I’ve had great experiences at urgent care facilities in the past, but I highly recommend avoiding this branch. I waited over an hour and had to step out of the room to interrupt casual conversations just to be seen. After a very brief visit that provided little clarity on my diagnosis, I confirmed with the provider twice that my prescription for pain relief had been sent in. The next day, I had to follow up about why my prescription wasn’t at the pharmacy, only to find out it had never been submitted. I expressed my frustration to the secretary, who merely chuckled. The experience at every level was off-putting. There are many other facility options in the area; don’t waste your time here.
I can not comment on the doctors, but the front office staff who worked tonight was not pleasant. We called to see if walk ins were being seen and we were told yes. We got there at 7:12 and she rudely told us that they were not taking walk-ins. They close at 8 and we did call prior to coming. She asked if we wanted an appointment for tomorrow. We also explained that it was a cut that may need stitches. That can’t wait until tomorrow. We left. Maybe just hire new front office staff.
All staff and physicians I dealt with were courteous and efficient. I was taken in as soon as possible and professionally treated. My medical issue was properly diagnosed and treated to my satisfaction. My recovery is going well and their online results were informative and are now a part of my medical folder. Thanks for this facilities efforts.
Went to GoHealth Urgent Care when I couldnt get a timely appointment with my PCP. Very good experience: easy online check-in, short wait time, efficient, straightforward care from the doctor on duty. Will definitely use GoHealth again.
Overall, I was very pleased with the visit. The check-in and reception went smoothly. I did not have to wait a significant amount of time beyond my scheduled appointment time and all of the medical personnel were professional empathetic, and showed interest in my well-being.
Amazing experience. Almost zero wait time. Both the nurse and PA were knowledgeable and kind. They took the time to listen to me and I could tell they genuinely cared about my comfort. All around A+
They were very thorough and I was treated with total and complete respect and caring throughout the entire visit. The APRN and Medical Assistant definitely wanted to ensure the proper actions were taken.
From check in process to being seen by their care providers was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and professional, the facility itself was nice and clean, sterile yet comfortable. I felt cared for and in good hands. I want one in Hartford!
Very good service. We need a quick diagnosis at 6:30 at night. Online scheduling was fast and easy. Check in was easy. The doctor was great!
Excellent nurse/technician and excellent physicians overview. I came in thinking I might have Covid -- and it turned out I did. Got prompt, professional assessment and helpful guidance for what to do. Thanks to the team.
Easy to book appointment — waited 10-15 minutes but not too bad, imo. Excellent staff all around. The doctor (or PA?) was thorough, professional, and pleasant. And that is what counts the most!
They took me right in to look at my wound. They assessed my issue quickly, sent prescriptions over to the pharmacy which is two doors down and gave me bandages to start my treatment. I’ll be going there for follow up as well.
Wonderful staff and service. The Doctors and nurses are so pleasant. Attentive to needs and quick to resolve any concerns. The bishop corner location is my favorite. I get better service with Hartford Healthcare-GoHealth than the hospital. I really appreciate wonderful establishments like this still exist. Way to Go GoHealth. Keep shining.
Nurse Steph was amazing. She was incredibly gentle, funny, and effortlessly calmed my daughter so she could receive the medical attention needed. She was knowledgeable and so caring.
I arrived to the walk in clinic yesterday. The secretary and x-ray tech were very respectful and friendly. The PA Dr. R.O. Wasn’t very knowledgeable about my sprained ankle. He tried pushing crutches for me. My daughter who was with me, told him that crutches are not good for a senior woman. After she told him that, he told me again, if I decided I need crutches to go back and get them. He didn’t mention about a cane. My daughter asked about a cane, and he mentioned that I could purchase one at the drugstore. He didn’t suggest inflammatory meds or nothing about what to do about the sprain.
I think this doctor should have more knowledge about my immune problems. She does not consider my limitations and criticizes my actual treatment, which I can not stop.I only would like to add another treatment to what I already have.Lastly, she recommended some medications and told me that the way to take them would be written in the portal, which is not there. One medication I could not find, and I contacted the company she suggested and until now my email was not answered. She prescribed medication that is not easy to find and should have more orientations.
I was seen promptly and treated respectfully. The folks were very mindful of a couple who came in with a sick child and helped them feel as comfortable as they could feel. The wait to see the doc was not long. He went over test results, explained what was going on with me medically and any concerns i might have. I never felt rushed or ushered along. He was present.
Professional staff, access to ekg and cat scan. ….That was last year…..This year brought a visiting friend , with a potentially major medical issue and all they did was a Covid test….no chest xray, no blood work no urinalysis. Bottom line…. Dont go there!!!! ( unless you want a covid test) 😡
Truly the worst experience I had … making jokes about my son “ being one storm away from a nap” and laughing like I couldn’t hear them when my son was clearly sick and just upset all the “doctor” did was touch him tummy and say it was stomach bug didn’t listen to his heart or his lungs had to ask him to check for a ear infection he said it wasn’t two days later went to the hospital to find out my son had a ear infection…. Would never go there again or Recommended it
The staff at this walk in is incredible.Dr Lauren Valley was unbelievable from the instant. Very professional with a great attitude. It was worth the trip over Avon Mt as Avon walk in is horrible.
