My visit went smoothly! The receptionist was so sweet and soft spoken when dealing with the patients. They took me back to be seen quickly as possible considering the fact that I saved my spot. The nurse made me feel comfortable. She was understanding and knowledgeable about the situation. I’m grateful for that visit and the ladies that work at the front desk.
On Sunday September 22,2024, I took my 10 year old daughter to Urgent care. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The NP was also professional, and she wrote a Rx for ventolin inhaler amongst other things for my daughter. On Monday September 23, 2024 my daughters school informed me of a medication authorization administration form that had to be signed by a provider/NP before the medication can be administered by any staff member at the school. At 8:23am while I was at work, I called the Urgent care office and spoke with a staff member about getting the form signed soon because my daughter is due her next ventolin inhaler at 11 am. The form was faxed and then signed, but it was not communicated to me that the form was signed until I called back the office at 10:48am. When I called a suggestion was then made to upload the form in my daughters mychart to avoid me driving to the Urgent care. I waited 15-20 mins on the phone for that staff member to upload the form. However, the staff member could not upload the form in mychart. I eventually left work, and drove to their office to pick up the form. By this time it was 12:03pm and my daughter had missed the due time for her next ventolin inhaler. When I arrived to the office, I made 2 suggestions to the staff before leaving. 1) the importance of timely communication, 2) knowing how to upload a form in mychart so that they can be timely and efficient, ESPECIALLY in situations like this where a rescue inhaler needs to be given to a child at a specific time. In response to my suggestions, the staff member told me they were busy, and did not have the time to inform me that the form was signed. The staff member also proceeded to say Its not my fault, you should have brought the form with you when you brought your daughter in on sunday.I was disappointed to hear her response; it was unprofessional and hurtful to say the least. But I will be following up on this issue, so that it can be resolved and hopefully another parent will not experience what I had experienced.
Stop requesting patients to fill out information online to save their spot in line, then get to this urgent care just for them to not see you within a timely manner. Appointment at 10:10am it’s after 11:00am still waiting to be seen. AND PLEASE STOP YOUR STAFF FROM ASKING “REASON FOR VISIT” in front of other patients. Patient privacy should be respected and asking patients that question while patients are sitting all around you can be quite uncomfortable
I had an appointment for swelling in the neck that and inside the esophagus area, which was hard to swallow or breathe a breakout in the face and also numbing on the right side of my face. CLEARLY IM HAVING AN ALLERGIC REACTION AND NO ONE IS HELPING ME! I waited over 40 mins unseen while walk in patients are being seen before a man that can barely breathe and numbing on the side of his face. If I posted this that meant I left the establishment. Also another patient had severe back pain and the receptionist told the lady without being seen that they couldn’t help her. What type of emergency care is this? The lady was crying in pain and the receptionist had the least care in the world. Please don’t tell me to fill out a form for management under this comment. This is sick
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Frank, he is such a pleasant person, a huge asset to the medical field… I will continue to go to this location as long as Dr Frank will be the one to help with my medical needs!
The clinic was very busy the day I visited. The staff was extremely nice and made me feel as though I was at my primary care physician’s office. If I ever need medical assistance during off hours of my primary care office I will not hesitate to return.
Brought my friend here to see why she was having stomach pains, no appetite, and nausea. As she was telling the receptionist what was going on, the so called provider came out and said I heard your symtoms and we cannot treat you, to go to the ER . The provider didnt even give my friend the chance to talk about what was going on. If you are going to to run an urgent care like this, then you ARE better off to go to the ER!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Franks the PA was so friendly. And he was present and listened to what I was saying. Then when we were finishing up he took the time to ask if there was anything else he could help me with. I felt like he REALLY cared and I wasnt just another sick patient
Although there was only one provider on a Saturday we didnt have a long wait. I suggest you make an appointment and check in online. Their system went down and thank goodness I did everything online beforehand. Doctor was very nice and so were the girls in the office. All in all I had a good visit.
I was seen immediately. I was there 20 minutes, in and out! The pleasant receptionist was awesome and she took my vitals also. My provider, Brittney Jones, was professional, knowledgeable, kind and she cared enough to explain my condition, home treatments and medications to me, allowing time for my questions. Im so glad that she was there for me that day.
Great customer service. I made the appointment they were quick and to the point. Yall better not sleep on Go Health they are the truth.
I had an appointment with urgent care on Saturday Feb 24th @4pm and had came in two hours earlier to see if I could be seen sooner, The receptionists was rude to me stating it was a 3-4 hour wait for me to be seen even if I had an appointment, I was in so much pain and could barley hold myself together to speak to her and not once did she offer me an ambulance in the pain I was in and I did end up going to the emergency room and I was having a gallbladder attack, This by far the WORST URGENT CARE. I do NOT recommend. I work in a clinic and we do not treat patients the way they do.
I rate Gohealth on Fairlawn Drive 1 star only because they were punctual to open their doors on time. This is a clean and convenient location with good parking. They have a strange way to be seen as you need a smart phone to self register when you first enter. The receptionist told me that they have done it this way for many years. They also do not provide wify in this area. I asked the receptionist what do you do when you dont have a smart phone, but she seemed agitated and didnt answer. She got up from her seat and spoke with another lady for 2 minutes than both came to see us. Please permit me to intervene here and say that at all times we were courteous and polite. The new lady that had spoken to the receptionist was polite but directly rough when she asked what the problem was. I told her that my wife had very little control of her right side of face and her right side of lip was hanging down if she tried to smile. This lady studied my wifes face and said they didnt have the equipment needed to examine her correctly. She also said that it could be a stroke. I asked her couldnt also be Bells Palsy? She said yes but she didnt intend to examine people in the lobby. I replied but couldnt you take her to an examination room. She replied didnt you hear what I said ? My wife had had this condition for 3 days. She saw her regular doctor with the earliest appointment being about 3 weeks after this. My wife was back to normal when she saw her doctor and the doctor agreed that it was probably bells palsy. What can I say. If it wasnt such a serious story the whole matter would be hilarious. This happened back in December 2023, but I wanted to be of help to others to suggest not to walk in the door of this medical facility if you have other choices. I hope they drastically improve.
Have been to this location on two occasions now, about 8 months ago and the on 11/21/23. Both visits had what I felt was a minimal walk in wait (30 minutes). Staff were polite and as helpful as I expected. Out of pocket cost was $135 each visit. I can’t figure why there are such sharply contrasting reviews. Some patients don’t understand the difference between being a patient and a customer when getting medical care. This is not a retail store or a fast food joint. Probably the only thing unreasonable “customers” can do is leave a bad review. Based on my experience at this urgent care, I had no problem giving a great review.
