All the staff were welcoming, comforting and helpful. The doctors have all been very knowledgeable and compassionate. They made me feel at ease and treated me professionally and with great care. Coming here really feels like dealing with trusted family. Highly recommend Lyndhurst OBGYN.

The staff as a whole has been incredibly kind during both of my visits!My first visit was unfortunately due to a chemical pregnancy. Over the phone Addison was so caring and a calm that was much needed! She set up my appointment and offered counseling information should I want it. The office even called me a few days later to check in!Now with my health in order I can focus on my fertility and moving forward with building a family! At each of my appointments I was heard, understood and given the education I needed to feel empowered.I have seen Dr. Schoenbachler and Nurse Practitioner TuohyI cannot recommend them enough!

DO NOT GO TO DR. Rosalea Taam-Akelman, MD at the Kernersville, NC office. Im trying to save ANY poor woman the absolute trauma I experienced with this awful provider. ZERO COMPASSION, uncaring, she told me I could go to my primary care doctor if the OBGYN was too upsetting for me there. She was more concerned with pushing blood pressure medication on me than she was my OB care. Didnt read my chart, and honestly didnt seem like she even wanted to be there.Also the front desk staff was awful.Christy the office manager did call me after and tried to make it right so she was amazing, but everyone else was TERRIBLE!!!!

I have been coming to this location for 2 pregnancies + postpartum and routine care and I’m always pleased with every aspect of care. The front desk staff is nice and swift. The wait times are good (I’ve only had one long wait time, but it happens!), the waiting room is organized and clean. The providers (I really love Katie and Hannah) are all really great. Even the nurses and the staff who draw blood are happy and kind. I always feel listened to, cared for, and well-prepared and educated by my providers. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Mary Sadler, is the BEST physical therapist EVER!!!She always goes the extra mile to listen to my concerns and the personal plan she setup for me actually works. My pelvic floor has improved tremendously since starting my treatment.

I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in promptly. I was called back in no time. Visit went great. Their team is efficient, professional and most of all caring. Thats important to me.

Very friendly staff! Nurses took very adequate time going over past records leading to seeing the doctor. Recently moved and needed local follow up care! Highly recommend this office. Dr Jacobs is very kind and patient!

I have been going to this practice since my first pregnancy over 30 years ago. Jennifer Cerny, ANP-C is great at what she does! She always makes me feel comfortable and assures me that no question is too silly. She also doesnt mind asking the difficult or awkward questions, and I really appreciate her candor.

I felt that my provider took time to listen to all of my concerns and questions while thoroughly explaining procedures and providing information. She immediately put me at ease with her outgoing and soothing personality. The office is super clean with a very calm atmosphere. Service was very timely. Highly recommend.

My family have been long time patients at this clinic and I have followed tradition with my special needs adult daughter. They treat her with the upmost respect and kindness. They do not push unnecessary procedures.

I have been going to Lyndhurst for over 30 years and they have taken care of me through two pregnancies. I just started seeing Erik Usher, DO. I felt very comfortable and would enjoy seeing him as my new doctor.

All of the staff are helpful, caring & professional. I have been a patient for 20 years, have been treated there throughout 2 pregnancies, all of my annual wellness exams & 2 surgeries. I highly recommend Lyndhurst, & Dr. Mims is wonderful!

I have been going to this doctor since I was 16 (now 23). I got my IUD insertion with them back in 2019 and they were fantastic. A year later I went back with sever pains after certain activities and they did an STI test and a test for a UTI and yeast infection. All came up negative. Then they told me I was free to leave, but the pain was not solved in that appointment and they told me there was nothing they could do. I decided to let it go and got some medicine from my primary care doctor to help me sleep with the pain. Now in 2024 I called to schedule an appointment to get my IUD replaced and they get confused on which IUD I have. I let them know its kyleena and they said I didnt need to get it replaced till next year. So I cancel my appointment and I looked at the card they gave me when I got the IUD and it says it needs to be replaced in 2024. I do a quick google search and it also says my IUD should be replaced within 5 years. So, I call back to clarify and I get attitude from the person over the phone, saying my patient portal says to come back next year. I tell her my records show I received the implant back in 2019 and she replies that they may or may not put the IUD in me on that appointment since the original appointment I made wasnt for an IUD replacement. (which is what I asked them to make the appointment for) I asked her if she could ask someone if they could make sure if it is or is not happening at that appointment and she refused to. I push the question because I work and I need to know and she replied with attitude Well I dont need to ask because I already know. Then I said I am not trying to be rude and I explained all of the above and said that its important that I know this information so I can get a ride home if the procedure does happen. She said that she would ask with attitude and the phone call ends. As a patient I should not feel like my questions are not important and my medical information shouldnt be presented to me inaccurately. Therefore I will not be returning.

Lyndhurst Gynecology is fast and friendly with minimal wait time. I would recommend it to anyone. I have been a patient with them for years and the way I am treated makes me want to continue being a patient.

Best service, best doctors and nurses. Front desk people are super friendly. l love Dr. Kesty. She is amazing. The practice is always clean, great waiting area. Schedulers are extremely good at finding appointments. Medicine referrals are taken super fast. July will be 8 years with this practice. Highly recommend it

