Dr. Chin and his team are beyond amazing! If you want the best, they are IT! We went to see Dr. Chin after six years of trying. From day one, they were welcoming and helpful every step of the way. Dr. Chin was straight forward and clear with all of our options. He quickly came up with a plan for us. That plan worked! Dr. Chin is the best doctor in town. He made my dream come true, and I got my baby girl through IVF. Although she was born a month early, but she is healthy. I want to thank Dr. Chin and his staff for their work and highly recommend them.

Dr Chin and his staff are AMAZING! It took us 3 rounds of egg retrievals, but thanks to genetic testing we were able to have a successful IVF transfer and make our dreams of becoming a family come true! Dr Chin knows what he is doing, and he has helped so many fulfill their dreams. We couldnt recommend him highly enough and we will forever be grateful to him and his practice for bringing our little girl into our lives!!

Dr. Chin is the reason our baby girl is in this world! After multiple failed procedures at another local fertility clinic in Cincinnati (where we felt very much ‘like a number’), we moved to the Fertility Wellness Institute. Dr. Chin and his team are so personable and caring. So positive and supportive. I could not be more appreciate if they’re care of my family, which grew by one, thanks to their incredible work. I always share my Dr. Chin experience anytime infertility is mentioned. I couldn’t have been more grateful for such bright lights in such a dark time.

After a tragic loss late in our first pregnancy and after our doctors were skeptical about our chances to have another baby, Dr. Chin was realistic with us but willing to give it a try. He and his team were amazing and we were blessed with a beautiful baby girl! She just turned 20 and is the most wonderful daughter we could ask for! We definitely recommend Dr. Chin and his team! He is a no nonsense and realistic, yet caring person who will do everything he can to help you have success. We will be forever grateful that we found him.

I have been a patient of Dr Chin now for 7 years and am incredibly thankful for his practice taking in my husband and I! Dr Chin is by far the most knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful Physician. He is honest and not going to waste your time, he is aggressive when you need him to be and innovative to try and give the newest and best medical care based on the latest scientific research! Also Elyssa has been my nurse for my past 3 IVF cycles and I have so much trust in her care! She is wonderful at explaining the entire process and working closely with you! She is the most compassionate nurse and has helped me through all the highs and lows of going through fertility treatments. All of the staff are wonderful and I am forever grateful for their care and helping us achieve the seemingly impossible dream of having a big family!

We could not be more thankful for Dr. Chen and his staff. From himself, to the staff to the lady that answered 1 million of my questions when I called, they go above and beyond. On our third our third IUI, it fell on a Saturday. His staff came in and was just as amazing as during the work week. He even talk to us 45 minutes after the procedure. On the way out, we talked to the sweet lab tech for over an hour about feeding the ducks by the pond at their office. I truly believe his office staff and himself are the best around and a gift from God. And may we welcomed her first baby boy and we think their staff every single day.

Unfortunately, we moved to a different clinic due to rude nurses and poor communication from nurses. My portal said I had an appointment and when I showed up they didn’t have me in the schedule. They managed to work me in but my nurse was sure to say that Dr. Chin hates an overbooked schedule (not my fault). I was given no direction during appointments. I left, only for a nurse to call and tell me I didn’t stop by the nurse’s table on the way out (again, not my fault. Nobody told me). My nurse would tell me she would call me and she wouldn’t. All around disappointment as I had heard great things about this fertility clinic.

After a year of TTC, and 3 losses, familyAnd friends recommended Dr. Chin. From the moment I made my first call phone call to the moment we first stepped in the door, his team was empathetic, kind, and overly helpful! There was always a friendly face or voice on the phone to talk us through the process. Dr. Chin and his entire team are top notch! Christa went above and beyond to answer my questions all of the time and make sure I was comfortable. If you’re looking for a practice, you cannot go wrong!

Dr. Chin and the supporting office staff, IUI nurses, and IVF nurses are amazing. From our first consultation, Dr. Chin didn’t beat around the bush about our chances with different treatments. In fact, we had multiple doctors not give us clear answers on our test results for months that said ‘just keep trying’. We appreciated Dr. Chin not wasting our time, infertility is debilitating enough without getting the runaround! They are constantly trying different protocol when one doesn’t work. After a few IUIs we were feeling pretty down, so we discussed transitioning to IVF earlier for our mental health which so often gets overlooked. IVF was more extensive, but we were comforted that Dr. Chin and Hailey are there EVERY step of the way from scans to surgery to transfer to early OB care. You can’t go wrong here, and we’d love to come back for our second when the time is right for our family.