I came in today for some pain and was told that walk ins must wait after people with appointments. I was completely fine with that. The problem was that the receptionist was SO rude and mean to me. Was basically trying to get me to leave, saying they couldn’t help me, they didn’t do anything that I needed. She would stare at me, whisper under her breath, and would snap at me for asking a question. I was absolutely appalled by the treatment I received just asking a question. I have never met a nurse or medical receptionist this mean and rude to a patient. If I could leave less than one star I would. Please don’t seek treatment here.
I usually dont take time to leave negative reviews but I feel that, in this case, my experience is important to share with other patients as well as with the owners of this practice. I was in a car accident and was experiencing symptoms because of it. I went online and used the Save my spot feature on the Novant Health Go Health Urgent Care website. I showed up a few minutes early for my time slot and as soon as I walked in the door and told the receptionist who I was and why I was coming in for care, she refused to let me see a physician. The place was empty except for me, the receptionist, and the PA (who was sitting steps away from the receptionist and was within hearing distance of the conversation). They absolutely refused to provide me care and the only reason they gave was that they dont see car accident victims. I have never been refused medical care in my life and the whole experience was deeply upsetting. It made me feel less than human and it felt unethical that I was expressing a need for care to healthcare providers and I was refused. I remained polite and cordial the entire time but I was having so much trouble understanding why they wouldnt care for me. After it was abundantly clear that they would not change their position and would not provide care to me, I went to an Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Urgent Care at Piedmont Plaza and was seen by a doctor right away. After this experience, I wont be back to Novant Health Go Health urgent care facilities. Ill use Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptists facilities from now on.
Not a long wait at all. Staff was super nice. X-ray technician was very knowledgeable and she was super nice as well! The doctor explained everything to me and was super nice! The nurse that gave me my shot was very gentle and she was super nice as well! I have no bad experience from my visit here! Thank you all for the great services you provided for me 😊!!
I became very sick and let it go into the third week before going to Urgent Care for assistance (without an appointment). I was tended to and was given prescriptions for antibiotics and an inhaler for a condition that could of easily ended in Pheumonia. I was given the best care from Urgent Care, and now I am on my way to a complete recovery. Thanks Urgent Care! -- Diana GillespieI made an appointment last evening for 9:00 am today (8/9/2022) and had only a minimal wait until the room was cleaned and fixed up for me. The whole Staff was very professional and listened to my symptoms, took my vitals; and the doctor came into my room 1 minute later. The doctor listened to my symptoms and listened to my lungs. Its only been 5 1/2 hours ago since I started taking my prescriptions, and already the prescriptions are helping me alot.I had previously gone to this same Urgent Care either 1 or 2 years ago, and had a same good experience with them. I would of also rated this same Urgent Care then with 5 STARS but could not find what to click on to enter a review. THANK YOU URGENT CARE!---- Diana Gillespie
We were able to complete registration end. Download insurancescars from our phones prior to the appointment without any complications. When we arrive they had a backup and offered us a telehealth visit. That went very well. The Doctor was super.
Im so impressed with the nurse here! She was professional and did everything. She was proficient, quick, and kind. Same with the doctor. The place was clean and easy to make an appointment and pay. Im so thankful for the kind and prompt treatment, everything was communicated clearly and I really felt I received excellent care.
They told me that they could help me. Instead they had me wait for over an hour just to tell me that they couldnt do anything to help me and charge me a $150 for nothing. Dont waste your time coming here.
I was pretty sick and they were able to get me in the hour after my call. The people at the front desk we’re very organized and everyone is working together as a team. They were very nice. The doctor came to see me exactly on the time I have scheduled, I did not have to wait extra time at all. They were very quick at getting me in and doing all tests needed in time manner… love the experience and highly recommended.
Walked in to get my son tested for COVID due to him not feeling good!!! We walked in at 7:30 and was told that they were booked up and they was closing soon and to come back in the morning!!!! After telling him that we needed to be tested!!! An MA TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD AND CHECK US IN!!! I noticed the man at the front desk talking to us did not have on the proper mask!!! When I asked him was he wearing the proper mask he said yes!!!! Wow!!!!!! THE NUMBERS ARE GOING UP BECAUSE OF PLACES LIKE THIS AND LAZY PEOPLE LIKE MR JOESPH at the front desk!!!
Received care quickly. Everyone was kind, friendly, and helpful! I would definitely use this urgent care again!
This is the most unpleasant place I have ever received care from. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the PA. No one could even be bothered enough to look me in the face. They just spoke to me while staring at the computers. Everyone was rude and uncaring. Before I could even finish my sentence to the PA about what was wrong with me, she told me to go to the ED, that she couldnt do anything for me there. I work in Healthcare, and Im always sympathetic to how difficult it is to work in that field. However, the people who work here should be ashamed of themselves for treating patients so poorly, simply because theyve walked through the door.
I am incredibly disappointed in the dangerous and negligent practices I experienced at this location. I was not asked to disclose a list of medications or health history of any kind. My girlfriend was not asked what I took either. I was so sick with vertigo that I could not think to offer up any information not asked if me. I was prescribed a medication with a VERY dangerous drug interaction risk. Im glad I did my due diligence, since the staff couldnt be bothered. They were busy, which I get, but thats no excuse for MALPRACTICE.
I wish it was at least 2 or 3 doctors than just one seeing people there. I was there for my son to get care and if advised for better care. Waited for 3 1/2 hrs just to be told he needed higher ups (hospital doctors) care. During the waiting, the nurse asked if anyone wanted to go to Clemmons urgent care and we could be seen as soon as we got there. No one wasn’t trying to drive further away for care. It was technically 42 mins after closing that we was finally seen and told what we should do. I’m happy the doctor recommended Brenner’s Hospital and everyone that I spoke to was nice.
I cut my head open on a storm drain on the corner of a roof while going up some stairs. It was bleeding quite a bit so we came out to urgent care just to have it checked out. We walk in and see there are two folks in the waiting room. The lady at the desk welcomes us. I tell her what’s going on and she gets ready to check me in. The other lady, who I assume was a PA since she was the “provider” immediately jumps in and asks the receptionist/nurse how many walk ins they had currently and then says to us “someone called out and we’re short staffed so we may not be able to see you” with a nasty attitude. Meanwhile I’m holding a towel to my head since I’m not sure if it’s still pouring blood down my face. I step outside since my mom had arrived and I wanted her to see it while we waited. The nurse comes back out and offers to have the provider look at it since my mom and mother in law both said it had stopped bleeding and it didn’t seem like it needed stitches. The nurse has me step into a room and immediately the “provider” whips out her attitude and says “I can’t evaluate you if you’re not checked in.” I look at my mom and say “wow, they’re customer service here is really great,” which prompted the provider to say “I could lose my license.” I replied “I don’t have a problem with that, it’s your nasty attitude.” And just left. Definitely did not feel like the “provider” had any concern about my well-being. Thankfully I don’t live local and won’t have to deal with her piss poor attitude again.