The Drs Are Awesome lets get that out of the way first!! But here is the issue, YOU Cant get to a dr because the nursing staff and billing staff are Gate keeper like the ones in hell Im sure!!So I was in the hospital, I called to follow up for BLEEDING!! Not normal I needed to be seen asap per the hospital!! I called and even tho I was on a payment plan for 60$$ and had payed my 30$$ payment for the month billing called me and said did I want to pay my next month 30 $$ payment? I said wait I thought this was the nurse about my bleeding !!!! She said no It flagged me because yo owe us 30 $$ so the nurse cant call until I pay!! So even tho I had payed my schedule payment on time(which I was going to ask about because I had paid my copays at every visit unless the front desk said not too!!So I am being punished because the front desk didnt collect a co pay ?? And I am being punished because I had not payed my 2nd. Installment of the payment?? That is not due until July 15th 2024!!So does that mean I bleed to death until the billing office decides to allow the nursing staff to call me ??What ever happened to treating patients and helping people??I mean I could understand if it was several hundred dollars!!! But to flag me for 30$$$$ that is crazy and really hurt my feelings because Ive been a patient here for 40 years !!! Never had a outstanding balance !!! And always paid my co pays !!!And let me just say it again the actual Drs are really great !! They take time with you !! They figure out the issues and make you feel important!! They have always had my best interest and treated me with respect !!!!So I am blown away that they treated me this way over 30$$ that I may or may not even owe !!Finding a new gyn that I feel comfortable with at my age will be very hard !!But I cant just bleed to death over 30$$Do Better people !! Treat patients better !!! 30$$ is not enough to stop a nurse from calling someone who has been in the hospital!!!I cant believe You Stopped a Nurse Call Over 30$$ !!Health care is not just about $$$$ it is also about the patients and if they die you dont get your money any way scrooge !!!Have a great day !!!

I had a very good experience at this office! I went to see Tristan Gonzalez-Sanz and he was great - very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this doctors office to anyone who is looking for a new provider.

I love having a mammogram and an annual physical in the same building. The admins will make an appointment for you on the same day, one right after the other. The admins are also great at letting you know of a situation before your appointment, and they will switch your appointment times so you will go to the other appointment first and then go back to the first appointment. I have never had to sit for a long time, for me. Everyone is friendly, caring and very helpful. As much as I can like a dr visit, I like going to Lyndhurst Gynecologic Associates because I know I will be well treated and helped to maintain my health.

Cant say enough good things about this practice. Katie Henderson is a fabulous provider. Takes her time, listens to you & genuinely cares about your well being. Mammogram team is prompt efficient and super nice. I love being able to get 2 yearly check ups done together. Again cant recommend this practice enough.

Been coming here for several years for my yearly checkup and have felt welcomed, heard, and understood every time. Moved 45 min away and still make the drive just to keep coming here.

Nice facilities, admin and RNs were perfectly kind. Dr. Nicholas Schoenbachler is not a doctor that I would ever choose to see again. I was referred to Lyndhurst and he didnt seem to know why. He asked if I knew what my doctor referred me for. Asked if I took a certain class of drug that was clearly listed in my chart and reviewed by the RN. I became emotional due to frustration over my condition and the lack of interest on his part. My tears only seemed to frustrate him. Will not be a repeat patient of this physician.

Came here for the first time and dr Sanz was great helped me with questions etc.. but somehow bloodwork got mixed or something and I had to come back the following day due to their mistake the I guess lab lady called around 7pm informing this me this is sad due to the wait I had and the inconvenience mind you there will be more blood work done I just think it’s unacceptable but yes I was contacted about the mistake

If you want to feel like a number rather than a person, come here. I was disappointed with almost every visit. They rush you in and rush you out, but don’t worry because they love to bill whatever way possible to get the most money from you! They make sure a physician pops their head in the door to tell you exactly what the nurse already told you so they can bill you for as many things as possible. And then when you call to ask why you were charged 2 different amounts for the exact same type of visit, they have no idea how that happened. Lastly, good luck even getting an appointment. I called for something that should have been seen within 24 hours and the best they could do was 3 days later. I went to urgent care and honestly I received much better service than I would have received at lyndhurst anyways. There is one bubbly nurse that works with Dr. Kesty that is just amazing and she is why I’m giving this review 2 stars. She deserves 5 stars!

Professional and prompt. Dr Nell Johnson as usual, is very friendly and warm. She always makes me feel comfortable and I can tell she is genuinely concerned with my health! So glad they finally got away from the mask mandate in the office. I hate those things.

Dr. Usher truly listened and addressed all my concerns! He was great at explaining things and I would highly recommence him! The other staff were all so nice too!

Dr. Katie Henderson is phenomenal and I always feel heard and cared for when I see her. She is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic and I refuse to see anyone else but her.

Katie was kind and patient and understanding. I had high hopes after hearing so many good experiences from others who have gone to see her and I was not disappointed. At no point did she make a snap judgement and assume she knew me just by looking at me. I have begged multiple physicians to help me find a solution for my painful periods and each time was given blanket solutions based on my appearance. She also asked me multiple times if I was comfortable or wanted to talk about anything else or had any questions. It’s been a lo my time since I’ve had a provider who wasn’t dismissive. 10/10 recommend.

I just had a bilateral salpingectomy with Dr. Sandbulte and it went great. She’s a fantastic doctor. I took away a star because I called the office to ask for them to send paperwork for me to print and take with me to the hospital and the lady said she would, and would call to make sure I got it. She didn’t do either. The office in King is fantastic and actually gets paperwork to you like they should, but the one in Winston does not.

Usually the doctors Ive had are really good. But this pregnancy... Ive been in active labor for 2 days straight. Im full term, but not 39 weeks so they refuse to help push the labor process on. Ive been there twice in 2 days because my contractions have been consistent. Ive been doing everything Im supposed to to help my labor progress. But they have refused to help me deliver TWICE

I would recommend Hannah Miller CRNP for any woman’s health consultation, she was thorough, professional and kind. She didn’t rush or judge me during my appointment and gave me very specific options and plans for treatment. I feel confident going to see her again and am not dreading upcoming appointments. The medical assistant with her the day of my appointment was also competent and kind.Don’t let the front staff throw you off, when I called to make the appointment there was no concern or urgency when I explained my issues, so I initially felt apprehensive about the appointment. Then no one answered the phone when I called twice in order to find the office and they seemed cold to me over the phone like “are you here yet” and very short during check-in, like no “hi, how are you today.” Luckily, they weren’t involved in the most direct patient care.The appointment scheduler leaving my appointment was extremely helpful.

