I was not happy with my care, with the exception of Robin, the patient care rep. The doctor was cloyingly sympathetic, which came off as unprofessional and insincere. Had several issues with communication, i.e. concerns I had were not addressed. I also felt that I was dismissed because of my age (31), and that my concerns were not taken 100% seriously. I decided to switch to Main Line Fertility after 5 months with Sincera. I got pregnant within one month and my experience has been far more attentive, proactive, and sincerely caring. I would not recommend Sincera Reproductive.
