Hartford GYN Center

I strongly do NOT recommend. The first and last appointment I made at this office. I was waiting an hour and 20minutes to be seen. There were only two people in the waiting room. When I asked for an update, the receptionist said 5 for minutes, 15 minutes later, I was ready to leave right when they called me and said they scheduled two appointments at the same time, so that was the hold up. They were very inconsiderate and unprofessional. They will not be seeing me again.

I had a very good experience here, from the appointment scheduling to the staff.. they were very informative, supportive, reassuring and patient with me! The nurses are amazing as well as the doctor that did my procedure, if I had to recommend anywhere for anyone looking for a new women’s center this would definitely be the place! Thank you to all of the staff again you ladies are appreciated ❤️

Went on the website to fill out the request an appointment and I selected a time for them to call me. They did not call me during that time. I tried one more time and again they did not call. I finally called them and the lady that answered the phone was very cold and she hung up on me while I was talking.I wish they would hire more compassionate people. I definitely cried after being hung up on since my hormones are everywhere :/

Despite the description it is actually a GYN center as well and I think I’ve found my new place. Not only are Rachel and Sam amazing Clinicians who thoroughly explained all of my bc options but their support staff up front is amazing and knowledgeable too. My medical assistant Abby made me feel so comfortable and at ease, her professionalism is amazing so this is definitely somewhere I’d recommend and refer. The decor alone caught my attention but the overall vibe and energy of everyone there will bring me back every time. Thank you!!

From the answering service to the follow up call was an absolute nightmare. None of my questions or concerns were addressed. I cant speak for everyone working at the facility but based on the 2 calls both were very cold and dismissive. For the services offered I would expect a little more compassion, patience, empathy and understanding. Each person I spoke with lacked those qualities, 1 worst than the other. What a nightmare and I hadnt even stepped foot in the office. Not to mention the lady hung up in my face. Very sad during such a sensitive time.

Staff is professional and extremely respectful, starting with the receptionist and ending with the nurses and doctors. Quick and fast service. I accidentally showed up an hour before my apponinment and I was taken in with no problem. Everyone here is so helpful and caring. I recommend this place to anyone who appreciates knowledgeable hard working health professionals.

Came here after planned parenthood canceled on me last minute. They took me in very quickly, the staff was so nice to me and made me feel very comfortable. I definitely would recommend this place!

Ive gotten more professional telephone service by calling fast food restaurants and nail salons. Id call during normal business hours and get the answering service saying that they werent open yet. Left messages 3 times and no one called back. When I finally got an actual person, they had the worst attitude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by the way that they talked to me. Going here is no longer an option.

Everyone I interacted with during my appointment last month, from the receptionist I first called to the after-care specialist who made sure I was ready to go home, was incredibly professional and kind. I am deeply grateful to the staff here.

I have never felt so comfortable receiving medical care then at Hartford GYN. The staff was incredibly caring, and informative. I am so pleased with the service I received, and I am eternally grateful for the peace of mind the staff provided me with.

They really are some great people working here . You never come here and feel doubt or judged by what you’re doing . They made sure you’re comfortable and relaxed never rushed . Every person I come in contact with made me feel at ease or just comfortable.

I just dont get how they have you undress in a gown wating to be next and its super cold in the rooms. Then they take forever to see you on top of that. After you cant eat after midnight then halve to come and Waite hours to see people go in front of you. I hope I never halve to come here.

I absolutely believe this health center is a convenient healthcare facility, with exceptional service. However, I find it to be quite confusing that the facility allows children in the waiting room during a time when woman are there to terminate their pregnancy. I just do not understand how the facility would allow such a thing, woman are already burdened with the decision to abort their child, they walked by the commentors/protesters on the sidewalk, to walk into the facility where your final decision is being challenged by a live, active, rambunctious child. Its almost like living your life as a vegetarian with bacon as your wallpaper. THIS DOESNT MAKE SENSE!

The staff was absolutely amazing, they were all very helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable. I couldnt have had a better experience.

5 hours waiting after being depressed made me want to die even more this place is a joke..... UPDATE .... this place remains a joke I know I make mistakes but once I get my depo shot I will seek another women’s center because this one is NOT THE ONE. It would t matter if the nurse were angels sent from heaven the timing coordination and organization of this place is disgusting

They have a wonderful staff lot of people look at where its located and are like ehhhh but honestly once you step inside its pure comfort and such an amazingly comforting setting they make everything private and make sure you are comfortable in every way a lot of the nurses have had expierence to what us women are there for and they are by your side the whole way through I cant remember her name but I had an absolutely beyond amazing nurse the staff cares so much about you and your health and your comfort definatly one place you would wanna pick for any choice you make youll walk out of there with comfort confidence and not as much guilt with the counseling services they provide beforehand

I want to thank the staff the doctors they were very nice and very friendly Irecommend anyone to go there.they always do a great job never had any problem

Friendly staff excellent services ! Hippa laws are fully enforced to the max. Everyone is so nice and awesome!!

Professional and safe environment. Mainly because its all women and they UNDERSTAND and treat you with respect and compassion.

Horrible place!

They treated me very kindly, very attentive, I had to repeat my procedure twice but they were there. They were very attentive to me, they followed up and responded quickly to my call and were very attentive to all my changes. I loved the treatment and the place, very clean, super organized and very friendly. They explained everything to me in Spanish. I loved it. I recommend it.