The stay was courteous and PA showed a deep concern for my problem and need!
It was so easy to schedule a next day appointment. Convenient location. Check in day of appointment was quick and seamless. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes when I’m usually stuck at my primary care for at least 2 hours. All the office staff were wonderful. Especially Christy Bracken. She was attentive, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I have been sick for weeks and thanks to her treatment plan my illness has finally resolved and I feel great. Thank you!
Don’t waste your time coming to this place. When you walk in, no one is at the front desk to greet you and when you are spoken to, you may as well be in line for a handout, due to how blatantly annoyed the assistant/helper is by everyone presence and her job duties. This medical facility doesn’t cover their examination tables/chairs as advertised online, nor are they worthy of visiting for any injuries that may require an X-ray, though they clearly advertise this type of service. Front desk help lacks customer service skills tremendously; judging by her accent, shes from a northern state, where customer service and hospitality arent held in high regard, not speaking when entering a patients room for an extended period of time with no acknowledgment is disrespectful, and frowned upon in this environment. My recommendation is that this location close its doors during hours they arent fully functional or have adequate help. The physician was awesome, definitely deserving of better staff.
Very happy with the staff and the doctor as well very good communication able to understand everything Hospitality was great
The X-ray tech (who was also my triage nurse and check in counter rep) Sorina I believe was her name; was amazing. She was very professional, took good care of me and listened attentively to all my symptoms. She made me feel comfortable in a new to me place and explained all tests and procedures thoroughly. Dr. Frank Patrick was great as well, professional, ran the right tests to find and rule out what we did. Tests were run quickly and smoothly and I wasnt there long at all. I did have an appointment. However I did think afterwards that a CBC probably should have been done. But by the time my appt came I was feeling much, much better. I guess whatever I had ran its course and luckily I was at the end of it. I was glad it wasn’t something more serious. I was glad to have tried a new place for urgent care and that the staff I had on 3/20/23 that took such good care of me was there. I will highly recommend this facility and staff to my family and friends. -Melanie Casteel
I was bitten on the hand by a cat and didn’t think it was a big deal. I waited until the next day to get it checked out,. My husband shopped for groceries, while I was at GoHealth. We had both been to GoHealth, and had very positive experiences. I love the staff here. The wonderful lady at the front desk welcomed me, and after filling out online forms, I was soon in a room. I waited for a bit, then D. Pressley, FNP, took one look at my hand and sent me directly to the nearest emergency department, where I was admitted to the hospital for intravenous antibiotics. If I hadn’t gone to GoHealth, well, who knows. THANK YOU staff of Novant GoHealth Urgent Care. 💕
Charged a crazy amount to send my two year old son to the ER only to have the ER tell me that he just didn’t get enough Benadryl. Dr. Dustin did not do his due diligence and actually check on my son’s reaction. Took one look at him and wanted to call an ambulance.
Edited again: I have even tried submitting feedback through their website and keep getting error messages when I try to submit my comments. Clearly this company (not just this location) has no interest in customer/patient care. Looks like I must escalate my complaint.Edited to add: when I attempted to respond to the email address provided below, my reply bounced back stating that Im not on the allowed senders list.. 🙄😡When I arrived, the receptionist was not exactly rude, but her attitude made me feel that my presence was an inconvenience. I was told to wait in my car and given an estimated wait time of 90min. I decided to drive across the street to a gas station to run a quick errand. Just as I pulled into the parking lot across the street, the receptionist called me an in a snarky tone asked if I was going to keep my appointment. When I explained where I was, she told me she was about to call me back, so I made a u-turn and returned. I was told to go to the first room and have a seat so she could take my vitals. After I sat down (keeping in mind I was there for a knee injury), she said she needed to get my weight. I managed to get up and back out of the room to the scales. I was then told to go back to the room. She then said she needed to go get something and she left the room. Moments later, a doctor came in and told me this would be a courtesy visit because they could not treat me. The reason? I weigh too much for their xray machine. I know Im obese, but if this place cannot treat ALL patients, then it should say so on their website. It was humiliating enough to have fallen and injured my knee. But to face humiliation for trying to get treatment is uncalled for. Let it be known that this location discriminates against obese patients. Dont waste your time unless youre thin. Maybe then the receptionist will be pleasant to you.
The staff was great, the cli nic was spotless and everyone was caring and helpful
I came in and they told me they werent technically taking walk-ins but squeezed me in anyways. Doctor Cordle was very friendly, warm and personable. He explained everything very well and made the whole visit feel comfortable and easy
Showed up yesterday at around 10am, because I haven’t been able to sleep for two days due to severe pain from an arthritis attack from previous combat injuries. The front desk guy was super helpful and patient while dealing with my insurance companies and eventually got the approval to be seen in a very quick manner. Within 10 minutes of the approval from the insurance I was brought back to a room and spoke with a very nice and professional nurse for about an additional ten minutes. She informed me the doctor would be right in. It wasn’t five minutes later that the doctor was in my room and assessing my Illness/injury. Within 15 minutes, the doctor (who was a female named Erin I believe) had my prescriptions called in to my pharmacy and I was headed out the door. The entire staff was very welcoming and I could tell they didn’t just care about speedy care but also cared about quality care. I was able to pick up my meds and was able to have enough relief to finally fall asleep for 12 hours. To my surprise when I woke up just now, my arthritis attack was almost completely cleared up and I could walk again. I couldn’t have asked for better service/care and I will be going to this establishment from now on when I have urgent care needs. Thank you to everyone on the staff and especially the doctor for helping me through a hard time.
PA ALWAYS NICE, AS WELL AS FRONT DESK STAFF. THEY WILL TRY TO GET YOU IN AND OUT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAVING YOUR SPOT ONLINE. IT MAKES THE PROCESS EASIER. AS WELL AS A SHORTER WAIT TIME (MOST OF THE TIME,DEPENDING ON URGENCY) WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE. BUT IF YOU ARE NOT FOND OF WAITING FOREVER NOVANT IS THE WAY TO GO!! 😊
Emily B was OUTSTANDING! I needed help getting an earlier appointment and she kept me updated and got me in quickly. She’s a gem!The office is incredibly clean and well designed. All staff is so kind and accommodating. I felt truly safe when I came in for treatment!
I was waiting for over an hour to be seen and there was only two people ahead of me. Everyone there was rude. When the doctor came in he did not check my blood pressure or anything. All he did was feel my back where my pain was and sent me home with muscle relaxers. Not to mention he sent them to a pharmacy miles away after I explained where to send them. Went to a different urgent care and was sent home with medicine for a bladder infection and strep throat! If this place did their job right I could be feeling better already.
So glad to have such a competent Urgent Care close to my house. They make it easy to make an appointment, just go online and sign up. Text when you are there. Minimal wait and was assisted very quickly. Staff was very friendly. Phillip was awesome. I would definitely recommend.