I had a really unfortunate visit a few months back. I will say the PA I saw was very kind, as was the front desk, but the overall experience was just frustrating.I went in because I was pretty confident I had a sinus infection. I get them at times and am pretty familiar with my symptoms. At that time I also had a bump show up in my armpit that was painful. When I went in the PA listened to me and was very nice, but then began to google symptoms. She would compare things that were found with my symptoms and ask me about them. Honestly, I didn’t fully mind this, though I was a bit thrown off. She thought maybe swollen lymph node. She then stepped out to talk to the doctor who was visible from where I was sitting. He seemed annoyed. She came in and told me I would need to get a breast cancer screening and that she’d give me the referral. She also was told by him to do a breast exam in the moment. She did (was perfectly kind about it) but at one point asked me to feel something and asked if I thought it was a lump. I didn’t know, I was just there for a sinus infection. After she gave me the referral for a mammogram and I asked if I could have antibiotics for my sinus infection. She went to speak to the doctor again. He again seemed annoyed. When she came back she said I couldn’t be given antibiotics because they don’t know where the infection is and should go to my primary care doctor, I had explained I had just moved to CT from Denver and didn’t have a doctor and nobody could see me for three weeks. I brought that up again and she just apologized.I left super confused and feeling frustrated that nothing I went for was resolved. After calling a few times I got on a wait list and saw a doctor 2 days later. When I went in I explained my experience and he laughed a bit and checked my armpit. Said this is just a small cyst, probably from shaving. Gave me antibiotics for the sinus infection and said it should also treat the cyst. Also reassured me I didn’t need to rush for mammogram. After seeing that doctor I felt a lot worse about my time at urgent care and how horrible and inconsiderate that doctor was. It makes me mad for the PA that helped me too because I feel he put her in a bad position as well while she was still learning.
Your staff is amazing! Pleasant, professional, and efficient. You were there when I needed you and that made a tremendous difference in my medical outcome. My family and I thank you and highly recommend you. Many thanks.
The dr was very patient and took the time to educate me on the anatomy of the ear, since I was there due to a severe ear infection, he took out google to show me the pictures of what was going on behind my eardrum, in each ear!
Risa’s diagnosis was thorough and effectively communicated. Her follow up after my ultrasound was appreciated.
The worst quality of service and care. Was informed to pay a copay that doesn’t match my insurance ID card. Scheduled and signed in ahead of time and was still left in waiting room for 30+ minutes. Very cold open, I refuse to ever receive healthcare services from such a poor provider ever again.
I reserved a spot online for 1:37 pm. And had to wait 1 hour to be seen. Whats the point in reserving a spot online?
Short wait time. Covid test administered. Received meds + explanation of meds and CDC guidelines for quarantine.
Visited Hartford Go Healtth yesterday. In spite of the long wait, the caretakers as well as Dr Herbst we’re wonderful- knowledgeable, sensitive, sympathetic, thank youEileen Gallo
Horrible!!! I say the ridiculous PA Risa Budoff first and she could not help with anything!! So I requested the doctor (Arthur Yazhememskiy ) who finally prescribed the medication for me and my daughter!! He refused to see my other kids!! Simply ignorant!!
Dont bother reserving a spot. Theyll add every single walk-in before you until youre there waiting for 2 hours.
Everyone was prompt and friendly...was in and out within 30 minutes...had my medication in another 30!!! Its wonderful to be treated as such when youre feeling ill ! Yesterday , however , I recieved 2 calls (voicemails) asking me to call re my lab results. Both times I called back right away and was only able to leave a message that I had called !
The staff was very professional and I did not have to wait long to be seen.
Amazing service recovery by the Bishops Corner GoHealth Team. Terrible experience at the Corbins Corner GoHealth site, right down to overcharging me on my copay and not confirming my insurance despite uploading my card and handing it to them at the time of the visit. That was the very least of the concerns. 5 stars to Bishops Corner for making everything right. I would give no stars to Corbins Corner if I could.
I had a most positive experience with everyone I met at this office, from the time I arrived until the time I left. They were all very pleasant and professional. And my medical problem was solved. It was easy and efficient to book an appointment online and to input the required information ahead of time.
This is not an urgent care. They don’t have the facilities to be call urgent. Also be aware that they book people online and they may tell you there is 2 people ahead of you and in reality it is over 10! Waisted my morning and left without being seen. Best choice
At first I was nit happy that I was asked to go to the ER because thats place I did not want to be especially with the way I was feeling. But I gave in and listened, so I went to the ER as recommended by the Dr. Thank God I did because my diagnosis was life threatening. So thank you for a job well done in making sure I received a higher level of intervention care
Fast and convenient. Very nice provider. Very pleased with my outcome. Excellent customer service 👍
Wait times are always long, even if you pre-book and appointment, but the care is good and the people are kind.
Easy to schedule an appointment; appointment was available same day; great and caring medical staff; doctor even took time to review generic meds with me so I understood all options.
Risa, the PA who I saw, was excellent. Specifically she is a careful listener and, applying that listening, she is non-formulaic in her thinking. Her recommendations were conservative; she did not over treat. As a (retired) physician with many years of experience training medical students and house staff, as well as supervising PAs, I think Risa has an excellent approach which will serve her, and her patients, well.
I was seen and examined promptly, carefully and provided with appropriate leads for further treatment.
The staff was amazing. They made my visit feel personal.
Registered online and check in was very easy. Found the doctor knowledgeable, very caring and helpful.