Dr. Chin and his staff are amazing. They took the time to listen to our story and our hopes, and were so supportive through our journey, which was not always happy or easy. But we have a beautiful daughter because of the plan Dr. Chin developed for us. Thank you Dr. Chin and staff!

I went to Dr. Chin after 4 years of trying to become pregnant and having no luck with my regular OBGyn & two other Reproductive Endocrinologists in the Dayton area. We spent so much money with the previous REs with no results and no real answers.Although Id already had one laparascopic surgery by my OBGyn, Dr. Chin convinced me that he knew what to look for while most non-REs did not. Im SO GLAD that I listened to him. He found several issues which he easily corrected, and after recovering from the second laparoscopy, I was pregnant on our 3rd attempt with IUI.In addition to his superb medical knowledge, Dr. Chin was just the most kind hearted and compassionate doctor Ive ever had. His staff was the same. We always got on the schedule in perfect timing with my cycles, etc. The staff were so supportive!!!Dr. Chin suggested websites where we could get our prescriptions at significantly reduced cost, literally saving us thousands of dollars. He personally called after the surgery to check on me, and he personally called whenever there was an issue to discuss or to answer questions. He also personally called each time to thank us for the many couples we referred to him!When I did become pregnant, Dr. Chin and his staff were almost as happy as I was. They gave me a little baby gift, and followed up with me until I was about 10 weeks along. I was then turned over to a local OB. Dr Chin and his staff made time to visit with us after our baby was born, and he posed with our baby for photos.When I had my second baby (with NO medical intervention, thanks to Dr. Chins surgical expertise) they sent me a gift for that baby too.I cant recommend enough to people struggling with infertility treatments that havent worked...drop the well meaning but ineffectual doctors and book an appointment with Dr. Chin. You will save money, pain and heartache, and may come out of it with the baby youve dreamt about for so long. Of course there are no guarantees, but in my experience Dr. Chin is the best option in the region!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chin & his entire practice. I am currently 22 weeks pregnant after doing IVF with them. I had experienced recurrent early pregnancy loss (4 times in a row) with another clinic, another year of infertility after those losses, & then had an exploratory laparoscopy before starting IVF. I never felt alone or like I couldn’t ask questions if I had them. The staff was more supportive than I could have imagined & by the time I graduated from the office it felt like I was leaving a little family. Dr. Chin does not make you feel like just another patient or rush you through. He will explain everything in detail so you can really understand what is going on with your body. I have never met another doctor like him & I will recommend him over & over with the highest praises to anyone who needs assistance with fertility. I cannot thank this office or Dr. Chin enough for what they have done for my husband & I. We will forever be thankful for the support & care they offered during some of the most challenging times we have been through.

There is nothing easy about having infertility problems but with the help of Dr. Chin and his wonderful staff it was easier to understand. From the moment I walked into the office I felt as if I was good hands. I was nice to be treated with such high professionalism and care. During treatment, I honestly felt that I was the only patient. Dr. Chin is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I never once questioned his plan of care...I always knew that my end results was exactly what he wanted for me and my family. I will always be grateful for Dr. Chin and his staff.

I have been in the care of Dr. Chin for around five years after starting out with another clinic that made me feel like just a number. We’ve been through it all with him—surgeries, iuis, and eventually ivf x 2. What impresses me the most with him is his ability to remember even the smallest details to ask you at your next appointment. He’s a solo practitioner and yet his practice is just as efficient as one ran with several doctors. You never feel rushed. Your questions are always heard and answered AND he takes the time to get to know you. You can tell his passion carries over to his staff. They all work fiercely in their roles and run like a well oiled machine. If you’re looking for an RE with passion and empathy, you’ve come to the right place. My story ended on a happy note and I will be forever grateful for him and his staff.