So glad we chose lyndhurst for our prenatal care. We are even more grateful that we had Dr.Schoenbachler throughout our entire pregnancy. Literally from our preconception visit to the delivery of our son, he was our only provider. He has surpassed our expectations. He truly listens to his patients, addresses any concerns, and involves not only myself but my spouse with the plan of care. As a provider he was able to empathize with us from having experienced a previous loss. I’m grateful for his interventions throughout my pregnancy and his ability to listen to my concerns. Lyndhurst is extremely lucky to have such a kind and excellent provider.

I had a great experience with my routine exam with Danielle at the Winston-Salem location. My anxiety goes through the roof when Im at doctors offices, and she talked me through it and took my mind off of being there. She was super quick and friendly. I would recommend her and Lyndhurst to anyone with medical anxiety.

Disappointed. Had my appointment at 3:45. Was in traffic on Silas. Called to tell them I was close but traffic wasnt moving. Got to Lyndhurst @ 4:03. I was told they have a 15 minute late policy. And had to reschedule. I understand I was late but honestly is 3 minutes going to make a difference. Ive waited longer than that in their waiting room. Ive been going there for 30 years. Just unbelievable to me.

If you want to be treated like a ticket number, take one have a seat, this is the perfect place for you. There is no compassion, no relationships, no sense of urgency at Lyndhurst! I had my daughter 7 years ago no doctor was availible to deliver her (a nurse did) and my appendix ruptured during my pregnancy and the issue was not caught and was overlooked. Somehow I had to call today 7 years later and still no compassion, no real assistance. Unavailible and unconcerned. I wish so badly I knew how to medically pursue my health concerns when I was their patient. Please don’t settle for their poor care.

Lyndhurst never fails to provide personal service and address all of my family’s needs and concerns. We always feel heard and seen, which is rare in today’s medical field. Highly recommend!

Dr. Johnson is without a doubt the best doctor to have delivered our son. She listened to every concern. Answered every question thoroughly. Her bedside manner is top notch. She made the hospital experience so comfortable. So thankful we got her!

Dr. Nell Johnson is absolutely the best! She is very easy to talk to, addresses me my name and makes me feel like a friend and not just a number on a chart. She is so patient, listens and addresses all concerns with such care and compassion. She is gentle but thorough in her exams and evaluations. She shows genuine interest in my overall health and wellbeing. She is an excellent Physician. Her Nurse is wonderful as well and her office is very clean and welcoming. Great doctor, staff and atmosphere!

I’ve been a patient since I was pregnant with my miracle (IVF) baby. I’m 6 months PP now. I recently called with an urgent medical question, checking if I needed to be seen / go to an urgent care because of my medical history. I was turned away. Told I would not be receiving a call from the nursing staff because I have a balance on my account. I wouldn’t be spoken to until it’s paid in full. A balance that we’ve been making payments on every single month. Birthing a baby in our country isn’t cheap. Especially if you have complications before and after the birth. We are doing all we can to keep up with payments. I have never in my life felt more like a number without worth to a medical facility. Needless to say I will not be a patient any longer.

Mary was absolutely fantastic! I can’t wait to see her again!!

Dr Lindell, Dr sanz, Dr Parker, and honestly every one that I’ve ever seen with all three pregnancies (and in between) have been incredible.I had a terrible experience at Hawthorne years ago, and these sweet, non judge mental souls have welcomed me with the warmest compassion with every appointment for the last 5 plus years!

Lyndhurst has the kindest staff and they’re always very efficient! Dr Sanz is the best, such a great physician who truly cares about his patients!

Very disappointed in this business that claim breast cancer prevention. I had an appointment and canceled the gyn portion but still wanted to get my mammogram, but was denied because I didnt get the gyn done. If I couldnt have one without the other why not cancel them both but instead they sent me a confirmation message and I chose to go just to be told that I couldnt have it done because I needed to have the gyn done first. Why does that matter being that breast cancer is killing women at a high rate. Just disgusted because my gyn doctor told me that since Id had a hysterectomy I didnt have to have that exam on a regular. They wouldnt even call downstairs like I asked to see if she would approve me getting it done since I was there.

Absolute shame this place is. They have no compassion for their patients. As seen in other negative reviews you see this practices true colors. From the front end staff to the doctors they are a practice full of money hungry, entitled, unethical people, I hope people will choose to visit another practice and not give this one the time of day. I can’t say anything positive about them bc it would be a lie. The way they do business, their bedside manner, and general lack of care is beyond belief for this kind of profession. Please if you are already a patient here find a place that respects you and will care appropriately for you. This is not the place for you. Thank you for your consideration.

I 10/10 recommend Lyndhurst (I go to the Winston location) and it’s list of providers! Was a Lyndhurst pt before the move. Great new location. Beautiful building, great lot. Nice, clean, quiet office. Friendly staff, always. Through my 1st pregnancy experience, I was able to meet a lot of the providers. Was nervous about not having 1 provider throughout but received fluid care even with them changing almost each visit. Seeing them at the hospital during and after the birth process eased my anxiety bc I knew they knew Me. Dr. Nell Johnson even remembered my baby’s name without having to ask. I appreciate them all.

The WORST experience EVER!! Me and my daughter had a regular checkup and Dr Cerney was amazing!!! My insurance information so it had to be corrected...the next day I received a call from NANCY who rudely told me I couldnt come back until a bill from 2006 was paid... a 17 yr old bill...not one time did she look into what the bill was for... I had emergency surgery in 2006..from a doctor at Lyndhurst and it shouldve been from Novant... needless to say, Ive spent 4 days trying to right my wrongs and pay it... now they said I have to pay collections and nor the office...so why cant I be a patient again if the bill is in collections? The ironic thing is I bought a house in 2007...never saw where I owed Lyndhurst...iwas treated like criminal. Like a second class citizen and my feelings are hurt...Im in 40s and not my 20s anymore... I have health issues and now Im being denied...

Ive been going here for twenty years. I have seen multiple physicians over the years and had two babies, and have always had great care. I currently see Katie Henderson, one of their Nurse Practitioners, and she is excellent. She stays on time with her appointments and is very knowledgeable, caring, and personable. Their new facility is beautiful and clean with plenty of parking. I highly recommend Lyndhurst!

