Black women beware! Very racist practice it’s definitely showing during black history month. Have went into preterm labor because of their negligence the residents keep putting false information in my chart particularly Dr. Uceda and Dr. Mcdaniels. The doctor over them Dr. Vengalil is very dismissive. Dr. Uceda wrote me a letter stating let me know if you’re transferring care so we can “discharge you from our practice”. I’m walking away so they can’t discharge me. How is it my fault that you ignore your Hippocratic oath?? Im constantly in the hospital and you guys keep acting like you don’t care I should not be passing out everyday that’s why I couldn’t be here. Every specialist I go to tells me you’re not doing your jobs! Im done with their negligence. I bet they’ll try to discharge me for my review! I don’t care any place is better than here.
See I dont want to make this post for the WHOLE hospital but this is definitely for the ER. I was prescribed by Dr to go to this ER for a test for my three day old son. Registration was great and understood the assignment that I didnt want my son exposed to so many sick people and put me in a room right away the nursing staff which Im very familiar with was super nice as normal but their hesitation seemed to worry me FOR GOOD REASON. NOT A SINGLE PHLEBOTOMIST EVER DID AN INFANT DRAW. And it seems like the ER is not properly equipped to even handle and new born infant emergency I understand there is not a OBGYN for floor or pediatric office but not a single blood test tube for a simple CBC I heard them also considered a butterfly needle in a heel stick (which hasnt been done a long time) they had me and my son sit there for three HOURS looking for someone who done an infant draw from both inpatient labs and out patient labs the WHOLE hospital. I could have taken my son possibly to the Webber center and gotten proper blood draw from them vs the ER. Props to the senior nursing staff who are dealing with intolerable systems Macomb has developed because I would be firing writing up and re educating several people that they hire into that clinic. Btw proper new born sick a 600 ml tube and common blood sugar stick and massaging sample into vial until full. NOT THAT HARD
Took my son into the ER at 3:20 am 1 person in front of us in the whole place, didn’t get back into the ER room for 1 1/2 only after I questioned what was taking so long after a hour, then another 1 hr and 15 minutes before they started to draw blood and offer a to get a urine sample ( which the nurse had to do twice since she missed the vein) the head nurse stated that the ER visit is a average of 8-10 hours, when their board only shows 8 people in the ER, overheard other nurses talk about how slow the physician is with some of the patients that have been in for the same problems for over 14 months thinking he’s going to cure them with a push of a button. 3 hour and 45 minutes later finally saw the physician, funny how now it’s shift change and things are starting to get done!!😡
I have been at this location for 4 and a half hours in the emergency room! I was told that my blood would be drawn but that was several hours ago. I am in serious pain so I had no choice but to stay. This has been the most miserable experience ever :(
The girls at the front are so very kind and efficient. I love the doctor that I saw this time. Great communicater.
The staff and doctors are awesome! Especially the medical assistant. Thank you for all you do. ❤️
The ER experience was rather swift and the nurse and staff were tentatively helpful. Thank you for the work you are doing!
Staff is always very pleasant and helpful. They make the doctor visit a nice experience.
Very good hospital
Thanks for the common flu shot 💞