Crazy expensive (before insurance $341 for visit + $127 for strep test). Didnt offer any treatment when strep was negative. Went to a different urgent care a few days later and was prescribed antibiotics, which I asked for here, and which quickly resolved my symptoms. Cost me an extra $100 plus days of misery. Weird how the doc couldnt properly diagnose me with a 45 second visit...
Made on line appointment and was immediately taken to patient room. Arrived at 1:15pm and checked out at 1:55pm. I would like to complement the staff Tiffany, Krista and Ue Thoa-PA for being friendly, helpful and utmost professional care provider. I will recommend to anyone that needs urgent care
I went in for an injury to my shoulder. I work in window and building restoration so having an injury to my shoulder can mean missed work and missed pay. I did not want to go so I was dragging my feet. After a couple days the pain was so bad I could not sleep and was barely able to work so I decided to go. I went on a Wednesday afternoon, there wasn’t hardly any body else there and within 30 minutes of walking in the door (most of that time I was filling out the usual paperwork) I was being taken back by a nurse, the doctor came in not long after that. I was in and out in roughly an hour and a half. Which in my experience is pretty quick. The staff was very polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. They were professional and very nice from the second I walked in. Ive been to urgent cares in the past where the staff treat you like you are making it all up or just dont take your ailment seriously. The nurses and the doctor I saw that day were so friendly and actually cared about what was hurting me and wanted to make sure I received the correct diagnosis and medication to help the issue as well as some exercises I could do to help get the mobility back in my shoulder. In all honesty Novant Health- GoHealth was the best urgent care I have ever been too. They made me feel like I mattered and listened to what I had to say. Not just another number or patient in a line of patients. They actually care about their patients there. I’m accident prone so I have been to multiple urgent cares and ERs in multiple states and they really were the best I’ve been too. I have full mobility back in my shoulder and I didn’t miss a day of work.
Anywhere but here! I showed up 30 min early for my appointment and still had to wait over an hour. But the real problem is the billing. I provide my address 4 times during the visit and included my address on the multiple forms I had to fill out. 3 months later I received a call from a collection agency over a 28$ bill. When I asked why I received no communication in the mail or by phone...of course my address they read back to me was way off. Thank you for not contacting me via phone and proper address, which you had on file, and sending my 28$ payment straight to collections. Avoid anything that says Novant at all costs! Always go with Atrium every single time!
Though there was a waiting time, your staff on duty attended to me like in any other health or medical facility.
From the time I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted by friendly, concerned professionals with the human touch. The promptness of treatment, thoroughness of care, and the accuracy of the diagnosis were exceptional. It put me in the right direction to get my condition cared for without a lot of wasted time. I will definitely go there again if needed. Thank you NH-Urgent Care!
I went to them initially because I was having long-covid issues for over a year and I wanted help with the pain that I was experiencing. I set up an appointment and when I made it through the door the woman at the front grilled me about my issues and told me I needed to go to a primary care for the issues. I asked for suggestions on where to go because I was desperate for help and they gave me a number, which after sitting for an hour on hold on the phone with this place turned out to be a birth control clinic.I end up catching covid again, and I go here to get tested, I was told if I had covid they would give me the results within the hour, it takes them 5 hours to get me the results that yes Im sick again. At least they let me see a doctor this time... I set up an appointment two weeks after to make sure Im good to go back to work because Im still feel awful, and they wait until Im in the parking lot to send me a message that they Dont do retesting there. Why let me set up the appointment and waste my time like that?Novant as a whole is terrible. They dont care about people, theyll waste your time and take your money but not do a damn thing to help you actually get better.I would give this place a zero if I could for all the stress they put me through.
Updated: I would give a -5 review if I could!! After several back and forth emails with the manager of this facility, I am now being ignored. They refuse to own up to false advertising! My insurance ended up covering most of the charges, but what was left for me to cover should have been waived and it has not been… we will NEVER return to this facility. All I needed was a COVID test to allow my son to go back to school. They made it into a full flown doctors visit and I got a bill for over $200.
I visited the Novant Health Urgent Care Clinic on Fairlwan Drive on Saturday. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The electronic registration process was a breath of fresh air for me because my penmanship is horrendous. My wait to see the PA was unexpectedly brief. The nurse was very detailed in her vital checks and Q&A. The PA Mitchell was very knowledgeable and explained things un detail in a way I could understand.
I am thankful for the empathy that Sandra displayed & demonstrated towards me as a patient. I suffer from white coat syndrome therefore elevating my blood pressure. She coached and assisted me through guided visualization exercises to help lower my blood pressure. Sandra also help provide me with a list of helpful resources within the health system. Thank you!
Very slow service. Either understaffed or just slow in general. Very long wait times. Would recommend you go to another location if possible. But I will say this...there are some wonderful doctors and nurses in the back. These are the ones you wish checked you in. The nurses that check you in the front are almost always not good with people or have an attitude like they dont want to be at work. The atmosphere doesnt reflect some of the nurses or doctors in the back. I wish i could remember specifically the names of those Ive had great experiences with because they go above and beyond, they deserve to be recognized. One of the nurses actually called me to check on me about 2 to 3 weeks after i came in and i couldnt thank her enough. She dam sure didnt have to but she genuinely wanted to know if i was doing better.
First of all my partner been sick for three days and we decided to come to a urgent care. He had to wait for 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor when they took him back. Then when the doctor came to the room to see him the doctor only spent 10 minutes or less with him. This is just not acceptable especially if the doctor isn’t going take his time with the patient. This is why people don’t see doctors because they rush and then get stuck with a big bill..
If I could give the review zero stars I would. This was the worst experience I could have ever expected. First, the front desk was less than helpful and very short. Then I had to wait for 45 mins on the PA when they only had one person ahead of me, when the PA came in he only spent a total of 5 mins with me. But what makes me truly upset is what came out of his mouth. I was appalled to say the least. He said “is your name Lindsay”, I replied “yes” of course, he said “okay I’m going to go ahead and ignore all the jokes that come to mind about your last name”. I quickly reminded him that I’ve been called everything in the book and made fun of for my last name for my whole life, and now my kids are getting the same treatment. I feel like this is extremely unprofessional behavior, and terrible manors. You know I am here because I am very sick, and you think making fun of my last name will make me feel any better? There’s no way I would go back… not even on my death bed. Please don’t waste your time or money on this place because that’s all you’d be doing.
The nurse came out to my car & she was so nice & kind. Her pleasant manner really set me at ease & I was not as anxious about the test as I was before. She administered the test quickly & I did not feel any lingering discomfort when she finished. I would definitely come here again!