Katie Henderson was great! She put me at ease and answered my questions. I really felt like she card about my well-being, so I will definitely return to Lyndhurst for all my womens health care. I also really appreciate the measures the office is taking to keep all patients safe: requiring masks of all patients and staff and providing lots of space for patients to be spread out in the waiting room.

I always have a wonderful experience coming to Lyndhurst. When I gave birth to our baby girl in December 2017, we met DR.JOHNSON she was a pleasure to work with. I also found out that day, our pediatrician is her husband! It was meant to be to meet her and I always come see her and give her an update on our family. The staff is always friendly and make you feel comfortable at all times. Such a great practice!

DR. SANDBULTE! She gets 5 stars personally. My overall experience gets a 2. I was seen 2x by two different people and told I could not be treated until further along in my pregnancy. I was finally able to see dr sandbulte and she apologized for the wrong information and prescribed me a medication to clear up my infection. So I walked around infected for weeks for NO REASON???! They should have asked a superior if they weren’t sure. I was beyond frustrated. Not to mention I am diagnosed with severe panic disorder and naturally as a FTM I worry. The other ladies acted EXTREMELY frustrated with me for all the questions. I know I’m a worry wart but it’s YOUR JOB to make sure I don’t. To give me peace of mind during my pregnancy. I almost switched doctors. I decided to wait until my first real OB visit. I’m glad I did. She listened to my anxiety filled questions with open ears. Gave me confirmation when needed and really helped ease my anxiety. She is WONDERFUL. I didn’t feel like I was nuisance and I felt like the information she was giving me was CORRECT unlike the pervious providers I saw. How in the world do you let a pregnant person walk around infected. When it can be cured? Y’all may need to go back to medical school. I won’t be seen by anyone else but her if I have any say. Otherwise I will switch. SHE is my comfort in this place. I also want to shout out to the amazing office people. They are always so welcoming and very sweet. Thanks front desk ladies for always making me feel welcome!

They always treat me with care and respect. I have gone for simple things such as depo all the way up to having my ovary removed due to a cyst. These people know what they are doing 😍

I have been seeing Dr. Zimmerman for a number of years, and have always had nothing less than extremely pleasant results. Dr. Zimmerman has a wonderful bedside mannerism, and that means a lot to me as a patient.I just can not imagine going to anyone else.The staff there has always been very pleasant as well. I have never had a negative experience there. If it were possible to give higher than a 5 star rating I definitely would ! Keep up the good work Dr. Zimmerman, and staff. I also recommend this establishment because I can actually get everything done that I need done medically speaking in the same building. I get my Gynecological exam, my mammogram, my lab(blood) work, and my bone density test all in the same building with my appointments following back to back for each thing.Its awesome not having to run back, and forth to different offices, or different days for the different procedures. Katie Henderson has a way of making you feel like you are her only patient. She really listens to what is important to you and tailors her suggestions to your personal preferences. She is truly an amazing provider !

The front desk, nurses and other doctors I’ve met at Lyndhurst have been polite and respectful. Until I had an interaction with Jennifer Cerny. She is beyond rude. She has an attitude as if she’s better than everybody else here. I don’t know what made her feel as if it was ok to call my concerns, “Complaints” If I could give her a rating lower than 1 star I would without a second thought. I’ve never felt as doubted and unheard as I have with her. Don’t go to her if you want a doctor that actually cares.

This is by far the best OB I’ve ever had in my life! Dr. Henderson is outstanding and compassionate, everything you would want in a medical professional who’s part of a team to keep your maintenance up to date. She’s a 10 out of 10 and I’m so glad I moved to Lyndhurst. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff was very friendly and helpful with getting me seen before my insurance ended. The only negative was with my previous visits no one knew my IUD should have been replaced in 2018 which made for an unpleasant removal during this visit. The staff did their best in comforting me with this experience. I am thankful that the young lady reviewing my chart did notice the error.

Dr. Nick Schoenbachler is outstanding. I saw him for two prenatal visits where he provided great care, taking time to answer all my questions and ensure that both baby and I were healthy and developing on track. He is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and calm. I was delighted when he was the provider to deliver my son. I can’t say enough positive things about the care Dr. Nick provided and my overall delivery experience. I highly recommend him and Lyndhurst OBGYN!

This practice is exceptional! Have been a patient for 35+ years and have had every need meet with professional, up-to-date expertise and caring attitudes. Recently was seen for annual exam, including mammogram and bone density test. The staff conducting the tests were friendly and thorough in their explanations. Dr. Jacobs professional manner, cordial attitude, and thorough explanation of options to meet my needs made me feel well cared for.

From the receptionist to the doctors rude aren’t helpful even in an emergency could go into more details but go there a you will find out they aren’t what they use to be at all. An please don’t owe them 3 or 9 dollars or you’ll be denied a visit no matter how serious the situation is.

Ive met pretty much every doctor in there during my prenatal visits. I was very satisfied. Dr. Sheets delivered my baby girl in 2016, with no complications whatsoever. Shes pretty amazing, very easy to talk to, can answer any questions. Id recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Lindel is very caring and knowledgeable. He did not diminish my concerns but listened, offering options and support. It is refreshing to encounter a medical professional who remains enthusiastic about helping others even with many years of being in the field. I appreciate Lyndhurst and the entire team. Ive been a patient with Lyndhurst OBGYN for many years now and the only thing I can say is there service and care hasnt only gotten better. Everyone there takes their time to answer questions and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Neil Johnson. She is extremely genuine and has always been responsive to my needs even via patient portal. Excellent office all the way around!