The doctor that has many years of experience gave an excellent service with a podiatry issue I had I don’t know what is his name but he looks really young but he’s on his 40’s and did an excellent job communicating everything about the process 10/10 and knew what he was doing! Definitely deserves a raise!!!!
I had a very good experience at the walk in clinic. I set a time with them the night before and I was brought in early to my appointment. I was diagnosed and they sent the script to the pharmacy in the appointment. Very good .😊👍🏼. Now I’m on my way to recovery.
The NP was excellent as well as the entire staff from the front desk to the x-ray woman.
Dr. Yazhemskiy was excellent. Really listened to everything I had to say and took my concerns seriously. Will absolutely use again. The MA and front desk associates were friendly.
I needed stitches and I arrived 15 minutes before closing. Staff and doctor were wonderful. I was in and out in a half hour. Wonderful place.
Dont come here, they are very slow, the wait is too long, my appointment was for 11am and it was 12pm and they still havent called me, the treatment is very bad, I dont recommend it to anyone.
Quick and easy to book. The woman that checked me in was very nice and explained what I was signing. The MA that roomed me was pleasant and Nicholas listened to what I said and explained his recommendation for my treatment
The entire staff were exceptionally professional, maintained an empathetic and friendly presence throughout my visit. With each step of my treatment I was well advised and able to inquire further explanation, which allowed me to leave feeling secure. Despite attending to many important tasks, the physician delivered personalized care in a timely fashion and thoroughly executed a comprehensive evaluation of my needs. I will gladly return to HGH for all future medical needs. Thank you!
Able to log in remotely to get a place in line. Pleasant staff.
This location has staff that do not value PATIENT DIGNITY, EMPATHY, and RESPECT FOR DIFFERENCES. One of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had in healthcare in my life. The women who were on staff for this shift obviously have an abusive, hostile, workplace environment that they condone and promote. This impacts how they speak and interact with patients.I came in for a standard flu shot 10/26/2023 at 5:15PM, I was not greeted clearly by the front desk staff. I wasnt even aware they were talking to me, as they had not projected their voices in a friendly or attentive manner. A patient actually had to inform me that they were looking to speak to me at the front desk, even though I was standing up in the lobby. After filling out my health information, I was provided with a flu shot document that asked if I was provided information about the benefits and potential consequences of the vaccine, I made a note on my form that I was not provided the necessary consent information about the potential outcomes of the vaccine. When I went to the back office to receive my vaccine, the PA who did my blood work did not tell me what my blood pressure was. Whatever, she told me the nurse would see me shortly. In comes nurse RISSA (short, old, brunette, wrinkly face, caucasian female) -- I am sure that is not her professional name, but the team lead whose initials are J.M (hispanic, heavy set female with glasses) would not provide this nurses full name.I have a needle aversion. I am usually on my phone during my standard shots and blood draws and never ONCE has any service provider made a comment about it. Its 2023. You cannot assume anything about anyone, or what they are going through. The nurse, Rissa says I am a bit neurotic, so I would like to know what job youre getting the flu shot for.I shared the job with her. Then she proceeds to ask when the last time I got a flu shot was. I estimated around the time I last had a flu shot. Then she says in a snarky, condescending, vile tone Youre an adult, you need to get off your phone. How disrespectful. You cannot tell someone based on their age, that their phone usage is inappropriate, you have no idea what people are going through -- especially as it relates to potentially having neurodivergent differences such as ADHD/Autism -- which does not have an age limit. People cope with their fears and phobias differently, and for her to be so wicked, condescending, unprofessional, ABLEIST, and nasty, speaks a lot to her lack of patient care, emotional intelligence, and range of compassion. RISSA is an unsafe provider, she is emotionally as dense as a brick and is not to be trusted providing care.I immediately expressed that I did not want her to administer my flu shot or touch me. I refuse to be berated and experience unwarranted condescension from a healthcare provider. I requested a new nurse and a supervisor, and the TEAM LEAD, J.M., refused to let me speak to a supervisor.I vented my frustrations and discomfort to the team lead J.M., I was nearly reduced to tears in frustration, because how disrespectful is it to use someones demographic information such as their age as a means of correcting them in a healthcare setting.I told J.M I understand a confidentiality policy, or if you need phones put away for PI purposes. However, it would have been more professional for her to say: Do you mind putting your phone away for the procedure. Or anything else, that had nothing to do with my demographic information.Just because youre an adult, doesnt mean you do not have an invisible neurodivergent difference, phobia, or pressing issue going on in your life that is conflicting with your attention. To make matters worse, J.M. was dismissive and refused to provide Rissas full name and told me that she could either get another nurse to administer it or I can leave and go to CVS. She said I am trying to be solution based completely dismissing how violated I felt by RISSAS attack on my ability/attention/character.I will never return to this location.
They didnt actually do anything but tell me to go to an ER. So, I spent $10 copay for nothing.
I have already responded to your questionnaire. My response was very positive. Please don’t keep asking me.
I was miserable when I walked in but delighted when I walked out. Service was fast. Sign in was easy and I was seen within 15 minutes or so. All service providers were professional and courteous. The nurses and the doctor did a great job.
Reserved my appointment time online the night before, arrived for my appointment and was seen quickly. I explained my problem to the PA, he examined me and explained my problem may have been caused by a new medication I was taking, he advised me on what to do and gave me a referral to see a specialist. This is the third time I have been here and as before I received excellent care. I would not hesitate to come back.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. There was less than 15 min wait which is unheard of usually.