Front desk very rude. Wasnt going to write anything but this has truly bothered me all day. I understand people have a hard day and have to deal with a lot of people and attitudes but good customer service is when you dont take it out on the next person you serve if that was even the case or you just a mean person. You take the time to ask me in front of people that I didnt want to know my business only to get nasty and say no walk-ins. Busy have to make an appointment. So what was the point of asking whats wrong if I couldnt be seen anyway. Could have said that in the beginning instead of nasty attitude. Not nice when a person is hurting to not be pleasant. And yes I have been in a job dealing with the public but was never unpleasant to anyone even if I couldnt help them at the moment. Wont be back there.
I was easily able to book an appointment for first thing in the morning the night before, the staff was friendly, the doctor had a wonderful bedside manner and answered all my questions and then some.
Dr. Marvin R. was awesome, I was thinking I might have to go to the emergency room for stomach/side pain. Dr. M evaluated me and took the time to make sure he figured out what might be going on. It costs so much to go to the hospital and Ive had numerous tests done for other things just to have them tell me its nothing. I did not want to go to urgent care because I thought they would just refer me to the nearest hospital or make me wait for hours. Dr. M saw me in a timely manner and helped me identify where the pain was coming from. I came in there crying and vomiting because my side hurt so bad. I left having a good idea of what caused my pain and I was able to feel relief with treatment. Dr. M and the staff at this location didnt have to take the time to watch me or figure out why I was in pain when they could just as easily told me to go to the hospital and get tests done. From the time I got in there to the time I left I felt as if everyone cared. Its sad to say but I have definitely been just another patient to different locations in the past. I was a human to this location. If I ever have to go back to an urgent care (heaven forbid) this is the one I definitely want to go to. (Oh and also I signed in ahead of time and it was great!)
The provider on duty (Stacey) and her assistants (Sirena and Micajah) were very caring and professional. They did a great job patching me up. I made the right choice by stopping here.
This is the worst experience ever with an urgent care. I normally go to Wake Forest Baptist facilities but this was in a convenient location. My daughter had an ex-ray. The doctor called her back hours later and she missed the call. The voicemail gave a number to call back only. The number was not answered ever, we called probably 40 to 50 times. Also, the voicemail was not set up. I had to drive back to the location to get the results. This is most definitely a flawed system. Answer the phone and set up the voicemail.
Able to get in promptly, was greeted like family and treated kindly by all, and with skill and excellence. Highly recommend.
Every time I have been to this location, the wait time in the waiting room alone has been over an hour, sometimes two. Once in a room, there is more waiting. And waiting. It is not unusual for a visit to last approx 4 hours. Customer service with receptionists is touch and go. As far as I have been able to tell, there is only one doctor on the floor at a time. I grew up in the medical world, so I understand the fluctuations of patients and the different nuances of each visit, and sometimes long wait times are unavoidable. But having these wait times EACH time we have been - we are a family of five, mind you - is inexcusable. I wish we had a better option in relation to where we live, but I’m starting to think close to an hour drive to a different location would be worth it after all.
Incredible disappointed with this place. Went there after a week of terrible congestion, body aches, and overall sickness. The man who worked at the front desk, his name is Joe, was incredibly rude and dismissive and asked me why I was there. Informed him I had some sort of cold/flu but it wasn’t COVID. He proceeded to ask my if I was psychic and how I would know that and I informed him I had taken 2 COVID test and both had come back negative. He then did my initial history note and was dismissive of the fact that I thought I had a sinus infection (which I ended up being diagnosed with by the PA). When I informed him I had experienced COVID (as he lectured me on his experience with it) he asked if I had received the vaccine. I said I had and he proceeded to tell me not to get COVID vaccines in the future as people develop blood clots and cancer from them. Cue him arguing with me, unsolicited as I didn’t ask his opinion on COVID vaccines, to have him el tire me on how I need to do more research on the vaccine and shouldn’t trust research/healthcare professionals. Besides being completely dismissive of my symptoms (which the PA confirmed were what I thought the diagnoses was) he was also incredibly unprofessional by not respecting a patients privacy to do what they believe is in there best health interest. I complained about this to the PA and said I felt incredibly angered by the situation and he responded indicating this probably has happened with this guy before. Sad to see someone in healthcare not be respectful of patients especially when they are sick and in need of comfort not lecturing. Looking at other review on this page I see other people have also had issues with this same employee Joe at the front desk. He should not be working at this facility.
UPDATE: 8 months later and upon review of others feedback given since my visit, looks like they could care less about what I had to say. The owner of this location has replied to everyone, even reviews older than mine, except mine. I guess being 1) disorganized and losing records 2) having an extremely rude front staff 3) violating the privacy of my medical history doesn’t matter here. Again- DO NOT COME HERE!!! The one in Hanes Mall is leagues betterDo NOT go here. I went to get a Covid test on a Friday and was told I’d get my results in 30 mins on MyChart. I went in at 10:45 and still hadn’t seen anything by 5pm. I gave it another day. I go in on Sunday to see what’s going on and the lady at the desk was completely rude. She cut me off when I spoke and spoke to me like I was stupid. Loudly announcing what I was diagnosed with at my last visit (which I believe is against patient/caregiver confidentiality) I wish I could give you this person name but she had no identification. The only reason I was able to get my results was because of another person named Joe who remembered me and confirmed that I had came in on Friday. So then they figured out that THEY messed up and never put anything in the system. So she apologizes for the inconvenience and tells me that the result is negative. I tell her I need paperwork and she begins to list out all the things she’s gotta do just to make it happen but “I guess I’ll see what I can do”. She then refers to me as “this little girl” and once again Joe had to step in to make sure it gets done. She was off gate an unpleasant personTLDR:1)They’re unorganized and lose patient records.2) They have an outrageously rude attendant.
The staff, was great! I am so grateful that they worked on a holiday, as I was really sick, and needed to be seen. The care that I received, was exemplary!
One of the most miserable experiences of my life. Appointment was at 11:40 didnt get seen until after 1. Medical assistant didnt take vital signs or history, put us in a room with no update. The PA downplayed my sons symptoms and made us feel like we were wasting their time. Why is Novant advertising go to our urgent care if they have barely any appointments available and only two rude staff members in the building.
Where do i began ? I made an appt for this urgent care early in the am due to being in excruciating pain the day and night before. I came to get treated for my illness. But instead the supposedly “”Dr.”” at this site says “ I don’t know what’s wrong w/ you.” He did not put in any effort to figure out why I was in so much pain or nothing. What’s the point of you being a doctor if your number one priority isn’t to help and make your patients feel better ? It’s that fact that he’s still going to get paid his great salary and I CANNOT even tell he went to med school cause if that’s what they taught him to say and do in med school IM GOING TOO! This is very unfortunate because they always say we need more African-American doctors which is true, but if they’re going treat my health like anything OTHER than their number one priority than i would rather see any other race! After not getting any help I went to the ER and they were wonderful they took their time to figure out why I was/have been in excruciating pain. Moral of the story you’d be better off going to the ER and getting quality care than from some urgent care where I cannot even tell the “””””””Dr.””””” went to Med School :)!