Dr. Hatch is highly skilled, warm and compassionate. Her nurse, Jamie is extremely kind and helpful. I have been impressed by the caliber of every employee at Lyndhurst! I had two visits at this office in one weekMy first visit with Dr. Sanz was okay... he’s very straight forward and to the point. Wish he would’ve shown more compassion.My second visit was an in office procedure performed by Dr. Goodreich. From the time I arrived, the check in lady Gretchen was very polite. Pam, the LPN took great care of me the entire time. She was sweet, very informative. She answered all questions thoroughly. She kept me in good spirits. She told me prior to the appointment that she would take great care of me and she exceeded my expectations! Dr. Forrest and his assistant CJ (I think that’s her name) were awesome caring people as well. I was scared to get anesthesia but they are great at what they do and made me very comfortable. Lastly, Dr. Goodreich was amazing. She showed compassion and sympathy. She performed the procedure and made sure I understood I could call her if I needed anything after today. My husband also had great experiences with all listed above. Thank you Lyndhurst for taking good care of me

Throughout the pregnancy, we were impressed and comfortable with each new doctor and nurse we met. We love Lyndhurst! Every question was answered with care. Every detail felt listened to and addressed. We were able to feel confident we were receiving the best care, all the way through labor. We loved the clean facilities and the classes they offer, as well.

I had a great overall experience, my ultrasound technician was very nice, gentle and she kept me informed on what she was going to do. My nurse and Dr. Hatch were gentle, nice and informative as they always are. I have been going to Lyndhurst for years and I absolutely love them.

The staff all were very polite had made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time and I already felt welcomed. Dr. Zimmerman has the best bedside manners. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this office. Very clean and fast wait time.

I have been with Lyndhurst for years and have had little to no problems. All of the doctors have been phenomenal. Dr. Schoenbachler has been my most recent provider and quickly has become one of my favorites. He is a phenomenal listener and genuinely seems to care about his patients.

I am a centering patient of Andrea Conleys and I am thrilled with my choice to be part of that program. Andrea and her staff assistants are incredible to work with and always go above and beyond to provide the most well rounded and honest care. This being my first pregnancy I am far more prepared and less overwhelmed and nervous than I thought I could be when it comes to having a baby because of the care I have received from her throughout my pregnancy. I love her insight and her ability/willingness to answer any question and provide an environment where she prompts and promotes asking questions so we are comfortable. I would highly recommend her and centering to any patient! I have even mentioned her to co-workers who have had her for their postpartum visits and we all agree(whether they knew her prior to their birth or not) that she is a wonderful asset to Lyndhurst. Im thankful for her.

Dr Lindell is the best OB you could ever ask for! He is so easy to talk to and has great bedside manner! I had some complications with my first baby and he always gave me peace of mind and was always optimistic. I would recommend him to literally ANYONE and will never go with any other OB so long as he is in practice.

Katie Henderson, WHNP-BC is by FAR the best doctor I’ve seen for my prenatal visits so far. She is super caring, genuine, and never rushes you which is so important in these visits. Highly highly recommend scheduling to see her!

I had my first appointment here this morning and everyone was so lovely. Dr. Louri was amazing. She is truly great at her job. She made me feel so comfortable. The front desk staff was so friendly as well. I am so happy to have found a place local to me!

I saw NP Katie Henderson, she was a breath of fresh air. She took her time and listened to my concerns. She showed great empathy for my pain. I felt heard and cared for, which can be such a rarity at Drs office. Thank you for taking the time to treat me as a person and not someone you need to check off to get to the next one.

I have gone to Lyndhurst for many years. I saw a new Dr, Dr. Schoenbachler. I was hesitant with a male dr, but I took a chance and absolutely love him! Hes aucually doing my endo scope. Hes caring, compassionate and very on top of his game. I have had several questions for him via portal, and he always answers the same day! And not just a 2 word answer, a whole paragraph. He genuinely cares about his patients and enjoys his work.

Dr. Hatch is awesome and cleared up a lot of questions I had about my health. I get extreme anxiety (whole body sweats, losing my words, headaches) when I go to the doctor due to past horrible experiences with other doctors. Couldn’t believe it when Dr. Hatch was actually interested in my health and explained everything really well. She alleviated my fears about several health questions, made a simple logical plan for my problem, and I couldn’t be happier. The nurses and support staff were courteous, check in was easy. They also play relaxing sounds in all the exam rooms and everything is clean and well lit. Highly recommend.

Dr Johnson chooses to be excellent! She is patient, decisive, and personable. She is respectful of your time and welcomes active participation in your care. Our daughter arrived healthy and safe in large part due to her care for us during pregnancy.

Dr. Cerny is the best! Shes very vibrant and has a great personality. Ive been coming to her for almost 2 years and I drive from Charlotte every time. I will never change doctors unless I have to. She also has great memory and is very supportive in personal life situations! Thank you again!

As a first time mom they have been so horrible at helping me understand everything throughout my pregnancy and even for labor. They always come in and out of the rooms and never even try to sit down with you and explain how youre doing. When you ask questions they seem so annoyed and claim everything is normal and kick you out the room as soon as they can. Also their communication skills for labs and tests that needs to be done throughout the whole pregnancy are just horrible. I do NOT recommend this clinic for a mom who actually wants to know whats going on with her pregnancy or if youre just having your first baby. I truly regret not switching over to another OBGYN. Worst experience ever!!! Also I have friends who goes there as well and the only ones who complain about the same experience are the hispanics and colored women. The only people I truly love at this clinic are the lab ladies, they treat me very well and always make me feel welcomed, unlike the people who are checking for my child

Lyndhurst weekend triage is the pits. Do not waste your time. I did in tears 😭54 years old in need for a message to get to my Doctor. I would never call if it was not imparative.. I called Friday zero Nurse called back.Shocking these nurses do not seek advise from a Doctor to help in any way possible. Zero kindness or compassion. My Grandmother was a career nurse. Itself was in the medical field.Beyond disappointed.

