Quest Diagnostics Warren - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

If there was a way to give a negative rating of this facility, it should get one!After waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room, which none of the Quest employees can see, the tech came out to get another patient who was not even on the waiting list. In addition, the last person to sign in ahead of me who had already been helped was almost an hour before I even got there. How can you have a waiting room with no windows, doors with glass or any other way to see the waiting room where people sign a paper form. Also, if this is a walk-in location, how can you take patients who aren’t on the list or signed in. Horrible job! Zero customer service!I would recommend that no one visit this Quest location ever...horrible service!
