ARCpoint Labs staff is amazing! I had a 144 panel allergy antibody’s test done. The results came in a few days and were very comprehensive and easy for a non medical person. I was in and out in 5 mins. Highly recommend them for any testing!

Love this lab!! The staff is wonderful. It was quick for an employee pre-screen and UDS. As a travel nurse, I have to go through screenings every 13 weeks. ARCpoint has been the best I’ve gone to! I don’t want to go anywhere else for my pre-employee testing.

Tamara and Amanda were very professional and kept the process quick and easy I appreciate the way she was explaining the fingerprinting process as well as being friendly

I just had the most wonderful experience at ArcPoint labs in Boston. I called the morning of to make an appointment, and they were able to fit my in that day. When I came in, they knew who I was and had my paperwork ready, and brought me right into the room to draw my blood and the phlebotomist was lovely! I was in and out of there in 5 minutes and couldn’t recommend this location more!

I went to take a test at ARCpoint Labs on Drydock Ave Boston and I had the best experience. They had appointments available the same day and the prices were very reasonable. I was greeted by Amanda and Tamara and they were amazing and knowledgeable. They made everything feel so seamless.They answered all my questions with such compassion.

ARCpoint does a great job. Their website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. I was in a situation where I needed a specialized test completed immediately and they were able to accommodate. I worked with Tamara and she was able to have me in and out of the office within 15 minutes and had documented test results sent back to me in the same afternoon. Phenomenal experience.

I am extremely terrified of blood draws and AMANDA helped me out SO MUCH!! One moment we were yapping and the next thing I know, I’m all done! Such a great experience, and will definitely be coming back here for future blood draws.

The service at this clinic is A1 and I’d highly recommend you come here for your medical testing needs!As someone who comes here weekly for court ordered drug/alcohol testing, these folks who work here always serve me with a smile and the upmost respect. When i arrived the system was down , therefore I had to go to another testing site. Amanda was extremely considerate to the urgency of my matter, she called me back as soon as the system was available. Amanda was very attentive and extremely helpful. The lab was immaculate. Amanda at Arc point lab was great when I went in today. I was early and she took me right in. Answered all my questions. She was also very personable and helpful. She was on top of the procedure to have my bloodwork sent out overnight to California as was necessary. Can’t say enough !

I am usually terrified of blood draw and will either have a panic attack or pass out. But today, the two AMAZING phlebotomists made me feel so comfortable!! They were so kind and made sure that I was relaxed and distracted during the blood draw, gave me snacks and water after, and stayed with me until I felt well enough to leave. Highly highly recommend this place!!

Lanette saved my butt today. I had to get a PCR test in less than 40 minutes to make my flight and she made it happen. She was super flexible and accommodating and even stayed 40 minutes after closing to help me complete the test. I’m so grateful for her and the teams service.

We needed a COVID test for a cruise the next day. Tamara scheduled us right away and she was quick and efficient in getting our tests done. We had our results in one hour. Would highly recommend.

We had scheduled in advance for a test with OnPoint. The provider never came online and the customer service line was never answered. Money down the drain. And a lot of stress not knowing if we would have our tests before the cruise. We were able to get into arc testing within three hours and had our results within 30 minutes. Several other folks we met at the site were on the same cruise and had the same problem with OnPoint. The team at ARC was very nice and got us in 30 minutes before our scheduled time. A big relief.

Highly appreciate your customer service guys. You made the atmosphere comfortable with friendly interaction, from helpdesk to lab technician. Thanks to the technician Tamara, was patient enough to answer all my questions. Though my COVID test was for 24 hours, got result in 3-4 hours which helped to plan my travel peacefully. Amanda was very helpful to help us get our medically supervised/ certified covid-19 negative test results so we could board our cruise ship in Boston. I appreciate her efforts! I wish Holland America cruises would have better info to assist their clients to achieve a medical certification for their covid testing process.

We needed Covid-19 tests before departing for Bermuda. The lab was a 2 minute walk from our hotel in Bostons Seaport District, and the medical technician was very professional. Our results were received in about an hour. I highly recommend!

What a personable lab tech. He was professional, well groomed, followed medical procedures and was interactive during the test wait time. We really liked him and didnt mind the price due to the convenience of coming to our hotel. Our worries are behind us.

This facility is so accommodating and Lanette and Gigi were so pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend ARCpoint Labs for getting your Covid testing. They are close to the cruise port here in Boston.

It was cheaper and faster than my previous PCR clinic nearby, the reception was smooth and reliable, and they even had Japanese certificates available, which was helpful. At other places, even if I made a reservation 10 days in advance, I was refused twice on the day because they ran out of test kits.