If I could give a million stars I would! Dr Chin and his staff helped me to attain the greatest gift of my life... my daughter! The knowledge and compassion I received while I was at this practice was overwhelming. Dr Chin ALWAYS took his time with me, never rushing or making me feel like I was just another client. He remembered personal details, asked about my family, and would remember things about my past medical history ... little things that showed how much he really takes the time to get to know his patients in all aspects. Dr Chin and his staff really make you feel like family! Infertility is such a personal and emotional journey, being able to trust your doctor and their staff is absolutely essential, it can really make or break your journey. Dr Chin took the time from day #1 to try and get to the root of our fertility problems as opposed to jumping straight to expensive procedures that may or may not have worked. I was SO SAD when I had to switch back to my OBGYN at 12 weeks pregnant (I missed him and his staff terribly!) Finally, they are SUPER accommodating! I’m a nurse who has a very set schedule, if an ultrasound was needed or blood work at the last minute he and his office staff would always go ABOVE AND BEYOND to work with me to get me in and do whatever they could. I truly can’t say enough good things about this brilliant physician.

I owe more than I could ever give to Dr Chin! He is amazing. He helped get me pregnant 4 years ago after nearly 5 years of trying on and off with our obgyn. He found a very crucial diagnosis of a rare clotting disorder, that if he didn’t find and I somehow did become pregnant I likely would have miscarried or had a still birth anyway. He recently helped us conceive our 2nd baby who we are welcoming to our family this fall! We were successful both times on iui #1. I have referred many friends to him who have also had luck with growing their families under his care. He’s also funny which definitely helps you feel more at ease during a very sensitive and stressful time. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Dr. Chin and his staff are truly amazing. A friend who has two children recommended him to me and I am so glad we walked through those doors and never looked back. I am now 10 weeks pregnant after IVF. It takes a lot to go through this process but every single step of the way Dr Chin and his staff where right there with me. I tear up thinking about it because I feel so blessed to have found them. Without Dr Chin my husband and I would not be having our miracle baby. We are forever grateful!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice and their amazing staff. First and foremost, Dr. Chin leads with such care and compassion. You feel like you are his only patient and he truly dedicates as much time needed for you to get all of your questions answered, feel validated, and to walk away knowing the next steps in your journey. His MAs are so kind and friendly. His IVF nurses and surgical staff are angels and take amazing care of everyone. They make you feel like no question is a dumb question when you are going through IVF. Lastly but certainly not least, Melinda the receptionist is an angel. She ALWAYS greets you with a smile, she is efficient, remembers your name, and so sweet.If i could give a million star review, I would. There is a reason why Fertility Wellness Instutite has been in business for over 30+ years and why they are the best in the region!

When all other doctors wrote me off as a cookie cutter PCOS patient we felt hopeless. 7 long years of TTC and 3 miscarriages I went for a 2nd opinion with Dr. NEEOO Chin. Him and his amazing staff were bound and determined to figure out what was going on. My son would probably not be here if it wasnt for them. They took such wonderful care of us and made us feel like family 😍.

I have had the pleasure of Dr. Chin being my doctor thru my first and now second pregnancy. I have only good things to say about him and his staff. They make you feel like you are part of their family.Dr. Chin is a wonderful doctor and person. Today was my last appointment with him. I am so happy and excited to be past the need of his care but I was also sad to say goodbye. He is one of the best!

This review is over 2 years late, but better late than never!!! I started seeing Dr. Chin in 2015. He was so down to earth and relatable that we immediately felt comfortable working with him. He sits down with you every appointment, and talks to you about next steps and what to expect. You NEVER feel like he is rushing out the door. He also makes sure to treat every patient individually, and does not just go through the motions as though every infertility patient needs the same treatment. I felt he truly cared about us and was rooting for us to achieve our goal as much as any friend or family member would. I also LOVED LOVED LOVED the staff. Everyone was so friendly and understanding. I am now the mommy of a spunky 2 year old girl and thinking about having another, and I owe it all to Dr. Chin and his amazing staff!

Such a wonderful office! Everyone is so kind and personable. From the time you walk in the door with Melinda, to Sam walking you back , Dr. Chin and his crew and to end your visit with either Grace or Christa! They take such a hard thing and make it a little less stressful.

Dr. Chin and staff were so wonderful to us. They explained, kept informed and helped us bring Charleigh Mae into this world. Lots of prayers, tears, uncertainty and joy went into the process but we couldnt have done it without our faith and Chin!