Staff was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and throughout.
The staff was extremely nice, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. The time it took to make an appointment to walk in, the sign in process when you get there and the actual wait wasnt long. I was in and out.
I went to this location last week with a sore throat and pain in my left ear. I had made an appointment on-line. I was seen promptly and all staff were exceptionally kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I would definitely return.
The visit was a pleasant and welcoming experience. The doctors were extremely concern about any personal health issues. The best would recommend to family and friends.
Extremely patient friendly. My walk-in experience was exemplary. The staff is affable, courteous and took the time to fully explain to me what was happening and why. I left feeling much better just in how they treated me as a walk-in. Another plus was the cleanliness of this facility. Bravo!!!
Very caring and professional. Much easier to make an immediate appointment than in IL. Listened to all my concerns and provided appropriate care.
Easy to make appointment, nice staff and doctor!
A walk-in after a head-gash needed immediate attention.Friendly staff,only a 15 minute wait and attentive-care made for a satisfying experience.Thank you
The Dr listened to everything I had to say and treated me accordingly. I felt better within 24 hours. The appointment was easy to book online and there were plenty of openings.
Staff was quick and very nice. Doctor I saw literally diagnosed me and had me out in 5 minutes. Im now on the mend with my prescription from them. It was such a smooth experience, thank you so much.
Expertise and professionalism is 100% at this location and many others that they have affiliated with them. A year ago I went in with excruciating pain Ive had since childhood, through those years I was put on pain meds and all kind of fake diagnosis that actually didnt help a bit until I walked into this establishment. Long story short, they found something with their new X-ray equipment that couldnt be found years ago. They found me a pain specialist that treated me with non-opioid medicines and it worked ! Pain is been drastically reduced. It didnt stop there, they followed up on numerous occasions to make sure I was doing okay !
Per the recommendation of my surgical center I fervently tried to schedule an appointment with Docs Medical for a rapid COVID test, to no avail. Couldn’t even get a live staff person on the phone to answer a question... Gratefully Go Health was an opposite experience. I easily booked an appointment and was very pleased with the service I received. Every staff person that I encountered was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Although the facility was busy with a steady flow of patients, my provider was patient and thoroughly explained all processes. He was receptive to my questions and concerns. It was a most pleasurable experience. I have already recommended this company and location to others...
I called and spoke to Shereen or tereen to ask a general question about and she stated that they dont answer questions over the phone and that I would have to come in and be seen.. all I wanted to ask was if someone needed an ultrasound to determine if they were suffering from a hernia or an issue with their spleen.. or if that was even something that they would offer there... I cut her off to tell her this after she stated I was unable to call and ask questions.. she told me she didnt know that information and continued to tell me I had to come in.. why would I drive all the way there without knowing if they could see me for this? Big waste of time... super lazy employee, hire someone who actually cares about the patients and their well being. Thank you to the woman who kindly assisted me when I called back and was able to tell me that they do not offer this type of appointment. Took 2 seconds to ask and be informed.. when you dont know something you ask questions ... that should be the number one question people ask in interviews before they hire someone for a job like this.... what do you do when you dont know the answer ..... ASK! I hope to never deal with someone like shereen ever again when Im experiencing a medical issue and Im trying to receive clarity.
Went there because my primary couldt see me and the nurse practioner at this urgent carw sent me to emergency because she thought I had an instestinal blockage. However, it was nothing just another bill and another trip. Urgent care shouldnt even exist they lack any equipment to treat real urgencies. These are just Walmart clinics attached to a hospital name. They only handle the most basic stuff like cold, flu, and maybe small injuries and even that they cant treat and send you to emergency. If you feel unwell and cant see your doctor go to emergency you would save yourself one less bill and and trip by avoiding urgent cares in the emergency hospitals you can have everything done in one place.
Quick, helpful, from the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was helpful and pleasant.
I was turned away from 2 other go Heath urgent care centers because they were up to the maximum capacity for the day. The staff at Bishops corner were very professional and very helpful and caring. The physician took time to carefully examine me and explained very well my disease process and treatment options and answered all my questions. I was very happy with the care at this center
The staff was very knowledgeable and worked well as a team. They all had a great bedside manner. That combination of talents is rare for a person. It is exceptional that an entire team had those qualities. Although I dont go to the doctor often, I would not hesitate to go there if needed. I would also recommend the urgent care to my friends and coworkers. Thank you.
Received with a smile. Friendly & caring demeanor from staff. Short wait time. Thorough exam. Knowledgeable physician. Highly recommend!! Results of visit: positive!
The staff was AMAZING, professional, friendly and informative. They made an unpleasant experience much easier to deal with. I referred a friend to that location because of the staff. From Roman checking me in, to the nurse who administered the rapid COVID-19 test and the doctor who explained the result process they were all AWESOME ( I just didnt remember their names) 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 I received a call in about 15 minutes and went to get my results. From start to finish, I was impressed.
The medical staff is friendly and helpful. The front desk is sub par. There is one women who is rude and unapproachable.I had an appointment at 8am and the door was locked so I knocked on it since there were two women in the front office who I could see. Neither of them came to open the door and I had to “sneak” in behind an incoming employee. Then the two front desk women spent 30 minutes trying to log in to a computer and not checking any patients in despite having successfully logged in to a second computer. In the end the younger woman checked us in using the second computer while the original one was still locked so there was no need for the additional wait. Disappointing customer service experience.
