnt already been charged Id have left. Will definitely never use this place ever again.
The staff was wonderful! My husband was sent there by the VA due to his condition not warranting a visit to the ER. The reason for the 4 star review is because of there being limited laboratory services. Other wise we will use them in the future for minor issues like stitches and such. Thank you everyone was very pleasant and respectful.
Friendly staff, large waiting room. Able to distance easily. Prompt service. Building a little faded and run down but appears clean.
This was the worst experience I have had at an urgent care. The NP was very unprofessional and snapped at me when I was seeking diagnosis for my mothers ailment. If she treats all of her patients in this manner, I would suggest rethinking her choice of profession. She is there to treat people and the health issues they bring with them not treat them as if they are below her. In addition to her attitude people were waiting over 3 hours to be seen even those with appointments. As a nurse myself, I would suggest avoiding this urgent care and seek care where medical staff are there to help you.
First things first, this website is using my Daughters profile, not mine. That is strange to me and I would love for it to be fixed somehow. This facility is extremely clean, fast and all staff members are upbeat caring and very efficient. It is my first choice to go for urgent (but not emergency) issues with my family and myself. I love the way that make you feel so welcome and are so helpful and loving. Keep it up guys!! ♥️♥️♥️ They have always made my children feel important and comfortable even after needing stitches.
Update: While everyone was pleasant during my visit...6 months later I am having problems with billing. They have not billed my insurance... Nobody will return my calls to resolve this. No longer happy and will not return.Original post:. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient....appreciate their services. I particularly appreciate their knowledge about insurance.
I visited on a Thursday at about 1030 am. The doctor was attentive and I finally felt heard after a disappointing visit last week. Much better appointment today than previous appointment that didn’t have good results. Extremely fast today as well
Doctor was very professional and helpful and listened when explaining my son’s symptoms. He did everything in a very timely manner and helped us quickly. The only negative was the waiting time but it’s a normal thing to expect with these types of visit . My son also thought the doctor was super nice!
Great staff, fast service, I have brought my family here a few times.
Next care has always been my favorite Urgent Care for all my smaller medical needs not all providers are equal though so make sure you are being heard when addressing your medical needs. Other than that I would highly recommend.
By far the worst Urgent Care I have ever been too. The staff continuously talked and laughed about well multiple people waited. I waited for 2 hours before I left to go else where. The lady at the front desk repeatedly told me Id be next as people kept coming in and being seen before me. If I could leave zero stars for this review I would, If you value youre time go somewhere else, the only thing positive thing I can say about this experience is the staff is friendly.
Ive been to this location twice. Once was to get stitches on my wrist due to an accident at work. Doctors, process, front desk, all personnel was wonderful. I had no complaints. Yesterday I went to get a COVID19 test. Just like the time prior, everything was spot on I highly recommend this office. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable at what they do.
Very short wait time. Staff was great. Excellent care. Arrived mid afternoon, greeted immediately, filled out paperwork, 15 min later was in room. Excellent distancing, masks on all employees, sanitizer available. Staff had great attitudes. Great patient service!
I did early check in for 6pm and wasnt called back 10 minutes until 7pm. Right before I was called back I asked the front desk lady how much longer she told me that she still needed to enter us in the system because it got really busy. (There was 2 people in the lobby). The staff wasnt very friendly. The room was dirty with paper on the floor. The restroom was so gross and the toilet looked like it hasnt been cleaned in a really long time. When I went back to the room the door was open and the assistant came looked at us with a very rude look on her face and slammed the door! The physician was very nice and friendly but other than that I would not return to this place again. I would rather drive across town to the urgent care on Broadway and Wilmont. Its clean, the staff is friendly, and you are in and out in an hour or less even without an early online check in! I would NOT recommend anyone to go to this FastMed.
Why make an appointment when youre last to be called... an hour and a half visit for a physical 😬. Other than that it went well
Good experience overall. Only thing I would suggest fixing is having to put insurance information on the app, since you have to bring the insurance card anyways. Seems redundant. Other than that, staff was great, wait time was almost none, highly recommend.
Reception is really nice good help and fast Service
Today it just took us a lot longer there. 2 hrs for us to see the doc and Dr to come in for 3-4 min.Staff was really nice though …
I checked in online and showed up when I was supposed to. The staff was nice and took me back a few minutes after my appointment time. I was not sure if my insurance was current and was willing to pay out of pocket. The office staff looked into it and verified I did have current insurance. Matthew Gravett the physician that seen me was prompt and caring. Matt advised me I had the Flu and gave me the proper paperwork I needed for work and medication for my horrible cough. This was a smooth visit and I was very pleased. I would recommend this FastMed Urgent Care location. Thank you !!!