Dr. Mims has provided me with the best of care during yearly exams, birth control, and most of all my high risk pregnancies. I value her opinion, advice, medical knowledge, experience. I have a high level of respect and trust for her. She has showed me compassion through out the years. She is a wonderful doctor and I feel its a great privilege to get to be one of her patients all these years. I feel I am blessed she delivered all my babies, other than my first, that was Dr. Pollard. For that experience, God knew I needed him. She was stillborn. Thanks to Lyndhurst and Dr. Mims they were able to find out about my rare blood clot disorder and help me through complicated pregnancies where I had to give myself daily injections of blood thinners. Thanks to her and the staff, I was able to go on to give birth to four healthy kids. Thank you all at Lyndhurst and especially Dr. Mims for helping me through life and many health problems. This office denied me medical attention, due to owing a prior balance of $200.00! Not $2,000.. not 20,000… 2 hundred dollars. I asked if I could set up a payment plan do you just returning back to work after delivery she said no, didn’t you work during your pregnancy.I said so what your saying is, you’re denying me medical attention over $200 she said yes. I said okay an attorney will be in touch with you she said BYE and hung up!Why would I even trust an office who feels like $200 is the priority over a new moms health! I’m really in Disbelief.

Dr. Hatch is the most, caring and understanding doctor. When I needed her help she was there for me and told me exactly what I needed to do. She takes time to listen and helps with any issue you have.Her nurse Jamie is great, she cares about every patient and goes above and beyond her duties as a nurse. There are not only doctors and nurses but friends that you can count on. Lyndhurst is the best OBGYN with the best.

Dr. Johnson is hands down who I look most forward to seeing for all my appointments. Always going above and beyond and is so sincere. All providers are amazing and have nothing but wonderful things to say about all of my (several) experiences with Lyndhurst!

I went there once and will never go back. I was pregnant with an IUD. I was told theyd remove it but if it looked to be too difficult to get out, theyd leave it in to avoid a miscarriage. The procedure was very painful and it wasnt easy to get out, but the OB took it out anyway, going against what he said hed do. They took my blood and were going to monitor my HCG levels to make sure I wasnt going to miscarry. When I went in for my second draw, the doctor tried to talk me into an abortion instead of letting things progress naturally. He even interjected a political stance, even though I told him I wasnt interested in taking further action at that time. I ended up miscarrying and I 100% blame the doctor who proceeded to take out the IUD, even though it was hard to reach.

Dr. Jacobs has been my doctor for many years. He delivered my son 19 years ago. He is a knowledgeable, professional and compassionate person. My son was premature and I always knew that he went above and beyond in caring for us. I feel blessed to have him as a healthcare provider.

The two stars are for the triage nurses who do call back if you have a problem after hours. My wife and I are both physicians. She is pregnant with her second child and developed severe nausea and vomiting lasting for days. When seen at the office her concerns about her dehydration and weight loss fell on deaf, belittling ears and she received little medical advice. She wasn’t even examined for her Cheif complaint. Lastly, we specifically asked for her kidney function and electrolytes to be checked specifically to see if she needed to receive IV fluids at their office or even need to go to the ER. These labs were not checked. Even last pregnancy, the medical advice and management and bedside manner of the providers (physicians and nurse practitioners) has been lacking. Perhaps we don’t know how terrible other clinics are but we are belatedly transferring care and I doubt we will regret it.

Dr. Hatch always takes the time to really talk to her patients and get to the root of the issue. She makes you feel like her whole day is your one appointment when she is undoubtedly busy with countless others. Phenomenal care!

I’ve had a great experience with this practice up until now. Yes I understand there is a pandemic going on but it’s B.S that I can’t bring my child to an appointment. It’s hard enough working full time and taking care of my child full time now trying to find a babysitter. It’s crazy to me that I can take my child to all my other doctors appointments except to the one place that helped bring my child into this world! It’s B.S! I understand y’all are trying to be safe but if I’m willing to bring my child then that should be up to me the PARENT!

Dr. Sanz provided my prenatal care through their centering program. He was really great at explaining expectations for pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum. He also helped me manage my gestational diabetes. I felt like I knew what to expect and all the things that could happen during labor and delivery. Dr. hatch delivered my baby and was so comforting and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!Updated w second pregnancy- dr sanz is still amazing! I trust him entirely with my prenatal care and know he will listen to me and advocate for me and my baby. I wish I could schedule my labor and delivery with him because he would be such a calming presence amongst the craziness. Just really grateful for this practice!

I was a patient at Lyndhurst and Dr Scott Washburn delivered my two daughters in 2001 and 2003, he was great. He treated me so well and also my girls when they was born. So awesome and wonderful. Dr Side done my tubal and was a l so great. They treated me like family. I loved the experience and they made it great.

Friendly staff. Dr Goodrich is very personable and has always addressed any questions or concerns that I may have had.

Lyndhurst is incredible. I was seen twice a week during my pregnancy due to being high-risk. They took the best care of me. I couldn’t say one negative thing. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you Lyndhurst & a special thanks to Dr. Sandbulte for going above and beyond.

Beautiful facility, fantastic providers. From front desk to check out - every step was seamless. I felt like my medical questions were both heard and adequately answered, and the next steps are appropriate for my health needs. Jennifer Cerny, my nurse practitioner, was personable and professional - always a pleasure.

The new check in form asks questions about your bladder and bowel functions. I think women will be more likely to share info on the form. This is a great starting point. The nurses are friendly and Christy was especially engaging. Dr. Jacobs never makes appt feel rushed. He is always professional and friendly. After the exam and you are seated back up he asks if there are any concerns or questions. He makes it seem like he has all the time in the world. I like that the exam room has 3 distinct sections of privacy and it’s own bathroom.

Dr. Johnson is awesome! She always takes the time to listen and assist me with any issues I have. I know that her schedule is extremely busy but she never makes me feel rushed. I would recommend her to anyone.

The young lady who first took me back was very nice, friendly. Dr. Jacobs was very nice as he always is, talking about various things that day. The procedure went well, didnt seem to encounter any problems. Its good to have a routine exam.

I’ve always heard very good things about this place and as a first time mom it’s important for me to have a good Dr., but I had my first appointment yesterday and I was very disappointed and upset that i did not get an ultrasound. I’m 8 weeks , every other practice i called said they do ultrasounds on 1st appointments. Very disappointed but i’m still willing to stay with them and give them a try. Other than that the front desk and nurse who attended me were very nice!