The entire team was amazing from the moment I called to the moment I left. They listen and are genuinely concerned about your well being. Thank you.
Poor and very unprofessional. I was seen at the West Hartford location (as so in the past), but this past experience was a nightmare. We called in the next day for F/U and my mom spoke with a women name Denisia and the women was very RUDE/UNPROFESSIONAL and plain out nasty. When asked to speak w/the Medical Director, the phone call was disconnected. I never knew a health facility staff to be so rude and nasty to their patients.
They are very professional caring and make you feeling comfertable
I walked in because I was concerned about a problem with my finger. I was greeted by staff that were friendly and felt welcomed. The providers were both professional and caring which made you feel relaxed and at ease. My situation was addressed and I left with proper instructions on how to care for my finger. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.
My wait time from registration to seeing the PA, was no more than 15 min. Only one person ahead of myself. I was diagnosed by the PA and out of the facility in 45 min. which included Q&A.Thank you Hartford Healthcare...
I went there for Covid testing in September. They told me that while the testing was free, they charge a small fee for the facility. Since I haven’t used my deductible I was charged $220 for free Covid testing. When I called back with a question, it took 2 weeks to get back to me. On top of that, my HSA was charged in September and they got paid 5 days later. Then I got another bill in February 2023. I will never go there for anything again.Meg B
Very professional, very humble, humorous and knowledgeable doctor.Great Staff ver helpful find my insurance company… and didn’t have my ID for. Great bunch of people.
My first time at this office and the staff was very friendly. First time I ever went to a see a Dr. and laughed the whole time I was there. They made me feel so comfortable. And those gowns! So soft and warm. They also followed up to check on me. Thats was thoughtful. So if I ever fall again, hahaha, Ill be sure to go there.
Very nice PA. Hoping her diagnosis is correct.. Ive been dealing with this problem for a while.
I would love to give this urgent care more stars due to the practitioners being so nice and patient. The facility is clean and comfortable. However, The woman at the front desk is NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. She’s very short with people and is very rude. She asks everyone that comes in what they’re there for in front of everyone and expects people to answer her for everyone in the waiting area to hear. Where is the privacy?! It’s just unprofessional. I’ll go to a different location from now on.
Staff was efficient and provider listened to concerns. This is a well managed facility. Thank you for taking care of my son!
I have been there a few times. Always, the employees are polite and helpful. The service is timely and the care is wonderful.
From the check-in person, to the nurse who tested me and the Doctor who took the time to answer every question, I thought they were all superior in customer service. Thanks for doing such a great job in difficult circumstances. Good attitudes and kind people- all of them.
Everyone I came into contact was was great - accommodating, friendly and thoughtful given the very busy and urgent nature of all the patients in the morning. The tech/nurse I had was really great. Shared all the pertinent info, kind, patient and helpful.Thank you for a great patient experience. Jaye.
Felt comfortable in the setting. Caregivers seemed capable, competent, respectful and pleasant. Would definitely use this facility again and recommend it to others.
I went in for an appointment. The receptionist with straight black hair wouldnt take eyes off computer to acknowledge I was there. I told her I had an appointment, she took my information couldnt find the appointment. Never tried to help figure out whats going on. Continued to starting at the computer. In the most condisending way she said theres nothing available and we cant help you. Not once did she act like she cared and try to find a solution. If you dont like your job then get a new one. It took everything out of me to not cuss her out if I did then I would have been wrong.
I stopped in during the work day. The staff and medical professionals were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated that I back at the office within the hour. Also the prescription was submitted online to the pharmacy near my home. I was able to pick up the prescription on my home from work. Very convenient when you can’t get to your regular physician.
The check in was smooth and easy. My RN and PA were efficient and straightforward. The facility is clean and all staff are respectful and kind!
I had a medical emergency on 12/15/2020. I called two urgent care facilities. I called one on Boulevard and after holding on for over 10 minutes I was disconnected. I try calling back and got no answer.I proceeded to call the Urgent care on North Main Street. I was amazed at their professionalism and service. From the moment I got in the office to the time I left I felt like the staffs cared.I was having chest pain, they made me feel at ease. I will 100% recommend this office to anyone. Thank you so much for your compassion and services. This the the best walk-in center that I ever visited. Be safe and thank you.
They were quick to see me and friendly staff from start to finish. They even called me the next day to check in, which was great. When I called with a question, they got back to me in 30 mins, called my script into a local pharmacy for easy pickup. Great experience, and would definitely recommend
Extremely professional and well-organized clinic. Definitely make an appointment online, especially during this COVID surge. I overheard walk-in waits of over 8 hours. Dont go through that hassle and just book online!
I had a wonderful experience, the receptionist was very welcoming, kind and thourough. She got me right into a room even though I arrived early for my appointment. The Nurse was wonderful and so was the Dr. Best walk in experience I’ve ever had. In and out!
This location used to be the best for me. I can’t say that now. I’m disappointed in the service I received for my last visit there. I won’t be returning.
