Great place to donate your time. The staff and clients appreciate you.
Giselle and Linford are amazing. They are a great support to the community.
They do free std testing. Its quick, private, convenient, and the staff are so incredibly nice. They make you feel at ease by making you laugh and smile during what could be a stressful visit. I cant recommend this place enough. They also do HIV testing and provide a consultation with a nurse practitioner to start PreP, and if you dont have insurance you can get it for free. Absolutely amazing.
PLACE IS BEYOND NICE I HAVE BROUGHT A FEW FRIENDS HERE TO THE FOOD PANTRY AND WOW LETS JUST SAY ITS LIKE A WHOLE LITTLE GROCERY STORE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL , INVITING AND FRIENDLY IF U NEED FOOD AND WANT MORE THAN A CAN OF BEANS N BREAD COME TO AIDS PROJECT WORCESTER INC...... GOD BLESS
Martha and Tom went above and beyond assisting me with the needs of one of my clients. I will never forget their compassion and selfless act of kindness. They were the final piece in the puzzle to helping someone change their life!! Thank you and God bless!!!
I use AIDS project Worcester for my routine STI testing. They are always fast friendly.
Professional, easy to talk to, quick, n eager to help with whatever you ask of them provided theyre policy rules/regulations allow them to
APW is a blessing in so many different ways 🙏 & The staff is even a bigger blessing, I am Thankful for all you do.

Jessica was wonderful, made me feel at ease, answered all my questions and gave very knowledgeable info about my vaccine shot
I get tested there every 6 months they are professional caring and helpful. I would recommend everyone getting tested there
I am very appreciative of the help that was given to my late sister Barbara Sigmund. Barbara was gone 19 years August 21st
Best business around I think what you guys do are great . Thank you for protecting the neighborhood.
A place full of addicts. People are allowed to receive all services even when drunk or high. This presents problems for everyone. The pharmacy adjacent recently reduced its hours over robbery attempts and aggressive clients coming in from AIDS Project Worcester. On top of all of this, parking is extremely limited and staff is allowed to park in the parking alley which is the only place to park. They would rather have the clients walk than the staff. If you are a patient with HIV you can get most of your service needs met at the hospital you are going to. Avoid this place if you can. People start off real nice, at least to your face. Good luck.
Over all AIDS PROJECT WORCESTER has done so much for those affected from this dreadful Disease. But 3yrs ago I was told by my case manager You dont want to see me Pissed off over me not being able to provide proof of incomeI was Devastated, this is the boundaries they taught me in this field. I go to alcare. Pharmacy which Im changing, because she looks down on me and tries to intimidate me. Volunteered-cleaned lobby, even at Christmas party.I was a client since SHREWSBURY ST.Fear and depression are not good for some suffering from AIDS.
Great place to get help and advice, as well as exchange needles