Its dirty, the staff is rude. Unqualified front desk girls. The entire building smelled of weed. Which made sense since the m.a. who checked me in was clearly higher than a kite. When I asked if she was okay she said If I was going to be rude I could leave. I was asked then to sit in a dirty room to wait on a PRN rn. I left 😂
If you’re trying to be seen quick, “fast med” is not the place to go!!! Well at least the south side location isn’t. My appointment was at 1pm, I check in at 12:50 and wasn’t seen until about 1:30. No one was in the office at the time. I checked in with MY information with the rude receptionist, who literally kept calling me by my sisters name. Once I went back I realized they had my sisters chart up and not mine. The man who helped me was extremely rude!!! Didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. I was nervous for the test and all he said was “you don’t have to do it” and proceeded to put the test away. I explained that I needed it done and we proceeded to do it. The test came back “positive” yet immediately after I went and got tested else where and it’s negative. My sister then went in to have her test done and the first thing that man (unsure of his name, because the service was so terrible) says is “So I take it your trying to go to the same concert your sister was”.. isn’t that information confidential? Idk why he thought it was okay to talk about other patient’s information to her. So, anyways she tested negative and the same man tells my sister “I don’t know if this is good news or bad, but you get to go to the concert and your sister doesn’t”?? Like why would he continue to speak about my business. Especially when I’m not there? This place is terrible. They couldn’t even print me out a paper with my test results & birthday on it for “confidentiality” reasons but then proceeds to tell my sister my results and speak about my status. From the receptionist to the “Doctors” it was an awful experience and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
FastMed Facility was easy to locate, lobby spacious & well kept. Greeted immediately upon entry. Paperwork was simple. Minimal wait time to be seen. Nurse & doctor were very considerate of pain. Very thorough exam of injured area & discussed treatment options & submitted med RX to pharmacy.
Very rude staff. My appointment was at 12:30pm for my son. Which i booked a few days ahead of time. I waited 4 hours for my son to be seen at almost 4pm, it was ridiculous. What is the point of making an appointment if you wont be seen at your appointment time, and staff in front is very rude, especially to Spanish speaking clients. Receptionist is very rude to everyone who walks in. If she dont like her job then she needs another job.
I didnt wait long. Excellent customer service and great care. They were tactful and professional.
1. At front desk ask me i didnt have insuranceshe could treat me because their payment machine was broken furently my insurance went thru.2. I didnt see the doctor until 45 minutes after even though I had an appointment.3. Dorctor or physician assistent wrote my prescription wrong, wen tried to pick them up at the pharmacy they were charging 11000+ wen it suppose to be penicillin for sore throat so I dont know what the hell he was thinking so now I wont feel better for another good day cuz whe pharmacy call to fix it the said they close really one minute after their close time at 8 pm4. Finally this will make you laugh 😆 they asked me to come back for a follow up in 3 years 9/10/2023.
I had a super high fever and checked in, they didnt attend me until about 3 hours later. The lady doctor was kind of rude, and was not empathetic. I was not prescribed any medication and she said honestly I dont what you have. I suggest you all go to a different urgent care unless you want to wait a few hours.
Everyone at the Valencia office is kind and very efficient. I took my 14 year old son and they made him feel at ease. The provider Richard Hacker is an absolute sweetheart! Thank you guys so much for being so great!
Scheduling an appointment was easy . Everyone was super nice. It was a weekend so waited on the radiologist to read my X-rays to see if there was a fracture or not. Left without any discharge instructions. No one called me on the same day or the next actually. I called them and got my results and discharge instructions. The lack of Follow up is why I gave a 3 star.
Superior people ! Mario the PA was amazing and helped me in a quick manner. The woman at the front desk (didn’t catch her name) was extremely accommodating and helpful. Not to forget John who also helped me in a major way! Came in sick (left sick) left in a better frame of mind knowing my prescriptions have been sent !
I got there right when they opened and was taken back within a few mins. Staff was kind and attentive. It was busy when I left so this place does get busy.
Brought my grandson in for illness evaluation and the reception/medical assistant and the attending physician were excellent with him he is only 10 months old and he wasn’t scared of any part of the evaluation and the doctor gave good tips for getting him to drink to avoid dehydration. The doctor took his time and did not rush thru the visit at all despite us being at the end of the day.I really appreciated that. Thank you all so much!
Best Urgent Care - All staff members were professional and friendlyAfter 2 days I was unable get a dentist appt for an tooth abscess so I decided to call this urgent care for help. The receptionist, Ashly was kind enough to take my info over the phone to expedite my visit. After a brief wait time I met with a very nice assistant John who took my vitals. A few minutes later Dr Fimbres arrived and sent me home with the prescription I desperately needed. I cant thank these folks enough for being there when no one else could.
AWESOME!Everyone was kind, polite, caring and knowledgeable. Service was great...they took good care of me. Would recommend to anyone who doesnt want to have to go to the ER at the hospital.
Hacker PAC, Richard Is my favorite P.A from this clinic he is so kind and sweet I had ears 👂 infection and throat . After two days taking the antibiotics that he gave me I was okay and I couldn’t feel anything🥰🥰🥰thank you I wish all PA was like him
Very bad experience. I scheduled an appointment for my wife and the system said she couldnt be seen for 3 hours, but it would text a reminder. No problem. About 30 minutes later, got a text that said they were 45 minutes behind schedule. No problem. I finally got a text saying for her to head over. She got there 15 minutes early... the text said to come 10 minutes early for paperwork. An hour and forty-five minutes later (after the scheduled appointment) she still hasnt been seen... Additionally she stated that the front desk person was extremely rude, although, not rude to her. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! When the front desk person was asked by several people when they would be seen, he told them to sit down and said he had no control over how many people are sick. SMH!