Dr. Chin and his staff are by far the BEST medical experience I have ever had. My partner and I spent many days over a year and a half at The Fertility Wellness. The entire staff made a very tough journey so much better by being honest, caring, respectful, open and proactive. Dr. Chin spent much time each visit answering questions, helping us plan, and explaining medications/procedures. Sandy and Grace (nurses) were always there with a support and answers. Grace answered texts from me at all hours of the day. I never felt scared or alone through this journey because of Dr. Chin and his team. We are now blessed with two babies on the way, and I know had it not been for Dr. Chin and his team, we wouldnt be in this situation. I would also highly recommend acupuncture with Dr. Chin. I had it done through the fertility treatments and am continuing after, now that I am expecting. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

From the first video conference to my first clinic visit,I knew without the shadow of a doubt that I was in great hands. Throughout this journey he is by far the greatest Dr I have had on my side. I love the communication!! it made me feel safe, made me feel like finally a person who is ready to help me attain what will work for me and my family is in my corner. The journey is not over for us because we really just got started but one thing is for sure, I have the best team on my side. Am blessed to have found these amazing people all in on office. Blessed beyond measures! I know that these things take time but am not worried because I feel comfortable,confident and safe.

I visited Dr Chins clinic for years. Did not have any luck with them. The entire team is a mess. They dont care about your issues even it is caused by the treatment they gave you. They told you different things during the treatment. You have to do researches by yourself before you jump into there and start a treatment , do not expect them explain things they gonna do on you without asking. The reasons I chose his office from entire state because I saw he had a lot of good reviews from one website. It is about over 300 good reviews. I did feel fishy because most of reviews are posted on the similar time period. However I thought the data might pull out from other site that is why the reviews day were off. But if you compare the reviews amount to a way bigger hospital in the state, youll never see any doctor have so many reviews. That is crazy. Dont waste time and money here.

Life changing care from Dr Chin and his team. Worth every penny.

Dr. Chin and staff were amazing years ago when I was a patient, and I hear he’s still amazing now as I have many friends who have utilized his services. Everyone there is kind, compassionate, understanding, and dedicated.

I was with Dr. Chin for years. He was our first experience with fertility treatments and had hoped my Dr would educate me and put me on the best plan for success. It wasnt until I joined a support group that I realized that going through 16 rounds of IUIs was not normal and was excessive. 16 ROUNDS!!! I know now that is INSANE! I also know how much better the lab technology and operations are of some of the bigger labs in the country. We traveled out of state and were highly successful much more quickly. You are not a test subject, ladies. Push for answers and not doing the same things over and over and expecting different results.

Dr Chin, the nurses, embryologist and the rest of the staff are exceptional. It’s rare to find an office where you feel like EVERY team member is focused on you, your experience and your success. Dr Chin is a great listener and customizes your plan to you. He is honest and careful with treatments.Also, the office is like... really pretty.

Let me just say this Doctor Chin is a god send! He got us to conceive after my wife and PCOS and Endometriosis! He gave us a brand new little baby girl that was born just a few hours ago! Healthy as can be! I will always recommend Dr.Chin he’s truly amazing, completely brilliant, and a great personality that you can relate to! Thank you for everything Dr.Chin!

Dr. Chin was a pleasure to work with but the rest of his team, specifically the financial team, was very sub-par. Especially compared to our interactions with Springcreek Fertilitys financial team. If you have worried about finances dont be like us and get sacked with an extra $4300 hospital bill that was never quoted or mentioned to us before the procedure. I called the office and they said we cant control what the hospital charges. Thats true but you for sure know a ballpark number theyll charge (you have contracts with them for a reason...). It comes down to pure incompetence. Overall, Dr. Chin is a good doctor (though our last IVF transfer was unsuccessful) but his support side is lacking.

We were directed to Dr. Chins practice by friends that have been in this practice before. After our first visit we knew we were in the correct hands. Dr. Chin is not only an expert in his field but hes one of the few personable and caring doctors Ive met in my life. From our first consultation he knew what our problem might be and did everything in his power to make it better and eventually help us have our much desires and dreamed us baby. When we found out our treatment had worked and we were pregnant we went through an emotional rollercoaster because of our previous losses and Dr. Chin and his loving staff did everything they could to always keep us positive and focused. Every appointment was such a joy, it almost felt like family. We cant thank enough Dr. Chin and his staff! We look forward to welcoming our baby Spring 2014!

Because of Dr. Chin I have the most amazing Granddaughter❤️ I watched as my daughter tried for years to have a baby and because of Dr. Chin she was able to have her precious gift. I went to several of her appointments with him and he is not only an amazing doctor but a wonderful sympathetic man. Hoping for a second next year.

Best dr you will ever see. Laid back and extremely educated!! I got pregnant the first month of going to see him back in April! Its expensive but its worth it.