All staff I interacted with were friendly and courteous. I was seen by video visit for most of my recent COVID visits. At one point I was advised to take a medication that interacted with one Im already taking but that was quickly corrected. I would visit Novant again if the need arises.
I read that the front desk staff is frustrating or that the wait is long, but this place has been so helpful during covid. Sure the waits can be long… but we are still in a pandemic!! There is only so many health care providers for soo many people. Yes the front desk people can be short, but they are literally trying to get as many people in as possible and working every single day of the week. This place is very very clean, the doctors and nurses are beyond kind and knowledgeable and have offered to help me and go above and beyond even if it was just a sore throat to having more serious injuries. Further more, their check in process online via text is so super helpful!
I thought the Hippocratic oath was First, Do no harm. Seems like its First, Collect payment. This place is utter trash, They turned away a lethargic child simply because they couldnt verify insurance. The only thing urgent here is the attitude, and the credit card machine.👇Insert generic reply below👇
September is Lymphoma Awareness Month.I hope that this Urgent Care and all medical professionals in general will learn to recognize symptoms of Lymphoma going forward. My first effort to get help for what I thought might be COVID I went to the GoHealth Urgent Care this February 2022.I was told by the PA that my problem was just anxiety and I needed to go for longer walks. I had shortness of breath and irregular heartbeat. A month later I finally got into a real doctors office and a simple chest X ray revealed it was NOT in my head. Lymphoma is a type of blood cancer and is treatable but the sooner diagnosed the better! Please ALL doctors, all PAs, listen to your patients! Most of us have high deductibles and wont see a doc unless were really quite sick. If we drag themselves into your office theres a real reason.
I went to North Point urgent care after being too ill to make an appointment with my family doctor that I had waited over a week for. I was initially turned away as it is North Points policy to refuse treatment to anyone who does not have a physical insurance card. I have only recently got health care this year and my card has not arrived yet. North point refused to check directly with my insurance. Two hours later, I got an appointment. It took me that long to go home, get through to someone at Blue Cross who then had to get through to someone at North Point (20 minutes to get through) and remind them that they are contractually obliged to accept their insured members, card or no card, then go back to North Point. When you are feeling sick as a dog, having to spend two hours gaining permission to get an appointment is exactly what you do not need.A 2 hour delay for urgent care is really not on. Novant did not offer an apology when I complained by email. As a result, not only will I not be returning to North Point, but I am seriously considering ditching Novant family medicine as well.
Appointment went well, PA was great. He called me after my appointment, I tried calling back. Biggest issue you call and no one answers. Sends you to voicemail and it says for two days in a row, the voicemail is full. I tell the two ladies at the desk this. Lets see if it is corrected.
Who knows to make an appointment at a walk in clinic?!? Well you better or you wait way longer!! Had I known I would have made an appointment at a normal doctors office with a preferred female dr Which I was referred to anyway. Wasted $130 for nothing
I received good guidance and knew exactly what to do before, during and after my appointment. Service was quick, the facilities were clean, I felt safe and the nurse was very nice, attentive, explained everything and made me feel at ease.
My experience with Christy Bracken was AWFUL! I was telling her about the new symptoms I was experiencing and she was unconcerned. She was more focused on why I had not started taking a prescription, and saying, she doesnt know of any different cough medicine to prescribe. I was like lady, I have a several cough medicine now, I dont need more. I came to you all so I can learn why I might be experiencing these new symptoms. Now that I can do a comparison with her and another doctor from that same clinic, she was not caring nor kind as the first doctor I had seen. On top of poor service, she had the nerve to lie to the lady at the pharmacist. She said, I did not prescribe her (me) any medicine. My initial thought was, What the hell! Why am I here to pick up this medicine? Integrity is a MUST HAVE in life, and she failed with that LIE. I would not recommend this Urgent Care. If you must go, I do recommend Dr. Rainwater. As for me, I will not be returning. One bad apple ruined the bunch.
At first I didnt think it was going to be a pleasant experience. But, things start to lighten up and the staff was pleasant as well as the clinical staff. Will recommend individuals to patron there.
1st time visiting this location on Saturday may 1st .I had a minor Injury that required sutures. Easy to get to but, however, a little confusing as I had to register online and was having some technical issues. The wait time was a little long, but manageable. Once I went inside, the staff and in NP were exceptional!!Very Professional, friendly and caring.
When the PA tells you to call back if you’re still sick - to save you from another visit, Don’t believe him! It’s been 6 days since I called - even went back in person - was told that they are a little busy. They work at one speed!
Very unprofessional. They make you wait an hour to just give away your spot when they can’t even wait 5 minutes when you were using the bathroom at the Lidl. Instead of getting an apology I just have to “understand” when they had an emergency. They made me wait an hour past the scheduled time due to their emergency but they couldn’t wait 5 minutes for me.
Front desk lady was heartless, not to mention was talking to a random person in the waiting room about my fiancé after she had already went back. You all are lucky I’m not suing you for the blatant HIPAA violation that is talking about my fiancés results or diagnosis with anyone else BUT her.
I had to take my father to urgent care because he was bit by our dog. The staff at Gohealth treated my father like family. He was so impressed with the care he received. Thank you to Lauren, Joe, and the provider Ue Thao for being so kind to my father. If you need fast service this is the place to go!
It was easy to walk in and get registered on my phone as I waited to be seen. The staff were friendly, polite and kept me informed as to when I would be seen.Great service all around.
You will wait here for hours to be seen. By that time you could be dying and they don’t care or take consideration your spot. They have dumb and dumber in front desk and they don’t seem to like their job so they won’t treat you nice and will let anyone be seen before you
Today I was turned away because of an old balance of $70. I asked the young lady in the front office could they bill me. They said no, by law they are not supposed to refuse service. The young lady said were not refusing we just need the $70 in order to see you. Sadly the office manager said the same. I miss when this was prime care. I am standing there about to pass out and having a migraine, they just kept asking for the money. They do not care about the patient they care about collecting there money. So if you are not prepared to pay a copay despite it being Urgent Care. Do not go to this facility.
Two out of three times Ive been here, reception has seemed deeply annoyed at my presence and Ive basically been told theres nothing they can do to help me. Im not sure what they actually CAN help people with, but Im done trying to find out.
It was the listening and response of it all that started me on my journey to feeling better. It means a lot when things are not at their best in your body and you really need to be better…and they hear you.♥️ Thank you!
The staff treated my sister very well, even as a walk-in! They were competent, friendly, and efficient.
THE WORST: Urgent Care? no one ever answers the phone. Once you get transferred to the voicemail system...IF youre actually able to leave VM msg...youll never receive a return call...but you probably wont be able to leave a VM msg because the mailbox is full most of the time. NOT remarkable people, remarkable medicine in my book.