Rude employees should not be working in healthcare. Front desk person was obnoxiously rude and disrespectful. Hopefully her miserable life gets better soon and she will treat people better. I understand that we are all under a lot of pressure but who said that gives you the right to treat people like garbage. I felt sick since about December 23d and wanted to get tested today. I have been sleeping for about 2hours, because of my heart palpitations and high blood pressure. Mydad and I were in line since 8:30 and they open at 9 so we made 2appts and were waiting in the car. @ 9:45 I went to check and theperson was rude and said that they get to me whenever they get to me.She said that there was a mishap and we need to wait for a while. WhenI asked to clarify she told me not to worry about it. I waited tillabout 10:15 and went to ask again. She snapped at me and said that itis what it is and she cannot help me. She then asked for my name andtook me off the list. I said that it is my right to be tested and theycannot take me off the list. Nevertheless, she took me off the listand called the police. I spoke to the police and we determined thatthere were no issues. Anyways, the facility is not that bad butemployees like that should not work with people. Shame on them! thisis ridiculous and pathetic ! Why do people like that work in yourbusiness ? Person clearly cannot handle stress and therefore shouldnot be working with customers ! Lastly, people like her should not be responsible for someone’s life! Why did you became a doctor, a nurse or whatever you are ?? This is Wethersfield location
Took my daughter in for a nasty cut that required stitches. From checking in to the nurses assistant and the nurse, everyone was welcoming, prompt and professional! I would never recommend urgent care to anyone but...if you need it, these guys will take care of you!
Everyone was very friendly to us. I took my son there to get a rapid COVID test, and that was a very easy process. They called us about 30 minutes later, and they were very nice and professional. The facility is extremely modern and clean.
X2 visits and both drs told me my grand daughters lungs were clear and she was ok and that I shouldnt worry about her breathing. Turns out she has pneumonia. Very upset that x2 Drs missed this . She was diagnosed x2 days later when she saw her own pediatrician. SMDH
These doctors and people help me out so much they are very very good
I use to love this location however I was recently injured at work (this happened last night) I’m trying to get checked out and the representative basically told me to kick rocks. I understand you need a claim number to see me but how can I get it if this happens less than 24 hours ago ? I told her I have insurance (blue cross at that)I just needed to get checked out. She still was telling me to go to a different location. I don’t think I’m going to return to this location. This is very upsetting because I use to always come here
This location misdiagnosed me during a visit last summer. The staff didnt seem certain on the diagnosis when they sent me away. Ultimately, they prescribed me with an antibiotic that made me physically ill during the prescribed period. On top of all of this, the price of the prescription was not immaterial.I returned to this location towards the end of the prescription. My condition had only gotten worse. The staff on site correctly diagnosed my condition and prescribe me an affordable solution that was 4 days too late.Im not sure why I should have to pay for the original misdiagnosis. It seemed like the diagnosis was obvious to the staff on the second visit. The condition didnt change significantly between the visits. [bold, underline] The rationale that they had in the diagnosis was contrary to the rationale of the staff onsite during the first visit. [end bold, end underline]I sent a photo to the handful of medical professionals that I know. The photo was taken around the same time of the first diagnosis. They also correctly diagnosed me at that time.

Experience was great but no one ever answers the phone when called. It just rings until it goes to voicemail, Ive been calling for over 6 hours. The providers are very friendly, I however didnt like the fact that my card was enrolled in auto billing!
My dr was spot on with my diagnosis and her support staff was so emphatic and helpful. Really a great walk in.
Profesionalism, respect and true care...thank you
I went late afternoon on 6/11/2022. I was seen immediately by Dr. Arthur Yazhemskiy who did a thorough examination and history. He explained everything in the clearest, most understandable way. How to treat my problem was not clear-cut, and he discussed options with me before deciding what to do.I had an extremely positive experience and would recommend Hartford HealthCare Go - Health for emergency care.
Well, doctors and nurses are SO kind and helpful and very respectful to be honest. They show you how much they care, and listen to your health concerns. Now, on the other hand the front desk, the woman who works at the front desk is just mean, and rude, and does not care about customer service. It’s just ugly! Please fix this. Thank you!!!
Everyone was amazing--from the front check in to my nurse practitioner. She took her time. answered questions, and was so friendly. The mefical assistant who took vitals and a covid test was also awesome. If youre sick and need to go to a walk in, this is the place
I have visited Go Health many time and each time I feel that I’m in good hands. They are efficient, kind and timely. I highly recommend them!!!!
The staff was very polite and friendly. I had some difficulty setting up my chart. The nurse took the time to assist me. I will return there and recommend this center. Thanks for all your help.
I did not have to wait long before they cled my name. Everyone was polite. The doctor answered any questions I had. Very pleased.
A couple of months ago I went in with my son because we had a consistent cough, fever and problems breathing. I never get sick, and this time was significantly worse for a long period of time. (For about 4 weeks at that time) The female doctor I had seen told me that it was nothing serious, even if my son had back to back fevers. Specifically told me she wouldn’t have seen me if it wasn’t for how long it’s been. 99% sure I had Covid before it blew up on the news. Walked out knowing I’d never go back again, horrible!
We used GPS to locate this place and it brought us to Best Buy. We saw not one indicator to find this spot. The appointment was for 2 PM we called so many times and got no answer.
Personable, professional, calm. I am always pleased with the care I receive at the Urgent Care at Bishops Corner, West Hartford.
Clear diagnosis and action plan for my infected big toe.