Dr recognized condition immediately and gave medicine and advice for burn
Went to nextcare urgent care because my 2 year old son had a bad cough. Online check in made it very easy and fast to get it . Nurses and doctors were really nice and knew how to take care of my son .
The staff and Brian Stephenson FNP, took great care of me. The prescribed medicine for me that helped so much. I was very ill with bronchitis and sinus infection. Thank you so much.
Dont come here if you dont want your time wasted. Its called Urgent care but theres nothing urgent about it. Its 40 mins past my spouses appointment and Im livid. Im still waiting inthe lobby this moment smh. And they have a sign on the desk about bad behavior wont be tolerated but they cant even abide by ther schedule time smh.
Reserved a time online the night before with a reminder. Went in the next morning to find a half full waiting room. I checked in 29 minutes early and was called at my appointed time. The whole bust at the mist was 40 minutes. The nurse and nurse practitioner were very professional but also down to earth. Great place to be seen by a medical professional.
Great staff. Unfortunately the lack of adequate staffing made this experience more stressful. My daughter has a fever with possible strep throat and the wait time was 2 hours! There is nothing fast about FastMed! This would be the last place I would consider bringing my family when they are ill. Its so ridiculous that they make people wait so long just to be seen. Such an unprofessional establishment.
Everyone there was extremely helpful professional and courteous. They treated my mother who had a hand sprain. I let them know she also has alzheimers and can be a bit difficult but everyone was understanding and handled her great and with smiles. great job Dahlia, John and James! My mom was very happy and comfortable there.
Evrything was so easy and quick, staff was very nice and helpful and the doctor as well!! Definitely made my day better!
Waited an hour and fifteen minutes to be seen with an appointment. Went in for a covid test, someone calls me the next day with the results. When we go in to the office to pick up the results because they said they cant email them. The receptionist tells me that my results are not in. I told her that I spoke to someone and I can clearly recognize his voice. The person lies in my face and said that they dont know who called me. Its been four days and Im still waiting for my results. While the rest of my family went to a different site, they got their results within 2 days.
Really friendly and helpful for me and my children they where sick.
The customer service from the receptionist was trash. She had an attitude like someone was forcing her to be there. We all sick, we need urgent care and you over there making us feel worse. The tech and doctor was great 10/10 but when you walk in and the first thing your greeted with is a attitude just makes you think why they were even hired
Great Visit fast and friendly staff .the doctor was really helpful!
Was treated at the West Valencia Urgent Care. From the receptionist to the x-ray tech to the attending doctor I was treated professionally with empathy and expertise. Everyone was polite and helpful. The doctor did all he could do for me there and the directed me to the ER at a hospital. Still I was diagnosed, treated, and x-rayed very efficiently. When I got to the ER they only had to focus on one issue because the Urgent Care folks had taken care of the rest. I’m very grateful for the quality of their care!
I had to give at least 1 star to post a review, but they get No stars, whatsoever! I took my daughter a foot injury on July 20th; we were told that she needed an xray, but their machine was not working. We were referred to another imaging office, and went the next day. That was on July 21. We were told that they would contact us with the results. We called several times, to no avail. I finally called again today (Aug 9th), and FINALLY got someone to give me the results, along with an excuse that the xray was logged-in wrong, so they didnt see nor realize that they had the results.HUGE waste of time and energy! And, IF our daughters foot was actually fractured, we were left waiting for almost 3 weeks,..and they probably still wouldnt have called.....
I was able to set an appointment for the same I tested positive for Covid using a rapid test which is very nice. They checked my vitals and showed me to a room. When the doctor arrived in the room he looked at my chart and seemed indifferent to my age (71) and symptoms. He didn’t seem to want to test me again because my vital signs were acceptable to him. I had to talk him into the more definitive test and didn’t want to prescribe anything for me even though I am in the high risk age group. He advised me to isolate myself and wear a mask for the next five days and sent me on my way. I believe there in was a lack of due diligence on the part of the doctor. One other complaint, NextCare and FastMed need to decide who they are and what they want patients to call them. Outside signage is for NextCare, and inside signage indicates FastMed. Confusing and unprofessional.
Staff carrying on in the back. Waiting over an hour with only one other patient in the waiting room. Spent 2 hours total with registering and waiting to have less than a minute with the doctor who said try ER with no reasoning behind it and no questions for me. Rushed back to chatting. The walls are thin. As I waited I could hear other patient info, gossip, etc. Unprofessional and a 35 dollar copay to be there. Go somewhere else, these people do not care.
I was very sick and waited 3 hours to be seen. The staff was polite and very helpful. One month later while waiting for my insurance to pay them so I can pay the remainder we got an email saying that $200 would be charged to the card on file in 2 days. I called and no one returned my call. I finally got a hold of someone two days later and the lady said that they were going to charge the $200 because that was the most they could take from my card. I informed her that I all ready know how much my insurance will cover and how much I will be billed. Was rudely told that I will just have to wait for a bill than.