Literally the worst experience I have EVER had with a medical office. If I could give 0 stars I would! I brought my son and daughter in this morning (Monday 10/18) to be seen and ended up leaving with no care and no treatment. My son (9 years old) who is asthmatic woke up having difficulty breathing and the doctor here said, because of new covid protocols we cannot give him a breathing treatment or help...... On the other hand my daughter (8 years old) woke up not feeling well with a fever. School policy says we need to get a negative covid test for her to return back to school when her fever subsides.. Well, can you believe that this place also would not give her a covid test? Is this also bc of your new covid protocols? I will never come back or bring my children back for no reason whatsoever! Stay far far away from this place!
The worst place to go when your in severe pain. If Dr. Robert K. Beam is assigned to you, ask for another Dr. with more experience. He did not read my chart and noticed what medicines are recommended. I wasted my money and time. He rushed and I was the only patient at this location. I listen to his story about his son and joining the military to get benefits. I called back after picking up my prescription to make sure he did not make a mistake. He told me to get something over the counter. That’s how some Dr’s play Russian roulette with your life.
The people there are nice. I went there at 8:15 which I believe should be the first one just cuz my sore throat is such pain. Basically no waiting. Nurse and clinicians are friendly. They talked to you with no rush, pretty patient. Highly recommended
No wait time, Dr. Mitchell explained everything thoroughly. A good doctor that I would recommend. Office staff very friendly. Very satisfied with going to this urgent care!
Wish I could give a no star. We were screamed at for entering building like children. There should have been a sign inside with directions on where to go and what to do. There were seen patients in the building and we were told to go outside and call to register. Called and there was no answer! Then the lady came out and got our number to TEXT us a way to register online on the phone in our car. I have a elderly father and he could have nevre done this on his own. I never complain but this was horiffic. Needless to say we left.
This place does not offer urgent care. I walked in for care and was told they could not see me for 24 hours. The definition of urgent is (of a state or situation) requiring immediate action or attention. They told me to drive to High Point.
Everyone was pleasant and didnt treat me like I was idiot. Let me know I was able to come in a little earlier. Just an overall great experience. Thank you both!
I visited Novant Health Go Health on Sunday. I was extremely sick when my son brought me there. I dont recall the physicians name, but he was absolutely wonderful. He prescribed medicine for the severe nausea and diarrhea that I had been experiencing and both were almost gone by the end of the day. He also prescribed medicine for the lung and ear infections. I would highly recommend this medical facility.
Great staff! They were gentle and kind to my daughter with her first injury! They spoke to her and me like they truly cared and no one else was more important! Highly recommend!
Thao PA is a great provider. He takes his time to listen and assess the patient. It is is great to see a provider who doesn’t act like he has 10,000 patients to see. I hope that they hire more providers on this site bc it seemed like he was the only one there that weekend. I highly recommend him, great PA.
Had I went into the Drs office in the 1700s. I wouldve been more understanding! The level of incompetence is astounding! After 4 visits I still have no solution to my problem (An ear ache) and out of pocket $500! Visit anywhere besides for Novant Urgent care!
I went to Novant GoHealth Urgent Care because of ankle swelling and pain. I was seen by Ue Thai. He was very thorough and seemed to care a lot about my problem. After an X-ray I was told that I had a possible crack in my ankle but a radiologist would take a look at the x-ray and contact me by phone. I was fitted with a boot and was referred to a foot and ankle doctor. It was determined that I did, in fact have a crack in my ankle bone. The doctor stabilized my ankle and wanted to take another x-ray in 4 weeks to check on the healing. After seeing the specialist, Nicholas Lavan left a message on my voice mail stating that my x-ray was completely normal and I did NOT have to see the specialist. So glad that my appointment was BEFORE Nicholas called me back. According to the Specialist, A lot of damage could be done if steps were not taken to properly heal my ankle. Not sure why there was such a difference of opinion looking at the same X-ray.
Ive always had a great experience when I go here. Im in and out faster than I thought. All my visits took less than 1hr. I love Novanr Health as a while. Would definitely recommend Novant Health Urgent Care as well as Novant Health as a whole.
The whole staff were very kind and helpful
To caveat- when I visited a couple weeks ago, I didn’t require any testing. But the staff was courteous, the facility clean, and I was reviewed by a doctor within 15 min of arriving. Well priced. Will come back next time I’m sick.
I came the for my ear and the doctor looked at it and told me to go to the hospital so I went I thank him for that my ear was completely closed up what you call a swimmers ear the doctor had to long I put the dye in it in to take X-ray of my head of my neck completely closed and add to well give me to Demerol shots and down and strong pain killer pill to go home and auto comment strong pain pills I think the doctor from the clinic for recommend me to go to the hospital Who is the very infected. Thank you for all of your ear medicine and they helped me out a lot. Thank you for that
I went too urgent care too get a note for my son after he strained his groin and then the second day he complained of it being even more painful than the day before so he stayed home. So when I went back today too get a note they refused telling me I had too go too the E.R considering yesterday they told me it was a minor groin pull. It’s all about money.
I made an appointment for a Covid test online, wait time was in your vehicle for safety measures, attending staff was thorough and friendly. Professional but personal service.
Tried to get a covid test and they said I needed an appointment. I have had a covid test before and it take less than 5 minutes to get it done. Then on the site it says you dont need an appointment to get a covid test. Really upset me cause Im just trying to make sure Im safe for my family but they dont care.
Just a thank you for being so good with Karrina and testing her for both the strep & the flu, especially with my concerns about myself and the flu. Thanks so much. The PA, nurse and MA at the front desk dealing with the insurance were all great!
The staff was friendly, PA gave a thorough exam. Felt like I was attended too well.
Dr. Marvin is absolutely fantastic! This is one of the first times Ive been to the doctor and felt like my concerns/problems were heard, that the physician actually took time to talk to me without seeming like he/she would rather be doing something else, and i felt like I had a viable corse of action to follow when I left.
The lady on the phone is rude and didn’t want to help me. Told me to go to a website rather than make an appointment over the phone that would take her all of 2 mins to do. It took me longer to get the website from the lady and go there and reserve my appointment. Super unhelpful during a stressful time. Shame on their patient service.
It is great to have you all close by when you cant see you own doctor. I really like the staff and doctors, and the hours you are open. I have already recommended you to several people. As a matter of fact one person I reommended you to came in to see you Friday after I had been there.
Clean facility, knowledgeable and patient-centered staff. Your experience will run seamlessly when you make an appointment, which is super easy to do online. I highly recommend this facility.
I went for an appointment and after waiting for over 40 minutes finally saw a doctor. There was only another patient there besides me. The doctor told me she did not know what was wrong with me and that she couldn’t give me anything. She recommended I go to another doctor instead. Needless to say I wasted my time and money. I paid 100 dollars for someone to tell me I don’t know and I can’t do anything for you.