I went in after a chiropractor sprained my neck and was still in a lot of pain and needed an MRI because my face and arm kept spasaming. The staff was very curteous and helpful. The nurse was especially empathetic and talked through some of her own experiences in simikar situations and told me theyd get the right testing to make sure everything was okay and to put my mind at ease.Definitely a good experience. Ill definitely come back next time Im sick.
I went for walk in for covid test. They couldn’t take me so told me to make an appointment for 7:45. I did. She said come at 6pm. I did. They called me up at 7:06. She said do you want rapid or no. I asked rapid. She said it’s $195 for rapid and 150 for regular. COVID is free.Do not go here. They really charging people and people are paying.
Asked for a credit card without informing me I was being set up for automatic payment enrollment. Poor customer service. I only found out because I later received an email notification of automatic payment enrollment. How do I de-enroll?*The providers were good
Despite me arriving just before closing, the Provider and the staff were congenial and thorough. I feel certain that my diagnosis and treatment are accurate. I have peace of mind. Thank you!
All staff is friendly and very professional.Walked in and was seen right away, even x-ray done and diagnosisHappy with experience
Everyone was friendly and helpful and worked with me to find the most affordable solution given my out of state insurance. Faith, who attended to me, was very attentive and called me a few days later to check up on how I was doing and whether or not I had any questions. I highly recommend this clinic!
I have to say I was impressed by staff willingness to make you feel comfortable from the time you register until the time you leave!! Not to mention how good and professional they are handling needless or shots, I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
I made an appointment to get the wax cleaned out of my ears at the recommendation of my hearing aid center. They did a wonderful job from start to finish with kindness, efficiency, skill and professionalism.
My experience here at the Hartford GoHealth Urgent Care was amazing. The front desk Staff was very knowledgeable and Sarah was amazing treating me. I will definitely go back if I ever need to be looked at again. Thank you and be blessed.
Great personnel and quick service. I had been battling a cold for quite some time and the APRN gave me the right medication. Also, I appreciate their doing a PCR test just in case.
My visit today at Hartford Healthcare was excellent. The PA was helpful, intelligent and kind. She recognized my health issues and was able to advise me as to approach results. I would definitely return when needed.
Walked in, waited in line for 20 minutes to ask a question and once it was my turn I was ignored and told to “sign in for your appointment” on an iPad. I didn’t have an appointment. I left. Don’t know what the process is there, I’m sure I did it wrong, but they could have made it clear after seeing I had been waiting in the line. I only had one simple question.
I called ahead befor coming to let them know I would have my special need son with my and they were great with him ..... took him to pick out snacks and a drink when he go to be a little to much while I was waiting for the dr.... amazing I wish more places were like thud I will definitely drive all the way to this location is I ever need a a walk in again
You guys dont get enough credit. Even though youre getting lauded for the super-scary jobs youre doing right now, I cant thank you enough. Everyone was beyond understanding and professional. I would buy you guys a pizza if half of you werent celiac or gluten free. Thanks again.
Very fast. Polite and professional staff. My only concern was for the staff themselves. Almost everywhere you these days there is plexi glass to protect the workers. I don’t understand why in a place where there a high risk for the workers to contract covid they don’t they’re not protected.
The ease of being seen quickly & the care I was given when needed means I would use & recommend GoHealth.
The absolute worst experience. Rude, unprofessional MAs (specifically Roman) and unhelpful providers (Mary Brock APRN). On top of that I was made to wait over an hour and 15 minutes even though I booked an appointment in advance online.
Everyone was very friendly and timely in doing their part to meet my needs. The facility was clean and welcoming.
In and out everyone was very helpful and concerned
Prompt service, terrific staff, referral, everyone supportive and kind
This was my first experience at this urgent care center. The staff were friendly and professional and the physician was very thorough and received excellent care. Thank you!
Made appointment. Seen on time. Staff was great.
I was worried and anxious about my injury. The staff and provider were compassionate and understood my anxiety. The care and referral to other medical care was extraordinary. As a result I am on the mend. Thank you.
I am very thankful for the care and attention the staff at the Bishops Corner facility gave my mother on Thursday night 15 minutes before closing time. The APRN was super patient and understanding. Thank you.
I was seen quickly, tested for strep and Covid. Not sure it could have gone any more smoothly.
There aren’t enough positive words for the crack team of Karen and Lauren who skillfully removed a chard of glass embedded deeply in my right foot! You ladies nailed it and I feel like I made two new friends! Friends I’d rather see over a glass of wine and not Urgent Care! Thank you, Ladies!
I had an appointment and was seen promptly. The front desk staff was very efficient, the PA was friendly, and the doctor was cordial as well.
Did not have to wait long. All procedures were done on a timely basis. Well appreciated. Everything explained perfectly. Thank you
I was able to schedule an appointment easily.
Two visits and $245 later - I was misdiagnosed, given the wrong medication and needed further care by another provider. Went on a Monday, told I had cellulitis and given an antibiotic and told my infection would likely need to be lanced. When problem was significantly worse the next day, I returned, saw a different provider, who was puzzled as to why initial provider had given the antibiotic, gave prescription for different antibiotic and said that it should not be lanced. My issue continued to worsen and several days later I was able to see another doctor not connected with the Urgent Care, who gave me a different diagnosis and sent me in the right direction for treatment.