The building is nice and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have used Lyndhurst for over 23 years. Dr. Lamar Parker was practicing then and Delivered my daughter. I hope to always use Lyndhurst for needs.

Was very disappointed in this facility! My first initial visit with my OB/GYN went fairly well I thought, the nurse practitioner was polite, had a great bed side manner and at the time made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately I was getting established with a new provider because I had to leave my regular provider behind when I relocated from Indiana. I was already uncomfortable because of this, having had the same doctor for years and that delivered both my kids and treated my whole family, and have done surgery on me before, it was a change. Unfortunately I was still having problems with uterine fibroids and since moving they had gotten worse, so surgery was inevitable. The surgeon she linked me with Dr. Sanz was okay first meeting, then it seemed that the practice itself was not a good fit for me and my care. I started having even more problems bleeding for weeks and weeks, had told my provider and the surgeons nurse that the birth control pills they had put me on to control bleeding was not working, I was consistently told to keep taking them, as I had been and let them know, but still not help. Finally on a Friday after calling and after bleeding 2 weeks straight I had enough and ended the conversation with the triage nurse by saying I will contact a provider I know personally back at home and get help for this weekend, since they weren’t trying to help me, which I did and got the aid I needed at that time. Somehow the triage nurse reflected in her message that I didn’t want tho see Dr. Sanz anymore, at least that’s what I was told by someone later in the office, so at my next appointment, in a professional and in tack way I addressed this miscommunication, to him and his nurse, it seemed he came in room with an attitude, and at this time if I already didn’t have a bad feeling about this practice, I definitely did at that moment, mind you, I was there to discuss surgery. He comes in with an attitude that you can’t miss, “ ummm your not cutting on me,” this is what I thought immediately. I won’t have someone going surgery on me that has an attitude and up to this point hasn’t shown me they even have had my best interest at heart. Bad enough I was already terrified that I’m in a new environment and have to have surgery. Although it’s definitely a go that I have to have surgery, Yes!! I believe I will get that second opinion on what method of surgery I am a candidate for!!

Doctor didnt let me cut the umbilical cord and I was standing right there. As a father in the room I would have like to have done that. I have done that with my previous children. We had a very bad overall experience with Lyndhurst. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Once again the service here stinks. The person in charge of managing payments and charges does not even try to be helpful or thorough. We have paid our ENTIRE balance. We received a final bill back in June for which we sent payment through our bank. Some weeks later we received a notice saying the balance had not been paid. I tried messaging through the patient portal on multiple occasions and got short, incomplete responses each time. I finally had to get permission from my boss to make some personal calls while at work because they are closed during lunch. I provided a copy of my bank statement showing the money leaving our account. They said they never got it. I called the bank and verified that the mailed check was not cashed. The bank voided the check and I payed via card online. Today, we received a notice that we are being charged for insufficient funds. Apparently somebody found the originally mailed check and attempted to cash it after it had been voided. Now I am unable to call or even leave a voice message after business hours. My husband and I will have to take time off work to come in person and deal with this. It has been MONTHS!!!! Im so ready to be done with this so I never have to talk to them again. I will NEVER recommend Lyndhursts services. The doctors were fine. The service is horrible.

I have been a patient with Lyndhurst Gynecologic Associates for 26 years. Dr. Lindell is my doctor and I love him, he always takes time to listen to you and answers your questions. He also lets you know if he has any concerns about your visit.

Dr. Debbie Zimmerman is an ANGEL. She is VERY knowledgeable and comforting (which is hard to come by sometimes…) I’m relieved to have found someone I TRUST!

Lyndhurst has delivered two of my babies never had issues with them until now. Stating that I have a outstanding balance of $210 & I will not be able to be seen due to the balance. I need to be seen due to medical conditions. I will not recommend this place any longer if this how they do business!!

I love this office, everyone is friendly and efficient. Dr. Sheets is the primary doc I see and is really great about answering my questions. I am comfortable with any of the docs delivering my baby next month, as Ive been able to meet most of them at various pre-natal visits.

Lyndhurst is an excellent practice for GYN care. Specifically, Dr. Nell Johnson is patient, provides intelligent counsel, and has a wonderful, kind bedside manner. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a new doctor.

I am always received in a friendly manor .. the process thru the waiting room is swift and the efficiency of the staff through out the office visit is noted and the professionalism is appreciated .Their care and concern for me is great. As atransplant from the north having the same professionals for years there I am happy to find such a warm welcome to N.C. for my Gyno and Urological needs.

Love the nurses and the receptionist but man does Dr Washburn have horrible bedside manner! Went in to follow up a very painful ovarian cyst that ruptured and left me into the Emergency department and he literally told me to do yoga And just deal with it. He didn’t discuss the findings of the ultrasounds or how to manage this if it happens again etc. very very disappointed

Jennifer Cerny is the best. She always explains what she is doing and why. She is clear on what I can expect as far as timelines for results or length of time before a medication is effective. Her bedside manner is the best and she always makes time to answer all of my questions before she leaves.

Dr. Nell Johnson is fantstic!!! In my opinion she is great showing compassion, kindness and listens to your concerns. She IS following in her Dads footprints whom I saw for many, many years. Thank you Dr. Johnson.

Dr sandbulte had been absolutely fantastic throughout this entire pregnancy. Highly recommend if you are high risk or have multiple health issues. She is extremely knowledgeable. Couldnt ask for a better doctor, nurses or staff.

Dr. Lindel always has wonderful bedside manner. I appreciate that he takes the time to allow a patient re-dress after procedure and speak with them at the patient room table. Hes first class.

I love this place. Staff is very friendly, and they have excellent customer service. They follow all CDC regulations and the facility is very clean. Dr. Sanz is very knowledgeable, he listens to his patients and he will make sure you are very informed before you leave his office.