Care and concern for me the patient, was appreciated.
The nurses were amazing but the doctor on duty was extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. For that reason I will never visit this clinic again even though I prefer the Novant system.
Thank you so much for assisting me and helping me feel better (despite the late hour at which I arrived). I cannot thank the Provider and Staff enough for the consideration I was shown. All my questions were answered, and I was shown how to take medication properly.
The staff was very professional and the physician as well. I would recommend your practice 100% and I appreciate everyone taking care of me yesterday.
Doctor told me I didn’t have Covid didn’t check me for anything else sent me home ended up at another doctor for diagnosis. Very unprofessional Doctor acted like he didn’t care. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Very dissatisfied with my care
My wife woke up with really bad pains that were beyond normal and we left the house about 10 or 10:30 and waited hours to be seen. Other people who walked in after us without an appointment were taken care of while we continued to wait. For an Urgent Care they werent very urgent to see patients. Worst place ever!!!
Poor service in dealing with billing questions and they took my credit card information to autobill me without my authorization.. wont be returning
Terrible. They dont have an actual person to help you. They would rather you speak to a robot.
This place is a joke! You can be seen at an ER quicker. Their staff is subpar and really arnt interested in moving any faster than a injured snails pace. Go to an ER or just wait until your Dr. Office reopens.
Great people, fast and efficient service!
The Dr and support staff were extremely caring and kind. One of the best Dr visits I have ever had.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
It was very clean and friendly i got in and out with no problems at all.
I understand current conditions cause things to be more than busy but they really shouldnt call this place urgent care considering you need to have an appointment two days out... Nothing very urgent about 2 days wait.. once I get the same care from my regular doctor.
PA Thao was very friendly and professional and prescribed my daughter an antibiotic for her bladder infection after a doctor at another facility refused to do so
The staff was very helpful & professional. The doctor was excellent. He really listened to my concerns & addressed them. I really appreciated that.
This place is Very Slow! Always understaffed, this is my second disappointment! I made the appt online this time for 4:30, here it is 5:30 still waiting on the dr. Close this place! One doctor and 3 administrators👀👀 so backwards. HELLO!! You need more DOCTORS!
The 2 ladies at the front desk were very kind and professional. The doctor was equally kind, informative, and expedient.
People were professional and caring.
Can’t be bothered because the last 15 minutes they can’t see you, why even be open honestly. Masks are required but front desk staff has it around their chin. Don’t go to this place
I recieved prompt and professional service here. Didnt have to sit in room long and wait on a doctor to come in either. I recommend this place to anyone...
Everything. No long wait after I arrived. The doctor (PA) was great as well as the other staff.
I went there no one. In the front desk to speak with. I sign in and. The text told me. To come back at 2:30pm when i was there. At 11am... Is the worse urgent care... They should have people in the front desk ..
Great service from the receptionist, medical assistant, and the PA. They listened to my needs and had me out quickly.
I highly recommend this facility. Very polite, expertise, wait time average, nit too long and once seen, was very quick. New way of signing in, but was good. I give it a 10 on recommendation.
The staff was personable and informative. Also, very clean facility and wait time was reasonable.
I really like how courteous everyone was and friendly. My visit felt my like Ive been there before instead of being treated like a number!
Front Desk Clerk is exceptional.
Nice staff & was very quick!! Had a appointment at 12:45 and was seen on time & didn’t have to wait long!
If you have any kind of medical issue do not go here. It was absolutely unprofessional and they were really rude. No one spoke to incoming people and they were on their phones. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
Everyone worked with me, helped, it was quick; the providers gave useful information...they acted like they cared
The person I texted and emailed with to get ready for the appointment was great. The Pa was efficient friendly and professional.
Very helpful staff. I thought I made an appointment but I hadn’t and I was clearly sick (Covid) thanks for helping me out.
There is a really bad attitude. I see they doesn’t like what they do. Doesn’t have any manners. If you don’t have insurance they start telling in many ways you have to pay , you need to pay, how are you going to pay that mean if you don’t have money they let you die. How sad .
Called 5 times to confirm I do not have a copay as they said there was one my insurance says i do not to see if I can get in earlyer and it hung up all 5 times
Went there waited 3 hours just for them tell me they dont take my insurance and i have to pay 150 to be seen. Do not recommend if it is urgent to be seen.
They are very slow and rude!! Ive been here for an hour and a half and still havent talked to a doctor, they also said I could only be seen for one thing today and I have a head cold and cheast pain. Im also pregnant.
Polite and friendly employees. Very fast
The staff was friendly and informative. The process was easy and quick.
Everyone was pleasant and professional. I only had to wait a half hour to be seen as a walk in
They are too slow to be an urgent care. I checked in at 1:15 they brought her back at 2:00...dr didnt come in until 2:50....never again will i come here.
Great service and staff. Clean, organized. I did not have wait time 😃. Great diagnostic.
Front desk lady is rude I came in for a walk in and told me to register online then told me to wait in my car cause it shouldn’t be that long two hours passed I went back in and told me my appt was at 3 and I was welcome to go back home and come back at 3 When I already waited 2hours
Staff and doctor were really nice. They staff made me feel safe going there especially with the covid going on.
Excellent care of patient. Please inform patients of necessary wait time to get results of covid test.
Reception was fast. Doctor was very thorough. I will return. Such a clean environment . I love it.
Last place you want to come trust me. Just go anywhere else and avoid this mess 🤦♂️
Been here a couple of times. Each time treated respectfully and professionally. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice facility.
I went here almost 3 months ago if not longer and still haven’t got my results back and I’ve called over 30+ times I’m sure so unprofessional I’ve went to another doctor and all.
Kind and quick with my emergency. I had stitches put in.
They always give exceptional customer service and have convenient hours too.
Wait time is too long. What is the purpose of having an appointment! Waiting over a hour just for Covid testing to be released back to work..Very unhappy with this location..
Very professional and thorough. The staff was polite and caring to my needs. I would definitely recommend
It was fast and staff was very polite
Everyone was very caring and professional.
My visit was good and I was pleased
Everything went very well from arranging appt time, checking in and Doctors visit.
No one answers the phone its a machine and after a lot of rings the call gets sent to a voicemail box. The voice mailbox is full I am sorry and says GODBYE!!! 😠
I checked in online for a 5:10 spot. Im still waiting hour after that check in time. Whats the use in have an online check in if its going to take this long?
COVID TESTING SCAM!! Paid in full via credit card, yet a year later they threaten to send me to collections for.... POST COSTS OF TESTING PREVIOUSLY PAID FOR IN FULL?!?!??!?!?!
Very efficient & easy. Receptionist was very helpful & kind.
Everyone was kind & professional