Got there at 8am for a Covid test. Place opens at 9am. At 9 am, someone came out and told us you needed an appointment (not what it says on their website), and they didn’t have any appointments available. I explained what it said on their website - but she clearly didn’t care!
Service was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Yes. I made an appointment and only waited a couple of minutes. PA explained everything in simple terms. Had to go to Avon location for an x-ray. Same experience
Appointment and registration are easy. Front desk are courteous. Medical providers are informative and thorough. Very little waiting.
Bishops Corner, Hartford. I wouldnt refer anyone there. I had a bad experience. My take is this, if youre in healthcare, and do not have the tools to be patient with people, find another job. The receptionist with brunet hair needs to become an MMA fighter or something.
Quick, professional and friendly.
Amazing service! I was taken care of very quickly and the provider and staff were great and very kind. I will definitely return in the future if needed. Thank you!
Much better atmosphere than a hospital emergency room. Well trained and informative staff. Very short wait time before being treated. Friendly and sincere staff.
I m so happy the people so nice, I love the services nurses and doctors very nice
Great organized and very friendly
Quick intake thorough explanation helpful
This is best office if you need to be seen easy access really kind and efficient staff and medical personnel. This office gets you in and out in UNDER AN HOUR!!!! Parking you have to compete with other shops in the plaza, but for quality medical care this office is wonderful been 4 times and every time is just as good
Your staff showed true professionalism and kindness toward my son. It was truly heartwarming that your staff remembered my son from a previous visit.
Excellent care, very kind and helpful staff.Very grateful.
Just waited an hour to be turned away. The web site says this is a COVID-19 testing center, that appointments are not required, and that all patients will be tested. None of that was true. We were told we had to schedule an appointment despite the web site saying otherwise. Thanks for wasting our time.
What is the point of keeping the phone if you are not responding???
Best thing was being able to elect time for “Save My Time” as well as do preregistration online. Makes appt quick and efficient
I like that I can save my spot and usually don’t have to wait more than 10-15 min.
Great Experience at the urgent care, staff was great and appointment was easy to schedule
The staff was very friendly, caring , and knowledgeable. I like the fact that the wait wasnt long and the place is very clean
They were kind, they explained what they were doing and they were knowledgeable. Thank was my first time there I would definitely go back and recommend them to others. Thank you.
There are a few Urgent Cares closer to me than this one, but I chose this one on the day of my visit because I knew I would get taken care of right away and I know this facility is clean with great staff!
Provider was professional, informative and helpful. Check in was smooth. Would recommend HH Urgent Care in Bishop’s Corner, West Hartford
The young lady name Stacy or Tracy Ann was Phenomenal.Dr.Valley was very knowledgeable, compassionate & understanding
DO NOT USE ONLINE CLINIC - I had a health issue recently and tried to use the online clinic, where you meet a medical professional to help diagnose your problem. I just waited 20mins because they were late for the appointment only to tell me that I have to go for an in-person visit.... This useless terrible experience cost $200...
Short wait time. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Effective diagnosis and treatment.
Great place for care. I’ve been the there for testing, yup, COVID-19 and have a branch fragment extracted from my leg.
Smooth and seamless Covid test process. Staff was FANTASTIC from check-in to follow-up. Compassionate, Kind, Courteous and Professional.
Great staffEasy access.
Great Service! I highly recommend GOHealth Urgent Care. PA was compassionate, knowledgeable and provided very clear guidance on what to after visit.
Was in need of their services this morning. Staff was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and paid attention to detail. Would definitely go here again if needed.
Great staff professional friendly and knowledgeable. Pre registration is key for short wait time. Easy check in process.
Went in to get checked out had 220 In my wallet forgot my wallet and had 100 left in it careful they are stealing peoples money and claiming you cant look at the footage cause of hippa
I was very impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of the staff. Also the promptness of service.
The Front office staff, medical assistant and PA were professional and caring. Their care was excellent and the care center was very clean and efficient. I would highly recommend this center.
My Visit was excellent from the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor made me feel very comfortable
Efficient office and appointment. Knowledgeable staff. left with a much better idea of my injury and how to treat
I got there half hour before close, pa saw me at 15 minutes later, at 750 I was told to go to the ER, went to the hospital and theyb said I just needed antibiotics and the urgent care lady didnt write the direly needed anti biotics because she wanted to leave on time, at the 300 dollars, and four hours I will never see again, because someone couldnt spare 20 minutes to write me a script.
Staff here is very likeable and the doctor was very patient and asked me all pertinent questions to what my illness was gave me a prescription and sent me on my way very professional and I was very pleased with their service
10 It was my very first time using an Urgent Care and everyone was very friendly and i was in and out. Just to say Thank You for such friendly and caring atmosphere.
Everyone(staff, doctor’s assistant and the doctor) were great. They listened and responded to every concern and question. They’re the best!
Not a child friendly environment.Next time I will take my child to PM pediatric, CCMC or wait for there pediatrician office to open.
Experience was great. Staff was very professional. Would have been s 5 except prescription given was very expensive.
Excellent Doctor. Exactly what I needed!!👍👍👍
Best place ever like they won’t have you waiting long and they will take good care of you, the place is nice as well as the staff! I would give them way more than 5 stars
Staff was very attentive and very helpful with my medical condition.
Pleasant helpful front desk staff, kind medical assistant and the Provider ( MD) was excellent- i will drive the extra distance fir this facility.