My wallet was stolen so I did not have my HSA card to clear my debt with them ( which was under $300 *rolls eyes). I called to schedule an emergency visit and was refused service because of the balance. I explained the situation & even had proof that a new card was coming and my balance was sufficient to cover the debt. I didn’t want to use my personal funds considering that my rent ( over $800) is due on the 1st; and I did not want to take the chance that the reimbursement process through my HSA would go pass the due date for my rent. I explained that my HSA card would be here in 5 days so I could absolutely pay it then. The lady in finances basically said screw my health; their money is more important than the patient. I am currently seeking another OBGYN. I had been a patient for YEARSSSSS & if Dr. Pollard was alive I would’ve told him exactly how I was treated because he would not stand for it. I have never owed them a dime until now. This was the first time I asked for an exception to be made and the treatment I received made me feel like the scum of the earth. Congrats Lyndhurst; you’re officially a money hungry company! 😊

Dr Sanz is professional & knowledgeable, and always seems genuinely interested in how I am doing. I have been a patient with Lyndhurst for almost 20 years and I feel this medical group is up to date and progressive.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Just left there from my first pregnancy appointment and I have never been made to feel more uncomfortable. My doctor comes in throws a prescription for lexapro at me and says have a nice day and shuts the door behind him. I sat there for thirty minutes not knowing if I was supposed to leave or wait or what till I start panicking and crying and a nurse finally walks in looks at me and says “what’s your problem”. Then I try to explain I have no idea what I’m supposed to be doing that this is a scary time for me and she says oh you’re supposed to go to that desk out there. NO ONE WAS WILLING TO EXPLAIN A THING TO ME. This is somewhere I thought I’d be made to feel safe and comfortable and had the COMPLETE opposite effect. Y’all really dropped the ball today. DISGRACEFUL. I will be having my lab work transferred to another place that is actually willing to talk with me not at me during this vulnerable time for me.

Always a great experience with Dr. Sanz. So very attentive to listening and really shows his interest on making every visit a pleasant one. Really takes his time explaining everything and ready to answer every single question and not rushing you to get to the next patient.

Please take me off your call list. I literally just had a blocked call at 1 a.m. on a Thursday morning. Why? My records were transferred and I am much happier at another practice. I had been with you all for a long time but when you relocated, your staff became snooty and I didnt care for the vibes I was feeling. I dont miss this place. Why do you not see that my records were transferred and it took 3 requests to do so??

31 years ago Dr. Harold Pollard at Lyndhurst Gyn delivered my youngest son. And for 31years, he has done my yearly exam & has always been kind, professional, & has shown great concern for my overall health. I would recommend him to anyone needing a gynecologist.Kay in Winston Salem

Dr. Bradley Jacobs is an excellent doctor and surgeon. I have presented him with medical challenges on two occasions. He always comes thru with the correct diagnosis and treatment. I would highly recommend him and the Lyndhurst practice.

Compared to womancare this is a 5 star establishment. I like how they offer case workers (who are also nurses) who give you resources (diapers) if youre on pregnancy Medicaid. Im pregnant with my third baby, my last 2 were at womancare. Not looking back. This place also offers high risk ultrasounds in the same building so you dont need to have them at Forsyth hospital. They have a big practice with a lot of services and resources yet it also feels personalized. I look forward to the rest of my visits here.

All the staff I’ve had contact with have been wonderful. Dr. Goodrich delivered my twins 13 years ago and a couple years later I started going to a Gyn closer to my home but I’ve recently switched back to Dr. Goodrich and Lyndhurst and am very happy I went back.

The first visit was a bit rough, but everything turned out great in the end. We were happy with the procedure today and trust them with the future of our family. Thank you all for what you do.

Best practice in town! Dr. Sanz is my favorite OB but they’re all very knowledgeable and phenomenal docs. So glad I trusted them with both of my babes!

Dr. Sanz is the absolute best I have found in many years. He spends as much time with you as you need and goes out of his way to answer all of your questions. Super friendly and just makes the entire experience personable. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

As a first time mom, it was extremely important to me that I found the best care possible to address a very intimate and personal experience in my life and I learned about Lyndhurst through google and yelp reviews. Since the moment I walked in to the day I delivered I’ve felt I was incredibly capable and compassionate hands. The service is prompt, always respecting my time and the ladies who draw blood are the absolute best! I’ve never had a bad stick with them which is important because I absolutely hate needles! I wish I could take them everywhere with me wherever I needed to have a blood draw done. I work in Greensboro and could have moved OBs but drive the extra way to go to my facility in Winston Salem because of the experience and comfort I have with the staff and doctors at this location. They have truly felt like family to me and I would highly recommend it to other women as well.

Well this is a great place to go as far as the staff goes I don’t like some of the doctors that I have seen and wish i had seen more female doctors as they are more caring then some of the male doctors made me feel rushed and not able to respect my wishes of things I want done as to this is my first baby and I want everything to be perfect and me and my baby to be healthy and also if you want to get in and out of there make your appointments in the morning because I have noticed later in the day they are really slow on taken people when there appointment time is mine was at 3:45pm and I didn’t get seen until 4:23 but anyways everything else was a great experience for me thanks for everything!!!

I absolutely love Lynhurst OBGYN, I have two children which were both premie, I couldn’t have chosen a better doctors office than these guys, everyone has always been nice and friendly and taken great care of my babies and myself, anyone that has ever asked where I thought would be a great OBGYN’s office, I’ve always said Lynhurst??

I had my yearly and mammogram. Everyone was very professional and I felt very safe with all the Covid-19 procedures in place. The process was seamless!

Appreciate the professionalism and caring of Dr. Mims and her PA. Also appreciate that they maintain appointments on time so dont waste my time waiting long periods for my appointment which can happen at other doctor offices.

I have spent the past 15 minutes, where the office said it opens at 1, trying to contact these people because I lost my information packet. I wanted to come in earlier than scheduled so that I might fill one out.I have dialed and redialed every minute for the past quarter of an hour and have not received a single message other than that they are still closed and phone lines are as well.I find this highly unprofessional and I will not be attending my appointment today.

Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Dr. Gonzales-Sans is an incredible doctor. Very kind, patient and informative.
